Alex Jones Show - 20110531_Tue_Alex

00:00:01.000 Big Brother.

00:00:06.000 Mainstream media.

00:00:08.000 Government cover-ups.

00:00:10.000 You want answers?

00:00:12.000 Well, so does he.

00:00:13.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:00:17.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:00:26.000 Well, strap yourselves in, ladies and gentlemen, because I had a few days off and I am recharged, locked and loaded, ready to go, so start your engines.

00:00:35.000 We're going to be live here for at least the next three hours today.

00:00:38.000 We're also going to look at the amazing aftermath of our storming of the Capitol last Wednesday and all the great Texans.

00:00:46.000 And now we have the state of Utah.

00:00:50.000 Following suit saying they will not give in to the federal threats of a blockade.

00:00:56.000 So that is happening.

00:00:58.000 We've now been an example to others in Utah and other states are saying they're going to be standing up to the system and no to the new federal security goon force groping small women and children and violating the Fourth Amendment in a big, big way.

00:01:14.000 Also to give us his take on this and a lot more like the bill.

00:01:20.000 That they tried to get Obama to sign that gives the president unlimited power to wage war anywhere, anytime they feel like it, unconnected to Congress.

00:01:32.000 Obama said, no, I'm not signing it because it doesn't give me enough power.

00:01:37.000 And the thing basically gave him total power.

00:01:40.000 Uh, and it's completely unconstitutional and historically completely insane.

00:01:45.000 And the ACLU came out and said, oh look, Obama promises to veto this bill.

00:01:50.000 And Paul Watson wrote a big article on that, breaking it down.

00:01:53.000 Remember Obama, three months ago when they started the Libya attack, said, we'll only be there a couple days.

00:02:02.000 And he went on and promised Congress that.

00:02:06.000 Now here we are almost three months later and they had the UN authorization of force.

00:02:10.000 Obama said, that's all I need.

00:02:12.000 I don't need Congress's approval.

00:02:14.000 And then when Congress complained a month into it, he put another letter out saying, This is about the credibility of the UN.

00:02:20.000 That's a quote.

00:02:21.000 The credibility.

00:02:22.000 It's saying, this is the authority.

00:02:22.000 And it is.

00:02:25.000 This is where I get my authority, not the American people. 0.96

00:02:27.000 Another control freak government activity, giving an idea of what Agenda 21 under UN serfdom means.

00:02:34.000 San Diego newspaper, Herald Tribune, reporting here.

00:02:38.000 Fireworks show needs new environmental review.

00:02:42.000 Court ruling could have sweeping impact.

00:02:44.000 And another one here.

00:02:45.000 Church lands a $4,000 fine for excessive tree pruning.

00:02:50.000 You're not even allowed in Charlotte, North Carolina, to trim your tree under the new environmental tyranny.

00:02:55.000 But, if you want to build nuclear reactors that blow up and send out now, conservatively, ten times we're seeing reports of Chernobyl, And it's building up in the U.S., blowing across the Pacific.

00:03:08.000 You just raise the level of what you say is safe, and everything's fine.

00:03:11.000 Or you want to put genetically modified crops out, now with the BT toxin that grows naturally in these crops so that bugs won't eat it, or if they do, they die.

00:03:23.000 Now being found reportedly by the AP.

00:03:27.000 Mike Adams covered this last week when he sat in on a Friday, did a great job.

00:03:30.000 Being found in the blood of pregnant women.

00:03:34.000 It's on.

00:03:35.000 But let me tell you, you want to shoot some fireworks off?

00:03:38.000 Uh-uh.

00:03:39.000 It's all about regulating and taxing any type of combustion, any type of carbon dioxide behavior, because that's connected to all of the life systems on the planet and the carbon cycle itself.

00:03:50.000 So you control that one corner, you control the entire global markets.

00:03:54.000 And then, of course, don't trim your tree.

00:03:56.000 First, it's don't build a barn without permission, or don't drill a well unless we say so, or don't have rainwater collection, or don't sell pumpkins on the side of the road, or apples, or peaches, or pears, or cranberries, or milk, heaven forbid, or even worse, cheese.

00:04:12.000 Now you're going to get SWAT teamed, I guess, to try to have a fireworks display.

00:04:16.000 So that is coming up as well today on the Feudal Surf Front.

00:04:21.000 Now, we've got some good news.

00:04:23.000 On the TSA groping.

00:04:25.000 We may not have to just count on the great patriots in Utah and Montana and Wyoming and 20 plus other states.

00:04:32.000 No, it's over 25 now.

00:04:33.000 Moving to block what's already illegal, the TSA fondling of the genitals and the Fourth Amendment violating.

00:04:39.000 The Texas state legislature is going to have a special session, but Rick Perry has shown his true colors again.

00:04:47.000 We need to twist his arm right now because in the special session there's no mention of bringing back the legislation that they had 30 of the 31 votes they need to enforce the law against the TSA.

00:05:01.000 A very wealthy US citizen is predicting that in 2011 we will witness the most important day in America in more than 50 years.

00:05:09.000 He says it will change everything about our lives.

00:05:11.000 The way you shop, travel, invest, educate your children, and even how you take care of your health and your own family.

00:05:17.000 Now, this man has made some outrageous predictions over the years.

00:05:20.000 The crazy part is, he's usually right.

00:05:22.000 You see, he predicted the collapse of GM, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and America's biggest mall owner, General Growth Properties.

00:05:28.000 In fact, Barron's called his work a dire prophecy.

00:05:32.000 Recently, he created a video, which you can watch online for free, detailing his biggest and most important prediction yet.

00:05:37.000 And it's a real eye-opener.

00:05:39.000 I can't stress this enough.

00:05:40.000 You should at least watch this free video online today.

00:05:43.000 He explains everything you need to know, including simple steps you can take to protect yourself.

00:05:47.000 You can find the video at www.EndOfAmerica3.com.

00:05:52.000 That's End of America, the number 3.com.

00:05:54.000 Watch the free video at www.EndOfAmerica3.com.

00:05:58.000 That's EndOfAmerica3.com.

00:06:57.000 You've heard Alex explain how the silver lungs generator infuses the respiratory system with your self-produced colloidal silver solutions, yet many are unaware of the entire function of the silver lungs system and how it has been designed to deliver your silver solutions anywhere in yet many are unaware of the entire function of the silver lungs system and Thank you.

00:08:01.000 He's the T-Rex of political talk.

00:08:04.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:08:07.000 It is the 31st day of May, 2011. 11.

00:08:32.000 We're going to be live here for at least the next three hours.

00:08:35.000 Constitutional law expert Bruce Fine will be joining us to talk about the Congress attempting to hand Obama absolute dictatorial power to wage war worldwide and domestically, including the assassination of U.S.

00:08:52.000 citizens.

00:08:53.000 No judge, no jury, no trial.

00:08:55.000 Absolute Hitlerian or Stalinistic, Maoistic-type powers.

00:09:02.000 Now Obama has promised to veto that bill and he vetoes it saying it doesn't give him enough power.

00:09:11.000 Meanwhile the left, the control left hails it as, oh look Obama's saying he didn't want this power.

00:09:15.000 No, Obama says he wants even more power in the letter.

00:09:18.000 Paul Watson wrote about this in his article last Friday.

00:09:22.000 Obama's pledged to Veto Worldwide War Bill Rings Hollow.

00:09:30.000 The ACLU came out and said, oh, how incredible.

00:09:33.000 Obama says he doesn't want these dictatorial powers.

00:09:36.000 The letter actually says, I don't need you, Congress.

00:09:39.000 I have the UN, as he said months ago.

00:09:43.000 When Rand Paul sent him a letter along with other senators saying, where is your power to be in Libya without getting congressional authorization?

00:09:51.000 He said, I have the UN.

00:09:54.000 And I did it under U.N.

00:09:55.000 authority for the credibility of the U.N.

00:09:57.000 saying they're the boss, not the elected representatives of the American people.

00:10:03.000 And it's U.N.

00:10:03.000 regulations that run Agenda 21, and the environmental assessments that have to be done now to trim your tree, or have a fireworks display, or the size of your toilet, or your light bulbs, or these smoking bans.

00:10:16.000 These are all beta tests for United Nations control worldwide, and has absolutely nothing, nothing to do with the environment.

00:10:25.000 So, that is all coming up with the constitutional lawyer, Bruce.

00:10:31.000 Fine.

00:10:32.000 Towards the end of the third hour today.

00:10:34.000 And again, that headline, Obama's promise to veto a worldwide war bill rings hollow by Paul Joseph Watson is absolutely central and links through to the president's actual letter.

00:10:48.000 Now, coming up here in about 20 minutes from now, Adam Kokesh, former congressional candidate, RT host currently, Ron Paul, big Ron Paul supporter, Marine Corps veteran who's spoken out against the war.

00:11:07.000 He's going to be joining us because they had a protest at the Jefferson Memorial, Thomas Jefferson, Mr. Free Speech, Tree of Liberty, whole nine yards, and they simply tried to quietly dance and they were arrested.

00:11:24.000 Now, I've been in D.C.

00:11:28.000 And we have footage of this, and I've got a lot of them we've put out on YouTube years ago.

00:11:31.000 I've been in D.C.

00:11:32.000 repeatedly.

00:11:33.000 If you try to set up a camera in the middle of the park, 200 yards from anybody, from anybody, and videotape the Washington Memorial, the big obelisk, security guards run over and threaten to arrest you.

00:11:46.000 You explain it's your free speech right.

00:11:49.000 Then cops show up, and you explain to them, and they say, yeah, you're right.

00:11:52.000 And then they leave.

00:11:55.000 And then more cops come and they finally just say, leave or we're gonna arrest you.

00:11:59.000 Now, we've been to the Jefferson Memorial.

00:12:01.000 We've been to the Lincoln Memorial.

00:12:02.000 And we walk in with cameras.

00:12:05.000 And they just walk over and say, you're not allowed to do that.

00:12:07.000 Well, I was with C-Think.

00:12:09.000 A production company, one of the times I was in D.C.

00:12:12.000 was a few days after Bilderberg, 2008.

00:12:14.000 We said, why not go with this film crew who wanted us to, you know, a few miles into D.C.

00:12:17.000 We were in Chantilly, Virginia, and get some B-roll and stuff for upcoming films.

00:12:23.000 You see a lot of it in Obama, Deception, Fall of the Republic.

00:12:27.000 And we would be out front the White House.

00:12:31.000 And White House cops, not even Secret Service, but federal cops on bicycles would pull up and say, you can't videotape the White House.

00:12:39.000 And I'd say, well, you're letting that old lady right there videotape. 1.00

00:12:43.000 I'll get to her next.

00:12:44.000 And I'd say, what's your enforcement right?

00:12:47.000 Look, I'm going to arrest you if you don't leave.

00:12:51.000 And it was the same thing trying to go to the monuments.

00:12:53.000 You walk in, try to videotape them.

00:12:56.000 They're there to let you know you're a slave.

00:12:58.000 I even, at the Supreme Court, had them come across the street.

00:13:03.000 I'm on a sidewalk across the street videotaping my supposed Supreme Court that our tax money paid for.

00:13:09.000 It's my ancestor's tax money paid for.

00:13:11.000 And they say you can't videotape.

00:13:13.000 And I tried playing good cop.

00:13:15.000 I went ahead and kissed the guy's rumpus.

00:13:18.000 And he said, I guess you can for 10 minutes, but then you gotta go.

00:13:21.000 I mean, it was incredible.

00:13:26.000 And this is land of the free, home of the brave.

00:13:28.000 This is what we've turned into.

00:13:31.000 This is what we've become.

00:13:33.000 And I remember Free Republic, big mainline conservative message board website, it's huge.

00:13:41.000 Back in the last year of Clinton's administration, Clinton would have events in different cities, and he had the first free speech zones.

00:13:48.000 They would say, you're not allowed to be part of the spontaneous crowd cheering him outside a hotel or government building.

00:13:53.000 You've got to go down the street in a barricade.

00:13:55.000 And Free Republic got real upset about it, and rightfully so.

00:13:59.000 I saw an article by them this morning with the Dancing protesters at the Jefferson Memorial and they said, hey, it's the rules, get used to it.

00:14:11.000 You deserve to be arrested.

00:14:13.000 Really?

00:14:14.000 So if you see a group as liberal, I don't know why they even call them liberal, more libertarian, they deserve to be arrested.

00:14:25.000 But then you don't deserve to be arrested.

00:14:29.000 Going back to the state of Texas on this issue, foreign news crew that was here, even local media, couldn't believe that I'd march into the Capitol, and that I would scream at lobbyists, and I would scream at politicians.

00:14:41.000 That's what that temple, and that's what it is, it's a temple, that's what the Masons call those facilities, that big goddess temple, that's what they're designed on, when you study the architecture, that big dome, female breast, is supposedly ...is supposedly a place where liberty and freedom is worshipped. 0.72

00:15:02.000 If you go to the deep Masonic teachings, but they don't even follow their own teachings.

00:15:06.000 Now the Founding Fathers, some of them Masons, actually did. 0.97

00:15:09.000 So all you supposed masons around the country who are headlong for the tyranny, well, shame on you.

00:15:15.000 But I have to say this about the temple over here in Austin.

00:15:18.000 When I went over to that Masonic Temple and marched in there and screamed at the money changers and the den of iniquity in their face, they did what they were supposed to do. 0.78

00:15:28.000 They honored my liberty.

00:15:31.000 They honored what it was all about, shocking people all over the country.

00:15:35.000 There's news articles all over Texas, all over the U.S., marveling that someone dare go into a Capitol with a hundred or so people, was more than that over the whole evening, and scream at folks who were violating us.

00:15:50.000 You have the elected representatives, 138 to zero, the entire House, no abstentions, voting for absolute law to be enforced that if a cop or a state police officer or a citizen or an FBI agent can't randomly stick their hands down your pants or grope you on the outside, voting for absolute law to be enforced that if a cop or a state police officer or a citizen or an FBI agent can't randomly stick their hands Always wanting more, more, more.

00:16:17.000 It's already on the books.

00:16:19.000 I've had state reps on to break that down.

00:16:21.000 I've had district attorneys on.

00:16:22.000 It's already illegal.

00:16:24.000 Misdemeanor on the outside.

00:16:25.000 Felony on the inside.

00:16:26.000 Texas says felony on the outside.

00:16:28.000 And if you went up and grabbed a woman on the crotch in a park, you'd get charged with felony and you should. 1.00

00:16:33.000 Well, how do they do it here?

00:16:36.000 One DA I had on said it's only a misdemeanor.

00:16:38.000 Regardless, enforce it!

00:16:40.000 We don't even need a new bill.

00:16:41.000 We need to have the state police be ordered by the state.

00:16:45.000 We need to enforce the law.

00:16:47.000 But regardless, pass a law, give the feds fair warning.

00:16:50.000 Some of the media said, well it's ineffectual, who cares if the state passes it, the feds will just ignore it.

00:16:54.000 No, the feds understood this was a state rights challenge.

00:16:58.000 And at a federal level, trying to also enforce the Fourth Amendment.

00:17:04.000 So the Feds said, we'll run a blockade, we'll run a no-fly zone, we'll shut your state down. 1.00

00:17:10.000 Now, that's the difference between a state That honors liberty and freedom.

00:17:16.000 Texas isn't perfect, but it's known as the state where there's straight talk and people are rugged individualists, and the House did the right thing, led the way in the nation of these other 20-plus states, looking at it.

00:17:31.000 They passed it in the House three times, unanimous, went to the Senate, had 30 of the 31 votes, way more votes than we needed.

00:17:39.000 And you know why they had to kill it?

00:17:41.000 Because it was veto-proof.

00:17:42.000 The governor wouldn't have been able to veto something with that many votes.

00:17:46.000 And Rick Perry needs to play like... Now he's anti-NAFTA Superhighway.

00:17:51.000 He was the champion.

00:17:52.000 He was the guy who tried to forcibly inoculate girls with a deadly Gardasil shot on record killing people. 0.55

00:17:57.000 He's the guy who got the state franchise tax paid that is an income tax on business owners.

00:18:04.000 That got the hospital district tax passed.

00:18:06.000 That is a property tax on businesses.

00:18:10.000 I mean, this guy is about as conservative as Bill Clinton.

00:18:15.000 I mean, he literally is an Al Gore with a Texas accent prancing around.

00:18:20.000 And now that he's getting ready to run for president, he has positioned himself as, let's secede, fight the New World Order.

00:18:27.000 Meanwhile, three years ago, it's in my film, Endgame.

00:18:30.000 Film ends with it.

00:18:31.000 Three and a half years ago, he goes to Bilderberg, 2008.

00:18:33.000 No, Bilderberg, 2007.

00:18:37.000 Or is it eight?

00:18:38.000 No, 2008.

00:18:39.000 No, 2007 in Greece.

00:18:43.000 So he's a globalist showing they were getting him ready for president then.

00:18:47.000 And so here's the difference.

00:18:52.000 Even 20 years ago, nobody got permits to demonstrate because you don't need a permit for something that's already a right.

00:18:57.000 A license or a permit is authorization to do something that's already illegal, so you've got to get permission.

00:19:05.000 And now look at us where you try to, and I saw them doing it to tourists too, any excuse for the security guards, the cops, the mall cops to get in your face, to treat you like a slave, to scream at you, to treat you like garbage, in the nation's supposed heart, in the cradle of our republic.

00:19:27.000 And it's the same thing in many other states.

00:19:29.000 But whether you agree with our views against the TSA groping, or disagree, or whether you agree with the folks in Madison, Wisconsin, or disagree, that, taking over the Capitol, that is what true freedom looks like, and that's the proper position of government and citizen.

00:19:47.000 When you have liberty, the government fears the people.

00:19:49.000 When you have tyranny, the people fear the government.

00:19:52.000 Now, we've got a good chance to resurrect this bill.

00:19:55.000 Get your pens and paper ready.

00:19:57.000 The House is going into special session.

00:19:59.000 Stay with us.

00:20:02.000 GCN listeners, why have you been hearing so much about Dermatol, the all-natural, all-purpose first aid spray?

00:20:07.000 Because it's the must-have first aid product you need in your preparedness kit.

00:20:11.000 Dermatol is made in America by Americans who know there's a more affordable, natural way to treat cuts, burns, bites, rashes, shingles, spoils, and many other skin problems.

00:24:02.000 Freedom! Freedom! Freedom! Freedom! Freedom! Freedom! Freedom!

00:24:20.000 Freedom! Freedom! Freedom! Freedom! Freedom! Freedom! Freedom! Freedom! Freedom! Freedom!

00:24:23.000 Because in every case in history, there are always criminals that get control of government and try to train you that they dominate you, and there's no doubt that's happening today! - Yay!

