Alex Jones Show - 20111205_Mon_Alex

00:00:01.000 Big Brother.

00:00:07.000 Mainstream media.

00:00:09.000 Government cover-ups.

00:00:10.000 You want answers?

00:00:12.000 Well, so does he.

00:00:13.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:00:17.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:00:22.000 We're live, kicking off another week of transmission against tyranny. - Fine.

00:00:44.000 You have found at the front lines in the Infowar.

00:00:47.000 We are desperately attempting to alert not just the people of the United States, but the people of the planet, to one of the latest attempts at global domination that we've seen in history.

00:00:58.000 This one, a corptocracy, a type of high-tech technocratic oligarchy, That calls itself the New World Order.

00:01:08.000 It is inherently anti-human.

00:01:11.000 Its base ideology, its core driver is eugenics. 0.91

00:01:18.000 And we're going to be live here for the next three hours.

00:01:21.000 The top legal advisor and constitutional law scholar, Bruce Fine, will be joining us for 30 minutes at the start of the third hour today.

00:01:32.000 But in the balance of the broadcast, we're going to cover incredibly important news and take your phone calls.

00:01:40.000 I was on Coast to Coast AM last night on the Sunday edition and certainly enjoyed being on with their weekend host, a very, very informative, very, very smart guy.

00:01:52.000 I want to get him on as a guest, Rob Simone.

00:01:56.000 They have just amazing filling.

00:01:58.000 Host as well over there.

00:02:00.000 So I want to thank them for having me on to cover, of course, the incredibly important National Defense Authorization Act.

00:02:07.000 I opened the phones up yesterday on the Sunday show from four to six and took a lot of calls from police and military, all of which that called in.

00:02:18.000 We're very much against using the military on the streets of America.

00:02:22.000 But the NDAA 2012, they've passed and now it's going to go on to the President.

00:02:28.000 is far worse than just that.

00:02:30.000 It declares the whole world a battlefield, basically declares war on the whole planet.

00:02:34.000 Quite a unilateral declaration of war, which is what eugenics really is. 0.98

00:02:40.000 And it allows, of course, the secret arrest and internment of the American people. 0.64

00:02:45.000 Anybody who ever made fun of us for talking about FEMA camps and the Emergency Centers Establishment Act and the executive orders, because they hadn't looked at the facts, Well, they can't really laugh at us now, can they?

00:02:55.000 In fact, they should be thanking us for warning them and asking us how we knew.

00:02:59.000 But instead, it's, well, you're still kooks.

00:03:02.000 Yeah, they're announcing a global bank of the world we'll all pay our taxes to that engineered the collapse.

00:03:06.000 And yeah, they're setting up FEMA camps.

00:03:08.000 And yeah, they're saying they want to start arresting citizens and the TSA setting up checkpoints on highways.

00:03:14.000 But you're still bad.

00:03:17.000 It'd be like an NFL football player who played 20 seasons and never lost a game.

00:03:22.000 An NFL quarterback who made two or three touchdowns per game.

00:03:26.000 And it'd be like the media saying he's the worst football player ever. 1.00

00:03:31.000 He's scum. 1.00

00:03:33.000 He wins every Super Bowl 20 years in a row. 1.00

00:03:36.000 Most valuable player.

00:03:38.000 That's what the Patriot Movement is.

00:03:41.000 Absolutely right.

00:03:42.000 Absolutely full of courage.

00:03:44.000 Day one doing the research.

00:03:45.000 Day one warning people.

00:03:47.000 Day one for fifty years or more being attacked, demonized, killed, imprisoned.

00:03:52.000 The Federal Reserve took over in 1913.

00:03:56.000 It's just been absorbing the rest of the country.

00:03:59.000 We were an incredibly free nation.

00:04:01.000 And now here we are down the road Last 50 years or so has really been the acceleration of it and they've totally engineered our society and you couldn't recognize it from what it was 50 years ago.

00:04:12.000 Basic liberties are anathema and are the enemy in the culture.

00:04:17.000 Private property is the enemy.

00:04:19.000 The family is the enemy and every form of degeneracy and weakness and fraud is like ambrosia or the ether in which we're supposed to swim.

00:04:30.000 But for every action, there's an equal and opposite reaction, and we are that reaction to this tyranny.

00:04:35.000 We are the counter-revolutionaries.

00:04:37.000 We are the restorationists here trying to bring our republic back.

00:04:40.000 All right, it's all coming up today.

00:04:42.000 I've got incredible news on Iran, unbelievable news on the economy, the TSA.

00:04:50.000 Newt Gingrich is to get endorsed by Herman Cain. 0.96

00:04:53.000 Why not be endorsed by Beelzebub, another confirmed liar? 0.73

00:04:56.000 We'll be right back. 0.71

00:05:10.000 It really says that the state is God.

