Alex Jones Show - 20100325_Thu_Alex

00:00:00.000 Big Brother.

00:00:06.000 Mainstream media.

00:00:08.000 Government cover-ups.

00:00:10.000 You want answers?

00:00:11.000 Well, so does he.

00:00:12.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:00:17.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:00:23.000 We are live.

00:00:24.000 We're now into the second hour.

00:00:25.000 We're going to simulcast the second, third, and fourth hour live at PrisonPlanet.TV.

00:00:30.000 For PrisonPlanet.TV members, I want to say hi to all the great radio listeners out there.

00:00:35.000 Well, for the full hour, Lies the Government Told You, Myth, Power, and Deception in American History, best-selling author Judge Andrew P. Napolitano, forward by Ron Paul.

00:00:46.000 It's hardcover, a thick book, but a great quick read on a host of key issues.

00:00:53.000 He really tells it like it is.

00:00:54.000 He is the most hardcore constitutionalist who never waivers, who is on mainstream television in the United States.

00:01:02.000 He's the best.

00:01:03.000 Better than Lou Dobbs.

00:01:05.000 Better than anybody out there.

00:01:06.000 And we like Lou Dobbs here.

00:01:08.000 We wish he was back on television.

00:01:09.000 And so we're honored to have him with us to talk about the government takeover of healthcare, This other draconian legislation introduced by McCain to arrest U.S.

00:01:18.000 citizens and, quote, interrogate them under military control.

00:01:22.000 We're going to go over that.

00:01:23.000 We're going to get into stories out of New Jersey, his home state.

00:01:27.000 Cops in New Jersey Town giving keys to homes as part of your safety.

00:01:32.000 We have all these Brinks commercials running where it shows a thug busting into a woman's house and she calls 911. 0.59

00:01:36.000 How about she shoots him? 0.80

00:01:39.000 So we'll talk about the fight between freedom and liberty and the collectivist and the tyrants that are trying to take over our society.

00:01:47.000 And Rush Limbaugh is talking about Obama might try to suspend elections.

00:01:52.000 They're going to lose, so the only way they could try to get away with this is to suspend elections.

00:01:57.000 They're trying to demonize the Tea Parties, the Patriots.

00:02:00.000 No doubt they're staging many of these brick-through-the-window events.

00:02:03.000 Democrats have been caught doing this before.

00:02:05.000 There is a lot of anger out there.

00:02:07.000 Violence is not the answer.

00:02:08.000 Judge Napolitano, great to have you here with us.

00:02:11.000 Alex, it's a pleasure.

00:02:12.000 What a fabulous intro, man.

00:02:14.000 I'm riveted listening to you.

00:02:17.000 Well, we're riveted having you here.

00:02:18.000 Okay, I could bring up a lot of subjects, but what's important to you right now?

00:02:22.000 What's number one on your front burner?

00:02:25.000 The loss of freedom at the hands of the government, which happens with every tick of the clock.

00:02:30.000 I kiddingly say in the beginning of that book, which you were very kind to mention, Alex, that when I told friends I was writing a book about the government and lies, and that it was 4,000 pages long, everybody laughed and said, were you able to get all the lies in the 4,000 pages?

00:02:44.000 Of course, the publisher made me stop at 300 pages, but it shows you the perception that the public has, is that the government does lie to us, has been lying to us, and we accept these lies and are willing to laugh about it, even though every one of those lies I talk about in the book, and even many that you just mentioned in the introduction,

00:03:06.000 Destroys our liberty, destroys our freedom by inducing us to make political decisions on erroneous information that the government claims is true.

00:03:15.000 And when we give up this liberty and lose this property, we don't get it back!

00:03:22.000 Absolutely.

00:03:23.000 When we come back, I want to get into the health care bill.

00:03:26.000 I want to talk about what's next for these guys, the blanket amnesty, the national worker ID for citizens that illegals are exempt from. 0.50

00:03:33.000 I've read the bill.

00:03:34.000 It's the same thing in this bill, the health care bill.

00:03:37.000 It talks about how we have to have an electronic medical ID card, but it says illegals are again exempt from that. 0.89

00:03:45.000 No surprise that they would do something like that in order, A, to control us, B, to know where we are and what we're doing, and C, to create a permanent underclass fully dependent upon them.

00:04:00.000 The next thing you know is that they'll allow those folks to vote.

00:04:03.000 And you know which way they'll vote, in favor of the party or the group or the candidate that gives them as big a piece of the pie to which we contribute at the point of a gun.

00:04:13.000 Judge Andrew Napolitano, the new book, Lies the Government Told You in Hardcover, hitting bookstores everywhere.

00:04:20.000 Get it at Amazon.com.

00:04:22.000 We'll tell you about Judge Napolitano's websites as well.

00:04:24.000 We're about to go to break.

00:04:25.000 Long segment coming up.

00:04:27.000 And we will go through the health care bill.

00:04:29.000 We will talk about the Republican Party.

00:04:31.000 I mean, is there any avenue there to try to repeal all this?

00:04:35.000 We'll talk about the constitutionality with our constitutional law expert, Judge Napolitano.

00:04:41.000 I'm Alex Jones.

00:04:42.000 The websites are InfoWars.com, PrisonPlanet.com, and PrisonPlanet.tv.

00:04:48.000 And don't forget, we also have Jesse Ventura's new book at InfoWars.com.

00:04:53.000 You can get it there.

00:04:54.000 American Conspiracy is already number four on the New York Times bestseller list.

00:04:58.000 We'll be right back.

00:05:01.000 Hundreds of nations have fallen to tyranny in the last century alone.

00:05:05.000 This is our last chance to not relive history.

00:05:09.000 As they're finishing off this agenda, they'll be pulling the rug from underneath Americans at home.

00:05:13.000 I have tremendous influence on our President and Congress, and they really are calling the shots.

00:05:20.000 I think it's incumbent upon all of us Tim Geithner?

00:05:23.000 Bernanke?

00:05:23.000 They're arsonists!

00:05:24.000 They're asking for more matches!

00:05:25.000 The whole of the republic identifies the enemies of our nation.

00:05:28.000 The criminal offshore cartel, hell-bent on destroying sovereignty and on its ashes constructing world government.

00:05:35.000 Tim Geithner, Bernanke, they're arsonists.

00:05:37.000 They're asking for more matches.

00:05:39.000 And the Congress is saying, who do we make the checkout to?

00:05:41.000 Today, it seems like nobody does care.

00:05:43.000 And right now in Washington, D.C., we have seen a fall of the republic.

00:05:49.000 Get your copy of Fall of the Republic on DVD at InfoWars.com or watch it online right now in super high quality at PrisonPlanet.tv Hi folks, this is Alex Jones and I want to tell you about the Silver Lungs Generator.

00:08:00.000 The Genesis Communications Radio Network proudly presents The Alex Jones Show.

00:08:06.000 Because there's a war on for your mind.

00:08:08.000 We're back for the rest of the hour.

00:08:11.000 Judge Andrew Napolitano is our guest.

00:08:13.000 The new book, Why Has the Government Told You?

00:08:15.000 Myth, Power, and Deception in American History.

00:08:19.000 Judge, I get up here every day and rant and rave and actually cover The laws, the subsections, the bills, I give people chapter and verse, and still some call in and say, are you really telling the truth?

00:08:32.000 Here's page 65 of the signed bill, and it's in section B-I, eligibility for health plan.

00:08:40.000 And this is the actual section of the bill and it says may allow for the use of a machine readable identification card and they have another bill where they make citizens have a national ID card to have a job but the illegals are exempt and you have a What, 8% approval rating for Reid, 10% for Pelosi, 11% for Congress.

00:09:05.000 They know that 80% of the public is against this health care takeover.

00:09:09.000 We know the insurance companies wrote it.

00:09:11.000 It's actually a scam.

00:09:14.000 The establishment knows what they're doing is unconstitutional and lawless, but they're going ahead with it and that's why Rush Limbaugh, and I agree with him, I'm glad he's really coming out now and telling it like it is, said that They may suspend elections because he says there's no way they can win and that it appears they're putting in a police state control grid.

00:09:35.000 But as you know, this was all set up in the last 20-30 years in this nation.

00:09:39.000 It's bipartisan.

00:09:40.000 Judge Napolitano, what is the state of our union?

00:09:44.000 The state of our union is that it is a bipartisan movement toward a police state.

00:09:48.000 We don't have two parties in this country.

00:09:51.000 Alex, even though most people think we do, your listeners know that we have one party, the big government party.

00:09:56.000 There's a Republican wing that likes war and deficits and assaults our civil liberties.

00:10:02.000 There's a Democratic wing that likes welfare and taxes and assaults our commercial liberties.

00:10:07.000 But they basically will feed each other because they're not interested in freedom.

00:10:11.000 They don't believe in fidelity to the Constitution.

00:10:14.000 They're just interested in power.

00:10:16.000 I mean, on my radio show last month, I asked the number three ranking Democrat in the House of Representatives, Congressman Jim Clyburn, Congressman, where in the Constitution is the government authorized to regulate health care?

00:10:29.000 And he said to me, Judge, most of what we do down here, referring to Washington, is not authorized by the Constitution.

00:10:36.000 Where in the Constitution is it prohibited that we regulate health care?

00:10:41.000 The very fact that he would ask that question shows a tremendous 180-degree misunderstanding of the federal government.

00:10:51.000 The Congress is not a general legislature.

00:10:54.000 It doesn't exist in order to right every wrong.

00:10:57.000 It exists only to exercise power in 17 unique, discrete, specific, well-defined, set-out areas in a piece of paper called the Constitution To which he took an oath to uphold.

00:11:10.000 At least he was candid enough to acknowledge they're not upholding it.

00:11:14.000 But what is to become of us, Alex, if the government decides the extent of its own powers?

00:11:21.000 If the government freely admits it violates its oath to uphold the Constitution?

00:11:27.000 And if, whenever financial or civil liberties are involved, both sides of the government, Republican and Democrat, agree?

00:11:36.000 The President signs a new Patriot Act.

00:11:38.000 And he signs it under cover of darkness because he's afraid those to whom he promised he wouldn't do so might see a picture of him doing it.

00:11:47.000 The president, when he was a senator, blasted George W. Bush for conducting an illegal war.

00:11:51.000 He's killed as many people as Bush ever did and is sending drones to Pakistan more so in one year than Bush did in eight.

00:12:01.000 There is very little change that comes about via elections in this country.

00:12:07.000 Well, there is very little change, Judge, and once they start violating the Bill of Rights and Constitution, the sky's the limit, as you know, as a constitutional law scholar and as a judge, but the general public is just now beginning to discover this.

00:12:23.000 What about last week when they were still trying to just deem and pass this whole thing without even Exactly.

00:12:30.000 Having the House vote on it.

00:12:32.000 I mean, at least we force them to back off of that.

00:12:35.000 But that gives us a window into their lawless mindset.

00:12:39.000 Exactly.

00:12:40.000 It shows us that they would cause to become law, not only that which they haven't read.

00:12:47.000 And we know they haven't read it because they made promises that their scriveners found out last night aren't in there.

00:12:53.000 But that they haven't even voted on it.

00:12:55.000 At least we shamed them into voting on it.

00:12:57.000 At least we know that Bart Stupak is no more pro-life than Barack Obama.

00:13:03.000 At least we know where people truly stand on all of this, because the uproar from people all across the political spectrum forced them to vote.

00:13:11.000 How odd and quaint, Alex, That our representatives should actually vote on something, and that we should be able to know how they voted.

00:13:20.000 You know, when the extension of the Patriot Act was enacted in the Senate, it was done by a voice vote, so that no senator was recorded as to how he or she voted on it.

00:13:32.000 And when they changed the definition of the word financial institution to mean a doctor's office, a lawyer's office, the post office, a computer server, Anything under the sun, which would let them serve a self-written search warrant on it, that vote was taken by voice vote, so there's no record of how anybody voted on it.

00:13:49.000 At least this time we have a record, so when we want to vote the bums out, we know who the bums are. 1.00

00:13:55.000 And on top of that, we have bills in the last decade introduced to make them read the Bills Act, and they fight that tooth and nail.

00:14:06.000 Do you know that Ron Paul introduces every year two simple four-line bills?

00:14:13.000 Every member of Congress shall certify under oath that he or she has read a bill before voting for or against it.

00:14:19.000 And every bill, this is the second one, that is introduced must cite in the Constitution the authority for the bill.

00:14:26.000 Neither of those proposals, as simple, basic, and rational as could be, a junior in high school social studies could understand them.

00:14:35.000 Neither of those has seen the light of day, neither of them ever makes it to a committee for hearing.

00:14:40.000 But there may be some hope, because you could have said the same thing about his proposal to audit the Fed 10 years ago.

00:14:47.000 Now it has passed the House of Representatives.

00:14:50.000 What will happen in the Senate?

00:14:51.000 I don't know.

00:14:52.000 But his persistence has caused the American public to be aware of these things and caused the public to pressure power hungry members of Congress occasionally to do the right thing.

00:15:03.000 Judge Andrew Napolitano, as a constitutional expert, as a former judge, reading over the bill and over the subsections, there's so many things that are unconstitutional.

00:15:16.000 I And then there's also deception.

00:15:19.000 Even the AP admits this doesn't protect people with already existing conditions with children.

00:15:27.000 with children.

00:15:28.000 That is the one that Mrs. Pelosi and company are stumbling over this morning, Alex, because they promised Democrats and the Democrats promised their constituents that children with pre-existing conditions would be covered immediately.

00:15:46.000 Now, put aside the fact that the federal government has no authority whatsoever.

00:15:51.000 Take it to the bank.

00:15:52.000 No authority whatsoever to regulate health care and to tell insurance carriers who they may insure.

00:15:59.000 But even if you're for socialism, this is another rip-off.

00:16:03.000 Just like communism under the Soviets was a rip-off.

00:16:05.000 Or socialism in England's a rip-off.

00:16:08.000 Anytime they get a big pool of money, they're gonna steal most of it.

00:16:11.000 They're not gonna give it.

00:16:12.000 Of course, because sooner or later you run out of other people's money.

00:16:15.000 But in this particular case, they lied to their own people.

00:16:18.000 The socialist monstrosity that they passed didn't even have in it the clauses that they used to sell it on the American people.

00:16:27.000 One of which is this, your children will be taken care of from the minute the President signs it.

00:16:32.000 Baloney! 0.90

00:16:33.000 They didn't even read what they wrote.

00:16:35.000 They didn't even write what they wrote.

00:16:37.000 They just took passages and put it together.

00:16:39.000 By the way, did you hear who praised the President's signing of this legislation just about 15 minutes before I was happy to come on your air?

00:16:48.000 Let me guess, Fidel Castro.

00:16:50.000 Fidel Castro praised Obamacare.

00:16:54.000 That's an endorsement if ever there was one.

00:16:58.000 Well, the state is God under the New World Order system.

00:17:03.000 Let's get into the unconstitutionality of this and how you would attack it.

00:17:07.000 I don't think Attorney General suing or joining their suit is enough.

00:17:12.000 We need to have states nullify under the 9th and 10th Amendment and to not just roll this back, But you're not going to take our highway funds, you're not going to take our education funds.

00:17:22.000 I mean, I think this is a wake-up call for people to really start reversing the fact that for a hundred plus years, the federal government has been expanding its authority into areas that are completely illegal.

00:17:34.000 Well, you know, it's one thing, Alex, for a state legislature and a governor to sign a piece of paper saying, we stand on our Tenth Amendment and we are a sovereign state.

00:17:44.000 It would be quite another for a state legislature to enact legislation that did the following.

00:17:49.000 Prohibit state employees from enforcing federal law.

00:17:54.000 Indict federal officials who come into the state with the intention of enforcing federal law that conflicts with state law.

00:18:02.000 Impose a real estate tax on federal property within the state.

00:18:06.000 Now I know that that has been unlawful.

00:18:08.000 For the past 200 years, but suffice it to say we have a different Supreme Court now that might look at this at this differently.

00:18:15.000 Drag before county and state grand juries, federal officers who insist on enforcing federal law that is unconstitutional within the states. 0.96

00:18:24.000 The states really have to stand up for their sovereignty.

00:18:28.000 They have to do more than say we are a sovereign state.

00:18:31.000 There has to be teeth to their proclamation of sovereignty.

00:18:35.000 Now, I would like to see The popular election of senators done away with.

00:18:40.000 I would like to see state legislatures send members of the Senate to the Senate because then they wouldn't be stealing power from the states or those senators would soon be out of their jobs. 1.00

00:18:52.000 The federal government didn't begin to grow to gargantuan proportions until the progressive era With the popular election of senators who were able to pander to the collectivist impulses of the masses and deliver as big a piece of pie as they could and create the permanent underclass that relied on them for support and returned it with votes.

00:19:13.000 Very well said.

00:19:15.000 Let's come back and talk about constitutional ways to apply what you just discussed.

00:19:21.000 Because if we do get the grand juries to start investigations and call for indictments, if we do get the states to pass laws saying our employees will not comply with this, that's all completely constitutional.

00:19:33.000 And other ideas, other solutions, because there's a lot of people listening right now Folks are paying attention to these issues right now.

00:19:42.000 Folks are angry.

00:19:43.000 Now is the time to take what Judge Napolitano is saying, and I totally agree with him, and to put it into force.

00:19:51.000 Now is the time.

00:19:52.000 The Democrats have said they think you're going to forget about this and they can slowly implement it, and that's how they're going to domesticate us.

00:19:58.000 We say no.

00:20:01.000 One major world crisis away from having a totalitarian type of system.

00:20:06.000 The main event is the wholesale destruction of the world economy.

00:20:09.000 The push for every nation on the globe to identify and number all of its citizens.

00:21:57.000 Hello, Ted Anderson.

00:22:01.000 Listeners of the network are familiar with the Federal Reserve Note and understand the risks of deficit spending.

00:22:06.000 Therefore, with catastrophic events, it comes as no surprise that some banks have currently placed limits on the amount of cash depositors can remove from their accounts.

