00:10:19.000 And he said, the word is from surgeons and physicians I know, In Dallas and in other parts of the country, if you come in and aren't even brain dead and have a good chance of being revived, they will not give you as much care in some hospitals because they get kickbacks.

00:10:40.000 And that was 20 years ago, 20 plus years ago.

00:10:55.000 And then years later I saw a 60 Minutes report on it where hospitals in Chicago and other areas were killing people for their organs.

01:16:15.000 This is making unauthorized militias illegal, as Representative Mike Shelton, the amendment's author, NewsOK reported today.

01:16:23.000 Shelton wants to send people to prison who do not ask the state for permission to form a militia.

01:16:28.000 If the bill becomes law, it will likely be challenged as unconstitutional.

01:16:31.000 However, the bill in its passage in the Oklahoma House reveals that its support on the part of lawmakers denies citizens their right under the First Amendment, specifically their right to peaceably assemble.

01:16:41.000 Shelton exploited the government's attack on the federal building 15 years ago in order to rationalize the law.

01:16:47.000 In Oklahoma, we have seen the damage done by militia fanatics.
