00:12:52.000 and then the countries, and empires, and all in the last hundred years, we've seen Max Planck and others develop the theory of nuclei of the atom and from that knowledge we've seen men like Albert Einstein develop the expanded calculations and German scientists to give us the atomic bomb and

00:13:20.000 atomic power Think of it, man's mind in 1900, Max Planck, 1900, developed the equations that with precision calculated how to create a chain reaction.

00:13:39.000 Other scientists by 1934 had developed specific blueprints for nuclear reactors and had brought them, both American, German scientists, Jewish scientists and others that all basically simultaneously,

00:13:55.000 that's the way it always works, at certain developmental levels in humanity, there's enough facts, enough information, enough daydreaming going on, enough belief that we can build something, are manifested that simultaneously in three different countries, detailed plans by 1934 to build nuclear reactors.