00:24:39.000 This place is infested with parasites! 1.00

00:24:43.000 This place is infested with offshore lobbyists! 0.98

00:24:48.000 Anyone in this Texas Senate that does not on record say they will vote to kick the feds out of here and force their blockade, call their hand, is an enemy of the republic!

00:25:07.000 Alright folks, we're invading a den of iniquity.

00:25:11.000 We're going to be putting more of the raw footage out at PrisonPlanet.tv and the YouTube channel in the next few days.

00:25:21.000 But this is a fight that not just the U.S.

00:25:24.000 faces, but worldwide.

00:25:25.000 The threat of staged and manufactured and provocateur terror, there's also terror that's real and generally protected, is being used as an excuse to destroy our liberties and our freedoms.

00:25:38.000 And the good news is Utah and others are saying they're going to call the bluff of the feds.

00:25:42.000 They're introducing legislation that's a carbon copy of the state of Texas.

00:25:46.000 So very exciting things are happening.

00:25:48.000 Now, the state concluded its session that they have every two years.

00:25:54.000 They had to go into emergency session.

00:25:56.000 The Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports after Senator Wendy Davis of Fort Worth had a filibuster.

00:26:07.000 Rick Perry did not want a special session because he doesn't want to announce he's running for president until the session's over, so that stalls him another month or so.

00:26:17.000 And they're now saying it could last as long as 30 days, but Perry, so far, has only brought two bills up in the Texas special session that he's called.

00:26:26.000 The school aid package and a Medicaid delivery package.

00:26:35.000 He's got a special session 30 days for those two pieces that were on the verge of being hammered out?

00:26:41.000 No, Perry!

00:26:43.000 I thought you said Perry.

00:26:45.000 See, caught right here.

00:26:46.000 He always does this.

00:26:47.000 He's a master politician.

00:26:48.000 He has his minion, came up with him under Karl Rove, David Dewhurst, Lieutenant Governor, who can kill things in the Senate.

00:26:55.000 One of the strongest positions the state government ever created is the Texas Lieutenant Governor.

00:27:03.000 Has more power than the Governor.

00:27:06.000 He controls the Senate, David Dewhurst, the head of the Senate.

00:27:09.000 That's the Lieutenant Governor here.

00:27:11.000 What did he tell Senator Dan Patrick and others?

00:27:16.000 He said, I don't want the public knowing I'm killing this.

00:27:18.000 I don't want my fingerprints on it.

00:27:20.000 And Rick Perry had said that it was a priority this bill be passed.

00:27:25.000 After the House unanimously passed it.

00:27:28.000 Then his minion, his best buddy, the guy he campaigns with, David Dewhurst, secretly kills it, and then Rick Perry, it says, was upset and frustrated by Davis' filler buster that was forcing the new special session, called lawmakers back to work immediately on two bills.

00:27:50.000 Among them, The groping bill, the TSA groping ban is not among them.

00:27:58.000 Think about the magnitude of that.

00:28:00.000 Perry is claiming he wants this bill passed, but he has his fellow Republican, fellow operative, another CIA guy, Dewhurst, kill the bill.

00:28:09.000 He doesn't want that, no.

00:28:12.000 They want to blame it all on the horrid state senator.

00:28:18.000 Kirk Watson, who on the Democratic side reportedly was also helping kill it.

00:28:22.000 But this all falls with Rick Perry and David Dewhurst.

00:28:25.000 And if Rick Perry does not announce this bill, and does not put it back into the special session, you know he supports it.

00:28:33.000 And that should be a national issue when he runs for president, that he secretly cited and got caught with the Obama Justice Department, who was in there working with Dewhurst, and now we know the governor, because the governor has not brought this up.

00:28:45.000 We need to lobby right now to call the governor's office and to absolutely blast him with phone calls.

00:29:01.000 Now, they have toll-free numbers if you want the citizen opinion line, and that goes directly into a black hole.

00:29:07.000 It's a recorded message.

00:29:07.000 800-252-9600, 800-252-9600.

00:29:08.000 800-252-9600.

00:29:14.000 I would call the main switchboard. .

00:29:21.000 The main switchboard is 512-463-2000.

00:29:22.000 512-463-2000.

00:29:22.000 512-463-2000, 512-463-2000, 512-463-2000.

00:29:28.000 But I would do more than that.

00:29:30.000 He's deciding what to put in a special session.

00:29:33.000 I think today or tomorrow, and I'm thinking about it right now, we need to go back down there and this time go to Governor Rick Perry's office in the Capitol.

00:29:40.000 Oh yes!

00:29:41.000 Oh yes!

00:29:42.000 Especially if Perry doesn't put it on the special session calendar now, we know who to blame!

00:29:48.000 We're gonna go back to his office and Dewhurst's office.

00:29:51.000 We're on the march.

00:29:52.000 The Empire's on the run.

00:29:55.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

00:30:01.000 This is Alex Jones with five good reasons you should consider buying a solar power generator.

00:30:05.000 Number one.

00:30:06.000 New climate legislation could easily double or triple your electric bill.

00:30:09.000 Number two.

00:30:10.000 Our new energy czar wants to control how much power your electric company allows you to have.

00:30:15.000 It's true.

00:30:16.000 Total government control of electricity in the name of smart grid technology is coming.

00:30:21.000 Number three.

00:30:22.000 In some areas of the country, the power grid is dangerously overloaded.

00:30:25.000 And now, new socialist legislation is only compounding the problem.

00:30:29.000 Number 4.

00:30:30.000 Dangerous weather is always a threat to local grids.

00:30:33.000 Every year, thousands of families lose their power from weather-related outages.

00:30:36.000 Number 5.

00:30:37.000 A solar power generator provides powerful backup, insurance, and peace of mind.

00:30:41.000 Folks, I really believe in the solar power generators offered by Solutions from Science, one of my oldest sponsors.

00:33:13.000 It's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:33:16.000 Okay, coming up, experts say cell phones are parthenogenics.

00:33:32.000 CNN has got a report coming out.

00:33:35.000 World Health Organization has now officially listed mobile phones used in the same carcinogenic hazard category as lead, engine exhaust, and chloroform.

00:33:44.000 We're going to be going over all of that today.

00:33:47.000 They knew this back in the 1980s with the studies that were done at that time.

00:33:53.000 Coming up, I'm also going to get into a host of other issues.

00:33:57.000 Big Sis pre-crime system to scan Americans for malintent.

00:34:02.000 Footage of Western troops confirms criminality of war on Libya.

00:34:05.000 We're going to be going over all of that today.

00:34:08.000 New Mexico Supreme Court lets cops grab guns during stops.

00:34:15.000 That's right, they can take your guns.

00:34:17.000 No criminality.

00:34:18.000 Legal guns.

00:34:20.000 These state supreme courts are really getting tyrannical.

00:34:23.000 Very important news on the economic front.

00:34:25.000 But, over the weekend, I saw footage from the RT show, Adam and the Man.

00:34:30.000 With Adam Kokesh.

00:34:32.000 I've been a guest on there a few times.

00:34:33.000 It's a great show.

00:34:34.000 It's got Luke Rudowsky as a contributor as well.

00:34:37.000 And Adam is an American activist, talk radio host.

00:34:41.000 Kokesh was a Corporal, United States Marine Corps, and a veteran of the Iraq War.

00:34:46.000 He is an outspoken opponent of U.S.

00:34:47.000 military intervention in Iraq.

00:34:49.000 Since 2010, Kokesh has hosted, again, the TV show Adam vs. the Man, and he also hosts a show out of Albuquerque, New Mexico, adamvstheman.com is the website.

00:35:03.000 But the reason I wanted to get him on is, last week, they tried to go to the memorial, the Jefferson Memorial, and just quietly dance.

00:35:13.000 I guess kind of like Charlie Veach and the Lubb Police to illustrate, no matter how loving what you do is, they want to arrest you.

00:35:20.000 And I can't play the whole 10-minute clip here, but it's up on Infowars.com.

00:35:24.000 It's up at RT, Adam versus the man.

00:35:27.000 But they ask him, they go, what's the law?

00:35:29.000 And they say, I'm not going to tell you.

00:35:30.000 There is no law.

00:35:32.000 Okay. 0.58

00:35:33.000 And they body slam them into the ground.

00:35:36.000 We're going to play that clip in a moment.

00:35:37.000 But the issue here is, compare this to Texas, where I march in with over 100 people, yell and scream in the politicians' faces, and they understand that's their place.

00:35:47.000 Just like in Madison, Wisconsin.

00:35:50.000 In a free country, the government fears the people.

00:35:52.000 The people don't fear the government.

00:35:53.000 And things are becoming completely 180 degrees in the direction that they should be.

00:35:59.000 And so joining us is Adam Kokesh.

00:36:01.000 Adam, what made you decide to do this demonstration?

00:36:05.000 I just felt like dancing.

00:36:06.000 We were challenging the cops to a dance-off and apparently they didn't like our move.

00:36:11.000 So they decided to end it a little bit forcefully. 0.98

00:36:15.000 But if you see the video and you see what happened, I think we made our point and we proved that the parks police, well as I would say to one of the officers there, you know, nice badge, sorry about your penis. 0.96

00:36:28.000 But they, uh, you know, they're not very good dancers, and they're obviously compensated for some of it, but I think you really hit the nail on the head here about...

00:36:36.000 The nature of government and fear, and why this is such a powerful action, and why we have now thousands of people coming back to the Jefferson Memorial next Saturday on June 4th, the anniversary of Tiananmen Square, to dance again and show that their court rulings and their laws are irrelevant.

00:36:53.000 When we want to go out and we want to have fun and we want to assert our rights, we're going to do it.

00:36:57.000 Whether or not they're going to stop us, it's not going to matter.

00:37:00.000 And, you know, we showed the true nature of the police force with this.

00:37:05.000 They want us to be okay, and I think the police officers there, they knew they were being filmed.

00:37:09.000 They wanted to have forceful arrests.

00:37:11.000 They wanted to show people getting hurt.

00:37:13.000 They wanted to show us they were the boss.

00:37:15.000 What about this?

00:37:17.000 Some of the peaceful demonstrators who were doing German waltzes silently with the guy with his girlfriend.

00:37:22.000 They slam him in.

00:37:23.000 They're slamming their... They're like swaying back and forth.

00:37:27.000 That's right, they arrested people for folks watching on TV for just barely moving now, does not show proper respect to our gods.

00:37:35.000 But expanding on that, Adam, then some of you dare say, what am I being charged with?

00:37:41.000 What have I done wrong?

00:37:42.000 And they say shut up and begin slamming people against the wall for then daring speak to the gods even while they're under arrest.

00:37:50.000 And police now admit they use tasers as a punishment as well.

00:37:54.000 Well, it's not exactly the gods, but pretty close.

00:37:57.000 We were at the Thomas Jefferson Memorial, you know, and it was really cool.

00:38:00.000 At the end of this event, the statue of Thomas Jefferson came alive and started shooting lasers out of its eyes and killed all the police officers.

00:38:07.000 They were vaporized instantly.

00:38:09.000 So at least there was justice served at the Jefferson Memorial on Saturday.

00:38:13.000 But no, we're talking about the foremost defender of speech and liberty in American history, not But, as I've been finding out from people commenting on my Facebook page, it's been really ironic, but Thomas Jefferson, incidentally, was a large promoter of dancing, and liked to play the violin, and would spontaneously bust out his fiddles and encourage people to dance.

00:38:38.000 You know, it's just amazing, the irony of this, it just keeps getting compounded more and more.

00:38:42.000 No, I understand.

00:38:43.000 Adam, let's expand on this now.

00:38:45.000 You, a few dozen of you were there, it looks like, where this happened.

00:38:50.000 Now you're coming back this next weekend and you're asking for more people to show up.

00:38:54.000 I think this is very important.

00:38:56.000 Tell us the date and time and why you're doing this.

00:38:58.000 Well, yeah, because, you know, the Hitler meme on YouTube, people putting their own captions on that scene from the movie where Hitler's angry with all his generals.

00:39:09.000 They did one about this.

00:39:10.000 They actually mentioned you in it.

00:39:12.000 Alex Jones.

00:39:13.000 It said, Alex Jones would have real credibility if co-cash's people are able to challenge this authority here.

00:39:19.000 And, you know, that's what this is about.

00:39:21.000 It's about peaceful civil disobedience.

00:39:22.000 We're going to go back.

00:39:23.000 We're going to dance.

00:39:23.000 We're going to tell them it doesn't matter.

00:39:25.000 But in that video, they're saying, look, we hate We poison their air and their water. 1.00

00:39:30.000 We steal their daughter's vagina to pay for it. 1.00

00:39:34.000 And now they won't stop dancing? 1.00

00:39:37.000 And I think that's the power of an event like this.

00:39:39.000 So next Saturday at noon on June 4th, we are going back to the Jefferson Memorial.

00:39:43.000 We're asking people to join us.

00:39:45.000 Just join us in dancing silently.

00:39:47.000 With your headphones on, we're not going to disrupt any tourists that might be there, their ability to enjoy the memorial the way that the judge who decided that this was illegal would see fit.

00:39:56.000 We're going to do our thing.

00:39:57.000 We're going to express ourselves.

00:39:59.000 We are going to pay homage to Thomas Justin, not the way that the government sees fit, but the way that we see fit.

00:40:06.000 And what we really revealed with what we did about this that is inspiring so many people to be involved, why we know we're going to have way more dancers backing us up for round two of this dance-off with the parks police.

00:40:17.000 Well, that's right, Adam.

00:40:19.000 You've got to illustrate the absurdity by illustrating how absurd they are.

00:40:24.000 The idea that the police force is there to keep you safe or to protect you from terrorists or to chase down criminals, those are just excuses for the two true, real purposes of the police state for the government, which is to generate revenue for the government and to control the population. which is to generate revenue for the government and to And that act really laid bare by what we did and the actions of the police there on Saturday.

00:40:48.000 Adam, let me ask you a question, and then we're going to play a clip and call you back on a landline here, or at least try to so we can hear you clearer. - Sure.

00:40:56.000 Have you seen the footage of the way the state police, Capitol Police in Texas, honored free speech, honored the First Amendment?

00:41:07.000 Alright, hold on.

00:41:08.000 We're just losing you.

00:41:09.000 I'm in the RT studios right now.

00:41:15.000 We have, we just so happen after the RT operation in here we have an FBI officer so we might be getting a little bit of interference so why don't you go ahead and play that clip and I'll stay on the line and get that number and I'll be able to get you back on the landline here.

00:41:30.000 Okay, we'll call you right back, Adam.

00:41:32.000 We're going to go ahead and play this clip of the folks dancing, and then once they started arresting members that were dancing, Adam and others would just barely move their arms like they were grooving a little bit, and the cops would run over, and they look most of them like 12-year-olds, on power trips, slam them down to the ground, jump on them, and then once they had them in handcuffs, they would shove them against the wall if they dared talk.

00:42:01.000 And I also wanted to ask Adam, I've been to D.C.

00:42:04.000 twice in the last few years, and every time, the police, the security guards that they have out in public places, treat you like you're in North Korea.

00:42:13.000 I mean, they scream at you with hatred like you have murdered their children.

00:42:18.000 And they've obviously been told, run the slaves into submission, break their will.

00:42:23.000 That's what this is all about.

00:42:24.000 Let's go ahead and play that clip.

00:42:25.000 Here it is.

00:42:25.000 We're in love.

00:42:42.000 We We can dance if we want to.

00:42:46.000 We can leave our friends behind.

00:42:48.000 Because the cops don't dance, and if they don't dance, there's no friends of mine.

00:42:54.000 Unbelievable.

00:42:55.000 They start arresting people that dare even swing their arms.

00:42:59.000 He's going to arrest them.

00:43:02.000 I don't even know what the sergeant is.

00:43:07.000 He made the Constitution.

00:43:14.000 Look, they keep dancing, illustrating how absurd this is.

00:43:18.000 I mean, nothing's more important than our liberties and our freedoms.

00:43:24.000 Meanwhile, the borders are wide open, war is increasing.

00:43:29.000 Foreign banks have stolen $27 trillion and growing.

00:43:32.000 Here's a young woman being arrested.

00:43:35.000 Oh, here's the slamming into the ground.

00:43:41.000 Alright, well there you have it.

00:43:48.000 And then the footage goes on.

00:43:49.000 I suggest you watch the whole clip.

00:43:52.000 It's adamvstheman.com or infowars.com.

00:43:54.000 It's up on both sites.

00:43:56.000 That once they get him in that position...

00:43:59.000 Then, if they dare speak back to their kings, they're physically attacked.

00:44:05.000 Land of the free, home of the brave.

00:44:06.000 You can tell the government is here to let us know that we basically better step and fetch it.

00:44:11.000 Now, Adam, you live in D.C.

00:44:12.000 now, so did I just have bad luck the last two times I was there to be 200 yards from the Washington Memorial videotaping for B-roll and to have people run up and threaten to arrest me or videotape from across the street at a park, the Library of Congress?

00:44:29.000 I don't want to be clear.

00:44:30.000 - That was because people, you know, especially would know who you are here, but they do that to anybody who's a threat in D.C.

00:44:38.000 That's just how it works, that's how it's set up.

00:44:40.000 It's intended to suppress dissent. - But I wanna be clear, I'm clean cut. - That's what happened in D.C. - Listen, I'm clean cut with a national news crew, just a couple guys with cameras on parks, anywhere, on sidewalks, and they run over and get in your face and say you can't videotape, And then the production crew said, funny, we went to the D.C.

00:45:01.000 government, asked for permits, and they say we're a permit-free city.

00:45:04.000 So, see, you gotta get a permit that doesn't exist, Adam.

00:45:07.000 Well, I would never attribute to conspiracy what can be adequately explained by government incompetence, and that is certainly in a balance here with the confusion between 13 different agencies or so that have jurisdiction within the District of Columbia.

00:45:21.000 But they all have, you know, the same law enforcement, police state mentality, the same intent of suppressing rights and making sure that troublemakers stay out of the way of the politicians doing their thing, screwing over the rest of America.

00:45:34.000 Let me ask you this, because your phone was cutting out and you couldn't hear me.

00:45:37.000 Have you seen our storming of the Texas Capitol?

00:45:40.000 Yes.

00:45:41.000 We played a clip of that on Adam vs. the Man after it happened.

00:45:45.000 I was very excited that you did something like that and very glad because we covered it in terms of Rick Perry not having a spine to stand up to the federal government.

00:45:53.000 He's about to run for president.

00:45:54.000 I mean, should the Republican Party be supporting such a Supporter of the federal government over states' rights?

00:46:00.000 That's pretty offensive.

00:46:01.000 I was really glad that you were there to call that out and stick it to them for that.

00:46:05.000 Sure.

00:46:05.000 The reason I raise it, though, is illustrating our state police showing how Government Servants Act honoring our boisterous, you know, in-their-face activity versus you guys, what they did to you in D.C.