00:22:14.000 A fractional reserve system means only a small portion of your deposit is held in reserve for immediate withdrawal.

00:22:20.000 Deficit spending will skyrocket through FDIC if the government is forced to insure deposits during a bank run followed by a depressed economy.

00:22:27.000 A current effort is underway by the Fed, along with other central banks, to increase liquidity for depositors.

00:22:33.000 However, an increase in money supply without equal expansion in productivity can cause inflation.

00:22:38.000 In order to achieve strength and stability, I recommend a conservative portion of all investments to be calmly repositioned into gold and silver.

00:22:46.000 While paper investments currently have been driven by debt, Gold on its own has held value for over 6,000 years.

00:22:52.000 For more information, call 1-800-686-2237.

00:22:56.000 That's 1-800-686-2237.

00:23:59.000 My friends, if you've studied history and other empires, nations, republics, corruption grows slowly. - Absolutely.

00:24:11.000 Like an infection.

00:24:12.000 And then it blooms and the nation falls.

00:24:16.000 And the elites that have become wealthy and powerful will use a police state to try to maintain control of the population that they've robbed.

00:24:25.000 And we've seen a premeditated development of this police state in their internal documents to suppress the American people.

00:24:32.000 It's the same thing worldwide.

00:24:34.000 And now you have these elites going offshore, forming a global government, openly saying a bank of the world that you will pay all your carbon taxes to.

00:24:42.000 We're going to talk about that in the next segment with Judge Andrew Napolitano, author, best-selling author of multiple books.

00:24:48.000 His new book is out.

00:24:49.000 We'll tell you about the book and get into it before he leaves us.

00:24:52.000 But getting back into solutions on this Obamacare, Judge.

00:24:56.000 Right.

00:24:56.000 Am I right in saying that this is pretty much the make it or break it issue?

00:25:01.000 If we give in to this, and if we can't defeat this, then the sky's the limit for these tyrants.

00:25:08.000 It is.

00:25:09.000 And Vice President Biden admitted as much yesterday when he said if we hadn't have passed this, we would have been toothless.

00:25:15.000 And now that we've passed this, we have a lot else that we need to do.

00:25:20.000 We know that the next eight months is going to be a rush to legislation because they know, they're not stupid, they know that they will never have the majorities in the Congress after November, if there is a November election, that they have now.

00:25:32.000 So they're going to try and regulate as much as they can.

00:25:34.000 In the next eight months.

00:25:36.000 But think about how insidious this is.

00:25:39.000 The Supreme Court has ruled countless times that the most private conversation you have, the one most utterly immune from governmental intrusion, is with your physician.

00:25:50.000 More so than with your spouse, it's with your physician.

00:25:53.000 This legislation purports, with the stroke of a pen, to do away with generations of that protection.

00:26:01.000 By putting a federal bureaucrat between you and your physician and permitting the bureaucrat to dictate to the physician what services are available to you and how much money is available for those services.

00:26:15.000 And it says they can share it with any federal agency they want.

00:26:18.000 And it says that those decisions by the bureaucrat are not appealable.

00:26:22.000 Everything under the sun that the government does, except the Supreme Court, because that's the last appeal, is appealable.

00:26:28.000 But this legislation says it's not appealable.

00:26:31.000 So they violate your right to privacy.

00:26:33.000 They violate your right to talk to your physician without the government there.

00:26:37.000 They violate your right to the privacy of your medical records.

00:26:40.000 They decide how much money is available to pay your physician for the services that you may need.

00:26:46.000 Is this the government that the framers gave us?

00:26:50.000 Or is this, as you say Alex so nicely, the breaking point?

00:26:54.000 Is this the point beyond which they cannot go?

00:26:58.000 Now that leads us to the constitutional challenges.

00:27:01.000 To me, the violation of privacy and the order that all Americans shall purchase something, whether they want it, need it, can afford it, already have it or not.

00:27:12.000 Purchase something that the government approves of are the two most obvious unconstitutional aspects of this.

00:27:19.000 There are many others.

00:27:21.000 It's against the Constitution for the Congress to tell a state legislature how it must legislate and how it must spend.

00:27:28.000 That's called commandeering the legislature.

00:27:31.000 That's been prohibited for many years, but the Congress does it and gets away with it anyway.

00:27:36.000 Hold on! 0.98

00:27:37.000 That's another key point you just rattled off.

00:27:40.000 And we've heard the state legislatures and governors and attorney generals talk about this and it's in the bill that it in some cases doubles the amount of money that states must levy to give to Medicare and Medicaid.

00:27:51.000 Yes it does.

00:27:52.000 Yes it does.

00:27:52.000 Now normally when the Congress wants to control a state legislature it bribes it.

00:27:57.000 So for example, did you ever wonder why speed limits are the same all around the country?

00:28:01.000 Did you ever wonder why the blood alcohol content in a person's veins sufficient to charge them for drunk driving is the same in every state?

00:28:09.000 Did all 50 states just magically adopt the same standards?

00:28:12.000 No!

00:28:13.000 The Congress adopted the standards, was told by its lawyers these standards wouldn't fly because the Constitution doesn't authorize the Congress to do this, so the Congress went to the states and said, here's hundreds of millions of dollars to repave your highways, but if you accept this money, you have to legislate about speed limits and blood alcohol content as we want.

00:28:33.000 That's a bribe! 0.56

00:28:35.000 If you or I, Alex, or anybody listening to us now, went to a state legislature and said, here's cash, now write the law the way I want it, we would be arrested, and rightly so, for attempted bribery.

00:28:45.000 In this case, with this healthcare legislation, there is no bribe.

00:28:50.000 There is an outright command from the Congress to the state legislatures You shall license more physicians.

00:28:59.000 You shall spend more money.

00:29:01.000 When the Congress does that, that's called commandeering a state legislature.

00:29:07.000 And the Supreme Court, in the past 15 years, has twice prohibited the Congress from doing that.

00:29:13.000 So that's another unconstitutional aspect of this.

00:29:16.000 It invades an area of state sovereignty, the regulation of the medical profession, reserved to the states.

00:29:25.000 So we're right back to the Declaration of Independence, where they talk about unelected governors coming in and overriding the legislatures, commanding them, taxation without representation.

00:29:37.000 The Democrats know this is all illegal, and I guess that's why Limbaugh and others are openly saying they may try martial law.

00:29:44.000 Now they want to take over the Internet with cybersecurity.

00:29:47.000 We'll talk about it all straight ahead.

00:29:48.000 Stay with us.

00:29:51.000 We're on the march.

00:29:52.000 The Empire's on the run.

00:29:54.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

00:30:00.000 Hi, this is Alex Jones.

00:30:01.000 Did you know that the global elite are now storing non-hybrid seeds in secret storage vaults near the Arctic Circle?

00:31:20.000 When will you need it?

00:31:21.000 Can you buy it without proper identification?

00:31:23.000 Will there be any food?

00:31:24.000 Will it make your children sick?

00:31:26.000 If there's a quarantine and you can't feed yourself, will you go to the gathering center and be immunized?

00:31:31.000 You wipe out all these problems if you have a good food supply.

00:31:35.000 Food is your ammunition to fight for your freedom and your life.

00:32:59.000 Scores of new taxes.

00:33:06.000 Taxes.

00:33:07.000 16,500 plus IRS agents.

00:33:11.000 They decide what type of medical care you're allowed to have under insurance.

00:33:17.000 They then tax your medical savings accounts.

00:33:21.000 It forces the working poor to go out and get insurance.

00:33:23.000 It lowers the quality of the standards.

00:33:26.000 Judge Andrew Napolitano is our guest.

00:33:30.000 Judge, you're right when you make the point.

00:33:32.000 This is the mad rush.

00:33:34.000 And now that they've already done something this unpopular, and committed political suicide.

00:33:39.000 Kerry's saying, hey, we gotta go ahead and pass the carbon tax, we gotta go ahead and pass blanket total amnesty, we've gotta go ahead and pass cyber security, which even the Associated Press says allows Obama to completely shut the web off if he so chooses.

00:33:56.000 They want to pass the new enemy belligerence Act that says for any intelligence value or such other matters as the president considers you may be secretly arrested and Interrogated and held I mean they are and Lindsey Graham is arguing for similar legislation You know how how hideous that piece of legislation it is it actually says the only way you can get out of military confinement and even appear before a judge Alex is

00:34:26.000 is if the House and Senate Intelligence Committees vote to let you out.

00:34:30.000 What a perversion of our system of justice that instead of having judges say to the government, thou shalt not violate the right of any person, because the Constitution protects persons, not just good persons and not just Americans, but all persons, they would have themselves, politicians, assume the judicial role and decide who can get away from the waterboarding and into a federal prison instead.

00:34:55.000 This is an orgy of power grabbing by the executive and the legislative.

00:35:04.000 And again, I hear all these neocons on radio and TV saying, oh, we don't want to let Al Qaeda go.

00:35:08.000 But the point is, we know that all of this is written and we have the Homeland Security internal documents.

00:35:14.000 This whole thing is designed and pointed at returning veterans, gun owners, conservatives, libertarians.

00:35:21.000 This is for the American people!

00:35:23.000 You know, when Janet The head of the Department of Homeland Security, Janet What's-her-name, announced that the most dangerous people on the planet were the groups you just indicated.

00:35:34.000 Right-to-lifers, people who believe in the Second Amendment, returning veterans from the wars, people who think taxes are too high and the government is too onerous.

00:35:44.000 I got in an argument on air with one of my Uh, Fox colleagues, who said to me, well, she knows that you are in favor of Second Amendment rights, and she knows you're pro-life, and she knows you're against the IRS, but how does she know that everybody else feels that way?

00:35:58.000 I said, because she can capture, her agents can capture every keystroke on your computer. 0.99

00:36:05.000 How can she do that, he says.

00:36:07.000 Because she has the power under the Patriot Act, which you, I won't tell you which Fox colleague this was, but you can probably guess, which you supported when your guy, George W. Bush, was in the White House.

00:36:19.000 Now it's in the hands of those who would use this power against you. 0.98

00:36:23.000 What are you, crazy? 0.96

00:36:24.000 Don't you realize liberty, once given up and put in the hands of the government as power, never comes back? 0.99

00:36:32.000 When will they learn?

00:36:34.000 When will they learn, Alex?

00:36:35.000 The Patriot Act wasn't enough for them to learn from.

00:36:38.000 Now it's being used on them, the neocons themselves.

00:36:40.000 This monstrosity from McCain and Lindsey Graham, where they can lock up any American they want and waterboard the person until the legislature says to stop.

00:36:48.000 This is not America!

00:36:51.000 This is not America.

00:36:54.000 Let's talk about the heart and soul of the Republican Party.

00:36:59.000 The leadership predominantly are, as you said, just the other wing of the big government party.

00:37:04.000 They're the twins.

00:37:05.000 Right.

00:37:07.000 I'll say this.

00:37:08.000 If George W. Bush had proposed Obamacare, the Republicans that are screaming the loudest now would be supporting it.

00:37:15.000 That's what I think of their fidelity to the Constitution, to the primacy of the individual, and to the free market.

00:37:22.000 To them, it's just a game of R versus D. It has nothing to do with the natural law or human liberty.

00:37:29.000 I'm sorry for interrupting you.

00:37:30.000 I wanted to get that in because it infuriates me.

00:37:33.000 No, I totally agree.

00:37:34.000 Republicans claim to be pure here.

00:37:36.000 They're no more pure than the other side.

00:37:37.000 They just happen to be in the minority.

00:37:39.000 So it's convenient and comfortable for them to oppose this monstrosity.

00:37:45.000 Well, I agree with you.

00:37:46.000 Let me then pose the question this way for you.

00:37:49.000 We've seen top Republican strategists come out against Rand Paul and say they've got to defeat them.

00:37:54.000 They're now allowing the head election official who's running against Rand Paul in the Republican Party to Not recuse himself, but run the election that he himself is running in.

00:38:08.000 Correct.

00:38:09.000 The Associated Press.

00:38:10.000 So I want to get your take on that.

00:38:11.000 We have all these other Republican strategists demonizing the Tea Parties, demonizing the Birthers.

00:38:16.000 We know his name's Barry Sitaro.

00:38:18.000 We know he gave up his citizenship and became an Indonesian, regardless of what happened in Kenya.

00:38:23.000 And where there's smoke, there's fire.

00:38:25.000 We know that the mainline, blue-blood leadership is attempting to demonize and shut down debate and stop the American people from using the Republican Party to take our country back. 0.68

00:38:38.000 What are your expert recommendations?

00:38:41.000 Because those were, I mean, absolutely spot on earlier on what the state should do with Obamacare.

00:38:47.000 What is your recommendation for the American people to not just let the Republicans play the part of opposition and then get in power and basically go along with all this?

00:38:57.000 I think the American people should vote out of office, and aggressively hound out of office, lawfully, obviously.

00:39:04.000 Not only everyone who voted for Obamacare, but everyone who voted for TARP, proposed by George W. Bush.

00:39:10.000 Everyone who voted for the first two stimuluses that we've had in the past four years, which came from George W. Bush.

00:39:17.000 Everyone who voted for the Patriot Act, which came from George W. Bush.

00:39:20.000 Everyone who voted for any tax increase.

00:39:22.000 Now, that would be About 93 to 94 percent of the Congress.

00:39:27.000 These people's voting records must be revealed.

00:39:30.000 The collusion of Rand Paul being forced to run against the guy who was in charge of counting the ballots.

00:39:37.000 Even Joe Stalin wouldn't have been so bold as to do that.

00:39:41.000 He would have put a crony in to count the ballots.

00:39:43.000 But in Kentucky, the Republicans are forcing Rand Paul to run against the guy who will decide who wins the election.

00:39:50.000 The American public cannot put up with that.

00:39:52.000 They need to fight.

00:39:53.000 to file lawsuits.

00:39:54.000 They need to listen to you.

00:39:56.000 They need to listen to what I attempt to do at Fox.

00:39:58.000 They need to educate themselves.

00:40:00.000 They need to know what their rights are, and they cannot take this sitting down.

00:40:04.000 Now, Alex, you know I have been privileged to be the keynote speaker at many of these tea parties.

00:40:09.000 These folks are not going away.

00:40:12.000 They are not going to be co-opted by the Republicans.

00:40:14.000 They are as much a threat to the Republican leadership, thank God, as they are to the Democratic leadership because they understand that the Constitution was written to keep the government off the people's backs, not to find sneaky ways for the government to do it and get away with it.

00:40:31.000 Let's expand into Rand Paul, Ron Paul's son.

00:40:34.000 I mean, in many polls, he's 10 points ahead.

00:40:37.000 He's a shoe-in to win.

00:40:39.000 And this illustrates, and the Republican leadership admits this, this isn't just an anti-Democrat incumbency.

00:40:45.000 This is an anti-incumbent period.

00:40:48.000 And the guy he's running against is getting all this AIG banker money.

00:40:53.000 He's a globalist and then meanwhile he's going to run the election and I talked to Rand Paul's people two days ago and they talked about they went to the commission and they said unanimously no he can run your election but then we looked at past rulings in other states they've always said someone has to recuse themselves if they're the state's head election official and are running I mean again it just shows how

00:41:22.000 Every form of common sense and checks and balances are being removed, and when you have a real constitutionalist running for an office, in come the Republican Party to try to destroy them.

00:41:33.000 They fear someone like Rand Paul just as much as they fear his father, Ron Paul, because of their utter fidelity to the Constitution and to the natural law and to the belief that the individual is greater than the government.

00:41:48.000 Even in my home state of New Jersey, Notorious for corruptions and political prosecutions, it is against the law for the collector of the ballots to be on the ballot when he's collecting them.

00:42:01.000 It's almost inconceivable that this could be happening in Kentucky right underneath our noses and the courts won't interfere with it.

00:42:10.000 Listen, I think that Rand Paul will win the primary and will win the election and will be an unbelievable asset in the United States Senate in spite of this.

00:42:20.000 I can't advise him as to whether or not he should file a lawsuit candidly.

00:42:23.000 I don't think he needs to do so.

00:42:25.000 But there's a general principle of law that if the government's behavior appears to be in a conflict, then the person that is creating the appearance of a conflict Should step back.

00:42:37.000 This guy can run against Rand Paul.

00:42:39.000 Or this guy can count the votes in the election that Rand Paul is running in.

00:42:43.000 But nobody in their right mind would say that he could do both at the same time and be absolutely honest.

00:42:48.000 That's too much of a temptation for a human being to have to endure and for the electorate to have to abide by.

00:42:55.000 Well, I mean, you've got all the election officials under him that are being promised jobs in the U.S.

00:42:59.000 Senate.

00:43:00.000 They're all political appointees, Alex.

00:43:00.000 Absolutely.

00:43:03.000 So he can take them to, well, he's not going to go to the Senate, but he can promise to take them to the Senate with him.

00:43:08.000 So will they look the other way when a group of absentee ballots suddenly disappears into the river or suddenly shows up in somebody's trunk?

00:43:17.000 This will force Dr. Paul Rand Paul to hire more poll watchers, to hire more people, to watch the government because the government cannot be trusted to run an honest election because the guy running the election is running against Rand Paul.

00:43:32.000 This is just absurd.

00:43:35.000 Well, I mean, if this precedent gets set, this new corrupt precedent, pretty soon the only people that can get elected anywhere will be the head of election.

00:43:43.000 Suddenly, that'll be the only person that can run and win.

00:43:47.000 Then they'll become kings and their kids will be the only ones that can win.

00:43:51.000 Sort of like Alexander Hamilton when he wanted George Washington to be a king.

00:43:55.000 You know what I think will happen?

00:43:56.000 Rand Paul wins by such a large number that all of their sneaking and trickery will not be enough to affect the outcome.

00:44:03.000 And this collector of ballots who also wants to be on the Senate will be relegated to the dustbin of history where he belongs.

00:44:11.000 Well, we're already running out of time.

00:44:12.000 It's always amazing having him.

