Alex Jones Show - 20100118_Mon_Radio

00:00:04.000 Big Brother.

00:00:06.000 Mainstream media.

00:00:07.000 Government cover-ups.

00:00:09.000 You want answers?

00:00:11.000 Well, so does he.

00:00:12.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:00:16.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:00:24.000 I have cancelled today's radio guest.

00:00:29.000 on other important subjects.

00:00:31.000 I have canceled yesterday, Monday, the 18th day of January 2010, to focus on the fact that there is no longer any doubt, 100% pure evidence of massive sustained destruction of the First Amendment, the Second Amendment, the Tenth Amendment.

00:00:55.000 It is all happening right now.

00:00:58.000 Now, it is all being announced.

00:01:01.000 They are openly trying to not sell the idea to the public, or even the Congress, or even the legislatures.

00:01:09.000 The Obama administration, taking all the unconstitutional tools that his predecessors developed, namely Bill Clinton and George W. Bush, Is openly taking over the internet through cyber security saying that they do intend to shut down free speech.

00:01:28.000 His czar of regulation openly says their plan is to end private ownership of firearms in the United States.

00:01:37.000 The gauntlet's down.

00:01:40.000 All over the country, the reports are pouring in and being confirmed so fast, my head is spinning, including the town I live in, the town I love.

00:01:52.000 My adopted hometown.

00:01:54.000 I'm from Dallas, Texas.

00:01:56.000 And I love Texas, but I love Austin.

00:01:59.000 And the town where I live is under a complete illegal federal jackboot.

00:02:08.000 It is under lawless criminal government.

00:02:13.000 The city of Austin and the federal government are in unconstitutional treasonous rebellion against federal and state law.

00:02:23.000 They have tried nationwide to ban gun shows.

00:02:28.000 And now, since Obama got into office one year ago, later this week will be the one year anniversary, Thursday will be the one-year anniversary of President Obama officially being in office.

00:02:50.000 This is a maximum complete red alert, ladies and gentlemen, and I want to attempt, because I've been beside myself with anger, disgust, pain, sorrow.

00:03:02.000 It's like I've lost a family member.

00:03:04.000 Or I'm watching a family member die.

00:03:07.000 I'm watching my republic.

00:03:09.000 Our precious republic, that precious shield against tyranny, fade beneath the waves of history.

00:03:17.000 And I want to save the good ship of liberty, but I need your help, ladies and gentlemen.

00:03:22.000 I can't even believe this headline.

00:03:25.000 By the way, they didn't attempt.

00:03:27.000 They succeeded, for now.

00:03:29.000 But the headline is, Feds Cops Attempt to Shut Down Legal Gun Sales in Austin, Texas.

00:03:39.000 This broke yesterday on the air when a caller called into the Sunday show, that's why callers are so important, they alert us to this, and said that he tried to go to the gun show and of course it's legal and lawful for individuals to go meet at the gun show to rent their own table if they want to sell a few guns and to get rid of them.

00:04:00.000 The federal law says that if you're engaged in, you know, continual commerce of guns.

00:04:07.000 That is, you have a gun shop or that's your main business that you have to get the federal firearms license to sell.

00:04:13.000 It's a tax issue.

00:04:14.000 It's a color of law issue.

00:04:16.000 And they want to set the precedent nationwide that you can't buy your son a rifle.

00:04:23.000 That a grandfather can't buy his grandson or daughter a.22.

00:04:27.000 And I've seen countless cases where they arrest people for selling their neighbor a gun when it's legal and lawful.

00:04:35.000 Well, the APD, the Austin Police Department, and the BATF on record went in and said, look, we don't have a law or regulation, but we're going to arrest you if you sell each other guns without going through the BATF registration NICS program.

00:04:54.000 This is huge tyranny.

00:04:56.000 We're going to fight it.

00:04:57.000 Stay with us.

00:05:00.000 One major world crisis away from having a totalitarian type of system.

00:05:05.000 The main event is the wholesale destruction of the world economy.

00:06:01.000 Hundreds of nations have fallen to tyranny in the last century alone.

00:06:05.000 This is our last chance to not relive history.

00:06:09.000 As we're finishing off this agenda, we're pulling the rug from underneath Americans at home.

00:06:14.000 We have tremendous influence on our President and Congress.

00:06:18.000 And they really are calling the shots.

00:06:20.000 I think it's incumbent upon all of us as American citizens to pay attention.

00:06:25.000 Full of the Republic identifies the enemies of our nation, the criminal offshore cartel.

00:06:30.000 ...

00:06:31.000 held bent on destroying sovereignty and on its ashes constructing world government.

00:06:35.000 Tim Geithner, Bernanke, they're arsonists!

00:06:37.000 They're asking for more matches!

00:06:39.000 And the Congress is saying, who do we make the check out to?

00:06:41.000 Today seems like nobody does care.

00:06:44.000 And right now in Washington, D.C., we have seen a fall of the Republic.

00:07:00.000 Hi, neighbor.

00:07:01.000 No matter when the time comes to survive on our food supply, every single one of us who have prepared will have two regrets.

00:07:07.000 Even those who haven't wasted a single penny on Christmas, birthdays, and vacations in order to store all the food possible.

00:07:14.000 Even those who have sold stuff and taken on part-time jobs to buy food.

00:07:18.000 Even those who have traded their gold while it will still buy food. 1.00

00:07:22.000 Yes, we will have been called stupid, crazy, and foolish. 0.99

00:07:25.000 When folks won't be able to afford food and there won't be any food for any amount of money. 1.00

00:07:31.000 We will still have two regrets.

00:07:34.000 We will regret that we didn't get more serious about more food sooner.

00:07:37.000 We will deeply regret that we didn't get enough food.

00:07:41.000 Putting off emergency food preparations will be the most dangerous decision that some of us will ever make.

00:07:47.000 Call 800-409-5633 on the web eFoodsDirect.com All over the

00:08:18.000 United States in the last decade I have seen reports In newspapers and on television of cities and counties trying to tell gun shows that they can't have private sellers.

00:08:35.000 Somebody wants to sell their shotgun, go rent a table, go to the gun show, and sell it to a private citizen.

00:08:41.000 Craigslist doesn't let you advertise private sales citizen to citizen, like if you're selling a jet ski, or a golf club set, or a BB gun, or a water hose.

00:08:53.000 You can sell all of that, but you can't sell firearms.

00:08:58.000 And now Craigslist and others aren't allowing slingshots and BB guns to be sold.

00:09:03.000 Children are being arrested.

00:09:05.000 Every week I see news reports of children playing with plastic guns, toy guns, and being arrested, saying that neighbors complained that it looked threatening.

