01:10:21.000 Whenever any form of government becomes abusive of those ends, it is our right and our duty to throw it off.

01:10:27.000 And the mechanism that was put in place in our Constitution for doing that is the Tenth Amendment.

01:10:33.000 As the Bill of Rights itself makes very clear, to prevent misconstruction, they put in those additional articles.

01:10:40.000 The preamble to the Bill of Rights itself makes very clear what it's for.

01:10:43.000 And you're a constitutional lawyer yourself, you graduated with high honors from Yale, but anybody can read the 9th and 10th Amendment.

01:10:50.000 I mean, all powers not expressly delegated to the federal government are reserved to the states or the people.

01:10:56.000 And the 9th goes on and expands and says, look, You know, not just the rights that are enumerated here.

01:11:02.000 There's a lot more than just this.

01:11:04.000 And it says, it shall not be construed as a guide to interpretation.

01:11:09.000 You shall not construe the Constitution to mean that only the rights listed here belong to the people, and yet the courts have done just that.

01:11:16.000 And so that's why we can't go begging to the federal courts for permission to exercise our rights, or please recognize our rights.

01:11:23.000 I mean, there's no listing in the Bill of Rights of a right to have children, or the right to raise your children, Or the right to marry.

01:11:28.000 But you still have the right to do that.

01:11:30.000 So our rights don't come from the government.

01:11:32.000 It's a bill of shall nots. 0.57

01:11:34.000 And by the way, they've already gotten rid of property rights.

01:11:36.000 Folks, when you pay these property taxes, you don't really own your land.

01:13:34.000 And the answer is, when it comes to the rights of your states, don't recognize and don't buy into their rhetoric.

01:24:10.000 They order him as the Commander-in-Chief, the head general, to go do their orders.
