Alex Jones Show - 20110408_Fri_Alex

00:00:03.000 Big Brother, Mainstream Media, Government Cover-Ups.

00:00:08.000 You want answers?

00:00:10.000 Well, so does he.

00:00:11.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:00:15.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:00:19.000 It is Friday, the 8th day of April 2011. the 8th day of April 2011.

00:00:40.000 I'm Alex Jones, your host.

00:00:42.000 We're going to be live here for at least the next three hours today.

00:00:46.000 And obviously the news and information is only accelerating and intensifying and getting more and more frantic as the global financial system is purposefully imploded so that the private banking parasitical cartels can establish even greater hegemonic control over the once free peoples of planet Earth.

00:01:08.000 Bruce Fine, the lawyer who is hailed by Ron Paul and others as a great patriot, has been circulating on Capitol Hill to the House and Senate articles of impeachment proving clear impeachable has been circulating on Capitol Hill to the House and Senate articles of impeachment proving clear impeachable and And a lot of presidents have engaged in impeachable offenses.

00:01:37.000 Nixon stepped down before it was fully carried out.

00:01:40.000 Clinton was impeached in the House, but it was dropped in the trial in the Senate.

00:01:45.000 But there's no doubt that we need to impeach Barry Sotero, and we're going to be breaking that down with Bruce Fine joining us coming up in the next hour.

00:01:55.000 And then, of course, our once-a-week visit with Bob Chapman.

00:01:57.000 We'll have open phones for that in the third hour today.

00:02:02.000 Headline GOP lawyer drafts Obama impeachment circulating it on the hill.

00:02:07.000 You saw that in the news a few days ago.

00:02:09.000 We have him joining us coming up.

00:02:11.000 Very excited about that.

00:02:12.000 Good job producers for getting him on in such a timely fashion today.

00:02:19.000 Obviously, we have the U.S. 0.96

00:02:21.000 and world politics issues, the health issues, the incredible police state news we're going to be breaking down today, the latest in the Middle East.

00:02:29.000 We have the government shutdown that I'm going to talk some about today, set to take place now, today.

00:02:34.000 It's just more political theater.

00:02:39.000 And, of course, there's all the tape circulating of Democrats saying, hey, we're going to have a shutdown, we're going to blame it on the Republicans.

00:02:50.000 Clearly, we do have to cut the size of government. 0.96

00:02:53.000 The nation is bankrupt.

00:02:56.000 My issue is, though, the Republicans are predictably, except for Ron Paul, Rand Paul, and a few others, trying to rearrange deck chairs on the deck of the Titanic.

00:03:09.000 Because the types of cuts they're talking about do not change the structure itself of the private federal reserve and the debt black hole of exponential fractional reserve banking debt that cannot be escaped.

00:03:25.000 When a fractional reserve banking Ponzi scheme is initiated, it always ends, and the people that design it build it this way, with more debt being created than there is actual wealth.

00:03:37.000 Simply put, for a dollar to be created, debt is created.

00:03:43.000 That's monetarism.

00:03:46.000 That's debt slavery, instead of the currency being a symbol of energy that is simply exchanged amongst the citizenry and businesses as a symbol of energy for commerce, to simply try to make commerce easier.

00:04:07.000 And then credit is used as an engine to empower the individual and to empower development and competition.

00:04:15.000 This system is a crony, capitalist, anti-free market, insider system.

00:04:21.000 And when we come back, I want to get into the fact that I off and on for two hours listened to Bloomberg Radio this morning on XM.

00:04:29.000 I normally listen about 20 minutes in the morning when I have time and skip around on other AM and FM channels and other XM channels.

00:04:35.000 But today I listened off and on for two hours because there's somewhere very special.

00:04:43.000 They're at Bretton Woods in New Hampshire with George Soros and they were talking about the world government they're setting up.

00:04:51.000 They had a train of guests coming through the studio and I want to talk about that when we come back.

00:04:57.000 It's the only reportage I've seen on it.

00:04:59.000 This is Alex Jones with five good reasons you should consider buying a solar power generator.

00:05:03.000 Number one.

00:05:04.000 New climate legislation could easily double or triple your electric bill.

00:05:08.000 Our new energy czar wants to control how much power your electric company allows you to have.

00:05:13.000 It's true.

00:05:14.000 Total government control of electricity in the name of smart grid technology is coming.

00:05:20.000 In some areas of the country, the power grid is dangerously overloaded.

00:05:23.000 And now, new socialist legislation is only compounding the problem.

00:05:27.000 Number four.

00:05:28.000 Dangerous weather is always a threat to local grids.

00:05:31.000 Every year, thousands of families lose their power from weather-related outages.

00:05:34.000 Number five.

00:05:35.000 A solar power generator provides powerful backup, insurance, and peace of mind.

00:05:39.000 Folks, I really believe in the solar power generators offered by Solutions from Science, one of my oldest sponsors.

00:06:56.000 Thank you.

00:06:57.000 Hundreds of nations have fallen to tyranny in the last century alone.

00:07:03.000 This is our last chance to not relive history.

00:07:07.000 As we're finishing off this agenda, they'll be pulling the rug from underneath Americans at home.

00:07:11.000 We have tremendous influence on our President and Congress, and they really are calling the shots.

00:07:18.000 I think it's incumbent upon all of us Tim Geithner?

00:07:21.000 Bernanke?

00:07:21.000 They're arsonists!

00:07:22.000 They're asking for more matches!

00:07:23.000 The whole of the republic identifies the enemies of our nation.

00:07:26.000 The criminal offshore cartel held bent on destroying sovereignty and on its ashes constructing world government.

00:07:33.000 Tim Geithner, Bernanke, they're arsonists.

00:07:35.000 They're asking for more matches.

00:07:37.000 And the Congress is saying, who do we make the checkout to?

00:07:39.000 Today seems like nobody does care.

00:07:41.000 And right now in Washington, D.C., we have seen a fall of the Republic.

00:07:47.000 Get your copy of Fall of the Republic on DVD at InfoWars.com or watch it online right now in super high quality at PrisonPlanet.tv From his Central Texas Command Center, deep behind enemy lines, the information war continues.

00:08:06.000 It's Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

00:08:10.000 Thank you for joining us.

00:08:19.000 It is Friday, the 8th day of April, 2011.

00:08:25.000 We have constitutional lawyer Bruce Fine joining us.

00:08:28.000 He's the lawyer who comes highly recommended by Congressman Ron Paul.

00:08:33.000 And he is circulating the impeachment articles on Capitol Hill.

00:08:37.000 We're going to go over some of the constitutional evidence to impeach Barry Sotero, aka Barack Obama.

00:08:46.000 Also, we're seeing Donald Trump now in many polls in New Hampshire and other key states with a Republican primary coming up here in the medium future.

00:08:58.000 Start these campaigns earlier and earlier now being number two.

00:09:03.000 Ron Paul in many polls is number two or number one.

00:09:05.000 But Donald Trump, I think, is doing all this for publicity stunt for his show The Apprentice.

00:09:11.000 He says he'll announce one way or the other right after the finale of the season.

00:09:17.000 And I personally don't think that Donald Trump is going to run.

00:09:19.000 I think this is a publicity stunt. 0.85

00:09:21.000 And Ron Paul obviously is a million times better than Donald Trump, but Donald Trump is not stupid, and he knows which way the wind's blowing, and you notice his numbers have spiked since he started talking about Obama not showing his birth certificate. 0.67

00:09:36.000 I don't know if Obama was born in Hawaii or Kenya. 0.86

00:09:41.000 They certainly are trying to cover something up in Kenya and arresting people, detaining people like Dr. Jerome Corsi when he goes there to investigate.

00:09:48.000 But I do know he gave up his citizenship to become an Indonesian citizen and changed his name to Barry Sotero.

00:09:54.000 And I do know that no other president has sealed their records like Obama has.

00:09:59.000 Hillary tried to keep her records sealed when they finally came out two years ago. 1.00

00:10:03.000 It had her thesis for a PhD calling for Marxism.

00:10:08.000 And Marxism's a bad thing, ladies and gentlemen.

00:10:10.000 These are very violent, dangerous people. 1.00

00:10:13.000 Obviously, she's not the garden variety Marxist, the useful idiot. 1.00

00:10:18.000 She's the type that understands that the big banking cartels financed Marxism as a way to rob the middle class, transfer the wealth to government, that then transfers it offshore to the globalists. 0.96

00:10:30.000 Speaking of violence, one of the main socialist leaders in the US, and I'm going to get to this later in the third hour with Bob Chapman, has put out a video talking about how great violence is against the government.

00:10:42.000 And you notice MSNBC and others tried to blame myself, Ron Paul and others.

00:10:47.000 for the giffords shooting for a man dressed up in a g-string uh shaving all the hair off his body running around with a gun uh who was taking hallucinogens every day and who'd been a big democrat previously but we got the blame for that uh and um there's just constant violence out of what you'd call liberals uh But these people are not liberals.

00:11:11.000 They are basically just the cannon fodder for the banksters. 1.00

00:11:16.000 And they're too stupid to understand that. 1.00

00:11:17.000 It's like a few months ago when they had Democratic Party operatives publicly financed by Soros and others. 1.00

00:11:26.000 go in and protest and take over a Bank of America via a union that has total support for Obama that was also involved and they demanded not that the bankers take a haircut, not that we write off the thousand plus trillion not that we write off the thousand plus trillion in derivatives, not that we get Glass-Steagall back, not that we restore the republic, not that we get rid of fractional reserve banking, but that we raise taxes.

00:11:55.000 I've seen the numbers, even the Washington Post reported on these.

00:11:58.000 If you took all the money of the wealthy in the United States who aren't offshore, It's only about a trillion one hundred billion.

00:12:09.000 And that wouldn't pay off, again, a fraction of the thousand plus trillion.

00:12:15.000 The Washington Post says it's six hundred and forty something trillion.

00:12:19.000 Webster Tarpley says it's one point five quadrillion.

00:12:21.000 That was a year ago.

00:12:22.000 Other big economists say over one thousand trillion.

00:12:25.000 Whatever.

00:12:26.000 Six hundred and forty something, one point five quadrillion, whether it's one thousand five hundred trillion or six hundred and something trillion, it doesn't matter.

00:12:34.000 And that's the big issue here.

00:12:36.000 And what I want to get into now before I get into the government shutdown and a really creepy article.

00:12:45.000 uh... here in the news today IRS awards four point five million to a whistleblower who reported to the IRS that their employer was not paying income taxes or was cheating them uh... ladies and gentlemen uh... the IRS has announced it is now beginning to hand out cash awards uh... for employees spying on their Employers.

00:13:13.000 And this is the purest Aussie society.

00:13:15.000 Now, when Wachovia and Wells Fargo get caught in a two-year period, laundering $370-plus billion in drug money out of Mexico, and Wachovia, the subsidiary of Wells Fargo, and Wells Fargo said they admit they weren't doing proper oversight and they're sorry.

00:13:35.000 And they didn't get any trouble and neither did Wachovia.

00:13:38.000 They just had to pay $100 million.

00:13:40.000 It was $100 million and change.

00:13:42.000 I think it was $101 million.

00:13:44.000 You can pull up those articles.

00:13:46.000 London Guardian, Bloomberg, AP of all.

00:13:50.000 First Bloomberg three months ago.

00:13:51.000 Now last week it's been in a few other newspapers.

00:13:56.000 But the issue here is that 370 plus, what was it, $376 billion laundered a $100 million fine.

00:14:05.000 That's a pretty good deal.

00:14:07.000 You make hundreds of billions and then you pay a tiny fraction of it.

00:14:11.000 What is $101 million out of $376 billion?

00:14:17.000 Do we have a calculator?

00:14:18.000 Can one of you divide that out and see what that comes to?

00:14:23.000 $101 million.

00:14:24.000 101 million.

00:14:25.000 What percentage of 376 billion is that?

00:14:32.000 That'd be like if I robbed a bank and I was running out with a wheelbarrow with a million dollars in it and the cops walked over and said, listen, you can pay me a thousand dollar fine right now on that million you're stealing and we're going to let you go.

00:14:48.000 Well, then I would rob banks every day if I was immoral.

00:14:52.000 Because I'd go in, I'd steal the million at gunpoint, Hypothetically, I'd come out with the wheelbarrow of a million, be loading it in wheelbarrows in the back of a van.

00:15:02.000 The cops pull up and they walk over and they say, Mr. Jones, you've been really bad.

00:15:07.000 I want that $1,000.

00:15:08.000 That's about the equivalent of a $101 million.

00:15:10.000 About the equivalent of a $101 million.

00:15:10.000 It's .03%.

00:15:10.000 So it's .03%.

00:15:13.000 It's 0.03%.

00:15:18.000 So it's 0.03%.

00:15:21.000 They paid a fine of 0.03%.

00:15:27.000 Yeah, .03%.

00:15:30.000 Let's see if my dead reckoning was right.

00:15:32.000 What's a thousand out of a million?

00:15:34.000 Let's see if that's similar to that.

00:15:35.000 You know, my analogy is you rob a bank for a million dollars, you come out, you're loading the back of the van, the cops pull up.

00:15:42.000 We need to have you pay a thousand dollar fine for this. 0.75

00:15:44.000 .1%.

00:15:45.000 So my, my, um, My dead reckoning was a little off, but same thing.

00:15:51.000 So I rob a million dollars and the police pull up and they say, Mr. Jones, we need $3,000.

00:15:58.000 You need to pay a $3,000 fine for the million you just stole.

00:16:02.000 The question is, would I start robbing more banks?

00:16:08.000 Absolutely.

00:16:10.000 Now the only reason they got away with this is an average bank robber does not finance the politicians and the regulatory boards that then control the police.

00:16:22.000 But JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs, Wells Fargo, Wachovia, all Federal Reserve shareholders in the private Federal Reserve, they are above the law.

00:16:33.000 And when they get caught in an embarrassing situation, because whistleblowers do come out and the information goes public, then they have to give them a slap on the wrist.

00:16:43.000 Is a $101 million fine out of $376 billion, is that even a slap on the wrist?

00:16:43.000 I don't know.

00:16:52.000 I don't even think it constitutes that.

00:16:57.000 And, you know, I got off into this discussion Basically drawing a parallel, IRS awards 4.5 million to whistleblower, and then I just pointed out that it was whistleblowers that exposed what these banks were doing, so they got a slap on the wrist.

00:17:11.000 So which way is it?

00:17:12.000 Well, the issue here is the government, these whistleblowers for years, it came out, warned the British and US government about this money laundering.

00:17:24.000 They tried to stop it.

00:17:26.000 They got in trouble for it.

00:17:28.000 With Bernie Madoff for 11 years, multiple whistleblowers delivered dossiers with every bit of fraud chronicled in it, but he was the founder of the Nasdaq and a big insider, so they covered up for him.

00:17:40.000 See, that's the difference is, when the big boys are engaged in total fraud and corruption, they don't even get a slap on the wrist.

00:17:46.000 They get maybe a thump on the wrist, if even that.

00:17:51.000 And then when the IRS is going after the general public, they advertise on radio, on TV, I've seen the TV ads, I've heard the radio ads, I've seen them in print, about employees.

00:18:04.000 Spy on your bosses.

00:18:08.000 Find them cheating on their taxes.

00:18:11.000 Well, how many times have informants lied and sent cops to the wrong houses to get money?

00:18:16.000 How many times have they put convicted felons on stand?

00:18:19.000 In federal and state cases.

00:18:21.000 And it turns out they're professional witnesses that just go around the country lying.

00:18:28.000 That's why the Feds have a 96 to 98, depending on which year you look at, conviction rate.

00:18:33.000 Because you don't get a fair trial in almost every case.

00:18:36.000 So that's the issue.

00:18:37.000 They're advertising this, and then with the complexity of the tax code, even Money Magazine years ago, Forbes has done the same thing, they've gone out and hired 10 or 20 or 30 in different tests they've done, you've seen it in the news, different CPAs, and the CPAs all come back with wildly different amounts you're supposed to pay.

00:19:02.000 And so now it turns your employees into these spies looking for anything you've done that's even a mistake so they can then go get their big IRS cash reward, $4.5 million to whistleblower.

00:19:15.000 An in-house accountant who raised a red flag about tax lapse that his employer then ignored, Leading him to tip off the IRS has received $4.5 million in the first IRS whistleblower award.

00:19:28.000 That accountant's tip netted IRS $20 million.

00:19:32.000 So you hire an accountant and then they spy on you and then they get money.

00:19:37.000 And the IRS is all over it.

00:19:40.000 I mean, this will lead accountants to even shut up their employers.

00:19:43.000 Oh, you know that's going to happen.

00:19:45.000 Where they don't properly pay it, and then burn them.

00:19:47.000 Of course, properly pay it is an illegal and unlawful tax.

00:19:50.000 It wasn't popularized until the early 1950s.

00:19:50.000 We didn't get until 1913.

00:19:52.000 Most Americans didn't even pay it until then.

00:19:55.000 And it all goes to the private fellow reserve.

00:19:57.000 They've got new taxes for you as well.

00:20:38.000 This capitalism or was Jefferson correct when stating a central bank issuing the public currency is a greater menace to the liberties of the people than a standing army?

00:20:58.000 Alex Jones here with key information.

00:21:03.000 The U.S.

00:21:04.000 government is a Ponzi scheme that relies on the Treasury continuously selling large amounts of government bonds to foreign central banks.

00:21:11.000 With Japan about to become a seller of U.S. 0.85

00:21:14.000 bonds in order to rebuild its own nation, and the U.S.

00:21:17.000 antagonizing China by calling them currency manipulators, the Federal Reserve, which is already buying about 70% of U.S.

00:21:24.000 Treasuries, will soon be the only buyer left of U.S.

00:21:27.000 Treasuries.

00:21:28.000 Our friends at the National Inflation Association believe that the U.S.

00:21:58.000 Hello again, I'm back.

00:21:59.000 This is John Swenson at Midas Resources.

00:22:01.000 And I want to address a couple of issues that I hear about daily when we're talking about gold and silver.

00:22:07.000 First, is there anything to suggest that sunny skies are just ahead?

00:22:10.000 We continue to print fiat dollars, inflation worsens, there's civil unrest around the world, and the demand for gold and silver has never, ever been higher.

00:22:19.000 Next, if you heard that possessing metals is a complicated process, I assure you that whether we're discussing a direct purchase or an IRA rollover, this is a simple, straightforward transaction.

00:22:30.000 This is all about protecting your assets, and frankly, what are your options?

00:22:35.000 Stock market?

00:22:36.000 Real estate?

00:22:37.000 Metal certificates?

00:22:38.000 I don't think so.

00:22:39.000 Please call me 800-686-2237, extension 128.

00:22:45.000 I promise a casual conversation, no pressure, no nonsense.

00:22:49.000 I'm John Swenson at 800-686-2237.

00:22:52.000 686-2237, extension 128, and I sincerely look forward to hearing from you.

00:23:01.000 $349, $359, $379.

00:24:08.000 I'm the face that you have to face, mirroring your stare.

00:24:15.000 I'm what's left, I'm what's right, I'm the enemy.

00:24:19.000 I'm the enemy to take you down, and you to your knees.

00:24:25.000 So who are you?

00:24:27.000 We are live.

00:24:29.000 It is Friday.

00:24:30.000 Again, thank you so much for joining us today.

00:24:34.000 We do have the constitutional lawyer, who's respected by Congress, joining us coming up in the next hour, Mr. Fine.

00:24:42.000 He is circulating articles of impeachment and recommended investigation avenues, investigational avenues, for the Congress to move with impeachment against Barack Hussein Obama, real name Barry Sotero.

00:24:57.000 So that is coming up.

00:24:59.000 Uh, in the next hour, middle of the next hour, he'll be joining us.

00:25:03.000 Uh, I'm going to go over some more news and then I'm going to open the phones up until he joins us on any news item or issue you wish to discuss.

00:25:10.000 But what do you think about IRS awards 4.5 million to an accountant, an in-house accountant of a company, uh, that, uh, ratted out their employer for quote, having tax problems.

00:25:28.000 And so we're going to be going over that coming up more.

