00:02:15.000 This is a country that lost several wars with the United States, that's on our border, that is very corrupt, and there's at least 30 million illegals in this country, and tens of millions of other legal immigrants that have come here from Mexico over the last 50 years. 0.99

01:36:17.000 First of all, on the thousand points and ten minutes on Thursday afternoon, you've got to realize that a panic was already there.

01:36:24.000 You had a pre-existing panic, meaning that you had a lot of people dumping assets.

01:36:30.000 And in particular, it's likely that some of the hedge funds, some of the hyenas in this hedge fund wolf pack that attacks Greece and others, people, there are some hedge funds who bet wrong, and they were very likely dumping assets, panic distressed sales of assets into an already panicked market.

01:36:49.000 Now, it's made worse by the fact that you've got these new Things at least relatively new program trading has been around for 10 or 20 years But now you've got high frequency trading and flash trading and these are computer Trading programs that go thousands of times a second even even more than that so you've got somebody dumping assets and then as this panic is building and

01:37:18.000 You're getting what you already had in 1929.

01:37:20.000 This part is not new.

01:37:21.000 You've got a lot of people who have put in stop-loss orders, and the stop-loss orders say, if the stock goes to X, then sell my shares at X. So, as you start going through those stop-loss orders, you get a cascading, snowballing effect as it goes down.

01:37:38.000 So you go down to 10,000, to 9,900, to 9,800, and wherever it ended up.

01:37:46.000 Then, of course, the plunge protection team comes in.

01:37:50.000 This is the most obvious thing in the world.

01:37:52.000 The PPT, the President's Working Group on Financial Markets, and the way they do it, usually, is through futures in Chicago, where they buy the futures to updraft the market, right?

01:38:03.000 They keep the price of the future in Chicago above the price of the stock in New York so that the program traders will then sell the future, buy the stock, and then with a couple of hundred million in Chicago, you can generate billions and billions of buying in New York.

01:38:18.000 So that's what brought it back, if you will.

01:38:20.000 The artificial part of this is the recovery.

01:38:23.000 And I'm quite sure that within a week or two, we will get down to the same level that we just saw because that's what you see when you've got a panicked market, right?

01:38:32.000 It may go down to a certain level, then bounce up halfway, but then it'll be down there again quite soon.

01:38:38.000 So that's a world panic, and I think that's what people should see.

01:38:41.000 This is the second wave of the world economic depression.

01:40:10.000 Yeah, the carry trade, and London is now bigger than New York financially.

01:40:15.000 Right, so the Eurodollar market, and of course the Eurodollar is just the same as any other dollar when it comes to a market.

01:40:21.000 You've got this problem of a whole bunch of dollars that are beyond the reach of the US government and the British regulatory regime is worth nothing.

01:40:28.000 The other thing is, interbank lending in Europe has now frozen.

01:40:33.000 It has seized up.

01:40:34.000 In other words, when you get a systemic crisis, Banks will not lend to each other.

01:40:38.000 And this, it doesn't just mean Banco Santander or Banco de Bilbao of Spain or the various Italian banks.

01:40:47.000 Unicredito is one of the biggest banks in the world.

01:40:50.000 And it's probably reaching up to Deutsche Bank in Germany and Barclays Bank in Britain.

01:40:55.000 Societe Generale, certainly in big trouble.

01:40:57.000 BNP Paribas.

01:40:58.000 These are all bank stocks that have lost 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 percent in the past week.

01:41:04.000 If they're seizing up, that means Wall Street is seizing up too.

01:41:07.000 And we have this emergency conference.

01:41:08.000 You can see how scared the European leaders are.

01:41:11.000 The European finance ministers are meeting in Brussels right now.

01:41:14.000 And they're coming up with what they call the defense fund against the Wolfpack.

01:41:18.000 The Wolfpack would be the hedge funds.

01:41:19.000 But the Wolfpack is them.

01:41:21.000 They're all chief members or former heads of the Wolfpack.

01:41:29.000 If you're under attack by hedge funds, you ban hedge funds.

01:41:40.000 Well, they're going to come up with $150 billion for Greece, and that's now going through.

01:41:46.000 And now they're going to have $645 billion It's 500 billion euros basically, so 650 billion US dollars to defend the euro against these hedge funds, hedge fund hyenas and zombies.

01:42:02.000 I mean as soon as Greece got the 164 billion or whatever, you say 150, now they need 600 billion and of course I've been reading that more than half this money is coming from the American taxpayer.

01:42:13.000 Well, you can figure that whenever the IMF gets into the act, the IMF board just approved 40 billion U.S.

01:42:20.000 dollars for Greece, so the U.S.

01:42:22.000 taxpayer is on the hook for at least one-fifth of that, so call it 8 or 9 billion, a little bit less than one-fifth.

01:42:29.000 The other thing is, of course, the U.S.

01:42:30.000 has a $100 billion line of credit to the IMF, so they could start drawing that down.

01:49:48.000 When those banks go bankrupt in London, they'll start dumping euro-dollar assets.

01:50:49.000 In other words, the destruction of all major institutions.

01:53:27.000 I think this time, though, it seems to me that the Well, no, we're already two years in, so another year.

01:53:31.000 We're a year and a half more or less in, but I think this time the distance between the second wave, where we are now, we're in the beginning of the second wave, the distance between the second wave and the third wave is much less because we have derivatives and we have this Eurodollar market and we have a more integrated economy.

01:53:48.000 The other thing that's fighting against that though is these huge bailouts, which we didn't have in 1931, which do tend to slow things down a little bit.

01:53:57.000 I would say at most, within six months, Europe will be completely collapsed, and then a panic run on U.S.