00:05:12.000 The United States is now recognized globally as one of the most oppressive police states on Earth.

00:05:18.000 This film conclusively proves the existence of a secret network of FEMA camps, now being expanded nationwide.

00:05:25.000 This documentary exposes how the continuity of government program has established an all-powerful shadow state.

00:05:31.000 Police State 4 chronicles the sickening depth to which our Republic has fallen.

00:05:35.000 Prepare to enter the secretive world of emergency dictatorship.

00:05:39.000 Body scanners, sound cameras, citizen spies, stage terror and cameras on every street corner.

00:05:45.000 It's only the beginning of the New World Order's hellish plan. 0.92

00:05:49.000 The police state isn't coming.

00:08:04.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:08:07.000 All right, ladies and gentlemen, start your engines. 0.98

00:08:19.000 It is another live transmission.

00:08:23.000 I am your host, Alex Jones.

00:08:25.000 Thank you so much for joining us.

00:08:27.000 If you're a new listener, this radio show is not left-wing or right-wing.

00:08:34.000 We are constitutionalist.

00:08:36.000 We believe in liberty and freedom and due process.

00:08:41.000 The Bill of Rights, the Constitution, the Declaration of Independence, there is no better document or group of documents, there is no political system that has ever created so much wealth and freedom and dignity as what our Republic has basically brought in.

00:08:59.000 You judge a tree by its fruits.

00:09:01.000 Now, we never fully realized the promises of the Declaration of Independence, Constitution, and Bill of Rights, but we went further than any other nation ever has.

00:09:11.000 And so, the bounty was so giant that we became absolutely slack-jawed and decadent.

00:09:22.000 And we are waking up homeless on the continent our forefathers conquered, as Thomas Jefferson warned we would, to the private banking cartels.

00:09:32.000 And now we are here at the very end, at the very end of the collapsing republic, and things are just going to go downhill from here very, very quickly.

00:09:43.000 If we don't put the brakes on, and it may be too late, but if you're going to go ahead and slide down a cliff, you might as well try to grab hold of the side and slow your descent or hopefully not fall all the way and just break your leg on a ledge and then wait for help.

00:10:01.000 We know that if the New World Order is fully brought into fruition, it is not going to be a pretty sight.

00:10:06.000 Now, let me just do this.

00:10:10.000 I'm gonna do what I did yesterday because I think it was very informative.

00:10:16.000 At least in the first hour and a little bit into the second hour, I'm gonna open the phones up just for police, current police, and military.

00:10:32.000 I would like to hear from you.

00:10:34.000 Are you going to go along with what we see happening?

00:10:42.000 Major banks taking houses they don't even have the deeds to, and in some cases they don't even own and never had a deed to.

00:10:49.000 Just houses that they have no claim to, knowingly taking them.

00:10:55.000 Are you going to set up checkpoints as local police become more and more federalized under FEMA and the 10 Regions and the Threat Fusion Centers?

00:11:04.000 Are you going to take blood draws at checkpoints on the highways?

00:11:11.000 The federal government is financing police departments across the nation to do.

00:11:15.000 Are you going to take part in the Model States Health Emergency Powers Act for forced inoculation?

00:11:21.000 By the way, you're going to be forced to take a bunch of shots as well.

00:11:24.000 A bunch of deadly vaccines have been proven to be very dangerous by design.

00:11:31.000 Are you concerned enough to even have the courage to call in?

00:11:38.000 I talked to a lot of police and people off record, and they're like, I'd call in when I see cops on the street or across the country, wherever I go.

00:11:44.000 They'll come over and, hey, I like your show.

00:11:46.000 A lot of the people, you know, at the headquarters, at the office like you, but we're just, you know, scared to stick our heads up.

00:11:55.000 If you can't stick your head up because you know everything's spied on, everything's monitored, if you can't even take the step of calling in, We had police calling in yesterday, and they were like, yeah, I know everything's listened to, and everything's put in the database.

00:12:11.000 It's just amazing, Alex.

00:12:13.000 So it is true.

00:12:15.000 To call in, because a lot of you are sitting in your squad car, and you're saying, I'm not going to call in.

00:12:19.000 Phones are all listened and tracked and traced.

00:12:21.000 They'll know I'm calling into a show.

00:12:23.000 Wow, you really live in a free country.

00:12:25.000 You can't call into a talk radio show.

00:12:28.000 See, right there is total proof of what we are and what we've become.

00:12:32.000 Because I run into police all the time, or they write me letters with a general return address.

00:12:41.000 And they break down the fact that they know everything's surveilled and that we're living in a police state.

00:12:47.000 Well, so what?

00:12:49.000 We're not the bad guys!

00:12:52.000 If the system wants to come get me, come get me.

00:12:54.000 Here I am.

00:12:56.000 And I'm not saying bring it on, like George Bush said.

00:13:01.000 I'm just here doing my job, telling the truth, not selling out, standing up for free humanity.

