02:56:33.000 And now they're even more volatile than ever because you have more people getting involved, not particularly from the United States, but particularly from Europe and Asia, that haven't been big buyers in the last 30 years or big buyers ever.

02:56:48.000 government, other central banks, In the market, manipulating it.
