00:09:13.000 and I appreciate you getting in early and getting everybody to get it up on the site, but I watched it over and over and over again, at least five, six times, pausing it, He's on it already,

00:09:55.000 But I've watched the video over and over again, and all this is, is they pull the ambulance over.
00:10:04.000 And I know all over the country, they've got new rules where if it isn't life-threatening, the ambulance doesn't turn its lights on, it doesn't speed.
00:10:11.000 I know that because when I cut my finger off, I wanted to just drive to the, uh...
00:10:19.000 You know, to the hospital, and my buddy said, no, no, no, you've got to call an ambulance, because we were out on a boat when that happened, so it took us 20 minutes to get back to dock a few years ago.
00:10:28.000 When I got there, I was getting in my car saying, forget it, the ambulance isn't here yet, and the ambulance pulled in, and they said, no, you've called us, you know, come with us, and they strapped me in a chair, sitting upright, through those windy Lake Travis roads.
00:10:41.000 It took them 45 minutes to get to the downtown hospital.
00:10:45.000 You know, literally driving like 35 miles an hour on roads you're supposed to drive 55, 60 on.
00:10:50.000 And I never get car sick, but I actually got car sick.
00:10:52.000 I guess just my finger was cut off, so it made me nauseated.
00:10:55.000 And, uh, they said, yeah, we can't speed.
00:10:57.000 Life is life-threatening, and your finger dangling by a piece of skin isn't life-threatening, so we're not gonna drive even the speed limit. 0.69

00:11:15.000 They don't like the fact that the ambulance is speeding, and so the cops rush up, get in the face of the white paramedic, who's the head paramedic, and that's the driver, and they start yelling at him, and you can tell he's got an argument with him, but he goes ahead and submits, and the cops are all bowed up, wanting to beat the hell out of somebody, you know, and they've got these shaved heads, look like they're roided up, just all like they were charging up San Juan Hill or Iwo Jima.

00:13:26.000 And the cop bows up, because they can never be wrong.
00:13:29.000 He, he, he bows up in an attack formation.
00:13:32.000 You know, with his fist together, going, you got it, buddy, you understand?

00:13:38.000 And the guy goes ahead and puts his hand down.
00:13:40.000 By the way, the EMT looks like a lot more of a man than this cop.
00:13:43.000 He kind of puts his head down in submission and just can't believe the evil he's witnessing.
00:13:48.000 So the black EMT, he starts getting out to go back and help the lady.
00:13:53.000 He's going up and getting the supplies out.
00:13:54.000 He's trying to save her life right there on the spot.
00:13:57.000 And the cop runs up.
00:13:58.000 The other cops run up with their Marine Corps drill sergeant hats on.
00:14:02.000 And literally starts screaming, get back in the vehicle.
00:14:06.000 And the guy, calmly, big black guy, looks like ten times the man this wannabe tough guy state police officer is, drops his shoulders and says, I can't believe this.

00:17:38.000 And after they shoot him in the back, in handcuffs, they lied and said he resisted, they lied and said he'd fought them, didn't fight them, whole thing on tape.

00:40:28.000 Last week, there was a sheriff's deputy who was a son of a former prominent Memphis City Uh, city councilman, he was found guilty of second degree murder when he went to a restaurant and couldn't get his truck parked and got out and got into an argument with a guy and the bartender slash DJ came out and tried to break it up and this officer who's off duty got his gun and shot and just murdered the guy right there in the parking lot for no reason other than he just didn't want to move his vehicle.
00:40:55.000 But that guy, fortunately, was found guilty and he will be going to jail.
00:41:00.000 But on another note, I went to the grand jury to present evidence of crimes committed by police officers last year.
00:41:09.000 And while I was doing that, the jury foreman went and told the DA what I was doing.
00:41:14.000 And so when I got out of the jury room, I was met by two deputies who told me they had a kps for my arrest, which was a blank sheet of paper with no signature.
00:41:22.000 And I said, well, can I get my books to my dad, who's in the lobby?
00:41:26.000 Sure. As I'm doing that, they come up behind me.
00:41:29.000 There's videotape of this, and I've got an audio recording of it.
00:41:32.000 They say, quit resisting, quit resisting, and slowly start screaming.
