Alex Jones Show - 20100118_Mon_Alex

00:00:04.000 Big Brother.

00:00:05.000 Mainstream media.

00:00:07.000 Government cover-ups.

00:00:09.000 You want answers?

00:00:10.000 Well, so does he.

00:00:11.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:00:16.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:00:22.000 Red alert, ladies and gentlemen.

00:00:24.000 Red alert.

00:00:26.000 President Obama Has introduced bills in Congress like H.R.

00:00:32.000 1022 that allows the Attorney General to have unlimited power, God-like power, to ban any guns or erect any gun laws he wishes through the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives.

00:00:44.000 Cass Sunstein, his regulation czar, has given speeches and written white papers we covered last week saying he does not believe in a Second Amendment individual right and that they will overturn the Second Amendment.

00:00:56.000 They've tripled the size of the BATF under Bush.

00:00:59.000 Now Obama has them doing knock and talk all over the country, even in conservative states like Arizona and Texas.

00:01:06.000 They knock on your door and say, may we come in and look at your firearms.

00:01:10.000 They have local police under federal grants doing it.

00:01:13.000 Just Google knock and talk.

00:01:15.000 Police inspect guns.

00:01:18.000 I've seen footage in Massachusetts and Boston and places where they force their way in To people's homes.

00:01:24.000 I mean, it's completely illegal.

00:01:26.000 This is tyranny.

00:01:27.000 Now, all of that is going on.

00:01:30.000 All of that is happening.

00:01:32.000 They want to be able to put you on a no-gun-buy list with no judge, no jury, no conviction.

00:01:37.000 They've got a bill to do that called no-fly, no-buy.

00:01:40.000 Now, last night on the Sunday radio show, I got a call saying that the Texas Gun Show, that comes to Austin once a month, That the police were there giving out notices saying, with the BATFE, now it's Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, that there's no law, but we're ordering you not to privately sell guns.

00:02:00.000 Now, you have federal law under taxation, under the 68 Gun Control Act, that they then expanded into the NICS system, and then they expanded that in the 90s with the assault weapons ban that got overturned.

00:02:14.000 To where they instantly register you as a gun owner, handgun, rifle, or shotgun.

00:02:20.000 And in Canada, England, Australia, New Zealand, once they register and Handgun Control Incorporated and the Violence Policy Center admit their goal is Total disarmament.

00:02:30.000 UNIDIR at the UN.

00:02:31.000 United Nations Small Arms Disarmament.

00:02:34.000 July 7th, 2001.

00:02:37.000 UN records said their plan is for a treaty to ban guns in the U.S.

00:02:41.000 Obama said last month he plans to sign that treaty this year.

00:02:46.000 That is mainstream news.

00:02:47.000 Associated Press.

00:02:49.000 Obama says he will sign the treaty.

00:02:51.000 Even if Congress doesn't ratify it.

00:02:52.000 If the Senate doesn't ratify, he's saying he's going to do it.

00:02:55.000 They are now coming for the guns.

00:02:59.000 They first got a ban, you being able to sell it to your grandpa, your grandpa sell you one or give you one.

00:03:05.000 They've tried at the Texas legislature and other legislatures under federal funds to get the states to ban the so-called gun show loophole, implying it's criminal and bad and it's a loophole for private sale of guns.

00:03:18.000 The laws they tried to pass in 2000 and 2002 in Texas said you couldn't even sell a gun to your neighbor or to your son or daughter or your father.

00:03:28.000 It ends private commerce.

00:03:30.000 It's unconstitutional.

00:03:32.000 They use a taxing mechanism for people that sell guns full-time.

00:03:37.000 They've got to have a federal firearms dealer license.

00:03:40.000 They're harassing them, shutting down the majority.

00:03:42.000 More than half the gun shops have shut down in the last 20 years.

00:03:47.000 In many major cities, there's not even one gun shop left.

00:03:50.000 If you don't dot an I, cross a T, literally, they arrest you. 0.96

00:03:55.000 At these people that sell hundreds of guns a day.

00:03:58.000 It is all harassment.

00:04:00.000 Now, I've got Officer Jack McClam waiting in the wings, but I want to go over this because we're now simulcasting the radio show at PrisonPlanet.TV.

00:04:08.000 I want to put on screen the InfoWars.com article.

00:04:12.000 There is the public notice, the actual scan of what was handed out in Austin Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at the Texas gun shows.

00:04:21.000 We have a direct link to the Texas gun show.

00:04:25.000 Give me a document cam shot on this please, Craig.

00:04:27.000 Vendor Notice Austin Gun Show Rally.

00:04:30.000 At the direction of the Austin Police Department and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms.

00:04:34.000 At the direction!

00:04:35.000 No law!

00:04:36.000 We will not be allowed to set up and sell firearms at the North Austin Show.

00:04:41.000 They just said you can't do it.

00:04:44.000 No law, no nothing.

00:04:46.000 Blow up for people on PrisonPlanet.tv, the actual yellow notice.

00:04:50.000 Now, listen to this notice carefully.

00:04:53.000 Listen to it carefully.

00:04:58.000 Public notice selling of firearms at the direction of the Austin Police Department.

00:05:03.000 At the direction, no law, not even a city law, that's unconstitutional.

00:05:07.000 And the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms, anyone selling a firearm at this show location, will be asked to comply with the following.

00:05:14.000 Asked to comply.

00:05:15.000 So there, it's illegal, color of law, intimidation, they admit you're being asked.

00:05:19.000 Now here's where the real felonies come in, of official oppression, of color of law, of civil rights violation of the Second Amendment, and also of commerce clauses for right to contract and sell.

00:05:32.000 Because then they go too far.

00:05:34.000 This is the notice they printed off, the police handed out, under BATFE control, under federal control.

00:05:40.000 Any person selling a personal firearm must go through the licensed FFL dealer.

00:05:45.000 Must.

00:05:47.000 That's illegal.

00:05:48.000 No law listed.

00:05:48.000 They're just ordering you.

00:05:51.000 Any person selling a personal firearm must.

00:05:55.000 Must.

00:05:55.000 Blow that up on screen, people.

00:05:56.000 Write up to the letter for the word must.

00:05:59.000 Any person selling a personal firearm must go through a licensed FFL dealer in the show to transfer the firearm to the new owner.

00:06:09.000 Must!

00:06:12.000 2.

00:06:13.000 Selling of firearms in the parking lot will not be permitted.

00:06:16.000 Thank you for your cooperation.

00:06:17.000 Like it's out of The Running Man or something.

00:06:19.000 Thank you for your cooperation.

00:06:22.000 This is the essence of tyranny.

00:06:23.000 When government just comes in without a law, anything, and says it.

00:06:27.000 Now all over the country, literally hundreds of times, cities and counties have passed unconstitutional laws saying you can't sell your neighbor a gun or go to a gun show and have a private sale.

00:06:37.000 They've all been overturned.

00:06:39.000 The state legislature has had to pass laws against this type of behavior.

00:06:43.000 They didn't even pass a city ordinance.

00:06:45.000 They're just doing this.

00:06:47.000 They don't even have an unconstitutional regulation or ordinance.

00:06:50.000 They just did this.

00:06:52.000 And the gun show, we're going to get on the broadcast, is asking people to sign a petition to the Texas Attorney General to stop this.

00:06:58.000 But we've confirmed this is going on nationwide and BATFE, federally, and local police all over the country are knocking on doors saying, we want to come in and inspect your guns and trying to force their way in without warrants.

00:07:13.000 Without even probable cause.

00:07:14.000 They're going house to house.

00:07:15.000 Remember New Orleans.

00:07:17.000 All the guns will be taken, no one will be allowed to be armed.

00:07:20.000 They went into high and dry areas, went into women, men, handcuffed them and took their guns even if they didn't resist and never gave them back.

00:07:27.000 This is absolute lawless criminal treason by the city of Austin and by the BATFE.

00:07:34.000 It's totally illegal.

00:07:35.000 You heard the guy whose brother's a police officer where the BATFE came to his door and they said, look, we know it's bull.

00:07:41.000 We're being ordered to do this.

00:07:42.000 We know it's unconstitutional.

00:07:44.000 Well, you better say no.

00:07:45.000 You better not follow unlawful orders.

00:07:47.000 And for 25 plus years, Officer Jack McClam, Vietnam vet, most highly decorated police officer, cop of the year twice in Phoenix, woke up to this, became the most fired.

00:07:57.000 He's with us for the rest of the hour.

00:07:58.000 And we're going to open the phones up specifically on issues.

00:08:03.000 We have Roy in Texas first.

00:08:04.000 He was at the show.

00:08:05.000 We're coming to him.

00:08:06.000 And then after we take these five calls on hold, the lines are open to police officers.

00:08:11.000 Whose side are you on?

00:08:12.000 The Bill of Rights?

00:08:13.000 The Constitution?

00:08:13.000 The people?

00:08:14.000 Or this illegal government telling you to violate the law?

00:08:17.000 Jack McClann, as a police officer, I know the law, but you're a police officer.

00:08:22.000 As a police officer, can you break down exactly how illegal this is and how outrageous this is?

00:08:29.000 Yes, sir.

00:08:31.000 Alex, thank you for having me on.

00:08:33.000 This is insane and totally tyrannical.

00:08:38.000 I'm looking at the But this isn't even a law, Jack!

00:08:44.000 versus Madison that says all laws which are repugnant to the Constitution are null and void.

00:08:51.000 And where rights secured by the Constitution are involved, there can be no rulemaking or legislation which would abrogate the constitutional rules.

00:09:02.000 But this isn't even a law, Jack.

00:09:04.000 This is just the government's God.

00:09:06.000 That's what I'm saying.

00:09:07.000 This is totally unconstitutional.

00:09:10.000 And when they go into the gun shows to arrest somebody for doing this, I would like to see everybody in the gun show grab those police officers and ATF officers and arrest them under a citizen's arrest for tyranny.

00:09:26.000 Because that's exactly what they're committing.

00:09:29.000 And that's what ought to be done.

00:09:31.000 The people ought to grab them and put their own cuffs on them and hold them for prosecution. 0.96

00:09:38.000 Uh, but now, you know, when I was in Phoenix, Arizona as a cop, me and the other cops saw the most criminal prosecutors, I mean literal criminal prosecutors, that would destroy evidence, manufacture evidence, and pay witnesses to get on the witness stand and lie through their teeth.

00:10:00.000 They would pay them big money.

00:10:02.000 they're the only ones that got promoted up to judgeships in Arizona.

00:10:08.000 And around the country, the same thing happened because the criminals at the top, the terrorists and the treasonous scumbags at the top of our system, they don't want to be prosecuted, so they only elect criminal they don't want to be prosecuted, so they only elect criminal prosecutors to judgeships But, Jack, there is no doubt that the Austin Police Department knows this is illegal and the BATF knows it's a crime.

00:10:37.000 I mean, they know it's illegal to go around telling people they can't do things without a law.

00:10:43.000 They know this is illegal.

00:10:44.000 That's right.

00:10:45.000 That's right.

00:10:45.000 They have to know that.

00:10:47.000 And so it's time for the people to stand up, brother.

00:10:50.000 Psalm 94.16 in the Bible says, Rise up against the evildoers and stand up against the workers of iniquity. 0.92

00:10:59.000 And that's what God told us to do, and we're now hiding in our churches waiting the pre-trib rapture of the saints next week, and we're not willing to stand up against satanic, evil, communist government like we have today under communist abomination. 0.80

00:11:19.000 And his communist By the way, every one of his czars gives public speeches praising Mao and, I mean, these people are criminals.

00:11:32.000 Alright, well, stay there.

00:11:33.000 I specifically, though, was going off color of law, official oppression, racketeering, civil rights violation.

00:11:40.000 From the law, I want you as a true lawman to go over just how illegal this is.

00:11:47.000 I mean, this is outrageous.

00:11:49.000 Let's get Sheriff Mack on, too, about this.

00:11:51.000 I mean, this is incredible.

00:11:53.000 They are just declaring they can do whatever they want, that they are the law.

00:11:57.000 I mean, this is incredible.

00:12:56.000 Hundreds of nations have fallen to tyranny in the last century alone.

00:13:04.000 This is our last chance to not relive history.

00:13:08.000 As we're finishing off this agenda...

00:13:10.000 They'll be pulling the rug from underneath Americans at home. 0.99

00:13:12.000 We have tremendous influence on our President and Congress, and they really are calling the shots.

00:13:19.000 I think it's incumbent upon all of us as American citizens to pay attention.

00:13:24.000 For the Republic identifies the enemies of our nation, the criminal offshore cartel, hell-bent on destroying sovereignty and on its ashes constructing world government.

00:13:34.000 Tim Geithner, Bernanke, they're arsonists!

00:13:36.000 They're asking for more matches!

00:13:38.000 And the Congress is saying, who do we make the check out to?

00:13:41.000 Today seems like nobody does care.

00:13:43.000 And right now in Washington, D.C., we have seen a fall of the Republic.

00:13:48.000 Get your copy of Fall of the Republic on DVD at InfoWars.com.

00:13:53.000 Or watch it online right now in super high quality at PrisonPlanet.tv.

00:13:59.000 Originally, we the people have entrusted government to be the guardians of currency, to ensure purity, content, weights and measures of gold and silver coins citizens would use for commerce.

00:14:09.000 This reinstalled confidence after the demise of the fiat continental system, wisdom being lost with time.

00:14:15.000 The government we once entrusted to protect from counterfeit has colluded with private business, creating the largest fiat counterfeiting scheme our country ever experienced.

00:14:25.000 This is not only a transfer of power to an institution that is not accountable to our elected government, but has also caused the dollar to lose more than 90 cents of its original value.

00:14:34.000 Now foreign governments are trying to divest themselves from this once world reserve currency.

00:14:38.000 Hi, this is Ted Anderson.

00:14:40.000 I'm offering a book that explains how the system works.

00:14:43.000 Call me today at 800-686-2237.

00:14:46.000 I will give you a silver dollar free just for purchasing the book.

00:14:51.000 Call today at 800-686-2237.

00:14:54.000 Again, that's 800-686-2237.

00:15:00.000 Our economy is in great distress.

00:15:03.000 The financial dominoes can fall at any time.

00:15:07.000 It's time to stop hoping it doesn't happen and prepare just in case it does.

00:15:12.000 You have auto and home insurance.

00:15:15.000 Why wouldn't you have food insurance?

00:15:18.000 Are you prepared to feed your family long-term?

00:15:21.000 Because it might take years to recover.

00:15:24.000 As the adult, it's your responsibility to feed your family, especially during rough times.

00:15:31.000 SurvivalistSeeds.com is offering a package that will give you a three-acre heirloom vegetable garden Don't be fooled by marketing companies disguised as patriots.

00:15:50.000 SurvivalistSeeds.com is owned by Big John Lipscomb, host of Don't Tread on Me radio show.

00:15:56.000 Okay, I'm going to Roy, Mitch, Kevin, Pete, and others.

00:16:05.000 Roy was at the Austin show.

00:16:07.000 It's confirmed the gun show's fighting it.

00:16:10.000 They're asking people to sign a petition to the Attorney General of Texas.

00:16:13.000 They're saying there's these lawless people here in uniforms with no law or regulation or even fake ruling just saying you can't have private sales of guns.

00:16:21.000 Infowars.com headline.

00:16:23.000 Feds, cops attempt to shut down legal gun sales in Austin, Texas.

00:16:27.000 They didn't attempt, they did it!

00:16:30.000 The Curt Nemo story is key.

00:16:31.000 We've got to get all the national and local gun groups involved.

00:16:34.000 Because I've confirmed that cities are doing this with fake regulations that get overturned.

00:16:40.000 This isn't even that.

00:16:42.000 They don't even cite it.

00:16:43.000 They just show up and say, you must.

00:16:45.000 But at the end and at the front they say, we are asking you.

00:16:51.000 You are being asked to comply.

00:16:52.000 Thank you for your cooperation.

00:16:53.000 But they say must in there.

00:16:56.000 Jack, I've had a lot of constitutional scholars on, Larry Becraft, Ron Paul, countless others, but I'm asking you, as a peace officer and one of the leading experts in this, am I right that this is a violation of civil rights, constitution, official oppression, intimidation, racketeering, that this is being done through pure color of law?

00:17:16.000 I mean, there's so many things that this is illegal on.

00:17:19.000 It sure is, brother.

00:17:20.000 It's totally unconstitutional.

00:17:23.000 I looked up Supreme Court cases, Norton v. Shelby County, that says it's an unconstitutional act.

00:17:30.000 Now, that's not a law.

00:17:32.000 It's not law.

00:17:33.000 It confers no rights, imposes no duties, affords no protection.

00:17:39.000 So, this is an unconstitutional act that they're trying to enforce there, and it is totally illegal and unconstitutional.

00:17:48.000 And they ought to be arrested for it, Alex.

00:17:53.000 You know, they ought to be arrested.

00:17:54.000 Citizens arrest on these people because a citizen can arrest when he sees, or she sees, a felony committed in their presence.

00:18:07.000 And there are thousands of federal... ...to arrest somebody under this.

00:18:12.000 Then they are committing a felony in the presence of the people there, and the people have a right to do a citizen's arrest on these guys and put them in their own handcuffs and hold them until the police get there.

00:18:26.000 But that's what they're doing is out in the open.

00:18:28.000 We have thousands of state and federal rulings about cases with police.

00:18:33.000 If a cop's raping somebody or robbing somebody, you know, it is a citizen's arrest.

00:18:39.000 Because the citizens constitute the state that then charters the cities.

00:18:39.000 That's right.

00:18:43.000 They work for us.

00:18:45.000 That's how you can arrest somebody that you catch robbing your car.

00:18:49.000 That's right.

00:18:49.000 We are the sovereign in this land.

00:18:52.000 And they work for us.

00:18:54.000 And they can't do things.

00:18:57.000 I like Thomas Jefferson's quote, no free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms.

00:19:03.000 The strongest reason for the people to retain their right to keep and bear arms is as a last resort to protect themselves from tyranny in their own government.

00:19:13.000 And that's exactly what's going on right now, brother.

