00:13:03.000 Single-issue extremist groups.

00:13:05.000 According to the DHS dictionary, there are individuals who focus on a single cause, such as animal rights or the environment.

00:13:26.000 These, apparently, are individuals who are opposed to technology.

00:13:29.000 A DHS spokesperson today told us the dictionary was not authorized, that it was recalled shortly after it was let out, and state and local law enforcement officials have been told to ignore it.

00:34:35.000 And my goal is to, like you said, is to reach every single person as we're taking a vote to defend the Constitution, current serving military especially.

00:36:01.000 Let's say, you know, the fear-mongering works, we get to level 6, and there are literally troops vaccinating us, and if we don't take it, we're going to prison altogether.

00:36:18.000 Well, there's no such thing as martial law under our Constitution.

00:36:21.000 You can look in the Constitution, there's nowhere in there.

00:36:24.000 There's no escape clause for government.

00:36:26.000 We don't have a counterpart to, in the German Constitution, they had an escape clause.

00:36:30.000 I forget what it's called now, but they had a provision in there that says that, you know, under certain circumstances, they can suspend the Constitution.

00:36:37.000 We don't have that counterpart.

00:36:38.000 The closest thing to it would be the habeas suspension clause.

00:36:41.000 But even that is not an absolute suspension of the Constitution.

00:36:43.000 It just allows them to detain you temporarily if Congress declares a suspension.

00:36:48.000 So here you're talking about, where's the law?

00:36:50.000 There's no law that's been enacted.

00:36:51.000 And even if there were a law that's enacted, a mere statute can't suspend the Constitution.

00:36:56.000 So my response to that would be it's illegitimate.

00:36:59.000 If there's any kind of quarantine that's put in place, it should be done by the state governor using National Guard troops in that state only.

00:37:06.000 And if there's no law in that state that mandates inoculation, you know, they can't do it.

00:37:13.000 So, I mean, it's going to be a super question about whether that law is valid itself, but the threshold point is you can't just say, well, you know, by executive order and under certain circumstances, we can just do whatever we want.

00:37:24.000 No way.

00:37:25.000 You can't do that.

00:37:25.000 Well, I mean, you know, this administration and the last one, they're still feeding off Patriot Acts 1, 2, parts of 3 that they passed, and especially the Military Commissions Act, I think, of 04, where they officially really ended habeas corpus in this country, and they're really blurring the lines between posse comitatus by having the National Guard come in and all sorts of things to fight crime now, to go after marijuana growers.

00:37:48.000 I mean, they're really trying to introduce a police state here at home, in my opinion.

00:37:53.000 Well, even more basic than those statutes, all of those statutes you just talked about were just reactions and justifications for what they had already been asserting was an inherent power of the President.

00:38:05.000 Before the Military Commissions Act, Bush was already detaining people as enemy combatants without any inaction by Congress.

00:38:11.000 And the argument from the left was, oh, you don't have separations of powers, you don't have any opposition from Congress, and so he wouldn't have got that.

00:38:18.000 That's what the Military Commissions Act is.

00:38:20.000 And so they passed that and said basically, you know, Shut the, you know, what up?

00:38:25.000 You wanted some opposition from Congress, here it is.

00:38:28.000 And the same goes with the opposition for using military force that allowed the invasion of Afghanistan and Iraq, the third war.

00:38:34.000 That was just another stamping from Congress of the asserted power, the humanitarian executive power, which they claimed they didn't even need Congress for.

00:38:43.000 And so Congress would become kind of like a little, you know, debating society stamp.

00:38:47.000 But the greatest threat to us is the idea As you pointed out a minute ago, the idea that the President can just set aside the Constitution in wartime, or just set aside the Bill of Rights to get some kind of inherent power of an elected dictator.

00:39:01.000 And folks are waking up.

00:39:02.000 Now, back to the current serving military.

00:39:05.000 I think the latest released reports from DHS are the best red pill, because they are waking up the military, current serving and veterans, of what is going on.

00:45:35.000 You know, as Ron Paul always says, if it's not enumerated in Article I, Section 8, they don't have the power to do it.

00:45:43.000 And the Bill of Rights is our shield.

00:45:45.000 And so what's happened, though, is whether it's a unitary executive claim that the President can do it on his own, or whether it's in conjunction, in cahoots with the other two branches, giving him authority never granted under the Constitution, it's all a destruction of the Bill of Rights.

00:46:03.000 You know, the claim that he can just detain you without trial, without indictment, and hold you in a military brig for years.

00:46:30.000 Yeah, no, and this latest DHS document specifically says, let me read the sentence, right in the first page, the first section, this product provides definitions for key terms and phrases that often, often appear in DHS analysts that address definitions, let's see,

00:56:27.000 It's going to involve all states, local, federal, tribal, and it's going to involve the UK, Australia, Mexico, and Canada.

And, you know, this one I think is really, you know, it's not only to acclimate the public, but it's also to get all these agencies used to working with each other and, you know, Accepting Big Brother, essentially, because they're going to be sharing all sorts of information.

00:56:52.000 I wouldn't be surprised if we saw NATO forces involved with this drill, and it's going to be massive.

00:56:58.000 Right, well, I mean, we knew they were going to be doing training this summer for potential disruption from an economic collapse, and the training was going to be focused on bringing in foreign troops.

00:57:11.000 We've heard this through the grapevine from law enforcement officers, and so this is the public face of that.

00:57:16.000 What's going on behind the scenes, though, is that this is not for terrorist attacks.

00:57:21.000 It's for, you know, the second level of excuse is for an economic collapse.
