01:02:12.000 You were following the congressional law, and in the Constitution, it's the Congress that's over that.

01:02:18.000 They're the boss, not the IRS that works for foreign banks.

01:02:21.000 So I prepared two returns, and we couldn't decide what to do, so we sent them to the, the attorney sent them to the IRS, so the IRS would tell us which was the correct one, and guess what?

01:02:39.000 And so at trial, the prosecuting attorney says, why did you turn around and prepare a two-tax return?

01:02:47.000 And I said, well, that's a dumb question, but I'll answer it anyway.

01:02:51.000 I said, the judge here, and I pointed to the judge next to me, I said, he said the defendant had it prepared on fair market value, and I said I had it prepared based upon what the law said. 0.84

01:03:05.000 And I said, Mr. Prosecutor, if you were sitting in the defendant's chair, wouldn't you want to have all the ammunition you could get in order to defend yourself?

01:03:15.000 And, of course, he didn't like that as an answer, but I think a few people in the courtroom understood what I was trying to say.

01:03:23.000 Well, cutting to the chase here, because this is so important, what was the outcome of the case?

01:03:29.000 The outcome of the case is one person was He's acquitted.

01:03:38.000 The other one that I was a witness for got sentenced to four years, but is out on bond pending appeal.

01:03:50.000 The third gentleman got something like 20 years, and he's in jail, but everything's under appeal right now going up to the Federal, I believe it's the Fifth Circuit if I'm not Unbelievable.

01:04:06.000 Let's bring Bob Chapman up, talking about this.

01:04:09.000 Bob, from your research, talking with Wayne Paul, CPA, and brother of Ron Paul, the Congressman, what's your take on this whole case?

01:04:18.000 Well, they don't care what the Constitution says.

01:04:22.000 They have their own method of operating the court system.

01:04:27.000 And unfortunately, you have no rights.

01:04:32.000 And by going to court, you might conceivably win, but the chances are very, very strong that you won't because judges do what they're told to do.

01:04:42.000 Most of them are appointed, and so especially in federal district court.

01:04:47.000 And so, you know, you don't get a good day in court.

01:04:54.000 Yeah, we had the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.

01:04:56.000 The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals two weeks ago ruled there's no Fourth Amendment.

01:05:00.000 Police can come in your house without a warrant now with no probable cause.

01:05:04.000 I mean, this is insane.

01:05:06.000 Well, what it's going to lead to, unfortunately, ultimately, is probably anarchy.

01:05:11.000 And, you know, maybe that's the intention of the power behind government.

01:05:16.000 I personally, because of my political activities, was audited 12 years in a row.

01:05:23.000 And I never was found to owe tax.

01:05:27.000 And, of course, that's illegal.

01:05:29.000 Because if they find that you do not own tax, they can't audit you on the same items for the following three years.

01:05:40.000 Well, that's like, you know, the Government Accounting Office and others.

01:05:43.000 Eighty-plus percent of the letters they send, they're wrong.

01:05:46.000 Even in their fraudulent system, they're wrong.

01:05:51.000 And then when they audit you and it costs you all this money to go through the audit, they don't get in trouble.

01:48:15.000 dollar in gold terms, gold went up 1% against the dollar in 2008.

01:48:26.000 And so far this year, it's up 24.3%.

01:48:30.000 And the figures in the yen, and in the euro, and in the Swiss franc, and in the renminbi, are similar.

01:48:39.000 I won't go into all the numbers, but I want to let people know That no currency is going to save you.

01:48:46.000 You don't want to be in a currency.

01:48:48.000 You only want to be in gold and silver.

01:48:50.000 And that's the end of it.

01:48:52.000 Well, Bob, we saw record prices for gold this week in Europe, and it went up some in the U.S., but not as much, and the banks admit they are devaluing the currencies in a coordinated fashion.

01:49:07.000 Well, I think The main reason is that they know gold is going to take off, and they're trying to soften the blow.

01:49:14.000 Plus, there's special problems in Europe right now pertaining to the euro and other currencies.

01:49:29.000 And of course, the British pound is outside of the eurozone, and they're having monstrous problems.

02:04:27.000 By the time I grabbed my jacket, we're on the 14th floor of the Crowne Plaza Hotel.

02:04:32.000 The television went flying, drawers flew out of their bureaus, chairs toppling over, lamps.

02:04:39.000 Alex, I was the first guy down 14 flights of stairs.

02:04:44.000 And what's astonishing is that there was only one other person besides my pal that was right behind me.

02:04:50.000 And that was somebody, you know, praying in Spanish as they were coming down the stairs.

02:04:55.000 The point being is that after the earthquake, we started interviewing people.

02:05:01.000 Most people froze.

02:05:03.000 Either went under the desks, they went into bathtubs, hid under doorways.

02:05:10.000 They called the front desk, they waited for tour operators.

02:05:14.000 They did not take proactive measures.

02:05:17.000 They didn't prepare for the worst.

02:05:19.000 And then I'm cutting through the story very quickly, because when we finally got outside, and we wanted to get away from the building, All of a sudden, you know, this is 4 a.m.

02:05:30.000 in Chile, you know, the Latins are out late at night having a good time.

02:05:35.000 50, 60 guys come screaming down the streets, knocking over everybody and anything in their way and mugging them.

02:05:43.000 You know, so we had to use a lot of defensive measures to stay alive.

02:05:48.000 And I'm mentioning this because these are the kind of conditions that exist today.

02:05:52.000 It's the products that you sell on your radio station.

02:07:37.000 You know, I hear these 911 calls where a woman calls the police when a killer is coming in to rape them.

02:07:45.000 It's bizarre to know how to fight.

02:07:47.000 I mean, I see it's like people in Nazi Germany running into pits to be shot.

02:07:51.000 Or I saw the execution videos from Nigeria, where they were killing people and then directing them into the street to shoot more. 0.93

02:07:59.000 They marched up under orders, knowing they were going to be killed, and laid down and submitted.

02:36:35.000 And then no one was resisting him, so they went to the university at night with the kids in the park, you know, eating food and drinking beer and said, disperse.
