00:09:38.000 So what it's saying there is that you have to have the permission of the legislature of the state or only if the legislature cannot be convened, the governor of the state.

00:09:46.000 And only then Can the federal government come into a state?

00:09:50.000 And so that's my first stop when it comes to the constitutionality of any of these plans that NORTHCOM, FEMA, DHS have.

01:01:02.000 But listen, if everything was so hunky-dory, why have three top officials and top people, we'll say, in economics come out and said, I think we might need another stimulus here, like I projected last January.

01:01:20.000 I know even Joe Stiglitz has come out, and he's at Harvard, and he's an eminent World Bank economist.

01:01:27.000 And he says, yeah, we need one of these.

01:01:29.000 We've got to give Keynesianism a chance.

01:01:31.000 What he's saying is, I don't think the first go-around was allocated properly in the right places at the right time.

01:01:39.000 The people who got the checks, they went out and paid all their bills with them instead of spending them.

01:01:45.000 They got a lot of, what's involved in the stimulus package is a lot of tax breaks.

01:01:50.000 It takes too long for them to come down the pike. 1.00

01:01:53.000 And so, he's talking in terms like others are in the administration.

01:01:57.000 They're getting the ball rolling.

01:01:58.000 By the end of the year, they'll be looking for that $2 trillion so that this thing doesn't go under.

01:02:03.000 But I think the big story here that nobody has talked about, and that's usually the case When I start spouting off about what's going on, there's something hidden here that people don't understand.

01:02:16.000 I'm going to make it as simple as possible.

01:02:20.000 It was recently that the Federal Reserve, again, created $500 billion out of nothing.

01:02:27.000 They lent that, or exchanged that, with five other major central banks and received currencies for that.

01:02:38.000 And they received dollars.

01:02:41.000 They use those currencies to go into the foreign exchange market to push while they sell those foreign currencies to push those currencies down so that the dollar will go up.

01:02:52.000 That's what that's for.

01:02:54.000 But they're doing something else.

01:02:57.000 They are having those central banks take those dollars that they have and go into the Treasury auction market and buy U.S.

01:03:07.000 Treasury bills Notes and bonds.

01:03:11.000 So that's monetizing the debt, but they're doing it by laundering it through foreign banks.

01:03:16.000 Exactly.

01:03:17.000 Now, let me give you some specifics.

01:03:20.000 I'm writing a piece on China.

01:03:22.000 I don't know whether it'll get published this weekend, probably on Wednesday.

01:03:26.000 And the Chinese, it looks like they've sold off about $600 billion with the dollar-denominated assets, taking their dollar-denominated assets down to $1.1

01:03:40.000 uh... trillion dollars now they have not been buying treasuries and so there's an absence of buying of five hundred billion to a trillion dollars so we'll say seven hundred billion so if you take it both ways you've got a sale of six hundred and a non-buy of seven hundred that's one point uh...

01:04:08.000 I lost my train of thought there.

01:04:12.000 It's $500 and $700.

01:04:17.000 That's $1.3 trillion that was either sold or didn't participate.

01:04:23.000 And somebody's got to come up with that money.

01:04:27.000 Foreign Central Banks of some kind, and they're not coming up with it.

01:04:30.000 They're buying, but they're not buying enough.

01:04:32.000 So the difference that they're not buying, the Fed's buying, and they're creating the money to do so through the Foreign Central Banks, and they're trying to be puddle everybody.

01:04:41.000 And when foreigners find out what they're doing, secretly, they're gonna freak out. 0.99

01:04:48.000 Because they're holding 64.5% of The forex exchange that they have, foreign exchange that they have, in dollars.

01:05:00.000 So if the dollar goes down because of what the Fed's doing behind the scenes, they're going to be very unhappy about that.

01:05:06.000 But the Fed is also, let me just interrupt here, the Fed is also, as you said, and this has been confirmed, it's also devaluing their currency so everybody's sinking so that it's not as noticeable and then all of the assets are going to the elites.

01:05:25.000 That's correct.

01:05:26.000 And, you know, the Chinese could be out of the dollar in a year, maybe a year and a half, dependent.

01:05:36.000 And that's why, that's a big reason why the dollar is going to get out and test 71.18.

01:05:42.000 It's now around 78 and a half or so.

01:05:46.000 And I think when it tests, it may well break through to the downside.