00:46:20.000 I mean, the two different Americas.

00:46:22.000 Yeah, no, absolutely.

00:46:24.000 And this is something that I didn't expect to be so compelling, but it's kind of striking now, the significance of this, you know?

00:46:31.000 Obviously, if you look at the footage, I'm not much of a dancer.

00:46:35.000 And if there was such a thing as a legal definition of dancing, the cops there were just as guilty of it as we were.

00:46:42.000 But a lot of people are saying, well, you know, even if there is a legal definition of dancing, there is no way that Adam Kokich can be guilty of this, because the video clearly demonstrates that I can't dance.

00:46:52.000 The thing is, about it being about dancing. 0.86

00:46:56.000 I know it's ridiculous.

00:46:57.000 But the reason I mention that Hitler video is because it really lays it bare and it talks about you and your message. 0.68

00:47:03.000 Like if you say, come protest Monsanto, come protest the war, come protest the president, come, you know, it doesn't work.

00:47:12.000 You know, and I've been doing that too, and that's the thing.

00:47:15.000 I've been blown away by the power of this.

00:47:17.000 I never expected it to take off the way it has.

00:47:20.000 Our video that we put up was the second one that got on YouTube.

00:47:23.000 It's already over 650,000 views right now.

00:47:26.000 The thing is, yesterday we weren't even the top viewed Video and News and Politics on YouTube.

00:47:31.000 We were the top three viewed videos on News and Politics.

00:47:35.000 It has been reposted.

00:47:36.000 It is going truly viral.

00:47:38.000 People all over the world now are organizing events to dance in solidarity with us on next Saturday at noon.

00:47:46.000 We have people coming from as far away as Dallas.

00:47:50.000 A friend of mine, Jared Atkinson, who's a big Ron Paul activist down there, he's flying in to D.C.

00:47:56.000 for this.

00:47:56.000 We have people all over the eastern seaboard driving in saying, alright, you want to make it about dancing?

00:48:01.000 Let's dance!

00:48:03.000 And they're throwing down, and this is the thing that's bringing people together. 0.98

00:48:07.000 This is the thing that lays it bare, for which none of their propaganda, none of their arguments, none of their bullshit divide and conquer strategies, none of that is going to mean crap next Saturday. 0.95

00:48:16.000 People are coming together to say, You can't tell us not to dance! 0.98

00:48:22.000 Simple as that.

00:48:23.000 And it's so beautiful to see how people are coming together about this.

00:48:26.000 And all the videos that people are remixing for this.

00:48:29.000 I mean, I'll tell you, there's two other videos that have over 400,000 views.

00:48:33.000 There's a dozen videos that are 100,000 views plus right now.

00:48:37.000 People are reposting, you know, the interview I did with Russia Today yesterday.

00:48:41.000 It's really amazing how this is getting around.

00:48:44.000 And people are quoting Gandhi now, you know, from the movie.

00:48:49.000 You know, they can break my bones, they can kill me, but when they do, all they will have is my dead body, but not my obedience.

00:48:58.000 And when I got arrested, I was wearing, very deliberately, my Gandhi t-shirt.

00:49:02.000 It had a Gandhi's portrait on it, and in the style of the Andre the Giant, obey, except underneath, it says, disobey.

00:49:11.000 Well, Adam, that's my point, is that the tyranny has gotten so absurdist now, That the Texas tyrants did the smart thing and didn't arrest us because they knew it would lead to a chain reaction.

00:49:25.000 The DC tyrants did the wrong thing and it's now going to backfire.

00:49:30.000 High Noon, the Jefferson Memorial, it's a genius idea and we've got to illustrate the tyrants absurdity by making them show us Who they really are.

00:49:41.000 They could have laughed.

00:49:42.000 The guards could have even joined you.

00:49:44.000 That's the funniest thing. 0.99

00:49:47.000 If they had done nothing, who would have been the bigger ass? 0.99

00:49:50.000 I would have stood there and danced for like, you know, 10 minutes. 0.98

00:49:54.000 We would have all looked at each other awkwardly and walked away and been like, yeah, we defeated this little judge's ruling.

00:50:00.000 And now it's a global phenomenon.

00:50:02.000 Like, you know, and I'm just, I'm flattered that so many people are inspired by it because I really wasn't counting on it, but now I'm kind of like smacking myself in the forehead going...

00:50:15.000 You know, but when I saw this event, it wasn't my idea.

00:50:17.000 I got to give credit to the other organizers, Eddie Dickey and Jared Denman, who came up with the idea after the court ruling that said you couldn't dance there.

00:50:26.000 And I saw it and I was just like, absolutely, you know, I'm getting behind that.

00:50:31.000 And then the video happened, you know, the incident happened on Saturday, the video was getting around and it's just kind of taken off from there.

00:50:37.000 But that's what's so beautiful.

00:50:38.000 Adam, stay there.

00:50:39.000 I know you've got to go, but I want to hold you for five more minutes.

00:50:43.000 Uh, into the next segment.

00:50:44.000 This is very exciting what's happening.

00:50:46.000 And it shows the incredible hunger for liberty and people wanting to resist.

00:50:51.000 I want to talk to you about the TSA on the other side.

00:50:53.000 Can we get people to peacefully storm their capitals as well nationwide?

00:50:59.000 It's up to the people.

00:51:03.000 Alex Jones here with key information.

00:51:06.000 The U.S.

00:51:06.000 government is a Ponzi scheme that relies on the Treasury continuously selling large amounts of government bonds to foreign central banks.

00:51:16.000 bonds in order to rebuild its own nation, and the U.S.

00:52:59.000 Hi, this is Alex Jones.

00:53:01.000 Did you know that the global elite are now storing non-hybrid seeds in secret storage vaults near the Arctic Circle?

00:53:07.000 Did you know that in a real meltdown, non-hybrid seeds can become more valuable than silver or gold?

00:53:12.000 It's true.

00:53:12.000 Seeds have outperformed even gold and silver before in this country.

00:53:15.000 And it's possible that could even happen again.

00:53:17.000 So our friends at Solutions from Science have put together the perfect mix of non-hybrid seeds. 0.84

00:53:23.000 They call it a survival seed bank.

00:53:25.000 And it can produce an endless supply of nutrient-dense food for you and your family.

00:53:30.000 And here's the best part.

00:53:31.000 These seeds have not been genetically modified in any way.

00:53:34.000 And you actually get enough seeds to plant a full acre crisis garden.

00:53:37.000 So visit them today at survivalseedbank.com.

00:53:41.000 That's survivalseedbank.com.

00:53:43.000 Or give them a call at 877-327-0365.

00:53:44.000 That's 877-327-0365.

00:53:44.000 Remember, in a real crisis, non-hybrid seeds are the ultimate barter item.

00:53:47.000 That's 877-327-0365.

00:53:51.000 Remember, in a real crisis, non-hybrid seeds are the ultimate barter item. 1.00

00:53:56.000 This is Alex Jones for SurvivalSeedBank.com.

00:53:59.000 You know, watching the footage of Adam Kokesh and others being arrested, you see this little toady who's a, quote, professional tour guide, very pleased they're professional tour guide, very pleased they're being arrested And then the cops are kind of shoving him out of the way and he starts groveling to them.

00:54:23.000 You see these people that think freedom is all about licking government boots.

00:54:27.000 We need everywhere to let the system know that they're not going to cow us.

00:54:32.000 And Adam, earlier when your cell phone was cutting out, I want you to continue with the point you were trying to make, that if they're sticking their hands down our pants, if they're grabbing us, this is about you're not going to dance, we're going to touch your private parts, we're going to take blood at checkpoints.

00:54:46.000 I mean, we've got to stand up and reignite that spirit of liberty and To watch how what you guys have done is catching fire, what I've done with Ron Paul, anytime somebody stands up for liberty, it's having a huge effect because people are hungry for it.

00:55:00.000 Please continue.

00:55:01.000 Sure, well it's from that, I got the idea from the video that someone made on the Hitler in the Bunker meme that's so popular on YouTube and it's like Adam Kogosh finds out, or Hitler finds out about the Adam Kogosh dance party and he's saying, how is this possible?

00:55:16.000 We, we, we feel their daughter's vaginas at the airports, we tax them for 50% of their income. 1.00

00:55:21.000 They don't have any freedoms left anyways. 0.84

00:55:24.000 Of course, why wouldn't they obey us?

00:55:26.000 They have to obey us.

00:55:28.000 They have to stop dancing.

00:55:29.000 And one of the generals there, you know, cuts to the general, the general goes, Mein Fhrer, I'm sorry.

00:55:36.000 It didn't work as planned, actually.

00:55:39.000 They're coming back next Saturday, and that's when he really explodes.

00:55:43.000 And says, you know, well, if this works, Alex, people are going to be giving Alex Jones even more credibility.

00:55:51.000 And it's really powerful, but that's the thing.

00:55:54.000 It's like, we, the people, took it to this point. 0.87

00:55:59.000 We let our government get away with all of this other crap, and then we're surprised that they say, no, you can't dance here.

00:56:03.000 And by the way, if they want to call out the police dogs and the sound cannons, then what same thing happened to Gandhi being beaten in the head, then that'll cause even more people to stand up and say no, because the British Empire did the same absurdist things there. 0.84

00:56:19.000 Well, I want to commend you and the other activists there in D.C.

00:56:23.000 Too bad Luke couldn't be there, but I know he's now gone to Europe ahead of time.

00:56:27.000 I think he's going to be dancing in solidarity with us and that's what's really cool about this.

00:56:32.000 So many people are inspired by what's going on.

00:56:35.000 There are events being organized in Texas even.

00:56:37.000 I bet there's going to be one at the Capitol in Austin.

00:56:40.000 Do a little jig at noon for us in solidarity if you like.

00:56:44.000 We are literally dancing down the police state here.

00:56:47.000 Well, I have to commend you, and the good news in Texas is they're going to a special session.

00:56:52.000 We need to try to get Perry to add to the special session the anti-groping bill. 0.87

00:57:00.000 Perry claimed that he was backed off by the feds, but notice he didn't add this to the special session, showing us that through Dewhurst, who we know killed it behind the scenes, That he doesn't want to be forced to vote on this as he gets ready to run for president.

00:57:14.000 So it's not just that he's been cowed.

00:57:16.000 He is a creature of Karl Rove and this system.

00:57:19.000 So no orders from headquarters.

00:57:21.000 Just whoever's against this tyranny show up at the Jefferson Memorial.

00:57:26.000 And hopefully you guys can then go dance at some other memorials afterwards.

00:57:30.000 Absolutely, and this is not something that is being organized or put together by anybody.

00:57:36.000 I'm just inviting my friends to come join me next Saturday.

00:57:39.000 If you think that making dancing as illegal is bad, then show up Saturday at noon at the Jefferson Memorial.

00:57:46.000 There's a Facebook event called Dance Party at TJ's, so check it out.

00:57:50.000 It's on my page for Adam vs. the Man there.

00:57:53.000 Uh, you can just search on Facebook for Adam Kokesh.

00:57:56.000 It's K-O-K-E-S-H. 1.00

00:57:58.000 AdamVsTheMan.com.

00:58:00.000 You'll find it all there.

00:58:01.000 But it's just so beautiful.

00:58:03.000 I really want people to help share this, even if they don't want to be a part of it physically.

00:58:07.000 And apparently you don't have to be much of a dancer to get arrested for dancing.

00:58:13.000 As you said, Alex, you can just be swaying your arms and being in the wrong place at the wrong time.

00:58:17.000 And imagine the headlines worldwide.

00:58:18.000 You know, they talk about Other countries where they arrest violent protesters and now it's wrong.

00:58:23.000 This, imagine people arrested in Beijing today and Tiananmen Square for dancing.

00:58:28.000 Imagine American government arrest thousands for dancing. 0.69

00:58:32.000 It just illustrates how out of control these thugs are.

00:58:35.000 Adam will continue to talk to you throughout the week as this develops.

00:58:38.000 Stay with us, tons of news coming up.

00:58:44.000 This is GCN, the Genesis Communications Radio Network.

00:58:53.000 You're subject to public police action.

00:58:55.000 Tyranny is here.

00:58:56.000 The grim future foretold in 1984 has become reality.

00:59:00.000 It really says that the state is God.

00:59:02.000 The United States is now recognized globally as one of the most oppressive police states on Earth.

00:59:08.000 This film conclusively proves the existence of a secret network of FEMA camps, now being expanded nationwide.

00:59:15.000 This documentary exposes how the continuity of government program has established an all-powerful shadow state.

00:59:21.000 Police State 4 chronicles the sickening depth to which our republic has fallen.

00:59:25.000 Prepare to enter the secretive world of emergency dictatorship.

00:59:29.000 Body scanners, sound cannons, citizen spies, stage terror, and cameras on every street corner.

00:59:35.000 It's only the beginning of the New World Order's hellish plan. 0.92

00:59:39.000 The police state isn't coming.

00:59:41.000 It's here.

00:59:54.000 Waging war on corruption.

00:59:56.000 Alex Jones on the GCM Radio Network.

00:59:59.000 Big Brother.

01:00:06.000 Mainstream media.

01:00:08.000 Government cover-ups.

01:00:10.000 You want answers?

01:00:12.000 Well, so does he.

01:00:13.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:00:17.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

01:00:26.000 Okay, I am going to reset, refocus coming up in the next segment on the world news, the economic news, the military news, the good news that all over the country, multiple states like Utah, Wyoming, Montana, and others are saying, we're going to call the feds bluff.

01:00:42.000 We're going to pass legislation saying the TSA can't break the law and molest people, and you go ahead and shut down air traffic.

01:00:50.000 And it isn't over in Texas until the fat lady sings, Rick Perry's been caught in treachery, A special session's been announced.

01:00:58.000 He has not put in a special session.

01:01:00.000 He says only two bills, but he's still got time to add the anti-TSA groping bill.

01:01:05.000 If he cared so much about this bill, he would have put this in the special session.

01:01:09.000 So we're calling Perry's office and telling him he better do it or it's going to be well known that through his minion Dewhurst he killed this.

01:01:16.000 We know Dewhurst has been caught killing it.

01:01:21.000 Now, continuing here, ladies and gentlemen, with news and information, we've got some other really important news.

01:01:29.000 We're seeing state Supreme Courts.

01:01:31.000 It's a battle between liberty and tyranny right now.

01:01:33.000 It's toe-to-toe.

01:01:34.000 The globalists have committed so many crimes.

01:01:37.000 They've run wild.

01:01:39.000 They have stolen so much wealth, engaged in so many crimes.

01:01:45.000 They've got to close the door on freedom now, because freedom And our Constitution and Bill of Rights, Declaration of Independence created fail-safe systems that if we use them, we'll checkmate the globalists.

01:01:59.000 The globalists are illegitimate.

01:02:02.000 That's why they're trying to socially engineer us to be able to engage in whatever activity they want, whenever they want.

01:02:12.000 And I know that Many of you were awake to this fact, but now is the time to reach out to everyone else we know and let them understand that we are going into a depression.

01:02:24.000 It has been designed, and the globalists want to use the crisis they've created to get even more power and totally alter the makeup of our society, a rewrite, an overwrite of our system.

01:02:36.000 It needs to be resisted now.

01:02:38.000 The war is now.

01:02:39.000 The battle for liberty is now.

01:02:44.000 I'm also, in the next segment, going to give the number out and start opening the phones up throughout the balance of the broadcast until the last 30 minutes of the show when Ron Paul's favorite constitutional lawyer is going to be joining us.

01:02:59.000 Bruce Fine, chairman of the American Freedom Agenda, AmericanFreedomAgenda.org, he's going to be joining us to talk about Obama's promise to veto a worldwide war bill rings hollow Obama says he'll veto that congressional bill because it doesn't give him enough power.

01:03:16.000 The thing basically gives him unlimited power.

01:03:21.000 So that is all coming up as well.

01:03:25.000 And then of course the state courts I mentioned, like Indiana coming out two weeks ago and saying, Can go in any house anytime without a warrant for any reason or no reason at all, the Chief Justice said.

01:03:41.000 And that ties into this New Mexico Supreme Court lets cops grab guns during stops.

01:03:48.000 Supreme Court allows police to take all firearms from law-abiding motorists during traffic stops even though they're completely and absolutely legal.

01:03:57.000 So that is coming up after the break as well.

01:04:02.000 Also, DNC Chair says illegal immigration is not a crime.

01:04:06.000 Notice the feds throw the book at you for things that shouldn't even be illegal.

01:04:12.000 And create all these new extrajudicial laws for the general public, regardless of what color, race, or religion you are. 1.00

01:04:18.000 If you're an American, you're seen as a schmuck, as a sucker, as a cow to be fed on by these wolves. 0.99

01:04:24.000 But then meanwhile, the illegals driving the wages down, voting almost unanimously in anti-gun legislation whenever they do get legalized to vote. 1.00

01:04:33.000 Very dangerous precedence.

01:04:34.000 We're going to be going over all of that today.

01:04:39.000 And I'll go ahead and give the number out now.

01:08:53.000 Now, I want to get into the latest fight here in Texas that is a national, international fight against the TSA.

01:09:01.000 We've still got a chance to pass the anti-groping bill, but resistance is victory. 0.99

01:09:06.000 Other states are moving, saying they will call the feds bluff, Utah namely.

01:09:11.000 We've also got incredible nanny state activity.

01:09:13.000 Fireworks shows need new environmental review.

01:09:17.000 Court ruling could have sweeping impact.

01:09:19.000 That's in San Diego.

01:09:21.000 Another report here, $4,000 fine for church in North Carolina for trimming their own tree.

01:09:28.000 This is the nanny state while the incredible crimes of the globalists just intensify. 0.92

01:09:34.000 We've also got the World Health Organization admitting what we already knew.

01:09:39.000 Cell phones can cause increased cancer risk.

01:09:44.000 That's been known all along and it's time for folks to go hands-free.

01:09:48.000 That way it's only radio waves and not microwave radiation up close to your head.

01:09:54.000 Still not good for you.

01:09:55.000 We're gonna be breaking all of that down today.

01:09:59.000 But let me first Get into this report and then part of a video report, lest you're a radio listener and don't pull up the news article and have basically lost your memory and don't remember this lie.

01:10:16.000 Obama, U.S.

01:10:17.000 involvement in Libya action would last days, not weeks.

01:10:22.000 That was a quote.

01:10:24.000 And now, here we are, many, many months later.

01:10:30.000 Close to three months after the U.N.

01:10:33.000 declaration.

01:10:35.000 The United Nations said that it wouldn't be a war, it would be a humanitarian action.

01:10:39.000 And that means attack helicopters, 2,000-pound bombs, hellfire missiles, cruise missiles.

01:10:47.000 It's now admitted that before the whole crisis began in the west of Libya, bordering Egypt, that U.S.