00:25:32.000 But again, the issue here is when you've got the ATF ordered to help ship guns into Mexico for two years under Obama so they can trace them back here and then call to restrict our Second Amendment, that's a false flag terror attack.

00:25:46.000 They're endangering people.

00:25:47.000 These guns are being used to murder people, including a Border Patrol agent that was killed with one of these guns.

00:25:52.000 And then they grandstand and say, we've got to take your Second Amendment. 0.99

00:25:56.000 We've got to restrict it because of what's happening in Mexico. 0.91

00:26:00.000 Nobody gets in trouble.

00:26:02.000 When big banks steal trillions of dollars and sell their customers derivatives that they know are worthless, and they pay insurance companies to certify them, who know they're worthless, they don't get in trouble.

00:26:16.000 They get giant, quote, bailouts, which they then hoard for themselves, and the bankers then rotate into government positions of regulatory power, and then in the next administration rotate back out into the private sector in a revolving door.

00:26:30.000 And it is the Federal Reserve in 1913 that got rid of U.S.

00:26:34.000 Senators being elected by the legislatures that we elect, so they were creatures of the state, really wounding the Tenth Amendment and Ninth Amendment.

00:26:42.000 It was the same year we got the income tax that we got the Federal Reserve.

00:26:46.000 All three of those things get rid of the state power. 0.98

00:26:48.000 Get the private central bank and get its graduated income tax, which is in the Communist Manifesto, financed by the Bank of England through Marx and Engels.

00:26:59.000 And if you do the research, that's on record.

00:27:02.000 See, graduated income taxes are to shut down the middle class and competition.

00:27:07.000 You've got these big trees in the forest that are the big megabanks.

00:27:10.000 They don't want new trees growing up to challenge them.

00:27:13.000 So basically, communism and an income tax is a shredder they drag behind a tractor, a big giant lawnmower.

00:27:20.000 You ever driven a shredder?

00:27:21.000 You can just run over even medium-sized trees with them with a tractor.

00:27:25.000 They'll say, we haven't shredded that field in six years, Alex.

00:27:29.000 Get out there.

00:27:30.000 When I was like eleven, they'd put me on the tractor and send me out there.

00:27:34.000 Pretty crazy.

00:27:35.000 At Grandma's house.

00:27:36.000 And I'd go out there and just run over sapling trees.

00:27:39.000 Some of them might have been, you know, ten feet tall with that shredder and run over them or back into them and just knock those trees down with that big old With that big ol' shredder on the back.

00:27:51.000 And that's what this is.

00:27:52.000 It's a big ol' shredder, and they got it in power in 1913, but promised it'd only be 1% tax on the top 2%.

00:28:02.000 And of course, they wrote loopholes where the mega-rich were exempt.

00:28:05.000 Just like GE and Google pay zero to 2.4% tax.

00:28:10.000 They don't pay tax, but if you're making $100,000 a year, they say you pay 35, you really pay about 40% when it's all done.

00:28:17.000 They've gotten rid of the write-offs, most of them, so you're really paying about 44%, as my accountant explains it to me.

00:28:25.000 And the IRS a few years ago, what, three years ago, changed their regulations where they now say that CPAs, if they don't like how the taxes are done or they change the rules retroactively, they, the CPAs, are now liable.

00:28:41.000 And have to pay fines themselves.

00:28:43.000 So now CPAs, and if you don't hire reputable CPAs, you get audited immediately.

00:28:48.000 So if you don't hire a big CPA firm, they come after you.

00:28:50.000 When you do hire the CPA firms, because I've gone around to a few of them, they basically just say, well, here's your money.

00:28:56.000 You could use this to hire people and expand your operation, but sorry, we're just going to give most of it to the government.

00:29:01.000 And I'm like, but look at all these write-offs.

00:29:03.000 Well, you just go somewhere else if you want those.

00:29:06.000 But I'm doing the math here.

00:29:07.000 This is way more than 35%.

00:29:09.000 Yeah, that's the way it is.

00:29:12.000 I know, it's horrible.

00:29:13.000 This country's got the highest taxes in the world, Mr. Jones.

00:29:16.000 Go try somebody else.

00:29:17.000 So, I go get another CPA at a big firm.

00:29:20.000 Another one.

00:29:20.000 Same thing.

00:29:22.000 It's just basically now just all your money is given to the government.

00:29:25.000 To the Federal Reserve, excuse me.

00:29:27.000 Like, I keep remembering it's not It's public.

00:29:31.000 It's private.

00:29:32.000 And I've known that forever, but I have to get my mind around that.

00:29:34.000 Like when it came out in the news a few weeks ago that hundreds of billions of dollars of taxpayer money were paid to media for propaganda, I kept saying the government.

00:29:41.000 No, it was the Federal Reserve did that.

00:29:44.000 So the media headlines were government and Obama paying off media, but when you read, it's the Federal Reserve.

00:29:49.000 We're on the march.

00:29:50.000 The empire's on the run.

00:29:53.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

00:29:59.000 Over the last year, Alex has told you about and many of you have experienced emergencies and disasters in unprecedented numbers.

00:30:15.000 You must act automatically.

00:30:21.000 No time to think, just act automatically.

00:30:23.000 When the alert is broadcast, the alarm sounds, or the knock comes on your door, you'll need to be ready to act without thinking of what to do or what you need.

00:30:32.000 You need a 5-Day Extreme Emergency Kit.

00:30:58.000 A very wealthy U.S.

00:31:00.000 citizen is predicting that in 2011, we will witness the most important day in America in more than 50 years.

00:31:07.000 He says it will change everything about our lives.

00:31:09.000 The way you shop, travel, invest, educate your children, and even how you take care of your health and your own family.

00:31:15.000 Now this man has made some outrageous predictions over the years.

00:31:18.000 The crazy part is, he's usually right.

00:31:20.000 You see, he predicted the collapse of GM, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and America's biggest mall owner, General Growth Properties.

00:31:26.000 In fact, Barron's called his work a dire prophecy.

00:31:30.000 Recently, he created a video, which you can watch online for free, detailing his biggest and most important prediction yet.

00:31:35.000 And it's a real eye-opener.

00:31:37.000 I can't stress this enough.

00:31:38.000 You should at least watch this free video online today.

00:31:41.000 He explains everything you need to know, including simple steps you can take to protect yourself.

00:31:45.000 You can find the video at www.

00:31:58.000 Hi folks, this is Alex Jones asking you for a minute of your time to tell you about soap.

00:32:02.000 Not detergents, but good old-fashioned pierced soap made by the Cal Bend Soap Company, a family-owned and operated American company.

00:32:09.000 My family, staff, friends, and radio listeners are constantly telling me how much they love these products for bath, hair, laundry, and dishes.

00:32:16.000 There is nothing like these factory-direct, big-money-saving, triple-concentrated soaps anywhere.

00:32:21.000 Get a free, detailed catalog by calling 800-340-7091 or see them online at 5starsoap.com or infowars.com.

00:32:34.000 As founder and owner for over 63 years, people keep asking me, how's business?

00:32:41.000 I'm happy to say our business is going down the drain.

00:33:06.000 If you are receiving this transmission, you are the resistance.

00:33:11.000 Extremism and defense of liberty is no vice.

00:33:14.000 Money through Friday, 11 a.m. to...

00:33:21.000 Central back Sundays 4 to 6 p.m.

00:33:23.000 live.

00:33:24.000 Thank you so much for joining us today.

00:33:27.000 Okay, let me hurry through the news and then I'm gonna start going to your phone calls.

00:33:31.000 Joe, Don, Lucretia, Fred, Sean and others.

00:33:34.000 We don't screen your calls, but if you volunteer that you disagree, you go to the head of the line.

00:33:41.000 So we don't just not screen your calls.

00:33:43.000 If you volunteer you disagree, you go to the head of the line.

00:33:48.000 Uh, but if you disagree in a completely nonsensical way, I'm not even going to debate things with you. 1.00

00:33:52.000 Uh, you know, people that call in with completely false paradigms that, you know, are totally stupid. 0.94

00:33:56.000 I'm not able to, you know, even, uh, have debates with them, but you will go to the front of the line. 0.99

00:34:01.000 Uh, nevertheless, doesn't mean you're going to be treated well.

00:34:04.000 A lot of times people who disagree though, uh, actually point something out or help me elaborate or qualify something.

00:34:11.000 So that's why I always enjoy those.

00:34:13.000 The toll-free number to join us is 800-259-9231.

00:34:15.000 800-259-9231.

00:34:15.000 So, getting back to the IRS.

00:34:16.000 So, getting back to the IRS, IRS awards $4.5 million to Whistleblower, an in-house accountant who raised a red flag about a tax lapse that his employer then ignored, leading him to tip off an in-house accountant who raised a red flag about a the IRS has received $4.5 million, IRS Whistleblower Award.

00:34:40.000 The accountant's tip netted the IRS $20 million in taxes and interest from the errant financial services firm.

00:34:47.000 The award represents 22% cut Of the taxes recovered the program designed to encourage tips in large-scale cases.

00:34:54.000 Mandates awards of 15 to 30 percent of the account recoup.

00:34:58.000 It ought to encourage a lot of people to squeal.

00:35:01.000 Senator Charles Grassley told the Associated Press the Iowa Republican helped get the IRS whistleblower office authorized.

00:35:10.000 And the IRS mailed the accountant's lawyer $3.24 million check, the taxes out of it, that arrived in suburban Philadelphia by first-class mail Thursday.

00:35:21.000 Because the accountant can't be trusted to pay the Federal Reserve, they're cut back.

00:35:25.000 The sum represents the award minus 28% tax hit.

00:35:30.000 And it goes on.

00:35:31.000 It's a win-win for both the government and taxpayers.

00:35:33.000 These dollars that are there being returned to the Treasury that otherwise wouldn't be, said his lawyer.

00:35:41.000 What's happening here?

00:35:42.000 What's happening?

00:35:42.000 This ties into the government shutdown.

00:35:45.000 And I want to get to something that's sophisticated, but at the same time very simple.

00:35:49.000 But an idea that if we can get it across to Republicans and Democrats, people still caught in the controlled paradigm, can really unlock minds.

00:36:00.000 You see, notice what the banker owned and run and financed, in many cases directly by the Federal Reserve.

00:36:06.000 MSNBC, CNN, local newspapers, it's all come out there being secretly paid by the Federal Reserve, your tax money.

00:36:12.000 Totally illegal.

00:36:13.000 Congress ruled that in 2006 when Bush was doing it, through subsidiaries, that it was illegal.

00:36:20.000 Headlines, fake news ruled illegal by CBO investigation.

00:36:26.000 What's happening here?

00:36:28.000 The globalists are masters at creating crises that enrich them and expand their power on the front end, and then when their actions wreck and damage society and destabilize society and make people poorer, they then pose as the saviors.

00:36:52.000 Problem, reaction, solution.

00:36:52.000 Very simple.

00:36:54.000 Helgelian dialectic.

00:36:55.000 Create a crisis, then have their media say, what are we going to do about it?

00:37:00.000 What's the solution?

00:37:01.000 They bring on their panel of experts on every channel for months to tell you this is the answer.

00:37:05.000 Then the public says, well, then do something about it.

00:37:08.000 Then sometimes they'll even have establishment people who finance it to begin with, act like they're against it.

00:37:15.000 Please don't throw me in the briar patch.

00:37:17.000 Just like in 1913 it came out that many of the big papers owned by the private banks here in the U.S.

00:37:23.000 had bank heads against the Federal Reserve Act saying, no, don't do it.

00:37:28.000 We're against it, it turned out, of course.

00:37:31.000 A year before, they had secretly met at Jekyll Island, Georgia, and they now brag about this and write books about it, and they had a meeting earlier this year for the 100th anniversary.

00:37:43.000 And they, of the first group of meetings, Greenspan got up there and bragged about how great it was and how good it was, and how they established their hegemony through the system.

00:37:55.000 And so, I said I'd make this simple, but there's so many points that go into it.

00:37:59.000 To recap my beginning.

00:38:02.000 They create the crisis, then they offer the solution, and many times, then they even come out and attack the solution, the solution they've created that gives them more power, knowing that people are sophisticated, but not sophisticated enough to realize that they're actually the authors of the very program that they're now saying they're against, because they know you at least are aware enough to understand that they're the bad guys.

00:38:27.000 So, it is a multifaceted deception, a con.

00:38:27.000 Okay?

00:38:32.000 A good cop, bad cop system, squared.

00:38:38.000 A tissue of manipulation, where they give you false choices within a system that's already been basically geared towards their aims of hegemonic consolidation of power.

00:38:51.000 So, that said, what's happening with this government shutdown?

00:38:58.000 Same thing that happened back in the mid-90s.

00:39:01.000 The Republicans love their upwards of two trillion dollars a year on and off budget for military welfare.

00:39:09.000 Military-industrial complex.

00:39:11.000 Eisenhower warned you about it, but if you say we're spending too much, we're in trouble, they call you a communist and decry you, and I guess they'd call Eisenhower that then.

00:39:21.000 President Eisenhower.

00:39:23.000 Dwight D. Eisenhower.

00:39:28.000 The Republicans love that welfare.

00:39:30.000 The Republicans have been trained, and the Republican minions have been trained, that corporations can do no wrong, they're good, government's bad.

00:39:38.000 They don't understand that the megacorporations are different than local corporations or businesses, and are using government and regulations to shut down their competition, and getting the lion's share of corporate welfare, not just the upwards, it's like 1.9 trillion a year.

00:39:53.000 With this new Libyan war, they're talking about it, at the end of it, being a cool 2 trillion.

00:39:59.000 along with some other new military operations and expansions.

00:40:01.000 And you've got the other corporate welfare operations where they write the loopholes, where they can move offshore but still be based here, and Google can pay 2.4% tax.

00:40:14.000 General Electric pays zero tax.

00:40:18.000 If you look at most of the big Fortune 100, on average, they're paying very little tax.

00:40:23.000 Sure, their employees are paying tax.

00:40:25.000 Some of their CEOs are paying tax.

00:40:27.000 But overall, most of it's been moved to the Cayman Islands, to Switzerland.

00:40:32.000 And for every dollar they're paying, there's hundreds of dollars being hidden.

00:40:36.000 And that's not debated.

00:40:38.000 And then they'll say, oh, we've got to do something about that.

00:40:40.000 We've got to have global regulation to stop the tax havens, the tax shelters. 0.95

00:40:46.000 And then they go and raid million-dollar tax shelters and $10 million and $20 million tax shelters in Switzerland, not the billion and $50 billion and $125 billion secret bank accounts.

00:40:59.000 They just put on a show, kind of like the $376 billion laundered by Wachovia and Wells Fargo.

00:41:07.000 In two-year period, out of Mexico, actually running the aircraft, running the operations.

00:41:12.000 They get a $101 million slap on the wrist, 0.3%, which I liken to, I come out of a bank, I've robbed a million dollars, I'm loading in the back of a van, the cops pull up, and they say, Mr. Jones, we want 0.3%, that'll be $3,000.

00:41:25.000 3%, that'll be $3,000.

00:41:27.000 That's how this works.

00:41:32.000 And I said I would, again, go through this sophisticated model of their disinfo, but I'm just setting the table here before I go to your calls to getting to the crux of the matter.

00:41:42.000 Sure.

00:41:44.000 Just as the banksters engineered the Federal Reserve Act takeover and the income tax, Just as the banksters engineered the implosion of the economy, and when it didn't fall fast enough, they came and said, we're going to have a depression unless you give us unlimited trillions in October of 2008.

00:42:00.000 And then they have a stimulus bill, which is just another bailout to themselves.

00:42:04.000 And the word bailout is a lie.

00:42:06.000 It's a pure cash transfer of interest-free money to themselves to then loan out to the public.

00:42:13.000 Some Credit cards are now at 69%.

00:42:17.000 In fact, pull up that CNN headline.

00:42:20.000 Some annual credit card interest 69%.

00:42:22.000 I want to put that on screen for folks.

00:42:25.000 That's on average about double what loan sharking is considered.

00:42:31.000 So all of that is happening.

00:42:32.000 They also create subsidiaries that they then put the losses in and the profits go offshore, then they bankrupt those, or taxpayer money then comes in and bails it out.

00:42:44.000 so it's just fraud on top of fraud on top of fraud so so here we are looking at the government shutdown where all my gosh uh... the Girl Scouts that want to go to the National Monument, they can't because it's closed.

00:43:01.000 And you're now seeing that.

00:43:03.000 They're starting to hype that.

00:43:04.000 Or the poor military.

00:43:06.000 They're not going to get their pay for a few months if this happens.

00:43:11.000 And then they'll have to be retroactively paid and their children will go without food. 0.99

00:43:16.000 And they sell this entire idea of you need the government It makes the grass grow. 0.97

00:43:22.000 It makes the sun shine.

00:43:25.000 We've got to do something.

00:43:26.000 We've got to raise taxes.

00:43:27.000 We've got to get some more revenue.

00:43:29.000 We don't have money.

00:43:32.000 If we weren't in this fractional reserve system, and if we hadn't been signed on globally, not just U.S.

00:43:37.000 citizens, but every other major industrialized nation, to the 1,500 trillion and growing in fraudulent derivatives that the bankers used when they were issuing them and selling them to consolidate even more power and wealth, hundreds of times all the real wealth in the world.

00:43:56.000 See, that's why they want population reduction. 0.99

00:43:58.000 They just want us out of the way.

00:44:01.000 They don't even need us anymore.

00:44:04.000 That's the big secret.

00:44:05.000 They see this planet as theirs.

00:44:07.000 They got it through fraud.

00:44:08.000 They protect their stolen wealth through the military and corrupt police.

00:44:14.000 Who themselves are compartmentalized and on average are good people, but are given a false psychological view of the world to follow a false template to carry out tyranny.

00:44:24.000 An IRS agent taking some family's $100,000 home and kicking them out on the street where they got to move in with their in-laws feels good and righteous why you got behind on your taxes.

00:44:35.000 And they're like, well, I couldn't pay them.

00:44:37.000 Well, you gotta pay this 20% interest for the last three years.

00:44:40.000 So you owe us $400,000.

00:44:42.000 And Dad says, well I only make $60,000 a year, my wife $20,000 a year.

00:44:47.000 I can't physically pay this off.

00:44:49.000 Gas costs too much, the economy's falling apart.

00:44:51.000 I got kids in school.

00:44:53.000 I gotta buy insurance for them.

00:44:54.000 They go, sorry buddy boy, and they take your house.

00:44:59.000 And if you don't pay your Your rent on your on your hovel to the to the king, your feudal rent of the property tax, they come with armed men if you don't leave and they throw you out on the street.

00:45:13.000 And the IRS agents or the sheriff's deputies doing this, they feel good.

00:45:19.000 I've seen the countless videos online of them throwing families out, the kids crying.

00:45:23.000 They feel good.

00:45:25.000 And I was incorrect.

00:45:26.000 I said 69%.

00:45:28.000 My mind couldn't get around this number.

00:45:31.000 I apologize.

00:45:32.000 The credit card has 79.9.

00:45:34.000 So it was 10 points, 10% higher than what my, see my mind, people think I exaggerate.

00:45:41.000 Generally, if I go from memory, my mind tends to water it down because I can't believe it myself.

00:45:47.000 So I'm sorry, put it back on screen.

00:45:48.000 CNN credit cards now 79.9%.

00:45:51.000 On average, people are paying around 30%.

00:45:56.000 That's the credit card reform legislation Obama passed a year and a half ago to help you.

00:46:06.000 Just like a top general yesterday said, yeah, they're getting ready to put ground troops into Libya because they would never put ground troops in.

00:46:12.000 That means they are going to put ground troops in and they're already ground troops and CIA advising.

00:46:18.000 Oh, we're going to cut your credit card rate.

00:46:20.000 It's going to go from 25 to 79.

00:46:24.000 How's that sound?

00:46:26.000 See, it's just a completely Orwellian system, but here's the issue that I want to get across, and we're going to put that back on screen for PrisonPlanet.tv viewers.

00:46:36.000 We're just going to leave that up there for a few minutes.

00:46:38.000 I think it's so important for people to see that number, 79.9%.

00:46:41.000 79.9%.

00:46:42.000 They're just getting started.