01:05:53.000 And the reason I say that Is all these other nations who have been holding on, they're going to say, hey, we've been taken.

01:06:00.000 Now, how long that's going to take?

01:06:02.000 It could take six months.

01:06:02.000 I don't know.

01:06:03.000 It could take two and a half years.

01:06:05.000 I don't know.

01:06:07.000 We don't know what the reaction to these governments is going to be, because don't forget that when they don't do what Washington tells them, and they're very strong about, we don't want to do that.

01:06:19.000 Washington tells them, do you want your country invaded?

01:06:23.000 I mean, do you want your internet and banking services cut off?

01:06:28.000 Do you want your postal from the United States cut off?

01:06:31.000 Your planes can't land in our country?

01:06:33.000 And this is true, they do this.

01:06:36.000 Because I've been told by ex-heads of state that they actually do this.

01:06:43.000 So, this is where this is all leading.

01:06:46.000 And the dollar going down is a lead pipe search.

01:06:49.000 You know, the question is how bad it'll be.

01:06:51.000 Well, Bob, that's what the world government is.

01:06:53.000 They brag.

01:06:54.000 This new bank of the world won't just buy fiat or intimidation or arm-twisting or claiming you're a terrorist state and putting embargoes on you or sanctions.

01:07:04.000 They are going to openly have the power to manipulate all the currencies and manipulate How is it going for them?

01:07:10.000 and tell nations what carbon footprint they can have and selectively even rig things more than it is now and use command destruction in their own words.

01:07:20.000 They want negative growth to consolidate for the good of the environment, but really that's just their psychological excuse for their minions of why they're doing this.

01:07:30.000 I mean, this is so diabolical.

01:07:31.000 Here's the next question.

01:07:32.000 How is it going for them?

01:07:34.000 Are things going well in your expert opinion?

01:07:38.000 I think they're not going well for them, and that was pointed out in Greece at the Bilderberger Conference.

01:07:46.000 And what they're trying to do, I think, is pull this thing back and stop it.

01:07:51.000 And I think it's way beyond their ability to stop this destruction, economically and financially, of not only the United States, but the world.

01:08:01.000 And I really think that that's what they're trying to do in here, and that's what I think they agreed on.

01:08:10.000 But you know, June of 2002 was the date when you had flown too far and you couldn't go back.

01:08:24.000 And if it doesn't work out for them, What's going to happen is the public is going to say, all right, who did this to us?

02:31:12.000 So that if you win an election, you then have license to do whatever you want and no longer have to pay any attention to individual rights, to the rights of the minority group of voters that don't support the things you're doing.

02:36:48.000 I mean, I get a lot of good points, a lot of good ideas, but you just actually shifted my perspective.

02:45:07.000 And that's why people like myself who put a great stress on the American Declaration, on the fact that our unalienable rights come from the hand of Almighty God, We are their deep enemy.

02:47:23.000 I mean, This is unbelievable, and we now hear Obama saying terrorists, right-wing terrorists, and the Southern Poverty Law Center, and the DOD documents, and the Justice Department, Homeland Security, veterans and gun owners, and Ron Paul supporters are terrorists.

02:47:41.000 In the last two minutes, can you comment on that, and are you concerned that Obama may stage crises, as Michael Savage and others have said?

02:47:49.000 Well, I think we're seeing, again, a reliable pattern that was there in the 20th century versions of this imposition of communism.

02:47:57.000 The blurring of the distinction between the military and law enforcement.

02:48:01.000 The destruction of the idea that human beings have individual rights.

02:48:07.000 Instead, there's some national security threat that overrides those rights and justifies making use of any kind of action against individuals if you can put them in a category as a national security threat.

02:48:20.000 I warned against this for many years, and we are now seeing it brought to full fruition.

02:48:26.000 Finally, I think there is the mentality that we now know was there, for instance, with the Nazis.

02:48:32.000 The famous turning point in terms of the consolidation of Hitler's power was the burning of the Reichstag, which they blamed on the communists and leftists and those who were opposing what Hitler was trying to do.

02:48:44.000 And what we now know from the historical record, they did it themselves.

02:48:48.000 They burned down the Reichstag in order to provoke the excuse that allowed them to impose that totalitarian control and consolidate it completely over Germany.

02:48:59.000 I think that we're watching a repetition of this pattern and we need to wake up!
