00:39:58.000 So if a doctor says he's the agreed expert, you can't actually get a second opinion.

00:40:07.000 You can get jailed for it, which puts people in a very difficult situation where most of the trumps in the court process, trump cards are held by the local authority.

00:40:26.000 Then they are in a position where they can stop the court listening to a range of views and require the court only to listen to that one expert, which I think is mad.
