00:43:42.000 They lied and said that when carbon dioxide goes up in the ice core samples, that then temperature goes up.

I mean, you know, let's be clear, uh, you know, what happened was, is I was writing a book, I got a call from the Department of Homeland Security a couple years ago, and they asked me to come in and brainstorm different ways that terrorists could attack us, and what happened was, I guess they had seen in my novels I do the... You know, I reveal a lot of stuff, I show where the secret tunnels are below the White House, I like to go after the truth, I like to find things that are hidden and show them to the public, and I guess they read the novels and said, this guy's research is good, they have me come in,

01:43:25.000 And I actually traced it back to, of all people, another president named George Washington.

01:43:33.000 And this spy ring, uh, you know, you send invisible ink messages, they send secret coded messages to each other.

01:43:40.000 Yeah, it was ciphers, exactly.

01:43:42.000 But he also, he also wrote letters about the Illuminati trying to take over Masonry.

01:43:47.000 Yeah, he did write about the Illuminati in some of his old letters, and he actually was a Mason, to be clear.

01:43:54.000 But what was amazing to me is, in this particular case, rather than asking Freemasons, he said, give me regular, ordinary citizens.

01:44:38.000 No, it wasn't Bush, it was actually a guy, you know, a guy said to me, you know, saying, wink-wink, naw, naw, wouldn't it be a cool plot for the book?

01:44:44.000 But here's the thing, I actually went to former President Bush and I said, Um, you know, is it true, you know, could you have, I said to him, flat out, sir, I said, um, you know, would it be, for my novel, I'm researching George Washington's firing, could it still exist today?

01:44:56.000 And I said to him, you know, in the messages, when every president leaves office, they leave a secret note for the president who follows them.

01:45:03.000 So Reagan left one for Bush, uh, Bush left one for Clinton, Clinton left one, you know, on and on.

01:45:08.000 So I said to him, could you send the secret messages in those notes?

01:45:12.000 And I get an email back that comes from Bush and it says, uh, the president wants you to see this.

01:45:18.000 I don't know what's attached to it.

01:45:19.000 I open up the document, and attached to the document, Bush has sent me this secret letter that he wrote to Bill Clinton.

01:45:24.000 And Alex, my first thought is, oh my gosh, he sent me a secret code.

01:45:28.000 So I start checking to see whether there's Freemason codes in it.

02:09:01.000 The problem is TSA wants to roll this out and is rolling it out nationwide with the Viper teams and the rest of it.

02:10:02.000 The big question is, has the TSA, for political reasons, potentially jeopardized the safety of American citizens flying on certainly the largest day of flying, Thanksgiving Day?

02:10:19.000 And that's a serious question that we wanted to find out about, and the genesis of this, of course, is that...

02:10:28.000 Many, many groups and people saw that these pat-downs, these invasive pat-downs, which took a great deal of time, which were offensive to people, which were very unpleasant and unsavory, they were taking place, they took a great deal of time, and many groups were saying, gee, on a busy day, let's make a point that many Americans don't like this and don't want it.

02:10:57.000 And as a consequence, you know, we'll go through some of this and we'll bring media attention to this issue of do we want these image scanning machines, which are also invasive, or even worse, these pat-downs, which are offensive.

02:11:13.000 And it turns out that on this day that the Liberty Guard and other groups called for, in a sense, an opt-out, where folks would not go through the scanner but take the pat-down.

02:11:27.000 It turns out that media reported and many eyewitness accounts from around the country showed that these machines in question and the pat-down procedures were not taking place.

02:11:40.000 And as a consequence, the natural question arises, since we've been told without these pat-downs and without these scanning machines, we're really not safe.

02:11:49.000 The traveling public in the United States flying in airplanes would help me pat down procedures and scanners.

02:11:55.000 You know, anything could happen and they must take place.

02:12:00.000 But because there was going to be national media attention on this day and on this issue, these machines were shut down.

02:12:08.000 Or that is what we're concerned may have happened.

02:12:10.000 They were shut down, in fact.

02:12:12.000 Our question is, why were they shut down?

02:12:14.000 And we have filed a Freedom of Information Act, Liberty Guard has filed a Freedom of Information Act, to find that out, in fact.

02:12:21.000 Because if, in fact, the GSA, for its own political gain, Yeah, this terror threat is so imminent, so deadly, they've got to force people in wheelchairs that can't walk to be forced up, or they've got to stick their hands down our pants to keep us safe from Al-Qaeda.

02:12:41.000 How could they just, and by the way, we had a crew that flew the day before Thanksgiving.

02:12:46.000 I had friends and family that flew the day after Thanksgiving.

02:12:48.000 The stand down was the day before, the day of, and for at least three days after.

02:12:53.000 They were just not using the machines.

02:12:55.000 And countless media outlets went out and confirmed that day and the day after they were not being used.

02:12:59.000 So there's no doubt that that went on.

02:13:01.000 So, I mean, what are these scanners really all about?