00:09:16.000 It is a religion of bondage and disarmament. 0.98

00:09:22.000 and demonization of the second amendment where they want to basically create the illusion and the public perception that firearms are illegal.

00:09:32.000 You know about billboards all over the country for more than a decade that show an image of a revolver and it says report illegal guns and then you read the fine print at the bottom of the billboard that's very hard to read even up close and it says oh you get the reward for illegal guns, guns used in the commission of a crime.

00:09:52.000 But the illusion is guns are illegal and that illusion that fraud can't be pushed if you've got almost every state in the Union still has the Constitution in place where you can sell your neighbor a shotgun a rifle you can sell your cousin a shotgun a rifle or handgun and you can Put an ad in the paper, but most papers won't take the ads now to say hey, I've got a Mossberg shotgun I'm selling.

00:10:21.000 I've got a Smith& Wesson.357 Magnum I'm selling.

00:10:26.000 Or I've got ammo I'm selling.

00:10:28.000 All over the country, stores, there's no law.

00:10:32.000 The BATF just comes in and orders them and says, we're going to shut you down.

00:10:37.000 And they sit there like crooks and threaten them.

00:10:39.000 If you don't start getting people's driver's license and name when they buy ammo.

00:10:46.000 And this prepares you for it to become law, just like more than a decade ago, the feds in the state would come in and tell drug stores, we want you to get the names of people buying Sudafed, or buying Claritin, because sometimes criminals get it and make methamphetamine out of it.

00:11:03.000 So because somebody might do something wrong, you all have to be color of law registered.

00:11:09.000 Then, after that goes on for a few years, states like Texas and California and others, Under federal grants, pass laws where you have to register to buy the over-the-counter medicines.

00:11:22.000 A couple months out of the year, I get Cedar Fever, like most people in Austin.

00:11:26.000 And I try to go in and buy Claritin or Sudafed.

00:11:28.000 I've got to give them my driver's license and have them record it and register it.

00:11:33.000 And I see old people buying beer, buying cigarettes, buying tobacco. 0.98

00:11:38.000 I've been into Walgreens and seen literally an 85-year-old man or older on a cane with a cane walker.

00:11:44.000 Showing his driver's license to buy pipe tobacco.

00:11:48.000 This is all about a part of training you to show ID to buy and sell, getting you ready for the national and global carbon tax slash sales tax, which they're now openly announcing.

00:12:02.000 So this is a very sophisticated, complex issue.

00:12:06.000 And in the next hour, I'm going to simulcast at PrisonPlanet.tv so we can actually show you all of these documents and laws and reports so there's no denial now the issue i'm going to cover now ladies and gentlemen is off the charts in its magnitude because previously in colorado and california in utah in indiana we've seen the reports

00:12:36.000 everywhere in michigan in oklahoma In towns all over this great nation.

00:12:46.000 Cities pass ordinances.

00:12:50.000 Counties pass ordinances saying you can no longer have private sales of firearms without having a BATF license at gun shows.

00:13:05.000 And some cities passed laws saying you can't sell your neighbor a gun, you can't buy your son a gun, any firearm transfer or sale must be registered.

00:13:17.000 Now, Second Amendment organizations, grassroots organizations have fought in every state to defeat unconstitutional local ordinances.

00:13:30.000 Because if a city or county law does not cite It's power for a law from the state constitution or state laws.

00:13:39.000 It is illegal.

00:13:41.000 It is tyranny.

00:13:43.000 And the reason you have that is they've had many towns and cities throughout history that get a corrupt boss hog in power, who literally just start taking people's property because they want it and giving it to their friends or family, who start taking people's guns, who start taking people's crops, and so the state has to come in and stop it.

00:14:05.000 Now, normally cities pass a law, even though they're fraudulent and have to be overturned via lawsuits or actions by the state attorney generals.

00:14:15.000 They don't do that in Austin, Texas.

00:14:18.000 I have never seen anything like this.

00:14:22.000 This is absolute bona fide, the real deal, super ultra illegal tyranny.

00:14:34.000 When the government just shows up and doesn't cite a law or statute or even regulation and just says you're not gonna sell guns here anymore and puts a notice up on the door and has cops stand there handing out flyers to everyone and we have the actual flyer from the Texas Gun Show.

00:14:57.000 Formerly the Saxon Gun Show, but now they left Austin and we have a group called the Texas Gun Show and they're against what's happening.

00:15:05.000 They had a table there with women from the Texas Gun Show saying, please sign a petition to the Texas Attorney General because this is illegal. 1.00

00:15:14.000 The BATF showed up here and the Austin police showed up, backing them up, giving them jurisdiction and told them, I'm Boss Hogg.

00:15:25.000 You're not going to do this.

00:15:28.000 This is the heart, the root of tyranny.

00:15:33.000 When government says, we don't have a law, it's against the law, but we're going to warrantlessly wiretap you.

00:15:39.000 We're going to use the Patriot Act per state thousands of times a year in non-terror related cases that makes the Constitution null and void.

00:15:48.000 That's tyranny.

00:15:49.000 But at least they've got a phony baloney Patriot Act.

00:15:53.000 At least they've got some fake law in the process of being overturned all across the nation.

00:15:59.000 At least they claim they've got a piece of paper.

00:16:02.000 At least they swear out some type of fake baloney.

00:16:07.000 Not in Austin, Texas.

00:16:08.000 This is unprecedented.

00:16:12.000 Public notice.

00:16:13.000 This was given out Friday, Saturday, and Sunday in Austin, Texas.

00:16:20.000 Public notice.

00:16:22.000 Just a public notice.

00:16:23.000 They're setting up precedent here.

00:16:26.000 They're just announcing their new power.

00:16:28.000 Selling of firearms, in quotes, at the direction of the Austin Police Department, at the direction they direct, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms, anyone selling a firearm at this show location will be asked to comply.

00:16:46.000 Asked, notice it's all color of law, to comply with the following.

00:16:51.000 And now they bring in the true criminal color of law.

00:16:54.000 Because of one word, this is completely illegal.

00:16:56.000 Now it's clearly constitutional violation, color of law, fraud in the first paragraph.

00:17:01.000 Where they're just there telling you, through pure color of law, we're asking you to do this.

00:17:07.000 But we're the police with the implied authority.

00:17:11.000 Now here's what's illegal.

00:17:14.000 The previous paragraph is clearly unconstitutional and illegal, but this is 100% illegal.

00:17:19.000 Number one, any person selling a personal firearm must, must, you are commanded, must go through a licensed FFL dealer in the show to transfer a firearm to a new owner.

00:17:35.000 Number one, any person selling a personal firearm must go through a licensed FFL dealer in the show to transfer the firearm to a new owner.

00:17:46.000 Must. How many cops have gone to prison?