00:46:43.000 You know, You know, I said I would quantify a sophisticated attack by the globalists for the left and the right if people want to get out of their rhetoric and their rah-rah football team type mindset of where it's fun to hate Democrats and it's fun to hate Republicans.

00:47:04.000 And we've been trained from cradle to grave how to end fight with each other and how to follow disinformation or limited paradigms of information.

00:47:12.000 It's a national pastime. - To be a chump, to be an idiot, to be conned, to be a sucker, to be manipulated. 1.00

00:47:27.000 But if you want to understand in a nutshell what's happening through the example of this shutdown, the banksters come in, they hold the country hostage, they get us into even more fraudulent debt to them out of the private fiat tsunami of fraudulent Financial instruments that they've made. 1.00

00:47:51.000 And then once they're done with that, they then say, we've got to set up a new system.

00:47:57.000 We've got to raise new taxes.

00:47:59.000 We've got to have boxes in your cars that'll track you by the mile. 0.87

00:48:02.000 We've got to raise all these other fines and fees on you because America's bankrupt.

00:48:13.000 And then they scapegoat the unions and the welfare moms, a lot of them that are entitled and do have attitude problems and are anti-gun, but they're just kept brainwashed people. 1.00

00:48:25.000 And that's an overgeneralization.

00:48:27.000 Many of the union people know what's going on.

00:48:29.000 They don't like having to pay their dues into the Socialistic Democratic Party.

00:48:35.000 So I've set some of the background here and there's just thousands of trees in this forest.

00:48:41.000 To understand it, you've got to really research it and walk through it for yourself.

00:48:46.000 But looking generally at the lay of the land itself, This morning I listened off and on for about two hours to Bloomberg Financial News.

00:48:57.000 I don't normally listen that much to it.

00:48:59.000 I'll pop in to check what they're doing.

00:49:02.000 But I tuned in for a long period this morning because they are at Bretton Woods in New Hampshire with George Soros and several hundred top academics and central bankers trying to iron out, they say, a new economic order because, quote, capitalism isn't working.

00:49:19.000 Well, yes, the system of robbery they've created, the system of derivatives they've created, the system of fraud they've created, the system where they're above the law and can engage in any type of crime they want, drug money laundering, selling fraudulent derivatives.

00:49:36.000 Yes, that system is broken.

00:49:38.000 Not for them!

00:49:39.000 They're all making record profits three years in a row and consolidating and buying almost everything up.

00:49:44.000 And the middle class is disappearing and becoming debt slaves.

00:49:48.000 But that's what they're masters of.

00:49:50.000 The very bankers that engineered this are now going to the government employees and the military and to the corporations that get government contracts and they're saying, see how dependent on us you really are.

00:50:06.000 See how much you need government.

00:50:08.000 Look at how, this makes my head ache, look at how Without the government, everything shuts down.

00:50:16.000 So this is just like Paulson holding Congress hostage saying, you won't give us unlimited money in the banker takeover known as the banker bailout.

00:50:24.000 We'll go out on TV and say we're going to have a depression and the market's going to fall by almost a thousand points and then we'll see how you vote.

00:50:30.000 And they got themselves together, bowed down and licked his boots.

00:50:35.000 And so the bankers engineer the crisis and then They go out and scapegoat the low-level welfare that was just to domesticate people and cause a fight between the American people who are on the government dole or getting a government paycheck with those of us that aren't, so that we're busy fighting with each other instead of going, wait a minute, it's the banksters!

00:51:58.000 Hello, friends.

00:51:59.000 This is Alex Jones.

00:52:00.000 The earthquake, tsunami, and nuclear disaster that killed thousands of Japanese citizens is nothing compared to the devastation that could be caused by hyperinflation that will soon hit the United States and could lead to millions of Americans becoming homeless, all caused by the devalued U.S.

00:52:16.000 While the mainstream media continues to ignore inflation, our friends at the National Inflation Association provide a free weekly newsletter that educates Americans to the facts and truth about the U.S. economy and inflation.

00:52:16.000 dollar.

00:52:26.000 I urge you to sign up at the NIA's free newsletter at www.inflation.us to learn how you can not only survive but prosper during the upcoming hyperinflation crisis.

00:52:37.000 Silver has more than doubled since the NIA declared silver the best investment for the next decade on inflation.us.

00:52:43.000 The NIA's team of expert economists are happy to answer any economic questions you have about inflation, debt, currencies, real estate, precious metals, and commodities.

00:52:53.000 Visit inflation.us to learn the economic truth that the mainstream media ignores.

00:52:58.000 Hi, this is Alex Jones.

00:52:59.000 Did you know that the global elite are now storing non-hybrid seeds in secret storage vaults near the Arctic Circle?

00:53:05.000 Did you know that in a real meltdown, non-hybrid seeds can become more valuable than silver or gold?

00:53:10.000 It's true, seeds have outperformed even gold and silver before in this country.

00:53:13.000 And it's possible that could even happen again.

00:53:16.000 So our friends at Solutions from Science have put together the perfect mix of non-hybrid seeds. 0.84

00:53:21.000 They call it a Survival Seed Bank.

00:53:23.000 And it can produce an endless supply of nutrient-dense food for you and your family.

00:53:28.000 And here's the best part.

00:53:29.000 These seeds have not been genetically modified in any way.

00:53:32.000 And you actually get enough seeds to plant a full acre crisis garden.

00:53:36.000 So visit them today at SurvivalSeedBank.com That's SurvivalSeedBank.com Or give them a call at 877-327-0365.

00:53:44.000 That's 877-327-0365.

00:53:50.000 Remember, in a real crisis, non-hybrid seeds are the ultimate barter item. 1.00

00:53:55.000 This is Alex Jones for SurvivalSeedBank.com.

00:53:57.000 All right, Lucretia and others, I'm going to your call soon.

00:54:05.000 At least 30 minutes to the next hour will be nothing but calls.

00:54:08.000 But getting back to Bretton Woods too with George Soros honchoing it up in New Hampshire.

00:54:14.000 Listening to this and listening to the buzzwords and the creepiness of all these economists and central bankers who they had coming through every 10 minute segment on there, I was He's just basically depressed by it.

00:54:29.000 They're snake-like voices.

00:54:31.000 They're disinformation.

00:54:32.000 But this is more towards a high-brow business audience.

00:54:36.000 So they were admitting the global economy's in a depression.

00:54:39.000 There's this total crisis.

00:54:40.000 Things are disintegrating.

00:54:43.000 There's the problems of derivatives.

00:54:46.000 And their answer is a global regulatory body for global standardized control and taxation.

00:54:54.000 And they're going to save us from the problems that they are the authors of on record.

00:55:00.000 And they're not going to save us from the problems, because the problems are the solutions for them.

00:55:05.000 They just know that the public is feeling the pain, and they know even more pain's coming.

00:55:11.000 And so they're just going to play the French people off against each other, the Irish, the American people, and every other country they're robbing with the exact same system. 0.95

00:55:20.000 They're going to play us off against each other, cut the paychecks of the government workers and the corporate welfare that most businesses are dependent on now, and then get everybody fighting with each other over table scraps, over a few trillion, while they have got the thousand-plus trillion.

00:55:37.000 And it's really that simple.

00:55:39.000 But to hear them sitting up there talking about how lucky they are that we have them there trying to fix the problem, Was disgusting. 1.00

00:55:51.000 And to know how ignorant most of these union spokespeople are, and to hear the mainline Republicans, how ignorant they are. 0.99

00:55:59.000 It's all about, we gotta fix America. 0.98

00:56:01.000 We gotta cut the budget by $100 billion, or $200 billion, or $300 billion, or $400 billion, or $500 billion.

00:56:04.000 300 billion or 400 billion or 500 billion, that isn't going to do it.

00:56:08.000 Because when you talk about budgets of a trillion here, a trillion there, when you talk about deficits of a trillion, that's nothing compared to the overhang of the debt black hole of a thousand plus trillion.

00:56:23.000 and And you're not hearing any discussion about that.

00:56:27.000 It's all about the diversion of how do we fix America?

00:56:31.000 Well, let's play the American people off against each other. 0.87

00:56:34.000 And to have to hear the Republicans talk about the Democrats and because they'll have Michael Moore come out and attack the central banks.

00:56:41.000 But he'll attack it because there's some wealthy people making money.

00:56:45.000 He doesn't attack the fractional reserve banking system.

00:56:48.000 He doesn't attack the private federal reserve.

00:56:50.000 No, the problem is there's not enough taxes.

00:56:54.000 But then when you actually read what the Council on Foreign Relations is putting out, what the OECD is putting out, what the IMF and World Bank and the UN are putting out, they're all calling for increased taxes on the wealthy.

00:57:07.000 Because the mega-rich are in a war against the wealthy and the middle class.

00:57:13.000 That's historical, going back to even Greek times.

00:57:17.000 And the ultra-rich are the people who control the regulators and write all the loopholes, but they don't even need loopholes now.

00:57:24.000 They just do whatever they want.

00:57:26.000 Do you understand that?

00:57:30.000 And so that's why this is only going to get worse and worse, because as it gets worse and worse for us, it gets better and better for them.

00:57:37.000 So they're saying, let's get the rich people.

00:57:40.000 And for somebody making $40,000 a year, $30,000 a year at some union job, and they see somebody making a half million dollars a year, to them, that's Donald Trump!

00:57:49.000 And they're like, yeah, take their money!

00:57:54.000 The ultra-rich own huge combines of corporations.

00:57:58.000 Their debt is hidden.

00:57:59.000 It's offshore.

00:58:00.000 You don't even see that in the financial actuaries that are put out there.

00:58:06.000 And so, pressure from below and above.

00:58:09.000 The globalists are sicking the American people ...who are having their standard of living cut, their dollar devalued, their government paychecks cut.

00:58:19.000 They're going to sick them on each other in a big brawl, so we're busy fighting with each other while the globalists openly establish world government and have their financed mainstream news media put them up there on a pedestal and hail the new world government and debt servitude as the solution.

00:58:36.000 That's what's going on at Bretton Woods 2.

00:58:42.000 This is GCN, the Genesis Communications Radio Network.

00:58:49.000 You've heard Alex explain how the Silver Lungs Generator infuses the respiratory system with your self-produced colloidal silver solutions, yet many are unaware of the entire function of the Silver Lungs System and how it has been designed to deliver your silver solutions anywhere in or on the body.

00:59:05.000 My name is Mario Cifaldi, and I'm the developer of the Silver Lungs Generator.

00:59:10.000 Not only does the Silver Lung System produce endless colloidal and ionic silver solutions, it also comes equipped with the proper applicators and devices needed to deliver your silver solutions directly to key target areas.

00:59:22.000 This includes the eyes, ears, nose, lungs, topically to the skin, and orally for the digestive system.

00:59:41.000 As well, we are always ready to answer any questions you may have.

00:59:45.000 That's www.SilverLungs.com.

00:59:51.000 Waging war on corruption.

00:59:54.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:59:57.000 Big Brother.

01:00:05.000 Mainstream media.

01:00:06.000 Government cover-ups.

01:00:08.000 You want answers?

01:00:10.000 Well, so does he.

01:00:11.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:00:15.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

01:00:23.000 We are now into hour number two.

01:00:25.000 I've only scratched the surface of the news.

01:00:28.000 South Koreans wear masks out of fear of radiation from Japan.

01:00:32.000 Just from the backwash they're getting from it.

01:00:34.000 Our government says, don't even worry about it.

01:00:36.000 And is raising the safe radiation levels 25,000 times what they were previously.

01:00:40.000 Oh, they just changed an accounting number and everything's fine.

01:00:43.000 We'll get more into the government shutdown.

01:00:46.000 More into Bretton Woods 2 going on.

01:00:49.000 We do have Bruce Fine, joining us, the constitutional lawyer on Capitol Hill, circulating articles of impeachment against Barry Sotero, aka Barack Obama.

01:01:02.000 Also, we've got one of the big socialist leaders in the U.S.

01:01:04.000 basically endorsing armed rebellion if the government doesn't redistribute the middle class's wealth fast enough.

01:01:10.000 Of course, the bankers are openly financing all these groups. 0.66

01:01:13.000 It's totally sick.

01:01:15.000 Let's go to Lucretia in Oregon, who disagrees, then Joe, Don, Fred, Sean, and others.

01:01:20.000 Lucretia, you're on the air.

01:01:22.000 Thank you, Alex.

01:01:23.000 Listen, you know I love all you do.

01:01:25.000 I've passed out over 800 of your CDs and got you on the local radio, but I have really two, really three disagreements with you.

01:01:32.000 And the first one, I've got Dr. Stan Monteith, Dr. Russell Blaylock, Dr. Fletcher, Dr. Miller, Dr. Brownstein, even Dr. Mercola is coming around.

01:01:43.000 And that's regarding something I called you about before, and I have a big stake in this.

01:01:48.000 I not only had my womb cut out of my body, but terrible fibroids, and men need to listen.

01:01:54.000 All the info warring men need to listen up too, because all the prostate problems are being caused by this too.

01:01:59.000 And I'm a nutritionist, and I went back to my book that my nutrition book in 1974 that started having this info in it and taking this information.

01:02:11.000 Well ma'am, you say you disagree.

01:02:13.000 What do you disagree with me?

01:02:14.000 What's your issue?

01:02:15.000 Tell me.

01:02:16.000 No, I had to preface it like that.

01:02:18.000 What I disagree on is the fact that we've got to get out that it's not just potassium iodide, We need the potassium iodine.

01:02:27.000 The potassium iodine is what the breasts use. 0.89

01:02:30.000 90% of the women now have fibroids in their breasts. 0.98

01:02:32.000 They're twice as likely to get breast cancer. 1.00

01:02:34.000 The prostate problems...

01:02:36.000 Parts of the body use iodine, some use both iodine and iodide, but everybody should be taking this because we're going to see breast cancer, ovarian cancer, prostate cancer.

01:02:44.000 Well, ma'am, ma'am, ma'am, I'm totally confused, Lucretia, and I'm glad you called, but we normally have people who go to the heaven line who disagree, who really do disagree.

01:02:53.000 I've had medical doctors on, I've had nutritionists, pharmacists on, saying that iodine is key to the whole body and that most Americans have iodine, also vitamin D deficiency, And you're absolutely right that it is mineral and other deficiencies are one of the biggest issues in this country.

01:03:12.000 I totally agree with you.

01:03:14.000 I don't know what you're talking about.

01:03:16.000 The RDA is 100 times less than what the Japanese do, 400 times less. 1.00

01:03:20.000 And everybody needs to start eating like a good 4 to 12 sheets of nori a day.

01:03:25.000 That's how much seaweed they'd have to eat.

01:03:27.000 Now it's so polluted, forget that.

01:03:29.000 But like the iodoral, the Lugos, it has both the potassium iodine and potassium iodide.

01:03:35.000 And you don't need to take the 130 milligrams.

01:03:38.000 You know something like 12 milligrams is what Dr. Russell Blaylock and Dr. Stan Monteith, Dr. Miller, Dr. Fletcher all recommend and people need to start getting on that.

01:03:48.000 So that's my disagreement.

01:03:49.000 Now the second thing If I may.

01:03:51.000 Oh, and if you would, Alex... Ma'am, we only got about a minute.

01:03:55.000 We only got a minute.

01:03:55.000 I wish you would get Dr. Miller, Dr. Blaylock on to talk about this, and also Dr. Mark Starr, who talks about the thyroid, because... Yeah, we've had Dr. Blaylock on a lot.

01:04:07.000 I want to get Dr. Blaylock back on about government-run health care, so let's get him on in the next few weeks.

01:04:12.000 That's a good idea.

01:04:13.000 We've had most of these people on, ma'am.

01:04:15.000 I really appreciate your call.

01:04:16.000 You've got about 20 seconds left.

01:04:18.000 Okay, second thing is, you know about the HEVE weapon in Bernard Island's patent?

01:04:23.000 Yes.

01:04:24.000 Okay, because that can raise up the gravitational field of the Earth and let it back down like an atom bomb.

01:04:29.000 And if you look at before all these earthquakes, we are seeing a 2.5 frequency and then they cut it off.

01:04:34.000 And they're seeing these in Chile, in Japan, these big lights right before it happens, which is associated with the HAARP weapon system.

01:04:44.000 Look, my gut tells me HAARP could be involved in this, but I can't prove it.

01:04:48.000 But the patents say it can do it.

01:04:49.000 The former Secretary of Defense admits it.

01:04:51.000 But I mean, I can't come out and say it's harp without total proof.

01:04:55.000 But something stinks.

01:04:58.000 This is Alex Jones with five good reasons you should consider buying a solar power generator.

01:05:03.000 Number one.

01:05:04.000 New climate legislation could easily double or triple your electric bill.

01:05:07.000 Number two.

01:05:08.000 Our new energy czar wants to control how much power your electric company allows you to have.

01:05:13.000 It's true.

01:05:14.000 Total government control of electricity in the name of smart grid technology is coming.

01:05:19.000 Number three.

01:05:20.000 In some areas of the country, the power grid is dangerously overloaded.

01:05:23.000 And now, new socialist legislation is only compounding the problem.

01:05:27.000 Number 4.

01:05:28.000 Dangerous weather is always a threat to local grids.

01:05:31.000 Every year, thousands of families lose their power from weather-related outages.

01:05:34.000 Number 5.

01:05:35.000 A solar power generator provides powerful backup, insurance, and peace of mind.

01:05:39.000 Folks, I really believe in the solar power generators offered by Solutions from Science, one of my oldest sponsors.

01:07:57.000 He's the T-Rex of political talk.

01:08:02.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:08:08.000 It is Friday the 8th day of April 2011.

01:08:12.000 I'll be back Sunday 4 to 6 p.m.

01:08:14.000 here.

01:08:15.000 We're going to go back to your phone calls here in just a moment.

01:08:19.000 We do have coming up in about 30 minutes Bruce Fine joining us.

01:08:23.000 He's the constitutional lawyer who comes highly recommended by Ron Paul up on Capitol Hill circulating articles of impeachment against Barack Obama.

01:08:33.000 Clearly he should be impeached for a whole host of issues.

01:08:38.000 He's violated the Constitution, the Bill of Rights.

01:08:40.000 He became the UN head of the Security Council, violating Article 1, Section 9.

01:08:45.000 But there's a lot of other reasons, and it needs to happen.

01:08:48.000 If the Republicans were real, and there was a real system change happening, they would go after him for these crimes.

01:08:55.000 The problem is, the Republican leadership has signed off on most of this, and been enthusiastic on a lot of it.

01:09:02.000 And that's why Kim Starr went after Bill Clinton for lying about having sex with Monica Lewinsky. 1.00

01:09:08.000 I did not have sex with that woman, Monica Lewinsky. 0.99

01:09:12.000 How dare you? 0.98

01:09:13.000 How dare you?

01:09:15.000 9-11, an inside job?

01:09:16.000 How dare you?

01:09:17.000 Yeah, how dare us?

01:09:19.000 How dare us, Clinton?

01:09:22.000 Because they couldn't go after him on the missile secrets to China, the corruption, the bid rigging, all of the classical fraud going on because the Republican leadership was up to their eyeballs in it.

01:09:32.000 That's why they'll normally go after somebody on a sexual scandal, or on their private taxes, or lying to Congress, something little that's only about them.

01:09:43.000 So I'm going to bring all this up with our guest coming up.

01:09:45.000 This should be very interesting to have a wider discussion.

01:09:49.000 In fact, guys, I know he's circulating that.

01:09:50.000 I saw a copy online.

01:09:51.000 Or is that already in my folder, the articles of impeachment he's circulating?

01:09:57.000 Okay, good, good, yeah, okay, I do have a list of them, good, when he joins us.

01:10:02.000 I'm going to talk more about the government shutdown.

01:10:04.000 It is a complete hologram, a distraction.

01:10:07.000 I don't like a lot of out-of-control unions who are for NAFTA and GATT and basically just take their members' money to give it to the Democrats to push gun control.

01:10:17.000 That's one of their big You know, big pet projects.