00:19:16.000 Let me stop you there.

00:19:18.000 Let me stop you there.

00:19:18.000 I want to go more over the history with you as our expert on this.

00:19:22.000 But let's go to Roy, who was at the Texas Gun Show here in Austin, Texas.

00:19:26.000 Roy, what did you witness?

00:19:27.000 Yes, sir.

00:19:28.000 Can you hear me, Alex?

00:19:29.000 Yes, I can.

00:19:31.000 Yes, I've got another little tidbit of information that I found out.

00:19:36.000 I had to leave the show at about 2 o'clock, and then I had to come back up there at about 5 to meet someone, and what I found out, what I'd missed, is that they actually led one of the vendors out, who I've known for a long time, they led him out in handcuffs after he apparently sold a firearm to an illegal alien.

00:19:57.000 I'm not sure if they're using illegal aliens without IDs to set up some of these... Oh, they're definitely doing stings.

00:20:03.000 That was my next point I meant to make last hour, was that they're setting people up.

00:20:08.000 They're trying to set the precedent and a chilling effect so people don't exercise their right to have private sales.

00:20:14.000 So someone refused to follow their illegal order and so they set him up.

00:20:20.000 Yes sir, and what I found out also is that they confiscated some of his, everything he had brought to the show Again, I did not witness this, but it's from a very credible source.

00:20:29.000 Alright, let me stop you.

00:20:30.000 Start at the beginning.

00:20:31.000 Recap, how they were giving out the notices, what you saw, the petition against it, what was going on in Austin.

00:20:38.000 Well, a friend of mine, who had come from out of town, who met me at the show, he called me at 8 o'clock in the morning and asked me, hey, are they still having the show?

00:20:45.000 Because it appeared dead.

00:20:46.000 I said, well, let me check.

00:20:48.000 I got on the website, and there's where I first initially saw the notice on their website.

00:20:53.000 that you posted, and apparently that was posted Thursday or Friday evening, so it caught everyone off guard.

00:20:59.000 And yes, they were handing out those flyers at the door, and every vendor had one of those flyers posted near their items for sale to let everyone know.

00:21:09.000 And I was also informed that anyone walking around with a firearm from his personal collection, If he was to sell to someone else walking around, that they had to go over to a FFL dealer in order to complete the transaction and have a... So it's basically having this third party do a background check.

00:21:26.000 But they didn't, but they cited no law or regulation.

00:21:29.000 We have their notice.

00:21:30.000 They just said, you will do this because we have guns and we're the government.

00:21:34.000 And we're Mao Zedong and all political power grows out of a barrel of a gun.

00:21:37.000 Roy, stay there.

00:21:38.000 I want Jack McClain to be able to question you on the other side of this quick break.

00:22:58.000 This is Alex Jones with five good reasons you should consider buying a solar-powered generator.

00:23:03.000 Number one.

00:23:04.000 New climate legislation could easily double or triple your electric bill.

00:23:07.000 Number two.

00:23:08.000 Our new energy czar wants to control how much power your electric company allows you to have.

00:23:13.000 It's true.

00:23:14.000 Total government control of electricity in the name of smart grid technology is coming.

00:23:19.000 In some areas of the country, the power grid is dangerously overloaded.

00:23:19.000 Number 3.

00:23:23.000 And now, new socialist legislation is only compounding the problem.

00:23:27.000 Number 4.

00:23:28.000 Dangerous weather is always a threat to local grids.

00:23:30.000 Every year, thousands of families lose their power from weather-related outages.

00:23:34.000 Number 5.

00:23:35.000 A solar power generator provides powerful backup, insurance, and peace of mind.

00:23:39.000 Folks, I really believe in the solar power generators offered by Solutions from Science, one of my oldest sponsors.

00:24:51.000 That's www.silverlungs.com.

00:24:54.000 I want to be clear about something here.

00:25:10.000 We have the owner of the Texas Gun Show, that's the name of the gun show, coming on in an hour.

00:25:21.000 And he wants to come on.

00:25:22.000 He said they're doing a petition.

00:25:25.000 To the state that this is illegal?

00:25:27.000 They were ordered by men with guns to do this.

00:25:30.000 The feds show up.

00:25:31.000 Police show up.

00:25:32.000 It's destroyed their gun show.

00:25:34.000 Most people left.

00:25:35.000 They are not bad.

00:25:36.000 He said he's getting hundreds of mean emails, hate mail.

00:25:40.000 They're not the ones doing this.

00:25:42.000 It's the government illegally doing this.

00:25:46.000 Darwin Bodecker will be joining us in one hour.

00:25:50.000 And again, I've got BankerGate to cover.

00:25:52.000 I've got Sunstein openly saying he's going to get our guns.

00:25:54.000 White House Technologies are.

00:25:57.000 We've got them openly announcing they're taking over the web, saying they're getting ready to censor it.

00:26:02.000 Italy just started censoring the web yesterday.

00:26:04.000 That broke.

00:26:05.000 Their government just announced it.

00:26:06.000 Australia just started.

00:26:07.000 I mean, it's really happening.

00:26:10.000 All right, Roy, in Texas, you're still there.

00:26:12.000 Jack McClam, you heard the points he was making.

00:26:15.000 But we've now talked to the gun show owner.

00:26:18.000 Very true, brother.

00:26:18.000 Very true.

00:26:19.000 through them, and I understand you're saying citizens arrest, but, you know, the average person feds show up with guns and, you know, they've got more courage than most to say, sign a petition and get everybody to fight it there, because the state attorney general is the person and the legislature to come because the state attorney general is the person and the legislature to come down on the APD Very true.

00:26:42.000 Very true, brother.

00:26:44.000 Yeah, this is, you know, as a soldier during the Vietnam War, I took my constitutional oath to defend the Constitution from internal enemies and foreign enemies, and And now it's being attacked by internal enemies at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue in that area.

00:27:05.000 And then I took it as a police officer, a constitutional oath to defend the Constitution, protect the people's rights and freedom.

00:27:14.000 And so these guys have to know, they have to know they're violating their oath.

00:27:20.000 And so I say they ought to be citizens arrested. 0.63

00:27:24.000 You know, if you have a hundred citizens that surround these guys, they can't shoot them all.

00:27:31.000 You know?

00:27:32.000 And they just jump on them and push them to the ground and take their guns away from them and put them in their own handcuffs and hold them until they get somebody there that will enforce the constitutional law.

00:27:45.000 Now, Jack, that's what the law says.

00:27:48.000 That if men in uniforms show up and say, give me your daughter, give me your house, give me your guns, I'm God, and don't cite the law, even if it's unconstitutional, then you defeat that in the courts or by redress of grievance or petition.

00:28:01.000 This is just literally the Fed showing up, just like knock and talk.

00:28:05.000 Where they started it seven, eight years ago.

00:28:08.000 All over the country, they come and...

00:28:11.000 Knock on your door and say I'd like to come in and inspect your guns.

00:28:14.000 They target middle class areas when the husband's gone. 0.80

00:28:16.000 They target housewives.

00:28:17.000 They come in, they look for something illegal.

00:28:19.000 No warrant.

00:28:20.000 Total fishing expeditions.

00:28:22.000 Door to door.

00:28:23.000 Just set the precedent to have men come and they have gun buybacks for the news images of police taking guns back and people getting $50 gift certificates to create the perception that guns are illegal.

00:28:34.000 Arresting people that sell their neighbor a gun when it's not even illegal.

00:28:38.000 to create the perception that guns are illegal billboards up everywhere saying report illegal guns showing a picture of a revolver when they're not illegal to create the perception that they're illegal and to now have the APD under the orders of the BATFE just show up and you know it's going on statewide that's what we're going to talk about in the next hour with the gun show spokesman and owner I mean this is so incredible we definitely We need lawsuits filed.

00:29:06.000 We definitely need to find out who this man was that was arrested and set up for doing this.

00:29:12.000 I bet a million dollars that illegal alien they sent in to buy it from the guy as a private sale, that that was a set up to try to scare everybody. 0.56

00:29:21.000 Look, people are being arrested because they couldn't arrest somebody for selling it to a citizen.

00:29:25.000 I mean, this is incredible.

00:29:27.000 What do you think about what Roy's saying?

00:29:28.000 Do you want to question Roy, who was an eyewitness to the signs and them being told they couldn't have private sales of guns?

00:29:35.000 That they must do this with no law.

00:29:37.000 That's a quote.

00:29:38.000 You must, because we say so.

00:29:41.000 Well, I think Roy understands that this is totally unlawful, what they're doing.

00:29:48.000 It's tyrannical.

00:29:50.000 And it's unconstitutional.

00:29:52.000 They're violating their oath.

00:29:55.000 So I think Roy already knows that, and I don't know if I have any questions for Roy.

00:30:01.000 I think he's already answered your questions very well.

00:30:05.000 But I just think it's time, brother, for the people to rise up.

00:30:11.000 Like Psalms 94.16 says, God says for us to rise up against the evildoers and stand up against the workers of iniquity.

00:30:19.000 And the founding fathers were not ambiguous when they talked about the people having the right to keep and bear arms.

00:30:29.000 Now, we have the government saying, no, no, that was for the National Guard and that's for the army and for the police.

00:30:29.000 The people.

00:30:36.000 Well, it is not true, folks.

00:30:39.000 Patrick Henry said the great object is that every man be armed.

00:30:43.000 Everyone who is able may have a gun.

00:30:45.000 James Madison said Americans never need to fear their government because of the advantage of being armed.

00:30:53.000 And on and on.

00:30:54.000 Thomas Jefferson, Sam Adams said that the said Constitution shall never be construed to authorize Congress to prevent the people of the United States from keeping their own arms.

00:31:06.000 And so they were not ambiguous at all. 0.92

00:31:08.000 And so these liars and scumbags that are judges and prosecutors and attorney generals and the president of the United States, the phony president of the United States, Barack Obama Nation, are lying to the people when they say that they can take these guns because it was meant for the National Guard only. 0.96

00:31:30.000 And not for the people. 0.98

00:31:31.000 All they have to do is read history, and the Founding Fathers were not ambiguous about it at all.

00:31:37.000 The Second Amendment is for the people themselves.

00:31:44.000 Oh, it's just incredible.

00:31:46.000 Anything else, Roy?

00:31:48.000 Yes, sir.

00:31:49.000 One thing that I find strange about this possibly being a setup with this illegal alien is that at this exact same show, One month ago, I had brought a rifle out of my personal collection that I thought about possibly selling, and I was approached by someone who asked me, hey, how many is that for sale, and how many do you have?

00:32:08.000 And then they told me, well, I have a cousin in Mexico that will buy all of them.

00:32:12.000 And right then and there, I walked away.

00:32:14.000 Because, and you see, this was last month at the exact same show.

00:32:17.000 And that's what makes this occurrence that just happened this Saturday even more of a possible setup.

00:32:22.000 Oh, listen.

00:32:27.000 Former federal law enforcement member of the DEA, he exposed that in South Texas they've got hidden cameras in the ceilings.

00:32:35.000 They're trying to set everybody up, treat everybody like criminals, busting innocent people.

00:32:40.000 And they went and set him up on a gun deal and laughed at him.

00:32:44.000 So this is very serious.

00:32:45.000 Roy, I appreciate your call.

00:32:46.000 I want to open the phones up to police officers around the country that are outraged by this.

00:32:51.000 I know I have a lot of listeners that are police, a lot of you that are constitutionalists.

00:32:55.000 You send me a lot of key documents that have made national news.

00:32:58.000 I mean, this is illegal what's going on.

00:33:00.000 I want you guys to also get me Kurt Nemo on the line.

00:33:03.000 I want to talk to him live.

00:33:04.000 He did a great job writing this article quickly this morning, but I want to add some key points to this article.

00:33:10.000 I want him to beef this article.

00:33:11.000 It's going to be huge.

00:33:12.000 I want everyone to get this article right now.

00:33:14.000 This is breaking here nationwide, and we've got to let gun owners know that we're one second to midnight.

00:33:20.000 If the feds are ready to come in without even local laws or federal laws and just say you can't sell guns at gun shows, private sale, when there's no law against it.

00:33:29.000 I mean this is an... Jack McClam, why do you think they're coming out so bold and so arrogant right now?

00:33:35.000 Well, we're coming under a communist system, folk.

00:33:40.000 Obama Nation appointed 32 communist scientists as czars over America so he could go around the Congress and the Senate.

00:33:51.000 And the czars are all communist Zionists, and he's a communist himself, and he's got to get these guns away from the American people so they can put us under this military rule system that he's got ready to put us under. 0.92

00:34:08.000 And communist Chertoff was head of the Homeland Security Council

00:34:16.000 He hired the two top communists right under him in the world, mass-murdering communists, Marcus Wolf, head of the East German Stasi, Communist Stasi, and Yugani Primakov, head of the KGB, right under him to set up the Soviet-style totalitarian military rule system, because he didn't know how to do it.

00:34:39.000 And they've got it all set up today, ready to implement, but they're worried about people having guns.

00:34:45.000 So they want to make the guns illegal, even though it's totally unconstitutional.

00:34:51.000 And let me stop you, let me stop you.

00:34:53.000 They're using classic military tactics, where they introduce the legislation, outside of legislation, they do it by regulatory fiat, illegally, unconstitutionally.

00:35:03.000 Right.

00:35:05.000 Now, I hadn't even gotten to this.

00:35:08.000 This is the executive order, January 11th, creating a council of governors under PDD 51 with Bush.

00:35:15.000 You see seamless integration with the different governments, the different executive regimes.

00:35:22.000 And it says here that the 10 governors appointed by him will speak for the states during emergencies And in Section A, it says, Homeland Defense, Civil Support, Synchronization and Integration of State and Federal Military Activities.

00:35:36.000 In the United States, it goes on to talk about law enforcement integration with the federal government, other matters of mutual interest, including National Guard, Homeland Defense, Civil Support.

00:35:47.000 And it goes on to say that it's all under NORTHCOM.

00:35:49.000 So, I mean, we have open declarations of a federal dictatorship, and the Russian and European news is freaking out, saying America goes under total tyranny.

00:36:00.000 The average American doesn't even know this is going on.

00:36:03.000 I mean, they're not moving incrementally anymore, Jack McClam.

00:36:08.000 That's right, brother.

00:36:09.000 And we've known for years and years and years That an unconstitutional executive order or a presidential directive or executive agreement has no power whatsoever.

00:36:24.000 It's unconstitutional.

00:36:26.000 If you want to read about it, go to the Supreme Court case Reed v. Covert, signed in 1956.

00:36:32.000 And it goes ahead and states there that all of these things, if they're unconstitutional, they carry no weight.

00:36:43.000 But that's laws that are unconstitutional.

00:36:45.000 This isn't even that.

00:36:47.000 They just announced they're doing it.

00:36:50.000 Well, it's the same thing.

00:36:52.000 I think executive order, presidential directive, executive agreement is not law either.

00:36:57.000 Yes, you're right.

00:36:58.000 So anything the ATF says or local police or state police says that is unconstitutional is also null and void.

00:37:08.000 Alright Jack, I want to, I know we got Pete, Kevin and Mitch holding, we're going to go to them, but I'm going to open the phones up.

00:37:14.000 Four police officers, four lawyers, four people that have witnessed this at gun shows, but in fact just police officers at first or they won't be able to get through.

00:37:23.000 1-800-259-9231.

00:37:23.000 I know a lot of you are finally waking up.

00:37:30.000 This is totally illegal.

00:37:32.000 What are you going to do if you're ordered to do this, or have you seen similar things, or what's your take on this?

00:37:40.000 1-800-259-9231.

00:37:42.000 Let's go to Pete in Michigan.

00:37:44.000 Pete, you're on the air.

00:37:46.000 Hey, Alex, can you hear me?

00:37:48.000 Yes, I can.

00:37:49.000 Hey, thank God.

00:37:51.000 Hey, I just want to tell you, you're my hero, man.

00:37:53.000 I like everything you're doing, and I'm driving my girlfriend nuts listening to your show every day.

00:37:53.000 You're awesome.

00:38:00.000 But on the topic of this violation of our Second Amendment rights, I know somebody here in Michigan that was selling guns at his garage sale.

00:38:09.000 Him and some of his neighbors put their guns together and was selling them, and the Sheriff's Department threatened to arrest him because they said he couldn't do that.

00:38:17.000 And there's no law in Michigan, I've looked at the law in Michigan, just like Texas, because I've seen so many cases like this in Michigan, that you can't sell your private arms.

00:38:25.000 You just can't start buying guns en masse and making it a business, but you can get rid of guns when you need money, and people need money in this economy, and they just show up, color of law, and do this!

00:38:36.000 That's exactly what he was doing, and he wasn't selling assault rifles or anything.

00:38:40.000 He was selling hunting guns, you know?

00:38:42.000 Shotguns and .

00:38:43.000 It's not even that, sir.

00:38:43.000 .

00:38:45.000 Listen, all guns are basically assault weapons, the way they define them.

00:38:48.000 Anything semi-auto, there's no law against that either.

00:38:50.000 People don't know their rights.

00:38:52.000 So now, the police are so tyrannical in Texas, with the feds, they just say, we're not going to sell them, period.

00:38:59.000 Yup, yup.

00:39:01.000 And I'll just tell you that, you know, there's a lot of these people that are calling in and talking to you.

00:39:06.000 I've heard him say a lot of good stuff about how, you know, we're being violated, we need to rise up and go against them, but I've never heard anybody mention the law Quo Waranto, and I think that Alex, you should research that.

00:39:19.000 It's an old English law, it's called Quo Waranto, and it's under the writ of mandamus, and basically, if any city, say the police come, and they violate your civil rights, Yes, they sure have, and I've been through it repeatedly.

00:39:33.000 The city is dissolved, no longer exists. - That's right, and the old times, if a lord, that's under Magna Carta, did something wrong, he would lose his lordship.

00:39:42.000 Exactly, I appreciate your call, Pete.

00:39:45.000 See, our ancestors have been through this over and over again. - They sure have. - That's why those of us that study history know, Jack, comment on that.