00:17:52.000 They love all over the country.

00:17:53.000 They've been caught sitting outside topless bars.

00:17:57.000 That 20-year-old topless dancer they've got a crush on. 0.99

00:18:00.000 They were watching hours before.

00:18:02.000 Drives out drunk. 0.87

00:18:04.000 Cop pulls him over and says, you must have sex with me down this wooded road or I'm gonna give you a DWI. 0.97

00:18:11.000 You must. 0.96

00:18:13.000 It's then official oppression and rape and they go to prison.

00:18:19.000 The police are not immune, they are not God.

00:18:22.000 It's simple.

00:18:23.000 If the cop shows up and says, you must follow my order, you must, when they're outside the state constitution, you must mow my lawn, you must come out and dig dishes, you must kiss my feet, you must do what I say, and they do that outside the constitution, it is absolutely 110% criminal.

00:18:48.000 And when it's done by government, it is tyranny.

00:18:52.000 Number two, shelling of firearms in the parking lot will not be permitted.

00:18:56.000 Thank you for your cooperation.

00:18:58.000 Your cooperation, with an exclamation point.

00:19:02.000 This is thuggery.

00:19:04.000 This is law of the jungle.

00:19:06.000 This is absolute despotism, 110%.

00:19:11.000 They say you must They are violating your constitutional rights.

00:19:16.000 They are violating the state law.

00:19:18.000 We beat at the legislature in the last, what, four legislatures, five legislatures, back to 1998, 2000 and on.

00:19:26.000 It's bi-yearly.

00:19:28.000 We beat attempted laws to shut down private sales of firearms in Texas.

00:19:35.000 They don't care.

00:19:37.000 The feds come in here with their pet police chief. 1.00

00:19:43.000 It's the same police chief that takes blood without warrants.

00:19:46.000 I mean, these people...

00:19:47.000 These people are just out of their minds.

00:19:50.000 I can't wait till Arch Acevedo comes and sits in this office and defends what he's done.

00:19:55.000 This is just unbelievable.

00:22:07.000 You wouldn't buy gold if you believed that the government is doing a great job, that the Fed will stop handing out trillions of dollars like bailout candy, that Social Security would be there for you.

00:22:17.000 That's not what's happening.

00:22:18.000 You might even pass on gold if the stimulus package wouldn't fuel inflation, or that the dollar wouldn't lose value, or that your retirement would be secure.

00:24:16.000 It's all over mainstream news saying how wonderful it is.

00:24:19.000 All over the country, the BATF tripled in size.

00:24:23.000 Now the BATFE, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, He is setting up surveillance systems, harassing people at gun shows, legally selling each other firearms as private citizens.

00:24:37.000 But now, in Austin, Texas, public notice selling of firearms at the direction of the Austin Police Department and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms, anyone selling a firearm at this show location will be asked to comply with the following.

00:24:49.000 One, you will be asked.

00:24:52.000 See? It's all color of law.

00:24:53.000 There's no law behind this.

00:24:55.000 Any person, and that's illegal, Any person selling a personal firearm must, must go through a licensed FFL dealer in the show to transfer a firearm to the new owner.

00:25:09.000 2. Selling of firearms in the parking lot will not be permitted.

00:25:13.000 I'm going to open the phones up in the next 30 minutes only for people that have seen this happen at their gun shows around the country and as this happening at other gun shows in Texas.

00:25:24.000 Because this is outrageously illegal.

00:25:28.000 And the police just don't need to be overturned by the Texas Attorney General, or by the legislature.

00:25:34.000 They need to get in trouble.

00:25:36.000 Somebody needs to sit R.A. Cerveda down and say, listen, just because the BATF comes down here, just because you're wanting a job later in the Justice Department, doesn't, like several of our police chiefs have left to become, doesn't mean you go just set up.

00:25:51.000 I mean, what's next?

00:25:54.000 Will they put out a notice that everyone must bring their unregistered guns in to be registered, like they did in Canada and England, before they ban them?

00:26:02.000 And the way they write these laws to overturn the gun show loophole, as it's called, to imply that it's bad, to imply that it's illegal, when it's not, is that it will ban all private transfers.

00:26:14.000 You want to give your uncle a gun.

00:26:16.000 He wants to give you a gun.

00:26:19.000 When I was Fourteen years old, my dad gave me the lever-action Savage 243 deer rifle that he was given when he was eight years old by his great-uncle.

00:26:32.000 Can't do it!

00:26:34.000 They also introduced a law we barely beat in 2000 in Texas that would have banned junior shooting sports, saying no one under 18 can even touch a gun.

00:26:43.000 They want to kill our culture of self-defense and liberty.

00:26:47.000 Slaves are disarmed.

00:26:49.000 And let me tell you what the BATF's doing.

00:26:51.000 They're feeding on people.

00:26:52.000 Some old man needs money.

00:26:54.000 Comes in, sells two of his shotguns.

00:26:56.000 They bust him out in the parking lot and illegally charge him, because it's not even what the statutes say, for federal firearms transfer, for being a gun dealer when he's not a gun dealer, he's privately selling a firearm.

00:27:08.000 I get reports, I see reports every day of people pulled over, even going to the gun range.

00:27:14.000 In Texas, in Vermont, in places that have strong Second Amendment.

00:27:18.000 And the cops are so brainwashed, they go ahead and arrest you for the legal gun!

00:27:23.000 And a lot of people just plea bargain!

00:27:26.000 To non-laws!

00:27:27.000 I mean, we live in a tyranny!

00:27:30.000 How many reports do you see in the news about neighbors see some old man, it's almost always an old man in their garage cleaning their gun, the neighbors get scared seeing a gun, they call the police, they come and it's on the news, uh, this guy, John Brown, John Doe was arrested for an arsenal.

00:27:47.000 He had 11 rifles, two handguns, and over 3,000 rounds of ammo.

00:27:53.000 It's an arsenal.

00:27:54.000 There's no law against an arsenal or defining what an arsenal is. 0.92

00:27:58.000 Just a bunch of lawless, gun-hating crooks.

00:28:02.000 Now, here's the deal.

00:28:04.000 They've had national surveys where over 98 percent...

00:28:08.000 In fact, call Jack McClan.

00:28:10.000 Let's get him on about this today, too.

00:28:12.000 That's why I cancelled guests today so we can get into the Second Amendment under attack. 0.99

00:28:19.000 There have been countless cases of where they do this.

00:28:25.000 And where they just teach police that guns are illegal.

00:28:29.000 When they're not.

00:28:31.000 But normally they pass a fake ordinance that's unconstitutional under the federal and state constitution.

00:28:37.000 This is the feds Coming in, and then I have the Council of Governors being set up by Obama, merging it with PDD 51, open takeover of the states, mainstream news pointing out this is total federalization, total takeover.

