01:16:29.000 But I just, you know, they've taken after Glenn Beck, and a lot of that is because of the strong material that he filched from you, frankly, that gave him the strength that the establishment had to come after him.

01:16:49.000 I haven't done a full analysis of it yet, but I have read it.

01:18:10.000 We've got to pose as anti-establishment and cause infighting within those groups.

01:18:18.000 Well, you know, there are some indications, and they hit Dr. Stanley Monteith, for example, just recently with the concept of infighting within the groups.

01:18:31.000 And some of them are using my material in the World Affairs Brief to try to cause a schism, because I did A critical analysis piece of Lindsey Williams, even though I'm supportive of Lindsey.

01:18:43.000 We're going to talk about the money issue and hyperinflation and how, in fact, the dollar could collapse, or if it could collapse, in what kind of time frame.

01:18:51.000 But my job in the World Fair Brief is to give more substance and critical analysis, which people really appreciate.

01:18:58.000 But I've been critical of Bob Chapman, for example, in claims of hyperinflation.

01:19:02.000 And Stan and I talked about this.

01:19:05.000 Bob and I are good friends.

01:19:07.000 Well, as long as it's academic, there's nothing wrong with disagreements.

01:19:14.000 And it's not that I'm attacking Bob and saying he's a nut.

01:19:17.000 I've never used a and neither was Lindsay Williams.

01:19:20.000 I've always said he's very, very sincere, he's on our side, and this is my critical analysis of what this can mean, and what does it mean to have the powers to be talking to you, and whether or not they're really trying to help, or whether or not they're spreading disinformation.

01:19:33.000 And those are legitimate arguments, academic ones, and sincere among friends.

01:19:37.000 But, of course, the mainstream is starting to make this look as if there is an attack mode, and that simply isn't true.

01:19:43.000 There's none of us that are attacking one another, but simply trying to get to the truth and analyze exactly how this is going to come down as best we can.

01:19:51.000 Yeah, Rolling Stone did things like, call me and say, oh, I noticed Rush Limbaugh talked about some films you're in.

01:19:59.000 And I said, he's a political prostitute. 0.99

01:20:02.000 And then the article turns to them being here in the office and me running around yelling, Rush Limbaugh is a whore. 1.00

01:20:12.000 Shifting since you brought up, what is your view on hyperinflation?

01:20:16.000 What is your view?

01:20:17.000 Because, you know, I've seen dollar devaluation coming, it's here, but then when the mainstream media starts saying the dollar's going to die, it almost makes me suspicious that it isn't.

01:20:27.000 What's your view on the biggest bondholder, biggest bond fund, saying they're not going to buy U.S.

01:20:32.000 Treasuries anymore?

01:20:33.000 I mean, what's your take, Joel?

01:20:37.000 This is a little complex and let me get through this because we just can't wipe over this.

01:20:43.000 This is very, very important to understand.

01:20:44.000 First of all, When we talk about hyperinflation, I'm using the traditional definition of hyperinflation, which is German-type hyperinflation, where it's a cycle built on a cycle and it spirals quickly out of sight into destruction.

01:20:59.000 You cannot have that kind of German hyperinflation take place without an actual injection mechanism from the federal government getting money into the hands of pockets, into the hands of people, every month.

01:21:12.000 An increase.

01:21:14.000 In other words, if you don't have that injection mechanism where people automatically get a rise in salary, you can't have a spiral of increasing prices.

01:21:21.000 The bankers are keeping the money on top and consolidating all the big pieces of the board.

01:21:27.000 They're not pumping it out to the public, so isn't it more like stagflation?

01:21:31.000 That's exactly my point.

01:21:32.000 It's stagflation, where inflation is externally happening and driven, and the people can't keep up, and so you have a recession happening, as well as rising prices.

01:21:41.000 Now, Bob Chapman is talking about 20% inflation.

01:21:45.000 He's calling that hyperinflation.

01:21:46.000 And that's our only disagreement.

01:21:48.000 I agree that inflation could get to 10 to 20%, and it would be very damaging to the economy.

01:21:54.000 But that's not hyper!

01:21:55.000 But that's not hyperinflation.

01:21:57.000 That's what I disagree is.