00:39:52.000 - Yes, they sure have, and I've been through it repeatedly.

00:39:55.000 When I took a constitutional class as a cop in Phoenix and started upholding the Constitution, I was fired repeatedly for upholding the Constitution and telling my fellow officers not to do this and not to do that because it was unconstitutional.

00:40:13.000 I was fired repeatedly.

00:40:15.000 Now, they had to rehire me every time because the Civil Service Board at Phoenix said that Jack has a right to uphold his oath of office.

00:40:25.000 And that's all I was doing.

00:40:26.000 And so that's been 25 years ago, brother, that I was fired repeatedly for upholding my oath under the Constitution and telling my fellow officers.

00:40:36.000 And then you finally got medically retired.

00:40:40.000 I was injured in the line of duty in 1986, again, the final time.

00:40:46.000 And the doctors knew that the chief of police, Ruben Ortega, was trying to get me killed.

00:40:51.000 Because he told all the officers, if Officer McLam calls for a backup, don't go to his aid.

00:40:58.000 And they put me down in the war zone of South Phoenix, where almost daily you needed backups.

00:41:05.000 And I was injured a number of times, but the last time I arrested a drug smuggler out of Mexico and was seriously injured in my back, shoulder, and neck.

00:41:18.000 And so the doctors, the city doctors, said they were going to retire me out because they knew Chief Ruben Ortega was trying to get me killed.

00:41:27.000 He couldn't fire me.

00:41:28.000 He couldn't keep me fired for upholding the Constitution.

00:41:32.000 And if more police would stand together, we could turn this country back.

00:41:36.000 That's right, brother.

00:41:37.000 Let's go to Kevin in Nebraska.

00:41:39.000 Kevin, you're on the air.

00:41:39.000 Go ahead.

00:41:41.000 Hi, Alex.

00:41:42.000 Hi, Jack.

00:41:44.000 Yeah, I just wanted to say that really it is vital that every time that they try to push something illegal, we need to contest it through the courts and through... Yeah, they're trying to set a precedent through common law, through common practice.

00:41:59.000 Right, yeah.

00:42:02.000 And too bad the people... Yeah, too bad the people are not... the children are not taught the Constitution anymore in school.

00:42:13.000 Kevin, I'm gonna hold you over so you can make your point, or go ahead and start making it. 0.95

00:42:17.000 and school system and demeaning our founding fathers so that the kids, if they hear anything good about the founding fathers, they will remember what the teacher told them, that they all raped their slaves.

00:42:29.000 Kevin, I'm going to hold you over so you can make your point or go ahead and start making it.

00:42:33.000 Yeah, just that we need to immediately initiate lawsuits and do whatever it takes in the legal realm to stop these people, because if you give them ground, they're just going to take more and more and more.

00:42:47.000 That's what they always do.

00:42:49.000 And so if we let them roll over us, then, uh, you know, what are we doing?

00:42:53.000 We're laying down and letting them just take more and more of our freedom away.

00:42:57.000 But we stay there!

00:42:59.000 Hi, this is Alex Jones.

00:43:01.000 Did you know that the global elite are now storing non-hybrid seeds in secret storage vaults near the Arctic Circle?

00:43:06.000 Did you know that in a real meltdown, non-hybrid seeds could become more valuable than silver or gold?

00:43:11.000 It's true.

00:43:12.000 Seeds have outperformed even gold and silver before in this country, and it's possible that could even happen again.

00:45:59.000 What if I say I'm not just another one of your slaves?

00:46:09.000 We need to get the gun dealers, the gun shows, the gun shops all over the country to file torturous interference, civil rights violations, you name it, suits against the BATF and cities that unlawfully and illegally do this. 0.98

00:46:26.000 You'll kill them in court.

00:46:29.000 And the BATFE will come in and try to set you up and persecute you. 0.99

00:46:32.000 But look, they're going to overrun everything if we don't start standing up to them as best we can.

00:46:37.000 I mean, there's no doubt about these people.

00:46:41.000 We have the gun show owner coming up in 30 minutes.

00:46:43.000 I got Kurt Nemo popping in briefly in the next hour.

00:46:46.000 We've kept a couple phone lines open for police officers who call in all the time.

00:46:52.000 But I guess you're scared to call in now.

00:46:54.000 And I don't mean that as a taunt.

00:46:56.000 I mean, people are so gelded. 0.99

00:46:57.000 I know there's cops by the thousands listening right now who are against what's happening and you haven't called in.

00:47:04.000 1-800-259-9231.

00:47:04.000 I mean, are you outraged by this?

00:47:10.000 Just no law?

00:47:10.000 They just say you can't sell guns in Austin?

00:47:14.000 For folks that haven't seen the article in the public notice for selling of firearms, it's up on Infowars.com.

00:47:20.000 Kevin, anything else for Jack McClam?

00:47:23.000 Yeah, I just wanted to say that I think with, you know, American Center for Law and Justice and all kinds of other lawyers out there, a class action lawsuit would be viable against any level of the government and any agency in the government when they're doing stuff that's illegal.

00:47:23.000 McClam?

00:47:40.000 And that's one of the ways that we need to fight this, I think.

00:47:43.000 I appreciate your call.

00:47:45.000 Under Bush, when they tripled the funding for the VAT-FE and started moving in with regulations instead of laws and just color of law, we knew the storm was coming.

00:47:54.000 It's now here, Jack McLam.

00:47:56.000 It certainly is, brother.

00:47:58.000 And we have that tyrannical communist in office right now that are going to use these things.

00:48:06.000 Because they've trained for the last 30 years the citizens in elementary school and high school to not look at the Constitution anymore, look at international law.

00:48:22.000 Well, Jack, look at New Orleans.

00:48:23.000 First chance the feds had.

00:48:25.000 They blocked food and water, went into the undevastated dry areas, into literal $10 million houses.

00:48:31.000 I mean, the richest area, and handcuffed people, and took their guns and treated them like criminals and never gave their guns back.

00:48:38.000 That's right.

00:48:39.000 They should have been sued by all these rich people.

00:48:42.000 All these rich people should have sued them. 0.99

00:48:45.000 They did, and the federal court said give them their guns back in damages, and the feds said we're not going to give them back.

00:48:53.000 Well, they're not above the law.

00:48:56.000 Well, the point is, they want our guns, they want our guns, and we know they're training to take them.

00:49:02.000 And I've got mainstream news here, Jack.

00:49:05.000 LAPD on course to take over Explorer program.

00:49:09.000 And then we have the New York Times with scouts trained to fight terrorists and more, and it says they train to take on disgruntled vets who won't turn in their guns.

00:49:21.000 That's right.

00:49:22.000 They're taking the Boy Scouts and the Girl Scouts, too, and training them to use guns to take over, to help them take over the nation.

00:49:32.000 And that is insane.

00:49:34.000 I mean, it's absolutely insane, but it's totally tyrannical.

00:49:38.000 It's the same thing happened in Germany during the Nazi regime and under Stalin, under the Communist system in Russia, too, in East Germany.

00:49:52.000 And by the way, when you say they hired Primakov and Wolf, that was actually in the news.

00:49:57.000 They really hired the former head of the KGB and the former head of the Stasi to come set this up, and this is exactly what they've done.

00:50:04.000 I mean, they're really doing it.

00:50:06.000 Yes, and now we have lesbian Janet Napolitano, who's head of the, who's a CFR member, who's the head of the Homeland Insecurity, and she's got the Thank you for listening to GCN.

00:50:20.000 rule system ready to go with communist abomination tells her to bring it into power. 0.99

00:50:26.000 Jack McLam, we really appreciate you joining us and spending time with us.

00:50:32.000 And we'll talk to you again soon, my friend.

00:50:34.000 Okay, God bless you, Alex.

00:50:36.000 And Alex, for what you're doing for God and the country.

00:50:39.000 Thank you for listening to GCN.

00:50:49.000 Hundreds of nations have fallen to tyranny in the last century alone.

00:50:54.000 This is our last chance to not relive history.

00:50:57.000 As they're finishing off this agenda, they'll be pulling the rug from underneath Americans at home.

00:51:02.000 I have tremendous influence on our President and Congress, and they really are calling the shots.

00:51:08.000 I think it's incumbent upon all of us Tim Geithner?

00:51:11.000 Bernanke?

00:51:12.000 They're arsonists!

00:51:13.000 They're asking for more matches!

00:51:14.000 The Republic identifies the enemies of our nation.

00:51:16.000 The criminal offshore cartel, hell-bent on destroying sovereignty and on its ashes constructing world government.

00:51:23.000 Tim Geithner, Bernanke, they're arsonists.

00:51:26.000 They're asking for more matches.

00:51:27.000 And the Congress is saying, who do we make the checkout to?

00:51:30.000 Today, it seems like nobody does care.

00:51:32.000 And right now in Washington, D.C., we have seen a fall of the republic.

00:51:37.000 Get your copy of Fall of the Republic on DVD at InfoWars.com or watch it online right now in super high quality at PrisonPlanet.tv.

00:51:52.000 Waging war on corruption.

00:51:54.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:51:57.000 Big Brother.

00:52:04.000 Mainstream media.

00:52:06.000 Government cover-ups.

00:52:08.000 You want answers?

00:52:10.000 Well, so does he.

00:52:11.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:52:16.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:52:21.000 Coming up in 30 minutes, we have Darwin joining us.

00:52:30.000 Mr. Darwin, Morta Decker is the spokesman for the Texas Gun Show, that's the name of it.

00:52:39.000 We have the public notice up on Infowars.com.

00:52:44.000 Color of law, it says you must comply.

00:52:48.000 No private sales of guns, which is legal in almost every state.

00:52:53.000 Private citizens get to sell the guns they've bought for themselves at flea markets, at garage sales to their neighbors, at gun shows.

00:53:01.000 And they've tried to ban this all over the country, federally and at the state level.

00:53:05.000 They've been defeated.

00:53:05.000 So now in Austin, the BATFE and the Austin police just showed up at the gun show and said, it's all shut down.

00:53:11.000 You're not doing it.

00:53:12.000 Then had some illegal aliens sell it to some private seller who refused to follow it.

00:53:16.000 And the BATFE is all over it trying to set you up because it's not illegal to sell it to your neighbor.

00:53:23.000 Somehow they claim, though, that if it's an illegal alien, and of course the illegal always tries to tell you they're illegal to sting you, so they're doing anything they can to go after law-abiding citizens.

00:53:33.000 I want to go to Keith in Ohio.

00:53:35.000 He says he's a police officer.

00:53:36.000 Mark in Florida.

00:53:37.000 I appreciate them having the courage to call in, in this once-free country, to give us their response to this.

00:53:43.000 We talked to the brother of a police officer when the BATFE did knock and talk, coming to their door where they show up and say, we want to talk about your guns.

00:53:53.000 Let us come in and inspect them and enforce their way in.

00:53:56.000 And he was freaked out.

00:53:57.000 Keith, in Ohio, what's your take on all of this?

00:54:01.000 Well, Alex, it's just one more step down that path to trying to take firearms away from the private individuals.

00:54:08.000 In Ohio, we had a couple years ago, state sales agents came to the Dayton Gun Show.

00:54:14.000 And went around and started issuing tickets to everyone for not having a vendor's license.

00:54:18.000 And they got about halfway through the show, and they went to this one guy who was set up there, and they asked him for his ID, and he gave it to them.

00:54:25.000 They wrote him a ticket.

00:54:26.000 He said, what you're doing is illegal, and you're going to get in trouble.

00:54:29.000 And they started saying, we know what we're doing.

00:54:31.000 He goes, your boss is so-and-so.

00:54:34.000 Yeah.

00:54:35.000 His boss is so-and-so.

00:54:36.000 I'm his boss.

00:54:36.000 Yeah.

00:54:37.000 And you're handing out tickets to people who have already paid taxes on items and they're reselling them at private sale.

00:54:43.000 And he said, all the citations you've issued are illegal.

00:54:47.000 So they were going around trying to get them pulled back in, and a bunch of the dealers had already left, the private dealers.

00:54:53.000 Now, the vendors licensed dealers and the firearms dealers were still set up at the show.

00:54:57.000 And in doing so, Mayor Bloomberg this year came out and sent undercover sting operatives to the show, That's right!

00:55:05.000 Bloomberg!

00:55:06.000 Stay there, I'm going to hold you over.

00:55:07.000 This is so key, you know, because I recognize the cases you're bringing up and this is a very important call.

00:55:13.000 Bloomberg is in more than 14 states.

00:55:16.000 He's even down in Florida sending his undercover people into other states so he can then try to sue your states like he is the king of the country.

00:55:25.000 Go ahead.

00:55:27.000 Yeah, what they did is they were coming into the gun shows and then going around and trying to buy off of private sales.

00:55:33.000 And then after they'd agree on price and stuff, they would drop a hint that maybe they couldn't pass a background check or do some other stuff.

00:55:41.000 And then they were using selective video, not using all the videos, and then trying to shut down the Dayton gun shows.

00:55:48.000 Well, what happened is the guy that runs the Dayton gun shows, Came out on his own and he's issued little booklets that he hands out at the gun show, making sure everyone's following the state law.

00:55:59.000 That's how you do it.

00:56:00.000 You get everybody together to realize the stings are happening or they kill our culture.

00:56:05.000 Right.

00:56:06.000 And what they did is he's issuing these little booklets to educate sellers.

00:56:09.000 on how to recognize a straw buyer or how these things happen, and giving them out saying, look, you've got to just check he's a resident of the state, that they're over the proper age if it's 18 for a rifle or a shotgun or 21 for a handgun.

00:56:23.000 You verify their driver's license, they verify yours.

00:56:26.000 That makes it legal sale in Ohio without having to go through the next background check.

00:56:32.000 But again, under common law, a citizen can sell to their neighbor.

00:56:36.000 It's not their fault if it turns out the neighbor was a bad guy.

00:56:39.000 You know, the answer is more guns, less crime.

00:56:41.000 Stay there.

00:56:41.000 I want to come back to you, Keith, and let you finish from Ohio.

00:56:44.000 A police officer, then Mark in Florida, police officer.

00:56:46.000 And we need more police officers to speak out so you're not ordered to engage in tyranny.

00:56:51.000 And it's the citizen's job to stop this.

00:56:54.000 The Austin Police Department is outrageous.

00:56:59.000 One major world crisis away from having a totalitarian type of system.

00:57:04.000 The main event is the wholesale destruction of the world economy.

00:57:07.000 The push for every nation on the globe to identify and number all of its citizens.

00:57:57.000 Hello, this is Alex Jones with some important questions.

00:58:02.000 If you're going into a battle and they give you a rifle and a sidearm, how much ammunition do you want?

00:58:08.000 My answer would be all I can get.

00:58:10.000 In the battle for freedom and the lives of your loved ones, food is your only ammunition.

00:58:15.000 How much do you want?

00:58:16.000 When do you want it?

00:58:17.000 Now or after the battle starts?

00:58:19.000 When will you need it?

00:58:20.000 Can you buy it without proper identification?

00:58:22.000 Will there be any food?

00:58:23.000 Will it make your children sick?

00:58:25.000 If there's a Quarantine and you can't feed yourself.

00:58:27.000 Will you go to the gathering center and be immunized?

00:58:30.000 You wipe out all these problems if you have a good food supply.

00:58:34.000 Food is your ammunition to fight for your freedom and your life.

00:58:38.000 How much will you need?

00:58:39.000 We don't know.

00:58:40.000 How much do you want?

00:58:41.000 All you can get.

00:58:42.000 I'm Alex Jones.

00:59:57.000 From his Central Texas Command Center, deep behind enemy lines, the information war continues.

01:00:07.000 It's Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

01:00:12.000 For those that just joined us, this is how tyranny works.

01:00:18.000 In the past, they would have cities and counties pass unconstitutional local ordinances against private sale of guns at Flea markets, gun shows, garage sales to your neighbors, to your grandson.

01:00:35.000 Giving a gun under the law they tried to pass in Texas to your grandson is a crime.

01:00:42.000 We beat those laws.

01:00:44.000 So the BATFE, the feds, are running around all over the country just intimidating, stinging, harassing, trying to set up people at gun shows.

01:00:54.000 In Austin, they don't even do that.

01:00:55.000 They just say, no more private sales.

01:00:57.000 You've got to register it all.

01:00:58.000 You've got to go to the NICS system with no law, not even an unconstitutional local ordinance under them.

01:01:05.000 And they know this is illegal.

01:01:08.000 They know.

01:01:09.000 And Keith, as a police officer in Ohio who's seen this go on, but who have been successful against defeating it, I mean, what is your take on just how much trouble the APD and the BATFE should get in trouble for, or what laws you believe this violates, or regulations?

01:01:26.000 And separately, what would you do if you were an Austin cop ordered to do unconstitutional things?

01:01:34.000 If you do something unconstitutional, you have a process, and it's usually in most law enforcement agencies, it's written right into their standards and procedures, you do not have to follow a lawful order.

01:01:44.000 Period.

01:01:45.000 If it's unlawful, it is unlawful and you do not follow it.

01:01:49.000 If you get a write-up for it, you get a write-up for it, but you're going to end up winning that because it goes against your policies and goes against the laws of the state of wherever you're working.

01:01:59.000 And any administrator who tries to force you to do an unlawful act by coercion is also subjecting himself to a USC 1983 lawsuit.

01:02:09.000 But then they don't promote you.

01:02:13.000 That's sometimes the case, but you have to have the sand in the wheels, so to say, to slow down this train wreck.

01:02:19.000 And you have to get good police chiefs.

01:02:21.000 I mean, why?

01:02:23.000 Twenty years ago, police chiefs were always from the town.

01:02:26.000 Why do they always bring them in, Department of Justice recommended, from some far-off city?

01:02:32.000 Big money buys big power.

01:02:35.000 And in our state, in Ohio, we have the big cities of Cleveland and Cincinnati and Columbus and Dayton and Toledo.

01:02:42.000 And their chiefs of police, and somewhat to the effect their local sheriffs, are influenced by that big donor money.

01:02:50.000 And they follow the party line.