01:10:20.000 I don't like all the welfare moms and all the rest of it. 1.00

01:10:23.000 Or that most of the illegal alien anchor babies are getting full welfare for their families as the states go bankrupt. 0.99

01:10:29.000 That's part of the plan to bankrupt 43 states now in bankruptcy, technically.

01:10:34.000 And then have the feds themselves who are bankrupt take them into receivership.

01:10:37.000 Then we go into receivership of the private central banks, who will just make up more fiat money to pay the debts for us, as long as they get to own the assets.

01:10:46.000 But that's all a limited symptom of globalism and you could get rid of all that welfare today and it wouldn't pay for a fraction of the thousand plus quadrillion dollars in derivatives that we've been forced to sign on to.

01:11:00.000 You think a trillion and a half dollar yearly deficit is a big deal?

01:11:03.000 That's nothing compared to our real problems that we've signed on to this debt.

01:11:09.000 So the Democrats Are calling for more taxes, more regulation, more welfare, more government jobs, because that's their job, is to create a dependent population so that we will be bankrupt and beholden to the system.

01:11:25.000 The Republicans, they're busy pushing all their corporate welfare and their tax-exempt status for offshore corporations and all the rest of it as well.

01:11:32.000 And they're not pushing to get rid of The repeal of Glass-Steagall to bring back real banking regulations so that the mega banks can't create all this counterfeit currency and counterfeit financial instruments.

01:11:45.000 They're not calling to make Wall Street, who created all these gambling debts, take a haircut in the free market.

01:11:51.000 No!

01:11:53.000 They're going into QE2, QE3.

01:11:55.000 They're continuing QE2, and I heard them on Bloomberg this morning at Bretton Woods, too, saying QE3 is going to be needed.

01:12:02.000 But if we give the bankers total control over our lives, they'll fix the problem they created, which is making themselves emperors of the planet.

01:12:08.000 Well, that's a big problem for them.

01:12:10.000 No, this is their stated goal.

01:12:12.000 We've got a lot of radiation news as well.

01:12:18.000 But let's try to go through your calls quickly, callers.

01:12:21.000 Let's talk to Joe in Illinois.

01:12:23.000 Joe, thanks for holding.

01:12:25.000 Hi Alex, thank you.

01:12:26.000 It's an honor for sure.

01:12:29.000 I'm going to tell you, get this out as quick as I can.

01:12:33.000 In reference to what you're saying about Americans being turned against each other, let me put this into context.

01:12:41.000 What you say about the 98% conviction rate the feds have in criminal court.

01:12:48.000 Uh, is absolutely right.

01:12:49.000 I'm glad to hear somebody finally say that in public.

01:12:52.000 Um, I would like to say that, um, the government is big on, uh, talking about conspiracy theories, but yet, they convict people of conspiracy, uh, several times a day.

01:13:03.000 Um, I'm one of them, so I'm speaking, you know, from, uh, numbers.

01:13:08.000 Yeah, they tell us with big government and big corporations, nobody ever gets in back rooms and makes deals.

01:13:14.000 That are illegal.

01:13:15.000 That's a conspiracy.

01:13:16.000 A criminal conspiracy.

01:13:18.000 If I conspire with my buddies to go on a fishing trip, that means we just organized something.

01:13:22.000 That's just not a criminal conspiracy.

01:13:24.000 That's a conspiracy of enjoyment and leisure.

01:13:28.000 If I'm going to go camping, that's a conspiracy of leisure.

01:13:31.000 But when they get together and get rid of Glass-Steagall so they can then take over the planet through financial fraud, that's a conspiracy.

01:13:38.000 But they've convinced us That there's hundreds of thousands of convictions I've seen a year.

01:13:43.000 It's in the hundreds of thousands of state, local, and federal conspiracy charges.

01:13:49.000 Oh, but that we can believe.

01:13:52.000 Some guys can conspire in a cave to attack us on 9-11, but the big corporations that run the planet, they never conspire, Joe.

01:14:00.000 And I'd like to just say that in reference to your point about how, you know, people will be turned against each other, and what I'm saying it ties in with the court system is that what I would love to see you do on the show is have an expert on the jury selection in federal court.

01:14:21.000 I don't know if you're aware of this, but the jury pool in federal court, unlike state court where the jury pool No, that's right.

01:14:28.000 If a juror is not chose for jury duty, they're dismissed.

01:14:32.000 In federal court, in federal criminal court, those jurors stay in a pool.

01:14:38.000 And what happens then is they get to know the judge and the prosecutors very well.

01:14:44.000 It's a hand-picked group that will convict you, 98%.

01:14:44.000 No, no, that's right.

01:14:48.000 It's 96 and 98 depending on which year.

01:14:50.000 On average it's about 97 if you average the two together.

01:14:54.000 So 97%.

01:14:55.000 Last year it was 98%.

01:14:56.000 The year before it was 96%.

01:14:59.000 And it's growing.

01:15:00.000 Soon it'll be 100% because you're right.

01:15:03.000 How many Americans know it's a kept jury of little minions, usually little government toadies.

01:15:08.000 The few that don't play ball over the years are removed.

01:15:11.000 And they would send a ham sandwich to the electric chair if they were ordered to do so.

01:15:17.000 That's why the Liberty Dollar, 13 years operating, just a silver coin, openly denouncing the Federal Reserve.

01:15:23.000 You got all these states moving, now nine states moving for their own currency.

01:15:28.000 And the feds told the jury to convict Bernard von Notaus, and he's going to prison.

01:15:34.000 Great points.

01:15:34.000 I appreciate your call.

01:15:35.000 Oh yeah, it's scary, folks.

01:15:39.000 It is really scary.

01:15:41.000 I mean, did the Nazis have a 98% conviction rate?

01:15:43.000 Do you really think 98% of people that the government indicts, the federal government, are guilty?

01:15:50.000 I'll tell you who that 2% was.

01:15:52.000 They've now brought him into two trials.

01:15:54.000 A former federal treasury officer who heard a radio show in California, now 14 years ago, 13 years ago, Joe Bannister, He heard him break down the Federal Reserve, that the income tax is a fraud, wasn't properly ratified.

01:16:11.000 He spent two years researching it, didn't believe it because he was going to come out against the talk show host, you know, on air.

01:16:17.000 He wasn't going to try to go after him politically.

01:16:19.000 And he found out it was all true and brought it to his superiors and they said, shut up about this.

01:16:23.000 Basically, yeah, we all know this.

01:16:25.000 Welcome to the club.

01:16:27.000 And years later, they indicted him for claiming he was involved in fraud and stuff for speaking publicly about this.

01:16:36.000 He went to federal court and beat him.

01:16:39.000 Then they came after him again.

01:16:40.000 They beat him again.

01:16:41.000 I mean, because he's so upright and he has the facts, but they're just going to keep coming after him, folks.

01:16:48.000 They want to get him.

01:16:50.000 Folks, we didn't have a Federal Reserve until 1913.

01:16:54.000 Until 1951, less than 1% of Americans paid income tax.

01:16:58.000 Go look it up!

01:17:00.000 Okay, we built the stinking country with over a 10% growth rate per year on average with zero inflation for the first I don't know, 1789 until 1913.

01:17:11.000 You can look up the history of it.

01:17:13.000 For that multi-hundred year period of time, 160 years, whatever it is, zero inflation, 10% growth rate on average.

01:17:22.000 Now do you like the economy we got now?

01:17:25.000 Under these bankers sitting on top of us?

01:17:28.000 And Joe Bannister starts traveling the country speaking out against them, so they trump stuff up and clap him in irons? 0.99

01:17:35.000 These people are crooks! 0.99

01:17:38.000 Sick of it. 1.00

01:17:39.000 Fred in Illinois.

01:17:40.000 No, no, Don in Texas is first.

01:17:41.000 Don in Texas.

01:17:42.000 Sorry, go ahead.

01:17:44.000 Well, I'm scared for sure, but I stumbled across a company that it seems to be the government is outsourced to.

01:17:50.000 They're completely unsupervised.

01:17:55.000 They have unlimited funds.

01:17:57.000 And I'm scared to even say their name because that's what they do for the NSA is record all phone calls, electronic transmissions.

01:18:05.000 Well, sir, you need to get past that fear.

01:18:06.000 Are you talking about the Israeli company?

01:18:08.000 No, sir, it's an American company.

01:18:10.000 Well, say the name.

01:18:14.000 It is called Science Applications International.

01:18:19.000 I know that company.

01:18:20.000 They're hired by the FBI to scan all banking records.

01:18:23.000 They place all wiretaps.

01:18:25.000 They have all personal records.

01:18:29.000 They're hired by the EPA to write the regulations for radioactive Uh, waste.

01:18:36.000 And then they're hired by the NRC to dispose of that waste under their guidelines that they were paid hundreds of millions of dollars to write.

01:18:43.000 Well, now the government, um, I know a little bit about that company, but not all that information.

01:18:49.000 Now the government's just raising radiation levels to 25,000 times what they previously said was safe.

01:18:54.000 So now, just like in Japan, they publicly are burying the rods that were shot a mile away.

01:19:00.000 Uh, with bulldozers.

01:19:01.000 That was in the New York Times two days ago.

01:19:03.000 What's wrong with that?

01:19:04.000 I mean, if they say radiation's good, then you ought to put it on your children's cereal.

01:19:10.000 ...company in the 80s was given a contract to dispose of nuclear waste.

01:19:15.000 They made it into steel, they put it in the gold for jewelry, they put it in silver for jewelry.

01:19:22.000 In the 80s, up until 1992, when people were dying, they stopped it.

01:19:27.000 I remember hearing about that, but specifically, what's the name of that corporation again?

01:19:31.000 Science?

01:19:31.000 Science Applications International.

01:19:38.000 It is nothing... I believe they probably tell the Bilderberg Group what to do.

01:19:43.000 Well, I have read about that group.

01:19:45.000 I know they're involved in a lot of the planning and organizing of things and infrastructure.

01:19:50.000 What, did you work for them?

01:19:51.000 No, I stumbled upon this doing research for stock.

01:19:56.000 Alright, we'll look into it, Don.

01:19:57.000 Be right back.

01:19:59.000 Have you ever needed to make a phone call, but didn't want the person you're calling to know that it was you on the other end?

01:20:05.000 Have you ever needed to make a call and wanted to keep your phone number and location private?

01:20:09.000 Well, now you can with PatriotPhone.com.

01:20:12.000 PatriotPhone.com will enable you to make unlimited calls anonymously.

01:21:02.000 unemployment rate is now 22%, and not 9% like what we are told by the mainstream media.

01:21:07.000 The primary instinct of unemployed Americans is to go to college and seek a higher education.

01:21:12.000 But all across America, students are graduating with hundreds of thousands of dollars in debt and no jobs.

01:21:18.000 Most college graduates are now admitting that they would have been better off getting a job at Walmart or McDonald's than having their lives destroyed by student loans.

01:21:26.000 Our friends at the National Inflation Association are getting ready to release College Conspiracy, the world's most comprehensive documentary ever produced about America's college education system.

01:23:05.000 If the U.S.

01:23:57.000 Ladies and gentlemen, the system has gotten away with so much corruption that now they just see the system has gotten away with so much corruption that now they just see the They've taken everything over by fraud.

01:24:19.000 They run everything.

01:24:21.000 They get away with any crimes they want.

01:24:23.000 They've got an army of corrupt juries at the federal level that convict 98% of the time.

01:24:28.000 We've got the biggest prison population in the world.

01:24:30.000 The government publicly ships the narcotics in.

01:24:32.000 The banks publicly launder the money.

01:24:35.000 And they're going to destroy everything.

01:24:37.000 They like what they're doing.

01:24:38.000 People better grow up.

01:24:40.000 You know, you're not hearing this information on any other talk radio out there.

01:24:43.000 We put out so much truth that a lot of people like Beck and others are forced to cover a fraction of it.

01:24:49.000 And that's a step in the right direction.

01:24:51.000 But I'm risking my life to bring you this information because I've studied history and I know how dangerous this is.

01:24:56.000 We're going to go to Fred and Sean and David and others here in a moment.

01:25:01.000 We'll continue with calls into the next hour.

01:25:04.000 With Bob Chapman, we have a constitutional law expert joining us who circulated articles of impeachment on Capitol Hill.

01:25:10.000 Big news on that front for Barry Sotero, aka Barack Obama.

01:25:15.000 What happened is, we bought from one of the biggest suppliers in the country because they couldn't handle the orders and they said please take it from us we can't they're here in Texas and they sold out we sold out of it and then we had so many orders I held back quite a lot of it to make sure that if it got broken or damaged or lost, that we'd have enough to ship out to people.

01:25:38.000 We had a limited amount last week.

01:25:40.000 This is the absolute end of it now.

01:25:42.000 We've shipped everything out.

01:25:44.000 If you order it, you will get it.

01:25:46.000 A lot of places you order it from can't handle the amount of volume or they don't have it, and they're just hoping to get it later and then ship it to you.

01:25:52.000 No.

01:25:53.000 We have it in stock, and it will all ship out by Monday or Tuesday of next week, because the amount we have is so small.

01:26:00.000 I can guarantee it's going to get shipped out very, very quickly.

01:26:03.000 If you want the potassium iodide, that's enough for 10 doses for 20 adults, so that can treat 20 people.

01:26:10.000 If you end up needing it, it's perfect to have it in every medicine cabinet.

01:26:13.000 Potassium iodine, available at Infowars.com.

01:26:18.000 We also have a little RAD sticker, radiation detectors.

01:26:21.000 They're only $5 a piece.

01:26:23.000 So we have those as well available at InfoWars.com.

01:26:26.000 But this is it.

01:26:27.000 A lot of companies are going to have more in about a month or so.

01:26:31.000 But we're basically, I don't know.

01:26:34.000 We might add it there at that time, but I'm certainly not going to be pushing it.

01:26:38.000 But this all started whenever I went out and tried to find potassium iodate for my family because the stuff I had was expired.

01:26:45.000 I had the pill form that expires.

01:26:46.000 This is the raw form.

01:26:47.000 It does not expire.

01:26:48.000 If you keep it dry and in a cool place, basically it's like honey.

01:26:54.000 It lasts indefinitely and it's got all the fact sheets on it.

01:26:58.000 Before you use it, contact a physician or health care provider.

01:27:00.000 But again, we've got a limited amount of potassium iodine available right now at Infowars.com.

01:27:05.000 When it's gone, it's gone.

01:27:07.000 That's it.

01:27:08.000 Infowars.com.

01:27:10.000 We can't take phone call orders.

01:27:11.000 We only have two people answering phones and we can't do it that way because it just overflows the phone system.

01:27:16.000 So order online.

01:27:18.000 Infowars.com.

01:27:19.000 First come, first served.

01:27:20.000 We are limiting how many you can get.

01:27:22.000 I wish we didn't have to.

01:27:24.000 Let's go ahead and talk to Fred in Illinois.

01:27:28.000 Fred, you're on the air.

01:27:28.000 Hello, Alex.

01:27:30.000 Pleasure to talk to you.

01:27:31.000 Good to talk to you, sir.

01:27:33.000 Hey, uh, it's funny, first-time caller, long-time listener, and, uh, I'm also probably like a seven-year info warrior, hand your stuff out and other people's stuff out.

01:27:43.000 Heard you talking about mowing, uh, brush with a woods mower, do that all the time here in Illinois, prairie restoration.

01:27:49.000 Just wanted to make some, uh, quick points here.

01:27:52.000 Uh, first of all, I wanted to get a call out to all the info warriors out there to get out there and hand this stuff up and, you know, form tea party, parties, And, you know, just interact with the community because it's very fulfilling.

01:28:09.000 Second point, I want somebody out there to kind of design a t-shirt and maybe a logo describing the founding Tea Party members.

01:28:20.000 I think the date is probably December 16th, 2007.

01:28:23.000 You can correct me if I'm wrong.

01:28:26.000 I participated that day, and I'm very proud of it.

01:28:29.000 No, Ron Paul founded it.

01:28:31.000 Ron Paul Grassroots founded it, and then the Republicans in 2009 started taking it over.

01:28:37.000 That's right.

01:28:39.000 Yeah, so when I go out and talk to people, a lot of times I get negative reactions that I think are unfounded because, you know, I stand for the real Tea Party.

01:28:49.000 So, if somebody could design a shirt maybe on the back, describe the date and the fact that... Okay, it's done.

01:28:54.000 It's done.

01:28:55.000 That's a genius point.

01:28:56.000 I'll get with my designers.

01:28:58.000 We'll have maybe a block of, you know, text, maybe three or four lines on the back saying the Real Tea Party was founded by constitutionalists for the Ron Paul campaign in 2007.

01:29:07.000 We're against war.

01:29:10.000 We're against the private Federal Reserve.

01:29:11.000 We're not neocon Republicans or communist Democrats.

01:29:14.000 We are the resistance to true tyranny.

01:29:17.000 And then on the front, I think we should have Ron Paul and say Real Tea Party and then founder, Ron Paul in the front, on the back say, we're in the Fed, we're in the wars, we control the borders, we're the true patriots.

01:29:31.000 That is a genius idea.

01:29:32.000 And I wish I could continue to talk to you, Fred.

01:29:35.000 We got a guest coming up.

01:29:37.000 But great point.

01:29:37.000 Anything else?

01:29:39.000 Just everybody keep their comments quick.

01:29:43.000 Yeah, that's an awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome, awesome idea.

01:29:46.000 Great job, Fred.

01:29:49.000 We're on the march, the empire's on the run.

01:29:52.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network You may be arrested and or subject to other police action Tyranny is here The grim future foretold in 1984 has become reality.

01:30:08.000 It really says that the state is God.

01:30:10.000 The United States is now recognized globally as one of the most oppressive police states on Earth.

01:30:16.000 This film conclusively proves the existence of a secret network of FEMA camps now being expanded nationwide.

01:30:23.000 This documentary exposes how the continuity of government program has established an all-powerful shadow state.

01:30:29.000 Police State 4 chronicles the sickening depth to which our republic has fallen.

01:30:33.000 Prepare to enter the secretive world of emergency dictatorship.

01:30:37.000 Body scanners, sound cameras, citizen spies, stage terror and cameras on every street corner.

01:30:43.000 It's only the beginning of the New World Order's hellish plan. 0.92

01:30:47.000 The police state isn't coming.

01:30:49.000 It's here.

01:31:56.000 Thank you.

01:31:57.000 This is Alex Jones with five good reasons you should consider buying a solar power generator.

01:32:03.000 Number 1.

01:32:04.000 New climate legislation could easily double or triple your electric bill.

01:32:07.000 Number 2.

01:32:08.000 Our new energy czar wants to control how much power your electric company allows you to have.

01:32:13.000 It's true.

01:32:13.000 Total government control of electricity in the name of smart grid technology is coming.

01:32:18.000 Number 3.

01:32:19.000 In some areas of the country, the power grid is dangerously overloaded.

01:32:23.000 And now, new socialist legislation is only compounding the problem.

01:32:27.000 Number 4.

01:32:27.000 Dangerous weather is always a threat to local grids.

01:32:30.000 Every year, thousands of families lose their power from weather-related outages.

01:32:34.000 Number 5.

01:32:35.000 A solar power generator provides powerful backup, insurance, and peace of mind.

01:32:39.000 Folks, I really believe in the solar power generators offered by Solutions from Science, one of my oldest sponsors.

01:32:44.000 You can get more information at www.mysolarbackup.com.

01:32:48.000 That's mysolarbackup.com.

01:32:50.000 Remember, the government doesn't own the sun.

01:32:52.000 So go to mysolarbackup.com or call 1-877-327-0365.

01:32:57.000 You know, in my film, Fall the Republic, one of the many things we break Fall the Republic, one of the many things we break down is that President Obama has brazenly violated Article I, Section 9 of the U.S. Constitutional.

01:33:21.000 Constitution by seating himself at the head of the U.N.

01:33:24.000 Security Council, thus becoming the first U.S.

01:33:26.000 President to chair the world body.

01:33:29.000 And I remember we watched it live when it happened, when he took the month-long rotation on it there at the UN.

01:33:37.000 Kissinger was there in Rapture, all these other globalists, they went on TV after and said this is a great day for the new world order, a great day for globalism, that a president has now been in a dual capacity for a foreign quasi-government power.