01:10:54.000 and British special forces were, quote, advising them.

01:10:57.000 They've now been videotaped on the ground with weapons on the front lines.

01:11:01.000 And again, I'm no fan of Muammar Gaddafi.

01:11:04.000 But, the fact is, they've been trying to assassinate him, they've been killing members of his family, while telling us, oh, we wouldn't violate international law, we're not trying to assassinate his family.

01:11:15.000 Oh, this isn't a military action, it's a kinetic action. 0.95

01:11:18.000 So, in your face, they've now surpassed, in all of our faces, they've now surpassed 1984 in ridiculous, obvious lies.

01:11:28.000 That was the whole point of double-speak and double-think and Orwellianism, is that the lies were so ridiculous in the fictional book, where for two years they say, we're always at war with East Asia, the next day, we've never been at war with East Asia, and if you say, well you just said yesterday you were at war with East Asia, and even had the newspaper article, they would drag you off and torture you for six months, until you were completely insane, and actually believed that you've never been at war with East Asia. 0.85

01:11:58.000 And that's basically the type of world we're entering into where reality doesn't matter and they just throw all of this in our face and don't care.

01:12:07.000 But remember, Obama said we'd be there maybe a week, probably just a couple days.

01:12:13.000 They never intended to just bomb them for a few days.

01:12:18.000 It's a takeover.

01:12:20.000 And it'll take whatever they have to do to overthrow Gaddafi and bring in their Muslim Brotherhood slash Al Qaeda, Saudi Arabian backed group. 0.96

01:12:30.000 They use the same folks against the Serbs, same folks against the Russians, it never ends. 0.59

01:12:34.000 And they use the same threat of the same group to put in the naked body scanners and the checkpoints and the national ID cards and the warrantless wiretapping and all of this corruption.

01:12:45.000 That's why I've always said Al-Qaeda is the magic skeleton key. 0.96

01:12:48.000 It'll open any door for the New World Order as long as we buy into the hoax. 0.69

01:12:53.000 The minute we wake up to the stage terror, then the hoax doesn't work anymore.

01:12:59.000 Now continuing, Obama.

01:13:01.000 involvement in Libyan action would last days, not weeks.

01:13:01.000 U.S.

01:13:04.000 ABC News.

01:13:06.000 President Obama told a bipartisan group of members of Congress today that he expects the U.S.

01:13:10.000 would be actively involved in any military action against Libya for days, not weeks, after which he said the U.S.

01:13:16.000 would take more of a supporting role, sources tell ABC News.

01:13:20.000 Well, I guess that supporting role is increasing with more and more U.S.

01:13:23.000 forces landing in the country.

01:13:25.000 And here's a clip from ABC News of that.

01:13:28.000 The unpredictable and dangerous mind of Muammar Gaddafi.

01:13:31.000 Oh, no!

01:13:32.000 Today, President Obama told Americans that U.S.

01:13:34.000 forces may be called into military action once again, this time against Gaddafi, joining other countries trying to keep the dictator from savaging his own people.

01:13:44.000 Oh! 0.60

01:13:45.000 Tonight, we set out to answer three big questions.

01:13:48.000 Will other countries like England, France, Arab nations really take the lead in Libya?

01:13:53.000 Can the American military, stretched so thin in Afghanistan and Iraq, add another burden?

01:13:58.000 And is there a chance that Qaddafi will fold, even though he's threatening retaliation?

01:14:04.000 Our team has been reporting on this all day, is standing by, and we'll start with Jake Tapper on exactly what the White House is expecting now.

01:14:10.000 You can watch the whole clip, and it's got the clip later in there of Obama.

01:14:14.000 But the headline is, Obama-U.S.

01:14:16.000 involvement in Libyan action would last days, not weeks.

01:14:19.000 See, getting into a new war, so oil companies get trillions more in oil, that's called stepping up.

01:14:25.000 Remember Donald Trump came out and said, we need to take the Iraqi oil for the American people.

01:14:30.000 As if you're ever going to get any of that oil.

01:14:33.000 You pay for the military takeover, and then your oil prices go up.

01:14:37.000 They were angry at Iraq, going back eight years ago, because Iraq was over-pumping and driving down the price.

01:14:43.000 Go back to the newspapers at the time.

01:14:46.000 OPEC, run by Saudi Arabia, was hopping mad because to pay off his debts, Saddam Hussein was over-pumping and driving down prices. 0.85

01:14:55.000 That was saving you money!

01:14:58.000 By the way, remember what Dr. Korsi said a few weeks ago, a week and a half ago?

01:15:02.000 He said, Look for now Donald Trump to not just get a $60 million contract with NBC for playing possum with Obama on the birth certificate, but look for him to now get approval for the casinos he's trying to put in there in Chicago and Illinois.

01:15:21.000 Here's Reuters.

01:15:22.000 Illinois House approves bill allowing casinos in Chicago.

01:15:26.000 They've got their man, Rahm, in Chicago.

01:15:29.000 Interesting little coincidence, I would say, wouldn't you?

01:15:34.000 So we have this report, and then we have other reports here.

01:15:39.000 Footage of Western troops confirms criminality of war on Libya, violates the UN's authorization.

01:15:46.000 And we have another report.

01:15:47.000 Qaddafi's snatch squads took hundreds of men and boys from Misrata, London Independent.

01:15:54.000 And maybe that's true.

01:15:54.000 I'm sure Qaddafi is a bad guy.

01:15:57.000 The difference here is that Our supposed government tortures, secretly arrests, in the new War Powers Bill.

01:16:07.000 It openly states the President can assassinate Americans in America, expanding the War Powers Act, expanding the Enemy Commissions Act, the Enemy Combatant Act, the Military Commissions Act, expanding all of that.

01:16:21.000 Well, you read this article and it's terrible.

01:16:23.000 It says he may even be torturing. 0.94

01:16:27.000 Earlier they claimed he ran to Venezuela, and they claimed that he had teams with Viagra raping women.

01:16:32.000 The State Department had to admit that that was not true.

01:16:36.000 Oh well, they admit that was a lie, but the public still thinks it's true because they heard it.

01:16:40.000 See, they put the big lie out and announce it for a few weeks, and then quietly retract it later.

01:16:45.000 Kind of like the average American still thinks Saddam was throwing babies out of incubators, even though six months after that war ended they admitted it was all a PR ploy and fake.

01:16:53.000 It's admitted to be a hoax!

01:16:57.000 But in some polls I've seen more than half of conservative Americans believe WMDs were found in Iraq.

01:17:04.000 I've seen polls out where more than half of Americans still believe that across the board babies were thrown out of incubators.

01:17:11.000 And it doesn't matter if the State Department admitted that there weren't rape teams running around raping en masse. 1.00

01:17:18.000 I mean, what a PR disaster that would be.

01:17:20.000 Now, they go on to talk about torture and things like this.

01:17:24.000 How can they criticize snatch-and-grab when our government's openly pioneering it and pushing it in the modern age?

01:17:32.000 How can they talk bad about torture when the good guys torture?

01:17:36.000 Well wait, Gaddafi must be the good guy then if he's torturing.

01:17:39.000 See, this is the Orwellian double thing that's going on.

01:17:43.000 Gaddafi's snatch squads took hundreds of men and boys.

01:17:46.000 It goes on, the lifting of the siege of the embattled Libyan city has revealed the disappearance of hundreds of people.

01:17:54.000 Yeah, there was a war there with many of them suspect victims, suspect victims of snatch squads loyal to the Gaddafi regime, relatives and rights workers said yesterday.

01:18:05.000 And see, once they take that country over, the globalists, they'll be able to put in kangaroo courts that will indict a ham sandwich.

01:18:13.000 It's just like the Hague Court is admittedly completely unfair.

01:18:17.000 You don't get to call your own witnesses.

01:18:19.000 Most people end up dying, like Slobodan Milošević, in custody.

01:18:23.000 It's just totally fake.

01:18:26.000 Continuing, a desperate search has begun for the disappeared, in quotes, many of whom were reported to have been taken away to regime prisons or killed during some of the fiercest fighting of the three-month rebel uprising that has reduced parts of the city to rubble.

01:18:40.000 Witnesses' accounts gathered by the independent and rights groups indicate there was a systematic attempt to kidnap men for parts of the city.

01:18:47.000 Even worse, there may have been torture.

01:18:51.000 And it goes on to talk about torture.

01:18:55.000 Oh my gosh!

01:18:57.000 Well, wait, but torture's good.

01:18:59.000 But wait, it's bad.

01:19:00.000 But wait, it's good.

01:19:01.000 But wait, it's bad.

01:19:02.000 But wait, it's good.

01:19:04.000 Federal and state courts have ruled that police can use tasers as punishment when you're chained down or when you won't give a urine sample in a hospital bed.

01:19:14.000 That's standard procedure now.

01:19:16.000 In fact, folks won't believe it.

01:19:18.000 A search, please.

01:19:20.000 Judge rules taser can be used for punishment.

01:19:25.000 Torture!

01:19:27.000 I've got footage in my film, Martial Law, 9-1-1, Rise of the Police State, of police breaking people's arms for punishment for sitting on the sidewalk in front of abortion clinics.

01:19:43.000 Now whether you think of abortion or not, they're sitting there on a sidewalk and the federal judge ruled, we can break your arms. 0.99

01:19:49.000 Bones stick out. 0.99

01:19:50.000 Purple bones out of the meat.

01:19:53.000 Right out.

01:19:53.000 Oh, that's freedom.

01:19:54.000 That's torture.

01:19:55.000 That's what the good guys do.

01:19:57.000 So Gaddafi deserves the Congressional Medal of Honor then. 0.99

01:19:59.000 He's a great patriot.

01:24:12.000 Use it only in emergency.

01:24:15.000 Better you should pray to God Okay, we'll go to your calls here in the next segment.

01:24:35.000 I wanted to finish up with this extrajudicial tyranny.

01:24:39.000 So, we have them hyperventilating over unconfirmed reports that Gaddafi has arrested guerrilla soldiers and that he may have tortured some of them. 0.97

01:24:51.000 They've told a bunch of other lies that have been proven to be lies, but we're supposed to just believe whatever new garbage we're fed under these PSYOPs.

01:25:00.000 And now, coming out last Friday, Obama promises veto to worldwide bill rings hollow.

01:25:06.000 And when you actually read his letter to the Congress saying he'll veto it, he says because it doesn't give him enough power and because he gets his power from the UN as he said a month ago in that letter saying that he went to the UN for authority instead of Congress because it builds the credibility.

01:25:30.000 of the United Nations.

01:25:33.000 And so the ACLU's running defense on this, telling their leftist followers that a lot of times do support basic rights, who are well-meaning people, Oh, Obama says no to this bill!

01:25:44.000 Obama is already secretly arresting and torturing.

01:25:47.000 He's already launching new wars.

01:25:49.000 He's already using UN authority.

01:25:53.000 And so Congress, instead of getting mad about Obama, almost three months ago now, following the UN order and launching a new war in Libya and not even consulting Congress, instead

01:26:08.000 They run to him, and we played the Ron Paul speech Friday, five minute speech where he said the last nail in the coffin, this is the end of the republic, this allows secret arrest of citizens, secret killing of US citizens in America, Bush talked about that, Obama's people talked about that, you got Cass Sunstein saying arrest people they disagree with, the head regulations are, I mean these are despots.

01:26:32.000 And so, this is all you need to know about the mainline Republicans and Democrats in Congress, is that they would go to the President and say, here is total power.

01:26:44.000 And Obama says, I don't want that.

01:26:46.000 I've already got it.

01:26:47.000 I don't need you to give me authorization.

01:26:52.000 That's like somebody running up to a tyrant and saying, Master, Master, I've opened the drawbridge for you.

01:26:57.000 Everyone's asleep during the city.

01:26:59.000 I poisoned the guards.

01:27:01.000 Bring your army in. 1.00

01:27:02.000 And the evil general says, I don't need your help, scum, and stabs the traitor in the heart. 1.00

01:27:10.000 By the way, historically, that's what's done. 1.00

01:27:12.000 The groups that open the drawbridge, the groups that give you the secret passageways under the city, You always kill them first because you paid them 100 talons of gold to let you into the city.

01:27:27.000 Now it's going to be your city.

01:27:29.000 You don't leave that same backstabber in place to take the next 100 talons or 200 talons of gold a year or two down the road to let the next tyrant in.

01:27:41.000 So the House and Senate runs, and the House is the main group that passed this, runs to Obama saying, you are our imperial ruler.

01:27:50.000 We are here to make the presidency into absolute Dictatorship.

01:27:54.000 That's not my opinion.

01:27:55.000 That's the Constitutional Law Scholars.

01:27:57.000 That's Ron Paul.

01:27:58.000 We've got one of the foremost scholars coming up in an hour and three minutes from now to break this down.

01:28:03.000 And they said, Master, you are now Emperor.

01:28:06.000 You are now Caesar.

01:28:07.000 You are now Tyrannus the Great.

01:28:09.000 And Obama says, get out of my way, and just slaps them.

01:28:12.000 I've got the UN.

01:28:14.000 And they just servilely curl up and grovel and, yes, Master, yes, oh, yes, oh, whatever you say, oh. 0.99

01:28:21.000 I mean, this is the pathetic, boot-licking position that we've been brought down to in this country.

01:28:29.000 Given the fact the Obama administration is now involved in more conflicts and has more troops deployed, he's just sent even more to Iraq than any time during the Bush administration, how confident should we be that a government promised to veto the alarming worldwide war provision contained in the National Defense Authorization Act will be kept? 0.61

01:28:45.000 And then Watson breaks it all down.

01:28:47.000 But we do have Mr. Fine, joining us to break this down, Bruce Fine, coming up later in the broadcast.

01:29:00.000 In other news, dealing with the abject tyranny unfolding all over our country and all over the world, I wanted to break this down ahead of your calls.

01:29:11.000 Fireworks shows need new environmental review.

01:29:17.000 This is out of the San Diego Herald Tribune.

01:29:20.000 So when San Diego wants to have a fireworks display, they've got to go to a federally licensed priest.

01:29:30.000 That's what these new environmental groups are.

01:29:34.000 To get an assessment to say it's okay.

01:29:36.000 What type of toilet?

01:29:37.000 What type of house?

01:29:38.000 What type of light bulb?

01:29:39.000 This is the new control system.

01:29:41.000 And of course, if you're an Obama buddy or an insider, just like with health care, you get a waiver.

01:29:46.000 But the point is, they admit this is a huge power grab.

01:29:51.000 We're on the march.

01:29:52.000 The Empire's on the run.

01:29:55.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

01:30:01.000 A very wealthy U.S.

01:30:02.000 citizen is predicting that in 2011, we will witness the most important day in America in more than 50 years.

01:30:09.000 He says it will change everything about our lives.

01:30:11.000 The way you shop, travel, invest, educate your children, and even how you take care of your health and your own family.

01:30:17.000 Now, this man has made some outrageous predictions over the years.

01:30:20.000 The crazy part is, he's usually right.

01:30:22.000 You see, he predicted the collapse of GM, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and America's biggest mall owner, General Growth Properties.

01:30:28.000 In fact, Barron's called his work a dire prophecy.

01:30:32.000 Recently, he created a video, which you can watch online for free, detailing his biggest and most important prediction yet.

01:30:38.000 And it's a real eye-opener.

01:30:39.000 I can't stress this enough.

01:30:40.000 You should at least watch this free video online today.

01:30:43.000 He explains everything you need to know.

01:30:45.000 Including simple steps you can take to protect yourself.

01:30:47.000 You can find the video at www.EndOfAmerica3.com.

01:30:52.000 That's End of America, the number 3.com.

01:30:55.000 Watch the free video at www.EndOfAmerica3.com.

01:30:58.000 That's EndOfAmerica3.com.

01:31:53.000 That's www.silverlungs.com.

01:31:56.000 Hundreds of nations have fallen to tyranny in the last century alone.

01:32:05.000 This is our last chance to not relive history.

01:32:09.000 As we're finishing off this agenda, that we're pulling the rug from underneath Americans at home.

01:32:13.000 We have tremendous influence on our President and Congress, and they really are calling the shots.

01:32:20.000 I think it's incumbent upon all of us Tim Geithner?

01:32:23.000 Bernanke?

01:32:23.000 They're arsonists!

01:32:24.000 They're asking for more matches!

01:32:25.000 The foal of the republic identifies the enemies of our nation.

01:32:28.000 The criminal offshore cartel, hell-bent on destroying sovereignty and on its ashes constructing world government.

01:32:35.000 Tim Geithner, Bernanke, they're arsonists.

01:32:37.000 They're asking for more matches.

01:32:39.000 And the Congress is saying, who do we make the checkout to?

01:32:41.000 Today seems like nobody does care.

01:32:44.000 And right now in Washington, D.C., we have seen a fall of the Republic.

01:32:49.000 Get your copy of Fall of the Republic on DVD at InfoWars.com or watch it online right now in super high quality at PrisonPlanet.tv.

01:32:59.000 From the front lines of the information war, it's Alex Jones.

01:33:05.000 By the way, the crew did find the article from the Libertarian site where the judge ruled that tasers can be used for punishment. the crew did find the article from the Libertarian site But you can search it yourself and find mainstream news articles where in the last few years they've said that it's basically a form of torture.

01:33:31.000 And we'll put that article up.

01:33:35.000 Up on screen for everybody.

01:33:38.000 Taser torture as summary punishment for non-compliance by William Gregg at the LRC blog.

01:33:46.000 The official rationale for issuing tasers to police officers is that the electroshock devices represent a non-lethal alternative to use of firearm in dealing with situations that threaten the life or safety of an officer or innocent bystanders.

01:33:59.000 In particular terms, however, the taser, which is proven to be a Lethal weapon in many cases has become an instrument of pain compliance.

01:34:09.000 And again, I have footage, unbelievable footage that YouTube even banned and said was too hardcore of pro-life demonstrators and the federal judge ruling that the police can break bones and they get them in nunchucks and twist till the arm almost completely twist off and the bone sticks out.

01:34:27.000 People are flopping around in pain.

01:34:29.000 Cops pull belly clubs once they've broken the arm and come in for a double serving. 0.85

01:34:34.000 These are sadomasochistic people in these videos.

01:34:37.000 And the other cops just stand there while they're doing it.

01:34:40.000 And so what was done decades ago to pro-lifers is now coming to everybody.

01:34:46.000 They're going to have a system where in the future, if they get away with it, where you try to demonstrate, they're going to break your arm.

01:34:52.000 And that's violence.

01:34:53.000 That's an attack with a lethal weapon.

01:34:54.000 That's tyranny.

01:34:55.000 That's Lexington and Concord when the Redcoats came and started shooting at people. 0.52

01:35:00.000 And we're trying to fix things peaceable.

01:35:02.000 But the system does not have a right to brutalize you or attack you.

