02:46:10.000 And an agreement was made with the city attorney's office that they would leave me alone if I would not sue.

02:46:24.000 Then all of a sudden, back in July, they started up again.

02:46:32.000 They threw on the handcuffs and threw me in jail.

02:46:35.000 I was bailed out by a friend of mine.

02:46:40.000 And they didn't tell me what they were arresting me for.

02:46:49.000 They told me that I was being arrested for vending without a permit.

02:46:52.000 Well, there are no permits.

02:46:53.000 They don't exist.

02:46:55.000 Not only will they not give a permit, they won't even give an application for a permit.

02:47:03.000 And they allow all the other people to be there selling stuff.

02:47:05.000 Oh, I was the only one who was arrested.

02:47:07.000 All the other people that were out there selling Garbage newspapers that have nothing of any real value in them.

02:47:15.000 Some of them were ticketed, but nobody else was arrested.

02:47:20.000 They threw me in jail, and when I got out, I had had enough, and I went back to my attorney, and we sued the city.

02:47:27.000 We sued the city for first, fourth, fifth, and fourteenth amendment violations, and for false arrest.

02:47:39.000 The first of it, the municipal charge against me is three days.