00:28:51.000 We've got them training the Boy Scout Explorer Clubs, now being taken over from the Boy Scouts by the feds and by Big police departments like the LAPD.

00:29:00.000 And then you look, you read the news articles and see police photos of the training.

00:29:04.000 They're training 14, 15, 16-year-olds to quote, take on disgruntled vets that own guns. 0.96

00:29:10.000 Remember the Homeland Security MIAC reports?

00:29:12.000 Or Homeland Security's internal reports say they're setting up to go after American gun owners.

00:29:17.000 And then American gun owners, and especially returning vets, are the number one threat to the government. 1.00

00:29:27.000 You see, they can't pass laws against your Second Amendment.

00:29:31.000 We're beating them there.

00:29:32.000 And so they just do it outside the law.

00:29:35.000 But you've got 98% of police in national surveys against gun control.

00:29:42.000 They don't like what's happening, but the commanders are criminals. 0.98

00:29:46.000 The commanders are thugs. 0.99

00:29:48.000 It's illegal. 0.97

00:29:50.000 We're on the march.

00:29:52.000 The empire's on the run.

00:29:54.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

00:30:00.000 Hello, this is Alex Jones with some important questions.

00:30:03.000 If you're going into a battle and they give you a rifle and a sidearm, how much ammunition do you want?

00:30:09.000 My answer would be all I can get.

00:30:11.000 In the battle for freedom and the lives of your loved ones, food is your only ammunition.

00:30:16.000 How much do you want?

00:30:17.000 When do you want it?

00:30:18.000 Now or after the battle starts?

00:30:20.000 When will you need it?

00:30:21.000 Can you buy it without proper identification?

00:30:23.000 Will there be any food?

00:30:25.000 Will it make your children sick?

00:30:26.000 If there's a quarantine and you can't feed yourself, will you go to the gathering center and be immunized?

00:30:31.000 You wipe out all these problems if you have a good food supply.

00:30:35.000 Food is your ammunition to fight for your freedom and your life.

00:30:39.000 How much will you need?

00:30:40.000 We don't know.

00:30:41.000 How much do you want?

00:30:42.000 All you can get.

00:30:43.000 I'm Alex Jones.

00:30:44.000 I want all of you good guys to live to fight another day.

00:30:47.000 Call 1-800-409-5633 or check it out on the web at efoodsdirect.com.

00:30:55.000 Again, that number 1-800-409-5633.

00:31:01.000 Hundreds of nations have fallen to tyranny in the last century alone.

00:31:05.000 This is our last chance to not relive history.

00:31:09.000 As we're finishing off this agenda, they'll be pulling the rug from underneath Americans at home.

00:31:14.000 Tremendous influence on our president and Congress, and they really are calling the shots.

00:31:20.000 I think it's incumbent upon all of us ... as American citizens to pay attention.

00:31:25.000 Fall of the Republic identifies the enemies of our nation.

00:31:28.000 The criminal offshore cartel, hell-bent on destroying sovereignty and on its ashes constructing world government.

00:31:35.000 Tim Geithner, Bernanke, they're arsonists!

00:31:38.000 They're asking for more matches!

00:31:39.000 And the Congress is saying, who do we make the check out to?

00:31:42.000 Today seems like nobody does care.

00:31:44.000 And right now in Washington, D.C., we have seen a fall of the Republic.

00:32:03.000 The President of the United States has declared martial law under Executive Order 11004.

00:32:09.000 Will they do it?

00:32:11.000 Will they pull the trigger this time?

00:32:13.000 We all pray they stand down, but an engineered crisis seems more likely with each passing day.

00:32:20.000 Think it can't happen here?

00:32:36.000 All these executive orders are now cocked, loaded, and waiting for the right crisis.

00:35:20.000 Austin, Texas 78760.

00:35:24.000 How do you even get words to describe this level of criminal government?

00:35:29.000 I mean, there's no doubt on every issue Local government has been federalized in almost every big city, many rural areas.

00:35:37.000 They have regular army marines running checkpoints all over the country.

00:35:41.000 The governors say don't do it in Tennessee.

00:35:44.000 The feds still do it. 1.00

00:35:46.000 It's in the newspaper.

00:35:47.000 I have state reps on fighting it.

00:35:50.000 I mean, just the army comes out and shuts down highways and starts searching people.

00:35:53.000 I mean, the government is a criminal enterprise.

00:35:57.000 They've stolen 28 plus trillion in the last year and two months.

00:36:02.000 Obama's federalizing the governors publicly with an executive order, saying they federalized police and local state military.

00:36:11.000 I mean, it's just, it's incredible!

00:36:15.000 The cybersecurity czar resigns last year and says the Pentagon is secretly taking over the web.

00:36:22.000 I talked to high-level IT people in Chicago, in Austin, in San Francisco, in Oakland, in Dallas, And they say suddenly all the networks are being run through huge new government hubs, tracking everything, where they can shut the web off whenever they want.

00:36:42.000 The White House says they may do it.

00:36:44.000 That's CNET news.

00:36:47.000 I mean, it's just, it's really happening.

00:36:50.000 And the public, the general public, is awakening to the fact that the government's corrupt, but they have no idea how bad it is.

00:36:57.000 And they're literally from birth set in their diapers in front of the television set, so people get home at 6 o'clock, their kids get home from the government training center, they cook dinner, everybody gets in front of the television show, watches their favorite shows, and then everybody goes to bed, gets up in the morning, takes their Prozac, and we've just been incrementally brought into this, but it's no longer incremental.

00:37:18.000 They are now racing.

00:37:21.000 A great article by Kurt Nemo at Infowars.com.

00:37:24.000 We're going to take the audio today of this show and post it there for everybody where I really break down what's happening.

00:37:30.000 I got caught unaware live with a caller about the Texas gun shows that came to Austin and how they were just outside of the law, just ordered by men in uniforms with guns.

00:37:42.000 You will not allow anyone to have private transfers of firearms here, which is a violation of state law.

00:37:49.000 And We went to their website, and they say it on their website.

00:37:54.000 We got the public notice, the actual copies being handed out.

00:37:58.000 It's at Infowars.com, and I, last night, watched the video of my simulcast of the radio, and I didn't even really make the key points.

00:38:07.000 I was so beside myself with frothing anger.

00:38:11.000 The most highly decorated police officer in Phoenix, Arizona history, Jack McClam, founder of Police and Military Against the New World Order, 26 years ago, 27 years ago, He's been warning about this.

00:38:21.000 He'll join us in the next hour to talk about this some.

00:38:25.000 I want to go to your phone calls now specifically about going to gun shows and how they're getting your license numbers, your social security numbers.