01:33:54.000 And they said three weeks ago, this is a great day with the UN resolution.

01:33:58.000 Now, three weeks and a day ago, and within 36 hours, Obama had taken U.N. orders and launched an attack without even consulting Congress.

01:34:08.000 I mean, before it was a declaration of war, then it was the authorization of force, which is a token and unconstitutional, impeachable, from my research.

01:34:17.000 Now it's just, who needs a stinking Congress when you can have an emperor who takes orders from the U.N. itself? 0.94

01:34:26.000 Now, Bruce Fine, if I go over his bio, it would take hours, but he's a lawyer specializing in constitutional international law, graduated from Harvard in 72.

01:34:35.000 Bruce Fine served as associate deputy attorney general.

01:34:39.000 General from 81 to 82 as the General Counsel to the Federal Communications Commission under President Ronald Reagan.

01:34:44.000 Fine was also a top Justice Department official under the Reagan administration.

01:34:48.000 Fine has written numerous articles for the Washington Times, Slate, the New York Times.

01:34:52.000 He's also worked for the American Enterprise Institute, Heritage Foundation, Analyst, Commentator, American Empire Before the Fall, published by Campaign for Liberty, June of last year, other books, Constitutional Peril, The Life and Death Struggle of Our Constitutional Republic.

01:35:06.000 Ron Paul, Constitution and Democracy.

01:35:09.000 Ron Paul is among the most notable, consistent proponents of Mr. Fine's political commentary.

01:35:18.000 He is quoted on the cover of Constitutional Peril saying, Bruce Fine is one of the most important legal minds of our time.

01:35:24.000 Constitutional Peril is a must-read for American lovers of liberty.

01:35:27.000 So when he talks, we need to listen.

01:35:29.000 And of course, Politico and countless other publications have gone with his report.

01:35:34.000 GOP lawyer drafts Obama impeachment, and he's been circulating it in the halls of Congress this week.

01:35:41.000 I hope he's got his life insurance up.

01:35:42.000 He has a lot of courage.

01:35:44.000 Certainly there's a lot of reasons to impeach him, but a lot of Republican leadership is involved in the treacherous constitutional malfeasance as well.

01:35:53.000 That's why they went after Clinton for a sexual escapade, because that was limited to just that event. 1.00

01:35:57.000 They don't want to get into missile secrets to the Chinese or things like that, 'cause Republicans were involved as well, but Bruce is really going after him on this, and we'll talk about the reasons he's moving for impeachment as a top legal mind, and then I've got a few other questions about other areas that I see that are impeachable, but Mr. Fine, thank and then I've got a few other questions about other areas that I see that are impeachable, but Mr. Fine, thank Well, you've got the floor.

01:36:19.000 Tell us about your impeachment move, what it breaks down, where folks can read the text of it, and where we go from here.

01:36:25.000 Well, they can read the text of it.

01:36:27.000 It's printed now on Politico website and some other websites, but that's the easiest way to find it.

01:36:33.000 It's got over 8,000 hits already in just about a day.

01:36:37.000 But let me go back to the founding.

01:36:41.000 What we're going to do to honor the Republic.

01:36:43.000 I'm speaking a little bit like James Otis and Sam Adams at the 1765 Stamp Act protest, that Americans were not going to reduce themselves to vassalage to King George III, that we the people are sovereign and that we're going to chart our own destiny.

01:36:58.000 We're not going to have one individual or group of individuals tell us what's good for us, what's in the national interest, and flout the rule of law.

01:37:04.000 And that's basically the precipice we're standing on today.

01:37:08.000 It's not 1765 and the Stamp Act.

01:37:11.000 It is Barack Obama stating that he can utilize our military offensively anytime he believes in his viewpoint it advances the national interest.

01:37:21.000 Whatever he thinks that is.

01:37:22.000 In Libya he says it's a humanitarian interest.

01:37:25.000 All I can say is if that level of oppression justifies war unilaterally, we got about 80 countries standing right behind Libya. 0.95

01:37:32.000 Start thinking about Zimbabwe, China, Chechnya, Burma, you name it.

01:37:39.000 We'll be at war forever.

01:37:40.000 And we'll be spending ourselves into further bankruptcy, which we can't afford.

01:37:44.000 It'll mean secrecy.

01:37:45.000 It'll mean suspending habeas corpus.

01:37:47.000 We'll be put in detentions without trial.

01:37:50.000 Military commissions instead of civilian commissions.

01:37:52.000 We'll have the greatest amount of invasion of privacy in the history of the United States.

01:37:59.000 The Transportation Security Administration.

01:38:01.000 They'll be looking up every single crevice we've got.

01:38:04.000 At the President's decree.

01:38:06.000 Anyway, the fundamental rule of law is at stake here.

01:38:09.000 And the reason is, the Founding Fathers were as explicit as they were in any other provision of the Constitution in writing in the Declaration of War Clause, which is assigned exclusively to Congress, over and over again.

01:38:21.000 At the Constitutional Convention, the ratification debate, the Federalist Papers explaining the Constitution, only Congress can authorize offensive use of warfare.

01:38:29.000 Because the entire history of mankind, the entire history of Europe, ...known to the founding fathers with a history of executives running off and undertaking needless wars to aggrandize themselves... Julius Caesar!

01:38:41.000 ...politically.

01:38:41.000 Julius Caesar passing the Rubicon and marching on Rome.

01:38:44.000 That is exactly right.

01:38:46.000 So we have as great a clarity in the meaning of the war clause as we do in freedom of speech, in the requirement that Congress tax and Congress spend.

01:38:54.000 The President can't do that unilaterally.

01:38:56.000 And yet, despite that clarity, the President has gone on and said, not only Libya, Any other place that I think is of the national interest, I will use war.

01:39:05.000 Moreover, it was quite alarming yesterday, his office of legal counsel in the Department of Justice issued a paper that purported to justify constitutionally what he had done.

01:39:16.000 And the paper says that the president has power to go to war offensively, unilaterally, to quote Support the United Nations Security Council's credibility and effectiveness.

01:39:27.000 Right?

01:39:28.000 Not the Constitution of the United Nations Security Council.

01:39:31.000 Now, the Supreme Court has held for over 50 years a treaty.

01:39:34.000 A treaty cannot supersede constitutional requirements and stipulations.

01:39:39.000 Like, only war can be authorized by Congress.

01:39:42.000 So it doesn't matter what the UN Security Council says.

01:39:45.000 The President can't do anything with regard to war, or regard to taxes, or regard to spending, unless Congress has authorized it.

01:39:52.000 So we basically have, looming on the horizon, an emperor.

01:39:57.000 Exactly as you said.

01:39:58.000 Unlimited power to whatever freedoms and liberties we enjoy.

01:40:02.000 They are the sufferance of the present.

01:40:03.000 He can revoke them at any time he wishes.

01:40:06.000 He can go to the U.N.

01:40:07.000 Security Council and get a resolution that says we have to suppress free speech in all countries of the world because it's dangerous to incumbents.

01:40:14.000 Anything like that.

01:40:15.000 Of course, these hypotheticals seem a little bit strange now because our political culture wouldn't tolerate that.

01:40:21.000 The President, nevertheless, will lie around like a loaded weapon.

01:40:25.000 It's not going to go away in one day or two weeks or whatever.

01:40:28.000 Maybe Obama won't like be so brazen in utilizing the absolute power this way, but what about his successor?

01:40:34.000 What about our own Caligula, rather than the Roman Caligula?

01:40:37.000 They're going to come at them.

01:40:38.000 But they're already, sir, you're absolutely on target here as a top constitutional law scholar.

01:40:44.000 They know what they're doing.

01:40:45.000 But I saw that yesterday at WhiteHouse.gov reading that paper where they say the credibility of the U.N., not the Constitution, not the law, not the war powers, the U.N.

01:40:57.000 But that's double-sided.

01:40:59.000 This then is a direct assault on the power of Congress and hence the power of the American people and our system of checks and balances.

01:41:08.000 So making the U.N.

01:41:10.000 credible, that then, if this precedent is allowed to be set, Uh, through, you know, this new international model, uh, of, uh, governance, uh, then practice, uh, they believe, you know, via the international common law will bring it in, setting the precedent that now the Congress is basically ceremonial.

01:41:30.000 That's right.

01:41:30.000 It's an adornment, if you will.

01:41:31.000 It's an adornment.

01:41:32.000 It's ornamentation on the wall, but otherwise, President doesn't think he can get it through Congress?

01:41:37.000 Okay, just go to the U.N.

01:41:38.000 Security Council trade office veto, where he bargains with China and Russia and all these other great countries.

01:41:44.000 That means China and Russia and others have more authority than our Congress.

01:41:48.000 And remember this, even in regards to Libya, Obama consulted more with the Arab League than he did with our U.S.

01:41:54.000 Congress.

01:41:55.000 Now, has the Arab League ever paid a single tax to the United States?

01:41:59.000 Ever done anything for it?

01:42:00.000 And he consults with the Arab League.

01:42:02.000 That shows you how zany and dangerous this is.

01:42:05.000 It's the end of constitutional government, as a matter of principle.

01:42:09.000 Unbelievable.

01:42:10.000 Bruce Fine, I should ask you, is there a website that's the best place to read your writings and find out about your books?

01:42:18.000 Well, the Campaign for Liberty has a lot of them on there, but it's probably the easiest because I'm in the middle of building a new website now.

01:42:26.000 If you just Googled Bruce Fine, F-E-I-N, you'd get thousands of things, and that's a pretty good collection.

01:42:32.000 Alright, you've laid out the clear-cut, 100% case.

01:42:35.000 They know under international administrative law they're just practicing this.

01:42:40.000 Possession is nine-tenths of the law.

01:42:42.000 They are trampling the Republic.

01:42:44.000 I said this Three weeks ago, this is Julius Caesar crossing the Rubicon.

01:42:49.000 I use the exact same analogy because that's what's happening.

01:42:53.000 We see the French under UN pouring into the Ivory Coast, backing rebels, slaughtering innocents with machetes.

01:42:59.000 I mean, clearly, the global empire is setting the precedent where they finance rebels who rebel, then this global empire invades, its vassals supply Hessian mercs as Obama has supplied us.

01:43:13.000 What response are you getting in Congress as you walk the halls?

01:43:17.000 Because Republicans might try to impeach him over health care or something, but a lot of these Republicans, they like war.

01:43:24.000 The military-industrial complex loves to fill their coffers.

01:43:30.000 Well, I think there's a concern, and I would say it's more visceral than cerebral, about what the President has done.

01:43:37.000 And you're right, but there are a fair number of freshmen who haven't quite got intellectually corrupted by those who have been in town so long that they see power in Congress, or the executive branch, always good, because they can become lobbyists afterward and make huge sums, helping clients navigate their way through big government.

01:43:58.000 But there's certainly a receptivity.

01:43:59.000 There's a recognition.

01:44:01.000 Yeah, it's wrong, but really, what should we do about it?

01:44:05.000 And it's not all that different from Watergate, where I was around.

01:44:08.000 That is, it took a while for the public's support and opposition to the idea that if the President does it, it's automatically legal to push Congress to have Watergate hearings, and ultimately the impeachment hearings, leading to Nixon's resignation.

01:44:23.000 And that's what's going to happen in this case.

01:44:25.000 The members get it, but unless The populace writes in, emails, says we've got to get rid of these guys.

01:44:31.000 We need to have impeachment hearings. 0.83

01:44:33.000 Make them come up and explain on television before the entire public.

01:44:38.000 Yeah, we can go to war to support the credibility of the UN Security Council, but not the United Nations, not United States Constitution.

01:44:46.000 Make them do that, but that's only going to come if the population of voters get aroused.

01:44:52.000 We cannot expect honor to be prevailing in the Congress, you know, principled adherence to the Constitution.

01:44:58.000 Fear.

01:44:59.000 Fear is what will move them in.

01:45:01.000 Fear of not getting elected and being criticized by their voters.

01:45:04.000 That's what will get them to move on.

01:45:06.000 Mr. Fine Constitutional Lawyer circulating articles of impeachment in the US Congress, hopefully getting some traction on this because this is the gauntlet being thrown down.

01:45:17.000 Do you agree with me or with your legal gravitas?

01:45:21.000 Correct me if I'm wrong, but Article 1, Section 9, dealing with the president swearing foreign oaths, serving foreign powers, foreign groups, clearly that is a big impeachable offense.

01:45:35.000 If not, then he could go be, you know, Vice President or Premier, Prime Minister of Russia, or Bangladesh for that matter, and they were shaking with pleasure when Obama became the head of the Security Council on that one month rotation, never before had been done.

01:45:54.000 Is that not an impeachable offense as well?

01:45:57.000 Well, it comes close, because what you're pointing out is the worry that the Founding Fathers had about divide and loyalty.

01:46:04.000 You know, they had seen that problem chronic in European countries, where people would be bribed and be serving two masters at the same time.

01:46:15.000 And that's what that prohibition was about.

01:46:17.000 You've got to be loyal only to the United States.

01:46:20.000 You know, they had Benedict Arnold.

01:46:22.000 You know, they had their traitors, and they had great loyalists like Nathan Hale as well.

01:46:27.000 And it is very problematic that any time anyone who's serving in the United States government, especially the President, has any official tie to any institution that is somehow unanchored to the United States Constitution.

01:46:41.000 And what you've pointed out is there's only one oath that the President takes.

01:46:46.000 It's to support and defend the Constitution of the United States.

01:46:49.000 Period.

01:46:50.000 He has no loyalty to anything else.

01:46:52.000 And they know what they're doing.

01:46:53.000 I mean, that was a test, a trial balloon.

01:46:55.000 Now he has violated his oath brazenly.

01:46:58.000 And I think you're right.

01:46:59.000 This is the issue to go after him on because it's so naked.

01:47:02.000 or anything else, that is a very, very, very serious problem.

01:47:06.000 And they know what they're doing.

01:47:08.000 I mean, that was a test, a trial balloon.

01:47:10.000 Now he has violated his oath brazenly.

01:47:14.000 And I think you're right.

01:47:16.000 This is the issue to go after him on because it's so naked.

01:47:20.000 Can you just briefly, when you get five, ten minutes with a congressman spending days down there trying to educate them, or when you go to lunch with a group of congressmen and women, if you're talking to a congressman right now, and some of them do listen to this show, we've had him on as guests and they've told us, if congressmen are listening right now we've had him on as guests and they've told us, if congressmen are listening right now or if state legislatures are listening, they can put pressure, If you had two minutes to address Congress right now, what would you say?

01:47:50.000 I would say your war power is every bit as much enshrined in the text of the Constitution exclusively as your power to tax and your power to spend.

01:48:00.000 If you forfeit this power, you mean surrender it to the President, let him go to war at will, you're basically setting a precedent that will enable him to steal equally.

01:48:09.000 Your power to tax and your power to spend.

01:48:11.000 Moreover, the war power is perhaps the most dangerous because it inescapably concentrates all power in the executive. 0.65

01:48:18.000 Because of the natural patriotism of the people, the secrecy, the taxes, you'll bankrupt the entire country.

01:48:24.000 And that is what the Founding Fathers worried more about than anything else.

01:48:28.000 Indeed they did.

01:48:30.000 The most important The provision in the entire Constitution for enshrining a republic was the requirement that only Congress could change us from a state of peace to a state of war.

01:48:42.000 You could not have freedom in a state of constant warfare.

01:48:46.000 And this is no time for summer soldiers and sunshine patriots.

01:48:50.000 In the United States, the law is king.

01:48:52.000 The king is not law.

01:48:54.000 And if we ever forget that, the republic will have surrendered to an empire, and we will all be reduced to vassals.

01:49:00.000 Absolutely.

01:49:01.000 Very well said.

01:49:02.000 Total Veritas.

01:49:03.000 And why not just make George Washington a king?

01:49:06.000 It was offered to him.

01:49:07.000 Why not just have a king?

01:49:09.000 I mean, why don't we now have, you know, King George the 25th right now?

01:49:14.000 You know, he is his great, great, great, great, great, great, you know, progeny.

01:49:17.000 Why not?

01:49:19.000 we're going to have this and you've got this coterie of bureaucrats and internationalists and UN people now running the presidency.

01:49:25.000 If this goes through, it is certainly the major signpost that our republic has fallen to the new world order.

01:49:33.000 That is absolutely correct.

01:49:35.000 And it's part of it.

01:49:36.000 You know, maybe you could have some platonic guardian, some great enlightened leader, Yohamurabi, who will do great good, but there was one precept upon which this republic was founded.

01:49:46.000 There's a dignity and thrill that comes from charting your own destiny.

01:49:49.000 We may make errors, but we struggle with it ourselves.

01:49:52.000 We are reduced to dwarfs if we are giving responsibility for our own lives and destiny to somebody else.

01:49:58.000 It's a collective endeavor, but we would rather be free and mature and accountable for our own conduct than being some kind of serf to some all-knowing, omniscient wise man.

01:50:09.000 No, we don't want that.

01:50:11.000 We don't want to be a slave.

01:50:12.000 We don't want to be a master either.

01:50:14.000 Well, it's simple.

01:50:14.000 That's really the philosophy that is lost from this country.

01:50:18.000 You know, we need, we want and must decide for ourselves.

01:50:21.000 You don't tell us, Mr. Obama, what's good for the nation.

01:50:24.000 We are the nation.

01:50:25.000 We will decide through our Congress whether we want to go to war.

01:50:28.000 You don't tell us.

01:50:29.000 Okay, I think I'm in love right now.

01:50:31.000 I got to have you back on a routine basis.

01:50:35.000 Because this guy is just, when you talk to somebody who's done the same research you have, times ten, it is just so wonderful.

01:50:41.000 Because folks, the truth will set us free.

01:50:44.000 When we are put in the position of slaves, we begin to take on the manner of slaves.

01:50:50.000 We need the responsibility of running our republic. 0.89

01:50:53.000 Not a bunch of crooks at the UN.

01:50:54.000 Stay there, sir. 0.94

01:50:55.000 Let's come back and talk about how we get this impeachment against this tyrant.

01:50:59.000 Hi, this is Alex Jones.

01:51:00.000 Did you know that the global elite are now storing non-hybrid seeds in secret storage vaults near the Arctic Circle?

01:51:06.000 Did you know that in a real meltdown, non-hybrid seeds can become more valuable than silver or gold?

01:51:11.000 It's true.

01:51:11.000 Seeds have outperformed even gold and silver before in this country, and it's possible that could even happen again.

01:51:16.000 So our friends at Solutions from Science have put together the perfect mix of non-hybrid seeds. 0.84

01:54:23.000 For a safe and secure society!

01:54:35.000 So this is how liberty dies.

01:54:44.000 With thunderous applause.

01:54:47.000 There you go, from Revenge of the Sith, playing on Julius Caesar.

01:54:51.000 Bruce Fine, continuing, I mean, this is the gauntlet, this is crossing the Rubicon, this is full UN domination of the executive.

01:55:00.000 This is treason, is it not?

01:55:03.000 Well, treason is defined in the Constitution as consisting of levying war against the United States, so it's not strictly the crime of treason, but treason is to the Constitutional philosophy, and that's good enough to make it an impeachable offense.

01:55:16.000 Well, isn't he, aren't they levying war against the Constitution and the due authority of Congress and the Republic itself?

01:55:23.000 If the Republic is not these laws and these codes and these canons, I mean, this is war.

01:55:31.000 Well, it's certainly war in the figurative sense.

01:55:34.000 Maybe I'm being a little bit fastidious about the Constitutional language.

01:55:38.000 It means levying war against the United States of America.

01:55:41.000 I agree with you.

01:55:42.000 It's war.

01:55:42.000 It's an attack on the United States Constitution.

01:55:45.000 It's an impeachable offense because the Founding Fathers initially had limited those crimes to treason and bribery, and then they said, no, we need to prohibit Efforts to subvert the Constitution.

01:55:57.000 Subvert the Constitution.

01:55:58.000 That's exactly what this is.

01:56:00.000 It fits like a glove the definition of a high crime and misdemeanor that needs to be impeachable and removing the incumbent from off.