01:02:52.000 The small county sheriffs are pro-gun and pro-Second Amendment.

01:02:56.000 The big city ones are pretty much influenced by the large donors from those, say, left-wing radical organizations that don't want guns.

01:03:07.000 They have a bigger crime violence in their cities, and they think that that's just due to the fact that guns are readily accessible, even though the Bureau of Justice statistics show that less than 1% of U.S.

01:03:19.000 gun crimes came from gun shows.

01:03:21.000 Well, people don't rob heavily armed rural areas or cities where people are heavily armed.

01:03:28.000 The crime statistics are voluminous that the cesspits of crime are Chicago, New York, and L.A., every major city that has massive victim disarmament legislation.

01:03:40.000 And I'm going to go to another police officer, but Keith, in closing, in 1775, the Revolutionary War started Over gun confiscation, and the resistance was led by the local constables, by the local police and sheriffs.

01:03:58.000 And I believe that's going to happen again.

01:04:00.000 That's why Obama is creating a Council of Governors, so he can rubber stamp and take over the states, but still claim that the states some have authority, but he appoints the governors.

01:04:10.000 That's why they've set up Homeland Security.

01:04:13.000 But they've got a problem.

01:04:14.000 Most of the military and police I talk to are fully awake and upset about what's happening.

01:04:20.000 We see national studies.

01:04:22.000 98% of police said they're pro-Second Amendment.

01:04:25.000 So how can this be happening if 90 plus percent are pro-Second Amendment and the police and military are awake?

01:04:31.000 I mean, is it that the leadership are a bunch of globalists?

01:04:36.000 Well, I wouldn't say that the local leadership are, but on a national level and the large donor base is of that mindset.

01:04:43.000 Are police officers starting to wake up faster in your area?

01:04:46.000 ramp the grants towards that type of stuff.

01:04:48.000 You apply to try to get grants to help out your local small agencies due to budget cuts.

01:04:53.000 And the wording and the way that they ramp those grants out makes you have to take the bait and buy into their programs to get it.

01:05:03.000 Are police officers starting to wake up faster in your area?

01:05:10.000 Yes.

01:05:11.000 The rural law enforcement officer is from the local community.

01:05:16.000 He is of the local community and has the mindset of the local community.

01:05:21.000 The big city ones are often people that are pulled out of the socialized institutions, the big city, and they don't have the same mindset.

01:05:30.000 The local officer is covering three, four, five hundred square miles by himself.

01:05:35.000 He realizes that an armed populace is a very good benefit to him when he needs a backup.

01:05:41.000 and allow your local agencies all have that policy that they can deputize somebody on the spot to assist them in apprehending a criminal.

01:05:50.000 And, in fact, in Ohio, it's still the law that it's a civil penalty if you do not aid a law enforcement officer.

01:05:57.000 Same thing in Texas.

01:05:58.000 Same thing in Texas.

01:05:59.000 I mean, my mother, growing up in Austin, when somebody got out of the prison or the jail or the lunatic asylum, and she lived near that, the sheriff would just drive around and knock on doors and say, come help me.

01:06:10.000 Get your rifles.

01:06:12.000 Now, if you try to do that, the police will gun you down in my town.

01:06:17.000 In Ohio, that law still exists.

01:06:20.000 It's sometimes used in the rural areas where somebody's trying to apprehend a criminal and somebody, usually just a good citizen, will jump out and try to assist that officer.

01:06:29.000 But the statutes are still on the book for that to happen.

01:06:33.000 We need to get back to that.

01:06:34.000 That's real homeland security.

01:06:36.000 Keith, thank you so much for calling.

01:06:38.000 Thank you, Alex.

01:06:39.000 This is shocking to me, though, folks.

01:06:41.000 This isn't using business license write-ups or bureaucracy.

01:06:45.000 This is just showing up and saying, we are going to lawlessly... That's what lawlessness is.

01:06:50.000 No law!

01:06:51.000 I mean, it's one thing if a law is unconstitutional, but just to show up with no law and say, we're shutting down your private sales at the gun show?

01:06:59.000 Let's go to Mark in Florida, then Curt Nemo.

01:07:01.000 Mark in Florida, another police officer.

01:07:04.000 What do you think of this?

01:07:05.000 Here's the notice right here. 0.91

01:07:06.000 It's disgusting.

01:07:09.000 Totally unconstitutional and people should put up a red flag and not go along with it.

01:07:17.000 What do you think went through the minds of the Austin police when they were ordered to go help the feds do this?

01:07:23.000 You know I think it's like you were talking about the knock and talks earlier and you know people just give in.

01:07:29.000 Most of the time they'll just let officers come in their house and search or do whatever and it's the same thing with traffic stops.

01:07:37.000 Police officers make traffic stops every day for a traffic violation, and then they say, you might have fucked your car, and 95% of them won't stand up and say no.

01:07:48.000 And they'll know that they have stuff in their car that's contraband, but they won't do it.

01:07:54.000 And people just need to not be intimidated, and they need to stand up.

01:07:59.000 And if we all stand together, they can't put everybody in jail.

01:08:05.000 It's just disgusting what's happening in this country overall.

01:08:08.000 It's just terrible.

01:08:09.000 Well, I want to warn everybody like I did in the first hour.

01:08:12.000 The New London Kelo decision said private interest can take your land without paying you.

01:08:18.000 And that's what tyranny is.

01:08:20.000 This is all being done so your pension funds can be taken so that taxes can be raised to pay interest to the foreign banks.

01:08:29.000 And that's why this is happening.

01:08:31.000 That's what Homeland Security is for. 0.90

01:08:34.000 And so all these domesticated cowards that are scared of guns and the Second Amendment, they need to know that tyranny isn't going to stop just with their guns. 0.71

01:08:42.000 This is only the beginning.

01:08:44.000 Mark, I mean, points you want to make about this?

01:08:49.000 Statements you want to make about this?

01:08:53.000 Just that people need to wake up.

01:08:55.000 I'm trying to wake up my officers as much as I can.

01:08:59.000 For instance, at the beginning of the year, I did a little presentation at Roll Call, my predictions for 2010.

01:09:07.000 And it kind of opened up the door.

01:09:10.000 And I had an officer approach me the other day, just before Roll Call, and he said, hey, I watched Jesse Ventura last night.

01:09:19.000 And then I had to start Roll Call.

01:09:21.000 I didn't get a chance to talk to him.

01:09:23.000 So later on in the evening, I sent him a message and I said, Hey, you want to stop and get some coffee?

01:09:28.000 And he said, sure.

01:09:29.000 And so we had an opportunity to, you know, to talk about issues and stuff like that.

01:09:33.000 So that's what I'm trying to do.

01:09:34.000 I'm trying to get people woken up to it.

01:09:36.000 I'm trying to get people on the same page because we need to stand together.

01:09:40.000 That's the only way that we're going to win this battle.

01:09:43.000 And Mark, I agree with you because I told MSNBC yesterday when they came to interview me for Chris Matthews for a documentary he's making for MSNBC, I explained to the lady, I said, this has all been scripted and we have the Rand Corporation and all their own admissions.

01:09:58.000 They want to squeeze the people.

01:10:00.000 They want to push the people while brainwashing the police against the population.

01:10:05.000 So the police get abusive.

01:10:06.000 The public starts hating the police to make us enemies with each other.

01:10:10.000 And they do plan to have a violent revolution in this country that they're going to use to bring in total police state.

01:10:16.000 In the process, local police are going to be devastated.

01:10:20.000 We need to stop this now.

01:10:23.000 We need to not have this go to violence, but the establishment wants it.

01:10:29.000 They are pushing because they're going to be off in their ivory towers in Europe and in New York with their bodyguards, and they're going to have you, Mark, with all these officers under you, sounds like you're an officer in your department, marching out to engage in tyranny as they bring in unlimited illegal aliens and criminals, as the society implodes, marching out to engage in tyranny as they bring in unlimited illegal aliens and criminals, as the society implodes, as crime rates explode, as the society falls apart, It's not just police that we see becoming more and more corrupt.

01:10:57.000 I mean we are a sick society and we need good leadership like yours and others to take the risk Of sticking your head up to the tyranny, because the risk is greater to go along with it.

01:11:09.000 We know where this river leads, over the edge of the falls.

01:11:12.000 We've got to get out of the comfort zone now.

01:11:15.000 We have got to... I mean, I've got chills right now, folks.

01:11:18.000 Do you realize how real this is?

01:11:20.000 The danger we're in?

01:11:21.000 I mean, almost every single member of the Obama administration gives public speeches saying they're communist and they like Mao Zedong.

01:11:31.000 I mean, you cannot make this magnitude of evil up.

01:11:34.000 Mark, God bless you.

01:11:35.000 Good to hear from you.

01:11:37.000 We're going to come back with Curt Nemo briefly.

01:11:40.000 I want to have a talk with him live on air.

01:11:42.000 You can kind of see some of the behind the scenes that goes on here.

01:11:47.000 It enrages me.

01:11:48.000 It angers me.

01:11:49.000 It also exhausts me.

01:11:51.000 I mean, it's illegal.

01:11:52.000 The police can't show up and say you can't sell guns without a law.

01:11:58.000 You can't do it!

01:11:59.000 You have a mortgage and a load of other debt.

01:13:51.000 One last time, it's hereswhatyoudo.net.

01:13:54.000 Originally, we the people have entrusted government to be the guardians of currency to ensure purity, content, weights, and measures of gold and silver coins citizens would use for commerce.

01:14:09.000 This reinstalled confidence after the demise of the fiat continental system, wisdom being lost with time.

01:14:15.000 The government we once entrusted to protect from counterfeit has colluded with private business, creating the largest fiat counterfeiting scheme our country ever experienced.

01:14:24.000 This is not only a transfer of power to an institution that is not accountable to our elected government, but has also caused the dollar to lose more than 90 cents of its original value.

01:14:34.000 Now foreign governments are trying to divest themselves from this once world reserve currency.

01:14:39.000 Hi, this is Ted Anderson.

01:15:50.000 Freeze Dry Guy.

01:16:15.000 They order the APD to go down there and say no private sales, which is completely legal.

01:16:20.000 They've tried to ban it at the legislature over and over again.

01:16:25.000 I mean, if they get away with this, the sky's the limit.

01:16:27.000 I want to bring Kurt Nimmo up.

01:16:28.000 He wrote a very important article, Feds, Cops Attempt to Shut Down Legal Gun Sales in Austin.

01:16:33.000 Steve Watson has the headline at PrisonPlanet.com, VATF Notice Bans Private Gun Sales in Texas.

01:16:40.000 They did ban it. 0.80

01:16:41.000 And then to make it look legal, they had some illegal alien, we're confirming this happened, people witnessed this arrest, go in and some old guy was trying to sell a shotgun.

01:16:50.000 He sold it to the illegal, which wasn't illegal because it's a private sale.

01:16:55.000 It's not his job to know that under the law.

01:16:57.000 You still have that private right.

01:16:58.000 He wasn't a gun dealer under federal control and they arrested him.

01:17:02.000 So they do that.

01:17:04.000 In these staged events, go into Curt Nemo.

01:17:06.000 Curt, we need to really get on this and go over what Jack McClam pointed out, go over the points I made, the police officers that called in, how they've tried to use, I remember seeing that in the news in several states, Ohio, Pennsylvania, other places, where they go in and try to ban private sales through local business licenses, but they can't ban garage sales, they can't ban All of these different events.

01:17:32.000 Though the Feds put a ruling out this year.

01:17:34.000 Remember the Fox News headline?

01:17:36.000 Five years in prison for garage sale.

01:17:38.000 So they're trying to implement this.

01:17:41.000 You've already paid tax on something.

01:17:42.000 You're allowed to resell it.

01:17:44.000 So they trial these regulations.

01:17:46.000 Now they're not even doing that.

01:17:47.000 They just show up and say no sales.

01:17:49.000 I mean, that is tyranny.

01:17:50.000 When they just announce, I've got a gun, I've got a uniform, I'm your God.

01:17:56.000 Yeah, you know Alex, even under the Federal Firearms Ownership Protection Act of 1986, people aren't required to do background checks on people they sell guns to.

01:18:06.000 So they're even violating their own laws against the Second Amendment.

01:18:11.000 Be sure and add that.

01:18:12.000 That's right, we've passed laws to stop this before, and they just break the law.

01:18:16.000 They're not just breaking the law, making something up when there's no law, they're breaking laws.

01:18:21.000 Right.

01:18:23.000 You know, like I told you prior to coming on, this is a totally egregious violation of the Commerce Clause of the Constitution.

01:18:29.000 And I think legally, if people are going to stop this kind of nonsense, that's what they're going to have to go to is, you know, go to the Supreme Court and argue that this is a violation of the Commerce Clause of the Constitution.

01:18:42.000 Well, we need to hit them on all fronts.

01:18:43.000 We need to stop this in Austin right now, Kurt.

01:18:48.000 We need to just churn out more stories, more of the angles, and point out to people, you've done a great job with this one article, that this is completely illegal.

01:18:57.000 I mean, they can't just make up whatever they want.

01:19:00.000 No, they can't.

01:19:01.000 But, you know, what they're trying to do in, you know, what's her name, Carolyn McCarthy, the notorious gun grabber, she introduced the Gun Show Loophole Closing Act of 2009. 0.73

01:19:11.000 Let me see, it's H.R. 2324.

01:19:15.000 And what they're trying to do is close down the gun shows through this new law.

01:19:20.000 And they're actually trying to tie this to terrorism.

01:19:23.000 If you read the bill, they make these comparisons to illegal gun sales being terrorism.

01:19:28.000 It's insane.

01:19:34.000 Actually, Frank Wattenberg also introduced a bill.

01:19:34.000 I just hope.

01:19:36.000 The Democrats introduced some other bills, too.

01:19:39.000 This is called Gun Show Background Check Act of 2009.

01:19:43.000 And that's another issue.

01:19:44.000 Obama keeps saying, I don't want your guns, even though he writes all these letters, introduced laws as a state senator, even though all his czars are calling for complete banning, even though they're harassing everybody.

01:19:55.000 They're coming after our guns while denying they're doing it.

01:19:59.000 That's right.

01:20:01.000 Well, the Democrats are really behind these laws.

01:20:03.000 I mean, the Loophole Closing Act has 35 co-sponsors, mostly Democrats.

01:20:10.000 And the Lautenberg Senate bill has 15 co-sponsors, all of them Democrats.

01:20:14.000 So this is basically coming out of the Obama administration, as you pointed out.

01:20:20.000 But again, he uses that military tactic of going with the bills, going with the regulations, going with the color of law, going with the tyranny, whilst getting on the news going, these crazy conspiracy theorists, they think that we want their guns!

01:20:35.000 Well, it doesn't help that there's like 17 states that are, you know, regulating gun shows as well.

01:20:43.000 California, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Oregon, New York, Illinois, and Colorado.

01:20:47.000 And four states, Hawaii, Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania require background checks at gun shows on handguns.

01:20:54.000 So, states are working with the feds as well to implement this.

01:20:58.000 Well, we know they're coming after our guns, but the issue is, this is a new development to just have the feds show up and say, we don't need laws anymore.

01:21:07.000 You're done.

01:21:09.000 And then arrest someone.

01:21:10.000 I mean, it's insane.

01:21:12.000 I mean, it's insane that the federal government has no jurisdiction over interest bail of firearms at all.

01:21:19.000 None.

01:21:19.000 Under the Commerce Clause.

01:21:22.000 We need another headline like, Gun sales banned in Austin without law.

01:21:27.000 Illegal.

01:21:28.000 And then point out the Commerce Clause because you've done some great research, Kurt Nemo.

01:21:32.000 I know that'll be up later this evening at InfoWars.com.

01:21:35.000 Your current article is up there.

01:21:37.000 Thank you so much, Kurt, for the wonderful work you do at InfoWars.com.

01:21:37.000 Great job.

01:21:41.000 Take care.

01:21:42.000 Great job.

01:21:44.000 What a researcher.

01:21:44.000 You hear all those facts?

01:21:46.000 All the laws they're violating?

01:22:57.000 This is Alex Jones with five good reasons you should consider buying a solar power generator.

01:23:03.000 Number one.

01:23:04.000 New climate legislation could easily double or triple your electric bill.

01:23:07.000 Number two.

01:23:08.000 Our new energy czar wants to control how much power your electric company allows you to have.

01:23:13.000 It's true.

01:23:14.000 Total government control of electricity in the name of smart grid technology is coming.

01:23:18.000 Number 3.

01:23:19.000 In some areas of the country, the power grid is dangerously overloaded.

01:23:23.000 And now, new socialist legislation is only compounding the problem.

01:23:27.000 Number 4.

01:23:28.000 Dangerous weather is always a threat to local grids.

01:23:30.000 Every year, thousands of families lose their power from weather-related outages.

01:23:34.000 Number 5.

01:23:35.000 A solar power generator provides powerful backup, insurance, and peace of mind.

01:23:39.000 Folks, I really believe in the solar power generators offered by Solutions from Science, one of my oldest sponsors.

01:23:59.000 Hello, this is Alex Jones with some important questions.

01:24:02.000 If you're going into a battle and they give you a rifle and a sidearm, how much ammunition do you want?

01:24:07.000 My answer would be all I can get.

01:24:09.000 In the battle for freedom and the lives of your loved ones, food is your only ammunition.

01:24:14.000 How much do you want?

01:24:15.000 When do you want it?

01:24:16.000 Now or after the battle starts?

01:24:18.000 When will you need it?

01:24:19.000 Can you buy it without proper identification?

01:24:21.000 Will there be any food?

01:24:23.000 Will it make your children sick?

01:24:24.000 There's a quarantine and you can't feed yourself.

01:24:27.000 Will you go to the gathering center and be immunized?

01:24:30.000 You wipe out all these problems if you have a good food supply.

01:24:33.000 Food is your ammunition to fight for your freedom and your life.

01:24:37.000 How much will you need?

01:24:38.000 We don't know.

01:24:39.000 How much do you want?

01:24:40.000 All you can get.

01:24:41.000 I'm Alex Jones.

01:24:42.000 I want all of you good guys to live to fight another day.