02:13:04.000 Is it about training us to submit to federal takeovers and to our persons being violated?

02:13:11.000 Well, absolutely.

02:13:12.000 You know, a very reasonable person would ask these very reasonable questions.

02:13:17.000 And the first question is, do any of these procedures, are they truly effective?

02:13:22.000 And those are real questions that we want hard answers to and hard numbers to and want to know.

02:13:27.000 And certainly these photographic imaging machines, which essentially are see-through spanners, see-through people's clothing.

02:13:36.000 And then these pat-downs, which are just breathtaking in their intrusiveness and their degradation of everyday Americans.

02:13:46.000 And we want to know that.

02:13:49.000 And again, the TSA went ahead and denied that they were playing politics with passenger security procedures.

02:13:58.000 In fact, their spokesman, a woman named... 0.99

02:14:01.000 Tawika O'Reilly, in response to our comments, the Liberty Guard, claimed, quote, that AIT operations were normal throughout the week, including last Wednesday.

02:14:11.000 And this is the punchline.

02:14:13.000 Any suggestions to the contrary are not true.

02:14:16.000 My goodness, how dare everyday Americans make any suggestions that government bureaucrats would play politics with American safety?

02:14:26.000 That seems outrageous on the face of it. 0.88

02:14:28.000 And so now that they're on record saying that they didn't do this and that we're idiots for saying it, if you're able to get the documentation showing that they lied, which we know they are lying clearly, then they're going to have a very serious problem on their hands. 0.95

02:14:44.000 Well, that's exactly it, Alex, and that takes us right to the present moment.

02:14:48.000 We did file this FOIA request, and as you know, there's a time period in which they have to respond.

02:14:53.000 As of 5 o'clock Eastern today, they likely will have not responded within another couple hours, I guess.

02:15:03.000 And then we at Liberty Guard have a choice to make, and certainly want input from all of your listeners, whether we go ahead and give them an extension, give them more time to comply, or really file a suit in federal court.

02:15:22.000 You know, frankly, both of those will require funding on our part, and if any of your listeners can do to help us at Liberty Guard, we'd appreciate it, but we're going to move forward because it's too important an issue regardless, and we are prepared to file a suit against the TSA and federal court if they don't comply, because we're not willing to trust them when they say that they will not play politics with the safety of everyday Americans.

02:16:13.000 They settled it where they pulled the woman's shirt off and revealed her breast and then laughed and came up to her when she was crying in the gate reportedly and said, man, I wish I'd have been part of that search.

02:16:23.000 We now have them losing a court case out on the West Coast, as I'm sure you know, dealing with videotaping.

02:16:30.000 The TSA and you see polls where, you know, seven out of 10 Americans or more are very upset about what's happening.

02:16:38.000 Now we hear TSA saying they're looking at other things in the future, but they're talking about a trusted traveler type thing where you even get more permission to travel.

02:16:45.000 And meanwhile, they just canceled the virtual phone.

02:16:48.000 fence on the border, never really built any of the physical fence, built some show fence.

02:16:52.000 I mean, where is this government hubris and arrogance going, in your view, with the mounting resistance?

02:17:01.000 Well, I would say this, Alex, I suspect that the nature of government bureaucracies is that they will go as far as we will let them.

02:17:11.000 I don't think I, you know, I don't think they're self-policing.

02:17:17.000 I I think their mission is to grow, to get bigger, to get richer by way of more budget to them, to hire more staff, to expand their scope, and I'm sure they can find numerous rationale To justify any and every behavior.

02:17:36.000 I think the only way that these federal bureaucracies will know where the line is drawn is where we, the American people, tell them it is.

02:17:45.000 And I think civil liberties, because they're so, at least historically, so, uh, so ubiquitous in this country, we have them and we take them for granted.

02:17:54.000 They're almost, in a way, nebulous to us.

02:17:56.000 We're just used to free speech.

02:17:57.000 We're used to freedom of movement.

02:18:00.000 Um, that until we see a concrete example, it doesn't wake us up.

02:18:05.000 And I think when Americans watch the television and they saw elderly people, they saw people with infirmities, It looks like images of Nazi Germany.

02:18:15.000 and the gentleman with a colonoscopy kind of bag and young children being searched.

02:18:21.000 This is horrific to watch.

02:18:27.000 What do you think of Ventura's lawsuit that was filed yesterday?

02:45:04.000 My view on this is that I respect her and the work she's done and you know she certainly said nice things about you but overall she's been critical and said that just like the left, and I don't see it as a leftist organization because they've got Republicans and Democrats in the Council on Foreign Relations who we know pushes for globalism, but I know I've read you've been involved in conservative think tanks and organizations Well, they don't have any policy position.

02:47:45.000 And then I'd seen claims going back decades that those groups were powerful inside the CMP.

02:47:54.000 Well, most people are all Catholics, and I can tell you there are not very many Catholics in PNP.