00:13:06.000 I know who the criminals are.

00:13:08.000 We've proven who the criminals are.

00:13:09.000 I'm gonna go through more evidence, backing up everything we've said today, just pouring out right now.

00:13:17.000 But you have a decision to make.

00:13:20.000 There are Really, no countries in history, in modern history in the last 200 years or so, where the government puts on paper that it can secretly arrest you and disappear you and torture you and kill you.

00:13:34.000 Because you add this new bill in with the past bills, and with what Obama put out last Monday with his lawyers saying, we don't need this bill, we can kill Americans whenever we want.

00:13:46.000 No judge, no jury.

00:13:48.000 I don't need Congress to launch a new war.

00:13:53.000 Remember that with the Libya situation, months and months ago.

00:13:56.000 This is a time when the system is just overthrowing the Bill of Rights and Constitution.

00:14:03.000 When I get calls and emails and see comments on InfoWars.com and PrisonPlanet.com, it's the vast minority, but we also got this when we sent Darren McBrain and John Bowne out on the streets last Friday for the nightly news.

00:14:17.000 I played a clip of this last night.

00:14:19.000 And two or three people they ran into, the vast majority were awake and concerned.

00:14:24.000 Veterans and others about obviously having the military involved in the streets and that isn't bad enough. 0.82

00:14:29.000 By the way, we'll secretly arrest you and you'll just disappear into a black hole.

00:14:32.000 And by the way, the whole world's a battlefield now. 0.64

00:14:34.000 They just declare unilateral war on the whole planet.

00:14:39.000 Congress just says, here's all our authority.

00:14:41.000 Take it.

00:14:44.000 But the minority says, well, I have nothing to hide.

00:14:47.000 I've done nothing wrong.

00:14:48.000 I'm a good guy. 1.00

00:14:51.000 What foolish Ignorant, child-like people. 1.00

00:14:56.000 Those are famous last words. 1.00

00:14:58.000 If a home invader comes in your house and ties you up and rapes your wife in front of you before beating your children's brains out, I mean, how could that happen? 0.94

00:15:10.000 You didn't do anything wrong. 0.75

00:15:13.000 If your house burns down because you left the fireplace too full of wood and coals jump out while you're At the store or whatever and your house burns down.

00:15:25.000 I mean, how could that happen?

00:15:27.000 You're not a bad person.

00:15:28.000 You know, that's the same thing with the teenage girls and young women that would get in the car with Ted Bundy over and over again.

00:15:35.000 He was wearing a suit.

00:15:36.000 He looked non-threatening.

00:15:37.000 It was a cute little yellow car.

00:15:39.000 And he admitted he got it because it was cute.

00:15:41.000 Oh, I mean, this can't be a serial killer.

00:15:43.000 He's driving a yellow Volkswagen Beetle.

00:15:48.000 He's wearing a nice little tweed suit.

00:15:50.000 Oh, the big megabags couldn't hurt us.

00:15:52.000 They're old men with bald heads who walk with a limp. 0.62

00:15:56.000 They're non-threatening.

00:15:57.000 I mean, Hitler, he's a military, highly decorated, got the Iron Cross First Class. 0.74

00:16:08.000 That's the Congressional Medal of Honor in Germany.

00:16:10.000 Well, they had like ten classes of it in World War I. He had Iron Cross First Class.

00:16:14.000 He must be a good guy.

00:16:15.000 People ask how Hitler got elected.

00:16:17.000 Well, I mean, he was a Congressional Medal of Honor winner.

00:16:19.000 That's how he got elected.

00:16:22.000 He was a message runner for two years in World War I, nerve gas repeatedly.

00:16:26.000 He'd run across enemy lines over and over again.

00:16:30.000 When the lines were intertwined to deliver messages.

00:16:32.000 That's why he was a multi-time Iron Cross winner.

00:16:36.000 Of course, he was a bad guy!

00:16:39.000 But wait a minute, he's a Congressional Medal of Honor winner in Germany!

00:16:43.000 He can't be bad!

00:16:48.000 It's the same thing over and over again.

00:16:50.000 100% this country has terminal cancer.

00:16:55.000 Terminal political cancer.

00:16:56.000 And it may be too late to remove it now.

00:16:59.000 More and more I'm doing research and just getting prepared to shift into totally remnant defensive mode.

00:17:07.000 And I'm not happy about that, believe me.

00:17:11.000 I mean, at a certain point I'm going to have to tell folks to go ahead and start digging in.

00:17:15.000 Go ahead and get firearms.

00:17:16.000 Go ahead and get ready.

00:17:18.000 I'm not pleased about this.

00:17:20.000 We knew this was coming.

00:17:21.000 It is what it is.

00:17:27.000 Yes.

00:17:29.000 It is what it is.

00:17:30.000 I mean, the government declares war on the Constitution.