01:56:08.000 Well, the good news is, monitoring Libertarian and Conservative radio, a lot of them, most of them are balking at this war, and I don't hear the military calling in going, rah, rah, war, war.

01:56:18.000 The American people are certainly upset, and it's up to them to put the pressure on Congress, the real government, that levies war.

01:56:27.000 What can we do to ensure that this impeachment rolls forward?

01:56:30.000 And do you think you're going to see a movement now?

01:56:32.000 It might help if Congressman Ron Paul comes back out on the floor and basically reads a statement that you've written or that he's written.

01:56:39.000 We need to go ahead and throw the gauntlet right back down at him.

01:56:42.000 Well, that is correct, and so that would mean all your listeners, email or write in, tell them that you've seen the impeachment article I've drafted, that they need to support that, that you are totally opposed to any idea that a president unilaterally can take us to war to defend the credibility of the United Nations Security Council, that you're interested in charting your own trajectory, and this is a step short of Caesar and in their own.

01:57:08.000 And it's intolerable and that they're going to lose their vote unless there's some action taken on this score.

01:57:14.000 And it's that kind of writing, that kind of communication, it can even mean going to a state legislative body and urging the state legislator to do that, or resolutions in schools or in the Rotary Club, any kind of organization.

01:57:30.000 Uh, any kind of vocal demonstration that this is simply not acceptable to the American people.

01:57:36.000 They do not want to be an empire.

01:57:38.000 They want the military used to defend American interests here at home.

01:57:44.000 And that has got to be communicated and Congress will operate accordingly.

01:57:49.000 And I will be up there every single day trying through the educational process and really They basically are committing perjury if they took an oath to support the Constitution and having it stolen right out from under their eyes do nothing.

01:58:04.000 Well, what was their oath when they attained office in the U.S.

01:58:07.000 Congress?

01:58:07.000 To support one document only.

01:58:09.000 The Constitution.

01:58:10.000 And the war power being its most important. 0.76

01:58:13.000 They don't have the discretion to just shut their eyes.

01:58:15.000 Uh, and I think that it is, but it's gonna take time.

01:58:18.000 You know, we can't expect these kinds of, uh, swelling of congressional sentiment and the public to occur overnight.

01:58:25.000 Uh, we know we've got distractions elsewhere, and we've become accustomed too much to believing in empire.

01:58:30.000 I mean, Clinton was doing the same thing in Bosnia, Herzegovina.

01:58:33.000 Stay there, sir.

01:58:34.000 Whatever.

01:58:35.000 Back in one minute.

01:58:35.000 Let's continue along that important line.

01:59:48.000 Waging war on corruption.

01:59:54.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:59:57.000 Big Brother.

02:00:05.000 Mainstream media.

02:00:06.000 Government cover-ups.

02:00:08.000 You want answers?

02:00:10.000 Well, so does he.

02:00:11.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

02:00:15.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

02:00:20.000 Constitutional lawyer, the man Ron Paul said, Bruce Fine is one of the most important legal minds in our time.

02:00:26.000 Constitutional peril is a must read for American lovers of liberty.

02:00:30.000 He's up there working hard all this week on Capitol Hill, bringing forward the evidence of impeachable offense, high crime misdemeanor, violating the War Clause of Congress, something that the founders were completely obsessed with.

02:00:45.000 Because look at third world countries. 1.00

02:00:47.000 Look what we see in Latin America and Asia.

02:00:49.000 It's always the military or some junta out of their legislature taking over.

02:00:56.000 I mean this is what Eisenhower warned about in his farewell address in 1961.

02:00:59.000 It's happening.

02:01:02.000 Not with a bang, with a whimper.

02:01:04.000 And we're not going to beat this overnight.

02:01:06.000 But we need to put out the challenge now, put out the facts, build the movement against it, because now this power grab has happened, and they're going to accelerate it.

02:01:13.000 You better believe it.

02:01:14.000 What are some other areas that you see that Obama's engaged in that are impeachable, sir? 0.58

02:01:19.000 Well, the two greatest ones are asserting authority to place Americans on assassination lists and just kill them because he says they're an imminent threat to the United States.

02:01:29.000 There's no due process, there's no judicial warrant, no finding of probable cause for having committed a crime.

02:01:34.000 Just sticking them on assassination lists?

02:01:36.000 I mean, Nixon had his enemies list, but they weren't set out for killing.

02:01:39.000 You know, maybe he had an IRS audit or something like that.

02:01:42.000 These are the things that tyrants do.

02:01:44.000 An assassination list?

02:01:46.000 Even the concept is abhorrent.

02:01:48.000 to any nation that cherishes due process of law.

02:01:51.000 We have ways in which we punish, capture, punish people consistent with the law. 0.93

02:01:55.000 They can get death sentences like Timothy McVeigh, but we just don't stick them on a fascination list and kill them.

02:02:00.000 The second thing he's done there is he's basically suspended the right of trial in Guantanamo Bay for American sentences.

02:02:08.000 He can identify you or me as an enemy combatant.

02:02:11.000 That is, in some way, we're affiliated with al-Qaeda or those involved in 9-11.

02:02:15.000 We're affiliated, and then we don't get a trial.

02:02:18.000 We don't get accused of anything.

02:02:19.000 We just get to sit and rot in detention for life because we're supposed to stay there until the end of the war against international terrorism.

02:02:27.000 And now...

02:02:28.000 Now we're hearing Petraeus, said to be the new CIA director, saying, don't do things, even if it's free speech, that hurt the war effort.

02:02:35.000 And I hear conservative hosts saying, yeah, maybe we should arrest Koran burners. 1.00

02:02:39.000 No, folks, if we don't have the right to do that, we have no right.

02:02:41.000 We have no free speech.

02:02:43.000 And in closing, Looking at this, with the TSA and the hands down the pants, all the things they're doing, is there any doubt in your mind, Mr. Fine, that the system across the board is trying to break our will and set the precedent that all ten of the first amendments to the Bill of Rights are dead?

02:03:01.000 Yes, it's trying to set the precedent that the whole purpose of government is, in its government's view, to make us risk-free.

02:03:09.000 And since we all have a capability of being evil, then we all get to be detained, searched, hounded, and everything else, because hey, maybe we can do something evil since we're not saints.

02:03:18.000 It's trying to reduce the country to a de facto police state, where the presumption is you could do something bad, we have to stop you, rather than the presumption being liberty.

02:03:29.000 The founding fathers insisted the default position, if there's any equivocation in the evidence and experience, is liberty.

02:03:36.000 Freedom.

02:03:36.000 The default is not government power.

02:03:38.000 And that's where we've turned the entire Republican enterprise on its head.

02:03:43.000 We've only got a minute left.

02:03:44.000 I wanted to bring up the other point that when they passed the Patriot Act in October of 2001, they said it was only for foreign terrorists.

02:03:51.000 But I read Section 802 and others.

02:03:53.000 It basically said anything that endangers human life that's a violation of federal or state law.

02:03:58.000 And looking at that, now I see the headlines where per state, prosecutors are using the Patriot Act at the state level in quote, thousands of cases a year, including marijuana, marital violence.

02:04:09.000 I mean, there's no doubt this is being used against us.

02:04:12.000 That's the way it's being used again and again.

02:04:14.000 This is at a time when even the Attorney General is saying, you know, even if we had the Patriot Act, we still would have had 9-11.

02:04:20.000 So it's just power for the sake of power.

02:04:23.000 There's no attempt to try to demonstrate any connection between these new government authorities and actual ability to stop crime.

02:04:31.000 And that's what's so dangerous because it's the presumption, if it's conceivable in a thousand years, that this It's guilty until proven innocent.

02:04:49.000 It's Napoleonic law.

02:04:50.000 Bruce Fine, I look forward to speaking to you again in the future.

02:04:53.000 God bless you with the impeachment.

02:04:54.000 Let me say bye to you during the break.

02:04:56.000 Amazing info.

02:04:56.000 Get behind this impeachment, folks.

02:04:59.000 A very wealthy U.S.

02:05:00.000 citizen is predicting that in 2011, we will witness the most important day in America in more than 50 years.

02:05:07.000 He says it will change everything about our lives.

02:05:09.000 The way you shop, travel, invest, educate your children, and even how you take care of your health and your own family.

02:05:15.000 Now this man has made some outrageous predictions over the years.

02:05:18.000 The crazy part is, he's usually right.

02:05:20.000 You see, he predicted the collapse of GM, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and America's biggest mall owner, General Growth Properties.

02:05:26.000 In fact, Barron's called his work a dire prophecy.

02:05:30.000 Recently, he created a video, which you can watch online for free, detailing his biggest and most important prediction yet.

02:05:35.000 And it's a real eye-opener.

02:05:37.000 I can't stress this enough.

02:05:38.000 You should at least watch this free video online today.

02:05:41.000 He explains everything you need to know, including simple steps you can take to protect yourself.

02:06:54.000 Hundreds of nations have fallen to tyranny in the last century alone.

02:07:03.000 This is our last chance to not relive history.

02:07:07.000 As we're finishing off this agenda, they'll be pulling the rug from underneath Americans at home.

02:07:11.000 We have tremendous influence on our President and Congress, and they really are calling the shots.

02:07:18.000 I think it's incumbent upon all of us Tim Geithner?

02:07:21.000 Bernanke?

02:07:21.000 They're arsonists!

02:07:22.000 They're asking for more matches!

02:07:23.000 The foal of the republic identifies the enemies of our nation.

02:07:26.000 The criminal offshore cartel, hell-bent on destroying sovereignty and on its ashes constructing world government.

02:07:33.000 Tim Geithner, Bernanke, they're arsonists.

02:07:35.000 They're asking for more matches.

02:07:37.000 And the Congress is saying, who do we make the checkout to?

02:07:39.000 Today seems like nobody does care.

02:07:42.000 And right now in Washington, D.C., we have seen a fall of the republic.

02:07:47.000 Get your copy of Fall of the Republic on DVD at InfoWars.com or watch it online right now in super high quality at PrisonPlanet.tv.

02:07:59.000 Genesis Communications Radio Network proudly presents the Alex Jones Show.

02:08:04.000 Because there's a war on for your mind.

02:08:06.000 It just went live up on Infowars.com.

02:08:22.000 We've been covering it all this week, but the articles of impeachment, the article of impeachment for High Crimes and Misdemeanors of Barry Sotero, the imposter, aka Barack Obama, are openly now putting out a new letter saying, yes, he launched the war without congressional approval, on record, because they had to expand the credibility of the U.N.

02:08:45.000 They don't even say it's about humanitarian as they carpet bomb Libya with depleted uranium weapons and bomb the rebels and don't even apologize and blow up a bunch of their tanks, the Al-Qaeda heroes that our media tells us they are. 0.82

02:08:58.000 Again, I'm an American because I don't like Al-Qaeda.

02:09:00.000 I'm sorry if you don't like it, fine.

02:09:02.000 I will not say Al-Qaeda is good.

02:09:04.000 I'm sorry.

02:09:05.000 I can't believe I have to get to the point in this country to say that, but yes, it is Al Qaeda running the operations there under U.S.

02:09:10.000 and British command.

02:09:12.000 And the article of impeachment is up there.

02:09:14.000 Imagine, the U.N.

02:09:15.000 gives the order, Congress isn't even consulted.

02:09:18.000 Top constitutional law scholar, Ron Paul calls him the top guy, Bruce Fine, circulating this on Congress, getting some serious traction.

02:09:26.000 It's up on InfoWars.com.

02:09:28.000 Bruce Fine, articles of impeachment for tyrant Obama.

02:09:34.000 So important to get that out to everyone you know and point out what's really happening here.

02:09:41.000 Now with us for the next 51 minutes and your phone calls is Bob Chapman of the internationalforecaster.com.

02:09:49.000 And before we get into the financial news, Bretton Woods 2 happening with that Hard creature, George Soros, and the propaganda I am hearing out of Bloomberg Financial, how the globalists are going to save us with a world government that's now official.

02:10:03.000 Your take on the precedent three weeks ago, when Obama said, I'm following the orders of the UN, Congress has no authority, I'm not even approaching them.

02:10:13.000 This is about building the credibility of the United Nations up.

02:10:17.000 This is Caesar crossing the Rubicon.

02:10:19.000 There's no doubt this is treason.

02:10:22.000 Absolutely.

02:10:24.000 No question whatsoever.

02:10:26.000 And it's being done deliberately to test the American public, to see what they're going to say about it.

02:10:33.000 And of course, this move for impeachment probably couldn't have come at a better time, although it would have been better if it came a lot earlier.

02:10:44.000 I heard the end of what Mr. Fine had to say, and yourself, and another mission.

02:10:51.000 And let's try to knock this guy out of the box, so to speak.

02:10:55.000 And as far as the United Nations operation is concerned, they've been pulling this for years, although previously they've gotten approval most of the time from Congress, especially early on.

02:11:12.000 But now they're just bypassing everything.

02:11:15.000 They're trying to meld us into a dictatorial government, which will be melded with others.

02:11:22.000 And, you know, when I speak about this, I can't help but think about the Germans withdrawing their troops from the NATO operation and voting in abstention in the UN Security Council when they were voting In regard to the no-fly zone.

02:11:48.000 And I think that has to be an extremely important event.

02:11:55.000 And that, of course, was coming at approximately the same time that Mrs. Merkel at the G20 meeting said, no, we don't want to vote for another trillion dollars.

02:12:07.000 Of course, they called it in euros.

02:12:09.000 And we've already got a trillion.

02:12:11.000 In fact, the trillion that These solvent members have said that they would commit to the bailout of these six countries that are in trouble.

02:12:22.000 We'd like to cut that by $300 billion.

02:12:25.000 This goes right in the face, both events, of what the internationalists want to do.

02:12:34.000 And have you discussed this on the program before, Alex?

02:12:39.000 What specifically?

02:12:40.000 You laid out a few issues there.

02:12:41.000 The fact that... Well, the last two, Germany's non-participation in this NATO operation and their abstention, plus the fact Mrs. Merkel Came up at the same time and said, no more money and we want to cut back what we've committed ourselves for.

02:13:00.000 Yeah, we talked about it last Friday some in that interview with you, Bob, and we have discussed it, but it does signify major cracks in the euro.

02:13:09.000 And now it's not just Bob Chapman saying that four or five years ago, predicting it would collapse.

02:13:13.000 Now all over the news, as I know you track as a newshound, they're saying the euro could collapse.

02:13:17.000 You predicted at least a year before the 2008 engineered financial terrorism implosion of October that the euro would go down starting with Greece, Ireland, Portugal, then Spain, then England.

02:13:34.000 And then you said after that, I'm not sure the order, it could be the U.S., then Germany last.

02:13:39.000 And that you predicted even that Germany would start bulking because it's the engine of Europe and basically bankrolling everything.

02:13:45.000 There's only so much the German workhorses can carry.

02:13:48.000 I mean, sure, they love to work and they're smart, but there's only so much they or the Japanese can carry in this whole globalist system, both very hard-working, smart groups of people. 1.00

02:13:58.000 So yes, we've talked about that, but now the chickens are coming home to roost, and that was the next issue.

02:14:03.000 This morning, I normally Tune into WAI 590.

02:14:06.000 I tune into TV while I'm sitting there printing news and reading stories and IMing the crew because I work from home in the morning.

02:14:15.000 Guest ideas and talking to them.

02:14:17.000 But I have Bloomberg on my XM in my house and in my car.

02:14:20.000 So I listened off and on in the house.

02:14:22.000 Then I got in the car and drove to work listening to it.

02:14:24.000 And the reason I listened off and on for two hours when I normally monitor at ten minutes Is there at Bretton Woods, and there's almost no other media coverage of this, as you know, other than American Free Press and Infowars.com, alternative media is covering it, that it convened last night, officially off today.

02:14:40.000 And Bloomberg Financial has solid coverage with their talk show host.

02:14:45.000 During the news breaks, they cover other issues.

02:14:47.000 But they're parading central bank heads through.

02:14:51.000 They're parading top economists through.

02:14:54.000 And hearing them, they're admitting, yes, we're basically in a depression.

02:14:57.000 Things are getting worse.

02:14:59.000 But we're going to save you with a new international banking order.

02:15:03.000 We're going to run everything when they're the people that engineered this.

02:15:07.000 But they all sounded tremulous and shaking and were stuttering.

02:15:10.000 I don't normally hear these people stuttering and bumbling.

02:15:14.000 And they were set up outside, and some of them were complaining it was cold. 0.97

02:15:18.000 But the point is, is they sounded like a bunch of slimeball rats listening to them.

02:15:24.000 But so Bretton Woods is going on, but you can really see him packaging.

02:15:29.000 Well, I think if they try to use the SDR, it's going to be a non-starter.

02:15:31.000 They tried it in the late 60s.

02:15:32.000 It was a disaster.

02:15:33.000 happening at Bretton Woods, and then let's expand into what you were just getting into with Germany balking militarily and financially.

02:15:41.000 Well, I think if they try to use the SDR, it's going to be a non-starter.

02:15:47.000 They tried it in the late 60s.

02:15:50.000 It was a disaster.

02:15:52.000 In fact, they tried for about four or five years to stick it down everybody's throat.

02:15:57.000 And what happened eventually, gold started going up strongly, and then they started selling gold into the market.

02:16:05.000 And they couldn't constrain it. .

02:16:08.000 They did while the gold was for sale, and all of a sudden it wasn't for sale anymore, and then gold took off.

02:16:14.000 It was a disaster for them.

02:16:16.000 But if they parade the SDR, it's not going to work for them.

02:16:21.000 If they go to five or ten major currencies, It could work, but they've got to be backed by gold.

02:16:29.000 And anything that they do, if it's not backed by gold in relation to an international currency or a group of currencies in an index that represent a world reserve currency, it's just not going to work.

02:16:47.000 And people are not going to accept it.

02:16:49.000 And who are the first ones who are not going to accept it?

02:16:52.000 China, Russia, Brazil.

02:16:55.000 Iran and as many countries that don't want that.

02:16:59.000 They've seen what's happened.

02:17:01.000 And you know, even though the United States and Europe and England are in a terrible mess financially and economically, many of the other countries in the world are not in that position.

02:17:13.000 I mean, just in our neighbors in Canada and Mexico, their economies are growing at about four to four and a half percent.

02:17:21.000 Unemployment's down.

02:17:23.000 The balance of trade is excellent.

02:17:26.000 The currencies are gaining against the dollar.

02:17:30.000 The Canadian dollar was $1.06 yesterday.

02:17:33.000 The Mexican peso has just gained four pennies on the dollar.

02:17:38.000 These are unheard of things.

02:17:40.000 So, if they're going to come up with a package that's going to work, it's got to be backed by gold, and it's got to be reasonable.

02:17:48.000 So it'll be interesting to see what they come up with.

02:17:50.000 I don't have any idea what they are going to come up with, because there's been no intelligence whatsoever as to what the plan is.

02:17:58.000 All I know is they're parading not only these dignitaries from other countries, it's a very big place, because I've been in there a couple of times before.

02:18:11.000 I used to go to camp up in that area where I was a kid, so that was one of the important places to be at any given time.

02:18:21.000 But we're going to have to see what they come up with, and then it'll be easier to make a decision on whether the thing could work or not.

02:18:34.000 All right, Bob, I've got a lot of questions for you when we come back from break.

02:18:37.000 Then we're going to take calls.

02:18:38.000 I want to get into gold and silver's meteoric rise that you, again, predicted months ago.

02:18:44.000 And you've also predicted they'll try to drive it down again.

02:18:47.000 What you see happening, will they be successful driving it down?

02:18:50.000 Or will it just continue on up?

02:18:53.000 The fact that reportedly Max Keiser says the COMEX almost defaulted last month.

02:18:58.000 A, do you agree with that analysis?

02:18:59.000 Do you think that could be coming up soon?

02:19:01.000 Or will they just try to block it with paper?

02:19:04.000 Or will they fail?

02:19:05.000 But also, I'm hearing suddenly on financial news, but also mainstream radio and TV, ads for investing in new international currency system.

02:19:17.000 And I'm getting buzz from this from wealthy people I know.

02:19:20.000 And so it appears that the establishment to try to back up some new global currency is trying to Get suckers into it as some new derivative model, because I've gone and researched some of these companies, and some of them are big, but they're not really even explaining what it is they're selling.