00:44:14.000 We got 15 minutes left here.

00:44:15.000 I want to get into the book, Lies the Government Told You, but first...

00:44:20.000 Specifically, the Democrats and Lindsey Graham, the Republicans, they all know that carbon dioxide isn't bad.

00:44:28.000 They all know that China isn't going to make the cuts.

00:44:31.000 They all know that this will be industrial suicide.

00:44:36.000 And we have all these big environmentalists saying they want to destroy our economy.

00:44:40.000 Why does government want to destroy the economy? 0.99

00:44:45.000 Government wants to control us because of what St. 1.00

00:44:48.000 Augustine called libido dominandi.

00:44:50.000 Look, we all know about certain types of libido.

00:44:53.000 This is a lust for power.

00:44:55.000 Before the Civil War, we sent people to our state houses and to Congress Who were interested in liberty, who were concerned with confining the government, with assuring that it did not interfere with our natural rights, with our civil liberties, and with our property rights.

00:45:11.000 Since the Civil War, we have sent people to the government, by and large, there are exceptions both before the Civil War and afterwards, but by and large, people who are not interested in liberty, but people who are interested in power.

00:45:22.000 Power for its own sake.

00:45:24.000 Power in and of itself.

00:45:26.000 Power to control other people.

00:45:28.000 Government attracts those who lust for power.

00:45:31.000 Ron Paul and Rand Paul and Ron Paul's colleagues in the House, and if there are any in the Senate, I'm unaware of them, are the exception to the rule.

00:45:41.000 But for the most part, this is the type of human being that the government attracts.

00:45:46.000 And this type of illicit Aggregation of power gets worse and worse and worse, because when they get power, they hand it off to their successors, just like Mike Chertoff handed it off to Janet Napolitano.

00:45:59.000 And I know what you're thinking.

00:46:00.000 The answer is no.

00:46:02.000 We are not related.

00:46:03.000 This happens generation after generation after generation.

00:46:08.000 That's why I am not optimistic about our future, because it will take a generation of Drs.

00:46:13.000 Paul to change this, to stop it, to reverse it.

00:46:18.000 Well, that's what G. Edward Griffin and others have said, though.

00:46:20.000 We have to have the long view of history.

00:46:22.000 We're not going to beat these people overnight.

00:46:24.000 We've got to do everything we can and start resisting now just to slow it down and then stop it and then start reversing it.

00:46:32.000 But the good news is This has really opened people's eyes up.

00:46:36.000 The carbon taxes, the open borders, the takeover of the health care bill, the fact that it is just pure robbery, not even benevolent socialism, which is an oxymoron.

00:46:47.000 Do you agree, though, that the battle lines are now drawn and that the awakening is exploding?

00:46:53.000 I do, and I believe that the great mass of independent voters are on the side of liberty in this.

00:47:00.000 I believe that the average man and woman who accepted the government for what it was now fear it and now need to understand that they can change it.

00:47:09.000 When I told a crowd in Florida the other night that we have the power to abolish the IRS, the place went wild with enthusiasm and a couple people said to me, I didn't know that.

00:47:21.000 I thought it was in the Constitution.

00:47:22.000 I thought we had to have income taxes.

00:47:24.000 We have the power, if we work hard enough and educate ourselves, to throw the yoke of tyranny off of us.

00:47:32.000 Okay, Judge.

00:47:33.000 Judge, I'm going to give you the floor for the last 12 minutes.

00:47:37.000 We're going to skip this network break coming up.

00:47:40.000 I'm going to sit back and I want you to give us a speech, a rant, cover the book, any issues you want to cover, and I'll say bye to you because I always get so intrigued and I want to back up what you're saying.

00:47:49.000 I'm always adding things. 0.84

00:47:50.000 I want at the end of the interview, shut up.

00:47:52.000 But before we do that, I want to encourage viewers to support this radio show and to support our films.

00:47:58.000 We have two new films coming out in the middle of April.

00:48:01.000 Order them at InfoWars.com, Invisible Empire, A New World Order Defined, and Police State 4, The Rise of FEMA. 0.85

00:48:09.000 You'll also see them premiere at PrisonPlanet.tv in super high quality.

00:48:13.000 But go buy the DVDs, make copies, give them to everyone you know because one of the most effective things that we have ever Done is these films, and this unlocks people's minds, it shows them the predatory nature of this global elite.

00:48:27.000 Please go to Infowars.com, purchase the books, the videos, the materials, because they're key tools to wake your friends and family up, and it supports this broadcast.

00:48:35.000 Now, the only caveat of Proviso, and I'm going to sit back and shut up, Judge, is before you get into the book and taxes and the nature of slavery and bondage, and we What we're truly going under.

00:48:45.000 Global government is openly being announced.

00:48:48.000 Why do you think they're finally admitting that, okay, it's a world government, it's going to be run by banks?

00:48:53.000 And what is the nature of this world government from your research?

00:48:57.000 And then tie that in to the overarching system of why they want a global government so no one can run and flee and set up societies that are free because then that competes with the collectivist and outshines them in every case.

00:49:12.000 So speak to that.

00:49:13.000 And then you've got the floor in the last 11 minutes on any issue you want to cover.

00:49:16.000 Oh, you are so kind and so generous to me, Alex, and I'm deeply grateful to be here.

00:49:21.000 Look, I'm just a simple night watchman that's employed by Fox.

00:49:24.000 My job is to watch the government in the nighttime when it doesn't think that people are watching it and doesn't want people to look at it.

00:49:31.000 To see what it is doing to steal our freedom and to steal our property.

00:49:35.000 The one world government has been around since the progressive era.

00:49:39.000 And you're right Alex, these people are enormously patient.

00:49:43.000 Obviously the people who came up with this concept are no longer with us, but their successors are.

00:49:48.000 They are wealthier.

00:49:50.000 They are more sophisticated and they are just as committed as their predecessors were.

00:49:55.000 They simply want control.

00:49:57.000 They want power for the joy of exercising power in and of itself.

00:50:02.000 Power corrupts.

00:50:04.000 Absolute power corrupts absolutely.

00:50:06.000 They don't want to have to answer to voters.

00:50:08.000 They don't want to have to answer to a constitution that limits their behavior.

00:50:12.000 They want to be able to take whatever property they can, whether they call it eminent domain, whatever they want to call the process by which they take it.

00:50:20.000 They want to protect us cradle to grave, so that we are totally dependent upon them for everything, so they can decide who will be in their group and who won't.

00:50:31.000 If you read George Orwell's 1984, he was just off by a couple of years.

00:50:36.000 But almost everything that was in there was predicted, and we see it now.

00:50:42.000 The use of law to assault liberty and to steal property.

00:50:48.000 Do you remember, Alex, studying basic American history?

00:50:52.000 The King of England had ingenious ways to tax us.

00:50:56.000 The last straw was the Stamp Act.

00:50:59.000 It required that every colonist have on every piece of paper in his or her home a stamp.

00:51:04.000 Every book, every bank draft, every mortgage, every lease, every deed, every pamphlet, even a poster that was going to be nailed to a tree had to have the King's stamp on it.

00:51:14.000 Imagine having to go, we have enough difficulties with the post office as it is, you had to go to a foreign post office in the colonies and buy the King's stamp.

00:51:22.000 Question, how did the government know if you had the King's stamp on every piece of paper in your house?

00:51:27.000 Answer, the Parliament enacted the Townsend Acts which permitted British soldiers to write their own search warrants and thus they would show up at your home and hand you a piece of paper on which they had purported to authorize themselves to enter your home, ostensibly to look for the stamps.

00:51:44.000 Of course, they would confiscate alcohol.

00:51:45.000 They would confiscate furniture, which you couldn't demonstrate you had paid taxes on.

00:51:50.000 They would even sometimes kick you out of the house and take it over for days or weeks or months.

00:51:55.000 We fought a revolution.

00:51:56.000 We won the revolution.

00:51:58.000 We wrote a constitution.

00:52:00.000 We added the Fourth Amendment to that constitution, which next to the right to life is the greatest right there is, the right to be left alone.

00:52:09.000 And it says the government can't come onto your property and can't seize what you have and can't intrude into your privacy unless it goes to a judge and demonstrates to a neutral judge that it is more likely than not that you are committing crime.

00:52:23.000 Fast forward 200 years to the Patriot Act.

00:52:26.000 What does the Patriot Act do?

00:52:27.000 It allows federal agents to write their own search warrants.

00:52:33.000 We have elected a government that has done the very same thing to us, which was the last straw when we broke away from an island 3,000 miles away that was regulating us as if we were chattel and as if we were slaves to them.

00:52:51.000 When Jefferson wrote in the Declaration of Independence the words that every school child knows, Alex, by heart, all men are created equal and endowed by their creator with certain inalienable rights, and that among these is life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

00:53:08.000 He wedded the American soul to the idea of the natural law, that our rights come from nature, from our humanity, that we are created in the image and likeness of God, and as He is perfectly free, He has given us the gift of perfect freedom.

00:53:24.000 In Philadelphia in 1787, when they argued all summer about how the government should look and what the Constitution should be, they began with an argument about what is the source of our rights.

00:53:36.000 And Alexander Hamilton, the big government guy of the day, The guy who said debt was good, even in 1787, argued that without the government there can be no rights, and the same government that gives rights can take them away.

00:53:50.000 Madison refuted him toe-to-toe, point-to-point, and said our rights come from our humanity.

00:53:56.000 Madison won.

00:53:58.000 Read the First Amendment. 0.78

00:53:59.000 It doesn't say Congress shall grant freedom of speech.

00:54:04.000 It says, Congress shall make no law abridging THE freedom of speech.

00:54:09.000 Why do I emphasize the word THE?

00:54:11.000 Because the framers recognized that freedom of speech pre-existed the government, pre-existed the country, came by virtue of our birth.

00:54:20.000 And the purpose of the First Amendment was to assure that Congress, and ultimately the President, and eventually the courts, and one day the states, could not interfere with the basic freedoms.

00:54:33.000 The right to think as you wish.

00:54:34.000 The right to say what you think.

00:54:36.000 The right to publish what you say.

00:54:38.000 The right to worship or not to worship.

00:54:40.000 The right to come and go as you see fit.

00:54:43.000 The right to petition the government for a redress of grievances.

00:54:46.000 The right to defend yourself, Alex.

00:54:48.000 By any technologically advanced means that are available at any given time.

00:54:55.000 Which includes the right to shoot at the government when it is taken over by tyrants.

00:55:00.000 And then of course the right to be left alone in the Fourth Amendment.

00:55:04.000 All of these rights are natural to us.

00:55:07.000 And every person in the government takes an oath to uphold the Constitution.

00:55:12.000 Meaning upholding the inviolability of these rights.

00:55:16.000 But in my years on the bench, and I write about this in the book, every time the government was in front of me, Alex, it wasn't to enforce the Constitution, it wasn't to protect someone's rights, it was to find some sneaky or ingenious way to get around the Constitution, but claim that they were enforcing it.

00:55:39.000 Now, my new book, and I'm very happy to tell you that as of a few minutes ago, it's number 13 on the New York Times bestseller list.

00:55:48.000 That doesn't mean the Times approves of the book, hardly.

00:55:51.000 It means that the most public counter of book sales is ranking me number 13, which is very good because then it gets published in that list and a lot of folks that don't watch Fox or listen to Alex Jones or don't know me will be exposed to the book.

00:56:06.000 The book posits the following.

00:56:09.000 Why do we expect that the government will lie?

00:56:12.000 Why do we know that the government lies and do nothing about it?

00:56:16.000 Would Lyndon Johnson have beaten Barry Goldwater in 64 if we knew that he was secretly planning to invade North Vietnam as he accused Goldwater of doing?

00:56:25.000 Would FDR have been elected in 44?

00:56:28.000 Re-elected in 44 if the public had known that he caused Pearl Harbor because he needed an excuse to enter World War II?

00:56:35.000 Would George W. Bush have been re-elected in 2004 if people knew that there were no weapons of mass destruction in Iraq and that he knew it and ought to have known it?

00:56:44.000 That he was torturing people and lying about it?

00:56:47.000 That he was listening to people's phone calls and capturing their computer strokes all in violation of federal law?

00:56:53.000 That's what the book challenges Americans, Alex, to be aware of, to recognize, to reject, and to correct.

00:57:01.000 My dear friend, I've enjoyed all my time with you.

00:57:04.000 And in closing, why do we put up with the lying?

00:57:08.000 Why have we gotten to a point where it's just accepted they lie, but then that 20% that supports the government health bill still believe they're getting something free, And the system is going for broke because they passed the point of no return.

00:57:23.000 They have committed so many crimes.

00:57:25.000 They're so lawless.

00:57:26.000 They've stolen so much.

00:57:27.000 They know the country's going bankrupt.

00:57:29.000 Bloomberg reports the feds are openly getting ready to take pension funds to fund their operations and to fund the banks.

00:57:36.000 They have decided to go all the way, just like Hitler or Stalin or Mao, and it's time for the public to wake up.

00:57:43.000 I mean, you mentioned the Stamp Act.

00:57:45.000 Here is New Jersey CBS television, CBS TV, WCBS, cops in New Jersey Town giving keys to homes, and the cops are saying, we're putting keys on all your doors, and that we are now going to go into your house,

00:58:03.000 To make sure you're safe, and now they have zoning laws in Illinois and other places where people wake up and they do inspections without asking to see how many toothbrushes you have to make sure that you don't have more people in your house than you're zoned for.

00:58:16.000 It is incredible.

00:58:17.000 Judge Andrew Napolitano, I want to really thank you for joining us and spending time with us.

00:59:58.000 Big Brother.

01:00:05.000 Mainstream media.

01:00:07.000 Government cover-ups.

01:00:10.000 You want answers?

01:00:11.000 Well, so does he.

01:00:12.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:00:17.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

01:00:22.000 We continue to rely only on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we've set.

01:00:30.000 We've got to have a civilian national security force that's just as powerful, just as strong, just as well funded.

01:00:41.000 President Obama and his Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel have repeatedly stated on the record that all Americans below the age of 64 will be forcibly conscripted into federal service.

01:00:52.000 Citizenship is not an entitlement program.

01:00:55.000 It comes with responsibilities.

01:00:57.000 Everybody somewhere between the ages of 18-25 will serve three months of basic training and understanding in a kind of civil defense.

01:01:04.000 Now, it doesn't always have to be service in uniform.

01:01:09.000 One of the things that if you talk to our generals, they are desperate for is a civilian counterpart to our military forces.

01:01:18.000 So is this compulsory then?

01:01:20.000 Well, you have to, in a sense, it's a requirement of everybody.

01:01:24.000 18 to 25, three months.

01:01:26.000 And at some point at that point, you do it.

01:01:29.000 Obviously, I'm not going to say perfect legislation.

01:01:32.000 We'll work that process through.

01:01:33.000 You could do it during a college summer.

01:01:35.000 You could do it after high school.

01:01:36.000 If you have a demagogue with a fanatical mass movement, a personality cultist, who is imposing the program of a group of extreme bankers and finance oligarchs, that's fascism.

01:01:48.000 Obama's transition site, Change.gov, proclaimed that middle school and high school students will be forced to serve the federal government. - Yeah.

01:01:59.000 Fascism is gutter up, streets up, hooligans, thugs, fervently idealistic students, swarming adolescents, just the kind of thing you see around Obama.

01:02:10.000 The way you get a population to enslave itself when the police and the army are no longer enough to do that.

01:02:17.000 So I think that's, if you're a left liberal, it's time to open your eyes to that.

01:02:22.000 All young Americans between the ages of 18 and 24 will be conscripted into a paramilitary domestic security force.

01:02:30.000 If Obama has his way, adults and seniors will also be forced into other forms of service for the betterment of the homeland.

01:02:39.000 Number three, disarming the American people.

01:02:46.000 Obama operatives in the Congress have introduced more than 10 bills that would end the Second Amendment as we know it.

01:02:54.000 H.R.

01:02:55.000 1022 would allow the new Attorney General Eric Holder the dictatorial power to ban any gun he wishes at will.

01:03:02.000 In 2008, before the Supreme Court, in the D.C.

01:03:06.000 gun ban case, District of Columbia v. Heller, Holder argued for the complete disarmament of the American people, and that only the military should own firearms.

01:03:17.000 H.R.

01:03:18.000 257 would ban all youth shooting sports, including YMCA and Youth Olympic Shooting Clubs.

01:03:25.000 H.R.

01:03:26.000 45 would force all gun owners to undergo federal psychological screening, registration, and testing to keep their firearms.

01:03:36.000 White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel has proposed the extrajudicial banning of any American on the fraudulent no-fly list from owning any firearm.

01:03:45.000 That is, if you are on the no-fly list, because you are known as maybe a possible terrorist, you cannot buy a handgun in America.

01:03:58.000 Over 25,000 Americans are added each month to the no-fly list, which numbers over a million people who have not been charged or convicted of any crime.

01:04:09.000 It's a case of mistaken identity for a five-year-old boy from Normandy Park.

01:04:14.000 He had trouble boarding a plane because someone with his same name is wanted by the federal government.

01:04:19.000 King 5's Mimi Jung is live at Sea-Tac Airport to explain.

01:04:22.000 Mimi.

01:04:23.000 Folks, I just played four and a half minutes from the Obama deception, a two-hour film.

01:04:30.000 Just to give you an idea, the whole film is that jam-packed.

01:04:34.000 With tyranny.

01:04:35.000 In their own words. 0.99

01:04:36.000 And I have these idiot Obama supporters sending me emails, I played that because I got one yesterday, saying I'm lying about them wanting to have National Force Service. 1.00

01:04:45.000 Which is total slavery, just like the healthcare bill. 1.00

01:07:00.000 Hello, this is Alex Jones with some important questions.

01:07:03.000 If you're going into a battle and they give you a rifle and a sidearm, how much ammunition do you want?

01:07:08.000 My answer would be all I can get.

01:07:10.000 In the battle for freedom and the lives of your loved ones, food is your only ammunition.