00:17:33.000 I'm not just saying that.

00:17:35.000 This is war against the Constitution, war against our freedoms, war against our founders' ideals, war against everything our veterans have fought and died for, declares worldwide war, Sells torture and everything is great.

00:17:50.000 And all of us have a decision to make what side we're going to be on.

00:17:55.000 You have a decision.

00:17:56.000 And they're going to run the PSYOPs where the rollout of the military and the rollout of the FEMA camps is going to look like it's to help the public.

00:18:04.000 And the military is going to restore order.

00:18:06.000 And the military is going to stop hordes of welfare people burning down cities.

00:18:10.000 And it's after all of that comes that then they start arresting people.

00:18:15.000 And even if you've got a tyranny, as long as there's still courts, you've got a chance.

00:18:20.000 But when they start talking like this, you don't have a chance.

00:18:23.000 You can't go to the FEMA camp.

00:18:25.000 You can't disappear into a black hole.

00:18:27.000 And at that point, everybody has a right and a duty.

00:18:31.000 If you were in Soviet Russia, Nazi Germany, Maoist China, America can't go this way.

00:18:35.000 We can't just bend over the barrel and say, have your way with us.

00:18:39.000 Can't do it!

00:18:43.000 And you've got to think about these scenarios, but never, never, never draw first blood, never, if you're in some group, you know, military training group or whatever, or people come shooting their mouths off about offensive operations, that's 100% a Fed trying to set you up, or a foreign asset, or a mercenary.

00:19:02.000 No, you are above board, this needs to be above board, preparing to defend the Republic, period.

00:19:11.000 And that's it.

00:19:14.000 And you never draw first blood, and you never are offensive.

00:19:18.000 Now, once somebody attacks you, it's a different story.

00:19:22.000 But we're in an info war, and there's been a lot of cases in history where right when things get bad, things can turn around.

00:19:28.000 There's a lot of different scenarios.

00:19:31.000 There's a lot of other sub-level elites that don't like what's happening.

00:19:34.000 They could get together, turn the tide.

00:19:36.000 The system could realize they're not going to be able to carry this out, do their breakdown actuaries and realize that they're not going to win.

00:19:43.000 There's a lot of things that could happen.

00:19:45.000 But you've got to understand that the situation we've reached... Look, I've got World War III news with Iran. 1.00

00:19:51.000 I've got all this police state news.

00:19:53.000 I've got economic news.

00:19:54.000 It's all off the charts.

00:19:56.000 Then I'm going to open the phones up for police and military.

00:19:58.000 I'm Alex Jones, PrisonPlanet.tv.

00:21:39.000 This capitalism?

00:21:40.000 Or was Jefferson correct when stating a central bank issuing the public currency is a greater menace to the liberties of the people than a standing army?

00:22:05.000 This will make your holiday shopping very easy.

00:22:08.000 This year, give a seed bank from one of our oldest sponsors, Solutions from Science, to your friends and family.

00:22:14.000 Here's why.

00:22:15.000 The Survival Seed Bank will give any friend or loved one the ability to grow a full acre crisis garden of nutritionally dense, life-sustaining food.

00:22:23.000 And the Survival Seed Bank is not just a box of open-pollinated seeds.

00:22:27.000 It's an indestructible, waterproof seed bank.

00:22:30.000 That can even be buried if we face a real meltdown.

00:22:33.000 And here's the best part.

00:22:34.000 All the seeds in the Survival Seed Bank go through strict germination testing so you can be confident you're not buying old seeds.

00:22:42.000 Give a Survival Seed Bank this Christmas by going to survivalseedbank.com.

00:22:46.000 That's survivalseedbank.com.

00:22:48.000 Or you can call 877-327-0365 to give the gift that produces an ongoing supply of life-sustaining food.

00:22:56.000 Smokers, are you still smoking traditional cigarettes?

00:23:04.000 Are you still smelling up your clothes and car interior, staining your teeth, and getting ashes everywhere?

00:23:10.000 When you can be smoking or vaping with e-cigarettes by Le Cig.

00:23:10.000 Why?

00:23:15.000 With Le Cig e-cigarettes revolutionary microelectronic technology, rechargeable battery, and unique replacement cartridges, you'll get all the satisfaction of smoking, but no smoking hazards.

00:23:26.000 Choose from a wide variety of our new American-made Vapriate e-liquid flavors at LeCig.com, spelled L-E-C-I-G.com, or call 870-518-4307.

00:23:38.000 That's 870-518-4307.

00:23:39.000 LeCig e-cigarettes, for today's modern smoker.

00:23:46.000 Warning, e-cigs may contain nicotine, an addictive substance known to the state of California to cause breath defects or cancer.

00:23:53.000 Please be aware of the risks associated with e-cigs prior to use.

00:23:56.000 You must be 18 years or older to purchase.