01:21:58.000 It's hyping the word hyperinflation because that's talking about, you know, runaway inflation, which cannot happen without this injection mechanism.

01:22:07.000 So what we've got now, Alex, is externally driven inflation.

01:22:10.000 And it's because, as I pointed out, there's two economies working here.

01:22:14.000 One is the speculative economy, which all the big banks are involved in and driving.

01:22:19.000 There's the Forex.

01:22:20.000 There's the futures market.

01:22:21.000 There's the hedge fund.

01:22:22.000 There's the derivative market.

01:22:24.000 That money, only about 20% of that money ever gets back into the real economy.

01:22:29.000 This is, the speculative economy is huge, and we're, billions and billions of dollars are churning every day of the month just making increases in interest off investment, and that's what they're living on in the big banks, and they're making about, you know, As high as 15% to 20% on the money, whereas in the real economy, you're lucky to get 5% even in high cap rate real estate investment.

01:22:55.000 So the big money isn't going into the real economy, that's why the banks aren't lending, because they want to stay within the speculative market.

01:23:02.000 The problem is, all of the inflation of the Fed is going into that speculative market, and that's going out into the international players.

01:23:09.000 Whether it's going to Europe and the bailouts that have gone to the European banks, the bailouts that have gone to various Asian banks, and China, of course, is stuck with a lot of this money.

01:23:19.000 So what's happening is, they're starting to bail out of the dollar by buying things with the dollar.

01:23:25.000 They cannot dump dollars on the market without destroying the speculative market.

01:23:30.000 If you dump 10% of Chinese bonds onto the market, The rest of the bonds would collapse in price and they would lose 90% of their value.

01:23:38.000 So what are they doing?

01:23:39.000 They're spending dollars to get the maximum worth.

01:23:42.000 And that's why copper prices are rising.

01:23:44.000 That's why all of the precious metal prices are rising.

01:23:47.000 That's why Cotton is rising.

01:23:50.000 Most of your major commodities that China is stockpiling as well as other Asian countries and African and even Arab countries now started to stockpile because of the unrest there.

01:23:59.000 That's what's driving prices up, not internal demand inside of our economy.

01:24:04.000 That's going down.

01:24:05.000 So that's the proof that we're dealing with stagflation.

01:24:09.000 Now, let's talk about collapse of the dollar, what it would take to collapse the dollar and a replacement with world currency.

01:24:16.000 Obviously, we know that's what's going to happen someday.

01:24:20.000 My point is, technically, I don't think they can get there without hyperinflation, which, as I pointed out, is very difficult to do.

01:24:28.000 Let's talk about the numbers.

01:24:30.000 First of all, we've got about $200 trillion that are printed and in circulation around the world.

01:24:37.000 And we have about 500 to 700 trillion, in my estimation, in non-monetized dollars out there.

01:24:45.000 That means they've never been printed.

01:24:46.000 These are just on the books.

01:24:48.000 For example, when companies like AIG make out derivative contracts, they don't even have to have the money in the bank.

01:24:55.000 They can write a $300 million derivative contract and simply say, we promise to pay you $300 trillion.

01:25:01.000 It's never been created.

01:25:02.000 It's not in their bank account.

01:25:04.000 This is an absolute bonsai scheme. 0.97

01:25:06.000 So you have this massive amount of trillions of dollars that are on the books out there, and there's not enough money that's printed to ever fulfill those contracts.

01:25:16.000 And they don't intend to, because they roll these contracts over one time after another, taking little percentage differences. 0.84

01:25:22.000 And that's the only thing that gets collected in monetized dollars, is the difference in the rollover when they sell that contract to another sucker.

01:25:30.000 Now, the same thing's happening in the silver market.

01:25:33.000 You've got, I estimate, almost 10 times more silver contracts out there than there is physical silver to fulfill it.

01:25:40.000 It's like the old gold merchants putting out more paper gold certificates than they had in the vaults.

01:25:45.000 It was a bonsai scheme.

01:25:47.000 And the only reason it hasn't been called into public is that the people who are dealing in the speculative contracts aren't taking physical delivery, and those that are are having great difficulty getting physical delivery.