01:07:15.000 How much do you want?

01:07:17.000 When do you want it?

01:07:18.000 Now or after the battle starts?

01:07:20.000 When will you need it?

01:07:21.000 Can you buy it without proper identification?

01:07:23.000 Will there be any food?

01:07:24.000 Will it make your children sick?

01:07:26.000 If there There's a quarantine and you can't feed yourself.

01:07:28.000 Will you go to the gathering center and be immunized?

01:07:31.000 You wipe out all these problems if you have a good food supply.

01:07:35.000 Food is your ammunition to fight for your freedom and your life.

01:07:38.000 How much will you need?

01:07:40.000 We don't know.

01:07:41.000 How much do you want?

01:07:42.000 All you can get.

01:07:42.000 I'm Alex Jones.

01:07:44.000 I want all of you good guys to live to fight another day.

01:07:47.000 Call 1-800-409-5633 or check it out on the web at efoodsdirect.com.

01:07:49.000 Again, that number, 1-800-409-5633.

01:07:50.000 Or check it out on the web at efoodsdirect.com.

01:07:54.000 Again, that number, 1-800-409-5633.

01:07:58.000 He's the T-Rex of political talk.

01:08:04.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:08:07.000 All right, I'm going to go to your phone calls right now.

01:08:11.000 And then later in the hour, I'm going to get into the bill that Obama signed versus what's happening right now in the Senate.

01:08:19.000 it.

01:08:21.000 And try to break that down.

01:08:22.000 Other nightmare provisions we've now found in the bill.

01:08:24.000 It just gets worse by the day.

01:08:27.000 I'm trying to wade through this 2,700 pages.

01:08:30.000 I see other breakdowns of it.

01:08:31.000 I go double-check what the media is saying, if it's accurate or not.

01:08:35.000 This bill is even worse than we originally thought, if that is possible.

01:08:38.000 There's loopholes exempting Washington insiders from Obamacare mandate.

01:08:42.000 I've got a bunch of amazing police state news that we need to go over as well.

01:08:47.000 And I want to talk about these Brinks commercials.

01:08:52.000 For a segment or so in the last hour today, because I don't watch a lot of TV, but we have TV-ons in a few different office areas to monitor things here in our studios, and I see these Brinks commercials where a woman's having a party, everybody's leaving the party, and her girlfriends are saying, who is this guy?

01:09:11.000 Oh, we don't know.

01:09:12.000 And as soon as she locks the door, he comes hatefully and knocks the window in, and then the alarm goes off, and so that makes him run away.

01:09:20.000 And then she calls 911.

01:09:24.000 Well, Matt Ryan here in my office, with one of his family members over the weekend, they had somebody calling up some of his relatives, threatening to come attack him.

01:09:36.000 This guy had been convicted multiple times of attacking people.

01:09:40.000 They called the police five times over several hours.

01:09:44.000 He was coming to sing, I'm coming to get you, I'm coming to hurt you, I'm coming to... And he came, beat a woman up with a chain, Beat her bloody, and then the police showed up.

01:09:57.000 And I made the point, well, why didn't your relatives have a gun?

01:10:02.000 Well, they were scared of guns.

01:10:04.000 And it's because of the media.

01:10:05.000 I see these images on the news of when somebody's breaking into your house, you call 911.

01:10:11.000 The cops under federal and state rulings, literally thousands of times, it's more than a couple thousand, just in the state of Texas, It has been found that they have no liability to protect you.

01:10:25.000 And conversely, they have no right to keep you from protecting yourself.

01:10:29.000 And most police understand that.

01:10:31.000 But the bureaucrats want you disarmed.

01:10:33.000 And in England, if you stab an intruder, or even beat him up, or one guy threw a guy through a second door window, and he broke his legs, and then the police arrested the homeowner that defended themselves, They want you domesticated, servile, on your back.

01:10:49.000 They want the instinct for you to take action and protect yourself to be extinguished.

01:10:55.000 Every few days I see articles in England, Canada, the U.S.

01:10:57.000 and other Western nations where a young woman will be stabbed on a busy street and bleed to death over four hours.

01:11:05.000 Or a woman will be beaten with a lead pipe in Toronto on a busy street and office workers laughed at her naked body for hours and didn't even call the cops.

01:11:15.000 Or, in a case a few years ago, an Austin cop at the corner of I-35 and William Cannon was hit by a car and laid bleeding to death in a pile of fire ants for over an hour, and no one called the police.

01:11:30.000 So, this domestication... I've told the story about six, seven years ago.

01:11:38.000 I was at a La Medeline restaurant.

01:11:44.000 And I went to the bathroom, and when I came out, there was a big commotion.

01:11:51.000 A few tables over from where my wife and son were.

01:11:54.000 My toddler son.

01:11:55.000 He wasn't even a toddler, he was tiny.

01:11:57.000 And I said, what's going on?

01:11:58.000 This big crowd of about 20 people.

01:12:00.000 And they said, she's choking. 0.99

01:12:02.000 Call 911.

01:12:03.000 Everybody had their cell phones out calling 911.

01:12:04.000 And I said, well here, let me do the Heimlich Maneuver.

01:12:07.000 And they almost fought me.

01:12:08.000 They're like, wait a minute, buddy.

01:12:10.000 You know, wait.

01:12:11.000 Don't.

01:12:12.000 You know, wait for the police.

01:12:14.000 And I started yelling at him, she'll be dead in four minutes, and I had to actually shove people out of the way, and they were getting angry, and I had to get on over her, get my hands around her, the Heimlich, and a big piece of bread came out.

01:12:27.000 She was purple.

01:12:28.000 She was starting to collapse on the table. 0.98

01:12:31.000 And I talk a lot about this because this is why we're slaves.

01:12:35.000 This is why we're in so much trouble.

01:12:37.000 For me, if I know the Heimlich maneuver, They gave us a half-day course on swim team when I was like 12 years old.

01:12:46.000 If I know the Heimlich Maneuver on an adult or a baby, if I know CPR, I'm not going to call 911 and the police will try to show up, the fire department and the EMS will try to show up.

01:12:59.000 But I see these cases now on the news every few days where people stand and watch someone bleed to death.

01:13:04.000 They don't put a tourniquet on some guy's leg that's been chopped off in a construction accident.

01:13:08.000 They don't help an old lady who's just been mugged. 1.00

01:13:11.000 They don't want to get involved.

01:13:12.000 They're narcissistic, they're selfish, and they don't see themselves in the position as taking action.

01:13:19.000 They see themselves as drones or spectators in society.

01:13:25.000 So I'm going to talk about this with Matt Ryan for about 20 minutes or so, coming up in the next hour after we take calls and cover other important news.

01:13:36.000 I watch these Brinks commercials, which are conditioning, where over and over again it shows the evil man coming and trying to hurt you.

01:13:45.000 And the women, you know, the ad should be for Smith & Wesson, and show the woman shooting him. 0.85

01:13:50.000 Smith & Wesson, by the way, would sell millions of guns.

01:13:53.000 And the good news is a lot of women are figuring this out, and they're actually out buying guns. 0.99

01:13:57.000 I mean, I have two daughters.

01:13:58.000 And, you know, one of them's five, she's already learned how to shoot. 0.76

01:14:01.000 The two-year-old, you know, she's not old enough yet. 0.51

01:14:04.000 But when my daughters go away to college or go away to get married or to work in another city, they're going to go to a city where there's still a Second Amendment, if we still have it. 1.00

01:14:14.000 Or they're going to end up illegally owning guns, even if they're banned.

01:14:17.000 My daughters and my son aren't going to sit in the apartments of their houses waiting to be raped or robbed. 0.90

01:14:25.000 Waiting to be hogtied and tortured. 0.72

01:14:27.000 And it's so fundamental, because I'm not domesticated.

01:14:31.000 I'm a wild human.

01:14:33.000 I have my instincts.

01:14:34.000 I have my common sense.

01:14:36.000 And I don't know how women out there, and men, have been trained to... If somebody calls and says, I'm coming over there to attack you, they wouldn't come if they knew you had a gun, number one.

01:14:52.000 And I wouldn't go out and look for trouble, but if somebody... I'd let them, you know, start banging on the door, and I'd get down on my knees at the end of the hall waiting, and as soon as that door busted open, I'm gonna unload every round right into them.

01:15:05.000 But it's the same attitude of not getting involved in politics, not getting informed, not knowing your congressman's voting record, not standing up against tyranny, not going to town hall meetings and shouting these scum down.

01:15:16.000 It's this attitude that somebody else, I mean I get thousands of emails every year, literally thousands, and hundreds of phone calls.

01:15:22.000 You've heard them on air saying, I'm glad you're there doing this for us.

01:15:26.000 I'm glad you're there, I can sleep better at night.

01:15:28.000 What do you mean?

01:15:29.000 You know this information, and some of you aren't taking action because you think, I'm going to fix it?

01:15:39.000 What has happened to people that they would sit there, and Gerald Cilenti told the same story, how he said, is there a doctor in the house first?

01:15:47.000 And no one in the restaurant said there's a doctor in the house, a packed restaurant.

01:15:50.000 Then he found out after the fact, there was a doctor, but they didn't want to get involved.

01:15:57.000 But then meanwhile, there are some people who want to get involved, and the government recruits them who mean well to be tattletales, to be spies.

01:16:06.000 Everything is a counterfeit, or everything is twisted around backwards.

01:16:13.000 And people have been made to believe that some specialist, a cop, or an EMT, or somebody else is going to be there for them.

01:16:20.000 The police, on average, take 12 minutes.

01:16:24.000 In fact, that's a few years old.

01:16:26.000 Google, uh, average 9-1-1 National 9-1-1 average police response time.

01:16:33.000 Last time I saw it, it was 12 minutes 30 something seconds, but it may have changed.

01:16:38.000 The point is that in 12 minutes, anything can happen.

01:16:43.000 And the police may be tied down in other events, and they can't make it.

01:16:46.000 You know, the more police we get, the more crime we have.

01:16:50.000 Look at Chicago, look at New York.

01:16:51.000 More police than any other cities in the country.

01:16:54.000 More crime.

01:16:56.000 Alright, I'm done ranting about this.

01:16:57.000 I said I'd cover it next hour.

01:16:58.000 I'm already getting it.

01:17:01.000 Now they say six minutes.

01:17:03.000 I wonder what source that's from, though, because of the net.

01:17:07.000 Six minutes to live or die.

01:17:09.000 The price of just a few seconds lost, people die.

01:17:13.000 That's USA Today.

01:17:14.000 Most of the numbers I've seen are over ten minutes.

01:17:16.000 But okay, six minutes.

01:17:19.000 Six minutes, ladies and gentlemen.

01:17:21.000 You've got seconds.

01:17:24.000 Everybody needs to buy guns.

01:17:25.000 You need to take shooting lessons.

01:17:26.000 You need to get an instant access pistol safe.

01:17:28.000 You just go... The drawer pops open.

01:17:32.000 If you have children in the house, you want the gun safe.

01:17:34.000 If you don't have children, have it in a drawer.

01:17:37.000 And I sleep so good at night when I get death threats and people saying they're going to come to my house and do things. 1.00

01:17:44.000 You come to my house, you're dead. 0.99

01:17:46.000 I'm red-blooded. 0.99

01:17:47.000 I'm not a slave.

01:17:49.000 I'm not a coward.

01:17:50.000 I'm going to defend myself.

01:17:51.000 But it's not even being brave.

01:17:53.000 It's self-preservation.

01:17:57.000 I mean, you can corner a raccoon, and if you try to go and grab it, it's gonna bite you, it's gonna attack you, it's vicious.

01:18:06.000 You try to corner a dog, you try to corner a rat, you try to corner a rabbit, it will bite you.

01:18:11.000 Humans are losing their humanity. 1.00

01:18:14.000 We're told to be a bunch of cowardly jellyfish, to lay down to anything and everything and don't get involved and sit on your butt and watch TV. 0.99

01:18:22.000 But meanwhile, the specialists in government, they're taught to be more vicious, and pain compliance, and torture, and to attack the citizens, and that it's virtuous. 0.99

01:18:30.000 So they get more militarized, they get more out of control, they get more hateful.

01:18:34.000 They're taught we're basically the enemy, and then we're taught not even to defend ourselves.

01:18:40.000 Stan, Darnie, Leif, Fred, and Leo, I'm going directly to your calls in the next segment on any issue you wish to discuss, healthcare, you name it.

01:18:53.000 And then later in the hour, I'm going to start getting into some other news.

01:18:54.000 In the next hour, a big news blitz and a guest here in studio.

01:18:59.000 But we have to find our humanity again.

01:19:05.000 We have to find our humanity again as a population, as a people.

01:19:13.000 We have to learn That it's our job to protect ourselves, and it's our job to provide ourselves health care, and it's our jobs to have family, to have children to take care of you when you get old.

01:19:27.000 The state isn't going to do it.

01:19:30.000 That's common sense, that's history, that's the facts.

01:19:34.000 The government doesn't want to run your life because they care about you.

01:19:37.000 They're criminal social engineer control freaks who enjoy sadistically running your life and poisoning your water and food supply on record. 0.90

01:19:48.000 Why?

01:19:48.000 How science are to hurt you.

01:19:53.000 This is the facts.

01:19:54.000 We'll be back with your phone call straight ahead.

01:19:57.000 InfoWars.com.

01:20:58.000 On the average, Americans work between 45 to 50 years hoping to build up enough wealth to retire and live out their golden years.

01:21:07.000 Unfortunately, with taxation, the rising cost of food, energy, housing, and medical, many retirees are forced to live below the poverty line.

01:21:15.000 Is this a flaw for the enterprise, or is our monetary unit we call the Federal Reserve Note forcing us into perpetual debt?

01:21:21.000 Ensuring inflation and higher taxes.

01:21:23.000 These questions and more can be answered by reading G. Edward Griffin's book, The Creature from Jekyll Island.

01:21:28.000 Congressman Ron Paul states, it's what every American needs to know about central bank power.

01:21:33.000 A gripping adventure into the secret world of international banking cartel.

01:22:05.000 This is our last chance to not relive history.

01:22:08.000 As they're finishing off this agenda, they'll be pulling the rug from underneath Americans at home.

01:22:13.000 We have tremendous influence on our President and Congress.

01:22:17.000 And they really are calling the shots.

01:22:19.000 I think it's incumbent upon all of us as American citizens to pay attention.

01:22:25.000 For the Republic identifies the enemies of our nation, the criminal offshore cartel, hell-bent on destroying sovereignty and on its ashes constructing world government.

01:22:35.000 Tim Geithner, Bernanke, they're arsonists!

01:22:37.000 They're asking for more matches!

01:22:39.000 And the Congress is saying, who do we make the check out to?

01:22:41.000 Today seems like nobody does care and right now in Washington DC we have seen a fall of the Republic.

01:24:05.000 They came and took it all away.

01:24:09.000 Powerful interests want to seize governments.

01:24:12.000 If you control the government, you have unbelievable power and wealth.

01:24:16.000 This is history.

01:24:18.000 U.S.

01:24:18.000 Senate just passed the reconciliation bill and is sending it back to the House of Representatives.

01:24:23.000 We're trying to find out exactly what extra goodies they added to this.

01:24:30.000 Unbelievable.

01:24:31.000 You now have the President signing things before they're even fully passed.

01:24:35.000 Right now, let's go to Stan in Missouri.

01:24:37.000 Stan, you're on the air.

01:24:39.000 Good afternoon, Alex.

01:24:41.000 You've been right on target with what you've been talking about today.

01:24:44.000 I'll tell you what's happened to our country, and it's no fault of yours, it's no fault of George Floyd's, it's no fault of any talk show host.

01:24:50.000 What's happened, Alex, is we've lulled ourselves into a false sense of security.

01:24:55.000 And what I mean by a false sense of security, when nothing happened with Y2K, People were looking at Al Caput with 350,000 foreign troops to come in and take us over, and when nothing happened with this, people just gave up, Alex.

01:25:09.000 They're looking for a Red Dawn scenario.

01:25:13.000 I agree with you.

01:25:14.000 People are looking for an overnight takeover.

01:25:17.000 This is a creeping, incremental death.

01:25:23.000 You just don't come into a country and take it over overnight, Alex.

01:25:26.000 You have to implement these plans that they implemented in these foreign lands like Cuba for years.

01:25:31.000 I mean, Castro, he might have come in and took over, but they had to implement their brainwashing, indoctrination centers and all that.

01:25:38.000 You had a friend of mine who was a guest on your show years ago by the name of Jeff Cohen.

01:25:43.000 Jeff Cohen knows what it's like to live under communism, Alex.

01:25:46.000 These people in this country are spoiled rotten.

01:25:48.000 They have no concept what it's like to live under socialist order.

01:25:53.000 We know big government is hellish, and I appreciate your call.

01:25:56.000 Those that have studied history know that, but the public, who don't help people when they're bleeding on the side of the street, don't help women being attacked by thugs.

01:26:05.000 Remember, what was it, more than 10 years ago?

01:26:08.000 For week after week in New York City and Central Park, hordes of 500 to 1,000 men There were different sized crowds.

01:26:18.000 We could pull up that video.

01:26:19.000 I bet it's on YouTube.

01:26:20.000 Rapes in Central Park.

01:26:21.000 In fact, try to pull it up.

01:26:23.000 And the police... I would imagine you'd search it under police refuse to help women being sexually assaulted in Central Park.

01:26:30.000 That'll pull it up.

01:26:31.000 And the cops would just stand around in a circle around the rapers and let them do it. 0.99

01:26:36.000 Because the cops are drawn from the very same people that fill up this country. 0.94

01:26:44.000 And The public just expects somebody else to save them, and they don't know what's about to happen to them.

01:26:53.000 Let's talk to Darnie in Oklahoma.

01:26:55.000 You're on the air.

01:26:56.000 Yeah, I wanted to talk about the airport scannings.

01:27:02.000 About three years ago, someone who is very close to me, who works with TSA, told me that they had a special meeting, that they were putting devices in the headrest of the airplane seats to monitor brainwaves.