01:24:45.000 Call 1-800-409-5633.

01:24:49.000 Or check it out on the web at efoodsdirect.com.

01:24:52.000 Again, that number, 1-800-409-5633.

01:24:56.000 Ladies and gentlemen, fall of the republic, the presidency of Barack H. Obama It covers the banking heist, the environmental takeover with the carbon tax, the anti-gun activity being done extrajudicially by Fiat, color of law.

01:25:22.000 You need to get this DVD.

01:25:23.000 You can get it for $9.95, half price, when you get it with the new film we're carrying.

01:25:29.000 Shadow government.

01:25:30.000 Amazing filmmakers.

01:25:32.000 We're discounting this out of the gate.

01:25:34.000 You need to get shadow government.

01:25:35.000 Showing you the shadow national security state that's been set up, who have openly stated in the secret homeland security documents that we got released last year, stating that all gun owners, conservatives, libertarians, returning veterans, are the number one threat to the government.

01:25:53.000 The government is illegitimate.

01:25:54.000 It's criminal.

01:25:56.000 It is illegal to have the BATFE go find a client-willing pet city like Austin and go to Police Chief Arte Cerveda and say, no law.

01:26:08.000 We're just going to go into the town.

01:26:13.000 The city.

01:26:14.000 And we're going to show up at a gun show and say you can't have private sale of firearms.

01:26:18.000 And they're trying to shut it down at flea markets, garage sales, selling to your neighbor.

01:26:22.000 They've tried to pass laws in Texas and every other state.

01:26:25.000 Several have passed laws at several state levels where you can't even buy your grandson a handgun, a rifle, a shotgun.

01:26:35.000 You can't buy your wife a gun and give it to her for Christmas. 0.77

01:26:38.000 You've got to be registered.

01:26:40.000 And that's what this has always been about.

01:26:44.000 Here is the actual notice that was being handed out to people in Austin at the Texas Gun Show.

01:26:51.000 That's the name of the vendors.

01:26:53.000 And it's a family-owned business.

01:26:55.000 Darwin Bedecker is the operator of it.

01:27:00.000 And, reading the notice, it says, public notice, selling of firearms at the direction of the Austin Police Department and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms, at the direction.

01:27:11.000 No law, not even a city ordinance, and that would have been overturned by the state.

01:27:14.000 The city laws have to be in line with the state law.

01:27:17.000 At the direction of the Austin Police Department, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms, anyone selling a firearm at this show location will be asked, so it's color of law, they're asking, to comply with the following.

01:27:30.000 Any person selling a personal firearm must, that's the felony, that's the color of law, the torturous interference, the racketeering, the civil rights violation, masquerading under uniform and with guns, under false authority, attacking commerce and civil rights.

01:27:49.000 Any person selling a personal firearm must, you're being commanded now by uniform, Claiming the power of the state, illegitimately, must go through a licensed FFL dealer in the show to transfer the firearm to the new owner.

01:28:04.000 Two, selling of firearms in the parking lot will not be permitted.

01:28:07.000 Thank you for your cooperation.

01:28:08.000 So see, it's meant to be written legally.

01:28:11.000 Where they think they can get out of it by saying, we're asking you that you must.

01:28:16.000 This is serious fraud.

01:28:18.000 And as far as I know, watching this closely, this is the first time in the country this has been done in my town of Austin, Texas, talking to Mr. Bedecker.

01:28:29.000 the operator of the Texas Gun Show.

01:28:31.000 He said that this is the first time in Texas they were told Thursday of this.

01:28:35.000 And here joining us for the next 25 minutes is Darwin Bedeker.

01:28:40.000 And again, they're totally against this.

01:28:42.000 They're getting a petition signed to go to the attorney general.

01:28:45.000 This is totally illegal.

01:28:47.000 The state better stop it. 0.93

01:28:48.000 He's getting a lot of hate mail right now.

01:28:51.000 He's not behind it.

01:28:52.000 He's got these armed thugs doing this.

01:28:57.000 This is tyranny.

01:28:58.000 This is the end of America.

01:28:59.000 This is directive of President Obama and the BATFE.

01:29:04.000 Mr. Bedecker, thank you for joining us.

01:29:06.000 Yes, sir.

01:29:07.000 Okay, you heard the things I just broke down.

01:29:09.000 I want to go over that later with you, but now, blow by blow, tell us what really happened, what they told you, what unfolded.

01:29:16.000 Okay, the exact story is Thursday at 2 o'clock we had a meeting in Austin, Texas with the Austin Police Department, the ATF, and the people from the North Market Event Center, and HEB.

01:29:35.000 Now the reason HEB is important is they're actually the main leaseholder under Walmart.

01:29:40.000 Walmart owns that building that everybody knows as the Crockett Center.

01:29:45.000 We're now the North Austin Event Center.

01:29:50.000 So what happened was they made these recommendations to me and basically because the gun show that used to be there before us was a lot larger, a lot bigger, they said that the APD and ATF had pending cases Uh, of people selling firearms in the gun shows without a license, actually setting up.

01:30:17.000 And I knew that was going to happen.

01:30:18.000 That's the extortion.

01:30:20.000 Basically, we're going to end up setting you up.

01:30:22.000 We're going to shut your show down if you don't let us, through color of law, intimidate people and go ahead and basically kill your show to begin with, running their fake stings in there with the illegal aliens they use. 0.99

01:30:34.000 Go ahead. 0.95

01:30:35.000 Exactly.

01:30:36.000 And basically what happened in this meeting when we first sat down, The detectives that are in this meeting did not even realize that we were a different gun show promoter.

01:30:46.000 They thought that there was no difference and only after...

01:30:50.000 Uh, only after we told them that we're not even the same gun show that you had these, these cases against, did she realize that... This is... I'm gonna stop you.

01:30:59.000 I'm gonna stop you.

01:30:59.000 This is too huge.

01:31:00.000 This is so illegal.

01:31:01.000 They are so ham-fisted, they think they're doing an internal sting plea bargain, uh, with you to get you to waive your rights.

01:31:08.000 Hey, we've got these cases against you, buddy boy.

01:31:10.000 Exactly.

01:31:11.000 See, they've already run the other show out of business or out of Austin.

01:31:14.000 Now they've got you and they're like, listen, Mac, you're going to do this with us.

01:31:19.000 You're going to help us run Stings.

01:31:20.000 We're going to mount cameras in the ceiling.

01:31:22.000 I don't know if this happened, but this happened in other areas.

01:31:24.000 Or once you were pimped by them, then they would bring that up later.

01:31:27.000 We're shutting down guns in America.

01:31:29.000 We may let you sell for a while, but the Second Amendment's over.

01:31:32.000 You know, that's basically the message.

01:31:34.000 So this gets a lot deeper and a lot... I'm sorry, I just love the Second Amendment.

01:31:38.000 I love commerce.

01:31:39.000 I love freedom. 0.92

01:31:39.000 I'm going to shut up. 0.92

01:31:40.000 I'm going to shut up. 0.99

01:31:41.000 Start over.

01:31:42.000 Okay.

01:31:43.000 You get called.

01:31:44.000 Let me guess.

01:31:44.000 Oh, you meet with us.

01:31:45.000 Exactly.

01:31:47.000 And so you show up.

01:31:48.000 Where were you?

01:31:50.000 Go over it all.

01:31:52.000 Well, I showed up to the building that they specified it was.

01:31:57.000 I don't remember the exact address of it, but it was one of their facilities that also PD uses for, I guess, interviews and stuff like that.

01:32:03.000 And, well, they invited HEB to the meeting, and basically what it was was they scared HEB into basically telling me I had to follow these recommendations or I wouldn't have a show.

01:32:16.000 And what, I'm going to stop, that's racketeering right there, organized crime, organized fraud, extortion.

01:32:22.000 They get the leaseholder, you've already contracted, they twist arms right there to violate the Second Amendment and commerce and free market, they get H-E-B under threat, you under criminal threat, all these threats to agree to this, and you have the courage to come out and expose them.

01:32:39.000 Who was there?

01:32:40.000 What was there?

01:32:40.000 Oh my God, this is so criminal.

01:32:42.000 Please continue.

01:32:44.000 So, basically, we had about a two-hour meeting, back and forth, back and forth, and I asked them specifically, why is this happening in Austin and nowhere else?

01:32:54.000 And they just backpedaled and said, well, because we're here.

01:32:58.000 Meaning that the two detectives and the other ATF agent.

01:33:05.000 And I asked them then, I was like, well, you realize I'm basically the smallest promoter on the totem pole.

01:33:13.000 I don't find it coincidence that, you know, you found a promoter that you could actually, you know, pressure into doing this.

01:33:21.000 Because, I mean, they told me Thursday I only had two choices.

01:33:24.000 You know, it was either cancel the show on Friday when vendors have already driven, you know, long distances to set up.

01:33:30.000 Oh, my God.

01:33:31.000 Or try to comply with their recommendations.

01:33:34.000 So that was a threat of ruins.

01:33:36.000 That was a threat of embargo.

01:33:39.000 Sir, you've got a civil rights lawsuit on the APD and the BATFE.

01:33:46.000 If you stand up to them, they're over.

01:33:48.000 And then when they try to racketeer and set up your gun shows more, you've really got them. 0.96

01:33:53.000 My God, these people are criminal!

01:33:55.000 So they told you, you do what we say, color of law, or we're shutting you down. 0.90

01:34:00.000 That is ten times worse than just, oh my god.

01:34:05.000 Do you realize what they've done, sir?

01:34:07.000 Yeah, no, I realize it.

01:34:08.000 It's just that, you know, I didn't, they told me Thursday that, you know, this had to be done and by Friday, you know, vendors are starting to show up and I'm trying to explain to them, you know, what happened.

01:34:20.000 No, they always do it in the quiet.

01:34:21.000 They always do it behind closed doors and then ask you to go out and take the heat.

01:34:25.000 Sir, what were these guys' names?

01:34:27.000 What did they say to you?

01:34:28.000 How did they treat you?

01:34:29.000 What went on?

01:34:30.000 Give us all the details of this criminal operation.

01:34:33.000 This is a mafia?

01:34:34.000 This is how the mafia operated in New York and Chicago?

01:34:38.000 Well, from the Austin Police Department, it was a Sergeant Fleming that was in the meeting, a Detective Long, a Detective Russell, and a Detective Vineyard, and from the ATF, it was a Daniel Jones.

01:34:52.000 Those were the law people that were inside the meeting.

01:34:55.000 And they took you in there and squeezed you to basically become their operative when you're a law-abiding citizen?

01:35:03.000 Yeah, well basically, you know, they sat there and they read all this long sheet of 9-1-1 calls, pending cases, all this stuff that they had dug up over the four, you know, however many years that they were doing it against the other gun shows.

01:35:17.000 Fourteen! 0.83

01:35:19.000 And then when I told them, well how, oh actually the gentleman from the North Austin events... I'm going to stop you again.

01:35:25.000 They always use emotion.

01:35:26.000 Oh look, over the years there's been, you know, 15 problems in the 14 years.

01:35:31.000 They were there when I went on air 14 years ago, so more than 14 years.

01:35:37.000 And so see, that's the new law they use. 0.80

01:35:39.000 Like in France They had 152 husbands and wives kill each other, so now they're banning arguing and may even ban marriage.

01:35:47.000 Oh, some parents abuse their kids. 1.00

01:35:49.000 Now everyone gets a camera in their home in England when you have kids.

01:35:52.000 See, oh, there might be somebody that gets a gun and commits a crime, so you have to do this now outside of law.

01:35:59.000 I mean, this is... I'm sorry.

01:36:01.000 Please continue.

01:36:02.000 Well, the worst part of it all was people coming in through the door that I handed these flyers to and that they willingly signed a petition for.

01:36:10.000 The people that didn't take the time to actually hear what was going on because they were so frustrated basically called me every name in the book.

01:36:18.000 I had one older gentleman Oh sir, that's your, hold on, that's one of your major.

01:36:23.000 You watch, your next show, compared to previous shows, will be down by 50% unless we get the word out.

01:36:28.000 It's going to be down more than that.

01:36:29.000 It's going to be down more than that.

01:36:30.000 Sir, they've destroyed you.

01:36:31.000 They have engaged in an act of COINTELPRO, write that word down, it's illegal, they got caught in the 70s doing it, to destroy you.

01:36:39.000 They infiltrated, they knew that this would destroy your operation, and they have, this is, this is assault, this is a robbery, this is grand larceny, sir.

01:36:51.000 I feel the same way, and the sad thing was that they sat there and told me, well, if you do this, you'll get more licensed, you know, FFL, Federal Firearms Licensed dealers in there.

01:37:01.000 Well, actually, I had two of my largest FFL dealers actually cancel the day before the show when I told them about it.

01:37:10.000 They don't want to be in a major sting-off.

01:37:14.000 Did they tell you Or if you would have gone along with them, I wish I had known about this and I told you to go along with it enough to really get into their criminal operation.

01:37:20.000 Because we're infiltrating these criminals right now as the organic citizenry.

01:37:23.000 I mean, they are the mafia.

01:37:25.000 We're the equivalent of the real citizen's FBI here.

01:37:29.000 I guarantee you they would have asked you to set people up next.

01:37:32.000 Or did they ask that?

01:37:33.000 No, they did not ask that.

01:37:35.000 No.

01:37:35.000 Okay.

01:37:35.000 Alright, continue.

01:37:37.000 Give me every detail of their operation.

01:37:39.000 Give me every... So you're in this building, continue.

01:37:43.000 Yeah, I'm in this building.

01:37:44.000 I mean, it's basically a two-hour meeting of them trying to, you know, tell all the woes of the show that was there before.

01:37:53.000 And the whole time, the guy from HEB is hearing all this.

01:37:56.000 And, you know, this gentleman doesn't probably, he's probably never even been to a gun show.

01:38:00.000 He doesn't, you know, he doesn't care about a gun show.

01:38:02.000 So he basically turns to me and says, well, you need to follow these recommendations or there's no show.

01:38:08.000 Well, the gentleman's name is Brett Baker.

01:38:10.000 They threaten to financially ruin you if you don't follow their recommendation, which is color of law, racketeering fraud.

01:38:18.000 Man, these guys are in trouble.

01:38:20.000 Now, who said that to you specifically?

01:38:21.000 Well, the gentleman's name is Brett Baker.

01:38:25.000 He's the guy from HEB.

01:38:26.000 And he was the one that...

01:38:29.000 So, I'm saying what the police did to him was illegal, threatening him and his business and your business if he didn't do that.

01:38:36.000 What I'm saying is the police, so they used them to do this?

01:38:40.000 Yeah, because I know where my morality meter stands and if they would have looked me straight in the face and said, you need to follow these recommendations, they know what I would have told them.

01:38:51.000 But basically by them inviting HDB to the meeting, They knew that they could intimidate him, and by him telling me I had to follow his recommendations, or they were going to close the door, then, I mean, I would have had to cancel the show because... Now, did any of the police, or did the federal regulator, the federal thug, did they, did they ever say, you've got to do this?

01:39:13.000 No.

01:39:14.000 Which even shows more evidence.

01:39:15.000 No, because they did.

01:39:17.000 They made it a point to keep on repeating themselves, these are just recommendations, these are just recommendations.

01:39:24.000 That's only more proof of the fraud.

01:39:25.000 We have the notice they wrote up.

01:39:27.000 We have them saying you must.

01:39:28.000 They produced this, correct?

01:39:29.000 They told you to produce it though?

01:39:30.000 That's only more proof of the fraud.

01:39:32.000 We have the notice they wrote up.

01:39:34.000 We have them saying you must.

01:39:36.000 They produced this, correct?

01:39:38.000 No, no, we produced that notice that we handed out.

01:39:42.000 They told you to produce it, though?

01:39:43.000 Yes, they said that that would be a good way to let the public know what was going on.

01:39:48.000 Did they give you an email, or did they verbally tell you how to write it?

01:39:53.000 No, they just verbally told me.

01:39:55.000 Yeah, they don't want a paper trail, because, boy, let me tell you, this is elitist.

01:39:58.000 Look, they're in the jury in the land, won't burn these guys, because they're, you know, just like when the mafia gets caught with different layers to protect themselves, that only burns them worse.

01:40:09.000 No, I understand.

01:40:10.000 And like I said, I received, you know, I had a gentleman that was 75 years old come up to me in the show Saturday morning and says, I hear you're the promoter of this show.

01:40:18.000 And I said, yes, sir.

01:40:19.000 And he goes, well, I just want to let you know that if I would have had a son that was like you, I would have shot him when he was born. 0.98

01:40:25.000 I mean, I'm so pro-gun and pro-right that it's not even funny to have a gentleman three times my age tell me that.

01:40:34.000 that, you know, that, I mean, I didn't know what else to tell him.

01:40:37.000 Besides, I'm sorry.

01:40:39.000 Well, again, again, we're a racketeer. - It's been operated.

01:40:49.000 My mom actually welcomes people at the door. 1.00

01:40:53.000 My brothers work security.

01:40:55.000 We're the lowest on gun show promoters.

01:41:00.000 We're the bottom totem pole.

01:41:01.000 No, honestly, let me stop you right there.

01:41:03.000 Let me stop you. 0.95

01:41:04.000 Were there police officers or BATFE goons loitering around to make sure that people were told about this and going around checking?

01:41:15.000 Because you said they did bust somebody in there for the non-crime of selling a gun to somebody without a license.

01:41:21.000 Yes.

01:41:22.000 You have them?

01:41:23.000 They were there Saturday, the ATF and the detectives that were in the meeting.

01:41:29.000 They were all there Saturday.

01:41:33.000 Man, this is evil.

01:41:35.000 So, I also heard that they set somebody up in a private sail with an illegal.

01:41:39.000 Is that accurate?

01:41:41.000 Well, I don't know.

01:41:42.000 I don't know the great details of it.

01:41:44.000 I don't want to say anything that's not true, but I did witness them escorting One of my vendors out that had sold a gun to somebody and then he was outside for, I don't know, probably an hour and a half and then they released him.

01:41:57.000 So they did it for show.