01:26:00.000 That's how you know that there's a shortage in a bonsai scheme.

01:26:05.000 Now, the point is, Yes, it's bankrupt.

01:26:08.000 It could collapse at any time, but it won't collapse as long as the powers that be continue to use the system and to manipulate the gold and silver market.

01:26:18.000 And by the way, I want to say that the reason they put out so many gold and silver contracts in excess of physical demand is so that they can manipulate the price of gold and silver downward.

01:26:29.000 In other words, the more you sell it, even though you're not actually selling because you're just selling paper, the more you drive the price down.

01:26:36.000 They've been doing this for decades now.

01:26:38.000 And at some point...

01:26:41.000 You know, they could call the market and say, you know, we demand delivery and the whole thing would collapse, but it won't happen until the powers that be actually do it.

01:26:49.000 I think they can milk this along for quite a few more years.

01:26:52.000 Well, they can certainly do that.

01:26:54.000 The issue here is then, why is the Chinese president bad-mouthing the dollar, saying he wants to move away?

01:27:00.000 Why have the Chinese and the Russians announced they're going to start trying to do business Not in dollars, but their own currencies.

01:27:06.000 That's a big deal, obviously, with China being the biggest producer of retail goods.

01:27:11.000 Why do we now have, and here's Bloomberg today with the headline, PIMCO's Gross Eliminates Government Debt from Total Return Fund.

01:27:22.000 I mean, I understand that one thing keeping the dollar from going under now is the G20 has agreed, going back two years ago publicly, to have concerted, coordinated, Dollar devaluation, but also other currencies being devalued along with them.

01:27:37.000 So there is that overlying inflation, faster than it was, certainly not hyperinflation, where you go in and it stakes 100 marks, Deutschmarks, when you leave it's 200 Deutschmarks, and a week later it's a million Deutschmarks, and a month later it's a billion Deutschmarks.

01:27:53.000 Kind of what's happened in Zimbabwe or places.

01:27:57.000 But in history, once, you know, it takes a while to devalue, but at the end, it suddenly does start accelerating.

01:28:02.000 I think that's what Bob's saying that, you know, could happen in the next few years.

01:28:06.000 But regardless, it's still devastating for economies.

01:28:10.000 And why do we suddenly see such a furor, like a bunch of chickens with their heads cut off, from prominent world leaders signifying Is this just a phasing so they can roll out the partial SDR as a lifeboat, get that $100 trillion commitment that Davos called for to start the new layer of the Ponzi scheme?

01:28:36.000 Okay, let me answer those.

01:28:37.000 There's quite a few questions you threw out there to me.

01:28:39.000 Let me see if I can get to them.

01:28:40.000 First of all, the Chinese-Russian going off the dollar and dealing directly with the yuan and rubles, that's really not a big deal because it's not a big slice of the dollar pie out there.

01:28:51.000 It's actually very small.

01:28:52.000 In fact, they did that in 2007, and they went back, so they had to redo it.

01:28:57.000 This isn't the first time they've said that they were going off the dollar on that.

01:29:01.000 Uh, so that's more propaganda than it is real.

01:29:05.000 Secondly, uh, the Chinese president, of course, he's one of, he's holding the bag. 0.97

01:29:09.000 A lot of people in our movement talk about the Chinese dictating, and there's in fact some false rumors going around about them dictating to the FCC and other types of things.

01:36:07.000 You can't destroy the dollar without actually creating a worthless currency with no value because it hyperinflates.

01:36:14.000 Now, they can't get there.

01:36:15.000 I've shown you the numbers.

01:36:16.000 They can't get there.

01:36:18.000 If they were to do a new currency and trade one for one, It wouldn't do any good.

01:36:24.000 It would be another fiat currency.

01:36:27.000 They would have to trade all the... You see, if it isn't destroyed, they can't do a devaluation by 10... a lop off 10 zeros, for example, like they did in Argentina and Mexico and various other things.

01:36:38.000 If it's still valuable out there, they've got to give a one-to-one exchange.

01:36:42.000 So what good does that do to exchange a world currency one-to-one with the dollar?

01:36:46.000 Then you've got another fiat currency.

01:36:48.000 But the difference is...

