00:08:40.000 And so a large percentage, I wouldn't say the majority, but a large minority of the illegal aliens are hardcore, just extremely hardcore radicals that can't stand this country.

01:32:20.000 So, whereas China grew 8% last year because they doubled the amount of credit in their economy, and so that people could buy up all of the junk that they were going to sell us at Walmart, the Chinese bought it for themselves because they're, you know, the bank, they're the bankers. 0.93

01:32:34.000 If they don't give out the money, they execute them, which is a pretty good system of regulation, in my opinion.

01:32:42.000 But, you know, we've pulled cash out of our economy.

01:32:57.000 I've had the congressman on who witnessed it.

01:33:00.000 He says, there'll be blood in the streets, that's a quote, everything will collapse if you don't give us access to trillions of dollars in a blank check.

01:33:07.000 October 3rd it passes, but before that they wouldn't pass it so they went, they had the bank heads go out and bad-mount the stock market.

01:33:15.000 It went down by a record level.

01:33:18.000 The Congress panicked, passed it, and then October 4th, on that Saturday, Paulson says, We're not going to spend it to unfreeze mortgages.

01:33:26.000 We're not going to tell you where it went.

01:33:28.000 So they had blamed the victims, and said it was these people's fault.

01:33:32.000 And I guess in a way it was, they got suckered, but that was only a part of the derivative scheme.

01:33:36.000 And then the money disappeared, and a year and a half later, both administrations, they won't say where the money went.

01:33:44.000 We know they're flush with trillions of dollars of cash.

01:33:47.000 They're lending less money.

01:33:48.000 They've frozen Main Street, destroying Main Street, so they can come back in and buy it up. 1.00

01:33:54.000 The same Goldman Sachs people went in and engineered the derivative system.

01:33:59.000 They sold derivatives to Iceland.

01:34:01.000 Now Greece is going under, and they're coming and getting $146 billion from Europe and the U.S.

01:34:07.000 to go pay Goldman Sachs, and Greece will still be in the same situation they were, except now they're ordering Greece to give them at least half their pension fund money.

01:34:17.000 Yes, and well, what's also happened, remember that the Federal Reserve has bought $1.25 trillion, let me say that again, trillion, $1.25 trillion, A mortgage-backed security that gambles on mortgages.

01:34:32.000 Now, we have 2 million people in foreclosure.

01:34:35.000 That's a trillion and a quarter.

01:34:37.000 Instead of going to the banks to guarantee their best on these subprime mortgages, could have actually gone to and bought the mortgages from people at a discount to the banks.

01:34:46.000 That's what Roosevelt did.

01:34:47.000 Roosevelt set up in, in, uh, 33, the Federal Home Loan Bank.

01:34:52.000 And he said to the- he ordered the banks to turn over their mortgages to the Federal Home Loan Bank, The mortgages are reset at a reasonable level.

01:35:01.000 The banks were given, whether they liked it or not, government bonds.

01:35:04.000 Because the mortgage payments were drastically lowered on people, because it was not, you know, serious rates like we have now in subprime.

01:35:12.000 People were able to pay it back, the housing market rose, and the government actually made billions of dollars on that transaction.

01:35:19.000 But, so, instead of taking the trillion and a quarter dollars and helping people in trouble with mortgages, because they were given these crazy mortgages with 14% interest rates, knocking down some reasonable interest rates, Instead of doing that, we paid the bankers a trillion a quarter and took the gamble off their hands.

01:35:36.000 So people are still losing their homes.

01:35:38.000 Okay, when Bloomberg talks about $23.7 trillion six months ago and now $28 trillion, that's other ways, I guess, monetizing debt and things that the Federal Reserve has done.

01:35:48.000 But from the numbers I saw, when it got up to $15 trillion, this was mainstream news last year, that would have paid off all Of the mortgages in the country, from penthouses down to apartments, that would have paid off all the mortgages and then some.

01:36:04.000 Yeah, and what we could, and what Roosevelt did in 1933 was say, okay, you're going to pay a reasonable fee.

01:36:11.000 They were charging 4%, 5% more.

01:36:14.000 The banks will, because they lost their mortgages, they're going to get these bonds.

01:36:18.000 And that's it!

01:36:19.000 And then it's all guaranteed, and the housing market recovered, and people stopped losing their homes.

01:36:24.000 And when people stop losing their homes, you know, you can't... I was just in 8 Mile Detroit.

01:36:31.000 I got one guy who had a $100,000 mortgage from Bank of America Countrywide.

01:36:38.000 Banks are paying 0% interest.

01:36:40.000 Nominally, they're paying one quarter of 1% interest to borrow from the government.

01:36:44.000 And yet, that's what Bank of America pays.

01:36:46.000 If Bank of America's countrywide unit is charging this guy 14% interest on a mortgage, $100,000 mortgage on a home, he couldn't sell tomorrow for $30,000 because there's four foreclosed homes on his street.

01:36:59.000 And it's all fiat money.

01:38:09.000 If it's 5% down, we have to back them up or they implode.

01:38:15.000 What they're doing with this Goldman action on the criminality is that they're going to say, well a couple of the trades were no good, but it's fuel gain.

01:38:23.000 They're going to take this one French trader from Goldman and they're going to hang him out to dry and a couple people and that'll be it.

01:38:36.000 They're not going to say that subprime mortgages are predatory and on their face, illegal.
