00:02:06.000 Michael Hilton, who formed Santa Ana, California-based American Police Force in March, remember, it's not American, it's not a police force, talk about Orwellian.

00:02:16.000 Came to Hardin last month promising to build the city's never-used jail and build an adjacent military and law enforcement training center.

00:02:22.000 Let's not forget he also promised the people free health care, animal shelters, you know, everything rainbow and unicorns.

00:02:30.000 They always go to a destitute area, somewhere where the economy has been completely blown out for years.

00:02:38.000 They come in and say, yes, we can save this town if you'll only let us have privatized military forces running it.

00:02:49.000 They'll be from Germany.

00:09:53.000 The probe came one day after the criminal past of American police force leader Michael Hilton is revealed.

00:09:59.000 Yesterday, concerns that Montana citizens showed up at the Hardin jail, joining officials in the quest for answers.

00:10:11.000 Tony Myers drove from Columbus, Montana in search of answers in the ongoing story between the Hardin Jail and American police force.

00:10:34.000 Caught in the crossfire is APF spokesperson Becky Shea, who spent all day answering questions from media members and the public after an AP story linked the security firm's leader, Michael Hilton, to multiple bankruptcies and convictions for more than a dozen felonies.

00:10:50.000 Michael disclosed this information to me before I agreed to come to work for him.

00:10:57.000 Shea and TRA Vice President Al Peterson both say they knew about the convictions long before the report came out.

00:12:00.000 Well, court records from Orange County, California indicate Michael Hilton has a lengthy criminal past, including a six-year prison sentence.

00:12:07.000 For a dozen counts of grand theft and other charges.

00:12:10.000 Court documents show more than a decade of courtroom appearances for Hilton starting in 1982 through 1999 on charges including bad checks, fraud, breach of contract, and grand theft.

00:12:22.000 After his release from prison, court documents indicate he was entangled in at least three civil lawsuits alleging fraud or misrepresentation.

00:12:30.000 And we learned just yesterday there's a warrant out for Hilton's arrest in Wyoming.

00:12:35.000 A Sheridan County, Wyoming circuit court judge issued a warrant September 1st.

00:12:40.000 A court clerk says he was ticketed for driving with a suspended driver's license on Interstate 90 in Sheridan County on August 15th.

00:12:47.000 The arrest warrant was issued after he failed to appear in court.

00:12:51.000 It just disgusts me that the man refuses an interview.

00:12:56.000 We're not talking about Michael Hilton.

00:12:58.000 We're talking about one of the TSRA guys.

00:14:07.000 During a visit to the location Thursday, a reporter for the Associated Press encountered a uniformed man behind a desk who would only identify himself as Captain Michael.

00:18:14.000 The company and the city's economic development arm that has neglected to deal with APF refused to give details about its plans including where it expects to get prisoners to put in the jail.

00:18:24.000 Today comes word from the Billings Gazette, which has been following the story closely.

00:18:28.000 The Montana Attorney General, Steve Bullock, has launched an investigation into APF to find out what's going on.

00:18:35.000 That came after the newspaper and the Associated Press published stories yesterday saying that Michael Hilton, the apparent founder of APF, and he's not the founder, he is a front man.

00:18:45.000 He's not the founder, who claims to be a military veteran, has a lengthy criminal record, and has served time in prison in California.

00:18:54.000 The Attorney General has sent a nine-page demand letter to Becky Shea, a former Gazette reporter who is now a spokesperson for APF.

00:19:02.000 Remember, she sat there and she said, yeah, you know, I was driving a really horrible car, but they threw some money at me, now I'm riding around in a black SUV with a gas card!

00:45:51.000 Now, we were hoping that this guy was just a con artist once we discovered this, that that was where it ended.

00:46:02.000 He was promising to build a homeless shelter, this huge military command base, as has had all this personnel through the town and was able to put down the $2-plus million per year lease, $2 million plus.

00:46:26.000 So he was able to come up with all this money, and then he has all these convictions in different states and convicted of running every scam and all these big civil judgments against him and all these strange aliases that he has.

00:46:41.000 The question is, how could it just be a complete scam by this whatever his real name is, Captain Hilton, That's why they still think he's legitimate and say, well, even if he has this bad background, he's at least paid the money and we need to do something with this detention facility.

01:35:16.000 World Bank head acknowledges shifting global order and how they need a new economic world order.

01:35:23.000 These have been headlines all week.

01:35:26.000 Well, it's extortion.

01:35:41.000 It's a threat.

01:35:42.000 They're trying to tell you, if you a dear touch our Federal Reserve, we'll destroy the economy.

01:35:47.000 And what they don't understand, or they don't want to go there, is that they are the richest people in the world.

01:35:53.000 And they get the most to lose, including their lives, probably.

01:35:58.000 You know, the American people and the people of the world are not dumb to what they're doing.

01:37:27.000 When it gets down to 40 to 50, which I think it will over the next year and a half to two years, then I think they'll make their move with the devaluation of all currencies or revaluation of currencies against one another.

01:37:43.000 And also accompanied by a major default by many countries, including the United States, which about one-third of the debt will have to be paid off and the other two-thirds will be done away with.

01:37:58.000 And that's where I think this whole thing is headed, or at least that's the way they want it to head.

01:38:11.000 One, the idea that these are the richest people in the world, yet the dumbed-down public believes that Bill Gates is the richest man in the world, followed by Warren Buffett.