00:24:03.000 Okay.

00:24:05.000 Let me just run over a smattering of the news.

00:24:11.000 Then we'll go to your phone calls.

00:24:13.000 Okay, let me just run over a smattering of the news.

00:24:18.000 Then we'll go to your phone calls.

00:24:20.000 Then I'll go back into all this in detail.

00:24:22.000 But if you are police or military, there's no longer any denial.

00:24:28.000 I I'd like to hear from you about the fact that from Europe to the United States, from Canada to Australia, every Western country is fully overthrowing the Magna Carta.

00:24:40.000 The Magna Carta is the basis of all of this common law.

00:24:43.000 You can just type in Magna Carta overturned by judge and you'll see articles all over England and Australia and New Zealand where they say the Magna Carta is dead.

00:24:53.000 They're flaunting it.

00:24:55.000 Obama became the head of the UN Security Council in violation of Article 1, Section 9.

00:25:00.000 Never happened.

00:25:02.000 Total violation of federal law and the Constitution.

00:25:07.000 For the president to be the head of a foreign body.

00:25:10.000 It's happening.

00:25:11.000 They are breaking our laws in front of us to set the precedent while throwing unconstitutional laws at us.

00:25:19.000 Throwing the book at the general public.

00:25:23.000 Now, I've always told you they want to use the military.

00:25:26.000 They want to secretly arrest us.

00:25:27.000 Why?

00:25:29.000 The globalists want to dominate.

00:25:32.000 America is the prize.

00:25:34.000 The biggest military, the wealth, everything.

00:25:38.000 So while they've been sucking the wealth out of us, they've been setting up this global control grid.

00:25:45.000 And now they know that we're awake to this, and that we're going into a final phase, so they've set up Homeland Security.

00:25:51.000 You know, police send me emails and call the show they did yesterday, and they talk about how ridiculous it is that the feds come in and say, you know, in the old days we dealt with, you know, shoplifters and crime and stuff like that.

00:26:04.000 You will deal on a daily basis with truck bombs, improvised explosive devices, and Patriot Group shooting. 0.73

00:26:12.000 Now, today that's ridiculous.

00:26:13.000 That's one out of a million. 0.96

00:26:15.000 But in a way, it's twisted and true.

00:26:17.000 Because as the criminal government wages war against the people, and has set up the architecture of their attack profile against veterans, retired police, conservatives, you're all in a database.

00:26:29.000 It's on record.

00:26:30.000 Just get ready for it.

00:26:32.000 As this happens, as you become a persecuted class, they know large portions of you are actually going to fight back.

00:26:38.000 And so instead of having to stage terror attacks like Oklahoma City, you're actually going to fight them.

00:26:44.000 And of course, they'll blow up some daycares and stuff like Oklahoma City to blame you for it, for PSYOP, but most of it's just going to be people that, well, I'm not going to sit here in my house and wait for them to come confiscate my guns.

00:26:56.000 I'll just go out and face them.

00:26:58.000 I mean, you don't sit there in your house once this stuff kicks off.

00:27:02.000 Okay, but we're trying to stop that.

00:27:03.000 I'm talking about this because that's what comes next.

00:27:07.000 I keep telling you.

00:27:09.000 A, B, C, D, E, F, G. I keep taking you right down to Z. And right now, we're down to... Basically down to Q or so.

00:27:21.000 I mean, Z is not a nice place to be. 0.87

00:27:25.000 Z is like living under Mao Zedong.

00:27:28.000 During his heyday.

00:27:30.000 It's about like living in 1943 Germany.

00:27:34.000 And people ask, well, why would elites do this?

00:27:36.000 Because they're so full of arrogance, chutzpah, bravado, whatever you want to call it.

00:27:42.000 Hubris.

00:27:44.000 I mean, why did Corzine make a 40 to 1 bet with people's private bank accounts?

00:27:49.000 On MF Global. 0.98

00:27:50.000 Because they're crazy. 0.99

00:27:51.000 They're out of control. 1.00

00:27:52.000 They're nuts. 1.00

00:27:54.000 They're bold. 1.00

00:27:55.000 They've gotten away with so much.

00:27:57.000 Anybody who's studied criminology knows this.

00:27:59.000 Once a criminal gets away with things, over and over and over again, they get out of control.

00:28:06.000 They start thinking they're invincible.

00:28:08.000 Why have I harped to police and military all these years?

00:28:10.000 I'm getting chills right now.

00:28:12.000 Because I studied history.

00:28:13.000 I studied criminology.

00:28:15.000 I started studying it because I thought it was entertaining when I was like 12 years old.

00:28:20.000 You know, I was a jock who liked to read history books, because they were laying around the house.

00:28:25.000 And I picked them up and was like, wow, this is really entertaining!