01:27:21.000 Yes, I saw that a few months ago and I forgot to cover it.

01:27:24.000 They're going to have cameras in the airplanes that scan your eyes that look for aggressive movements.

01:27:30.000 Again, they've proven that lie detectors are a fraud and now they're just getting fancier quackery.

01:27:36.000 They have mobile homeland security 18-wheeler trailers that put you in a brain scanner and ask you questions and then say you're guilty.

01:27:43.000 And I did see the report of they're going to monitor brainwaves in the seats of the aircraft.

01:27:48.000 Hell, if you let them put your kids through a naked body scanner, if you let them grope your body, I mean, they now squeeze the woman and squeeze the man and grab your genitals, then the sky's the limit. 0.93

01:28:00.000 Exactly. 0.85

01:28:02.000 And I wanted to ask you, nurse, did you have any intentions of covering the concentration camps that the United States has ready for us?

01:28:12.000 Well, ma'am, I made three police state films that cover that from a congressional record and the documents from the government, and I've made a fourth police state film.

01:28:21.000 It's been almost eight years since I made one.

01:28:23.000 It's available to be ordered now at Infowars.com.

01:28:27.000 Police State 4, The Rise of FEMA, and it completely proves it.

01:28:33.000 No conspiracy.

01:28:35.000 That theory here, all conspiracy fact, it's a two-hour, 20-plus minute film, about 35 minutes of it is the FEMA camps, all proven.

01:28:44.000 It debunks Glenn Beck putting out this info, saying that it doesn't exist.

01:28:49.000 It covers the COG, Continuity of Government, how the takeover plan has happened.

01:28:52.000 It's all covered in Police State 4.

01:28:55.000 And sure, you know all about the FEMA camps, but your neighbors, your friends, your families don't see how it ties into the gun confiscation.

01:29:03.000 How it ties into the clergy response teams.

01:29:05.000 How it ties into the executive orders.

01:29:07.000 I mean, the film covers it all.

01:29:10.000 False flag, terror, everything.

01:29:12.000 Riot police, federally controlled, trying to set up our cameraman as terrorist.

01:29:18.000 It's all on video in Police State 4.

01:29:22.000 The Rise of FEMA, available at InfoWars.com right now, and you'll get it first.

01:29:29.000 It ships out in the middle of April, so get your orders in now.

01:29:32.000 We'll ship to you first, and then make copies of it, and give it to everyone you know.

01:29:37.000 Almost eight years since I made one of these.

01:29:39.000 Eight years of info, all the latest information in this film.

01:29:43.000 In fact, let's cue up the trailer.

01:29:45.000 We'll play it for PrisonPlanet.tv viewers, audio for the radio listeners when we come back.

01:29:51.000 We're on the march, the empire's on the run.

01:31:08.000 As they're finishing off this agenda, they'll be pulling the rug from underneath the Americans at home.

01:31:13.000 We have tremendous influence on our President and Congress, and they really are calling the shots.

01:31:19.000 I think it's incumbent upon all of us Tim Geithner?

01:31:22.000 Bernanke?

01:31:23.000 They're arsonists!

01:31:24.000 They're asking for more matches!

01:31:25.000 The whole of the republic identifies the enemies of our nation.

01:31:28.000 The criminal offshore cartel, hell-bent on destroying sovereignty and on its ashes constructing world government.

01:31:35.000 Tim Geithner, Bernanke, they're arsonists.

01:31:37.000 They're asking for more matches.

01:31:39.000 And the Congress is saying, "Who do we make the checkout to?" Today, it seems like nobody does care.

01:31:43.000 And right now in Washington, D.C., we have seen a fall of the Republic.

01:36:34.000 Mercedes decked out in the city of Hardin Police Department decals and driven by American Police Force members.

01:36:41.000 We're not disclosing the name of our parent company.

01:36:44.000 We know the guy owns the company, but we've never seen this name before.

01:36:49.000 Excuse me, you just called the wrong office.

01:36:51.000 This is written on foreign Mercedes.

01:36:56.000 Police alarm.

01:36:57.000 Arden Police.

01:36:57.000 Actually, they're American Police Force.

01:37:00.000 Look!

01:37:00.000 This is insane!

01:37:02.000 Passengers describe a terror attack and the arrest of a suspect.

01:37:06.000 It's not a matter of failure to connect the dots.

01:37:11.000 The FBI now has five versions of their story.

01:37:14.000 Can you add how they work?

01:37:16.000 Are they getting any evidence now?

01:37:23.000 He told me to go to the scanner and I said no.

01:39:23.000 Great graphics.

01:39:23.000 The information is key.

01:39:25.000 Covers a lot of info we haven't gotten into.

01:39:28.000 Such an important film.

01:39:31.000 Invisible Empire.

01:39:32.000 You can get $5 off when you get the two films together.

01:39:36.000 Infowars.com.

01:39:38.000 Okay.

01:39:40.000 They're now saying five Democratic Party offices around the country have had bricks thrown through them.

01:39:47.000 Looks staged to me.

01:39:50.000 You then have this new report from Fox News.

01:39:53.000 Cantor says campaign offices were shot at, accuses Dems of exploiting threats.

01:39:58.000 This is big national news.

01:40:00.000 Why was it not big news when Lou Dobbs got his house shot up?

01:40:04.000 I mean, it's not good when anybody does this.

01:40:07.000 But sound-staged, or it'll be some unstable person.

01:40:10.000 And the system knows, as they squeeze the population, there's going to be some real events that go on.

01:40:15.000 Virginia Representative Eric Cantor said Thursday that his Richmond campaign office has been shot at and that he's received threatening emails, but at the same time he told House Minority Whip he accused top Democrats of trying to exploit the threats they've been receiving for political gain.

01:40:32.000 Now, let me expand into this article.

01:40:36.000 In fact, did I send you guys this MSNBC video clip that's in this article?

01:40:41.000 Do you have the clip that's in this article where they have the author of a article about the Tea Parties in it?

01:40:53.000 Okay, good.

01:40:53.000 Because I want to go ahead and play that now and then break down the propaganda because The governor's mansion got firebombed.

01:41:04.000 And if it wasn't a staged event, it was done by people that don't like government and Republicans.

01:41:11.000 We have all these videos posted of Democratic Party thugs in Florida, in Missouri, and in other places, beating up Tea Party folks in legal, lawful demonstrations.

01:41:22.000 And it never makes the national news.

01:41:24.000 It's always maybe on the local news or just on YouTube.

01:41:28.000 You have all these calls for violence by Mecha and La Raza.

01:41:31.000 A few weeks ago I saw a video from a Southern Poverty Law Center meeting with La Raza's head there talking about how they're fighting racism.

01:41:40.000 La Raza means the race. 0.99

01:41:42.000 This is just as big of a race organization as the Aryan Nations of the Ku Klux Klan. 0.66

01:41:47.000 Just as racist.

01:41:48.000 But much bigger.

01:41:50.000 Millions and millions of members.

01:41:52.000 And so what they've done is they brought in all these foreigners on a liberation theology-based hate of America, hate of white people, but that's all kosher and good and loving and fun. 0.99

01:42:02.000 And then meanwhile, anybody Who criticizes this is then called a racist.

01:42:11.000 Oh, you don't like socialism? 0.97

01:42:12.000 You're a racist. 0.68

01:42:13.000 Oh, you don't like government being so large? 1.00

01:42:16.000 You're a racist. 0.86

01:42:17.000 It isn't working anymore, though. 0.99

01:42:19.000 They have really used this guilt card on white America too long, and it's over. 0.66

01:42:23.000 And more and more Hispanic Americans, black Americans know this.

01:42:26.000 What, I've seen Gallup polls now of over 80% of Hispanics want to shut down the borders? 1.00

01:42:30.000 They're not stupid. 0.99

01:42:32.000 They're smart Americans, as smart as anybody, or smarter. 0.97

01:42:36.000 They know that the illegals are being brought in to drive down the wages and it's destroying their standard of living. 1.00

01:42:41.000 They know America is being used as a steam valve for revolution in Mexico so Mexico won't implode.

01:42:47.000 We need the Mexicans who aren't citizens to go down there and take their country back. 1.00

01:42:50.000 It could be a wonderful place.

01:42:52.000 It's got three times the natural resources we've got.

01:42:54.000 I like Mexico.

01:42:56.000 I like the Mexican people.

01:42:57.000 I'd like to be able to travel back down there.

01:42:59.000 But you can't.

01:42:59.000 It's a total police state imploding.

01:43:03.000 You know, we need to fix Mexico, and we need to fix this country. 1.00

01:43:07.000 We need to decriminalize drugs.

01:43:09.000 Because it's the drug war that's making Mexico collapse.

01:43:13.000 And it's what's making the Southwest collapse.

01:43:14.000 In fact, will you guys bring me... In fact, here it is.

01:43:19.000 This is the San Antonio Express News Cover Sunday.

01:43:22.000 Drug war is killing Mexico border cities.

01:43:29.000 Of course!

01:43:29.000 You decriminalize drugs, this will end overnight!

01:43:31.000 Because there won't be all the profit involved!

01:43:33.000 But the government is laundering most of the drug money.

01:43:35.000 The drug war you see in Mexico is about shutting off the competition.

01:43:40.000 It's about knocking off drug gangs that aren't paying their cut to the CIA and the big banks.

01:43:45.000 But here's this key article.

01:43:47.000 We need to get ahead of this.

01:43:48.000 We need to counter this now.

01:43:49.000 I'm going to cover it more next hour.

01:43:54.000 The media is trying to hype violence to get weak-minded, unstable people to go out and be violent and copycat stuff against Democrats so they can play the part of victims.

01:44:03.000 They're also setting the stage, as I've told you, for Tea Parties and others to commit terror attacks to be blamed on the American people.

01:44:09.000 That will be staged.

01:44:10.000 I've told you this is all coming.

01:44:11.000 And now you see it unfolding.

01:44:14.000 But in this article, it exposes who the real thugs are.

01:44:16.000 Pro-Obamacare thugs, not Tea Party activists, are the real violent extremists.

01:44:21.000 PrisonPlanet.com by Paul Joseph Watson.

01:44:23.000 And I want to go to this clip of a Tea Party activist who's an author who really stood his ground and won the debate.

01:44:30.000 The anchor was very angry on MSNBC.

01:44:33.000 I believe it's MSNBC, isn't it?

01:44:34.000 We're going to play this piece of propaganda.

01:44:36.000 The guy says, OK, you give me an example of violence by Democrats.

01:44:42.000 And that was the one part where he said, well, there have been examples, but I don't have to get into them now.

01:44:48.000 What do you mean?

01:44:48.000 We have a bunch of these examples, and we have Jewish activists and black activists, college students caught painting swastikas on their dorms, burning down their own churches.

01:44:58.000 How many times have they been caught?

01:45:00.000 And when they get caught, it's a minor footnote.

01:45:02.000 Most of this is staged.

01:45:04.000 Some of this is real.

01:45:05.000 I believe the few racial epithets thrown at Obama During the passage of the House health care bill, Sunday, were staged.

01:45:16.000 We know the Southern Poverty Law Center, ADL, we know Hal Turner, the big top Nazi, was an FBI officer. 0.58

01:45:21.000 Agent.

01:45:22.000 Not just an informant.

01:45:24.000 Let's go ahead and play this clip though.

01:45:28.000 Joining us is the author of The Big Black Lie, how I learned the truth about democracy, about the Democratic Party.

01:45:34.000 And Kevin Jackson, first of all, what do you make of the latest information from Congress that, I mean, there are increasing concerns about this possibly getting out of hand, some of this violent imagery and rhetoric?

01:45:48.000 Well, I've been to many tea parties around the country, and I've yet to see anybody, any real violence towards anybody.

01:45:54.000 So I think it's a bit overstated.

01:45:56.000 Were you there on Saturday, though, at the Capitol when Congressman Lewis and other members of the Congressional Black Caucus were greeted with derogatory racial slurs, when another member of Congress was spat upon?

01:46:09.000 Were you there for that?

01:46:11.000 I wasn't there for that, but I saw the video about it and determined that a lot of what they were saying had happened actually hadn't occurred.

01:46:18.000 Like I said, I've been to hundreds of tea parties around the country.

01:46:21.000 What I can tell you is I've never seen any blacks lynched at one of them.

01:46:24.000 So that's still one of the things that's only for the Democrats to hold a distinction about.

01:46:29.000 But Kevin, are you okay when President Obama, the first African-American president, is depicted the way he's depicted on some of these signs, whether it's the Hitler mustache or whether it's being depicted as like the Joker.

01:46:41.000 I mean, is that okay with you?

01:46:45.000 It's par for the course.

01:46:46.000 Every president that's been elected has gone through something like that.

01:46:49.000 Bush has been demonized as a gorilla, as a chimpanzee, as a cowboy cowpoke, and a host of other things.

01:46:57.000 In fact, he was depicted as Hitler many, many times.

01:47:00.000 I did a blog about the idea that Bush was depicted as Hitler more than Obama was.

01:47:04.000 So that's just par for the course.

01:47:06.000 That's what happens.

01:47:07.000 One side wins, the other side goes after him.

01:47:09.000 So I don't see any difference between him, between Obama and any other president in this respect.

01:47:14.000 Well, do you remember any Republican members of Congress or Republican Party officers that had bricks thrown through their front windows?

01:47:21.000 I mean, that's happened now half a dozen times over the past few days.

01:47:27.000 Yeah, in fact, there's been many incidences where Republicans have been attacked, whether it's at the local level or up to the national level.

01:47:35.000 Name one.

01:47:36.000 It's not my responsibility to name one.

01:47:38.000 The point is that everything that you guys want to say... Alright, hit pause.

01:47:43.000 Watson looking five minutes.

01:47:45.000 I called him this morning and said, look, remember the union thugs beating people up in Florida and St.

01:47:51.000 Louis and California?

01:47:52.000 Remember that congressman's office getting shot?

01:47:55.000 Remember the congressman getting the bricks thrown in?

01:47:57.000 Remember Lou Dobbs?

01:47:59.000 Without even looking, we found scores of examples that are in this article.

01:48:05.000 But that's what the media does.

01:48:06.000 They try to play these little tricks to make it look like this isn't going on.

01:48:13.000 We've got all the cases where they stage these attacks against themselves, where they've been caught doing it.

01:48:19.000 And then let's think about the IRS, without due process, stomping into people's houses, taking their furniture, taking everything they got, SWAT teams busting in on the wrong houses, killing people.

01:48:29.000 I've got articles here, out of New York, New York City cops sorry for pounding on couple's door 50 times because of a police database that was wrong.

01:48:41.000 I mean, think about when the government abuses or hurts people, it's always a minor footnote.

01:48:46.000 But then, maybe real people did throw bricks through their windows.

01:48:49.000 Why is it now such a big deal when the media always ignores it when it happens to conservatives?

01:48:55.000 Let's continue.

01:48:55.000 It's an equivalency here, and we have evidence and we have videos and photographs of people who have incidents in Niagara, New York, Rochester, New York, Arizona, Ohio, and Kansas, where Democratic Party offices, congressional offices, were targeted with stones or bricks thrown through the window.

01:49:12.000 And you're saying that that's happened to Republicans, and all I'm asking is name them.

01:49:16.000 Who threw them?

01:49:18.000 Do you have the actual evidence of the people who threw them?

01:49:20.000 In many cases, these are Democrat operatives that are doing a lot of this stuff.

01:49:24.000 So when you can bring me evidence that says this was a Republican person that did that, then I'll believe you.

01:49:31.000 Democratic operatives were destroying their own property so that somehow people would just, I don't know, just choose to blame them on Republicans.

01:49:38.000 Do you really believe that?

01:49:39.000 Yeah, it's kind of like when there are riots in Watson, black people go and loot their own stores and you wonder why did it happen. 1.00

01:49:45.000 It's the same reason.

01:49:46.000 So, when you can tell me with complete evidence that the people that are doing this are Republicans, then I'll be happy to answer your question.

01:49:54.000 But until then, all you've got is anecdotal evidence.

01:49:58.000 Well, comment to be clear, I'm not saying everybody's a racist.

01:50:02.000 I'm not even saying most of the Tea Partiers are racists.

01:50:05.000 these events not one single racial incident not going to be a matter of having your decision about the same reasons i'm not even saying most of the tea parties are racist i'm saying that there is a racist french today's and that i wish republican leaders and people as a racist as a result of the democrat party because as i said i've yet to see a black man lynched at a tea party but i do know that the democrat party has lived black people so if you want to make that equivalency then let's talk about that for a bit Kevin Jackson.

01:50:34.000 Kevin, you know I disagree with you on a lot of stuff, but I do appreciate you coming on today.

01:50:38.000 Alright. 0.99

01:50:39.000 I mean, he kicked his butt. 0.99

01:50:43.000 But, this whole guilt by association, you start robbing 300 million people, you're gonna get some pushback. 0.99

01:52:08.000 Is it finishing off this agenda?

01:52:10.000 They'll be pulling the rug from underneath Americans at home. 0.99

01:52:13.000 I have tremendous influence on our President and Congress, and they really are calling the shots.

01:52:19.000 I think it's incumbent upon all of us as American citizens to pay attention.

01:52:25.000 Fall of the Republic identifies the enemies of our nation, the criminal offshore cartel, hell-bent on destroying sovereignty and on its ashes constructing world government. 0.52

01:52:35.000 Tim Geithner, Bernanke, they're arsonists!

01:52:37.000 They're asking for more matches!

01:52:39.000 And the Congress is saying, who do we make the check out to?

01:52:41.000 Today seems like nobody does care.

01:52:43.000 And right now in Washington, D.C., we have seen a fall of the Republic.

01:53:58.000 Who you talk to about this sort of thing?

01:54:11.000 You say, Marcellus, what are you doing, man?

01:54:13.000 What are you doing going on TV?

01:54:14.000 You're an activist.

01:54:14.000 What are you doing?