00:38:35.000 They're saying you're not allowed to have private sales of guns outside the law.

00:38:39.000 They're now busting people everywhere without even a law.

00:38:43.000 They just trump up other charges and falsely charge people for other laws For selling their neighbor's guns.

00:38:52.000 They're now, outside the law, ordering gun shops all over the country.

00:38:57.000 Started with Walmart five years ago to just get your license number and scan your license when you buy ammo.

00:39:04.000 I mean, it's just totally illegal!

00:39:07.000 But to show up and say, any person selling a personal firearm must go through a licensed FFL dealer in the show to transfer the firearm to a new owner.

00:39:16.000 Must! No law, no code, no local ordinance.

00:39:21.000 See, again, normally they get a local ordinance passed, then it gets overturned as unconstitutional at the state level.

00:39:30.000 Because cities can't pass laws outside the state constitution.

00:39:34.000 Cities and counties are chartered by the state.

00:39:37.000 This is lawless.

00:39:39.000 This is the government. 0.98

00:39:40.000 So arrogant.

00:39:41.000 The police, the APD, the BATF know this is illegal.

00:39:46.000 But they're confident they can just get away with it, just like private banks could control the Fed and the Treasury and openly give themselves 200 plus billion of the trillions to their own personal bonuses.

00:40:00.000 Geithner, Paulson, Summers, all of them giving themselves bonuses from the government they run.

00:40:09.000 Totally illegal!

00:40:12.000 Be like a bank manager going in and giving themselves a million dollars out of the vault.

00:40:18.000 It's illegal!

00:40:19.000 Doesn't matter if you say you're the bank manager, you can't do that.

00:40:23.000 I mean, the point is, they are engaged in open crime in front of everyone.

00:40:30.000 And I'm sure that the Attorney General will come down on them as they have before, in other states and in this state, and say you can't do that.

00:40:39.000 But Austin doesn't care.

00:40:40.000 BATF doesn't care.

00:40:41.000 They don't even care what the Attorney General says.

00:40:44.000 By the way, who was that conservative state senator we've had on?

00:40:47.000 His name escapes me.

00:40:48.000 We had him on last year about the gun grabbing.

00:40:52.000 I want to get him back on.

00:40:53.000 I want to get the pro-gun state senators. 0.66

00:40:56.000 Go to the Texas Rifle Association.

00:41:01.000 Go to the Texas Association.

00:41:02.000 We've got to get them on.

00:41:03.000 We've got to really make a big deal out of this.

00:41:05.000 Or it won't create enough of a ruckus.

00:41:09.000 I just can't believe this.

00:41:13.000 I mean, this is an illegitimate, lawless city I live in.

00:41:20.000 I mean, two years ago they started taking blood at checkpoints without warrants and I pointed out this is illegal.

00:41:25.000 So they went to the legislature and the legislature passed a law that they can take blood without warrants!

00:41:33.000 The police!

00:41:35.000 Now, that's unconstitutional at the federal level, and the Texas Supreme Court, it looks like, is going to strike it down.

00:41:40.000 But the point is, they're trying all this illegalness.

00:41:43.000 But this isn't even the legislature passing an unconstitutional act.

00:41:47.000 Then it's just unconstitutional.

00:41:48.000 This is the city of Austin and R. A. Cerveda, under the federal control of the BATFE, announcing that they can do whatever they want.

00:42:02.000 You know, I like Kurt Nimmo's headline, but we need to make the point in here.

00:42:06.000 Editors note, Kurt, that this is clearly illegal.

00:42:09.000 This is not under the state constitution.

00:42:11.000 This is not under a state law.

00:42:12.000 The city is operating illegally.

00:42:17.000 The BATF isn't here engaged in high treason.

00:42:22.000 The feds are in my town with no law, no statute, no power. 0.52

00:42:28.000 And the good news is the gun show was there, getting people to sign a petition.

00:42:32.000 I'm working on getting them on.

00:42:34.000 Getting locals to sign petitions to go to the Attorney General to stop Austin and the feds from just showing up.

00:42:43.000 I mean, if they can get away with this, they can get away with anything.

00:42:45.000 Remember the Kelo, the Kelo, Connecticut, the Kelo, New London, Connecticut decision of five years ago, where they said, we can take your property, Without just compensation.

00:42:59.000 That was in the Supreme Court ruling, and it even said in the ruling, I read it on air many times, we spent months on it, fighting it, and then in the aftermath, saying private interests can give money, it's not bribery now, to local, city, county, or state governments to take your property without payment.

00:43:19.000 In fact, I interviewed the families who lived in two, three, four generation beautiful Victorian style homes on the water, Houses valued at $600,000, $1,100,000.

00:43:31.000 They didn't just not get payment, they told them two years before they took it.

00:43:34.000 If you fight this in court, we're going to come back with attorney's fees from the state and the city and charge you.

00:43:41.000 And so one family had their $600,000 house bulldozed and got a $300,000 plus bill from the lawyers.

00:43:48.000 So you don't just get your land taken, you pay to have it taken.

00:43:52.000 You pay to be a slave. 1.00

00:43:54.000 You pay to be raped. 1.00

00:43:57.000 Property rights, folks. 0.99

00:43:59.000 My father, who's a landowner, owns a large tract of land in East Texas, hereditary land.

00:44:07.000 He got a notice right after the New London Key Low decision, three years ago, two years after the decision, saying, here's your new Texas landowner bill of rights.

00:44:18.000 Kind of like the New Freedom Initiative federally takes your freedom.

00:44:20.000 It's Orwellian named, or the Patriot Act is unpatriotic.

00:44:23.000 It said you have no property rights.

00:44:26.000 If we say we're taking your land or putting a pipeline across it, or if you turn down a mineral offer, you are given three months to accept the first offer you're given, even if it's 10 cents on the dollar, and then we just take it and charge you attorney fees.

00:44:44.000 That's America! 0.96

00:44:47.000 They're not just gonna take your guns for all you stupid mainline Domesticated cowardly liberals that are afraid of seeing a fellow slave with a gun, but love seeing cops with guns You could scare me see a citizen with a gun, but not cops you Are gonna lose everything you got they're already changed the federal laws to take your pension funds now They change the federal regulations outside of the law to take your 401 case To take your money mark money money market funds. 0.99

00:45:12.000 They announced that last month. 0.99

00:45:13.000 Those are no longer protected.

00:45:14.000 Do you?

00:45:16.000 Understand what's happening.

00:45:20.000 Now, I'm going to your calls.

00:45:21.000 Did you go to the Austin gun show?

00:45:25.000 Did you sign the petition against this?

00:45:27.000 What were people saying?

00:45:29.000 No law, no nothing.

