00:12:35.000 But this language was removed as the bill moved through the Senate and did not appear in the final version.

00:12:44.000 The language was stripped from one bill, but it suddenly appeared in another.
00:12:48.000 It is now contained in H.R. 1444.

00:12:57.000 Due to crawl across the House floor this week, the end of March going into April.
00:13:02.000 H.R. 1444 is sponsored by Representative Jim McDermott, a Washington State Democrat, and is assigned to the House Committee on Labor and Education.