01:54:15.000 You're 11 years old.

01:54:16.000 What do you tell them?

01:54:19.000 I say that I'm doing it for my mom and my teacher, Matt, is really excited that I'm doing all of this and that he's been following my every move.

01:54:31.000 I'm almost afraid to ask you what you want to do when you grow up because you're more grown up than a whole lot of people I know.

01:54:36.000 Have you ever thought about that?

01:54:37.000 What do you want to do when you grow up?

01:54:39.000 I want to become the President of the United States.

01:54:43.000 Oh! 0.60

01:54:43.000 Well, all right! 0.60

01:54:44.000 Poor little Marcellus Owens being used by Barack Obama because they know that their approval ratings have dropped to the lowest ever in history for Congress, the President, you name it.

01:54:56.000 This guy's more unpopular than Richard Nixon in his last months now.

01:55:01.000 And there's poor little Marcellus Owens, I'm sure a well-meaning person, being duped thinking he's giving people free health care.

01:55:09.000 And I showed you the Associated Press earlier.

01:55:11.000 In fact, here it is, Marcellus, where it says, in the bill, kids are not covered for pre-existing conditions.

01:55:21.000 There you go, ladies and gentlemen, we'll be able to refuse coverage to children with pre-existing conditions.

01:55:25.000 Right there, Associated Press.

01:55:27.000 Oh, and Hitler loved always having kids around him and kids at signing statements and when he was signing bills. 0.88

01:55:34.000 So here's little Owens with our modern Hitler, but we don't recognize this tyrant because he's got brown skin. 0.92

01:55:41.000 We all know that tyranny can only come from white skin. 0.99

01:55:44.000 In fact, tyranny can only come from a Hitler mustache. 0.81

01:55:46.000 No, ladies and gentlemen, it's the same thing repeating itself.

01:55:51.000 Hitler was a National Socialist, and they had government health care, and they used it to take control of people's lives. 0.97

01:55:57.000 And now here's this poor little boy up on television being used.

01:56:01.000 Leif in Montana, you're on the air.

01:56:03.000 Thanks for holding.

01:56:05.000 How you doing, Alex?

01:56:07.000 I'm doing as best I can to fight these people.

01:56:09.000 Go ahead.

01:56:09.000 You're doing great.

01:56:11.000 Earlier this morning, I was listening to one of your shows.

01:56:14.000 One of your past shows, and you mentioned that some of the rich are finding out that they're not really some of the elite.

01:56:20.000 A few years ago, I was attending a Sundance, and the holy man that conducts the ceremony was telling of a time that he had been shown when America was under starvation.

01:56:30.000 Not because there was a food shortage, but because the super rich were hoarding the food.

01:56:35.000 The super elite, the real rich, are the ones that are going to run, everyone.

01:56:40.000 You know, I've actually heard some of those Native Americans, they've been saying that for a hundred years, that that was going to come to America, and that the elite were going to shut off the food, the same way they put Native Americans on reservations, the same way they broke up their families.

01:56:55.000 Hitler bragged that he took his ideas on how to set up camps from what was done by the British and others here in the United States.

01:57:04.000 Well, and reservations are a good example of How you treat us will also come to you.

01:57:11.000 You know, we're allowing these few people to control everything.

01:57:16.000 But just look at the microculture on a reservation.

01:57:18.000 They're trying to do the whole world that way.

01:57:21.000 And I hope listeners realize that when I make films like Endgame and I show you books like Ecoscience by the White House Science Czar, they talk about their goal is setting up world government and then killing the majority of the population.

01:57:33.000 That's the truth!

01:57:35.000 Doesn't matter how nuts it sounds, we're not nuts talking about it, the nuts are the people that write this.

01:57:42.000 You are.

01:57:42.000 And we're familiar with it.

01:57:44.000 Our concern, you know, I'm Native, our concern is about the human race, not just about, you know, the poor Indian. 0.95

01:57:51.000 We're all falling under this, and it's up to us to change it.

01:57:54.000 Us as a human race.

01:57:55.000 Not to be slaves.

01:57:57.000 To push them back and say no and become active in our families and our community again.

01:58:01.000 To push back.

01:58:03.000 Well, I've read that many of the Native Americans are exempt from this because you're your own nation, but you're already under a lot of the reservation and federal control already.

01:58:13.000 It is, yeah.

01:58:14.000 It's not true sovereignty, like they tell us.

01:58:17.000 We pay taxes, we're bound by the Bureau of Indian Affairs.

01:58:21.000 And in some ways, we find it interesting, Barack Obama has been adopted by the Crow Indians. 1.00

01:58:26.000 And in our world, an adoption is zipped by blood.

01:58:30.000 But it still doesn't make him a decent human being, just because he's Indian now. 1.00

01:58:34.000 He's nothing but a puppet reading off a teleprompter. 0.96

01:58:37.000 God bless you.

01:58:37.000 Final hour, straight ahead, more calls, tons of news.

01:58:42.000 Thank you for listening to GCN.

01:58:50.000 Hi, this is Alex Jones.

01:58:51.000 Did you know that the global elite are now storing non-hybrid seeds in secret storage vaults near the Arctic Circle?

01:58:57.000 Did you know that in a real meltdown, non-hybrid seeds can become more valuable than silver or gold?

01:59:02.000 It's true, seeds have outperformed even gold and silver before in this country, and it's possible they could even happen again.

01:59:46.000 This is Alex Jones for SurvivalSeedBank.com.

01:59:49.000 Waging war on corruption.

01:59:55.000 Alex Jones on the GCM Radio Network.

02:00:01.000 It is already the fourth and final hour of this Thursday, the 25th day of March 2010 edition.

02:00:06.000 It is already the fourth and final hour of this Thursday, the 25th day of March 2010 edition.

02:00:15.000 I'm going to continue covering news, and we're going to be taking your phone calls at the bottom of the hour.

02:00:23.000 I'm gonna have Matt Ryan, one of my producers in here, to tell you a little story that happened to some of his relatives.

02:00:33.000 And how it ties into victim disarmament.

02:00:37.000 And these Brinks commercials, where it shows these thugs trying to attack women, and they just huddle down with their alarm going off, and that supposedly protects them.

02:00:46.000 That is not truth in advertising.

02:00:49.000 It's fine to have an alarm to let you know somebody's breaking in.

02:00:53.000 The next step is to have the firearm to defend yourself and to stop the attacker, stop them dead in their tracks.

02:01:02.000 So that is coming up also.

02:01:05.000 Right now, let's go ahead and go back to your calls.

02:01:07.000 Let's talk to Leo in Missouri.

02:01:10.000 You're on the air.

02:01:12.000 Good afternoon, Alex.

02:01:13.000 Welcome.

02:01:14.000 I just wanted to get your thoughts on something I had been thinking about, and that is, as opposition grows amongst the people to this health care bill, what do you think the chances are of a big-scale terrorist attack happening in this country?

02:01:29.000 That's all I've been talking about the last three, four months, is that they're going to stage events and blame it on the Tea Parties.

02:01:34.000 They're going to stage events and blame it on the Birthers and 9-11 Truth, and you've seen that start.

02:01:39.000 And in every case, it's clear that this is being staged.

02:01:42.000 And the Southern Poverty Law Center and ADL are out preparing the public mind for this, and they're absolutely going to have to have staged terror attacks to be able to force all this through.

02:01:54.000 And I agree with Rush Limbaugh, they may stage events to try to suspend the election.

02:01:58.000 There is no doubt, there's been a lot of talk about suspension of elections before because of the police state being set up, but now they've got it in place.

02:02:06.000 And I guess today it was just a big coincidence that Osama Bin Laden showed up back in the news again.

02:02:14.000 That's right.

02:02:14.000 Every time they need a good distraction, Governor Ridge admitted, former head of Homeland Security, last year in a book, that they would issue fake terror alerts for political gain as a political distraction.

02:02:26.000 In the Patriot Act, issuing a fake terror threat or alert is a very serious felony, but it's okay when the government does it.

02:02:35.000 Yeah, that seems to be the case.

02:02:37.000 That's all I wanted to talk to you about today.

02:02:38.000 Thanks for taking my call.

02:02:40.000 Leo, incredibly powerful points.

02:02:42.000 1-800-259-9231 is the toll-free number to join us.

02:02:43.000 Doug in Oregon, you're on the air.

02:02:45.000 a toll-free number to join us.

02:02:46.000 Doug in Oregon, you're on the air.

02:02:48.000 Afternoon, Alex.

02:02:50.000 Welcome.

02:02:53.000 Yes, welcome.

02:02:55.000 Hey, Alex, I was wondering if you could possibly give us a resource or, you know, a web resource or maybe you could get a special guest on to inform the listeners.

02:03:10.000 How do you go about convening a grand jury to indict these people?

02:03:16.000 How do you go about starting a recall?

02:03:21.000 How do you get your attorney generals to look at evidence and these kind of things?

02:03:28.000 Because I think so many people are overwhelmed by the bureaucracy of it all.

02:03:31.000 Well look, number one, you call them, you go visit them in their offices, you demand strong action.

02:03:37.000 I had Judge Napolitano talk about solutions.

02:03:41.000 In the second hour today, we've had Red Beckman on many times.

02:03:45.000 We had him on a few weeks ago.

02:03:46.000 In fact, let's go ahead and get Red Beckman back on for another hour just to talk about how to get grand juries convened.

02:03:53.000 The government's tried to turn grand juries into creatures.

02:03:57.000 of the prosecutors where they are kept political slaves, basically, of the system, when grand juries are supposed to decide, in many cases, what they want to go after.

02:04:09.000 And so you simply try to bring information to the grand jury.

02:04:13.000 There's different procedures, depending on your state, to do that.

02:04:16.000 But that's a good idea.

02:04:17.000 We will do an hour on that next week.

02:04:19.000 Okay, Alice, I thank you very kindly.

02:04:21.000 And God's grace and peace to your family.

02:04:25.000 And keep up the good work.

02:04:26.000 Thank you so much for the call.

02:04:28.000 Okay, we're going to go to break.

02:04:29.000 I'm going to come back and get into some more news, recap some top stories, and then we're going to continue with your calls and then get into this victimization of society, where everybody just lays there and takes it, this domestication.

02:04:42.000 It's all coming up after this quick break.

02:04:45.000 You have found it, the front lines of the InfoWars.

02:04:53.000 I'm going to leave you alone.

02:04:54.000 Hello, this is Alex Jones with some important questions.

02:07:04.000 If you're going into a battle and they give you a rifle and a sidearm, how much ammunition do you want?

02:07:11.000 In the battle for freedom and the lives of your loved ones, food is your only ammunition.

02:07:17.000 When do you want it?

02:07:20.000 When will you need it?

02:07:21.000 Can you buy it without proper identification?

02:07:23.000 Will there be any food?

02:07:25.000 Will it make your children sick?

02:07:26.000 If there's a quarantine and you can't feed yourself, will you go to the gathering center and be immunized?

02:07:40.000 We don't know.

02:07:41.000 How much do you want?

02:07:42.000 All you can get.

02:07:43.000 I'm Alex Jones.

02:07:44.000 I want all of you good guys to live to fight another day.

02:07:51.000 Or check it out on the web at efoodsdirect.com.

02:07:55.000 Again, that number, 1-800-409-5633.

02:07:59.000 Big Brother.

02:08:06.000 Mainstream media.

02:08:08.000 Government cover-ups.

02:08:10.000 You want answers?

02:08:11.000 Well, so does he.

02:08:13.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

02:08:17.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

02:08:22.000 We are now eight minutes into this fourth and final hour.

02:08:26.000 I want to recap some of the top stories, most important news dealing with the government takeover of healthcare.

02:08:35.000 The American people literally going into socialist bondage.

02:08:39.000 Then we're going to go to your phone calls and get into a host of other important news, including an excellent article written by Chuck Baldwin that's up on Infowars.com and PrisonPlanet.com.

02:08:50.000 Dates that destroyed America.

02:08:52.000 And I wholeheartedly agree with his analysis.

02:08:54.000 We're going to break that down towards the end of the broadcast today.

02:09:02.000 Senate passes reconciliation bill and sends it back to the U.S.

02:09:02.000 U.S.

02:09:07.000 House.

02:09:09.000 Meanwhile, Barack Obama is challenging Republicans saying, quote, go for it.

02:09:14.000 Obama tells GOP on health repeal.

02:09:17.000 And he's got all these little kids up on TV with him saying, thanks for giving me health care for my pre-existing condition.

02:09:23.000 Oh, you're so great.

02:09:25.000 What the Republican leadership won't tell you is, and Bloomberg and Businessweek and the Wall Street Journal will, is the insurance companies wrote this stinking thing and their stocks are going way up.

02:09:36.000 Not the little insurance companies or the medium-sized ones, the big ones.

02:09:39.000 This allows them to lower the standard of care under government control with the IRS telling you what health care you can and can't have.

02:09:45.000 It forces 30-plus million people to buy insurance they don't want or need.

02:09:50.000 Sets a very dangerous precedent.

02:09:54.000 And again, here is the Associated Press, the big dirty secret.

02:09:56.000 Gap in health care law protection for children.

02:09:59.000 Under the new law, insurance companies still would be able to refuse new coverage to children because of a pre-existing medical problem.

02:10:08.000 That was the spokeswoman for the House Energy and Commerce Committee said.

02:10:11.000 And I went and looked up the subsection.

02:10:13.000 It is there.

02:10:14.000 It has a national ID card for health care that everybody has to have in the subsection.

02:10:19.000 I'll just go ahead and show you the subsection right now.

02:10:21.000 I keep getting emails saying we're making this up.

02:10:24.000 Here is page 65 of the past House bill, section B, subsection I. Eligibility for health plan.

02:10:33.000 And right here, at the end it says, allow for the use of a machine-readable identification card for health care.

02:10:40.000 Okay?

02:10:42.000 They got another bill to force citizens to have a national ID card to have any job that the IRS regulates and watches.

02:10:49.000 And it's in the health care bill where they take your money directly out of your account and take your refund.

02:10:55.000 And here's the Associated Press.

02:10:58.000 citizens may need national ID cards to work if bill passes.

02:10:58.000 U.S.

02:11:03.000 And Lindsey Graham's got a bill to arrest U.S. 1.00

02:11:05.000 citizens and allow, quote, enhanced interrogation for any intelligence reason or reason by the president.

02:11:14.000 And I just can't believe it.

02:11:16.000 Rush Limbaugh, 15 years ago, was a lot more hardcore on the Second Amendment and other issues.

02:11:22.000 Over time, he got pretty bad.

02:11:25.000 Because he was under a lot of political pressure and in trouble for Hillbilly heroin and everything else.

02:11:32.000 But I didn't judge him.

02:11:33.000 Anybody from pain can get addicted to Oxycontin, but when he says have mandatory sentencing for people that use other illegal drugs and put them in jail for 25 years, that's hypocritical.

02:11:42.000 But I've got to commend him.

02:11:44.000 He's saying world government is here, New World Order is here, government takeover, a globalist elite, they may suspend the elections, we're in a police state.

02:11:52.000 Earlier I read some of his quotes from yesterday's show, so we commend Rush Limbaugh.

02:11:57.000 I will always commend anybody that starts telling the truth.

02:12:00.000 But that tells you how much trouble we're in.

02:12:03.000 How serious this is.

02:12:05.000 And I agree with Michael Savage six months ago when he said Obama will stage... In fact, cue that up.

02:12:11.000 Savage says Obama may stage Reichstag.

02:12:15.000 I've been saying this forever.

02:12:17.000 Because it's not Obama.

02:12:18.000 It's the people that run Obama.

02:12:20.000 Republicans stage terror attacks.

02:12:22.000 Democrats do it.

02:12:26.000 And they're really starting to get scared of the American people because they know we're waking up.

02:12:29.000 And continuing with the health bill, this is out of Politico!

02:12:35.000 Politico.com.

02:12:35.000 Okay.

02:12:37.000 Health bill exempt Top Hill staff.

02:12:40.000 Not all the members of the House, or not all their staffers.

02:12:43.000 The Democratic leadership, the leadership of all the committees, they are exempt from having to be part of the health bill.

02:12:49.000 Here is the PrisonPlanet.com article by Steve Watson that tells it even more and has the subsection of the bill, page 158.

02:12:56.000 Loophole exempts Washington insiders from Obamacare.

02:13:00.000 Not just members of the House, it's other special groups.

02:13:03.000 The Sergeant of Arms, Obama, and others.

02:13:06.000 You can see some of my doodling there.

02:13:08.000 That's the problem with printing these articles out for PrisonPlanet.tv viewers.

02:13:11.000 Long before I simulcast the radio show with live webcams, I would doodle on articles, so you get to see my doodling.

02:13:18.000 For people that aren't just listening on the radio.

02:13:21.000 So, that is a very, very important area of this I don't know if I'm going to get to this, if I'm going to have time, but it's up on InfoWars.com.

02:13:36.000 War criminal Bush demonstrates his contempt for humanity.

02:13:40.000 And Kurt Nemo wrote this article, but it's worse than what Kurt even puts in the story.

02:13:46.000 It shows Bush, George W., with Clinton, another criminal, in Haiti and Bill Clinton shaking all the Haitians' hands and a Haitian reaches out to Bush and he shakes his hand and it's not that Bush wipes his hand off.

02:14:00.000 The guy may have had something on his hand.

02:14:03.000 Bush acts like he's patting Clinton on the arm and Clinton turns around but he's rubbing the sweat or the snot or whatever it is off on Clinton's arm.

02:14:18.000 And it just shows, if you know psychology, how sadistic and psychopathic and sociopathic Bush is, that even a former president of the U.S., one of his peers, he reaches over like he's being his friend, but he goes, ugh, and starts wiping it off on him.

02:14:34.000 Again, it's just a window into the nastiness of George W. Bush, who tripled the size of government, Patriot Act, all of it. 0.74

02:14:41.000 Remember, all of these guys are out of control.

02:14:44.000 They've all got to be voted out.