01:35:05.000 And federal courts have ruled if a cop in the wrong is assaulting you, you have a right to defend yourself.

01:35:11.000 The courts have always ruled if a cop doesn't have a warrant trying to break their way in your house, you have a right to defend yourself.

01:35:18.000 Now, the Indiana Supreme Court says no.

01:35:20.000 For any reason, including no reason at all, we're coming in your house.

01:35:24.000 And the next week, one of the lead sheriffs in the state said we're now going to start door-to-door gun sweeps.

01:35:30.000 And it gets worse.

01:35:31.000 The newspaper, speaking of the devil, out of Indiana, great publication, New Mexico Supreme Court lets cops grab guns during stops.

01:35:42.000 Supreme Court allows police to take all firearms from law-abiding motorists during traffic stops, even if the guns are legal.

01:35:49.000 And I see this where people have a gun in their car and the cops freak out and take them to jail for no reason.

01:35:55.000 Or you've seen the cases where people wear guns on their hips at demonstrations to point out it's legal, and cops say, I don't care if it's legal, just happened last week and beat the daylights out of you.

01:36:03.000 Because they're intimidated by you saying, hey, you're not the only ones with the right to have force to defend themselves.

01:36:12.000 Cops have the power to arrest under the citizen arrest power.

01:36:16.000 We incorporate cities, we then empower a security force if we see fit that works for us.

01:36:25.000 That doesn't mean now we can't have guns.

01:36:27.000 Get that through your heads.

01:36:28.000 Now I know a lot of cops understand this.

01:36:31.000 Because they've demystified guns, they're around guns.

01:36:33.000 And they understand the Second Amendment.

01:36:35.000 More than the general public.

01:36:36.000 I've seen polls of 98% of cops in national polls being pro-gun.

01:36:42.000 But still, many of these, quote, liberal cities, they see you with a gun, they flip out.

01:36:47.000 So we've got to exercise our Second Amendment or lose it.

01:36:50.000 Just like we've got to exercise our right to rally and protest and march inside capitals and get in politicians' faces.

01:36:57.000 Because if we don't, next!

01:37:00.000 They're going to tell us that they're going to forcibly inoculate our kids.

01:37:03.000 That they're going to take blood from us at checkpoints.

01:37:05.000 That they're going to put their hands on our bodies without warrants.

01:37:08.000 That they're going to come in our houses without warrants.

01:37:11.000 Because that's what always happens throughout history 100% of the time.

01:37:17.000 We know what happens in the affairs of men and women. 0.63

01:37:20.000 Now, Dewhurst is feeling massive heat right now.

01:37:30.000 Massive, massive heat right now.

01:37:33.000 And we're gonna get this article up on InfoWars.com and PrisonPlanet.com.

01:37:38.000 Rob Dew, will you get this from the Lone Star Report up as fast as you can?

01:37:43.000 Get Kurt to, or have Matt do it.

01:37:45.000 Dewhurst writes Perry to request anti-groping bill, congressional redistricting on special session call.

01:37:51.000 Dewhurst has gotten such incredible heat After he was exposed by Senator Patrick and others for going around killing the bill last Wednesday that he is now under the heat going to Perry asking him to add the bill in with the special session.

01:38:08.000 So we're now forcing them.

01:38:09.000 Notice Perry announced a new special session today but didn't put in there the anti-groping bill showing that he was never really for it.

01:38:18.000 But your phone calls are having an effect.

01:38:20.000 This just came out.

01:38:24.000 So, very, very exciting news.

01:38:26.000 We're going to get that up on InfoWars.com and PrisonPlanet.com.

01:38:32.000 The fact is, the heat that you've been putting on them last week, this week, is just having a huge effect, so great job.

01:38:38.000 I'm going to break that down more in the next hour and give the number out to Rick Perry again, but I promise to go to your phone calls.

01:38:44.000 Just finishing up, though.

01:38:46.000 With Agenda 21.

01:38:48.000 Agenda 21 is U.N.

01:38:50.000 laws lobbied by the central governments under treaty and then they lobby the states or regions.

01:39:00.000 And under Agenda 21 that's how you get unified global standardization of spying devices and cameras and phones and computers.

01:39:09.000 It's how you get unified banning of phosphorescent light bulbs and the mandatory That's how you get global standardization to ban first indoor smoking, then outdoor smoking.

01:39:22.000 That's how you get standardization of toilets. 1.00

01:39:25.000 It's how you get standardization of federal zoning for home inspections.

01:39:29.000 It's how you get global standardization for carbon taxes.

01:39:32.000 It's all open U.N.

01:39:35.000 Rio de Janeiro, 1992, Maurice Strong openly stating a post-industrial world where to have any job or any business or any farm, any ranch, to build a farm, to build a bridge, to build a walkway, to build a barn, to have chickens, you've got to get government approval.

01:39:56.000 You can't demand the approval.

01:39:58.000 They decide.

01:39:59.000 Just like thousands of companies get waivers from Obama on health care.

01:40:03.000 This is fascism dressed up as liberal socialism.

01:40:07.000 In my historical experience, socialism doesn't exist.

01:40:10.000 It's a magical, fake, made-up, utopian idea.

01:40:14.000 Fascism does.

01:40:15.000 And usually it calls itself socialist.

01:40:18.000 Hitler called himself a national socialist. 0.57

01:40:20.000 Mussolini was first a socialist, then changed it to a fascist.

01:40:25.000 And it's a select group grabbing government to then take your tax money and pay it as corporate welfare to mega-corporations who then are the only ones allowed to operate. 0.91

01:40:36.000 So, Fireworks Show needs new environmental review.

01:40:40.000 What started as a battle over Fireworks Show led to a sweeping legal victory Friday for environmentalists.

01:40:45.000 They're just tyrants under a new name.

01:40:47.000 They're goody two-shoes. 0.97

01:40:49.000 Oh, I'm a tyrant, but I'm liberal, so it's okay.

01:40:51.000 That could stymie a wide range of events needing city permits, from rock and roll marathon, they say it's bad for humans to be walking around, to birthday parties held at parks.

01:41:01.000 Oh yeah, they're ruling that the Amish are being shot down everywhere because dust comes up when they till the soil.

01:41:08.000 But it's only being enforced on them, the idea that dust is illegal.

01:41:11.000 According to the strictest interpretations of this, jumpy jumps and everything else would be subject to environmental review, including birthday parties at city parks.

01:41:20.000 If this ruling stands, said lawyer Robert Howard, who represents the La Joya Community Fireworks Foundation, in the case.

01:41:28.000 It's a breathtaking ruling.

01:41:30.000 They've got to go pay, and if you go to the universities, it's one of the biggest groups of these environmental assessment groups, and they follow the federal regulations, and then you've got to pay them a special assessment for them to come wave a magic wand and say if you can have fireworks.

01:41:45.000 Superior Court Judge Linda Quinn said the Lajoila's annual 4th of July fireworks show requires evaluation... Do what?

01:41:55.000 La Jolla annual 4th of July fireworks show requires evaluation.

01:42:02.000 So if La Jolla wants an annual 4th of July fireworks show requires an evaluation of the California Environmental Quality Act.

01:42:10.000 The case filed by the Coastal Environmental Rights Foundation targeted San Diego's approval of La Jolla event by eventually drew in a broad swath of city permits.

01:42:23.000 And they're now going to say you've got to have a permit for a party, anything, anywhere that's public.

01:42:28.000 You can read the whole Nightmare article if you want.

01:42:31.000 So this is the new environmental cult that you've got to go to the priest, and then they come out in a session, and you kiss their hind end, pay them enough money, maybe then you can have an event.

01:42:42.000 But wait, there's more!

01:42:44.000 Here's another one out of the Christian Post.

01:42:49.000 And it goes on, church lands $4,000 fine for excessive tree pruning.

01:42:55.000 A church in Charlotte, North Carolina has been hit by a $4,000 fine for breaking the city's tree trimming regulations.

01:43:01.000 City officials slapped the Presbyterian church with a $100 per branch for excessive pruning.

01:43:09.000 It's crepe myrtles.

01:43:10.000 Which is a tree brought in.

01:43:12.000 The Charlotte Observer reports, the trees are cut back by the church member, and you cut them back so they grow back better the next year.

01:43:18.000 I've got some great myrtles.

01:43:20.000 Every two to three years, this is the first time the church has been fined for violating the city's tree ordinance.

01:43:26.000 And it just goes on.

01:43:28.000 The ordinance has been in place since 78, but is now being enforced across the board.

01:43:33.000 So you don't trim anything without Getting them out there.

01:43:37.000 By the way, they use environmental rules all over the country and in Europe to not let you get the permit to put in your own solar on your house.

01:43:47.000 They'll only give you the permit if you wire it in to government.

01:43:51.000 If you wire it into the major power grid and then get your power back from them, the mafia is okay with you.

01:43:57.000 But all over the country, they have code inspectors driving around, even retroactively, looking for windmills, looking for turbines, looking for solar grids.

01:44:09.000 And boy, they pull into your house, they say, did you know you had to get a permit for that?

01:44:13.000 A lot of times, people on the news say, well, yeah, you wouldn't come out for a year and give me a permit.

01:44:17.000 And they go, that's right.

01:44:19.000 Now we're going to fine you hundreds, if not thousands.

01:44:22.000 Here in Austin, it's $2,000 a day for three-inch grass.

01:44:26.000 We've documented that.

01:44:28.000 Until you take that down, and then you beg, and you wait for me, and maybe I'll come out and give you authorization to have those solar panels.

01:44:40.000 Oh my gosh.

01:44:41.000 You know what?

01:44:42.000 I mean, it's just, when does this nightmare end?

01:44:45.000 When do we get these people off of our back?

01:44:47.000 When does it stop?

01:44:50.000 Meanwhile, the crooks in government can steal $27 trillion.

01:44:53.000 They can engage in any crime they want.

01:44:55.000 They can have DynCorp and Halliburton running giant child kidnapping rings.

01:44:58.000 Don't believe me?

01:44:59.000 Just search it.

01:45:00.000 You'll pull up mainstream news with it.

01:45:02.000 They don't get in trouble.

01:45:04.000 Government caught shipping in narcotics.

01:45:05.000 Government breaking the law, surveilling us without warrants.

01:45:08.000 Admittedly illegal.

01:45:09.000 Government molesting people.

01:45:12.000 Now Homeland Security's announced they are going to have the big mobile trucks.

01:45:16.000 Where they don't just naked body scan you, they put a scanner on your head and then they decide if you're lying.

01:45:23.000 When you're going in a high school play, or you're going into a rock concert, or you're going into a big church, they pull up and they march you onto these trucks, and then their quack computer says that you are putting off brainwaves or facial expressions that are evil.

01:45:38.000 And here's the article, Big Sis Pre-Crime System to Scan Americans for Malintent.

01:45:44.000 That's all coming up.

01:45:45.000 I mean, this is a control grid of biblical proportions by a criminal state designed to suppress everyone.

01:45:55.000 I mean, let's go to your phone calls.

01:45:58.000 I'm just speechless at this point.

01:46:00.000 Justin in Missouri, you're on the air.

01:46:02.000 Thanks for holding.

01:46:04.000 Alex.

01:46:06.000 You may have fired the first shot heard around the country there at the Capitol in Texas.

01:46:09.000 Good job on that.

01:46:11.000 Well, I just thought I went down and let my public servants know that I'm angry that the Statehouse did the right thing and the Senate killed it.

01:46:17.000 People said, well, you failed.

01:46:19.000 Now other states are saying they're going to call the federal bluff.

01:46:19.000 Well, no.

01:46:22.000 Dewhurst and Perry are in trouble on this.

01:46:24.000 Dewhurst is backtracking.

01:46:25.000 Good things are happening.

01:46:28.000 You've got some people following suit, though.

01:46:29.000 That's the main thing.

01:46:30.000 Yes, sir.

01:46:32.000 What I wanted to ask you though was, Aid, are you going to get on any St.

01:46:35.000 Louis affiliates that you know of?

01:46:38.000 Uh, where are you in Missouri?

01:46:40.000 Uh, St.

01:46:41.000 Louis.

01:46:43.000 I am on in Kansas City, and I know one other station in Missouri, but I tell you, we're getting a lot of new affiliates.

01:46:51.000 Even big marquee stations are picking us up now, so just keep calling local stations.

01:46:56.000 Tell them Alex Jones is up on all the satellites.

01:46:58.000 He's right there.

01:46:59.000 He's on XM.

01:47:01.000 Cover of Talker's Magazine in March.

01:47:03.000 Fastest growing radio show in the country.

01:47:05.000 Pick up the broadcast.

01:47:07.000 Okay.

01:47:08.000 And I have one final question.

01:47:10.000 Two weeks ago, Bill O'Reilly was talking about Ahmadinejad.

01:47:14.000 Ahmadinejad was over there complaining that Europe and some other choice countries over there were draining the clouds to cause drought in that area.

01:47:24.000 And they just laughed at him.

01:47:26.000 You know, I was curious if you heard about that or saw it.

01:47:28.000 Yeah, I did see Ahmed Enejid say that.

01:47:30.000 Dubai and other countries have put up the big antenna arrays like HAARP.

01:47:34.000 They admit it's for weather modification.

01:47:36.000 Their neighbors are getting mad, saying that when the clouds come over, they ionize them, cause the water particulates to congeal, and then rain on them.

01:47:45.000 And a lot of... There's an actual anti-weather modification treaty passed in 77.

01:47:52.000 and signed on to at the UN level by our government.

01:47:57.000 So I don't know why they joke and laugh about it.

01:48:00.000 The first speech the White House science czar gave two years ago when he got into position was about weather modification.

01:48:07.000 And so, yes, there is weather warfare going on.

01:48:10.000 Secretary of Defense William Cohen, April 28, 2018.

01:48:15.000 Gave a speech.

01:48:17.000 It was in Army Times, admitting they have the weather weapons.

01:48:20.000 I appreciate your call.

01:48:21.000 Great points, Justin.

01:48:22.000 But you're not supposed to talk about it.

01:48:24.000 Let's talk to John in Texas.

01:48:26.000 John, you're on the air.

01:48:27.000 Go ahead.

01:48:29.000 Hi, Alex.

01:48:29.000 Hey, buddy.

01:48:30.000 Hey, I wanted to thank you, thank InfoWars for linking me on to that excellent documentary, Novo Ordo Seclorum, The Slaughterhouse of Osiris.

01:48:40.000 It was a documentary documenting how the Illuminati, Freemasons, and Wall Street bankers funded the Communists and sent them into Russia, and all the horrors that went on there, and the fact that when they sent them in there, that was to be used as a launching ground for world government.

01:48:57.000 Absolutely.

01:48:58.000 It's on record that our government and the British government funded the Bolsheviks.

01:49:02.000 It's public record.

01:49:04.000 Anthony Sutton got the congressional documents back in the 70s and 80s and wrote several books on the financing of Hitler, the financing of the Communists before that.

01:49:14.000 And look at what our government's setting up now.

01:49:17.000 I mean, every time our criminal, illegitimate government has a chance, what do they put in in other countries?

01:49:22.000 They don't put republics in.

01:49:24.000 They don't put democracies in.

01:49:26.000 They put tyrants in.

01:49:27.000 They want tyrants worldwide. 0.88

01:49:29.000 So they want tyrants here. 0.99

01:49:32.000 They're building a global Soviet system, and this should be waking up anybody. 0.95

01:49:37.000 The fact that they took our manufacturing base, the jobs that support the middle class, and give it to an evil communist police state, that should be signs right there what they got coming down the road for us. 0.83

01:49:46.000 They gave them tax incentives for more than 25 years to move to China, Mexico, and other places.

01:49:53.000 It's unbelievable.

01:49:56.000 It's all premeditated and now they're putting every regulation they can in to shut down what's left of our industry while China, India, Mexico and 160 plus other countries have to make zero carbon cuts.

01:50:09.000 China builds three to four new coal power plants a week.

01:50:14.000 We get no more than two or three a year.

01:50:17.000 And Obama's energy czar, the head of the Department of Energy, announced two months ago that they are going to, quote, shut down, quote, massive amounts of coal plants, but not General Electric.

01:50:28.000 The day their new regulations, not law, Congress wouldn't pass it.

01:50:32.000 So Obama just said it's a regulation.

01:50:34.000 Guess who got the waiver?

01:50:36.000 Who gets to build new ones and who doesn't have to upkeep and upgrade them?

01:50:39.000 General Electric.

01:50:41.000 Just like McDonald's doesn't have to get their employees insurance.

01:50:45.000 That stuff goes in at the end of the year for everybody else.

01:50:47.000 It's going to devastate the economy, but that's good.

01:50:50.000 That shuts us down and then only General Electric and Walmart.

01:50:54.000 We get prisons, Walmarts, military bases.

01:50:58.000 That's the new America. 0.50

01:53:50.000 That's 800-624-1416.

01:53:51.000 Or call 800-624-1416 right now.

01:53:55.000 That's 800-624-1416.

01:53:57.000 Start taking Osteok.

01:53:59.000 I was brainstorming this morning, and it's really simple.

01:54:25.000 And the Humans behave the same, act the same throughout history. 0.61

01:54:31.000 We just have more technology now.

01:54:33.000 And that gives an advantage to individuals that want to expose corruption, but it also gives an advantage to those that are corrupt.

01:54:40.000 And the system can hide in the complexity.

01:54:43.000 That's why the bureaucrats always want to make things more and more complex, to hide the corruption, the insider deals. 0.97

01:54:52.000 But now, they've gotten so arrogant, so humorous filled, so much chutzpah, bravado, aplomb, whatever word you want to use for it, that Obama's now issued thousands of waivers to giant companies and personal friends that don't have to get insurance for their employees.

01:55:09.000 Do you realize the magnitude of that?

01:55:11.000 I mean, that's magnitude!

01:55:14.000 That is incredible!

01:55:15.000 General Electric can build new plants and not upgrade them, but they've got a $3 billion plant in Corpus Christi that's modern and they won't let them turn the new coal plant on?

01:55:26.000 Because they're not part of the insider crew?

01:55:28.000 I mean, this is criminal!

01:55:31.000 And all over the country, oh, a $4,000 fine.

01:55:34.000 Let me get the exact amount.

01:55:37.000 Yeah, $4,000 fine because you trimmed crepe myrtles. 1.00

01:55:41.000 Even if you believe in that ordinance, you idiots, you're supposed to trim crepe myrtles, or they die! 1.00

01:55:48.000 You're supposed to trim rose bushes, moron! 1.00

01:55:51.000 Oh, I'm just sick of it. 1.00

01:55:56.000 I'm just so sick of it.

01:55:57.000 I mean, these control freaks are everywhere, and everything they pass, the laws they pass, what they put in place.

01:56:02.000 I saw a report just six months ago, National Australian TV.