02:19:39.000 You know, is it just buying into a stock for a company that's manipulating currencies and playing currencies?

02:19:46.000 I mean, I'm just seeing a lot of hype pushing that.

02:19:48.000 I want to see if you've picked up anything on your radar screen on that front.

02:19:53.000 Bob Chapman of the internationalforecaster.com is our guest.

02:21:14.000 bonds in order to rebuild its own nation, and the U.S.

02:22:27.000 Hi, this is Ted Anderson.

02:22:28.000 Have you ever wondered why banks, stockbrokers, investment advisors won't talk about gold IRAs?

02:22:33.000 They've been available since 1986, yet the financial industry won't recognize the value of gold for your retirement.

02:22:39.000 Gold has outperformed paper investments, yet no word about IRAs.

02:22:42.000 If you would like to have gold for your retirement, call 800-686-2237.

02:22:45.000 Don't get left behind by rising inflation and low returns.

02:22:57.000 The largest part of gaining radiant health is detoxification.

02:23:01.000 You can drink ionized water, cleanse your intestines, eat a perfect diet, and even take lots of quality supplements and in many instances only make minimal progress.

02:23:09.000 What is the key to detoxifying your body of mercury, heavy metals, chemicals, and drugs?

02:23:13.000 It is glutathione.

02:23:15.000 Glutathione is the master antioxidant used to detoxify your entire body.

02:23:19.000 It stops free radicals, keeps cells young, and reduces inflammation.

02:23:23.000 One World Whey Protein Powder may be able to raise your glutathione production by 64% or more.

02:23:29.000 One World Whey is more effective than any other whey protein powder on the market because it is unheated and from grass-fed cows.

02:23:36.000 All other, quote, cold-processed whey protein powders have been heated and damaged by 15% or more.

02:23:42.000 One World Whey comes in three delicious flavors.

02:23:45.000 Call 888-988-3325.

02:23:45.000 That's 888-988-3325.

02:23:46.000 888-3325.

02:23:50.000 Or visit OneWorldWay.com.

02:23:53.000 That's OneWorldWheY.com.

02:23:56.000 By the way, they're going very, very quickly, and when they're gone, they're gone.

02:24:05.000 We're selling out the last remnants, we haven't sold them in over a week, of the potassium iodine that's vital to be in any medicine cabinet, especially with the government now saying that 25,000 times Safe levels of radiation will now be considered safe in the United States.

02:24:22.000 We covered that yesterday.

02:24:23.000 Those are available at Infowars.com, but they won't be there long.

02:24:29.000 Okay, Bob, getting into gold and silver, break down the technicals of what we've seen just happen with this record explosion in the price of silver and gold this week and what you expect the system to do.

02:24:40.000 I think gold's going to $16 to $16.50, and I made this prediction months ago.

02:24:49.000 And possibly before the end of the year, we could see $2,000 or more.

02:24:54.000 Secondly, silver is a very unique situation.

02:24:57.000 I noticed Max Keiser has said problems are going to arise at $48 an ounce.

02:25:03.000 Could very well be right.

02:25:05.000 I've been talking in terms of 55 to 60, not far away, same concept.

02:25:12.000 And I think that my look on it was, They'll want to test 50, the old high, those who are long.

02:25:22.000 And any attack that's going to come will come at 50.

02:25:28.000 But if 50 is broken, and I think it will be because of the dreadful situation that JPM and HSBC are in, I think they're going to default.

02:25:39.000 And that means to me that they'll probably stop training on the futures Exchange on Comics, as well as the LBMA in London.

02:25:50.000 That means gold and silver options will not be tradable.

02:25:56.000 The whole market will be upside down.

02:25:58.000 The derivatives will go haywire, and it's going to have a devastating effect on the exchange-traded funds, which are GLD and SLV, GLD being gold and SLV being silver.

02:26:11.000 It's my guess that they both have probably approximately 25% of one third in physical that they're holding.

02:26:20.000 And there's no way of knowing this.

02:26:21.000 You have to back into it.

02:26:23.000 and the rest of it's paper, which is what I just mentioned, options, futures, and derivatives.

02:26:29.000 Well, Bob, I remember two, three, four, five years ago, over and over again, you're saying for inflation, gold should be above $2,000.

02:26:36.000 And when gold was $600, people thought that was nuts.

02:26:39.000 When it was $800, $1,000, they thought it was nuts.

02:26:41.000 Now at $1,400 and rising, $2,000 doesn't sound so crazy.

02:26:48.000 And here's the other news.

02:26:50.000 U.S.

02:26:50.000 airlines attempt to raise fares for 10th time.

02:26:53.000 Food gas prices on the rise.

02:26:56.000 An average for a gallon of gas, just the cheap stuff, $3.76.

02:27:01.000 Talk of $150 to $200 a barrel of oil, not just from Lindsey Williams six months ago, but now all over the news.

02:27:07.000 Oil jumps another 2% in a day to above 112.5, Brent Crude well above 123.

02:27:18.000 I mean, this is clearly inflation.

02:27:20.000 The head of Walmart says inflation is going to be serious.

02:27:22.000 Your take on that?

02:27:23.000 And he also said it would be over 10 percent.

02:27:30.000 That was a missed assignment, I believe.

02:27:31.000 Yes.

02:27:33.000 What's going to happen here?

02:27:36.000 Let me go back two years and just say there's been a war going on between gold and the dollar and other currencies.

02:27:44.000 Each year, for the last 11 years, both gold and silver versus nine major currencies, each have appreciated over 20% a year on average.

02:27:58.000 So this is nothing new.

02:28:00.000 Secondly, over the last two years, The war between the dollar and the reserve currency and the price of gold and silver in particular was won by gold and silver, but particularly by gold.

02:28:16.000 And the world has decided, in part, that gold and silver are more important than the dollar and other currencies.

02:28:25.000 And so that's why gold and silver have been going up.

02:28:29.000 It's just lately that news has come about Not on this program, but mainstream, we'll call it, that we were going to see higher inflation, and now that's starting to get built into it.

02:28:44.000 And that's giving gold and silver a shove upward that wasn't there before.

02:28:49.000 And, of course, the President's Working Group on Financial Markets is in the market every day trying to knock them down.

02:28:57.000 And, you know, I start watching three or four in the morning And I get a good feel.

02:29:02.000 I used to be a tape reader when I was a broker.

02:29:04.000 And most people don't even know what that is anymore.

02:29:07.000 But anyway, there's a rhythm to the market and you watch it and you know what's going on.

02:29:13.000 You know who the buyers are.

02:29:15.000 And that's what's going on in that market.

02:29:18.000 They're trying desperately to hold it down.

02:29:22.000 And the reason they're doing that Is that gold and silver are the antithesis of paper currencies, particularly if you get ones.

02:29:31.000 And it's going to keep right on going.

02:29:32.000 They call the paper currencies and other derivatives bluff.

02:29:36.000 We're going to come back, Bob, briefly get into my question that we didn't get to yet.

02:29:40.000 All this hype, these investments in the new international currency.

02:29:44.000 And it just looks like a bunch of companies out there setting up some new derivatives.

02:29:49.000 We're on the march.

02:29:50.000 The empire's on the run.

02:29:53.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

02:29:59.000 This is Alex Jones with five good reasons you should consider buying a solar power generator.

02:30:03.000 Number one.

02:30:04.000 New climate legislation could easily double or triple your electric bill.

02:30:07.000 Number two.

02:30:08.000 Our new energy czar wants to control how much power your electric company allows you to have.

02:30:13.000 It's true.

02:30:14.000 Total government control of electricity in the name of smart grid technology is coming.

02:30:19.000 Number three.

02:30:20.000 In some areas of the country, the power grid is dangerously overloaded.

02:30:23.000 And now, new socialist legislation is only compounding the problem.

02:30:27.000 Number 4.

02:30:28.000 Dangerous weather is always a threat to local grids.

02:30:31.000 Every year, thousands of families lose their power from weather-related outages.

02:30:34.000 Number 5.

02:30:35.000 A solar power generator provides powerful backup, insurance, and peace of mind.

02:30:39.000 Folks, I really believe in the solar power generators offered by Solutions from Science, one of my oldest sponsors.

02:30:55.000 A very wealthy U.S.

02:31:06.000 He says it will change everything about our lives.

02:31:09.000 The way you shop, travel, invest, educate your children, and even how you take care of your health and your own family.

02:31:14.000 Now, this man has made some outrageous predictions over the years.

02:31:17.000 The crazy part is, he's usually right.

02:31:20.000 You see, he predicted the collapse of GM, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and America's biggest mall owner, General Growth Properties.

02:31:26.000 In fact, Barron's called his work a dire prophecy.

02:31:29.000 Recently, he created a video, which you can watch online for free, detailing his biggest and most important prediction yet.

02:31:35.000 And it's a real eye-opener.

02:31:37.000 I can't stress this enough.

02:31:38.000 You should at least watch this free video online today.

02:31:41.000 He explains everything you need to know, including simple steps you can take to protect yourself.

02:31:45.000 You can find the video at www.endofamerica3.com.

02:31:50.000 That's End of America, the number 3.com.

02:32:20.000 No time to think, just act automatically.

02:32:23.000 When the alert is broadcast, the alarm sounds, or the knock comes on your door, you'll need to be ready to act without thinking of what to do or what you need.

02:32:57.000 I would stand in line for this.

02:33:01.000 There's always room in life for this.

02:33:06.000 Oh, baby.

02:33:09.000 Oh, baby.

02:33:12.000 Then it fell apart.

02:33:14.000 It fell apart.

02:33:17.000 Oh, baby.

02:33:19.000 Oh, baby.

02:33:22.000 Then it fell apart.

02:33:25.000 Okay, Bob Chapman is our guest every Friday for the last two years.

02:33:29.000 He's been a guest for a decade routinely.

02:33:31.000 You notice his phone line, he doesn't live in the U.S., is a IP phone.

02:33:35.000 It's been breaking up a bit, I apologize.

02:33:36.000 We're gonna try to fix that soon, or we'll have to mail Bob a satellite phone.

02:33:41.000 I'm joking.

02:33:42.000 For him to be on the show, but his knowledge is invaluable.

02:33:45.000 So we can put up with it here, Bob, but you're killing us.

02:33:47.000 We love you, though.

02:33:48.000 We got a bunch of phone calls here.

02:33:50.000 Al, who disagrees, goes ahead of the line.

02:33:52.000 David, Jack, Another, Al, Sean, and others.

02:33:55.000 Toll-free number to join us, 800-259-9231.

02:34:00.000 I noticed in the last month a lot of different radio, TV ads, print ads about invest in the new global financial order.

02:34:10.000 Invest in the new global currency.

02:34:13.000 And I've gone to a few of the websites.

02:34:14.000 Some of the companies are big, some are small.

02:34:17.000 And then it's not even really clear what the investments are.

02:34:20.000 They say, just call them.

02:34:21.000 Have you noticed this big uptick?

02:34:22.000 And is this tie-in to George Soros and his Bretton Woods 2, hyping up that America's bad, that capitalism failed?

02:34:30.000 We need the very bankers that did this to us to now take over everything.

02:34:34.000 What's going on?

02:34:36.000 Well, all I've heard is that the ads exist and I don't know anybody that's caught them.

02:34:41.000 And, uh, so I don't actually know what they're up to.

02:34:45.000 And whether it has any connection to Soros and his meeting and, uh, this new currency that I like, that they'd like to put together.

02:34:53.000 I don't know.

02:34:54.000 I would have to look into it.

02:34:56.000 Yeah, I've got to do some more looking as well.

02:35:00.000 I want to go to the phone calls now, but before I do that, Bob, I've been asking the questions.

02:35:06.000 Are there any other points or issues that you think are important that people should be made aware of?

02:35:11.000 Well, I think the situation in Libya becomes clearer.

02:35:16.000 You've got the four aquifers under the country.

02:35:20.000 You've got a good source of oil.

02:35:22.000 You have a The Independent Central Bank just happens to have 143.8 tons of gold in it.

02:35:30.000 And you have, as you pointed out over and over, Al-Qaeda manning the guns for the rebels.

02:35:38.000 The rebel leader was living for the last 20 years in Virginia and works for the CIA.

02:35:45.000 And one of the things that I think is pertinent here that Paul Craig Roberts Talked about, which I didn't address, is the cutoff of oil with China.

02:36:03.000 And it is significant, and I wish I had thought of it, but I didn't.

02:36:08.000 And I think that is an important aspect, because as Paul Craig Roberts explains, that this is an important event, and he also brings in The fact that Russia is being surrounded by NATO.

02:36:28.000 And I think it's significant if we're going to have a third world war.

02:36:33.000 And also he brings out the fact that AFRICOM was put together by France as well as the United States and Mr. Gaddafi refused to join it.

02:36:48.000 So there's several reasons why The U.S.

02:36:54.000 and others want to get rid of Mr. Gaddafi.

02:36:58.000 But now we see the head general, U.S.

02:37:01.000 General, over the operation.

02:37:03.000 We all know that the U.S.

02:37:04.000 is really running the NATO operation, even though they claim NATO's in command, saying, yes, we'll probably have to invade.

02:37:09.000 And we see the U.N.

02:37:11.000 saying, well, we may invade, but that'll only be an advisory force.

02:37:15.000 Well, there have been U.S.

02:37:16.000 and British and Special Forces and CIA and MI6 in there before it happened.

02:37:21.000 I mean, it's all on record.

02:37:23.000 And more and more conservatives are finally waking up to the fact that al Qaeda's globalists run.

02:37:28.000 The fact that they admit it, Al-Qaeda is the core of the rebels.

02:37:31.000 The Wall Street Journal even admits that, but they spin it and say, well, maybe that's the good Al-Qaeda. 0.99

02:37:36.000 I mean, it's so in your face, it's so ridiculous, Bob. 0.95

02:37:43.000 It's obnoxious to a thinking person, because anybody can see through what they're doing, and that's part of that arrogance. 0.98

02:37:49.000 They don't care what we think anymore.

02:37:52.000 They're going for the whole bag of marbles, and they know they have to.

02:37:56.000 And they know what's going to happen if they lose.

02:37:58.000 They're going to end up in court, in jail, and some of them might get hung.

02:38:03.000 I mean, that's where this thing is headed.

02:38:05.000 They've got to go for broke.

02:38:07.000 There's no way back for them.

02:38:11.000 Well, I think that's, in the final equation, the big issue, is that the globalists are moving on every front.

02:38:16.000 The French have gone into the Ivory Coast to back the rebels slaughtering people.

02:38:20.000 The globalists are trying to overthrow countries all over the world by backing rebels.

02:38:23.000 I mean, the New World Order is now starting simultaneous wars all over the planet, not just the four they already had going, Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iraq, now Libya. 0.75

02:38:35.000 You've got troops in over a hundred countries, thousands of bases, and this is what the RAND Corporation three years ago wrote about.

02:38:43.000 Paul Watson then wrote a story about it that got a lot of attention, where they said, to get out of this global depression and get our new world order, we've got to have something a lot bigger than Iraq and Afghanistan.

02:38:51.000 We've got to have wars all over the place. 0.98

02:38:54.000 War is the health of the state, as they say, and that's what's happening right now.

02:38:58.000 Alan Ohio, you're on the air with Bob Chapman.

02:39:00.000 Go ahead.

02:39:02.000 Well, I've been listening to you guys talk about the Constitution, and I'm just as big a fan of the Constitution as anyone else.

02:39:09.000 We've got a problem, though.

02:39:11.000 People don't seem to understand.

02:39:13.000 Let me give you a Senate Report 93-549.

02:39:16.000 93-549.

02:39:19.000 This was done and submitted in November 1973.

02:39:24.000 I'm going to read you just a small section of it, okay?

02:39:28.000 Are you about to tell me that treaties supersede the Congress because they don't and the federal courts have ruled that?

02:39:34.000 No, no, no.

02:39:35.000 I'm not going to tell you that.

02:39:36.000 Okay, well go ahead ma'am. 0.98

02:39:37.000 What do you disagree with?

02:39:39.000 I disagree with the fact, when they gave the President of the United States in 1933 the war and emergency powers, they never took it back.

02:39:48.000 Yeah, but I know we're in an emergency, but that's still illegitimate.

02:39:52.000 That's a bit of legalese.

02:39:53.000 We're reclaiming the Republic.

02:39:55.000 Just like in 76, 1776, they said, we got red blood, we're not your slaves, we reclaim it.

02:40:01.000 So much of this is not just their legalese or Bill Clinton saying, depends on what the word is, is, is.

02:40:07.000 It is an imperium.

02:40:08.000 It is a dictatorship of the executive to have Obama doing this.

02:40:12.000 And if the Congress has the will to impeach him, they can do it.

02:40:15.000 Sorry, go ahead.

02:40:16.000 No, I don't disagree with you, Alex.

02:40:18.000 I do agree with you.

02:40:19.000 But Congress, I don't even think, would have to go that far.

02:40:23.000 They can start by taking away his War and Emergency Powers Act, which is what he uses to do all of this stuff, making himself addicted.

02:40:32.000 But he didn't say he was using that.

02:40:34.000 He said, for the credibility of the UN.

02:40:37.000 They're not even mincing words.

02:40:39.000 But have you noticed that all of these guys have kept us either in a war or a state of national emergency?

02:40:45.000 There have been no exceptions since 1932.

02:40:47.000 No, no.

02:40:49.000 One time I was watching C-SPAN Live a decade ago or so, and the Sergeant of Arms marches in with the messenger of the President.

02:40:57.000 I have a message!

02:40:58.000 And then they use some grain crisis or whatever it was at the time to re-declare the emergency for the year.

02:41:04.000 No comments and I agree with you and I think that's the way to go on it.

02:41:07.000 and now they've expanded it under the COG, FEMA system in the name of security.

02:41:13.000 What we're saying is that itself is unconstitutional and illegitimate.

02:41:17.000 And so if we begin to impeach Obama, our laws trump their confetti laws.

02:41:23.000 Bob Chapman, do you agree or do you have comments on this? - No comments and I agree with you and I think that's the way to go on it.

02:41:31.000 It gets right to the heart of the matter. - I mean, what about torture?

02:41:37.000 What about saying they're allowed to kill U.S. 0.73

02:41:39.000 citizens in assassinations?

02:41:40.000 The War Powers Act doesn't give them that power.

02:41:43.000 Even under wartime law, you're not allowed to assassinate citizens without trial.

02:41:46.000 But I understand, your name's Al, or did Al hand the phone to you from Ohio?

02:41:51.000 No, I'm Al.

02:41:53.000 We could add that to what you guys are talking about, solutions.

02:41:57.000 Get rid of his ability to do that, because he can do things without the permission of Congress.

02:42:03.000 But ma'am, so much of... I appreciate your call, and I see where you're coming from, and it's well taken, but look.

02:42:07.000 So much of life is simply saying, I'm not your slave.

02:42:10.000 I mean, did black slaves, 200 years ago, that ran away from their slave masters, was that lawful?

02:42:17.000 No, the law at the time said it was illegal.

02:42:19.000 Forget that law. 0.51

02:42:20.000 They're not slaves.

02:42:23.000 And this is written into our law that if somebody tries to pass a law that violates the Bill of Rights and Constitution, it's null and void.

02:42:30.000 What is that?

02:42:30.000 Marbury v. Madison and so many other rulings.

02:42:33.000 I mean, if a cop comes to my door and says, come out here and mow my lawn, I don't have to.

02:42:38.000 It's just common sense.

02:42:39.000 So yeah, Obama puts out a resolution.

02:42:42.000 Obama says, the UN says, I don't care what they say. 1.00

02:42:46.000 And again, it's that attitude of you're a fraud, you're a scam, you're a liar. 0.99

02:42:50.000 The Federal Reserve is illegitimate. 0.99

02:42:51.000 Just 10 years ago, five years ago, people said you could never beat the Federal Reserve.

02:42:55.000 No one even knows they're private.

02:42:56.000 Now in polls, over 80% know it's private, want to abolish it.

02:42:59.000 The bankers, Brzezinski gives speeches saying, we're in trouble.

02:43:03.000 The people now see us.