01:41:59.000 More color of law.

01:42:00.000 Just like the feds pay for billboards that say reporting illegal guns with a picture of a revolver.

01:42:05.000 There is no law against the revolver, creating the perception that we are a criminal group of gun owners.

01:42:12.000 Exactly.

01:42:13.000 But yeah, they definitely did it in front of everybody so everybody Sickening filth.

01:42:18.000 Sir, I've got to hold you over.

01:42:19.000 I need to fully debrief you with all this information.

01:42:24.000 We need to get the Texas...

01:42:28.000 Rifle Association behind you.

01:42:29.000 We need lawsuits filed.

01:42:31.000 We need to go after the APD.

01:42:34.000 Who really seemed to be the boss?

01:42:36.000 The BATFE or the local Austin people?

01:42:39.000 Actually, no.

01:42:40.000 The ATF agent, Daniel, basically, he was the one that proposed the recommendations that we followed, but as far as the rest of the meeting, he didn't say a lot.

01:42:52.000 Yeah, but he proposed the regulations.

01:42:54.000 He was the boss.

01:42:55.000 This is directly from Obama.

01:45:09.000 Here's a small sample of all that people like you have to say about the wild food experience.

01:45:14.000 As a homesteader attempting to live sustainably, I was floored by the amount of information in this book.

01:45:19.000 Dear Linda, I would be hard-pressed to express how much you have impacted my life.

01:45:23.000 I'm amazed by the wealth of the author's knowledge and the depth of the coverage in this book.

01:45:27.000 As we see more and more GMO foods on the shelves, this information is good to know. 0.57

01:45:32.000 I am thankful to God for you, Linda.

01:45:34.000 We can't say enough about this book.

01:45:36.000 Blessings to you and your family.

01:45:38.000 The greatest effect this book has had on me and my family is that we truly see Earth's bounty everywhere.

01:45:44.000 Folks, thanks for letting us help you get back to basics.

01:45:47.000 Read all of the testimonials at ofthefield.com.

01:45:50.000 You can order online for you and your loved ones or call 1-888-51-EAT-FREE to share in the secret.

01:45:58.000 We've got Darwin Betteker from the Texas Gun Show on showroom.

01:46:15.000 Shows up in Austin.

01:46:18.000 Gets told he needs to show up at a meeting.

01:46:20.000 They've got the HEB owners of the former Crockett Center, but you can't name something after Davy Crockett.

01:46:24.000 That's evil.

01:46:25.000 So they've named it something else.

01:46:28.000 And they tell them, you're not going to have your gun show unless you do this.

01:46:31.000 And the BATFV says, here's what we think you should write up and say to people.

01:46:35.000 Then they're there.

01:46:36.000 They do a show arrest, release the person.

01:46:40.000 I mean, this is all fraud.

01:46:42.000 This is classical tyranny.

01:46:45.000 This is how it worked in Russia and Nazi Germany and Soviet China.

01:46:49.000 This is what they're doing.

01:46:50.000 When you put your kids in public school, they're learning to hate the Second Amendment.

01:46:54.000 Sir, you fought back against this, so did the police or anybody, or it sounded like they knew what they were doing was really illegal, so they were being careful, but not careful enough, because of what we have here, and the fake arrest.

01:47:07.000 Did they start getting upset by your petition to the Attorney General?

01:47:10.000 Because you're right.

01:47:11.000 Who advised you to go to the state?

01:47:13.000 Because the state writes the laws, they can't just make up laws on their own.

01:47:17.000 Yeah, no, they didn't.

01:47:19.000 I don't know if they even saw the petition because they didn't even come in the front door.

01:47:23.000 They came in actually a side door of the show.

01:47:27.000 And the petition was right there at the front door where people enter.

01:47:33.000 The other thing that I was going to mention is what they did and what they basically made me follow.

01:47:40.000 You know, our shows are small anyways in comparison to gun shows.

01:47:44.000 They're really small.

01:47:45.000 You know, we're the only show that allows you to come back Sunday with your Saturday's emissions.

01:47:50.000 So we try to do things differently to help people, you know, out.

01:47:53.000 And I basically had to go $2 down on emissions to even get people to come in once they saw, you know, 65 of my tables were missing because of cancellations.

01:48:04.000 So, I mean, I didn't know what else to do.

01:48:06.000 That's where you can really get them, is the fact that they shut down your business and financially hurt you, and then emotionally hurt you, having people come up and call you a traitor.

01:48:16.000 And then they didn't trust you to probably sign your petition, probably thinking the government wanted their names, because they've tried to get gun shows to get Social Security numbers in other areas of the country.

01:48:25.000 Other points about what happened.

01:48:26.000 Were the police pleased with how they ruined your freedom and illegally intimidated your show into the ground?

01:48:34.000 Did you ever talk to him?

01:48:36.000 I walked back to the concession stand, which is at the back of the show.

01:48:39.000 Anybody that's been in that building know that it's in the back of the show.

01:48:42.000 And the two detectives that were actually in the meeting were sitting down in civilian clothes at one of the tables, I guess, just watching and surveying everything.

01:48:50.000 And I walked back to them, and where there used to be tables in the second half of the building, where you walk directly to the concession stand, there were no more tables.

01:49:00.000 So you actually had to walk past a bare place, a building that was probably 50 feet wide where there were no tables anymore because of the cancellations.

01:49:08.000 And I walked back to him and I said, take a look around.

01:49:11.000 I go, I hope this is what y'all were looking for.

01:49:13.000 And she kind of made a half grin and was like, well, you know, we don't want to shut you down, but we just want everybody that, you know, everybody that can't buy guns, you know, has to go through a background check.

01:49:28.000 So she admitted the crime.

01:49:30.000 I mean, she admitted there's no law to get the background check, but that's what they wanted.

01:49:35.000 That's what they wanted, yes.

01:49:37.000 What is her name?

01:49:38.000 Detective Long.

01:49:41.000 I don't have her first name.

01:49:42.000 She needs to be indicted for racketeering. 1.00

01:49:45.000 I'm telling you.

01:49:46.000 Sir, are you going to sue these people?

01:49:48.000 I'll do whatever I can in my power.

01:49:51.000 Just my financial resources are so minuscule.

01:49:55.000 Well, it's clear.

01:49:56.000 I'm going to get you back on for the next show.

01:49:58.000 I'm going to be down there this time.

01:50:01.000 And we're going to get hundreds and hundreds, if not thousands, of people to come support you and stand beside you.

01:50:07.000 But that's how tyranny works.

01:50:09.000 They grab you, then you get blamed for it as the victim.

01:50:12.000 We need to come support you and support your show and not let them kill the Austin Gun Show.

01:50:17.000 They already shut down the other one that used to be in a city building.

01:50:20.000 The city said, we're not going to allow it.

01:50:21.000 Now you go out and get a private building.

01:50:23.000 No, you can't have that either.

01:50:26.000 Or we can find somebody else with a big warehouse or building and have it there, and they'll try to set us up there.

01:50:31.000 You're gonna have to print out pamphlets to warn everybody, but we can't let them run everybody off.

01:50:35.000 Stay there.

01:52:39.000 They contract with H-E-B, who contracts with Walmart, that owns this old Walmart building.

01:52:47.000 They've had a gun show there for more than 14 years.

01:52:49.000 I mean, I've been going there since college, actually.

01:52:53.000 So, 15, 16, 17, 18 years?

01:52:55.000 I don't know.

01:52:55.000 I don't know how long.

01:52:56.000 I know it's been there since I've been on air 14 years.

01:53:00.000 And, uh, they've been sponsors of this show when it was the Saks at Gun and Knife Show.

01:53:04.000 They now went and did some raids and some setups and some... We knew they were in there.

01:53:08.000 They're doing it to all gun shows.

01:53:09.000 Ran them off.

01:53:11.000 Another event group comes in.

01:53:12.000 The police think it's the same group.

01:53:14.000 They say, look, we got you on all this.

01:53:17.000 You know, we might talk about dropping some of this if you do this.

01:53:21.000 Go over what they said in the meeting.

01:53:23.000 And you said they were mainly focused on the H-E-B leaseholder, intimidating him to stop you and to shut down your business.

01:53:33.000 And then the cops are laughing and think it's funny when they're outside the law.

01:53:37.000 There's no law you have to do this and the police are now secret commissars, secret police, running around and then forcing you to put up notices saying you must do this when there's no law.

01:53:52.000 I mean, this is the very definition of extortion, of racketeering.

01:53:56.000 Absolutely.

01:53:58.000 1-800- 1-800-259-9231 for lawyers, constitutional scholars, police officers, anyone who is upset about this.

01:54:13.000 You know, I'm sitting here ranting and raving, talking to Darwin here on the line, whose family owns and runs this gun show, the Texas Gun Show.

01:54:22.000 And, you know, thank God you can operate in other cities.

01:54:25.000 I mean, they're trying to put you out of business.

01:54:29.000 The only other show that I have is the one in Live Oak.

01:54:33.000 Like I said before, when it comes to gun shows, I'm the bottom of the total bowl because we are just all family that runs this show.

01:54:40.000 So they ran the old gun show that had been here for more than a decade out, and now they're trying to run you out.

01:54:46.000 Well yeah, and by doing what they did this past weekend, I can't survive.

01:54:52.000 Under that, because I mean, I'll just cancel the shows.

01:54:55.000 I'm not gonna keep on trying to put on gun shows.

01:54:58.000 No, no, no.

01:54:59.000 Don't do that.

01:55:00.000 Don't do that, sir.

01:55:01.000 I have a huge audience, especially in Austin.

01:55:04.000 I'm gonna have people there.

01:55:05.000 And I'm gonna be there.

01:55:07.000 We're supposed to be there the third weekend of each month because we filled in the spot that the other gun show left when they left the building.

01:55:15.000 So you're gonna be there in a month?

01:55:17.000 Yeah, the third weekend of each month until otherwise.

01:55:20.000 You're going to be there in like 28 days.

01:55:23.000 Yes, sir.

01:55:24.000 Well, sir... The third weekend of February.

01:55:27.000 Listen, you can look... You've never heard of this radio show, have you?

01:55:31.000 No, sir.

01:55:32.000 I don't get off the station.

01:55:34.000 No, that's fine.

01:55:36.000 But I did hear your name thrown out a lot when people told me that I needed to contact you.

01:55:41.000 And so I knew after hundreds of people told me when they came in the door.

01:55:45.000 Well, all I'm telling you is this is a... Tell that story in a moment.

01:55:50.000 This is a precedent-setting case.

01:55:52.000 I'm standing with you.

01:55:53.000 But you've got to stand with me and not let them intimidate you to shut down.

01:55:57.000 At least until we get to fight them, file injunctions, sue them, go after them.

01:56:02.000 I'll stand as strong as I can be.

01:56:06.000 Well, I'm going to be there with you in three and a half weeks.

01:56:10.000 Sounds good.

01:56:11.000 And we need all of Texas and the other stinking gun shows to stand with you and the other gun dealers to stand with you.

01:56:17.000 Because if they can get you... Sir, do you understand this is precedent setting?

01:56:21.000 But I'll guarantee you this is going on covertly all over the country?

01:56:25.000 Oh yeah, no, I know.

01:56:28.000 Like I said, I've seen it coming and then I've had that gut feeling that it was coming and basically they proved my point with this meeting and this past weekend that my personal feeling is that they're just trying to get a foothold And if they can get one show to do it, then they probably feel they can get all shows to do this.

01:56:47.000 Well, I'm going up against him, and boy, let me tell you, the BATF has even said threatening things to me at this very gun show you're talking about. 0.98

01:56:55.000 They are an absolutely wicked bunch of un-American trash. 1.00

01:56:58.000 This is Alex Jones with five good reasons you should consider buying a solar power generator. 0.99

01:57:03.000 Number one.

01:57:04.000 New climate legislation could easily double or triple your electric bill.

01:57:08.000 Our new energy czar wants to control how much power your electric company allows you to have.

01:57:13.000 It's true.

01:57:14.000 Total government control of electricity in the name of smart grid technology is coming.

01:57:19.000 In some areas of the country, the power grid is dangerously overloaded.

01:57:23.000 And now, new socialist legislation is only compounding the problem.

01:57:28.000 Dangerous weather is always a threat to local grids.

01:57:31.000 Every year, thousands of families lose their power from weather-related outages.

01:57:35.000 A solar power generator provides powerful backup, insurance, and peace of mind.

01:57:39.000 Folks, I really believe in the solar power generators offered by Solutions from Science, one of my oldest sponsors.

01:59:57.000 He's the T-Rex of political talk.

02:00:02.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

02:00:10.000 I want you to picture in your mind America, with secret police under federal control, getting the leaseholder together, calling the gun show operator in, and saying, hey, we got some cases against your gun show, we've set you up.

02:00:27.000 Hey, I'm not the same guy, you ran him out of Austin.

02:00:30.000 Oh, well, it doesn't matter.

02:00:32.000 You know, we're going to shut you down.

02:00:33.000 And then having the leaseholder, I guess, say, you've got to do this.

02:00:40.000 And what we need to do is have the gun show, not follow their illegal unlawful order, have notices you give them when they're there.

02:00:52.000 They don't have any warrant.

02:00:53.000 I say kick them out.

02:00:54.000 See, first they intimidate you to let them in.

02:00:57.000 Make them get warrants to come in.

02:00:58.000 We need to stand up as a country to these people.

02:01:02.000 And then, if they terminate your lease, Terminate your agreement.

02:01:08.000 You've got all sorts of other lawsuits against the officers, all of them, for racketeering, official oppression, torturous interference, interstate commerce, because the feds are involved.

02:01:17.000 I mean, they are committing so many crimes on the face of it.

02:01:22.000 And we've got...

02:01:24.000 A bunch of police officers calling in, Keith in Indiana, and a bunch of others we're going to go to here in a moment for our guest, but we need to rally behind the Texas Gun Show.

02:01:35.000 They picked a little target, they picked a Soviet town like Austin. 0.82

02:01:39.000 Good people in Austin, but run by a bunch of really bad people.

02:01:42.000 They're always stealing private property, you name it.

02:01:45.000 Because if they're able to do this under the dark of night, it's going to be a precedent.

02:01:49.000 I guarantee it.

02:01:50.000 The White House is running this.

02:01:51.000 I've seen similar things going on.

02:01:53.000 They're doing this all over the country.

02:01:54.000 We've got to set a precedent nationwide so people know how to stand up against them.

02:01:59.000 We've been fighting them for 20 years trying to shut down the gun shows.

02:02:03.000 And once they've shut that down, I've read the state laws they try to pass and the ones they have, where you can't even sell your neighbor a gun, can't sell some guns you want to make some money at a garage sale.

02:02:12.000 This is outrageous.

02:02:14.000 This is the last step towards total registration and confiscation.

02:02:18.000 Now, going back to Darwin Bedecker, whose family runs this.

02:02:22.000 He's the operator.

02:02:23.000 The Texas Gun Show.

02:02:24.000 Let's put their website up on screen for folks so they can find out where their shows are and support them.

02:02:29.000 Give us the URL to your website.

02:02:32.000 It's texasgunshows.net.

02:02:35.000 TexasGunShows.net and people need to show up to this.

02:02:39.000 Mark their calendars and be there and support what you're doing and you need to not be intimidated by them.

02:02:46.000 I can be there with cameras and cram them right in their faces.

02:02:49.000 I'm coming down there and you look into who I am sir.

02:02:53.000 I mean I don't claim to be the You know, a tough guy or anything, but I'm not a wimp, and I'm a constitutionalist, and I'm committed to this republic and defeating these people, and I'm standing beside you.

02:03:02.000 I'm going to get Congressman Ron Paul on this, Gun Owners of America Larry Pratt, Jews and Preservation of Firearms Ownership, the Texas Rifle Association, we're calling them all right now, sir.

02:03:13.000 We're going to rally the troops to defeat these people politically.

02:03:18.000 Well, that's music to my ears compared to what I've been hearing over the last 48 hours.

02:03:25.000 Now, I want to go to calls with you, but I want to go back here to be very careful about this meeting.

02:03:31.000 Specifically, they tell you, we'd like you to come down and tell us the whole story, how they did the intimidation, how the BATF told you how to write this, how it destroyed your show.

02:03:41.000 Lay it out.

02:03:43.000 I was invited to a facility at Austin PD.

02:03:49.000 I guess to do interviews and stuff like that.

02:03:50.000 I had a meeting with Austin PD, the ATF was there, and people from North Austin Event Center and HEP.

02:04:01.000 And it was about a two hour long meeting that took place on Thursday, the day before my vendors were supposed to set up.

02:04:08.000 And basically it was a long meeting over.

02:04:11.000 They started off the meeting with, you know, we don't want to have to shut you down, but we will.

02:04:16.000 It was straight intimidation from the get-go, and they made a long list of convictions or cases that they had against the former gun show, and they read off all these complaints and everything else, 911 calls, everything to this location, and they didn't even know in the beginning of the meeting that we were a different show promoter.

02:04:40.000 And that was over a decade of the other show, one of the best records.

02:04:43.000 People driving by on the highway were always calling cops, seeing people with guns, because the public's been trained guns are illegal.

02:04:50.000 Nobody can put them in their pickup window. 0.97

02:04:53.000 People can't walk out of their house and get in their car with them, because there's a large portion of the population that is completely ignorant. 0.96

02:04:59.000 So they use that. 0.97

02:05:00.000 The ninnying, scared public, we gotta shut you down. 1.00

02:05:03.000 Go ahead.

02:05:04.000 And then, in the process of the meeting, the ATF agent Suggested recommendations that we should follow.

02:05:13.000 And he said that he's seen it work in other places like Detroit.

02:05:18.000 And that right there made me laugh.

02:05:20.000 So they've done this before?

02:05:23.000 Okay, Detroit.

02:05:25.000 I mean a totally federal run cesspit.

02:05:27.000 Okay, continuing.

02:05:29.000 And basically... So to be clear, the BATF then was setting the parameters.

02:05:34.000 Go ahead.

02:05:36.000 After that, they you know, said what they could do.