00:28:29.000 All these battles, and secret police, and subterfuge groups, and secret societies, and German history, and World War II, and Confederate history, and Northern history, and Byzantine history, and Japanese history.

00:28:42.000 And then I went to college, and they're like, world government's good, and it's taking over, your guns are bad, your family's bad, and I'm like, I read about this, this sounds like Hitler! 0.89

00:28:52.000 This is eugenics. 0.99

00:28:52.000 I mean, I knew it because I'd read hundreds of history books. 0.99

00:28:56.000 And then I got into reading books about criminals and psychopaths.

00:28:59.000 First I was reading books about gangsters and bank robbers, and then I started reading books about psychopaths.

00:29:04.000 I started watching Court TV with Jeffrey Dahmer trial, and I just got into this and I learned about the world.

00:29:11.000 Most people know about football or whatever.

00:29:13.000 I know about the world.

00:29:15.000 And I'm gonna ask you, police and military, you're where the rubber's gonna meet the road, aren't we?

00:29:19.000 Is there anything you won't do?

00:29:21.000 Is there any order you won't follow?

00:29:23.000 Is there any line in the sand?

00:29:24.000 Do you get what I'm saying?

00:29:25.000 Here's the number.

00:29:25.000 Remember, 800-259-9231, 800-259-9231.

00:29:26.000 800-259-9231.

00:29:34.000 Now I'm going to come back, hit the basic news, then go to your calls, and then start going back into it in more detail.

00:29:40.000 Because the Iran situation, they're talking about shutting down the Strait of Hormuz, you name it right now.

00:29:45.000 We'll be right back.

00:29:46.000 800-259-9231.

00:29:47.000 Stay with us.

00:29:50.000 We're on the march.

00:29:52.000 The empire's on the run.

00:29:54.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

00:29:57.000 Hi, folks.

00:30:51.000 800-340-7091 or see Calvin on the web at 5starsoap.com Hundreds of nations have fallen to tyranny in the last century alone.

00:31:06.000 This is our last chance to not relive history.

00:31:09.000 As they're finishing off this agenda, they'll be pulling the rug from underneath Americans at home.

00:31:14.000 I have tremendous influence on our President and Congress, and they really are calling the shots.

00:31:20.000 I think it's incumbent upon all of us Tim Geithner?

00:31:23.000 Bernanke?

00:31:24.000 They're arsonists!

00:31:25.000 They're asking for more matches!

00:31:26.000 The whole of the republic identifies the enemies of our nation.

00:31:29.000 The criminal offshore cartel, hell-bent on destroying sovereignty and on its ashes constructing world government.

00:31:35.000 Tim Geithner, Bernanke, they're arsonists.

00:31:38.000 They're asking for more matches.

00:31:39.000 And the Congress is saying, who do we make the checkout to?

00:31:42.000 Today seems like nobody does care.

00:31:44.000 And right now in Washington, D.C., we have seen a fall of the Republic.

00:31:49.000 Get your copy of Fall of the Republic on DVD at Infowars.com or watch it online right now in super high quality at PrisonPlanet.tv.

00:32:59.000 Okay, we've got police officers we've got police officers calling in.

00:33:24.000 We've got military people calling in.

00:33:25.000 I know that obviously you gentlemen and ladies are normally working during the weekday show.

00:33:32.000 The weekday show is probably twice as big as the Sunday show.

00:33:35.000 But I still love the Sunday show.

00:33:37.000 It reaches over a million people.

00:33:39.000 About a million and a half or so.

00:33:42.000 But I've always noticed during the weekday broadcast it's harder to get police and military to call in because they're working.

00:33:50.000 But we do have one military, current serving military, and one police officer on hold.

00:33:55.000 I'm going to get to you here in just a moment.

00:33:58.000 But others need to call in.

00:34:00.000 You need to call in if you're on your donut break or whatever.

00:34:04.000 And you need to get past the fear that, oh my gosh, you know, this is all database.

00:34:10.000 Which it is.

00:34:11.000 We need to be honest about that.

00:34:13.000 You know what, if you get fired because they've got a database and you called into a talk radio show when you were off work, see that just illustrates what I'm talking about.

00:34:23.000 Of course, the truth is it just goes into a database.

00:34:26.000 We need to be honest about how much trouble this country's in.

00:34:30.000 Only by being honest about it can we turn this around.

00:34:33.000 It's your First Amendment right, but it does show the chilling effect that's out There.

00:34:38.000 Today.

00:34:38.000 800-259-9231 is the toll-free number to join us.

00:34:44.000 Okay, let me just go over the news I have today.

00:34:49.000 I mentioned this yesterday when it was in the New York Times, and I was expecting this to happen, because when Fast and Furious came out earlier in the year, CBS 60 Minutes did a whitewash and said it was a few gun shops where they allowed guns to be sold to cartels to track them.

