00:01:52.000 a year, number of honeybee deaths.

00:02:00.000 Just like shark attacks seem to be below ten a year in North America, only two or three deaths a year worldwide from sharks.

00:09:11.000 And that's why you see all the old farmhouses have the storm shelter.

00:09:20.000 Al Gore and others are running around saying, see, this is caused by climate change.

00:09:29.000 There's always tsunamis and earthquakes and meteors and tornadoes and typhoons.

00:09:58.000 But they know the public doesn't have a lot of common sense background or knowledge, at least some of the public, so they hype this every time it happens.

00:10:07.000 And they also say, tornadoes are increasing in frequency.

00:10:10.000 Well, until just 60-so years ago, they couldn't even pick them up on radar.

00:10:16.000 And in the last few decades, they've developed Doppler systems that are very specific and can even pick up a group of blackbirds flying around above your house.

00:10:24.000 You know, flocks of geese show up on these things.

00:10:27.000 So now they know when little tornadoes touch down or little tornadoes form.

00:10:32.000 So obviously there's more tornadoes statistically because they now understand what's going on.

03:00:19.000 Alright, this is now a breakdown crisis of the dollar system, of the entire world economy is another way of saying it.

03:00:28.000 The problem that you have is derivatives.

03:00:30.000 A mass of kited, bankrupt derivatives in the main money center banks of the world.

03:00:36.000 But this is concentrated in London and in Wall Street in particular.

03:00:41.000 We're estimating that the amount of derivatives in the world, especially over-the-counter, collateralized debt obligations, credit default swaps, is in excess of 1.5 quadrillion dollars.

03:00:52.000 Now, recently have come to light the statistics about the turnover, in other words, the buying and selling of these derivatives, which has now reached 4 quadrillion dollars per year.

03:01:04.000 So, 4,000 trillion dollars of buying and selling derivatives.

03:01:09.000 This mass of kited derivatives represents a black hole. 1.00

03:01:12.000 In other words, there's not enough liquidity in the world, there never could be, enough money to satisfy the demands of four quadrillion of trading derivatives.

03:01:25.000 All of this stuff, QE1, QE2, QE3, we've had a trillion dollars from the Treasury, 3.3 trillion from the Fed, a credit line of 24 trillion.

03:01:37.000 None of this is enough, but what it does do is pushes the system towards hyperinflation.

03:01:44.000 And that seems to be where we're headed right now.

03:01:47.000 However, there's now the other thing on the horizon.

03:01:50.000 Which is the default.

03:01:52.000 And this is now political.

03:01:53.000 This is a political cabal that wants to institute, in effect, the bankruptcy or default of the United States.

03:02:01.000 Let's look and see what would happen if the United States defaults.

03:02:05.000 The secret is that the economic life of this planet depends to a large degree on the government of the United States and on national governments around the world.

03:02:14.000 But that it works through a system of private central banks, privately owned central banks like the Fed, and zombie banks, bankrupt institutions, hedge fund hyenas, and so on.

03:02:27.000 If you have a default by the U.S.

03:02:29.000 Treasury, which has never occurred in world history, that will truly be the end of the world from a number of points of view for this system.

03:02:36.000 It will mean, for example, that treasury bills, treasury bonds, treasury notes, will all go down in price.

03:02:42.000 The existing ones go down in price, and the interest rates will go up.

03:02:47.000 And that will mean that every central bank in the world, every one of these private central banks, will find that its reserves held in treasury bills, treasury bonds, will be devalued.

03:02:59.000 So every central bank will be in big trouble.

03:03:02.000 Some of them will default.

03:03:04.000 We have to think about the possibility of panic runs.

03:03:07.000 Panic runs on the Bank of England, panic runs on the Federal Reserve, panic runs on the Bank for International Settlements and the International Monetary Fund.

03:03:16.000 Panic run can be any bank, right?

03:03:18.000 If you have, for example, members of the IMF or the BIS, they put in money, they get shares, they get voting rights.

03:03:25.000 Suppose those entities are going bankrupt and they turn around and say, no, we want our money now, give us our cash because we're facing absolute bankruptcy.

03:03:34.000 The other thing that it will do is simply to collapse credit markets all around the world.

03:03:39.000 In other words, if you do this, though, you better have an alternative system, because what you're going to wake up to is not the singing tomorrows of a free market paradise.

03:03:49.000 You're going to wake up to mass chaos and the threat of depopulation.

03:03:53.000 In other words, hundreds of millions of deaths, possible maybe even more.

03:03:58.000 The only alternative to that is if you say, look, Zombie banks don't provide credit.

03:04:04.000 Look at JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, Citibank.

03:04:07.000 They absorb resources, but they don't provide credit for business.

03:04:12.000 If the private sector zombie banks are incapable, and the private central banks are also incapable, what's the other alternative?

03:04:20.000 The free market won't do it, because the free market... Thirty seconds.

03:04:22.000 The zombie banks.

03:04:23.000 The only alternative is National banking.

03:04:26.000 In other words, nationalize the Federal Reserve and say, we're going to maintain the regional banking system of the United States with 0% federal credit.

03:04:36.000 However, not for banks, not for credit cards, but for production.

03:04:40.000 And that'll restart the economy.