02:05:40.000 They didn't want to have to do, but they said they could, you know, make it to where the building couldn't be used for anything because of the activities that happened in the past.

02:05:49.000 And that scared the guy from HEB.

02:05:52.000 Oh, so again, that's a key threat.

02:05:54.000 Outside of a court, outside of law, threatening to shut the building down for everything else, the knitting clubs, the swap meets they have there.

02:06:02.000 Threatening to just end the building, period.

02:06:05.000 So that guy's got a cause of action.

02:06:07.000 Threatening his entire business and his job as the leaseholder, H-E-B, the grocery store chain with Walmart, if he didn't then come down on you.

02:06:17.000 And what was his name, the poor guy being grilled by these people?

02:06:21.000 His name's Andrew Burkell.

02:06:23.000 He's the operating, I guess, operating manager of the North Austin Event Center.

02:06:29.000 And he was the one that was basically, he was a former Austin police officer, too, and he was the one standing up for us.

02:06:37.000 I mean, also, he was arguing with them.

02:06:39.000 How did that go?

02:06:41.000 Well, I mean, every time they tried to scare him, he basically told them, you know, don't try to intimidate me.

02:06:48.000 You know, I know the law.

02:06:50.000 I know what's going on here.

02:06:51.000 But yet, you know, it still intimidated H-E-B.

02:06:55.000 Get Raquel on. 0.97

02:06:56.000 So H-E-B was there above him?

02:06:59.000 Yes.

02:07:03.000 And so H-E-B then turned to you and said, this is the way it is?

02:07:07.000 Yeah, they said, you need to follow these recommendations.

02:07:10.000 Or, basically, there'll be no show.

02:07:13.000 And the police and the BATF then smiled with pleasure?

02:07:17.000 Yes.

02:07:19.000 And, like I said, they taped this whole meeting.

02:07:22.000 I don't know if that's something that they'll give you, but it was all taped.

02:07:28.000 Yeah, you need their open records to demand it.

02:07:30.000 They'll claim it malfunctioned and lie.

02:07:31.000 But, my God, was the event center head, the former police officer, freaked out when you left?

02:07:38.000 No, he wasn't freaked out.

02:07:39.000 He was just like, he just told me, you know, I know that didn't go the way you wanted it to.

02:07:44.000 You know, when I, when they called this meeting, I had, I said I would go, but they didn't tell me what we were going to talk about.

02:07:50.000 I didn't know what was about to happen.

02:07:52.000 So basically after they locked the doors and started the meeting, that's when they told me that, you know, they got to the point where if I didn't follow these recommendations, I wasn't going to have a show.

02:08:01.000 So after I already committed all my resources that I could towards advertising and everything else, I mean it was either lose all that money and cancel it or try to recoup something and let the public know what was going on so I chose to let the public know.

02:08:16.000 Well you did the right thing and we're going to stand beside you in this.

02:08:21.000 Now how did the BATFE guy tell you to write this?

02:08:24.000 When did he do that?

02:08:25.000 He didn't tell me to write it word for word.

02:08:30.000 What he said was you might have Oh, it's even worse!

02:08:32.000 up there to notify the public what's going on.

02:08:35.000 Because I told him, the reason I said that is because I told him, well, what's going to happen is everybody that comes in the show is going to think it's me.

02:08:42.000 You know, it's going to think it's a Texas gun show thing and think that I'm, you know, flying in the face of freedom when it's not me at all.

02:08:50.000 Oh, it's even worse.

02:08:51.000 They wanted to keep this secret.

02:08:52.000 Yeah.

02:08:53.000 So basically then he said, well, you could write something saying that, or I told him, well, then what I'm going to do is I'm going to write something saying, you know, in accordance and in direction with Austin PD and ATF.

02:09:05.000 This is, this is why, you know, this is happening this weekend.

02:09:08.000 So that's the flyer that you're reading.

02:09:11.000 And he said, oh, that's good.

02:09:13.000 Yeah, basically he said, yeah, that, that will work.

02:09:16.000 Because I asked him, I go, if I follow these recommendations, I go, are you going to pay for a full page newspaper ad?

02:09:23.000 You know, saying that it wasn't my idea.

02:09:26.000 I didn't do it willingly.

02:09:29.000 It was under the threat of pressure of me, you know, losing everything that I invested and losing my business there, that I complied with your recommendations for that weekend.

02:09:38.000 Well, this is an agency and police completely out of control.

02:09:41.000 Let's talk to Kenneth in Indiana, a police officer.

02:09:44.000 Kenneth or Keith, your take on this.

02:09:47.000 Yeah, I just want to thank you for, you know, acting on being obedient to your convictions and getting this information out and more power to your guests there as far as getting this lawsuit going.

02:10:01.000 Hopefully we can sue the pants off of them and get that done. 1.00

02:10:05.000 I just wanted to add, just encourage, you know, listeners and, you know, it doesn't matter if you own firearms, if you're interested, if you're not interested, if the last thing that you wanted to see But everyone needs to be involved with what's going on and stand up and fight because you may, next month, want to buy a firearm to protect you and your family.

02:10:29.000 And, you know, being a police officer, knowing what's going on, I lived in a county that they had two deputies on graveyard shift and they had a major State route going through.

02:10:42.000 If you have a serious accident, they're going to be tied up.

02:10:45.000 And if you have a burglary, a burglar breaking into your home at that time, just think about what the response time is.

02:10:52.000 Are you going to be able to protect you, your family, your property, your belongings?

02:10:56.000 No.

02:10:58.000 Well, sir, what do you think of them secretly just intimidating somebody to do this with no law behind them?

02:11:06.000 Well, it's wrong.

02:11:09.000 I mean, it's totally illegal.

02:11:11.000 But we see this going on in every facet of our country.

02:11:17.000 We have a Congress.

02:11:20.000 We have members of Congress.

02:11:22.000 We have our executive.

02:11:25.000 We have our judiciary.

02:11:27.000 We have judges.

02:11:28.000 Making law as they make decisions.

02:11:32.000 It's going along everywhere.

02:11:34.000 Stay there, Keith.

02:11:35.000 Stay there, Keith.

02:11:36.000 Stay there.

02:11:36.000 And we're going to come back with our guest because I want him to hear what you have to say.

02:11:40.000 And then Rick, Mike, Heather, John, and others with the different laws this is violating.

02:11:47.000 I'm going to get Larry Becraft, constitutional lawyer, on this.

02:11:49.000 I mean, folks, this is outrageous.

02:11:53.000 But what do we expect from the Austin police?

02:11:54.000 I mean, they take blood without warrants at checkpoints. 0.99

02:11:58.000 I mean, they're just nuts!

02:13:59.000 Gold isn't for you?

02:14:00.000 Ted Anderson, President of Midas Resources, one of the world's premier gold and precious metal investing firms.

02:14:06.000 I get it.

02:14:06.000 You wouldn't buy gold if you believed that the government is doing a great job, that the Fed will stop handing out trillions of dollars like bailout candy, that Social Security would be there for you.

02:14:16.000 That's not what's happening.

02:14:18.000 You might even pass on gold if the stimulus package wouldn't fuel inflation, or that the dollar wouldn't lose value, or that your retirement would be secure.

02:14:26.000 If all looks rosy to you, then now is not the time to buy gold.

02:14:29.000 For the realists, there have never been more sobering reasons to diversify with gold.

02:14:34.000 Since 2001, the U.S.

02:14:35.000 dollar index has tanked 30%, while gold has risen 300%.

02:15:54.000 No one knows what it's like to be the Batman.

02:16:04.000 Darwin Bettecker.

02:16:06.000 His family runs a little gun show in Texas.

02:16:10.000 Two shows a month.

02:16:12.000 They buy radio time.

02:16:14.000 They advertise it.

02:16:16.000 The government comes and basically shuts the show down.

02:16:19.000 No law, no nothing.

02:16:21.000 It's like they take your property now without just compensation.

02:16:25.000 The Republic is dying.

02:16:28.000 You think I like going up against the BATFE?

02:16:30.000 You think I like going up against these people?

02:16:32.000 I know who they are.

02:16:36.000 They've gotten in my face when I've been at the gun show before.

02:16:39.000 Until I get back in theirs and then they scatter.

02:16:42.000 They're used to people wetting their pants, bowing down to them.

02:16:45.000 Not me!

02:16:46.000 I'm a good person.

02:16:47.000 I don't do anything wrong.

02:16:48.000 I fight tyranny.

02:16:50.000 And we know this is tyranny.

02:16:52.000 Going back to Kenneth and then Rick and everybody else.

02:16:55.000 Kenneth, um...

02:16:57.000 I mean, the more I hear of this story, the more wicked, the more sickening it gets.

02:17:02.000 And to hear about the police when he walked up and said, look at my building, half empty.

02:17:06.000 Is this what you wanted?

02:17:06.000 And they smiled and said, no, we don't want to shut you down.

02:17:09.000 We just want you to have registered gun sales.

02:17:12.000 They want him to do something that isn't the law, and they're going to ruin him to do it.

02:17:17.000 I mean, that is assault.

02:17:19.000 That is financial assault.

02:17:21.000 Keith, I keep calling you Kenneth.

02:17:24.000 It's totally criminal.

02:17:26.000 And you know what they want?

02:17:27.000 We all know what they want in the end.

02:17:29.000 They're going to have a list and they're going to come and take them when they grant the time that, you know, they want to do that.

02:17:36.000 And they'll start with 50 cows first to make it sound reasonable.

02:17:41.000 It's just like you've said before, the frog in the pot that they just slowly start heating up.

02:17:47.000 And we don't notice that it's getting hot, but, you know, it's starting to boil and we need to do something.

02:17:52.000 Just going back to what I was saying again, yes, the Second Amendment, the right to bear arms, I mean, it is for personal protection of ourselves, our family, but again, tyranny.

02:18:04.000 It is that last line of defense to protect ourselves, to protect our freedoms, to protect our country, to protect our Constitution.

02:18:13.000 Just to follow up on the story I was saying before, protecting yourself I'm a law enforcement officer and I love the guys and gals I work with.

02:18:22.000 The profession is great, but we're there to supplement the citizens.

02:18:28.000 And you're there to respond, you're there to enforce the law after a crime has been committed under federal and state statute.

02:18:34.000 You have no liability to protect us because you can't.

02:18:38.000 Exactly.

02:18:39.000 If something goes down, we need a handgun, we need a weapon to protect ourselves.

02:18:43.000 At that moment, when our life is threatened, we may be killed within seconds.

02:18:48.000 People think that calling 9-1-1 is a magic genie lamp, and the police officer or sheriff's deputy is going to appear there in seconds.

02:18:56.000 It doesn't happen.

02:18:57.000 Again, the officer may be across the county, they might be Slowed down with bad weather.

02:19:04.000 You know, police officers have to deal with vehicle problems and the weather and snow and rain, fog.

02:19:10.000 Your phone may be out.

02:19:11.000 How many phone calls have we heard where the dispatch system's having problems or the dispatcher doesn't take them seriously and they get killed?

02:19:18.000 The average time's what, 12 minutes for a 911 call?

02:19:22.000 Exactly.

02:19:23.000 So, you know, We can't.

02:19:25.000 Is the government going to hire a bodyguard for every citizen in the country to protect ourselves at the moment that we need it?

02:19:33.000 That's not going to happen.

02:19:35.000 You know, we had founding fathers that guaranteed the God-given right.

02:19:40.000 Our right to protect ourselves is God-given.

02:19:43.000 But it's backed up by the Constitution to be guaranteed by the Founding Fathers and the Constitution that they gave us. 0.99

02:19:48.000 And Barack Obama and his crew of scum have no authorization to take our guns. 0.99

02:19:54.000 Going back to Darwin Bedeker. 0.99

02:19:56.000 Darwin, again, what do you think of my idea of Absolutely.

02:20:02.000 not following this color of law intimidation, and then if they do take your show away from you, you've got lawsuits that are incredible.

02:20:09.000 I mean, because it's going to kill your show anyways going along with this.

02:20:13.000 Absolutely.

02:20:14.000 And like I said, I'll stand with you through it all and try to, you know, hopefully they'll get back to where, you know, shows used to be where you actually enjoyed going to them, taking the family, enjoying the collection side of it, trying to find that one piece that you've been missing trying to find that one piece that you've been missing from your collection.

02:20:35.000 Listen, I don't go to a lot of them anymore because I know it's crawling with feds and special local police.

02:20:41.000 I like going to buy blow dart guns.

02:20:42.000 I like buying those little bird bomb things.

02:20:45.000 Those are fun to shoot out in the country. 0.53

02:20:46.000 You know, the things that run off birds, but not for birds, just to shoot them or to shoot them in the lake and watch them, you know, make a red flash at night.

02:20:53.000 I mean, it's fun to go to the gun show and, you know, buy camping gear or ammo.

02:20:58.000 But I mean, now it's just feds everywhere.

02:21:02.000 I mean, it's sick!

02:21:03.000 Our tax money are paying for this.

02:21:05.000 Anything else, Keith?

02:21:06.000 Yeah, and two more real quick things.

02:21:09.000 The Senate Subcommittee of the Constitution in 1982 had an awesome report on the right to keep and bear arms.

02:21:17.000 I mean, this is great.

02:21:19.000 It's not too long and it just touches on... I've read it before.

02:21:21.000 Give people the title of it.

02:21:22.000 We'll post it on InfoWars.com.

02:21:24.000 It is awesome.

02:21:25.000 It is awesome.

02:21:27.000 And... Give them the report name.

02:21:28.000 I forget the Senate report.

02:21:30.000 Yeah, it is a report of the Subcommittee on the Constitution.

02:21:35.000 It's quite long.

02:21:36.000 Of Committee on the Judiciary.

02:21:38.000 It's a February of 1982 report.

02:21:41.000 Yeah, we'll get that Senate report on the Second Amendment up.

02:21:45.000 Thank you.

02:21:49.000 We're on the march.

02:24:53.000 6829.

02:24:54.000 That's 800-34-NO-TAX.

02:25:20.000 We're doing some research on this Andrew Perkel in the Austin Chronicle.

02:25:27.000 We're wanting to make sure it's the same Andrew Purkell that is the head of the events center.

02:25:40.000 We're just going to leave it at that for right now.

02:25:42.000 You might want to look into the name Andrew Perkel.

02:25:44.000 P-E-R-K-E-L. 1.00

02:25:46.000 We're going to see if that's the same person.

02:25:48.000 We need to call him and see if that's the same 14-year veteran who got indicted in 2006.

02:25:58.000 Now he's playing good cop, bad cop with people.

02:26:02.000 So we're going to find out what's going on here.

02:26:06.000 Because we're on the case now.

02:26:10.000 We're on the case.

02:26:14.000 Okay, going back to Darwin Bedecker, who runs the Texas Gun Show, texasgunshow.net.

02:26:21.000 You said you're getting calls during the breaks from vendors and people that are saying they're going to come out and support you.

02:26:28.000 Finish up that story, and then I interrupted you earlier when you tried to bring up people bringing up my name at the front gate when they were coming in, seeing the notice.

02:26:37.000 Actually, while we were on this interview, our business phone rang, and my mother is actually the person that takes reservations.

02:26:37.000 Yes, sir.

02:26:45.000 She said that a vendor called and requested three tables at our next Austin show, and he's never done one of our shows.

02:26:53.000 But what made me feel good was he said that he wished his son would have turned out like me, which actually made me feel good for all those people that have been sending all the hate email thinking it was, you know, thinking it was My doing, that it actually feels good to actually get the story out.

02:27:09.000 Well, look, we've shot down politically a bunch of the czars that Obama tried to appoint.

02:27:14.000 Others he appointed are even worse, openly saying ban free speech, second amendment.

02:27:19.000 If we use the gun shows as political centers of the Declaration of Independence and Liberty, and got people organized to defend local gun rights on a city and county basis, That's why they hate it. 0.57

02:27:31.000 They hate our gun culture, our 1776 liberty culture coming together.

02:27:37.000 And so if all the vendors will start, and I guarantee a lot of them are listening right now all over Texas and the country, if people from even other states will come to your event, Coming up.

02:27:49.000 And even if they try some nasty thing and shut it down, we'll meet in the parking lot and have a rally.

02:27:54.000 And come there and pass the hat for your legal lawsuit. 1.00

02:27:58.000 And if everybody will get a bunch of tables, people that sell books, videos, people that sell beanie babies.

02:28:04.000 I mean, you know, I mean, it's not just guns that are sold.

02:28:07.000 Every Austin gun store needs to come.

02:28:11.000 People need to be there.

02:28:12.000 They need to cram every table you've got and fill it up To let them know that they're not going to shut you down and that you're not going down without a fight.

02:28:21.000 I mean, they don't have a leg to stand on anyways.

02:28:24.000 And I'm going to be there next Saturday, the three Saturdays from now, I'm going to be there with you next month.

02:28:30.000 Give us the dates next month that it's going to be at in February.

02:28:33.000 It's the third week in February.

02:28:36.000 I don't have a calendar right in front of me, but it's the third week in February.

02:28:42.000 Guys, pull up February 2009.

02:28:43.000 I apologize.

02:28:46.000 Okay, that's right after my birthday.

02:28:47.000 I was supposed to take my kids camping then, but camping can wait.

02:28:50.000 So that's the what days again?

02:28:53.000 20th and 21st.

02:28:54.000 And that's the date.

02:28:54.000 Yes, sir.

02:28:55.000 What days again?

02:28:56.000 20th and 21st.

02:28:59.000 Yes, sir.

02:29:00.000 And that's the date.

02:29:02.000 Now, again, I've spent three and a half hours today.

02:29:07.000 Three hours, 27 minutes on this.

02:29:09.000 Because, folks, they're openly announcing an end to free speech, an end to everything.

02:29:09.000 Why?

02:29:14.000 It's all happening.

02:29:16.000 We've been completely robbed.

02:29:18.000 They go intimidate people into posting notices saying you can't sell guns at this gun show and private sales.

02:29:24.000 We've beaten it at the legislature, so now they're trying to go around it.

02:29:31.000 This Andrew Purkell, I mean, he told you he was a veteran Austin police officer?