02:14:46.000 That's what the Republican Party's going after Rand Paul in Kentucky, who's 10 points ahead.

02:14:50.000 They've got the head of elections in the state.

02:14:56.000 running against him and the ethics board says he is allowed for the first time ever every state has laws that the ballot counters the people running the ballots can't be on the ballot well they don't care now so doesn't matter if Rand Paul's ten points ahead if we don't make a big deal out of this he's not going to win and that's going to send shockwaves across the country the republican party the mainline neocons have said we've gotta beat Rand Paul they've written editorials Real grassroots is going to take over and our party's over.

02:15:26.000 Your party is over, scum! 1.00

02:15:28.000 It's not just Democrats that are going to get voted out. 1.00

02:15:30.000 Lindsey Graham needs to be out of there! 1.00

02:15:32.000 He's a nightmare!

02:15:33.000 He supports the carbon tax that will kill what's left of our economy! 0.99

02:15:39.000 Now, in other news, Osama Bin Laden, in tape, threatens to kill Americans.

02:15:46.000 And in the Reuters and AP articles, it then admits, oh, we don't know if this is really him.

02:15:51.000 They just put out more fake tapes to scare everybody.

02:15:54.000 Now, on the police state front, listen to this article.

02:15:57.000 Cops in New Jersey town gives keys to homes.

02:16:03.000 We have already the government watching kids at home with their government laptops.

02:16:06.000 We already have cameras going in school showers and locker rooms all over the country.

02:16:10.000 We already have the Houston police chief last year proposing cameras in everybody's homes.

02:16:17.000 Franklin Township Police set up realtor-like lockboxes so officers can respond immediately to emergencies.

02:16:23.000 And they're just showing up saying, this is what you use on your door now.

02:16:27.000 Oklahoma passed a law you can't have burglar bars on your house.

02:16:30.000 So the criminal government can break in and so can the criminals.

02:16:34.000 It's a novel program designed to improve the safety of senior citizens in New Jersey.

02:16:39.000 We now see these reports about cops try people's doors to see if they're open.

02:16:42.000 They have knock and talk.

02:16:43.000 They come and knock on your door and say, can we see if your guns are legal?

02:16:48.000 And then now in Boston, they just force their way in.

02:16:51.000 The program would allow police quick access into a home to help anyone having a medical emergency without having to break down the door.

02:17:01.000 And this is just the total domestication.

02:17:04.000 I'm going to talk about that coming up at the bottom of the hour.

02:17:08.000 I mean, here's Fox News.

02:17:10.000 Should government regulate what we eat?

02:17:12.000 And it says the feds are announcing they're going to put taxes on food, salt, grease, and then surveil everything you're doing.

02:17:21.000 Let's jam in a few phone calls in these next few segments.

02:17:23.000 I'm going to go back into the news.

02:17:26.000 Let's talk to Fred in Iowa.

02:17:28.000 Fred, you're on the air.

02:17:29.000 Howdy, Alex.

02:17:30.000 Welcome.

02:17:32.000 I've been calling into the major talk radio station here in Iowa for the last two and a half years.

02:17:38.000 In the last few days, I've seen a major turnaround.

02:17:41.000 How long that will last, I don't know.

02:17:45.000 But the hosts are asking the candidates for Congress and the Senate really the tough questions, like the kind of questions you would ask.

02:17:58.000 I would suggest or strongly suggest to your listeners that don't give up because I know what it does to get overwhelmed at times.

02:18:05.000 To call into these talk radio shows And be civil, but keep punching away to try to get the message in.

02:18:13.000 Exactly.

02:18:14.000 Let me add this, Fred.

02:18:15.000 People always say, what are the solutions?

02:18:17.000 All we're giving people is solutions.

02:18:19.000 Have grand juries start criminal investigations of all the payoffs to get this bill passed.

02:18:23.000 In fact, I saw a story about that in the news today.

02:18:26.000 They're looking at criminal investigations over...

02:18:29.000 Giving senators, family members, jobs to vote.

02:18:33.000 In fact, I forgot that article.

02:18:34.000 It's not in my stack.

02:18:35.000 It was on drudge.

02:18:36.000 Print that for me, please.

02:18:39.000 And take the states back, nullify this, sue over it.

02:18:43.000 But the power of the average citizen.

02:18:45.000 To call into liberal and conservative radio and bring up real issues and reach hundreds of thousands, if not millions of people.

02:18:53.000 We are the true voice.

02:18:55.000 We are the American people.

02:18:56.000 We are the Constitution.

02:18:58.000 And I'm seeing major radio executives that have contacted me, some of them contacted me years ago, who finally know this is real.

02:19:06.000 They finally know we were right.

02:19:08.000 And so a lot of people weren't controlled.

02:19:11.000 They just were programmed.

02:19:13.000 And so they're breaking out of the programming, Fred.

02:19:16.000 Alex, I understand what you're saying, but let this go out to people that seem like they're ineffectual or a little bit intimidated.

02:19:24.000 You've got to keep punching.

02:19:26.000 Now, I've been a prison planet for seven months, and the sign I got on my pickup in this little town has really got me in some hot water, and you probably know what that is.

02:19:39.000 But you've got to keep punching.

02:19:41.000 I'm talking to people out there old and young. 0.87

02:19:43.000 I'm an old fogey.

02:19:46.000 Fred, stay there.

02:19:47.000 I want to find out what's on your car when we come back from this quick break.

02:22:06.000 This is our last chance to not relive history.

02:22:09.000 As we're finishing off this agenda...

02:22:11.000 That we're pulling the rug from underneath Americans at home. 0.86

02:22:14.000 We have tremendous influence on our President and Congress, and they really are calling the shots.

02:22:20.000 I think it's incumbent upon all of us as American citizens to pay attention.

02:22:25.000 For the Republic identifies the enemies of our nation, the criminal offshore cartel, hell-bent on destroying sovereignty and on its ashes constructing world government.

02:22:35.000 Tim Geithner, Bernanke, they're arsonists!

02:22:38.000 They're asking for more matches!

02:22:39.000 And the Congress is saying, who do we make the check out to?

02:22:42.000 Today seems like nobody does care.

02:24:02.000 What would you do with me?

02:24:05.000 You are the king's bingo. 1.00

02:24:08.000 Would you stand up? 0.99

02:24:09.000 You know this country is going to hell in a handbasket.

02:24:22.000 What are you going to do to stop it?

02:24:23.000 The power of true patriots flooding talk radio and never shutting up and demanding treason investigations and criminal investigations.

02:24:33.000 In fact, the headline on that article was, House members call for special prosecutor over jobs for votes.

02:24:41.000 That was the headline.

02:24:42.000 I just remembered the exact headline.

02:24:44.000 Okay, Fred, you got cut off by the break.

02:24:46.000 You're in Iowa.

02:24:47.000 You're saying you've got a bumper sticker that's gotten you in hot water.

02:24:50.000 Tell us about it.

02:24:51.000 Yes it is, but I want to make some points too, but I think it would be helpful, you know.

02:24:56.000 Anyhow, I got the inside job and for wars on the bottom.

02:25:02.000 And what happens?

02:25:03.000 I mean, how has it gotten you in hot water?

02:25:05.000 Well, I tell you the truth, I don't want to go into it any deeper, you know, in any depth.

02:25:14.000 I'm not trying to be a vasey.

02:25:15.000 No, no, it's okay, but have you been harassed over it?

02:25:18.000 Uh, not really.

02:25:20.000 When people see the sign, except more often than not, I have to bring their attention to it.

02:25:26.000 But talking to some of the city people here, let me put it that way.

02:25:31.000 It got a little hairy and the police.

02:25:36.000 But, could I make some... Hold on, they didn't imply that you weren't allowed to have that bumper sticker, did they?

02:25:42.000 Like that, you know.

02:25:43.000 Wait a minute, so I was right, because I've seen this over and over again.

02:25:47.000 The police tried to tell you, you can't have 9-11, was an inside job on it?

02:25:51.000 Nobody has told me that, Alex, but... What did they tell you then?

02:25:57.000 Well, this has went back, you know, and I've been talking about the flu epidemic and all this, and all the way through, and you know, I've talked to few people and they said it was all hooey and all lies, you know, and they would not say anything detrimental to anything about the flu epidemic and all that.

02:26:18.000 So you were exposing it as a fraud and they disagreed with you.

02:26:22.000 Now it's admitted it was a fraud.

02:26:23.000 Get into the other points you wanted to make, Fred.

02:26:25.000 Okay, Alex, there's people like me that are intimidated or they get fearful at times, but you gotta keep punching.

02:26:33.000 I'm not saying I'm a brave guy, I'm not a barroom fighter anymore, I'm 72.

02:26:38.000 But, you gotta keep going and I like this talk radio, I've been working on this for two and a half years and now, With everything that's happening right now politically, these guys' hosts have got cover, and they're getting more courage.

02:26:58.000 But you've got to have callers that call in that kind of back them up or bring it to their attention and other people's attention.

02:27:05.000 And then they don't have to be the Lone Ranger there by themselves.

02:27:11.000 And beside a multitude of ways, Talk Radio, which is the fourth estate, is how we get the word out.

02:27:22.000 And we real patriots have to take it over from the mainline Republicans.

02:27:26.000 Thank you, Fred.

02:27:27.000 And we are doing that.

02:27:28.000 Jim in California.

02:27:29.000 You're on the air.

02:27:30.000 Oh hey, Alex.

02:27:33.000 This is Jim in California.

02:27:35.000 I got in the car today to go on a ride and NPR was on and two shows in a row.

02:27:40.000 All they're talking about is how patriots are racists, people against the health care bill are racists.

02:27:46.000 It was really incredible.

02:27:47.000 Well they do that to invoke race as poverty pimps to make all the majority groups, majority Minorities are a majority in many states now, hate white people, and to get us all fighting with each other, it's classic divide and conquer. 0.98

02:28:01.000 They are the racists. 0.94

02:28:03.000 Mecha, La Raza, the government, they are the ones that want us to all fight with each other, and it's disgusting, and people see right through it. 0.91

02:28:12.000 Yeah, it was incredible.

02:28:13.000 On fresh air, they had the guy who writes for Southern Poverty Law Center's intelligence report for an hour.

02:28:19.000 And it just completely blew me away.

02:28:23.000 Wanted to let you know, and the only dovetail to that is how do I get your show on the radio up here?

02:28:27.000 Do I have to call radio stations and ask them, or...?

02:28:30.000 We're only on, what, four affiliates, which is pretty good in California, but absolutely, believe me, every station in the country's told us that they've gotten lots of calls and they know the show is popular, and a lot of them are starting to turn it on, and for all these years, oh, there's not world government, there's not a banking takeover, there's not government-sponsored terror, the government's not watching you off your laptop cameras, Oh, the government isn't putting poison in the water.

02:28:54.000 Oh, the UN doesn't want to reduce our population.

02:28:57.000 Now, you go to Drudge Report almost any day, he's got mainstream links, mainstream papers admitting this.

02:29:04.000 So the denial is over.

02:29:06.000 I'm going to talk about that when we come back in the next segment.

02:29:11.000 Thanks, Alex.

02:29:12.000 Thank you so much, Jim.

02:29:13.000 And we will get to Shannon, Steve, Kenny, and Kevin before the show ends, but I'm going to come back And get into the fact that we've been right all along.

02:29:22.000 That we've told it like it is.

02:29:25.000 And because we did talk about these issues when it was unpopular, people now remember.

02:29:30.000 And they remember seeing the films and hearing the radio shows and reading the books that many others put out.

02:29:36.000 And we were right.

02:29:38.000 And so our credibility is rising.

02:29:39.000 So they're going to say we're violent.

02:29:41.000 They're going to say we're racist.

02:29:42.000 They're going to try to radicalize everybody, as Cass Sunstein said in the White House documents.

02:29:47.000 It's not going to work.

02:29:48.000 We'll be right back.

02:29:50.000 We're on the march, the empire's on the run.

02:29:54.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

02:34:49.000 And of course, Invisible Empire, a new world order defined by Jason Burmess.

02:34:53.000 You can pre-order those now so you can get them first, make copies of them, get them out to everybody.

02:34:58.000 In other important news, Representative Daryl Issa, who we've interviewed before, we need to get him back on, will call for a special prosecutor to investigate White House bribery, quid pro quo.

02:35:07.000 And then I have another Times Free Press article about the same thing in Tennessee.

02:35:14.000 They openly gave Congress members, House and Senate members, wives, children, business partners, lucrative government positions and jobs openly to do this sellout.

02:35:26.000 This is illegal and there's more than one way to skin a cat.

02:35:29.000 We have the states sue, the states pass laws against Obamacare and against the carbon tax.

02:35:34.000 Everything else an amnesty, but you also go after these people criminally.

02:35:38.000 They got Al Capone on tax evasion.

02:35:41.000 We will get these people however we can.

02:35:43.000 They are a pack of criminals and must be brought to justice.

02:35:48.000 Separately, the Senate passed the Compromise Fix-It Bill, as it's being called, and it's now going to the House.

02:35:54.000 Pelosi says Congress will pass health care fix today.

02:35:58.000 So I went back to the Senate, back to the House.

02:36:00.000 Obama has already signed that, and we're going to be going over it.

02:36:05.000 Now, I want to talk about the nanny state. 0.71

02:36:09.000 And I've told the story before, but I'll tell it briefly so there's congruity here in this piece we're doing right now.

02:36:16.000 Seven years ago, I'm at La Madeline restaurant here in Austin with my wife and my son.

02:36:22.000 I go to the bathroom, come back out, there's a big crowd of people yelling, call 911, call 911.

02:36:28.000 I go over, people are pushing on me, trying to stop me from giving the Heimlich maneuver with a woman turning purple, laying on the table. 1.00

02:36:34.000 By then, she was on the table, starting to pass out. 0.77

02:36:37.000 I did the Heimlich, came out.

02:36:40.000 And some were angry at me for helping her, saying you should have waited for the police, should have waited for the EMS.

02:36:44.000 Others were saying you're a hero.

02:36:46.000 I told my wife we're not finishing our food.

02:36:48.000 If I broke a rib or something, which I didn't, you know, she may sue us.

02:36:52.000 Let's get out of here.

02:36:53.000 Gerald Cilente, Trends Forecaster, told the same story, similar.

02:36:57.000 He said, is there a doctor in the house?

02:36:59.000 Big restaurant.

02:37:00.000 Woman's choking. 1.00

02:37:01.000 It was a man choking in that case.

02:37:03.000 I had him on a month ago, I was telling the story, and he said the same thing happened to him.

02:37:06.000 And no one would help the person, so he did the Heimlich.

02:37:08.000 And it turned out there was a doctor there, but because of liability, he didn't want to help.

02:37:13.000 And you see the cases every few days in the news.

02:37:15.000 All over Europe, all over the U.S.

02:37:17.000 and Canada.

02:37:18.000 A cop a few years ago got hit for over an hour plus.

02:37:21.000 He laid on the side of the road bleeding to death at one of the busiest thoroughfares.

02:37:25.000 It's the corner of William Cannon And I-35, no one helped him until the cops came by.

02:37:34.000 You see the cases of a woman being mugged or stabbed, bleeding to death for four hours in Toronto.

02:37:39.000 How did we go from being people that would help each other to people that will drive on by an old lady being mugged? 0.70

02:37:47.000 The idea that the police are specialists and it's their job to protect you is a fraud.

02:37:53.000 The courts have ruled they have no liability to protect you that are respond after a crime has been committed to carry out justice.

02:37:59.000 Now they try to protect you, but it, depending on the state, six to twelve minutes, depending on the city, 4911 to be able to respond.

02:38:09.000 And every few days, I know you see the stories too, we read about a woman Or a young man, normally Chicago, New York, L.A.

02:38:18.000 where people are taught to not own guns or where they can own guns in some of these cities.

02:38:24.000 Someone will bust in, you've all heard the 911 tapes, he's coming, he's got a knife!

02:38:27.000 They're like, where are you?

02:38:31.000 What street is it?

02:38:32.000 And the cops show up 15 minutes later and you're gutted and dead and the guy gets away.

02:38:37.000 We need to find our humanity again.

02:38:39.000 Get off the bench.

02:38:40.000 Stop being spectators to our own destruction or others' destructions.

02:38:44.000 You need to go out, buy firearms, take shooting lessons, learn how to use it.

02:38:48.000 And look, having an alarm is fine.

02:38:51.000 I've actually got two alarms.

02:38:51.000 I've got an alarm.

02:38:53.000 And I've got cameras on my house because I get a lot of death threats and stuff.

02:38:57.000 And every once in a while, a tree will bang into a window and the alarm goes off.

02:39:02.000 I get out of bed.

02:39:04.000 I go to the Instant Access Pistol Safe, right by the bed, two seconds, pops out, and I walk out and walk around the house, secure the perimeter, and find out what happened.

02:39:18.000 I can't imagine Being somebody in England, where I read the articles every few months, where somebody breaks into houses attacking them, the homeowner stabs them with a butcher knife, or in one case, pushes the guy out a two-story window, he breaks his legs, and the police charge them.

02:39:36.000 They want you to lay there and take it.

02:39:39.000 And they're not worried about criminals, they're not worried about open borders, they're not worried about any of this.

02:39:42.000 They're worried about citizens thinking they have a right to defend themselves, which you do.

02:39:46.000 It's a God-given, basic, common-sense right.

02:39:50.000 And even in Texas, every few weeks I see stories about a woman being raped or killed or attacked, and where the guy breaks down the door, she locks her bedroom door, calls 911, and gets raped or killed.

02:40:02.000 It's time for women to stop being victims. 1.00

02:40:06.000 It's time for women to buy firearms. 1.00

02:40:08.000 It's time for men to buy firearms.

02:40:09.000 I have two daughters.

02:40:10.000 One of them's five, already knows how to shoot, and shoot good.

02:40:15.000 My son knows how to shoot.