00:45:31.000 They just come and say, no more gun sales here, baby.

00:45:34.000 We got guns.

00:45:35.000 We're the government.

00:45:36.000 We own you, slaves.

00:45:37.000 And once they make you register everything, once they end private sales, then they confiscate.

00:45:42.000 We've been holding the line here for years.

00:45:44.000 And now they're overrunning us criminally.

00:45:46.000 I can't believe the boldness of the APD and the BATE.

00:45:51.000 The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives.

00:45:53.000 Simon! Simon, where are you calling from?

00:45:57.000 Uncle Tom's cabin.

00:45:59.000 Okay, what's on your mind?

00:46:01.000 Well, I think we know about this Haiti situation.

00:46:06.000 I got a good suggestion for him.

00:46:08.000 Simon, I'm letting you go.

00:46:09.000 I'm letting you go. 0.64

00:46:10.000 I'm letting you go and you made your little racial joke or whatever it is.

00:46:13.000 I told you, the phone lines are open for people specifically on this issue.

00:46:19.000 Focus! Focus! 0.94

00:46:21.000 They're shutting down gun shows illegally, with no law!

00:46:25.000 Do you understand what that means?

00:46:28.000 Brandy in Louisiana.

00:46:29.000 Go ahead, Brandy.

00:46:32.000 Hi, um, Alex, this is Brandy.

00:46:34.000 Um, I've been listening to your show for four months now and...

00:46:38.000 Do me a favor, turn your radio off.

00:46:40.000 Come on, people! 0.72

00:46:42.000 Yes, like I said, I've been listening to your show for four months now and I'm waking up and I've known so much just by listening to your show.

00:46:53.000 I have two questions.

00:46:54.000 One is about gun control and there is a gun show that we're having here in Louisiana next month and I want to purchase a gun and then I don't, but then I do too because I have Well, I have kids and I want to protect myself.

00:47:13.000 What do I do, you know, if they were to ask...

00:47:16.000 You go to the gun show and you'll see people that are private sales.

00:47:19.000 Again, if you sell a bunch of guns, they bust you and say it's the federal statute that you gotta have a federal firearms license to do it as a business.

00:47:26.000 It's a tax.

00:47:27.000 That's how they got the unconstitutional issue in.

00:47:29.000 But private sales, you still have the right to say sell your neighbor a gun or have them sell you a gun.

00:47:34.000 So you find somebody that wants to sell you a private sale.

00:47:39.000 Okay, and that's how you get a gun.

00:47:42.000 Me, I don't care.

00:47:43.000 I go in and let them register me and have my guns.

00:47:45.000 It's no secret I got guns with those traders.

00:47:48.000 And because I buy what I want when I want new generally.

00:47:51.000 But what you need is a revolver or a pump-action shotgun, something like that for home defense.

00:47:59.000 And just take it out of the gun range and get good with it.

00:48:01.000 Okay. Okay, I have one more other question.

00:48:04.000 Okay, I know it's not referring to the gun control, but I have issues with communication and that's with cable TV and see, I rely on internet.

00:48:15.000 They're talking about shutting down local channels for the antenna and that's what, you know, that's the only thing I use.

00:48:24.000 So, will we- Yes, they're forcing everyone to get wired.

00:48:28.000 Huh? They're forcing everyone to the internet, Brandi.

00:48:35.000 So your question is, what are you going to do?

00:48:38.000 Yes, what will I do for communication?

00:48:41.000 What do you do to learn what's happening?

00:48:43.000 Listen to local AM radio.

00:48:45.000 I appreciate your call.

00:48:46.000 Look, now I'm not mad at the listeners, but I told you, I specifically have to leave the lines open for people who have seen unconstitutional color of law Outside of the system, criminal government, making guns illegal, violating gun shows, telling you you can't have private sales without a law.

00:49:08.000 Okay? 1-800-259-9231.

00:49:12.000 John, did you ask these callers if they were specifically calling on that?

00:49:17.000 Thank you.

00:49:17.000 I figured you did.

00:49:18.000 I just, it's unbelievable.

00:49:19.000 We need to focus on this.

00:49:21.000 I need to leave lines open for people who are eyewitnesses to this in other areas.

00:49:26.000 They'll tell me the name of their town and state.

00:49:28.000 I can pull up articles on it then.

00:49:29.000 I can show the gun community, the Second Amendment, self-defense, freedom community, how bad it is, and get them out of their slumber.

00:49:38.000 The feds are trying to pass federal legislation to ban guns at will.

00:49:43.000 But it's worse than that.

00:49:44.000 Here's an article, InfoWars.com, January 7th, 2009, from a year ago.

00:49:49.000 Proposed law will allow Obama AG Holder to ban guns at will.

00:49:54.000 That bill's introduced.

00:49:55.000 H.R. 1022.

00:49:58.000 Just a blank check where he's God and can ban whatever he wants.

00:50:02.000 We just make him God.

00:50:04.000 That's how they're already operating.

00:50:05.000 The BATF's shown up.

00:50:08.000 They haven't even passed their healthcare law.

00:50:10.000 And all these different employers from Illinois to Texas are getting notices saying, get ready to keep money out of your employees' paychecks to make them buy insurance.

00:50:18.000 They're already implementing it without it even passing!

00:50:20.000 Don't you understand? 0.97

00:50:21.000 This is a bunch of lawless crooks!

00:50:24.000 Holly, John, Pete, hang up if you're not calling in about the Second Amendment and what's happening at gun shows as eyewitnesses to what's going on. 0.81

00:50:33.000 1-800-259-9231.

00:50:36.000 I'm going to take calls in this segment, the next, then eight after.

00:50:39.000 For the balance of the second hour, all of the third and fourth hour, we're simulcasting at PrisonPlanet.tv.

00:50:45.000 Jack McClam's coming up.

00:50:47.000 Feds and cops attempt to shut down legal gun sales in Austin, Texas.

00:50:50.000 They didn't attempt, they did.

00:50:53.000 That's the Infowars.com headline.

00:50:55.000 It's completely illegal!

00:50:57.000 It's illegal!

00:50:58.000 You understand that?

00:51:00.000 Americans have heard much about change in recent times and are now waking up to the truth.

00:51:05.000 Well, here's a few facts about your food you may want to change.

00:51:08.000 Did you know that nearly 100% of the food on store shelves comes from a few corporations and that most is genetically engineered, chemically sprayed, and transported great distances?

00:51:18.000 Baker Creek Heirloom Seed Company, like you, wants to see Americans change and take control of their own food supply, one seed at a time.

00:51:25.000 Over 12 years, we've become America's premier supplier of pure, non-GMO seeds with over We're good to

00:52:06.000 This is our last chance to not relive history.

