00:06:23.000 We'd witnessed him with the nurse there doing the urine test, blood test, you name it, how proud of him we were.

00:06:29.000 But he was mad about Some of the executives demonizing him and attacking him while he was down.

00:06:34.000 And it's obviously the biggest story in the world right now.

00:06:37.000 And without getting into any details, I had a nice hour and a half discussion with Charlie Sheen and Lenny at Charlie's office last night.

00:06:45.000 The media keeps asking me to comment on Charlie.

00:06:51.000 I have all the inside information because I don't talk about it.

00:06:54.000 Charlie is my friend.

00:06:55.000 I know him as a loving, compassionate, really smart guy who's been totally clean for the previous six plus years I knew him.

00:07:39.000 They were mentioning Lenny Dykstra and the big case with JP Morgan and how he'd won and how this was devastating to the bankers.

00:07:47.000 And I was going, Lenny Dykstra, Lenny Dykstra, that's that guy that they said went belly up or whatever.

00:07:54.000 And then, boom, I'm at Charlie's house.

00:07:56.000 In comes through the door to eat swordfish with us at dinner is Lenny Dykstra.

00:08:03.000 You know, from like five in the afternoon or whatever until two, three in the morning when he left.

00:08:08.000 And really came off as a very interesting and genuine person.

00:08:13.000 And Lenny was blown away because for about two hours we sat around Charlie's kitchen island standing up.

00:08:20.000 Looking at his court cases, looking at his 200 plus wins against the SEC, which nobody's ever done.

00:08:26.000 I mean, Mark Cuban beat him once and they came back at him.

00:08:29.000 And seeing, and Lenny was blown away because he's like, wow, who is this guy?

00:08:34.000 He knows all about the bank fraud and the mirrors and how Lenny had all these houses and all this property and was doing great.

00:08:41.000 And they suddenly called it all in on him, as they've done to so many others.

00:32:43.000 And they'll continue to lose because what I'm doing right now is if you go on the Internet and read about me, I'm like some villain.

00:32:52.000 Oh yeah, they love to talk about when you were supposedly in trouble, but the fact that you're winning against JPMorgan in court, winning against the SEC, there's no news on that except for little footnotes.

00:33:03.000 The SEC, probably the most powerful government organization in the world, told me they were going to put me in jail.

00:33:12.000 Okay, they said, "No way you can be 100-some-and-0 picking these stocks." And I said, "You want to investigate me?

00:33:21.000 Ten months later, ten months later, I have a letter, and it's a letter that I keep in front of me every day, and I look at it, and it says, "Mr.

00:33:29.000 Dijkstra has done nothing I don't This is all part of the banking system.

00:33:39.000 They're all one group who tried to basically eliminate me off this planet, okay?

00:33:45.000 And like I told them, I told them.

00:33:47.000 I went into that courtroom and all these bankruptcy attorneys, because remember, let me make something clear.

00:33:53.000 I filed a Chapter 11, Alex, reorganization, which Donald Trump's filed one six times.

00:34:00.000 Many famous people have filed a Chapter 11. Two weeks into my 11, I was converted illegally to a 7 because Fireman's Fund, the insurance company, illegally cancelled my insurance.

00:34:15.000 Okay? When they cancelled my insurance, they violated the automatic stay.

00:34:19.000 The automatic stay means that they can't do nothing without permission from the court.

00:34:23.000 So, out of nowhere, here I am with $100 million in assets, spun into a Chapter 7, which I don't even know what a Chapter 7 is!

00:34:33.000 A Chapter 7 lets them take control of you and do whatever they want.

00:34:37.000 And Bingo wasn't his name because they did try to take control of me.

00:34:41.000 And what they did is, so far, they've billed me a million dollars.

00:34:49.000 And my estate has went backwards.

00:34:51.000 They've tried to mow down and give away all my assets, except the one asset that would have got me out of bankruptcy, my car washes, where the owners are in default on foreclosing on my car wash buyers.

00:35:06.000 If they go after them, I'm out of bankruptcy.

00:35:09.000 And guess what?

00:35:10.000 They don't get their fees.

00:35:11.000 So at the end of the day, the whole system's corrupt.

00:41:23.000 Yeah, explain that, quantify that.

00:41:25.000 They're already getting bailed out, so they're making money coming and going.

00:41:28.000 Yeah, so at the end of the day, the banks, there won't be court cases.

00:41:33.000 What there'll be is us buying these loans from the banks, At severe discounted rates.

00:41:39.000 And then, we will have an underwriting division, an underwriting arm, that will qualify these homeowners the correct way.

00:41:45.000 And then, and by the way, we're not out to save the manatees though.

00:41:49.000 If somebody does not qualify for a loan, then they can't have that home.

00:41:53.000 They can't, they will not be able to stay in that home.

00:41:55.000 But the majority of them, if it's a million dollar loan, and we were able to cut it down to 500,000, 99.9% of these people will be able to stay.

00:42:05.000 The federal government isn't telling people that now in the last two years, the banks are negotiating if you know what you're doing.

00:42:12.000 But if you don't know what you're doing, the people perish for lack of knowledge.