02:29:36.000 He didn't say veteran, he just said he used to work for the force.

02:29:41.000 Well, it may be another Andrew Purkell.

02:29:43.000 There's another one in the Austin Chronicle.

02:29:45.000 Give me a close shot of this, please.

02:29:48.000 And it says, Austin Chronicle, which is a questionable source, but no, I mean, not on issues like this.

02:29:55.000 A Travis County Grand Jury indicted December 27th, 14-year veteran of the APD, Detective Andrew Purkell, on one count of attempted sexual assault, a third-degree felony, one count of public lewdness, a Class A misdemeanor, and one count of indecent exposure, a Class B misdemeanor, in connection with the September 15th off-duty incident, according to a statement released by the APD.

02:30:16.000 Reportedly, the alleged offense took place at a hair removal business, American Laser Center, and involved an encounter between Purkell and an as-yet-unnamed Laser Center employee.

02:30:28.000 Purkell's attorney, Chris Gunter, told the statesman that the charges were not true, that everything that transpired between the two people was consensual, and that he and his client are anxious for a trial.

02:30:42.000 So, we need to look and see how that ended up.

02:30:45.000 But I wonder if they're trying to use that against him as the manager of the event center.

02:30:48.000 Maybe it's another Andrew Purkell who was an APD person.

02:30:51.000 Maybe.

02:30:52.000 We'll have to check into that.

02:30:53.000 Interesting info, huh?

02:30:56.000 Yeah, definitely.

02:31:03.000 The other thing that I was going to mention before that I really appreciate everybody coming in and saying that Well, I appreciate that.

02:31:11.000 for this and luckily y'all contacted me so I didn't have to even try to find out where y'all were located but I mean it was hundreds and hundreds of people that threw out your name and said that this is the man that you need to get informed so I appreciate somebody in the position to support our rights actually standing up and saying they're willing to do that Well I appreciate that I guess it was 2000 and

02:31:41.000 And they were going to pass the end of the gun show loophole.

02:31:45.000 It's a loophole.

02:31:45.000 It's illegal.

02:31:46.000 It's not.

02:31:47.000 Everything's perception.

02:31:48.000 And it was going to pass.

02:31:50.000 And I went down and I got a couple hundred of my listeners and they said, you know what?

02:31:54.000 You don't get to testify.

02:31:55.000 That was an open hearing.

02:31:56.000 Juan Hinojosa, the state representative, the head of the Judiciary Committee.

02:32:01.000 He said, uh, you don't get to testify.

02:32:03.000 And he brought up these two black guys who got up and did like a gangster thing.

02:32:07.000 They used race. 0.65

02:32:08.000 They used racism.

02:32:09.000 They, you know, to say, yeah, we're dangerous, you know, thugs, basically, and you need to ban guns and ban the gun show and, and, you know, we buy them at the gun show.

02:32:18.000 Total lie.

02:32:21.000 And so Jews of Preservation Firearms ownership local member, Ran in and said, you've got a video camera, get out here.

02:32:30.000 And like in a movie, this Smith guy, who's with the Violence Policy Center and Handgun Control Incorporated, was going, 100, 200, 300, and that video was all over the web, crashed our servers, and I've tried to find our original tapes.

02:32:46.000 of it.

02:32:46.000 And I think somebody did find it about a year ago.

02:32:49.000 Guys, Google bribery caught at Texas Capitol, Alex Jones.

02:32:52.000 And so I run up with a camera and he goes, ah, and acts all suspicious.

02:32:56.000 And then it turned out the committee got in trouble for paid testimony and all this stuff.

02:33:01.000 And we barely beat the bill.

02:33:03.000 But the NRA, and it would have banned grandpas, given their grandsons at 22.

02:33:07.000 No private gifts, no transfers of firearms.

02:33:10.000 And when I really found out that the, and then later I saw the documents, that the NRA is actually an anti-gun group, and that Charlton Heston, who I was a fan of and interviewed, was hired in 68 to do TV ads saying we need the 68 Gun Control Act.

02:33:25.000 People didn't know that.

02:33:27.000 And he later said that was wrong to do, but the point is that their board is run If they're going to get our guns, they can't let us have a group with 10 million members or whatever.

02:33:39.000 They've got to have it controlled.

02:33:41.000 And they called me an extremist and said the bill was good in the Dallas Morning News to ban gun shows.

02:33:48.000 And to ban junior shooting sports.

02:33:50.000 But the point is, I have to always march down and defeat this myself with the help of my listeners.

02:33:55.000 Anybody else out there?

02:33:57.000 Absolutely.

02:33:57.000 can start fighting this and catching it.

02:33:59.000 I mean, it just takes the willingness to resist these people.

02:34:02.000 And people are scared of the BATF.

02:34:03.000 I mean, they burn down churches.

02:34:04.000 But you know what?

02:34:06.000 You've got to stand up against them.

02:34:08.000 They can't stop us all.

02:34:10.000 And so you're saying hundreds of people said this was the show to get on.

02:34:13.000 Absolutely.

02:34:14.000 That's why other people have called me, and, you know, they want to do interviews and stuff too.

02:34:21.000 But once I found out that you were interested in it, I wanted to make sure that you got the full details first.

02:34:29.000 Well, sir, I appreciate you.

02:34:30.000 I'm not tooting my horn.

02:34:31.000 I'm talking about the power of our listeners.

02:34:34.000 Absolutely.

02:34:35.000 And do as many interviews as you can and just bullet point, you know, I mean, this is racketeering.

02:34:41.000 I mean, this is slimy like out of communist China.

02:34:45.000 Yeah.

02:34:49.000 Let's talk to Kenneth in Indiana.

02:34:51.000 We already talked to Kenneth that I keep calling Keith.

02:34:53.000 Keith that I keep calling Kenneth.

02:34:54.000 I'm looking at a screen way across the room.

02:34:57.000 I may be losing my eyesight here.

02:34:59.000 Rick in Tennessee, you're on the air, go ahead.

02:35:01.000 Hey Alex, how you doing?

02:35:05.000 I'm pretty freaked out, but I'm glad people are rallying against this.

02:35:08.000 I mean, this is unprecedented.

02:35:09.000 Yeah, I have a couple quick comments and a big question for you.

02:35:13.000 First of all, one of my local gun dealers here in Tennessee was at that show.

02:35:18.000 I can't get a hold of him today because of the holidays, so I will get a hold of him first thing in the morning and try to have him contact you.

02:35:25.000 Second of all, I think we have a duty to debrief and re-educate the citizens of the United States because we're being micromanaged so much that it's going to start with guns, CPS, Bows, knives, etc.

02:35:38.000 Oh, they've announced all U.S. citizens will have three yearly CPS visits, all Head Start people to put their kids in it, get three CPS visits, guilty until proven innocent.

02:35:48.000 I mean, it is an iron curtain of tyranny.

02:35:50.000 Well, I had a run-in with CPS here about a month ago, and once I went into their office and started tape recording the conversation, things changed.

02:35:56.000 And then the fact that they wanted to see my children or whatnot, and I started quoting constitutional rights.

02:36:02.000 You know, you can't, you know, it's a violation of my First Amendment, Fourth Amendment, Fifth Amendment.

02:36:05.000 They moved on to an easier target.

02:36:07.000 They haven't contacted me since. 0.99

02:36:08.000 Yeah, they went on to find somebody else's kids they could rape. 1.00

02:36:11.000 And by the way, at least half of them are child rapists, but go ahead. 1.00

02:36:15.000 Right. 0.84

02:36:16.000 Now, my main question is, is how do we rally around our sheriff to get him behind us?

02:36:21.000 Because the sheriff... You educate them, and if they're not a constitutionalist and they're a lapdog of the feds, you run somebody for sheriff and you take your county over and kick the feds out.

02:36:30.000 All right, and my final comment would be this, that as the United States, we are the last beacon of hope for democracy in this world that we live in.

02:36:39.000 And a lot of countries are actually looking at us right now with everything that's going on.

02:36:43.000 And if we lose our fight for our Constitution, our Bill of Rights, and our God-given rights, then basically the entire world is going to suffer for this.

02:36:50.000 Rick, great point, and again...

02:36:55.000 All over the world, China, Africa, all these different countries and continents and regions are saying torture's okay, secret arrest is okay, because they say, hey, America does it.

02:37:05.000 We've now become a beacon of wickedness. 0.93

02:37:07.000 And it's because the people have sat on their big, fat behinds, and that needs to stop, folks. 0.95

02:37:13.000 Let's talk to Mike in Wyoming. 0.75

02:37:14.000 You're on the air with Darwin Bedecker.

02:37:18.000 Go ahead.

02:37:21.000 Sympathetic towards this young man.

02:37:22.000 I remember what it was like to be that age and be confronted with several guys with shiny badges and guns.

02:37:31.000 But a little education will empower you.

02:37:35.000 First off, you just need to understand that these guys, no matter how many there are, how many badges they have, There are employees, and you have to think of them as such.

02:37:45.000 Well, let me just interrupt, Mike, as I always do.

02:37:47.000 I would have said, I would have punted.

02:37:50.000 I would have said, I gotta get my constitutional lawyer on this.

02:37:53.000 This is torturous interference to the HEB guy.

02:37:56.000 Yeah, I wouldn't have even shown up.

02:37:59.000 I actually can't hear the other audio that's going on right now, so I don't know what's being said.

02:37:59.000 Go ahead.

02:38:04.000 Okay, can you hear the caller now?

02:38:07.000 No, I can hear you.

02:38:08.000 I can't hear the caller.

02:38:09.000 Mike, go ahead and talk again.

02:38:11.000 All right.

02:38:12.000 Can you hear him now?

02:38:14.000 Yeah, I can hear him now.

02:38:15.000 Okay.

02:38:16.000 Now, the first thing that should have come out of your mouth was, what is your statutory authority for telling me I have to do this, or telling me I can't do thus and such?

02:38:28.000 Most of these guys operate under color of law, and they won't be able to tell you that when they can't cite any law.

02:38:37.000 You tell them, then please leave my property, leave this building, whatever, or I will call and have you arrested for trespassing.

02:38:48.000 What about letting them in?

02:38:49.000 How do these guys always force their stouts into these events?

02:38:54.000 Well, I know as far as my show, they didn't even enter through the front door.

02:38:57.000 They came in through a side door.

02:38:59.000 They don't even ask.

02:38:59.000 They just come right in.

02:39:01.000 Yeah, exactly. 0.99

02:39:02.000 Well, you need to have security there to keep their butts out of there and, and, and, and, uh, you know, our higher on off duty cop for the front door, you need to throw their butts out. 0.97

02:39:13.000 They don't have a warrant. 0.96

02:39:15.000 Yeah, no, absolutely.

02:39:16.000 Absolutely.

02:39:16.000 Well, I just, All the gun shows let them do this.

02:39:22.000 It's like somebody coming in your house, squatting on you, and then urinating on you and telling you that they're your God.

02:39:27.000 I mean, Mike, go ahead.

02:39:30.000 People need to get back together in little groups and study the law, which I did some years ago down in Arizona.

02:39:37.000 Institute on the Constitution.

02:39:39.000 They have good DVDs on studying the Constitution.

02:39:42.000 That's IOTConline.com.

02:39:45.000 And for studying just statutory law and civil law, you can't get any better than Mike Brown, a group called Erwin Rommel School of Law, which is at rommellaw.com.

02:39:59.000 And let me ask you a question, Mike.

02:40:02.000 Why do you think they're getting so bold just to engage in absolutely mafia operations?

02:40:11.000 They're trying to push us into a confrontation, obviously.

02:40:14.000 They know they're going to find someone who's on the edge.

02:40:20.000 If they can provoke us into violence, they win, as we all know.

02:40:25.000 We've got to stay cool and use the law.

02:40:29.000 It's still on our side.

02:40:31.000 But I don't think the average cop or fed realizes that when the dam breaks, which they're sitting there trying to do, what's going to happen?

02:40:38.000 Yeah, I can't believe it.

02:40:39.000 They think we're wimps because people don't go absolutely wild.

02:40:43.000 Do they have any idea what people want to do?

02:40:44.000 Yeah, well... There are a lot of people who want to die and want to take a bunch of people with them who are just sick of all the crap. 1.00

02:40:53.000 Yeah, they should know that they're being set up and just used as cannon fodder. 0.98

02:40:58.000 But the phrase you need to remember, everyone needs to remember, is what is your statutory authority?

02:41:04.000 Just commit that to memory.

02:41:06.000 Yeah, in all my babbling, no law, no regulation, they just make it up!

02:41:12.000 But Mike, you heard how they were trying to be careful, but they weren't careful.

02:41:16.000 I mean, they were trying to just intimidate this whole thing into process.

02:41:20.000 Yeah, they were very careful not to put anything in writing.

02:41:24.000 But I'm sure you have plenty of witnesses now.

02:41:27.000 And, you know, Title 42, 1983 was, I think, was tailor-made.

02:41:31.000 And take these guys individually into court, and they won't be pulling this again.

02:41:39.000 Well look, they obviously put this former Austin cop, and it looks like it's the same guy who was indicted.

02:41:45.000 We don't know if he was convicted for attempted sexual assault.

02:41:49.000 He's off the force now.

02:41:52.000 He left for some reason in 2006.

02:41:54.000 Suddenly he's over the events center.

02:41:57.000 Then the stings start getting run, setting up the old people. 1.00

02:42:01.000 So they left.

02:42:02.000 The SACS did.

02:42:03.000 I think there's a whole conspiracy here the more we burrow into this.

02:42:07.000 Yeah, it certainly sounds like it, but that guy could be guilty of impersonating an officer, if he's the one you're thinking of.

02:42:17.000 But whether you want to call this a conspiracy or not, that's a tough story.

02:42:21.000 No, no, no.

02:42:22.000 You're missing what I'm saying.

02:42:23.000 The Chronicle has the name of an Austin police officer that matches Andrew Purkell.

02:42:30.000 That's the name of the former cop that said, I'm former APD, that manages the events center, who had him there at the meeting.

02:42:39.000 With all this happening.

02:42:41.000 And so it looks like he went there in the last few years.

02:42:44.000 That's when they shut down the last gun show.

02:42:46.000 Looks like they've got an inside man in there who they've got control over.

02:42:51.000 In control of the events center to run ops against gun shows.

02:42:54.000 You understand?

02:42:57.000 Yeah, you understand.

02:42:58.000 We'll be right back.

02:42:58.000 Stay with us.

02:43:00.000 Hundreds of nations have fallen to tyranny in the last century alone.

02:43:04.000 This is our last chance to not relive history.

02:43:07.000 As we're finishing off this agenda...

02:43:09.000 We're pulling the rug from underneath Americans at home. 1.00

02:43:12.000 I have tremendous influence on our President and Congress, and they really are calling the shots.

02:43:18.000 I think it's incumbent upon all of us as American citizens to pay attention.

02:43:24.000 For the Republic identifies the enemies of our nation, the criminal offshore cartel, hell-bent on destroying sovereignty and on its ashes constructing world government.

02:43:34.000 Tim Geithner, Bernanke, they're arsonists!

02:43:36.000 They're asking for more matches!

02:43:38.000 And the Congress is saying, who do we make the check out to?

02:43:40.000 Today, it seems like nobody does care.

02:43:42.000 And right now in Washington, D.C., we have seen a fall of the Republic.

02:43:47.000 Get your copy of Fall of the Republic on DVD at InfoWars.com or watch it online right now in super high quality at PrisonPlanet.tv.

02:45:58.000 I say I shot the sheriff.

02:46:01.000 But I swear it was in San Peefes.

02:46:06.000 Freedom came my way one day.

02:46:13.000 And I started out of time, yeah.

02:46:18.000 But Sheriff John Brown, he came to shoot me down.

02:46:20.000 Nothing you can do.

02:46:21.000 So what do you do?

02:46:22.000 Nothing you could do.

02:46:25.000 So what do you do?

02:46:29.000 We're trying everything we can to stop it.

02:46:40.000 We're out of time.

02:46:52.000 for this transmission with Darwin.

02:46:54.000 I shot the shirt.

02:46:56.000 We appreciate Mr. Bedecker joining us.

02:47:00.000 What did your petition say that you're giving to the Attorney General?

02:47:03.000 Can you put it up online?

02:47:04.000 An online petition, too?

02:47:06.000 We need to contact the Attorney General of the state of Texas.

02:47:09.000 Who advised you to do that?

02:47:10.000 Because that's the what to do.

02:47:12.000 The state needs to come down on the APD and the BATF setting up their own little empire.

02:47:18.000 It was my fault.

02:47:20.000 I mean, I was frustrated on what happened and what took place.

02:47:23.000 And the one thing that I could think of to get, you know, the word of the people coming in the door was to have a petition.

02:47:29.000 So, that was basically my idea.

02:47:31.000 Well, we all stand together or we hang separate and the website is texasgunshow.net and email us.

02:47:38.000 I mean, what does the petition say?

02:47:40.000 Just, I as a citizen am upset by this unlawful activity or what?

02:47:44.000 Well, no.

02:47:45.000 I mean, I didn't know all the legal jargon.

02:47:46.000 and it was kind of put together last minute.

02:47:48.000 It was basically just saying a petition, you know, sign a petition.

02:47:51.000 You need to get people to sign up for a class action lawsuit next month.

02:47:58.000 That way they can't go after individuals.

02:48:01.000 We need to have everybody there who was violated this month there to sign up to be interested in a class action suit against the APD, BATF, and everybody else.

02:48:10.000 How's that sound?

02:48:13.000 Well, let's do it.

02:48:13.000 I mean, because it's a lot of hard work, but we have to stand up to these tyrants and show everybody it's criminal what they did.

02:48:24.000 We appreciate what you've done, and we're going to stand beside you.

02:48:27.000 We'll have you on a week or so before the event.

02:48:30.000 And we'll come out and interview you at the event, and we'll be there surveilling the enemy operation, trying to stop them from any set-ups or anything as well.

02:48:39.000 We know how they operate.

02:48:41.000 God bless you, and I appreciate you joining us.