01:36:50.000 That if it's going to be claimed in world currency, you're going to have a committee now that's going to determine the inflation rate of various G20 countries and not the Fed.

01:37:00.000 And we have a question with that.

01:37:01.000 I mean, how is the Fed?

01:37:03.000 Are they ever going to relinquish control?

01:37:05.000 Look at the euro.

01:37:06.000 Germany is kicking itself now, as well as Spain and Greece and everyone else, for tying into the Euro, because it locked them in to an agreed-upon 3.5% inflation rate each year.

01:37:18.000 Well, they had to cheat then.

01:37:19.000 That's why Greece went into all this phony, behind-the-scenes, secret borrowing.

01:37:24.000 It was their way of cheating on the fact that even though each country prints their own Euros, they're limited to 3.5% inflation.

01:37:29.000 By treaty.

01:37:34.000 So, none of them like that, because we're limited, and the central bank determines that, and the Fed, of course, is inflating it far higher than 3.5%, but if they were to get into an organization, they would have to agree that everyone who prints the New World Currency would do so at a certain rate of inflation, and that would stop the independence of the Fed, which, you know how much they're fighting that with Ron Paul.

01:38:00.000 They don't want anyone looking over the shoulder.

01:38:02.000 They don't want to be restricted.

01:38:03.000 So, here's my feeling, Alex.

01:38:06.000 And it does appear that they're looking to at least have an excuse to say the dollar is destroyed.

01:38:12.000 Yeah, that's my question.

01:38:13.000 They're certainly trying to sell it.

01:38:15.000 I mean, the Wall Street Journal was like, hey, the dollar shouldn't be the world reserve currency.

01:38:20.000 This is kind of good.

01:38:22.000 Yeah.

01:38:23.000 Which is ridiculous because, I mean, briefly, what would happen if the dollar stopped being the world reserve currency?

01:38:29.000 Well, we would see prices go up.

01:38:31.000 It's one of the only things we've got left.

01:38:33.000 It's basically our trash commodity that allows us to still have some oxygen in the room when we have no real industry.

01:38:40.000 Alright, here's, I'm going to tell you what I think.

01:38:42.000 I'm going out on a limb here.

01:38:44.000 This is hypothesis here.

01:38:46.000 We're trying to tell what conspirators are thinking about doing.

01:38:50.000 But first of all, You can't replace the dollar as a world currency unless you actually replace it.

01:38:55.000 It doesn't exist anymore.

01:38:57.000 You can't just go out and compete.

01:38:57.000 Okay?

01:38:59.000 Because remember, there's so many dollars out there that nobody's going to use a new currency when they've got the older.

01:39:05.000 They're going to want to get rid of the old one first.

01:39:07.000 That's why, you know, bad currency always drives out good.

01:39:11.000 If it's claimed to be a good currency, people will still use the dollar.

01:39:14.000 So they've got to actually replace it.

01:39:16.000 Now, why would they want to replace it?

01:39:18.000 It is my feeling, as I've said before on your show, that I think they're taking us towards a third world war as the ultimate scenario of how they get people to buy into a complete new world order.

01:39:28.000 But part of the way of perhaps paving that way is, let's suppose they decide to replace the dollar and have a new world currency.

01:39:35.000 That requires a new world financial agreement.

01:39:39.000 That's a major step towards a world government.

01:39:42.000 But this isn't speculation!

01:39:44.000 That's what they've announced, is they want this new Bank of the World, with an SDR QE 3-4 to 100 digital system, and then the countries all agree, under the world system, that we'll still have Euros and Dollars, but it'll be denominated and its value set by that central clearinghouse, in the name of ending the currency war.

01:40:06.000 Right, but still, what I'm saying is speculative is, is it going to be real?

01:40:10.000 I cannot believe that the Fed right now, which rules the world financially because of its control over the dollar and its ability to inflate at will, whether in computer dollars or whether in physical dollars, that they're going to give up that power and actually yield to a committee that decides the inflation rate and how many each nation... I just don't believe it.

01:40:31.000 Now, so that means that if they do this, The Fed will still control it, only they'll simply do it as if.

01:40:39.000 In other words, they'll use puppets on the committee, and the Fed will still control it.
