00:01:04.000 So we've gone, in the last few years, from them denying they were planning this, even though we had their internal documents that were leaked, To now proposing it openly, we need to talk about how this is going to shake out, how they plan to unfold this in the next 16 months.

00:01:28.000 We'll tie it into what the global government is doing, what they're setting up.

00:09:50.000 Now I can read And so I wrote the analysis of Patriot Act that won the Project Censored Award, what, in 2003, but I wrote the analysis in November of 2001.

00:10:02.000 And then a lot of top lawyers went and read it and finally started reporting that it was being used against the general public.

00:10:12.000 Again, I'm not a rocket scientist!

00:10:14.000 Section 802 says any action that endangers human life that's a violation of any federal or state law including jaywalking, is an act of terrorism.

00:10:24.000 So I read Section 213 and others.

00:10:27.000 Sneak and peek.

00:10:28.000 They can break in your business, break in the library, bookstores.

00:10:31.000 They can come and demand without warrants the entire reading list.

00:10:35.000 They can take anything they want in your house and even not let you know that they were there without warrants.

00:10:39.000 Then if you find out, they can charge you with terrorism.

00:10:42.000 If you tell anyone they were there, there's now been cases of librarians that talked to the press who were arrested.

00:10:48.000 They did defeat it in federal court.

00:10:50.000 This is what's going on.

00:10:52.000 But I had the guys pull up the voting record of the USA Patriot Act.

00:10:57.000 you It passed on October 24th in the Senate and the House on the 27th, and it says 98 senators who voted in favor.

00:11:12.000 But then the Democrats ran around criticizing Bush in the 2004 election, then criticizing McCain in the 2008 election.

00:11:25.000 And Obama swore to take out all those provisions that were affecting U.S.

00:11:29.000 Well, he signed it today.

00:11:32.000 He signed it when it was set to expire at midnight tonight.

00:11:37.000 He signed an extension of the USA Patriot Act.

00:11:41.000 With no modification and little debate, Democrats send a Patriot Act extension to Obama.

00:11:48.000 And this is from Friday.

00:11:49.000 He signed it today.

00:11:51.000 I heard the president has now signed it.

00:11:54.000 And there's just absolutely no fanfare.

00:11:57.000 And notice we've gone in eight years from people complaining about warrantless wiretapping that's totally illegal to in Philadelphia and in Sacramento, all over the country, schools Go on the news and say, yes, we give the students free laptops.

00:12:10.000 They're not free, you pay for them with tax money, but they say they're free.

00:12:14.000 And then we watch you at home in your bedroom.

01:35:17.000 I have this blind spot where if I've covered something 50, 60 times, I don't cover it anymore.

01:35:29.000 Why do we have a census?

01:35:30.000 Well, it started at Mount Sinai with Moses.

01:35:34.000 What was it?

01:35:35.000 3,000 plus years ago.

01:35:36.000 And he was told by Yahweh, Jehovah, to number the people of Israel.

01:35:43.000 Now, fast forward to 1789.

01:35:47.000 The United States has been formed.

01:35:50.000 The Bill of Rights Constitution has been ratified by the 13 states, formerly colonies.

01:35:56.000 And the way it works is each state gets two senators, but according to population, they get House members.

01:36:03.000 And so the only reason for a census is to apportion, okay, there's this many people in Texas, there's this many in California, this many in New York, this many in Oklahoma.

01:36:12.000 And so you get this many House members, you get this many every 10 years, and that's how they apportion it.

01:36:18.000 But government wants to force you and compel you to answer questions.

01:36:22.000 Now, you have a Fifth Amendment.

01:36:24.000 If the police pull you over, And you have a car full of drugs.

01:36:28.000 Under the Bill of Rights, Fifth Amendment, you don't have to ever answer any questions.

01:36:31.000 You have a right to remain silent.

01:36:33.000 Anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law.

01:36:37.000 That's called Miranda. 1.00

01:36:38.000 Which goes back to the Fourth Amendment.

01:36:41.000 If they catch you with dead bodies, you don't have to answer questions, because they may plant dead bodies on you.

01:36:45.000 The point is, is that federal judges have ruled, one in Texas, back in 2000, That you don't have to answer questions except for who lives in this house.

01:36:57.000 That is, there's five people, there's two people, there's one person in this apartment.

01:37:01.000 They can't come in, they can't ask any other questions.

01:37:04.000 And if you read the census forms, and they have one version that has seven questions, and one that has 50, and one that has 200, and they have an American Communities Business one that has 500 plus.

01:37:14.000 I've gotten one of these.

01:37:15.000 And in 2000, this guy comes to my door and he says, you didn't fill out your whole census thing.

01:37:20.000 And I said, give me the census form.

01:37:22.000 I said, because I happened to get the long form that year.

01:37:24.000 They had 50 back then.

01:37:26.000 And I happen to be one in six households that got the longer one.

01:37:28.000 I said, look, you ask how many people live here and you have U.S.

01:37:32.000 code and law that I have to answer that.

01:37:34.000 But it looks like the whole document.

01:37:37.000 They know they have no jurisdiction or no law, but they'd say, this under law and under penalty of prison time and misdemeanors, you must answer it.

01:37:45.000 But that's underneath.

01:37:46.000 The U.S.

01:37:46.000 Code is under the first question.

01:37:48.000 That's the only one they can ask.

01:37:50.000 But then it looks like, to the uninformed, that the entire thing is something you have to answer.

01:37:58.000 What type of toilet do you have?

01:37:59.000 What are your stocks and bonds?

01:38:01.000 Do you own a firearm?

01:38:03.000 Now, fast forward to 2009, 2010.

01:38:07.000 2009, they first send out census workers to go to every door and mark the GPS marker of the front door.

01:38:14.000 That has dual use for the military and law enforcement as well.

01:38:17.000 That later came out.

01:38:22.000 Now there's all these cases of census workers coming and banging on doors, threatening to arrest people if you don't answer all their questions.

01:38:27.000 Now the second wave is here.

01:38:30.000 You don't have to answer any of it.

01:38:32.000 They can't come in your house.

01:38:33.000 There's been cases now in 2000, and now in 2009, 2010, where they're forcing their way in, demanding you let them in.

01:38:43.000 But they have these people with a little plastic badge that they're a census worker.

01:38:46.000 And I have this guy at my door threatening me.

01:38:48.000 That was me arrested.

01:38:49.000 And I said, look, Fifth Amendment, get off my property right now. 1.00

01:38:53.000 And so I just wouldn't answer the door.

01:38:55.000 I would fill out the census form.

01:38:58.000 The Fifth Amendment says you don't have to even give me your name.

01:39:01.000 The point is, if you want, give them your name.

01:39:04.000 Don't lie on it, because then that does create lying to federal officers stuff.