01:38:20.000 And certainly those men are powerful and wealthy, but they're really just tools of the real establishment, the real elite.

01:45:51.000 You know, I went down and I covered the G20 in Pittsburgh with another couple info warriors here in the office.

01:45:58.000 And they locked down the entire downtown area of Pittsburgh with Humvees and National Guard units at every bridge, at every street corner.

01:46:07.000 And when I went up to them and I was filming them, sometimes with Cindy Sheehan, who would approach them and say, you know, my son died for this.

01:46:15.000 This is disgusting.

01:46:16.000 And I would ask them, you know, what do you have to say to critics that would say that this is a violation of posse comitatus?

01:46:23.000 And I was talking to, you know, Well, it's understandable.

01:46:42.000 Among the ranks, unfortunately, you don't get a lot of high IQs.

01:46:47.000 And so these people, you know, they do their job.

01:46:50.000 Uh, which is to function as an arm of the United States government and the president, and they don't know very much about anything.

01:46:59.000 Uh, you will occasionally find people in certain units that do, uh, but more often than not, no.

01:47:06.000 And, uh, the officerial corps, of course, uh, if you did address them, uh, they might have smiled and said, uh, well, I'd rather not speak about that, but I understand what you're talking about.

01:47:17.000 And so, they just don't know, but on the other hand, Jason, we're looking at half the population in America is functionally illiterate.

01:47:28.000 And so, you know, you can't expect probably more than one-third to even have a wild idea of what you're talking about.

01:47:37.000 So sad.

01:47:38.000 It really, really is so sad.

01:47:39.000 And every country's in the same boat.

01:47:42.000 They all have functional illiteracy that's terrible.

01:47:45.000 And I'm talking, you know, ours is about 51%.

01:47:50.000 Canada's is 40%. 0.85

01:47:53.000 I mean, Germany's is 40%. 0.88

01:47:55.000 The educational systems in all these countries have degenerated unbelievably.

01:48:02.000 Well, we see it when we, you know, talk to people and they can't tell us what the three branches of government are, but they can tell us about David Letterman's affair.

01:48:11.000 You know, we are so mesmerized and hypnotized by the box that talks to us at night in our living rooms that we just don't seem to take an interest in what's going on in the streets of our own country.

01:48:22.000 And, you know, out of the Washington Times today, DHS is deploying LRAD weapons to police departments around the country.

01:48:31.000 Again, I saw the article, and it's there.

01:48:39.000 I carry it in tomorrow's International Forecaster, which keeps on getting bigger and bigger.

01:49:01.000 Absolutely. Alright, so they're now admitting that the jobless rate is at 9.8%.

01:49:08.000 What do you think the true and real numbers are at this point?

01:49:12.000 Well, all you have to do is take U6, which is 16.8%, the last figure I got.

01:49:17.000 And that includes that short-term unemployment you just mentioned and all the people who are no longer getting state checks for unemployment.

01:49:26.000 All the people...

01:49:28.000 Who are working part-time, which is almost 10 million people.

01:49:31.000 The average work week now is 33.1 hours at the last time I saw it.

01:49:37.000 And also we have the discouraged people who have gone out for a year and a half or two to try to get a job and there just isn't any.

01:49:45.000 And so they've just given up.

01:49:46.000 So that's what comprises that 16.8% U6.

01:49:50.000 But there's another thing in there called the birth-death ratio.

01:49:55.000 And it was something created in 2003.

01:49:58.000 And the government said, we don't have time to go out and check on all those small and medium-sized companies, so we're going to guess at it.

01:50:05.000 Well, of course, they always guess in their own direction.

01:50:09.000 And they average about creating about 185,000 jobs a month.

01:50:16.000 And that's on average.

01:50:18.000 And so if you take that out of U6, because it's a Mickey Mouse figure, it's 21% unemployment.

01:50:26.000 That's one in every five people in this country with no job.

01:50:30.000 Unbelievable.

01:50:32.000 It's got to get a lot worse.

01:56:00.000 I think we're going to get another stimulus package, and I predicted that last January because I did all the numbers and I said this isn't going to work for them.

01:56:09.000 And so that's where we're headed with these things.

01:56:12.000 Getting rid of the Federal Reserve is the number one thing we can do.

01:56:16.000 And besides that, we should get as many people as we can to listen to Alex's show so they'll understand what's going on fresh right to the moment.

01:56:26.000 And, of course, my publication, which follows it up a couple of days later, for those who can't see, but they can read.

01:56:35.000 Anyway, those are the most important things.

01:56:37.000 What do you think about this word that the FDIC is asking for a bailout?

01:56:42.000 I saw that a couple weeks ago and I had just forgotten to cover it.

01:56:45.000 I mean, what happens if the FDIC gets a bailout?

01:56:52.000 They've asked the banks for an increase of dues over the next two years to get it now.

01:56:59.000 I don't think that's doable.

01:57:01.000 And they're going to have to go to the government for $500 billion.

01:57:06.000 And they'll be subsidized just like Fannie, Freddie, Ginnie, FHA, and all of these other agencies.

01:57:14.000 And just put that line of all the deposits under $250,000 To cover 1% of those deposits, which are supposedly insured, will cost $700 billion.

01:57:28.000 So, let's say that the U.S. government gave them $700 billion, I mean, that's 1% of what they need.

01:57:36.000 I mean, half the banks in this country are going to go down.

01:57:40.000 It certainly appears that way.

01:57:42.000 Between $3,200 and $4,200 are going down.