01:56:06.000 Half the land in Australia has been laid off use, just randomly.

01:56:10.000 Half of whatever land you own for farming is off limits.

01:56:14.000 Some people have had stuff for over a hundred years, sheep farms.

01:56:17.000 They say, you now can't use half of it.

01:56:19.000 That's how we're going to...

01:56:20.000 Pass our carbon credit level for the UN.

01:56:24.000 And I've got a caller here, Sean in Australia.

01:56:26.000 I'm going to go to him in a moment.

01:56:28.000 I want to ask, what's happened with that fight?

01:56:30.000 The farmers announcing hunger strikes, people panicking, their whole way of life destroyed.

01:56:36.000 I mean, just arbitrarily, you can't use half your land now because of the flatulence of your sheep.

01:56:42.000 Or your cows. 0.63

01:56:44.000 I mean, just period.

01:56:47.000 It's tyranny!

01:56:48.000 They're just doing it!

01:56:49.000 It's got to stop!

01:56:52.000 I'm gonna start the next hour and take 30 minutes of calls interspersed with uh...

01:56:57.000 A bunch of really important news I haven't even gotten to yet.

01:56:59.000 And the latest, very exciting news, Texas rising like a phoenix after the betrayal of last week.

01:57:06.000 Your action becoming a national sensation.

01:57:09.000 Other capitals need to be peacefully stormed.

01:57:12.000 I almost called our video stormed, and then I said, now let's not get too provocative.

01:57:16.000 All the rest of the media called it a storming of the Capitol.

01:57:19.000 People were like, you mean you can shout at your servants?

01:57:21.000 Yes, they're your servants, not your masters.

01:57:26.000 And if they arrest you, well that's illustrating the tyranny!

01:57:30.000 You've got to say no to them!

01:58:50.000 This is Alex Jones with 5 good reasons you should consider buying a solar power generator.

01:58:55.000 Number 1.

01:58:56.000 New climate legislation could easily double or triple your electric bill.

01:58:59.000 Number 2.

01:59:00.000 Our new energy czar wants to control how much power your electric company allows you to have.

01:59:05.000 It's true.

01:59:06.000 Total government control of electricity in the name of smart grid technology is coming.

01:59:11.000 Number 3.

01:59:12.000 In some areas of the country, the power grid is dangerously overloaded.

01:59:15.000 And now, new socialist legislation is only compounding the problem.

01:59:19.000 Number 4.

01:59:20.000 Dangerous weather is always a threat to local grids.

01:59:23.000 Every year, thousands of families lose their power from weather-related outages.

01:59:26.000 Number 5.

01:59:27.000 A solar power generator provides powerful backup, insurance, and peace of mind.

01:59:31.000 Folks, I really believe in the solar power generators offered by Solutions from Science, one of my oldest sponsors.

02:00:07.000 Government cover-ups.

02:00:10.000 You want answers?

02:00:12.000 Well, so does he.

02:00:13.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

02:00:17.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

02:00:24.000 We are now into our number three constitutional law expert, the man Ron Paul calls THE expert.

02:00:31.000 Bruce Fine will be joining us to get into the unbelievable presidential power grab.

02:00:35.000 Congress is trying to hand Obama for perpetual war, torture, secret arrest, and murder of even U.S.

02:00:41.000 citizens.

02:00:42.000 CDC admits flu vaccines don't work.

02:00:44.000 Big news on that front.

02:00:46.000 Also, CNN reporting that the World Health Organization is having to admit But yes, cell phones are giving you brain cancer.

02:00:52.000 Folks, we've all gotten addicted to them.

02:00:54.000 We've got to use hands-free.

02:00:55.000 That way it just gives our kneecap, you know, where it's sitting beside us in the car, cancer.

02:01:00.000 We've got to stop putting them up to our heads.

02:01:02.000 We've got to use the Bluetooth.

02:01:03.000 Because just the radio wave wireless isn't that bad, the studies show.

02:01:07.000 It's that microwave.

02:01:09.000 It's a microwave relay pulse system.

02:01:12.000 It's very powerful.

02:01:15.000 But it's just like putting water, putting poison in a water tank.

02:01:19.000 Cows, deer, sheep, they'll come up and drink because it's odorless, it's tasteless, and they'll watch other sheep around them dying, and they'll still come and drink right next to a dead sheep in the mud.

02:01:32.000 And I'm the same way.

02:01:33.000 Been using cell phones for a long time, since college I got one.

02:01:38.000 I use them, I don't talk a lot on them, I don't talk for long periods on them, like my dad.

02:01:44.000 My dad is glued to his, talking to his patients and people, doing prescriptions, and my poor daddy just lives on it, with a microwave relay tower right up against his head, and he will, he needs to stop it.

02:01:57.000 I hung out with him and barbecued yesterday, and he was creeping off on that cell phone.

02:02:01.000 I said, I got landlines right here, but I know they're little computers.

02:02:04.000 They got all the numbers for you, they got the messages, they got it all stored, and it also surveils you.

02:02:10.000 I gotta do something.

02:02:12.000 I think I may just get rid of the cell phone.

02:02:15.000 But then when I'm on trips and things, they don't even have payphones anymore. 0.53

02:02:20.000 See, they make killing yourself so easy.

02:02:23.000 They make being surveilled so easy.

02:02:26.000 I don't even plug a hands-free into it.

02:02:29.000 My buddy Jimmy Vaughn does.

02:02:31.000 He and his wife, I'm friends with them, great folks.

02:02:33.000 I notice they've got those plug-in phones so it's at least away from you.

02:02:36.000 It's like a regular phone.

02:02:37.000 But see, I won't do that.

02:02:39.000 I'll talk the talk, but I won't walk the walk. 0.99

02:02:41.000 I'm pathetic! 0.89

02:02:44.000 We're going to Sean in Australia next, but first let's go to Dave in Maryland. 0.93

02:02:47.000 Dave, you're on the air.

02:02:48.000 Go ahead.

02:02:50.000 Yes, Alex.

02:02:50.000 Thanks for letting me come on.

02:02:52.000 Hey, I've got a little bit of information here I wanted to pass on to you.

02:02:55.000 It'll take a couple minutes.

02:02:56.000 I've done my homework on some of these right-to-carry gun laws.

02:03:01.000 Are you there?

02:03:02.000 Yes, sir.

02:03:03.000 Yes, and I found out something.

02:03:05.000 I've been talking to the Department of Natural Resources, the state police in Maryland and West Virginia.

02:03:10.000 And they confirmed what I already knew.

02:03:12.000 It's about black powder type weapons, like flip-locks, muzzle loaders, percussion muzzle loaders, and cap and ball pistols.

02:03:20.000 They don't fall under the 1933 or the 1968 Gun Control Act.

02:03:25.000 Therefore, you can strap a Cap'n Ball pistol on your person or wear it concealed and walk anywhere you want.

02:03:32.000 By the way, a .44 or a .357 black powder six-shooter, I mean, you can load those baby up.

02:03:41.000 They are almost as deadly as a regular white powder.

02:03:44.000 They are incredible firearms.

02:03:47.000 You can also buy them without the NICS check.

02:03:53.000 Right, and there's not a dang thing they can do about it if you want to strap her on and carry it, so I propose that everybody go out and either get a .36 or a .44 caliber, learn how to load it, utilize it, how to shoot it, and wear it. 0.98

02:04:06.000 This will break those people from sucking eggs. 1.00

02:04:09.000 Well, there's nothing more powerful than demonstrating even when they say we can't. 0.97

02:04:13.000 There's nothing more powerful than wearing guns openly.

02:04:16.000 And that totally freaks Chris Matthews out, because if they're having to show rallies with people wearing guns everywhere, then the general public goes, well wait, how's that legal?

02:04:24.000 The drama I watch, the cop show I watch, the fiction I watch, shows people being arrested every episode for owning a gun in their house.

02:04:32.000 See, they create the perception it's illegal, so they can then ban it.

02:04:35.000 Do you see what's going on?

02:04:38.000 Be like Pancho Villa, wear it outside on us so the whole world can see it and be proud.

02:04:43.000 I love that Willie Nelson and Merle Haggard song.

02:04:46.000 Well, do you want us to play that when we come back for you?

02:04:48.000 We'll see if John Harmon can find it.

02:04:50.000 And I never played you got to stand for something or you'll fall for anything.

02:04:53.000 We'll play that after we take some calls.

02:04:55.000 We'll be right back.

02:04:56.000 Stay with us.

02:05:01.000 A very wealthy U.S.

02:05:17.000 Now this man has made some outrageous predictions over the years.

02:05:20.000 The crazy part is, he's usually right.

02:07:06.000 The grim future foretold in 1984 has become reality.

02:07:12.000 The United States is now recognized globally as one of the most oppressive police states on Earth.

02:07:18.000 This film conclusively proves the existence of a secret network of FEMA camps, now being expanded nationwide.

02:08:56.000 It sank into your dreams.

02:09:02.000 Pancho was a bandit boy.

02:09:05.000 His horse was fast as polished steel.

02:09:10.000 He wore his gun outside his house, where all the honest were old and feeble. 1.00

02:09:18.000 Pancho met his match, you know, on the deserts down in Mexico.

02:09:26.000 Oh, but that's the way it goes.

02:09:32.000 Okay, let's go back to your phone calls right now ahead of constitutional law expert joining us with the final nail in the Republic's coffin.

02:09:43.000 That's how Ron Paul put it last week.

02:09:46.000 Okay Alex, calling in from Western Australia via Skype.

02:09:49.000 the office of the presidency.

02:09:51.000 Unbelievable.

02:09:52.000 But it's happening.

02:09:54.000 Sean in Australia, you're on the air.

02:09:56.000 Thanks for holding.

02:09:57.000 Okay, Eric's calling in from Western Australia via Skype.

02:10:03.000 I've got to say, you are dominating the InfoWall while at the same time you champion the freedom movement on a global scale.

02:10:10.000 Well, we're dominating the fight against the globalists because there's red-blooded humans worldwide who have a passion for liberty beating in their heart, and nothing will quench it but freedom.

02:10:23.000 or I agree.

02:10:26.000 Well, look, I was unaware of your issue that you brought up about the farmland being taken away.

02:10:34.000 Well, to me, it's clearly an unmitigated power grab supported by a nonsensical theory.

02:10:39.000 And I reiterate, anthropogenic global warming is a theory.

02:10:43.000 I'm a geophysicist.

02:10:45.000 And I'll say on record that anthropogenic global warming is a pure hoax.

02:10:49.000 But wait!

02:10:49.000 The UN says two years ago at Copenhagen that the sun has no effect on the climate.

02:10:54.000 So they waved a magic wand.

02:10:56.000 Just like they say levels hundreds of times safe levels are now safe at Fukushima.

02:11:01.000 They wave a magic wand.

02:11:03.000 They say it's caused by cows' flatulence and so now we've got to put a tax on your cows. 0.94

02:11:11.000 Well I mean anyone who believes that is clearly Unreasonable.

02:11:16.000 This land grab is a move to cripple the ability of Australians to live off the land and to make agricultural enterprise financially and now practically unfeasible.

02:11:27.000 That's how I see it.

02:11:28.000 That's right.

02:11:28.000 Half the farmland announced last year to be off limits for people that currently own it or are using it.

02:11:34.000 Where is that fight going right now in Australia?

02:11:38.000 Well, to be honest, as I said, I was unaware of it until I heard it on the broadcast.

02:11:42.000 That's what I thought you said.

02:11:44.000 I wasn't sure.

02:11:45.000 That's all over Australian news.

02:11:46.000 Just search.

02:11:48.000 It's even Sky Television with the reports.

02:11:51.000 The best way to find it is Farmer on Hunger Strike in Australia and that should bring it up for you.

02:11:58.000 Okay, okay.

02:11:59.000 Well, check that out.

02:12:01.000 I struggle to watch the mainstream news anymore.

02:12:04.000 I can't handle it.

02:12:05.000 No, I know it's painful to watch them, but you've got to watch the enemy.

02:12:08.000 You've got to know what they're up to.

02:12:10.000 Yeah, you do, you do.

02:12:11.000 This is why I've called in.

02:12:12.000 Look, it's obviously my first time in.

02:12:15.000 I want to be quick, but I need to carefully frame points that I want to make.

02:12:20.000 I've called in to give you a breakdown of how I see the events ensuring in terms of our level of potential intervention.

02:12:27.000 First, I've got to commend the New Hampshire lawyer representing the 9-11 victims' families who recently called into the show and directed us to his phone calls transcript with the senior investigator of the New York District Attorney Cyrus Vance Jr.

02:12:42.000 The guy was pretty impressive.

02:12:43.000 He wasn't going to back down and his control of the conversation was very good.

02:12:47.000 Look, it's obvious why he called in to the DA's office and why he called in to the show to tell us.

02:12:52.000 It was directly related to what Dr. Pechenik said on your show on the 4th of May.

02:12:58.000 Now, my breakdown of the ensuing events... Okay, I'm trying to follow what you're... Hold on, I'm trying to follow.

02:13:03.000 I vaguely remember a caller...

02:13:05.000 Pointing out that Cyrus Vance Jr., who Pchenik had actually worked for his dad when he was Secretary of State, so I see that tie-in, and I mentioned that here on the show, that the caller was saying he called Cyrus Vance Jr., I believe he said, and that they're ready to talk to Pchenik.

02:13:25.000 And so Pchenik said, they know where to get me, that they should contact him if they're serious.

02:13:29.000 Is that what you're talking about?

02:13:32.000 Correct.

02:13:33.000 Um, he called into the DA's office.

02:13:35.000 Um, look, I've got a different approach and I'm seeing it from a different angle.

02:13:38.000 Okay, now...

02:13:40.000 First, I have to say that I logically operate in the context of the comprehensive model that people like yourself and Dr. Tarpley have laid out for us, which is the model of total tyranny.

02:13:53.000 The model of incrementalised degradation of humanity, population control, the bankers' debt colonialism, imperialism, and absolute insider corruption, which is sold to us as a set-up that claims that this model It's classical capitalism, and that the problems are due to the free market, which is the reverse of... That's right.

02:14:14.000 This is not a free market system.

02:14:15.000 This is a crony, insider, mafia system.

02:14:18.000 Then they blame all their crimes on capitalism, and sell socialism as a solution, when that's exactly what they want, is to communalize our wealth, so they can steal it out of one pot.

02:14:29.000 Yeah, I totally agree.

02:14:29.000 Correct.

02:14:30.000 It's global corporatism.

02:14:32.000 Now, with this medal, You can clearly see the continuity of government across the NATO and UN countries as self-evident, just as it is self-evident that there is a false two-party paradigm, a ceremonial Congress and a pre-selected puppet president.

02:14:48.000 Now, we've got this in Australia as well, no doubt.

02:14:51.000 So one of the consequences of this very serious phone call after what Dr. Pachanek has told us, and for those of us who see reality according to this model, We have to understand that the 9-11 narrative is a Psy-Op, and that the behind-the-scenes intelligence, defence and Psy-Op think tanks need to be able to handle a transition from the current Psy-Op paradigm and the war on terror to a new narrative.

02:15:19.000 So obviously the current follow-up is the false flag terror that was deployed on us in 2001.

02:15:25.000 So a new narrative must be controlled and must maintain at least some level of narrative continuity so that the power elite do not lose total control of the masses.

02:15:35.000 Sure, it sounds like you're reading.

02:15:37.000 I'm almost out of time.

02:15:38.000 I've got to get to other callers, Sean.

02:15:40.000 Bring it to a head for us.

02:15:43.000 Okay, so what I'm saying is that if Uh, the, if the organization between the DA, Dr. Pchenik, and everyone comes to head, the prosecution, I believe, will only go ahead if the power elite are ready to make a transition from the current PSYOP to a new PSYOP.

02:16:04.000 Because they work on a timetable.

02:16:08.000 I don't believe the globalists want 9-11 truth to come out.

02:16:11.000 They're still using that paradigm.

02:16:14.000 They're still moving forward with it.

02:16:16.000 That would discredit their entire system if that ever happened.

02:16:19.000 Sean, sounds like you've got a lot of thoughts.

02:16:21.000 Write an article up.

02:16:22.000 Send it to us.

02:16:22.000 If it's good stuff, we'll publish it at InfoWars.com or put it on your own blog.

02:16:27.000 Sounds interesting.

02:16:28.000 Eric, you're on the air.

02:16:28.000 Eric in Texas.

02:16:31.000 Oh, man.

02:16:32.000 Yes, sir.

02:16:35.000 I've been a soldier of the New World Order since 96, man.

02:16:38.000 That's when I went through the police academy there in Central Texas.

02:16:42.000 Yes, sir.

02:16:43.000 I used to listen to you on AM, thought you were quack, until a few years back.

02:16:47.000 We had an emergency preparedness class that we took.

02:16:49.000 We had a bunch of bigwigs from Gulfport and New Orleans come in and talk about FEMA and Katrina.

02:16:54.000 We got to see the national ID card that no one else is supposed to know about because they'll think it's the beginning of the end, I suppose.

02:17:02.000 I just wanted to kind of say thanks for waking me up and I chose to be a cop and I've seen enough stuff over the years where I've decided not to be.

02:17:10.000 I joined Oath Keepers a couple years ago and I'm pretty much a traitor and an outcast with my peers and co-workers since then and I feel much better for it now.

02:17:20.000 Really? 0.93

02:17:20.000 For saying you're going to follow the Bill of Rights and the Constitution, you're a traitor and an outcast. 0.93

02:17:26.000 You know what? 0.99

02:17:27.000 Stay there.

02:17:27.000 Don't hang up.

02:17:28.000 We've got to go to break here, Eric.

02:17:31.000 I want to come back after this break and talk about how you're a traitor and an outcast because you say you'll follow the Bill of Rights and Constitution.

02:17:40.000 You'll do what you've sworn to do.

02:17:43.000 You will stand for the Republic.

02:17:46.000 I mean, that is a frightening statement.

02:17:48.000 And so I want to hear some details of that.

02:17:50.000 But I want to go out to break.

02:17:53.000 With a few minutes of this Aaron Tippett country song, you've got to stand for something or you'll fall for anything.

02:17:58.000 This man says that he stands for the Bill of Rights and Constitution.

02:18:03.000 These guys that think it's so evil and so bad, what do they stand for?

02:18:10.000 Here it is.

02:18:11.000 Now Daddy didn't like trouble, but if it came along, everyone that knew him knew each side that he'd be on.

02:18:36.000 He never was a hero, or this town he shined at light.

02:18:41.000 But you could always find him standing up for what he thought was right.

02:18:47.000 He'd say you've got to stand for something, or you'll fall for anything.

02:18:54.000 You've got to be...

02:18:56.000 Be your own man, not a puppet on the string.

02:19:00.000 Never compromise what's right and uphold your family name.