00:35:06.000 Of course, it turned out it was already in federal court, that's why CBS did the whitewash, that they were shipping tens of thousands of guns into Mexico, Honduras, but also Illinois, Indiana, California, Texas, Florida, two drug gangs to kill the competition that didn't launder its money through globalist banks.

00:35:24.000 And it's all on record, the big banks laundering hundreds of billions a year.

00:35:28.000 You want an example, you're a new listener?

00:35:29.000 Well, Covia Wells Fargo last year admitted they laundered three hundred and 76 billion dollars in two years, okay?

00:35:36.000 It's a 500 billion a year, but that was their cut.

00:35:39.000 And they didn't get in any trouble for it.

00:35:42.000 You know, there's a federal regulation that allows foreign drug dealers to invest in the stock market.

00:35:48.000 The head of the New York Stock Exchange back in 99, Richard Grasso, I have the Reuters article somewhere around here.

00:35:53.000 I've done shows on it.

00:35:55.000 He went and was photographed with the head of the FARC saying, invest with us all your cocaine money or we'll have you invaded.

00:36:01.000 The head of the FARC said no, took him a year to kill him, but they did bomb him and kill him.

00:36:05.000 And of course, U.S.

00:36:06.000 Special Forces went in and they've got GPS planes that spray only the coca fields they don't own.

00:36:13.000 There was a giant covert invasion to try to keep the prices up.

00:36:18.000 Oh, you bet!

00:36:19.000 Our military is there to enforce a $500 billion a year drug traffic into this country.

00:36:24.000 Marijuana, cocaine, and heroin.

00:36:26.000 They really hate methamphetamine because they can't control it.

00:36:29.000 That's something the local police make money off of. 0.58

00:36:32.000 Yeah, I see cases where sometimes little bitty towns have, you know, 20, 30 meth labs.

00:36:36.000 Oh, and the police don't know.

00:36:38.000 Of course, it'll also fry your brain, absolutely kill you, speed kills. 0.52

00:36:43.000 All this stuff's horrible.

00:36:44.000 I'm not endorsing it.

00:36:45.000 I'm just saying you make this stuff illegal, and it allows massive profits to corrupt your police, which is the plan.

00:36:51.000 That's how the British took down the Chinese. 1.00

00:36:54.000 Study the opium wars.

00:36:55.000 It's mainline history. 0.99

00:36:57.000 The Chinese were dumb enough to make drugs illegal, and the British said, we're taking over. 1.00

00:37:03.000 And within 50 years, they had the whole country under their control by corrupting police, taking control of organized crime. 0.99

00:37:08.000 All right, I said I'm going to your calls.

00:37:11.000 See, I preface this.

00:37:12.000 I preface this.

00:37:13.000 U.S.

00:37:14.000 agents laundered drug money report.

00:37:16.000 French news agency.

00:37:18.000 And this was in, again, New York Times yesterday.

00:37:20.000 But, oh, they laundered the drug money and the drugs to track it, to understand it, it says.

00:37:28.000 Citing unnamed current and former federal law enforcement, the newspaper said that agents primarily with the Drug Enforcement Agency have handled shipments of hundreds of thousands of dollars in illegal cash across borders.

00:37:39.000 It said they did it to understand how the criminal operations move the money.

00:37:43.000 Oh, they did it to understand.

00:37:47.000 Oh, Satan consorted with demons in the pit of hell to learn how demons operate. 0.99

00:37:56.000 Jeffrey Dahmer kidnapped children and tortured them and raped them to find out about serial killers. 1.00

00:38:03.000 No. 0.99

00:38:07.000 No.

00:38:10.000 Unbelievable.

00:38:12.000 I mean, this is like in the 30s, 40s and 50s.

00:38:15.000 And in the twenties during prohibition, J Edgar Hoover would go on radio and newsreels and then TV and say there's no organized crime, it does not exist because they would only buy small people delivering bathtub gin and money that wasn't part of a larger gang.

00:38:33.000 I mean, if you were trying to make your own whiskey or moonshine, and this is on record, and weren't laundering it through the Kennedys and the Capones and Bugsy Siegel and all the rest of them and the Rockefellers, they were the real kingpins over it all, go research it, they would send police the untouchables. 0.68

00:38:51.000 The untouchables would come out to your shack and kill you! 1.00

00:38:54.000 The ATF was the original whiskey regulators, going back to post-Civil War, and the whiskey rebellion over the tax. 0.95

00:39:03.000 The FBI and people, and ATF, The whiskey regulators, they weren't coming and fighting gangsters.

00:39:13.000 They'd come to your farm in the depression if you were brewing whiskey to try to survive and sell it the city.

00:39:19.000 And they'd line you up and blow you and your entire family's heads off! 1.00

00:39:24.000 They'd line them up, mob, paw everybody with a Tommy gun and just kill ya! 1.00

00:39:24.000 Go research it! 1.00

00:39:30.000 Yeah!

