00:11:46.000 Hugo Chavez said the U.S. was playing God by testing devices capable of creating eco-type catastrophes, a Spanish newspaper ABC quoted him as saying.

00:11:56.000 The 7.0 magnitude quake rattled the desperately poor country on January 12th, killing an estimated 100,000-200,000 people.