02:19:07.000 You've got to stand for something or you'll fall for anything.

02:19:12.000 Now we might have been better off or on the bigger house.

02:19:26.000 If Daddy'd done more giving in, or a little more backing down.

02:19:31.000 But we always had plenty, just to live in his advice.

02:19:37.000 Whatever you do today, you'll have to sleep with tonight.

02:19:43.000 He'd say, you've got to stand for something, or you'll fall through.

02:19:49.000 What does this republic stand for?

02:19:52.000 What do the police stand for?

02:19:55.000 If they're so scared of the Bill of Rights and Constitution, what country do they think they're living in?

02:20:01.000 Hi, this is Alex Jones.

02:20:02.000 Did you know that the global elite are now storing non-hybrid seeds in secret storage vaults near the Arctic Circle?

02:22:59.000 Will I have garlic breath after I take Ali-C?

02:23:03.000 We get that question all the time about the world's best garlic extract, Ali-C.

02:23:07.000 And the answer is, Ali-C contains stabilized allicin, nature's antimicrobial agent, and the active ingredient in crushed garlic, but will not give you garlic breath.

02:23:16.000 Scientifically proven in double-blind studies, using low doses of allicin greatly reduces the number, severity, and duration of common colds.

02:23:23.000 Our powerful Ali-C contains 300 milligrams of stabilized allicin.

02:23:27.000 Just one tablet of Ali-C is equivalent to 40 garlic cloves.

02:23:31.000 It's effective against asthma, MRSA, bacterial fungal, and viral infections, and helps lower high blood pressure and high cholesterol.

02:23:38.000 Plus, it's a natural mosquito repellent.

02:23:40.000 Boost resistance to infection with nature's best garlic extract.

02:24:07.000 Because there's a war on for your mind.

02:24:13.000 Okay, so Eric is a police officer here in Texas, says he's going to get out of it because he became a member of Oath Keepers a few years ago and talks about liberty and freedom and he's become an outcast.

02:24:24.000 Now, I get calls like this.

02:24:26.000 I talk to cops on the street, you know, that pull up on their bikes or in their squad cars and we're routinely both of them are listeners.

02:24:35.000 So I guess it depends in what department you're in or what unit or what group.

02:24:39.000 But generally, they're trying to turn cops into enemies of the Republic.

02:24:44.000 But a lot of police that I've run into are good men and women.

02:24:47.000 But that is really scary, Eric, because I have squad car video, not just in my film Road to Tyranny, but in other clips I've been sent, where it's their own video, with their own microphones on their ties, or on their uniforms, where they find a pocket Constitution, or somebody brings up the Constitution, and the cops act like They found a dead baby or something.

02:25:07.000 I mean, they act like they found meth dealers.

02:25:10.000 I mean, they freak out in fear.

02:25:12.000 And so I guess that same brainwashing that they're giving the police, I guess, extends to you.

02:25:17.000 Don't they know that keeping your oath is what they've sworn to?

02:25:21.000 I mean, how can so many police think that talking about keeping your oath is dirty?

02:25:27.000 Well, it's just a culture of us versus them, man. 0.96

02:25:31.000 It's been that way since I went through the Academy.

02:25:33.000 You know, there's There's a lot of lip service on civil rights and people's private property and really boils down to just a bunch of CIA information to keep the department from getting sued.

02:25:47.000 And unless you get into a specialized unit or you start dealing more with the guys that are in charge, most of the stuff they're involved in, I think, is kind of out of our pay grade on the street.

02:25:59.000 When I saw these knuckleheads from post-Katrina come in there with this emergency preparedness Joking about the national ID card and number of the beast, and I'm not a super religious guy, but it struck me as, like, wait a minute. 0.84

02:26:13.000 What is a national ID card for?

02:26:15.000 And they proceeded to tell me to restrict access in and out of emergency zones. 0.69

02:26:21.000 It was ridiculous.

02:26:23.000 And I kind of was vocal about it at the class, and that's kind of where it started for me, because I noticed the guys looking around like I was some kind of a fruitcake or right-winger or something. 0.82

02:26:33.000 Sir, have you seen Road to Tyranny?

02:26:35.000 Because I have stuff pre-911.

02:26:36.000 It was sent to us in 2000 by a firefighter.

02:26:39.000 It's in Kansas City, where I was still on AM radio, and the room's full of police, firemen, sheriff's deputies, and the FEMA guy, looks like a special forces type guy, is bad-mouthing Thomas Jefferson, George Washington, Anybody that talks about freedom is probably a terrorist.

02:26:55.000 And the cops are nodding and agreeing.

02:26:57.000 And it's like, I mean, it's so alien.

02:27:00.000 This is the heart of America that they are saying is now bad.

02:27:04.000 Don't cops know that when there's a foreign banking takeover, bad guys are going to come to them and tell them the good guys are the bad guys?

02:27:11.000 I mean, look at FEMA.

02:27:12.000 They cut the police communication lines so the cops couldn't aid the public, so the feds could come in and take over.

02:27:19.000 That's now on record.

02:27:20.000 Well, that's the Thomas Jefferson quotes and George Washington and all that.

02:27:24.000 It must be a regular speech they give because that's the same tripe they told us in that meeting.

02:27:31.000 Oh, so they were demonizing the Founding Fathers?

02:27:33.000 Absolutely.

02:27:34.000 And so my sheriff, the guy I worked for up until recently, last couple of months, went, I guess, to the Sheriff's Association meeting there in Austin, I think is where it was at, I'm not sure.

02:27:43.000 But they had an Oath Keepers booth set up.

02:27:46.000 And he took some of their stuff and read it and he came back and he was joking to me about it out at the range.

02:27:51.000 about these Oath Keepers.

02:27:52.000 And I said, well, I'm an Oath Keeper.

02:27:54.000 And the conversation came to a dead stop, and he looked at me, and he's like, well, you know, what are you saying?

02:28:00.000 I said, well, I'm just saying that I took an oath, and I'm going to defend it.

02:28:03.000 And he said, well, if you do what your Oath Keepers say you're going to do, then you really can't have your job in some instances.

02:28:10.000 And I was like, okay, man.

02:28:14.000 I mean, it's just amazing.

02:28:15.000 So why did he swear an oath if it's so bad to follow your oath?

02:28:21.000 I mean, don't they understand that if the Germans would have followed their oath, they had a pretty good oath as well, that none of that would have happened?

02:28:27.000 I mean, don't they realize that they're swearing an oath because police are either guardians of liberty or pure tyranny?

02:28:34.000 I mean, don't they understand cops are bad in Mexico or North Korea?

02:28:38.000 Don't they get that?

02:28:40.000 I swore that same oath, and when I recited it, I was waiting to get my badge.

02:28:47.000 And I think that's what happens to a lot of guys. 0.79

02:28:49.000 Just something you say and it sounds patriotic and then you move on and it's us versus them and everybody's bad and we're the good guys and we're the thin blue line and all that garbage.

02:29:02.000 But when you grow up a little bit and you've seen enough of it and you start questioning things, then right there you've stepped out of that I wouldn't say code of science.

02:29:12.000 Now, of course, this is not a blanket statement for all police officers.

02:29:15.000 No, I understand.

02:29:15.000 Eric, I'm just curious, what jurisdiction are you in?

02:29:19.000 Well, I was out in West Texas until a few months ago, and I'm now working on the pipeline.

02:29:23.000 I've left it, and I actually worked up in north of Austin for many years and went out to You know what?

02:29:32.000 You know what?

02:29:33.000 We've got a guest coming up, but I want the guest to hear this.

02:29:35.000 When we come back, just briefly to Bruce Fine, tell him the type of stuff they say about George Washington and Thomas Jefferson.

02:29:42.000 I mean, we have it on video, but we want to hear it from you.

02:29:45.000 And then we'll bring our guest up to comment on what you say.

02:31:00.000 This is Alex Jones with 5 good reasons you should consider buying a solar power generator.

02:31:05.000 Number 1.

02:31:06.000 New climate legislation could easily double or triple your electric bill.

02:31:09.000 Number 2.

02:31:10.000 Our new energy czar wants to control how much power your electric company allows you to have.

02:31:15.000 It's true.

02:31:16.000 Total government control of electricity in the name of smart grid technology is coming.

02:31:20.000 Number 3.

02:31:21.000 In some areas of the country, the power grid is dangerously overloaded.

02:31:25.000 And now, new socialist legislation is only compounding the problem.

02:31:29.000 Number 4.

02:31:30.000 Dangerous weather is always a threat to local grids.

02:31:32.000 Every year, thousands of families lose their power from weather-related outages.

02:31:36.000 Number 5.

02:31:37.000 A solar power generator provides powerful backup, insurance, and peace of mind.

02:31:41.000 Folks, I really believe in the solar power generators offered by Solutions from Science, one of my oldest sponsors.

02:32:01.000 Hi folks, this is Alex Jones.

02:32:03.000 I'm looking for people that have the wisdom to spot savings, opportunity, and recognize risk.

02:32:08.000 Saving means to make money.

02:32:48.000 Take charge of your health now by calling 800-340-7091 or see Calvin on the web at 5starsoap.com.

02:33:16.000 Well, here's the good news.

02:33:19.000 A whole bunch of other states, including Utah, are saying they're going to call the federal bluff on the TSA groping inside the pants and outside the pants of men, women, and children.

02:33:29.000 Texas had caved in, but now in the special session, Rick Perry did not ask for the bill, though he claims he supports it, to be brought back up, even though it passed unanimously to then be killed by Perry's minion, Dewhurst, in the Senate.

02:33:41.000 According to Senators who blew the whistle on him, like Senior Senator Dan Patrick.

02:33:48.000 From Houston.

02:33:49.000 But now Dewhurst, under incredible heat, is asking Perry to put it back in the special session.

02:33:54.000 Why didn't Perry do that on his own?

02:33:56.000 But that news is all up at Infowars.com and PrisonPlanet.com.

02:34:01.000 The point is, the fight is on.

02:34:03.000 Now, Bruce Fine, who is one of the leading constitutional law scholars, advisor to Congress, Ron Paul says that he's a big Follower of Mr. Fine's take on things.

02:34:16.000 He's quoted on the cover of the Constitutional Peril saying Bruce Fain is one of the most important legal minds of our time.

02:34:22.000 We're going to be talking to Bruce here in a moment.

02:34:24.000 But finishing up, Eric, I have the training manuals, I have the videos that police sent us, not just the manuals, saying George Washington bad, Thomas Jefferson bad, Ron Paul bad, Bob Barr bad, anybody that talks about the Constitution bad.

02:34:39.000 I mean, But you were saying that you were taught the same stuff in Texas with Mr. Fine listening.

02:34:48.000 Tell folks the type of song and dance you were told about the Founding Fathers.

02:34:53.000 Well, essentially I was told to be on the lookout for anybody that espouses that because they're probably right-wing extremists and those are one of the folks we need to look for.

02:35:02.000 And this was before I'd even read a MIAC report or anything else.

02:35:06.000 And so it's, I think it's pretty much a standard they go around the country You know, and they're in the process of militarizing all of us.

02:35:13.000 I mean, every cop wants to get on SWAT, and they've got all the good toys, and I've done it.

02:35:17.000 I've been on SWAT for years, and it's just got to the point of being ridiculous.

02:35:22.000 You know, it really has.

02:35:22.000 Well, all over the country they're announcing that they're going to SWAT teams even for unpaid speeding tickets, so it's just... Well, they're using the fear of all these officers that have been getting shot lately.

02:35:35.000 They're using that to stoke our fears, and we go in heavy-handed, and that's...

02:35:39.000 But you know what's going to happen.

02:35:40.000 That's going to lead to more people who are going to start fighting.

02:35:44.000 You see how it's a self-fulfilling prophecy?

02:35:45.000 It is.

02:35:46.000 It exactly is.

02:35:48.000 It absolutely is.

02:35:49.000 All right.

02:35:49.000 Well, God bless you, Eric, and we appreciate your call.

02:35:52.000 Too bad you decided to get off the force because of all of it, because it would be good to have good folks in there.

02:35:56.000 But I don't want to second-guess your decision.

02:35:59.000 I certainly couldn't do it.

02:36:02.000 Now, Bruce Fine is chairman of the American Freedom Agenda.

02:36:06.000 Founder of the Bruce Fine and Associates, the Lynchfield Group, author of Constitutional Peril, The Life and Death Struggle for a Constitution and Democracy, and weekly columnist for the Washington Times.

02:36:17.000 Mr. Fine graduated with honors from Harvard Law School in 72, clerked for the prestigious federal court, served as special assistant to the Attorney, Assistant Attorney General, the Office of Legal Counsel and Assistant Attorney General,

02:36:31.000 For Antitrust, Assistant Director for the Office of Legal Policy, Associate Deputy Attorney General, General Counsel of the Federal Communications Commission, Counsel of the Joint Congressional Committee on Covert Arms Sales to Iran, Visiting Fellow for the Constitutional Studies at the Heritage Foundation, Adjunct Scholar for the American Enterprise Institute, Guest Lecturer at the Brookings Institution, Mr. Fine Specializes in Constitutional and International Law, As a frequent witness, an advisor to Congress, and as a regular guest on national TV and radio.

02:37:01.000 And we appreciate Mr. Fine joining us today.

02:37:04.000 Ron Paul said, quote, Bruce Fine is one of the most important legal minds in our time.

02:37:08.000 So a congressional level constitutional law scholar.

02:37:12.000 Going over this, we've got a constellation of issues to cover.

02:37:16.000 But sir, looking at Three months ago, Obama following the U.N.

02:37:20.000 directive, saying for the prestige of the U.N., he didn't need Congress.

02:37:24.000 Congress servile comes to them last week and says, here's secret arrest, killing of American citizens, total power, we make you Caesar.

02:37:32.000 And how did the emperor respond?

02:37:36.000 Well, he responded by just feigning the idea that he would even accept congressional crowning of powers that he had already stolen when he had proclaimed that he may unilaterally use the military anywhere he wants.

02:37:52.000 In the name of regional stability, the credibility of the UN Security Council, an overflow of refugees, humanitarian causes, indeed anything that he thought was disturbing on the planet, which was the most egregious usurpation of legislative power in the history of the United States.

02:38:13.000 And he does that without blessing, without recognizing that he now has become the King George III, which was the object of our revulsion and repudiation in 1776.

02:38:25.000 And it's truly astonishing what your former viewer or participant has said, that our founding fathers are being scorned.

02:38:35.000 They're being sneered at.

02:38:36.000 This is basically the counter-revolution, if you will.

02:38:40.000 The Napoleon, the 18th of Rumer, for the United States of America. 0.65

02:38:45.000 And indeed, it's true.

02:38:47.000 We have lost the Republic on the installment plan.

02:38:49.000 It's not something that happened overnight.

02:38:51.000 It's been an ever-increasing encroachment of executive authority and military supremacy since the Mexican-American War of 1846 to 1848.

02:39:01.000 And now we've got a political culture that is passive, that is deceit, that accepts fatalities in the name of making us risk-free.

02:39:10.000 And it's something that would be shocking to the Founding Fathers, is all I can say.

02:39:15.000 Ron Paul last week said, this is the final nail if this goes through.

02:39:20.000 And Obama says, I don't even need that power.

02:39:21.000 I'll do whatever I want.

02:39:23.000 I've got the UN.

02:39:24.000 I mean, is this not, Bruce, you said, the greatest power grab, the most unconstitutional action in our history.

02:39:31.000 And I have to agree with you.

02:39:32.000 I mean, on its face, it's a total statement.

02:39:35.000 Break down what's happened, what is now unfolding, and why you use words like that to describe it.

02:39:43.000 Well, think of this hypothetical.

02:39:44.000 Suppose the President of the United States, whoever it is, can be a Republican or Democrat, Obama or Bush or someone else, this evening goes on national television and he says, I've got secret intelligence that shows that unless I suspend the Constitution, declare martial law, and impose the military as supreme over the civilian courts,

02:40:06.000 We will suffer another 9-11, and therefore, I will try to restore your liberties as soon as possible, but right now, I've got to be king.

02:40:15.000 If the President did that, I think our culture would accept it.

02:40:18.000 I think there would be no cry for impeachment and removal from office.

02:40:22.000 No outcry that this is a usurpation and total capitulation to fear and to dictatorship.

02:40:33.000 This would be something that the American people Now Bruce, your cell phone was breaking up right there during that key point.

02:40:45.000 as one arrives, we have now set the precedent and the political culture that will indulge a dictator.

02:40:51.000 Now, Bruce, your cell phone was breaking up right there during that key point.

02:40:57.000 Please repeat the last 60 seconds of what you were saying.

02:41:01.000 What I'm saying is that the Congress of the United States, the American people have cultivated, have accepted a political culture that will accept a dictatorship the next time we have Caligula than the president as opposed to Obama. 0.57

02:41:16.000 In the name of being made safe and risk-free, they will accept basilisk and whatever the President ordains is needed for their safety, they will accept.

02:41:26.000 And that essay is the final, if you will, representative death knell to the republic when the people are no longer willing to fight for their liberties.

02:41:35.000 It was said by John Quincy Adams, one of our former presidents, that the glory of a republic is liberty.

02:41:42.000 The glory of an empire is domination and dominion.

02:41:46.000 And I think we have now jumped into the empire rather than the republican phase of our evolution.

02:41:53.000 Now, Bruce, when you say Obama is no Caligula, clearly the office has taken on endless wars, torture, secret arrests, warrantless wiretapping, quite Caligulan-type attributes, but it is this puppet-financed president, this office that now has these powers, and the Republican and Democratic parties are always wanting to heap more of these powers onto them.

02:42:22.000 And we see the hyping of the threat of terror and turning it into a fetish of jingoisms where it's a new religion to be the land of the cowards, the home of the slaves. 0.88

02:42:35.000 And so we're already there. 0.52

02:42:38.000 I mean, there could be an event any day.

02:42:40.000 And I think the general public is starting to wake up to a certain extent, but only to the fact that there's a problem.

02:42:47.000 They have no idea just how bad it is. 0.98

02:42:49.000 And a lot of people think, well, tyranny just means our government will go kill some brown people.

02:42:54.000 But with that tyranny, you have the waivers for insiders to not have to get insurance, but your company does.

02:42:59.000 You have the $4,000 fines for trimming your crepe myrtle tree.

02:43:03.000 You have to get an environmental assessment for a fireworks display.

02:43:06.000 I mean, we see the dam breaking and tyranny at every level just pouring in.

02:43:13.000 Your comments on that?

02:43:15.000 Well, I think what you've stated is that the precedence, the intellectual theories of a complete dictatorship that we typically associate with a Stalin or Mao in China are there.

02:43:25.000 It's just that, and I'm not saying that in an individualized way, all the particular horrors that you've identified, torture, detentions without trial, indefinitely putting American citizens on assassination lists without any judicial checks, military commissions that combine judge, jury, and prosecutor in lieu of civilian court.