00:52:09.000 As we're finishing off this agenda, we're pulling the rug from underneath Americans at home.

00:52:14.000 We have tremendous influence on our president and Congress, and they really are calling the shots.

00:52:20.000 I think it's incumbent upon all of us ... as American citizens to pay attention.

00:52:25.000 Fall of the Republic identifies the enemies of our nation.

00:52:28.000 The criminal offshore cartel, hell-bent on destroying sovereignty and on its ashes constructing world government.

00:52:35.000 Tim Geithner, Bernanke, they're arsonists!

00:52:38.000 They're asking for more matches!

00:52:39.000 And the Congress is saying, who do we make the check out to?

00:52:42.000 Today seems like nobody does care.

00:52:44.000 And right now in Washington, D.C., we have seen a fall of the Republic.

00:52:49.000 Get your copy of Fall of the Republic on DVD at InfoWars.com or watch it online right now in super high quality at PrisonPlanet.tv Hounded by debt collectors with phone calls and letters?

00:54:03.000 All the leaves are brown.

00:54:05.000 And the sky is gray.

00:54:07.000 Illegally! Arte Cerveda has declared himself boss hog over Austin, Texas.

00:54:13.000 The BATF came in and said, we don't have a law, but we're going to tell you no more private sale of guns in this town.

00:54:20.000 You're not going to sell your neighbor a gun, you're not going to sell them at the gun show.

00:54:24.000 Done! Now does that make you mad, America? 0.99

00:54:28.000 John in Texas, you're on the air, go ahead.

00:54:31.000 Hi, Alex.

00:54:33.000 Hello, John.

00:54:34.000 I'm going to the Houston Gun Show next week.

00:54:36.000 I ain't been to a gun show in about three months, so I'll let you know if there's any of that stuff going on there.

00:54:42.000 But I just want to say that this is not going to stop with guns.

00:54:45.000 In October, they just recently beat a ruling by the federal government that would have banned any knives that could be opened one-handed, which means mostly 80% of all pocket knives would have been banned in America.

00:54:58.000 I know, I know.

00:55:00.000 They're coming after everything.

00:55:01.000 The government is criminal.

00:55:03.000 They robbed us. 1.00

00:55:04.000 They're crooks. 0.99

00:55:05.000 Countries always go to tyranny. 0.99

00:55:07.000 People better wake up, John.

00:55:09.000 I mean, this is outrageous.

00:55:11.000 It's going to be bowls and arrows.

00:55:13.000 If you look at Britain right now, you can't even have a steak knife.

00:55:17.000 It's got to have rounded edges on it.

00:55:18.000 I have the BBC headline.

00:55:21.000 Large knives banned.

00:55:24.000 They have an airsoft BB gun.

00:55:25.000 You know what those are, don't you?

00:55:27.000 The plastic BB?

00:55:28.000 Well, to have one in Britain, you have to go to the police department.

00:55:31.000 You have to get a permit and prove that you're part of a reenactment group or some kind of historical reenactment group before they'll let you have that.

00:55:37.000 John, John, they don't even have a law in Austin.

00:55:40.000 The feds just showed up like Darth Vader and said, we're doing this.

00:55:44.000 I mean, it's illegal.

00:55:45.000 They need to get in trouble.

00:55:48.000 They have committed a crime.

00:55:51.000 When they can make rulings, not laws, but rulings, and say, well, we can do this and this and that, we don't care about the law, then we're enslaved.

00:55:59.000 They don't even give a judicial ruling, which is tyranny.

00:56:02.000 They don't even give a code or a number.

00:56:04.000 They just do it.

00:56:06.000 I mean, it's a new level.

00:56:08.000 I mean, these people are out of their minds.

00:56:11.000 We're going to have to get together.

00:56:12.000 We're going to have to start screaming loud to put a stop to this, because we don't, like I say, we're all done for.

00:56:18.000 Let's talk to Spencer in Texas.

00:56:19.000 Spencer. Go ahead, you're on the air.

00:56:22.000 Hey, thanks.

00:56:23.000 Good show, Alex.

00:56:25.000 Yeah, I got a quick story for you.

00:56:27.000 My brother is a police officer in South Texas, and a couple months ago, got a knock at the front door, and it was a couple of ATF agents going door to door without any kind of warrant or anything.

00:56:41.000 Yeah, it's called knock and talk nationwide, going on for at least seven years.

00:56:44.000 They come to your door and say, do you mind if we look at your guns?

00:56:47.000 I mean, folks, Yeah, and he's a police officer.

00:56:53.000 You know? 0.99

00:56:54.000 It's ridiculous. 0.92

00:56:56.000 And so what happened? 0.81

00:56:57.000 Well, he refused to talk to them and he told them if they came back he'd have them arrested for trespassing and they left.

00:57:04.000 And a couple of weeks went by, and this happened all over this town he's in, a couple of weeks went by and he actually ran into one of those ATF agents.

00:57:13.000 And asked him, he said, man, what in the world's going on?

00:57:15.000 Why are you guys doing this?

00:57:16.000 And he said, well, you know, we know it's BS and we know it's unconstitutional, but we've got to do what we got to do because our, it's the current administration.

00:57:25.000 Yes. Again, even the BATF knows this is illegal.

00:57:30.000 It's illegal.

00:57:31.000 That's criminal.

00:57:32.000 I mean, they are criminal when they do this.

00:57:35.000 Austin police don't do something illegal.

00:57:38.000 I mean, it's like Hitler telling his people to do illegal stuff.

00:57:41.000 Just because he's Hitler, just because he's the leader, doesn't mean he's God! 0.75

00:57:46.000 Field agents don't get carried through with it, and they get written up, or possibly terminated.

00:57:51.000 Well, you know what?

00:57:52.000 They better say no, because it's going to get a lot worse if they don't.

00:57:55.000 What town is he in?

00:57:56.000 Let me guess, is it outside Dallas?

00:57:58.000 No, no, it's in South Texas.

00:58:00.000 I really don't want to tell, or say, because it's kind of widespread down there.

00:58:06.000 Well, freedom isn't free, sir.

00:58:08.000 Well, I know they're doing...

00:58:09.000 Every suburb of Dallas has knock and talk.

00:58:12.000 And that's why I was saying it...

00:58:14.000 I just can't handle it.

00:58:16.000 He's got...

00:58:16.000 They're the ones engaged in illegal activity.

00:58:18.000 Your brother's got to stand up and say no.

00:58:21.000 I mean, was this a wake-up call for your brother, John?

00:58:24.000 Uh, Spencer, but yeah.

00:58:25.000 Spencer. It sure was.

00:58:26.000 Yeah. Yeah, John's next.

00:58:28.000 I apologize.