02:43:04.000 They're looking past our facades of politicians.

02:43:08.000 Look, so much of a war is morale and knowing you're on the right and the moral high ground.

02:43:13.000 We outnumber them 10,000 to one. 0.99

02:43:15.000 Let's kick their hind ends. 1.00

02:43:18.000 Bob comments. 1.00

02:43:20.000 Wow, you covered it very well.

02:43:23.000 Absolutely.

02:43:25.000 And bringing the word to the people is what's killing the enemy.

02:43:29.000 And you cited Brzezinski, which we talked about numerous times before.

02:43:34.000 They're in trouble.

02:43:36.000 They've got to go for everything.

02:43:37.000 There's no way out for them.

02:43:40.000 And we've got them on the run.

02:43:43.000 That's right.

02:43:43.000 And it's because of programs in talk radio and what's on the Internet.

02:43:48.000 We're reaching all over the world.

02:43:50.000 I mean, I know you've done this before, but three, four times a month, I'm on foreign radio stations.

02:43:56.000 They come to me, like they do to you, and say, would you be on and talk about such and such to so-and-so.

02:44:01.000 We're reaching all over the world is the point.

02:44:05.000 That's right, and we have history.

02:44:07.000 We have the Constitution, Bill of Rights, Declaration of Independence on our side.

02:44:11.000 And if the globalists try to start shutting the web down or talk radio, that's not going to work.

02:44:15.000 The genie's out of the bottle, and the globalists are fleeing forward.

02:44:19.000 They're desperate.

02:44:20.000 They're threatening and going in all directions because they're floundering.

02:44:24.000 They can't hold gold and silver down.

02:44:26.000 They're failing!

02:44:31.000 And that is the truth.

02:44:32.000 They are failing.

02:44:34.000 No matter how much they try, they can't keep it down anymore.

02:44:37.000 Let's go to David in Texas.

02:44:38.000 David, you're on the air.

02:44:40.000 Hello, Alex?

02:44:40.000 Yes, sir.

02:44:42.000 Yeah, great show, by the way.

02:44:44.000 I agree with everything you guys are talking about.

02:44:47.000 This is kind of off topic, but it's something I thought that you might want to be aware of.

02:44:51.000 No, it's open phones.

02:44:52.000 We're all over the map.

02:44:53.000 Go ahead.

02:44:54.000 Okay.

02:44:56.000 I follow YouTube and I go around looking for guerrilla media.

02:45:02.000 That's what I like to call it.

02:45:03.000 It's basically just people posting opinions and things.

02:45:07.000 I found something from a YouTube poster called Just Call Me Kit.

02:45:13.000 Anyway, she posted a link to fedbizops.gov where they're looking for armed professional security officer services.

02:45:23.000 If you want the solicitation number, I can give No, I've got the solicitation numbers for internment center workers here in the U.S.

02:45:32.000 It's in the Wall Street Journal.

02:45:33.000 It's in the Houston Chronicle.

02:45:35.000 So yes, I've seen that.

02:45:36.000 The government is arming every different agency they can.

02:45:39.000 They are trying to hire tattletale squads, professionals to be tattletales.

02:45:44.000 They're gearing up for a total criminal takeover because they know we're in a depression.

02:45:48.000 They engineered it that way.

02:45:50.000 To get total power.

02:45:51.000 I mean, how ridiculous is it, Bob, when they tell us that the recession's over when every indicator is inflation's kicking up and we're in a depression?

02:45:59.000 And employment really isn't improving.

02:46:02.000 They use that U3 and knock it down from 10% to 8.8 over a six-month period.

02:46:09.000 But they could only get U6 down, which is the combination of the first five, from 17.1 to 15.9.

02:46:14.000 from 17.1 to 15.9.

02:46:18.000 And therein lies the secret that the unemployment numbers are over 22%.

02:46:25.000 And there's no recovery when you have those kind of numbers.

02:46:28.000 And how many people are being forced, 10 million or so, to be working part time?

02:46:35.000 34.3 hours a week.

02:46:38.000 Bob, let me ask you this.

02:46:40.000 David, I appreciate your call.

02:46:41.000 Interesting point.

02:46:42.000 Send that to me.

02:46:43.000 I'm sorry, Bob.

02:46:44.000 Go ahead.

02:46:45.000 Yeah, and so there is a recovery.

02:46:48.000 Well, even if you believe the baloney that this is a jobless recovery, another Orwellian term, the war isn't a war, it's a kinetic action, ground troops aren't ground troops, they're there now telling us that the economy's wonderful while oil prices explode that affects every part of the economy.

02:47:06.000 What are these single moms with three kids going to do? 1.00

02:47:09.000 What are blue-collar workers going to do when gas is, in many areas of the country, $4 a gallon?

02:47:17.000 I guess they're not going to travel very much.

02:47:19.000 Well, it's going to kill every level of the economy.

02:47:23.000 It certainly is.

02:47:24.000 And that's going to be money that people can't spend on clothes, housing, education, medicine.

02:47:30.000 And I've seen financial experts on the news saying, well, if they spend the money one place, it's still as good as the other because that's profits for corporations.

02:47:37.000 Those are offshore corporations.

02:47:38.000 They use that in acquisition of big, big items, other companies.

02:47:41.000 They're not spending the money here.

02:47:45.000 That's the paradox, Bob.

02:47:46.000 There's so much money the central banks have been dumping out in the world, but they're freezing it, getting to the people, and putting giant interest rates on it for those that can get it.

02:47:56.000 Well, they call it sterilization.

02:47:58.000 And in U.S.

02:48:00.000 corporations in the United States, in cash, right now, the figure's about $2 trillion.

02:48:06.000 But there's another figure out there.

02:48:10.000 Transnational conglomerates.

02:48:12.000 Because they don't pay taxes in America for the money that they make outside of the country.

02:48:17.000 So that money is over in the Cayman Islands.

02:48:20.000 And that's two trillion more dollars that they want to bring back, paying very, very little tax upon it.

02:48:28.000 And so, you're right.

02:48:30.000 There's piles of money available, but they're not putting it to work in the economy.

02:48:35.000 And right-wing talk show host will love to scapegoat some limousine liberal or some welfare queen or some, you know, out-of-control communist union. 0.99

02:48:44.000 And sure, a lot of them are obnoxious.

02:48:45.000 Even if all those people were sent to the moon, It would have no effect on what the banksters have done, and these neocon talk show hosts will not talk about the elephant in the room.

02:48:56.000 They will not talk about the real issue that GE doesn't pay taxes, Google pays 2.4, I'm paying 40 plus percent, ladies and gentlemen.

02:49:03.000 Okay, the tax bracket's way above 35.

02:49:06.000 Get that straight.

02:49:07.000 And now, I'm sure you saw the article, Bob, about the 4.5 million dollar payment to somebody that ratted out their employer for making tax mistakes.

02:49:16.000 The IRS spies.

02:49:19.000 Yeah, that goes along with what you were talking about just a little while ago in relation to infiltrating businesses of all kinds and using people as spies.

02:49:31.000 It's the same concept.

02:49:32.000 Land of the Free, Home of the Brave has a hollow ring to it.

02:49:35.000 Jack in Illinois, you're on the air with Bob Chapman.

02:49:37.000 Hi, Alex.

02:49:39.000 I have a comment and a quick favor to ask you.

02:49:41.000 I'm just wondering if you and Bob are familiar with this 9-11 court case that's taking place this week?

02:49:48.000 Is that?

02:49:49.000 Involving the Pentagon.

02:49:51.000 Actually, Jesse Ventura had it on the conspiracy theory program with military officer April Gallup.

02:49:58.000 Yes, I've interviewed her before, and I am aware of that, and I'm getting a lot of phone calls about it.

02:50:04.000 So yes, we're aware of it, and I'm working on getting her back on the show.

02:50:07.000 I guess there's a media blackout on it, and I found a little bit on the internet about what's going on.

02:50:12.000 Yeah, we covered it.

02:50:13.000 We covered it yesterday, actually.

02:50:14.000 There's not a blackout here.

02:50:16.000 Okay, well I'm sorry I missed that.

02:50:18.000 Yeah, I just think we need to get the word out about that, and I guess Judge John Walker, who's W's cousin, is one of the three judges that's hearing the appeal.

02:50:30.000 Beautiful.

02:50:31.000 Isn't that something?

02:50:33.000 What was your other point?

02:50:34.000 I just had one other quick question.

02:50:35.000 I'm trying to arrange a speaking engagement with David Icke in the Chicago area when he comes back to the U.S.

02:50:41.000 in November, and I was wondering if maybe off-air, what you or one of your people could help me get contact information about his book?

02:50:49.000 Yeah, it's DavidIcke.com.

02:50:50.000 I appreciate your call.

02:50:51.000 That's the best way.

02:50:52.000 That's how we get him.

02:50:52.000 We email him.

02:50:53.000 All right, we're going to come back with Bob Chapman on the other side.

02:51:58.000 Hello friends, this is Alex Jones.

02:52:00.000 The earthquake, tsunami, and nuclear disaster that killed thousands of Japanese citizens is nothing compared to the devastation that could be caused by hyperinflation that will soon hit the United States and could lead to millions of Americans becoming homeless, all caused by the devalued U.S.

02:52:16.000 dollar.

02:52:16.000 While the mainstream media continues to ignore inflation, our friends at the National Inflation Association provide a free weekly newsletter that educates Americans to the facts and truth about the U.S. economy and inflation.

02:52:27.000 I urge you to sign up at the NIA's free newsletter at www.inflation.us to learn how you can not only survive but prosper during the upcoming hyperinflation crisis.

02:52:37.000 Silver has more than doubled since the NIA declared silver the best investment for the next decade on inflation.us.

02:52:43.000 The NIA's team of expert economists are happy to answer any economic questions you have about inflation, debt, currencies, real estate, precious metals, and commodities.

02:52:53.000 Visit inflation.us to learn the economic truth that the mainstream media ignores.

02:52:58.000 This message starts with a great offer from Big Berkey Water Filters, because we don't want you drinking dangerous water one minute longer.

02:53:05.000 Right now, purchase any filter system from bigberkeywaterfilters.com to get your choice of two Berkey sport bottles.

02:53:16.000 Why do this?

02:53:17.000 Because over 60% of municipal water is fluoridated, and at less than 2 cents per gallon, Berkey water filters purify both treated and untreated water, removing dangerous chlorine, fluoride, and other contaminants.

02:53:28.000 Big Berkey water filters are powerful enough to purify stagnant pond water, so they're perfect for rainwater collection systems and emergency preparedness.

02:53:36.000 Remember, Big Berkey includes free shipping on every order over $50, and GCN listeners get 5% off all ceramic filter systems.

02:53:43.000 Visit bigberkeywaterfilters.com or call 877-99-BERKEY.

02:53:50.000 That's BigBerkeyWaterFilters.com or call today, 1-877-99-BERKEY.

02:54:15.000 Look, I don't want to get back into Glenn Beck, but nobody's perfect.

02:54:24.000 But two weeks ago, he played edited tapes of me and then got into a whole bunch of really pornographic, weird stuff about sexual practices that I can't even say on the air.

02:54:35.000 um It was beyond bizarre.

02:54:39.000 I've started monitoring the show more.

02:54:40.000 He gibbers and makes Satanic jokes basically non-stop that I don't think his audience even hears.

02:54:47.000 The more I study him I think I might have to make a film about the guy just because last year at a press dinner he wore a cummerbund with his tuxedo.

02:54:55.000 We're going back to Bob here in a moment with a big skull and crossbones on it.

02:54:59.000 Skull and Bones.

02:55:01.000 And then it turns out on his show earlier this week, and Aaron confirmed it and found the video, this is going up on InfoWars.com the next 10 minutes, and PrisonPlanet.com, Glenn Beck wears Freemasonic patch on his show, and it's the skull and crossbones and the compass, and it says 1682, and it's just all part of him throwing things in people's face.

02:55:24.000 And I'm really sick of it.

02:55:26.000 And he's there to lead the Liberty Movement down a rat hole.

02:55:29.000 And they tried to discredit the movement with him.

02:55:33.000 It didn't work.

02:55:33.000 So now he's off Fox.

02:55:35.000 And now he's saying he wants Info Warrior activist.

02:55:39.000 He wants his listeners to be his activists on the street, trying to totally imitate what we've done, which would be great if he was a good guy.

02:55:45.000 The problem is he's shown himself to be a duplicitous person.

02:55:49.000 Now before we go back to Bob and we're going to do five minutes the next hour so we can get to Allen, Al, Shawn, George, Joe, I'll cram in as many as I can.

02:55:56.000 I'm not going to belabor this, but Ted is with his family today.

02:56:04.000 Actually, we had to go to a funeral, and so he can't be here to pop in with us, but they're running just through this weekend that it is over.

02:56:11.000 He's gone up on the Creature from Jekyll Island silver dollar deal, free silver dollar when you get the book, that he hasn't gone up on the $110 for three silver dollars, which at the price right now would be above $220.

02:56:25.000 Three silver dollars, three of my best-selling films, and free shipping for $110.

02:56:28.000 It's the Alex Jones special.

02:56:30.000 They got a bunch of other specials when you call.

02:56:32.000 Just say it's the radio special.

02:56:34.000 The prices will go up Monday.

02:56:36.000 He's extended it through the weekend.

02:56:37.000 800-686-2237.

02:56:37.000 Again, that's 1-800-686-237.

02:56:38.000 800-686-2237. 800-686-2237.

02:56:42.000 Again, that's 1-800-686-237.

02:56:45.000 Bob Chapman, three silver dollars on top of it.

02:56:52.000 These are pure silver dollars, folks.

02:56:54.000 The $9.99, the real deal.

02:56:56.000 Three of my films, $60 value and free shipping for $110.

02:56:59.000 That's about $70 off.

02:57:02.000 And that's even at Spot.

02:57:03.000 Is that not a good deal there, Bob Chapman?

02:57:07.000 It certainly is.

02:57:08.000 Absolutely.

02:57:11.000 And I think the people are very lucky that you do the things that you do.

02:57:17.000 I mean, you know, I hear other situations on radio and other advertising, and you really give them almost things for nothing.

02:57:28.000 Oh, well, Ted's always got great deals, but these deals he's been running are insane.

02:57:32.000 I mean, what's the market?

02:57:34.000 Silver coins on average?

02:57:35.000 Because there's some markup.

02:57:36.000 What, they're selling for about $42, $44 a piece right now?

02:57:39.000 So that's $126, $130.

02:57:44.000 And you're getting those for $110 with the shipping free and the three films.

02:57:49.000 It's totally insane.

02:57:50.000 The deal is so good.

02:57:51.000 800-686-237.

02:57:52.000 There'll be brokers there throughout the weekend.

02:57:57.000 This ends Sunday night at midnight.

02:57:59.000 800-686-237.

02:57:59.000 And we're going to come back, take a call or two, Bob, and then the transmission's over.

02:58:05.000 And Lord willing, you'll be back next week and with a better phone.

02:58:07.000 But it's gotten better here towards the end.

02:59:06.000 This film conclusively proves the existence of a secret network of FEMA camps, now being expanded nationwide.

03:00:20.000 Don't forget, up on InfoWars.com, we've got the articles of impeachment for the tyrant Obama.

03:00:28.000 Articles of impeachment for the tyrant Obama.

03:00:30.000 We need to get those out to everybody.

03:00:33.000 A few final phone calls here with Bob Chapman.

03:00:37.000 Let's talk to Al in Delaware.

03:00:39.000 You're on the air.

03:00:41.000 Hey Alex, how you doing?

03:00:42.000 It's good to talk to you again, my friend.

03:00:44.000 Thanks for everything you're doing.

03:00:45.000 You've taught me more than I ever wanted to know.

03:00:48.000 A couple of questions here.

03:00:49.000 You know, we talk about Obama and his religion and his birth certificate and everything like that.

03:00:54.000 Do you think that they started to hide his information about 20 years ago when they found out that he was actually not an American citizen?

03:01:04.000 And they started to set him up?

03:01:06.000 Because look, once you've got a criminal, how many times does the government take criminals and turn them into partners?

03:01:13.000 No, that's exactly... Obama is totally blackmailable and we know that's what's going on.

03:01:18.000 Bob Chapman.

03:01:20.000 Yeah, I agree with that and I do believe this has been in the works for a long time.

03:01:26.000 It goes back to the commentary about his being trained and being brought along and the comments by people who were in Soviet counterintelligence Um, prior to the breakup of the country, uh, speaking to that, and, uh, they were saying that the next president's gonna be black.

03:01:47.000 This is who it is.

03:01:49.000 And so, yes, I think this goes back a long way.

03:01:52.000 These people have lots of long-term planning.

03:01:55.000 I mean, look at what the situation we're in today.

03:01:57.000 Deliberately created.

03:01:59.000 Where did it start?

03:02:00.000 Bretton Woods.

03:02:01.000 What do you think Soros is at Bretton Woods?

03:02:05.000 It's gonna be a recapture.

03:02:08.000 Good points.

03:02:08.000 events.

03:02:10.000 These people are really into this stuff and also to throw it in your face as well.

03:02:15.000 Good points.

03:02:17.000 Anything else, Al?

03:02:18.000 Well, you know, I've always said since the beginning that Obama is a patsy of radical Islam. 0.98

03:02:25.000 He hates America. 0.98

03:02:27.000 He hates Britain.

03:02:28.000 This is understood.

03:02:29.000 The other question I had was about the gold and silver issues.

03:02:34.000 Is it true that these mines, that there are no more silver mines on the frickin' planet?

03:02:39.000 Well, they're running out.

03:02:40.000 Supplies are low.

03:02:41.000 It's harder to get it and it gets more expensive, Bob.

03:02:43.000 I think that's a capsulation.

03:02:47.000 The coming year, This year and next year, production will probably increase because of money that was invested previously.

03:02:57.000 But in both gold and silver, and in other metals as well, the low-lying fruit, so to speak, has been picked over pretty well.

03:03:06.000 It's not going to be easy to find new pure silver mines, and even today, And for some years, 70% of silver production has come as a byproduct of lead, zinc, and sometimes copper.

03:03:21.000 Yeah, and silver's in so many electronics, that's another big issue.

03:03:23.000 It truly is an industrial metal.

03:03:26.000 One last caller.

03:03:26.000 Sorry to the others.

03:03:27.000 You can get back with us Sunday, 4 to 6 p.m.

03:03:30.000 Sean in New York.

03:03:31.000 You're on the air.

03:03:32.000 Go ahead.

03:03:32.000 You be our tail gunner.

03:03:34.000 Hi Alex, thanks for having me on the show.

03:03:37.000 You know, I appreciated hearing all the stuff about constitutional rights and things of that nature.

03:03:43.000 I've actually been involved with family court, CPS, and family law for about 11 years.

03:03:50.000 And a lot of what you're talking about, they're ignoring the Constitution, they're ignoring rights.

03:03:55.000 I see that all the time in family court, and it just seems that they really don't even care what you think or what evidence you have, they just Basically say, well, what are you going to do about it?

03:04:06.000 Family courts aren't constitutional courts.

03:04:07.000 They were set up in the 1910 or so, a little earlier than that in England, as eugenics courts for sterilization courts.

03:04:14.000 They're not real courts, and they need to be abolished.

03:04:17.000 Bob Chapman, final comments on that?

03:04:21.000 I agree with you.

03:04:23.000 But it's just like everything else, as the gentleman's saying.

03:04:26.000 They don't care what we think.

03:04:28.000 We're going to take and change things by shoving it right down their throat.

03:04:32.000 It's the only way.

03:04:34.000 We gotta keep after them and keep after them until this thing comes unglued.

03:04:39.000 And getting rid of the President would be a big step in that direction.

03:04:43.000 Yeah, let's impeach him.

03:04:44.000 It's up there on InfoWars.com and PrisonPlanet.com.

03:04:47.000 The crafted article of impeachment over his treason with the UN taking us to war as a tyrant.

03:04:52.000 Bob, God bless you.

03:04:53.000 We'll see you back live next week.

03:04:55.000 We got that constitutional lawyer coming up in retransmission on the impeachment.

03:04:58.000 Stay with us.