02:40:17.000 This is so fundamental and it's the same spirit of let a woman choke, call 911 when the average person will die in four and a half minutes from asphyxiation. 0.98

02:40:28.000 It's the same reason we let somebody else fight the banks, or somebody else fight the U.N., or somebody else fight the health care takeover, or somebody else.

02:40:35.000 Look, we've been right about it all.

02:40:37.000 The U.N.

02:40:37.000 takeover, the global banks, the surveillance, the staged terror, the police state, how they're going to use the military against the American people, the federalization of police, all this legislation to secretly arrest citizens and even torture us.

02:40:49.000 I had Judge Napolitano going over it earlier.

02:40:52.000 It's in the legislation that Lindsey Graham's introduced.

02:40:56.000 Obama saying he has the power to shut the internet down over cyber security.

02:40:59.000 Cass Sunstein, his regulations are saying that they want to shut down conspiracy theories.

02:41:05.000 And he lists people that say man-made global warming isn't real.

02:41:09.000 Anthropogenic global warming.

02:41:10.000 I mean, there are tyrants, bonafide, signed, sealed and delivered, certified.

02:41:16.000 There is no doubt that every other nation on earth has fallen to tyranny in the past.

02:41:21.000 We are falling.

02:41:22.000 It doesn't have to happen.

02:41:24.000 And that's why I'm so excited that not just people on the street or people that didn't like me in the past, but major radio executives, some of the biggest in the country, have called me in the last two weeks and have said, you are absolutely right about all this.

02:41:38.000 We can't believe this is happening.

02:41:40.000 We're going to try to figure out ways to get you on more stations nationwide, but The owners and shareholders of these companies are globalists.

02:41:48.000 But we know we don't have any future.

02:41:50.000 That's why you hear Limbaugh saying, New World Order, World Government, New World Order.

02:41:54.000 They want your guns.

02:41:55.000 They may cancel the election.

02:41:57.000 They may bring in martial law.

02:41:58.000 In fact, can you cue up that Savage clip from earlier, and then we'll go to the Brinks clip?

02:42:05.000 Listen, most people aren't government operatives in media.

02:42:08.000 There are some, and that's come out in Congressional hearings.

02:42:10.000 They kind of set the ball rolling and put out the talking points.

02:42:13.000 Most of them go according to what they think is popular and, oh, if it's a conspiracy theory to talk about a global government bank takeover plan, I better not talk about it even as it's happening.

02:42:25.000 But now people are realizing this is a hot, oppressive, serious tyranny.

02:42:29.000 This isn't something you can just stand back and go along with.

02:42:33.000 Did you find it?

02:42:35.000 Let's play a clip of Savage telling it like it is.

02:42:37.000 is.

02:42:37.000 Here it is.

02:42:38.000 For some reason, this only ever happens in the fourth hour that the clubs don't work.

02:42:50.000 You know, we'll try to play that towards the end of the show.

02:42:54.000 Let's go ahead and play this Brinks clip.

02:42:58.000 We're going to get this Brinks clip queued up here in a minute or so, because I've been seeing these Brinks ads.

02:43:08.000 Over and over and over and over and over again, where it shows kids in danger with their mother.

02:43:14.000 There's never a man in the house because, what, half the country doesn't even have men in the house now.

02:43:17.000 They're domesticating us, bringing us into bondage scientifically.

02:43:21.000 Or, if there is a man in the house, they cower with the wife and children and the alarm goes off and Brinks calls and tells them they've called 911.

02:43:28.000 You know, you can't even call 911 yourself.

02:43:31.000 Brinks calls them for you.

02:43:34.000 Or there's a guy at a party and nobody knows who he is and he tries to break in later.

02:43:38.000 These women go and cower and talk to Brinks on the phone. 1.00

02:43:42.000 Now, I'm not saying it's bad to have an alarm.

02:43:44.000 I think it's good.

02:43:46.000 The problem here is that they never show you that the woman goes and gets a gun, as they do every day in this country, and blasts the criminal.

02:43:56.000 So let's go ahead and play this Brinks clip. 0.94

02:43:58.000 Here it is.

02:44:00.000 Thanks for coming.

02:44:02.000 - Nice to meet you, AJ.

02:44:02.000 It was really nice to meet you AJ.

02:44:03.000 - Yeah, you too.

02:44:04.000 AJ? - This is Bill with Broadview Security.

02:44:25.000 Is everything okay?

02:44:26.000 Yeah, there's this guy.

02:44:27.000 He just smashed in my door.

02:44:28.000 I'm sending help right now.

02:44:59.000 Call now.

02:45:00.000 Okay, so it's now Broadview.

02:45:03.000 And I'm not bashing Brinks here.

02:45:04.000 But these are anti-male ads targeting single women.

02:45:11.000 And, I mean, it's fine to have the brinks to know somebody's breaking in.

02:45:15.000 But isn't it better to have a firearm instead of cowering in fear?

02:45:19.000 Now, I want to go to Matt Ryan.

02:45:22.000 And Matt Ryan, over the weekend, they called the Austin Police Department five times.

02:45:27.000 This happened to his wife's niece.

02:45:30.000 This guy has been convicted before for assaulting people.

02:45:33.000 He said he was coming over to attack her with a chain.

02:45:36.000 He did it, beat her bloody, and the police would never come.

02:45:41.000 Now again, somebody calls and says, I'm coming over to your house with a chain, I'm going to tell them, I'm going to defend myself, I advise you against it, but I'll be waiting. 0.99

02:45:50.000 And if they start knocking the door down, I'm going to kill them.

02:45:54.000 But again, talking to Matt, Matt's pro-Second Amendment, but this extended family of his is not. 0.93

02:46:01.000 And so they're more afraid of guns than they are of people attacking them.

02:46:05.000 Matt Ryan, tell us what happened.

02:46:07.000 Alright, basically to go to the end of the story first, we did have to chase the guy off.

02:46:11.000 Police showed up 20 minutes after he'd already left.

02:46:13.000 But, a couple hours before, around 5pm, we made a call to APD, said we're getting threatening calls.

02:46:19.000 This guy says he's going to come over here.

02:46:21.000 Violent intentions.

02:46:22.000 He's not kidding around.

02:46:23.000 He's already on probation for assault.

02:46:26.000 He's got a record.

02:46:27.000 Please send somebody over.

02:46:29.000 The police said there's nothing they can do.

02:46:31.000 We get another call about 10 minutes later.

02:46:33.000 I called them myself.

02:46:35.000 The operator So he says, I'm coming to assault you.

02:46:39.000 He's got three arrests for this.

02:46:41.000 He's on probation.

02:46:43.000 You're telling him this.

02:46:44.000 This goes on for two hours.

02:46:46.000 And the second time I called, the operator said, we already have him in custody because of another domestic dispute across town that went on during that time.

02:46:46.000 Right.

02:46:54.000 And I thought that was a little funny because we had just gotten off the phone with him.

02:46:58.000 Well, he called 10 minutes later, so that operator was incorrect in assuring us that he was in custody.

02:47:03.000 But again, they know they have no liability to protect you.

02:47:05.000 Exactly.

02:47:06.000 He keeps calling, and essentially we have to call three times.

02:47:11.000 On the fourth time, we're told, finally, an officer's on his way.

02:47:15.000 We'll have him out there in a few minutes.

02:47:17.000 About 20 minutes later, he shows up, catches our niece.

02:47:21.000 She had just pulled up in the driveway.

02:47:23.000 She was getting out of her car.

02:47:24.000 He'd probably been waiting.

02:47:25.000 He assaults her, and we have to fight him off.

02:47:25.000 Right.

02:47:29.000 We fought him off.

02:47:30.000 He starts driving down... Oh, so you went over there to protect her?

02:47:33.000 Right, well, basically the whole family rushed out.

02:47:35.000 We were told stay indoors, but when we saw her pulling up, saw that happen... Again, the police say stay indoors, yeah.

02:47:40.000 Exactly.

02:47:41.000 We rush out, we fight the guy off, and he escapes.

02:47:45.000 Ten minutes later, they arrive and say, you know, we couldn't find him.

02:47:48.000 I was busy handling his other problem downtown.

02:47:51.000 And he probably won't even get in trouble with a probation officer.

02:47:53.000 Right, and here's a guy who has warrants.

02:47:55.000 Active warrants.

02:47:56.000 He's on probation.

02:47:57.000 He's got a rap sheet a mile long.

02:47:59.000 But the police were too busy last weekend doing a roundup for parking tickets.

02:48:03.000 They call it a roundup, conditioning people to the term roundup, roundup.

02:48:06.000 But they say it real scary in radio ads.

02:48:09.000 And over 10% of the state has arrest warrants for petty things.

02:48:12.000 They're too busy out collecting money from the slaves sucking off of us to actually respond to someone saying, I'm coming to attack you.

02:48:19.000 Exactly. 0.92

02:48:20.000 Now let me tell you how that should have been handled.

02:48:22.000 They should have been waiting in there with a gun, and when he pulled up an assaulter, they should have gone down and put that animal down.

02:48:27.000 I totally agree. 0.97

02:48:29.000 100%.

02:48:30.000 So, now thankfully the family was there, so he wasn't able to beat her too bad, but you said she was bloodied. 0.99

02:48:35.000 Yes, he basically had a heavy chain, pulled it off, put it around his hand and assaulted her.

02:48:41.000 She had a busted chin, she was bleeding, she was, you know, kind of out of it.

02:48:46.000 When he had been chased off, she was okay, thankfully.

02:48:50.000 But, yeah, he definitely did, he went at her with a weapon.

02:48:53.000 We called the police, said he's got a weapon, he's, you know, beaten her.

02:48:57.000 It still took them 20 minutes to show up.

02:49:01.000 Well, I want to show viewers out there what we do here at this office.

02:49:05.000 We have people with concealed carry.

02:49:06.000 I don't have a concealed carry.

02:49:07.000 It's my Second Amendment.

02:49:09.000 You come around here with a chain or a gun looking for trouble, you're going to get trouble right back.

02:49:13.000 This is the spirit of freedom.

02:49:15.000 This is the attitude that we have to have in this country to defend ourselves and defend this republic.

02:49:20.000 The government will not protect you.

02:49:22.000 They don't want to protect you. 0.98

02:49:23.000 Even if they're good cops, their bosses want them out there sucking off of you. 0.99

02:49:28.000 That's what's going on. 0.98

02:49:29.000 That's what's happening.

02:49:30.000 It's time to stop being scared of guns and to start being scared of the corrupt government and criminals and to defend yourself.

02:49:39.000 Matt Ryan, I mean, any other thoughts on this?

02:49:41.000 You were telling me that now the family is going to get a gun.

02:49:44.000 The family's going to get a gun, my wife and I are definitely going to get one, concealed carry, whatever we have to do to protect ourselves.

02:49:44.000 Absolutely.

02:49:51.000 I do have one thing to say.

02:49:52.000 A couple hours later, the cop said he's going to jail for this.

02:49:56.000 A couple hours later, he calls from the address we gave the cops to go pick him up, and he was still making violent threats.

02:50:03.000 I mean, the guy obviously didn't get chased down.

02:50:06.000 No, no, no.

02:50:06.000 It's come out in internal Chicago documents that they let the violent ones go to terrorize the public so they vote for more cops.

02:50:13.000 So the cops can go out and raise, suck more money. 0.98

02:50:15.000 Exactly. 0.83

02:50:16.000 And if I get pulled over and my plates are out, I might go to jail.

02:50:20.000 Well, that's in the news.

02:50:21.000 This week it came out that states are all being ordered, write more tickets.

02:50:25.000 So they can't respond.

02:50:26.000 There's more cops, but they can't respond to real crime. 0.99

02:50:29.000 Because they've got to suck off the people. 0.99

02:50:32.000 Exactly. 1.00

02:50:33.000 Well, she needs to go get a firearm. 1.00

02:50:34.000 She needs to take firearms training. 1.00

02:50:36.000 She doesn't need to wave it at him or say anything.

02:50:37.000 He starts trying to assault her.

02:50:39.000 Just unload the revolver.

02:50:41.000 That's the best gun to use, even if you're good with firearms.

02:50:43.000 A revolver's good under stress.

02:50:46.000 They don't malfunction very often. 0.99

02:50:48.000 And folks, it's your right, if somebody's assaulting you or coming in your house to do you harm or trying to rob you in your home, kill them. 0.99

02:50:55.000 The government loves the criminals and protects them. 1.00

02:50:57.000 All we can do is kill these murderers. 1.00

02:51:01.000 George Washington said, It is not eloquence. 1.00

02:51:04.000 It is force, like fire.

02:51:06.000 It is a dangerous servant and a fearful master.

02:51:09.000 America's government is no longer the servant of the people and the protector of our liberty, but has become that fearful master.

02:51:15.000 We the people must understand the nature of this government gone awry if we are to be successful in saving our country.

02:51:21.000 America is being deliberately destroyed by a cabal of international gangsters so that she can be forced into subjugation to a one-world government.

02:51:28.000 The God-given, unalienable rights of the Declaration of Independence are in jeopardy.

02:51:32.000 We must not let them be stolen by ambitious and evil men.

02:51:58.000 Hundreds of nations have fallen to tyranny in the last century alone, This is our last chance to not relive history.

02:52:09.000 As we're finishing off this agenda...

02:52:11.000 They'll be pulling the rug from underneath Americans at home. 0.99

02:52:14.000 I have tremendous influence on our President and Congress, and they really are calling the shots.

02:52:20.000 I think it's incumbent upon all of us as American citizens to pay attention.

02:52:25.000 For the Republic identifies the enemies of our nation, the criminal offshore cartel, hell-bent on destroying sovereignty and on its ashes constructing world government.

02:52:35.000 Tim Geithner, Bernanke, they're arsonists!

02:52:38.000 They're asking for more matches!

02:52:39.000 And the Congress is saying, who do we make the check out to?

02:52:42.000 Today, it seems like nobody does care.

02:52:44.000 And right now in Washington, D.C., we have seen a fall of the Republic.

02:53:48.000 Or call 1-866-380-2782.

02:53:52.000 That's 1-866-380-2782.

02:53:55.000 Air and aqua dot com.

02:53:57.000 Purify your life today.

02:53:59.000 Now I'll make another prediction.

02:54:05.000 I predict that very soon Obama will create a crisis along the lines of the Reichstag fire.

02:54:13.000 I don't know what form it will take, but I believe that once the minions are seen for what they are, Rahm Emanuel and his gang will set off a Reichstag fire in this country of some kind, and they will recall the military dictatorship of Lincoln and Stanton during the Civil War, when civilian suspects were arrested without warrant.

02:54:32.000 I will tell you as I sit here, I fear that every night as I go to sleep.

02:54:35.000 I put nothing past these agitators.

02:54:38.000 So, the idea of staged government terror is now being talked about on Savage, Limbaugh, everywhere.

02:54:44.000 Hannity isn't doing it yet. 1.00

02:54:46.000 We are forcing them to cover the real issues, and I commend it.

02:54:50.000 There is no doubt that most of these bricks being thrown through and gunshots into a congressperson's office in Virginia are staged.

02:54:58.000 They've caught the controlled left painting swastikas on churches and dormitory walls so many times I can't even count.

02:55:07.000 This is the reality.

02:55:10.000 And we have to get serious, we have to get focused.

02:55:16.000 But ten years ago they could alternate Republican and Democratic power, and then the Republicans would promise to end the tyranny and then would continue it.

02:55:22.000 And the Democrats would promise and get back in power and continue it.

02:55:25.000 And it would take years for people to wake up each time and then vote for the other party.

02:55:29.000 Now folks know that it's the incumbents It's their voting records, it's system-wide, and people aren't mincing their words.

02:55:38.000 And every time you talk about staged terror, every time you talk about New World Order, every time you talk about world government, every time you point out that we were right about man-made global warming being a premeditated fraud, they've now been caught red-handed, they know it's a fraud, they want to control your life, they want amnesty this year.

02:55:55.000 They want open borders.

02:55:56.000 They want to pass the carbon tax where they can selectively shut down any businesses they want.

02:56:01.000 And the only way they're going to get this through is staging terror attacks to blame them on the Tea Party.

02:56:07.000 And you see them in full...

02:56:11.000 Mowed right now.

02:56:12.000 100% pushing this idea and prepping everyone.

02:56:16.000 And I've been predicting that in the month of April, late April, because I know there's five big TV documentaries about Tea Parties being evil and violent being produced by major news networks and HBO to air in the middle and late April.

02:56:30.000 And they're producing them because their bosses have given them the word to have this ready then because I believe they're going to stage really horrible events coming up in late April.

02:56:40.000 Remember, I predicted 9-11 two months before it happened.

02:56:43.000 Just Google, Alex Jones predicts 9-11.

02:56:46.000 And you'll see, you know, millions of views on those videos.

02:56:49.000 And a lot of Austinites saw me do that live, syndicated radio audience, you heard me do show after show, because I saw the preparation.

02:56:56.000 I saw them prepping everyone and getting them ready.

02:56:59.000 And to all you yuppies out there making $100,000, $200,000 a year that think you're part of the power structure and don't think you should be politically involved or think everything's okay or, oh, it's not as bad as Alex Jones says, It's worse than I can explain to you.

02:57:13.000 This is a scientific criminal takeover and Obama is just the latest puppet.

02:57:18.000 The latest front man.

02:57:22.000 And so read the health care bill for yourself.

02:57:26.000 Just look at it for yourself.

02:57:28.000 Realize what this means.

02:57:30.000 Realize that offshore banks have robbed us blind.

02:57:32.000 Realize that at every level, government is getting exponentially more and more brazen, more and more criminal, more and more wild-eyed because they are going for broke.

02:57:41.000 They have passed the point of no return.

02:57:44.000 They can't stop now.

02:57:46.000 And so it's too...

02:57:48.000 Speed trains, liberty and tyranny going head up against each other.

02:57:52.000 And everyone who loves liberty, everyone who hates tyranny, everyone who wants to live in a free country and doesn't want themselves and their children to go into bondage has to stand up now.

02:58:02.000 We are here waging war on corruption.