02:43:44.000 They're all there, but right now the victims are largely in isolated communities.

02:43:51.000 You know, they're the Muslims, they're the underprivileged to largely dominate the volunteer force who are sent abroad to give that last full measure of devotion so a political minion or a president can avoid saying, I lost the war.

02:44:05.000 You know, totally giving their life up for virtually nothing.

02:44:08.000 All those are there.

02:44:10.000 It just isn't as widespread as you would expect that we associate with the horrors of a full dictatorship.

02:44:15.000 But I say it's the earmark of a mature people to recognize when the precedents have been set and to draw the line there before we've fallen off the entire cliff.

02:44:24.000 But the path to the cliff has been laid as you've sat there.

02:44:28.000 It's just a matter of time unless we retreat before we fall over.

02:44:31.000 Can you comment on the Supreme Court really breaking down the Fourth Amendment two weeks ago?

02:44:38.000 The Indiana Supreme Court saying, quote, officers can come in your house without warrants for any reason or no reason at all.

02:44:45.000 That's a quote by the Chief Justice.

02:44:47.000 New Mexico's Supreme Court just ruled cops at traffic stops can take guns from law-abiding drivers for no reason.

02:44:55.000 I mean, right now there seems to be a coming out of the closet.

02:44:59.000 They built the tyranny.

02:45:02.000 You know, over the hill, but now they're rolling this juggernaut directly at us.

02:45:07.000 Your comments on that, and why is there such a orgy now of hiking their leg on us, demonstrating the tyranny?

02:45:16.000 What is precipitating that?

02:45:18.000 Well, it's all part of this seamless philosophy, if you will, that better safe than a vassal than be free and have the tiniest amount of risk.

02:45:27.000 And let me just sort of put as a background here to these observations, the extension of the Patriot Act, the three provisions that are largely completely shown to be useless over ten years.

02:45:37.000 preventing any act of international terrorism, but all of them deviate from the fundamental Fourth Amendment principle that you don't disturb someone's privacy until there's a probable cause to believe complicity in crime.

02:45:48.000 And that has just been thrown out the window.

02:45:50.000 And they're now admittedly thousands of times per state a year using the Patriot Act and non-terror related.

02:45:56.000 Oh, yeah.

02:45:57.000 Most of the Patriot Act authorities are going after drugs or organized crime or things that have nothing to do with international terrorism or deportation or immigration crime.

02:46:07.000 But to go back to where we began as a country, it was in 1761 that James Otis was denouncing British Wits of Assistance.

02:46:15.000 They were general warrants that enabled all the petty officers in the British to rummage through people's homes and businesses searching for contraband, etc.

02:46:23.000 And the king at that time said, well, if you're innocent, then why do you care whether we come into your bedroom, you know?

02:46:29.000 If you have nothing to hide, let us be big brother and surveil every nook and cranny of your existence.

02:46:34.000 And the founding fathers said, well, we are born with inalienable rights, and one of those is liberty.

02:46:40.000 And you do not have a right to encroach on our liberty unless you shoulder the burden of believing we're involved in crime.

02:46:46.000 We don't need to justify our liberty.

02:46:49.000 It's inherent of breathing and respiring as a human being.

02:46:52.000 And that was the spark that led to the revolution, according to John Adams.

02:46:56.000 So the Fourth Amendment, this idea of the right to be left alone, was not a marginal element of the revolution.

02:47:02.000 Indeed, it was every bit as central as no taxation without representation.

02:47:05.000 And the general idea was that the fact that the government, FBI can't stick their hands down your pants without a warrant.

02:47:11.000 was only authorized when there was probable cause to believe you or evidence was indicated of a crime.

02:47:18.000 And that brings us now to the TSA.

02:47:19.000 FBI can't stick their hands down your pants without a warrant.

02:47:23.000 What are the feds doing now on the streets, school proms, if you haven't heard, running wild, first outside the pants, now in the pants of Miss America in Dallas?

02:47:34.000 Are they not openly trying to set the precedent and break our will?

02:47:38.000 Well, yes, they're trying to get us accustomed to the Big Brother State, you know, to read George Orwell's 1984.

02:47:43.000 That if there's a... It's a variation of what Dick Cheney called the one percent doctrine.

02:47:48.000 It's even worse, you know, it's about the one millionth percent. 0.96

02:47:51.000 That is, if there's a millionth of a percent that something is true, you treat it as an absolute certainty, like the force of gravity, and proceed at pace.

02:47:57.000 And you can think that if any ordinary person lived his life with a one percent figure, you'd never get out of bed.

02:48:03.000 If you treated everything as absolutely true, that was one percent or less likely to have happened.

02:48:08.000 you'd be frozen and paralyzed with fear.

02:48:10.000 Yeah, you could have a car wreck.

02:48:12.000 Your children could be killed, and you've got thousands of times better chance of dying from that than from terror, but now we've got to give up all of our rights because of terror.

02:48:20.000 Very well said.

02:48:21.000 What about in New York State, and they've introduced the bill, that all of the hotel cleaner people have to wear panic buttons because all men might be rapists because Dominique Strauss-Kahn might have grabbed a woman's rear end.

02:48:35.000 I mean, this idea that government's going to keep you safe with a panoptagon of surveillance, who keeps us safe from them?

02:48:42.000 That's exactly right.

02:48:43.000 Who's going to guard the guard, you know?

02:48:46.000 And I do not trust you.

02:48:47.000 And you always remember this.

02:48:49.000 The government can always do more mischief than any particular individual can.

02:48:53.000 That's why if you choose between the two dangers, you accept the danger of the individual because the government authority and ability to destroy your life is many-fold more than any individual.

02:49:03.000 And that doesn't say that there's not going to be tragedies.

02:49:05.000 There are.

02:49:06.000 That's what life in some sense is about.

02:49:08.000 But would you rather face the danger of the mob, somebody in the street, or a big organized government?

02:49:14.000 Look what governments have done last century.

02:49:15.000 Killed hundreds of millions.

02:49:16.000 Looking at Ron Paul's speech, the last nail in the coffin, and Ron Paul almost breaking down saying, this is just so over the top, why would Congress in a servile way run to Obama and say we want to make you king?

02:49:30.000 Because Congress, given its so pine-cowardly nature, It rejoices in escaping responsibility for anything.

02:49:41.000 That's why you get line-item vetoes.

02:49:43.000 Give all the power to the President, and then you can't accuse us of doing anything wrong, because we didn't decide anything except the potted plants that will adorn, you know, our offices and our committee hearings.

02:49:53.000 And that's where we've come to.

02:49:55.000 It's a phenomenon of the founding fathers, as genius as they were, they didn't quite comprehend that one branch could be some so steep that would readily kneel in glee and clap at the surrender of their powers.

02:50:06.000 But that is what is going on.

02:50:08.000 Your audience would be stunned to know that when the Bush administration went to Congress, unlike Obama, and did get authorization for the use of military force in Afghanistan after 9-11, and did get authorization through delegation to fight the war in Iraq, the members of Congress were outraged that they were asked and did get authorization through delegation to fight the war in Iraq, They said, hey, don't make us vote on this season.

02:50:30.000 That's bad.

02:50:31.000 You just do it on your own.

02:50:32.000 If it turns out bad, we can criticize you.

02:50:34.000 So that's where we've come to.

02:50:35.000 And until the American people vote out of office, all these ciphers there who do not want to do their homework and discharge their responsibilities, it's going to persist. 0.99

02:50:45.000 But ultimately, unless the political culture changes at the grassroots and the American people say, I'm not voting for a member of Congress, who isn't going to take account of these major decisions?

02:50:54.000 Tell you what, Bruce, stay there.

02:50:55.000 Bruce finds our guest's final segment.

02:50:58.000 Coming up, Constitutional Law Scholar.

02:53:59.000 Folks, some Americans think empire and tyranny and torture is sexy. 0.70

02:54:14.000 I'm not a lucky man.

02:54:15.000 When the government doesn't have to follow any laws, in every case, it will rob you seven ways a Sunday.

02:54:21.000 It will conscript your children as military chattel. 0.95

02:54:26.000 You name it.

02:54:27.000 And on every front, this country has political cancer.

02:54:31.000 And talking to Constitutional Law Scholar, his latest book is American Empire Before the Fall.

02:54:37.000 That's his new book.

02:54:38.000 And we're now here at the Empire.

02:54:40.000 We were talking during the break about Ron Paul's speech, but also the training manuals, the videos, the cop that called in earlier where they demonized the Founding Fathers.

02:54:49.000 I mean, if I was a cop and they were demonizing the Founding Fathers, I would know you're demonizing America.

02:54:54.000 But they truly think America is bad.

02:54:58.000 It's such a mind trick.

02:55:00.000 How do they do that, Bruce?

02:55:03.000 Well, it shows how a political culture can warp words in original meaning.

02:55:11.000 Just like they did in George Orwell's 1984, you know, the Ministry of War is the Ministry of Peace.

02:55:16.000 And so even though the Constitution bequeaths a republic, remember Benjamin Franklin, a republic, if you can keep it, The culture has warped the words and the meaning of the document, so now what was intended as a republic is now an empire.

02:55:30.000 We saw it in a little different way, too, during the 100 years of Jim Crow after the Civil War.

02:55:35.000 Equal protection, non-discrimination then meant white supremacy, and it took Really a cultural revolution, with many very brave people dying, including Freedom Riders, etc., before the original meaning returned.

02:55:47.000 And that's where we are today.

02:55:49.000 To my mind, to try to denigrate and demonize the Founding Fathers is somehow unfaithful to our mission as a country.

02:55:57.000 And the last time I read about somebody who did that, we called them Benedict Arnold.

02:56:02.000 And Benedict Arles was viewed as a traitor and not somebody who was loyal to the United States.

02:56:06.000 These are the sentiments that would have lied people to King George III in fighting against George Washington at Yorktown, fighting against George Washington at Saratoga, etc.

02:56:19.000 So again, this is truly shocking and it shows in what disrepute and contempt our Constitution is being held.

02:56:26.000 And yet it is our birth certificate.

02:56:28.000 It is our North Star if we're going to keep away from the ruination that has afflicted all empire.

02:56:33.000 In closing, do you concur with Ron Paul's analysis that this is allowed to continue to go through?

02:56:39.000 Is the final nail in the coffin?

02:56:42.000 Yes, I do.

02:56:42.000 We're standing at the Rubicon, and if we let this pass without rebuke, you know, the President just deciding, the heck with the War Powers Resolution, the heck with the law, I do things on my own, then it's just a matter of time, again, before we have someone who's as bad as Caligulin, that will then overtly suspend the Constitution unless doing it on the installment plan, and we will be back to where we were when we were fighting in 1776, the retrogression of 235 years.

02:57:10.000 Well, that's like the Feds saying there's no states' rights.

02:57:13.000 Why do we even have states?

02:57:15.000 That's like the states saying, governments saying that they run the parents.

02:57:18.000 Why even have parents?

02:57:19.000 I mean, why even have a House and Senate if we're going to have this?

02:57:23.000 I mean, history is repeating itself.

02:57:27.000 Historically, in closing, what type of horrors generally come from this direction we're going in?

02:57:35.000 The horrors come when we suspend trials.

02:57:39.000 People who are politically unpopular suffer persecution, not for what they did, but for what they think.

02:57:47.000 And all of the privacy is invaded, and the police are the law, rather than being subject to the law.

02:57:52.000 Again, all empires fall through a nation, and particularly in different ways, but the most decisive element is this.

02:58:00.000 In our constitution, the individual is the center of the constitutional universe, and liberty is foremost, and government is there to secure the unalienable rights of individuals.

02:58:10.000 In an empire, government is first.

02:58:13.000 Bigger and stronger government is the center of the constitutional universe, and anything make government bigger and stronger in the name of safety goes.

02:58:21.000 And that's exactly where we're headed if we do not draw the line here and so-called retreat into the safety of the republic that the founding fathers, so nobly sacrifice.

02:58:31.000 Bruce, Bruce, stay there.

02:58:33.000 You've got to go fine.

02:58:34.000 If not, we're back in one minute.

02:58:35.000 I want you to talk about solutions in the final five minutes straight ahead.

02:58:39.000 Stay with us.

02:58:55.000 This is our last chance to not relive history.

02:58:59.000 As we're finishing off this agenda, they'll be pulling the rug from underneath Americans at home.

02:59:04.000 We have tremendous influence on our President and Congress, and they really are calling the shots.

02:59:10.000 I think it's incumbent upon all of us Tim Geithner?

02:59:13.000 Bernanke?

02:59:14.000 They're arsonists!

02:59:15.000 They're asking for more matches!

02:59:16.000 The whole of the republic identifies the enemies of our nation.

02:59:19.000 The criminal offshore cartel, hell-bent on destroying sovereignty and on its ashes constructing world government.

02:59:25.000 Tim Geithner, Bernanke, they're arsonists.

02:59:28.000 They're asking for more matches.

02:59:29.000 And the Congress is saying, who do we make the checkout to?

02:59:32.000 Today seems like nobody does care.

02:59:34.000 And right now in Washington, D.C., we have seen a fall of the republic.

02:59:55.000 You're listening to the Alex Jones Broadcasting Network.

03:00:01.000 Alright, final five minutes with constitutional law expert Bruce Fine.

03:00:07.000 Looking at this empire, I want to talk about, briefly, some solutions.

03:00:11.000 What are ways that you see to restore sanity, to try to reverse this destruction of the Republic, with the Republicans loving tyranny, the leadership, the Democrats loving it.

03:00:24.000 As the corruption mounts, as the debts mount, their answer is more government, more tyranny.

03:00:29.000 How do we reverse this disaster?

03:00:31.000 Because obviously, the liberty we've had in this country, while not perfect, became the model of the world and the engine of ideas and wealth.

03:00:40.000 And now as we lose the liberty, we see the wealth draining away because it's a historical fact that the two are connected.

03:00:47.000 Well, absolutely right.

03:00:48.000 The rule of law is what attracts investment, and it provides the confidence about the future that enables economics to flourish.

03:00:55.000 But, now, what is the remedy?

03:00:56.000 You know, the institutions, as you point out, are already compromised.

03:01:00.000 And the remedy, really, is public education.

03:01:02.000 The American people just have to stand up and say, enough is enough.

03:01:05.000 I mean, if they could do it in Egypt, if they can do it in Tunisia, if the Pakistani lawyers can revolt against dictatorship, the American people have to have the same courage.

03:01:13.000 And we don't need to go to the streets right now.

03:01:15.000 We just need to go to the ballot box.

03:01:17.000 And my idea is, hey, you have a member running for the Congress of the United States.

03:01:20.000 Unless they pledge, they're going to enforce their authority to decide on war and peace.

03:01:24.000 They're going to decide what taxes go or not.

03:01:26.000 They're going to decide whether your privacy is evaded.

03:01:28.000 They will accept accountability.

03:01:30.000 Say, no, I don't want you to be there if you're a part of the plan.

03:01:32.000 I don't need wallpaper to pay for it, you know, at $170,000 or $180,000 a year.

03:01:37.000 And the American people have to run this witness test after every single candidate for the Congress.

03:01:42.000 We hear all these statements of how much they stakelized the Constitution, and then they Then they arrive in Washington, and the first thing they do, they put up a torch to the Constitution!

03:01:52.000 So we need to rebuke and retaliate against these people, who pledged and they read on the floor of Congress every word of the Constitution, and then they turn around and flout exactly what they read!

03:02:03.000 And it's an aroused citizenry!

03:02:05.000 And I think we should take inspiration from some of these other countries, where they don't have nearly the opportunities or freedom of expression.

03:02:11.000 and the ability to change things peacefully that we do here.

03:02:14.000 But we've got to be involved.

03:02:16.000 We can't think it's going to happen by spontaneous combustion.

03:02:19.000 That's going to happen just by cruise control.

03:02:21.000 And that is our dignity as Americans, that we chart our own destiny.

03:02:25.000 We don't give it to others to do that.

03:02:27.000 Well, you're absolutely right.

03:02:29.000 I look at the Texas Legislature and this TSA groping.

03:02:33.000 Unanimous in the House, the Senate didn't want a vote to be made, so they let the Lieutenant Governor basically spike it because they were going to pass it 30 to 31, and so suddenly the bill just got withdrawn because of this cowardice.

03:02:49.000 They never They don't want to have a public position.

03:02:52.000 They just want to go with the flow and we're taught that that's what a statesman is.

03:02:56.000 Is that not historically the opposite of a statesman?

03:02:59.000 Well, that is right.

03:03:00.000 It's what Dante in his Inferno, he writes that the worst places in hell are reserved for those statesmen in times of great moral crisis who declare their neutrality.

03:03:11.000 And that's what these people need to remember if they think that they're going to go down some kind of pedestal or make their way to Mount Rushmore.

03:03:17.000 Now, ducking their responsibility like that is the opposite of what a statesman is.

03:03:22.000 They are the kind of people who were there when the Rubicon was passed and the Roman Republic fell into the Roman Empire.

03:03:30.000 And we're not going to have to wait a couple hundred years for the empire to get really bad.

03:03:34.000 I mean, look at the... Where do you see us economically?

03:03:36.000 It's unsustainable.

03:03:40.000 We cannot continue to live this way.

03:03:41.000 Just think of this.

03:03:42.000 This should be truly frightening to your audience.

03:03:45.000 We now, with a $14.3 trillion national debt, pay annual interest.

03:03:51.000 with interest rates about zero, of close to $500 billion.

03:03:54.000 When the interest rate goes from zero to 5%, now we're paying interest of $3 trillion.

03:04:00.000 Our entire budget is going to be paying interest on the debt.

03:04:03.000 This cannot be sustained.

03:04:05.000 It cannot.

03:04:06.000 And now Standard & Poor's says we're getting ready to lose the AAA rating, which is exactly what these big megabanks have been wanting.

03:04:12.000 Yes, and they'll charge more interest by your Treasury bills and securities, and it'll come out of our tax money.

03:04:19.000 What we've got to do, we can probably save a trillion dollars on our 1.2 trillion dollar national security budget.

03:04:26.000 We've got to take more responsibility for our health.

03:04:29.000 All the provisions in every health care combined, if we were just responsible for a sensible diet and sensible exercise regime, we could probably save the country trillions of dollars without having a single law there.

03:04:40.000 It all goes back to personal responsibility.

03:04:45.000 Bruce Fine, constitutional law scholar, thank you so much for spending time with us.

03:04:49.000 Alright, listen, have a great day.

03:04:51.000 You too.

03:04:52.000 Alright, great job to the crew, great job to everybody else out there.

03:04:54.000 Looks like they're trying to get the anti-groping bill back in the special session.

03:04:58.000 Paul Perry.