00:58:29.000 Anything else, Spencer?

00:58:31.000 That's it, man.

00:58:32.000 Thanks. Keep up the good work.

00:58:34.000 Folks, it's one second to midnight.

00:58:36.000 You understand?

01:00:13.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:00:17.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

01:00:23.000 Headline at Infowars.com is key, but it's even worse than what Curt Nemo wrote.

01:00:28.000 Feds, cops attempt to shut down legal gun sales in Austin, Texas.

01:00:32.000 They didn't attempt.

01:00:33.000 They shut it down with a notice.

01:00:35.000 No law, no regulation.

01:00:37.000 They just said, you're not selling guns.

01:00:38.000 We got guns.

01:00:40.000 And we're going to fill you full of holes if you don't do it.

01:00:42.000 I mean, that's the threat of force.

01:00:45.000 And Jack McClam's coming up the next segment.

01:00:47.000 After I take these calls, I'm leaving the phones open for a little while only for police.

01:00:52.000 We know we have them listening all over the country that are upset by this.

01:00:55.000 It's like the last caller's brother.

01:00:57.000 BATF came to his door, said, we'd like to inspect your guns.

01:00:59.000 Come in without a warrant.

01:01:00.000 They go to every door.

01:01:02.000 Local police do it under grants.

01:01:04.000 He later talked to the BATF officer, later when he saw him when he was in uniform, and he said, yeah, we know it's unconstitutional.

01:01:09.000 We don't like it.

01:01:10.000 It's Obama.

01:01:11.000 Folks, knock and talk was going on under Bush.

01:01:14.000 It's the whole government.

01:01:16.000 I've been in gun shops where people get mad at me behind the counter and say, oh, Bush wasn't for the assault weapons ban.

01:01:22.000 And then the owner of McBride's goes, no, he's right.

01:01:25.000 Alex is right.

01:01:26.000 It's true.

01:01:27.000 They're like, really?

01:01:28.000 I didn't know that.

01:01:29.000 You people need to wake up.

01:01:31.000 Pete, Kevin, Mitch, Charles, we're going to you.

01:01:34.000 Charles in Louisiana, you're on the air.

01:01:38.000 How you doing, my friend?

01:01:40.000 I'm not doing too good.

01:01:41.000 I mean, if the if the police without laws can now say that we can't sell guns, I mean, it's just it's law.

01:01:48.000 Well, you you were there, Charles.

01:01:52.000 Reporting from Katrina, where they just took people's guns and never gave them back?

01:01:56.000 Well, yeah, and Alex, if I could have had a video camera, you wouldn't believe, I mean, the American people, how cowardly they are to give them up.

01:02:07.000 I mean, they were sending their wives out there and kids with the guns. 1.00

01:02:10.000 They didn't even want to come out the house to bring them themselves.

01:02:13.000 And the police know what's making the men come out.

01:02:17.000 But what are they going to do without a gun?

01:02:19.000 I mean, We either got a second...

01:02:21.000 It was on ABC News, they were going high and dry, even wealthy people's homes, meaning nobody's safe, and slam them on the ground in handcuffs while they took their guns.

01:02:31.000 It wasn't enough to just take them and then steal them and never give them back illegally.

01:02:35.000 Yeah, throwing them in a boat and just scratching them all up and all that.

01:02:39.000 But Alex, listen, what we're going to do without a gun?

01:02:43.000 What would you do without a gun?

01:02:45.000 It's so bad you can't even hold it, go to the mailbox up here.

01:02:48.000 That's how bad it is.

01:02:50.000 We got shootings every day.

01:02:51.000 Two, three shootings every day.

01:02:53.000 And Obama, he wants to take our guns, but he wants us to pay for his bodyguards.

01:02:58.000 Meanwhile, they're collapsing the society by design like Haiti, and they know it's causing more crime. 1.00

01:03:04.000 They know people are defending themselves.

01:03:06.000 And they want us to live like they do in Chicago and in New York.

01:03:10.000 I mean, Obama argued a state senator for complete gun ban.

01:03:14.000 Yes, I remember you saying that, yes.

01:03:16.000 But I've been watching on Jesse Ventura.

01:03:18.000 I just want to say, you know, I really love that show, and people need to tell other people about it.

01:03:23.000 And people need to tell everybody about your show.

01:03:26.000 And, you know, I hate to come up with the tapes again, but right now would be a good time to start passing the tapes out.

01:03:32.000 I mean, people are hungry for the truth.

01:03:35.000 And some people are just scared to talk about it, but they'll watch the tape, and some people won't watch the tape.

01:03:40.000 But we've got to get the word out, Alex.

01:03:42.000 And not only that, we've got to say no to this.

01:03:46.000 We've just got to say no!

01:03:47.000 That's all we have to do!

01:03:49.000 They'll back off!

01:03:51.000 Well, I mean, this is completely illegal!

01:03:53.000 They just show up with no law and say we're shutting the gun show down, shutting private sales down.

01:03:57.000 They don't care.

01:03:59.000 They don't care if it's illegal or not.

01:04:00.000 There's nothing constitutional in what it changes up.

01:04:05.000 they just take your money in the people ain't doing nothing about it they keep calling it but we've got to say no every state going to go to the capital say we give it out comes up do what you want to do now we can't we can't keep one from the balance Everyone needs to call in their state, their state senators and legislators, and get them on this.

01:04:25.000 Believe me, Austin's going to get in trouble for this, and they're going to probably be forced to back off, but it needs to be more.

01:04:31.000 They need to get in trouble.

01:04:33.000 I mean, this is illegal.

01:04:34.000 Just because you're wearing a uniform and got a gun on your side doesn't make you God, where you can just make any law you want.

01:04:40.000 Charles, good to hear from you.

01:04:43.000 And folks, the government has to reapply its lies every day.

01:04:47.000 When you give out videos, DVDs with the truth, it unlocks minds forever.

01:05:59.000 This is Alex Jones with five good reasons you should consider buying a solar-powered generator.

01:06:04.000 Number one, new climate legislation could easily double or triple your electric bill.

01:06:14.000 It's true.

01:06:15.000 Total government control of electricity in the name of smart grid technology is coming.

01:06:20.000 Number 3. In some areas of the country, the power grid is dangerously overloaded.

01:06:24.000 And now, new socialist legislation is only compounding the problem.

01:06:28.000 Number 4. Dangerous weather is always a threat to local grids.

01:06:32.000 Every year, thousands of families lose their power from weather-related outages.

01:06:35.000 Number 5. A solar power generator provides powerful backup, insurance, and peace of mind.

01:07:21.000 Can you buy it without proper identification?

01:07:23.000 Will there be any food?

01:07:24.000 Will it make your children sick?
