00:37:32.000 I'm sending a copy of Sheriff Richard Mack's book to our Hennepin County Sheriff, Richard Stanek, who was instrumental in passing the shelf-carry law here in Minnesota.

00:47:12.000 You got a few thousand humans together, there would become a hierarchical system and a system of control.