00:39:31.000 That's the kind of country we live in.

00:39:33.000 That's what you do by making liquor illegal.

00:39:35.000 Three times the alcohol.

00:39:37.000 Okay, I'm preaching here.

00:39:38.000 Three times the alcohol use.

00:39:41.000 Don't believe me?

00:39:41.000 Go research it.

00:39:42.000 Go look the numbers.

00:39:43.000 Under prohibition, under nine and a half years of it.

00:39:46.000 Totally corrupted the police.

00:39:47.000 Corrupted all organized crime.

00:39:48.000 Exploded.

00:39:49.000 And then at the end of that, they said, we got to make drugs illegal.

00:39:51.000 We got to have something new here.

00:39:55.000 All right, we've got that.

00:39:56.000 Look at this, US agents laundered drug money report.

00:39:59.000 See, it's all coming out.

00:40:02.000 Been in the federal court cases forever, but it's coming out.

00:40:06.000 Feds may give loans to IMF to help Eurozone paper.

00:40:10.000 They've been giving their subsidiary banks in Europe.

00:40:12.000 See, that whole headline out of Reuters is a headline.

00:40:16.000 It's not the Fed, it's not federal.

00:40:18.000 The name is a lie.

00:40:19.000 May give loans to the IMF.

00:40:22.000 It's not loans, it's zero or minus Interest loans, which they then loan out at 20, 30, 40 percent to governments and individuals.

00:40:31.000 To help Eurozone.

00:40:32.000 And the other lies, they've already been giving it to them.

00:40:34.000 And they're not giving it to somebody else, they're giving it to themselves.

00:40:37.000 I mean, how many lies can you get in a headline?

00:40:39.000 One, two, three, four, five.

00:40:41.000 There are at least six lies in that headline.

00:40:43.000 Talk about a tissue, a fabric of fraud. 0.69

00:40:46.000 This is what we live under.

00:40:49.000 And the average person is helpless at that level of deception.

00:40:53.000 How do you unravel something that is a complete lie?

00:40:57.000 They're already doing it.

00:40:58.000 The Federal Reserve is at federal.

00:40:59.000 It's giving it to its own subsidiary.

00:41:02.000 And it just goes on and on.

00:41:12.000 Look at this article.

00:41:13.000 I knew what was going to happen last week whenever it came out that the 85-year-old woman in a wheelchair was taken behind closed doors and strip-searched.

00:41:20.000 Had her clothes taken off.

00:41:22.000 I knew they would come out and say it wasn't true, and they did.

00:41:24.000 Then when pressed, they said, we don't call it a strip-search.

00:41:29.000 See, when they grab your genitals or they take you behind closed doors and strip you down, it's not sexual assault. 0.90

00:41:37.000 It's not a strip-search. 0.62

00:41:38.000 And lo and behold, Lenora Zimmerman outrages TSA, denies it's strip search 85-year-old Long Island grandmother.

00:41:48.000 And there's another one here where other women, another elderly woman says she was exposed at the same airport, Kennedy Airport.

00:41:55.000 Where I had to, by the way, rob, rob something out of my bag.

00:42:00.000 I bought a couple little Tiffany things for my middle daughter.

00:42:06.000 And, uh, they just opened up the packages and stole one of them.

00:42:10.000 It's only worth about 80, 90 bucks, but...

00:42:13.000 I mean, that's Elmira, and you know what?

00:42:13.000 They stole it!

00:42:15.000 I knew not even to say anything. 1.00

00:42:16.000 Because I'm a scum citizen. 0.98

00:42:19.000 And if they want to steal a Tiffany silver teething ring, good for the babies that chew on silver, that's why I got it. 0.98

00:42:26.000 If they want to do that, that's just a little added goody-good.

00:42:30.000 You see? 0.99

00:42:31.000 I'm a scumbag. 0.99

00:42:32.000 I'm not a... Alright, I'm going to the police phone calls. 1.00

00:42:34.000 I'm going to shut up now.

00:42:36.000 The Iran situation's off the chart.

00:42:37.000 They're threatening to shut down the Strait of Hormuz.

00:42:39.000 It'll send oil conservatively $200 a barrel.

00:42:42.000 You lack seven dollars a gallon?

00:42:44.000 That's what you're gonna get.

00:42:46.000 sources now say Iran has missing U.S.

00:42:46.000 U.S.

00:42:48.000 drone after denying it.

00:42:50.000 It's now admitted, what we told you years ago, that the West blows stuff up every week in Iran.

00:42:56.000 It's all admitted.

00:42:57.000 It's just not on the news.

00:42:58.000 That's now being admitted.

00:42:59.000 We're gonna get to that.

00:43:01.000 It's all crazy.

00:43:03.000 Right now, let's go to your phone calls.

00:43:04.000 I appreciate you holding.

00:43:05.000 Who's been holding the longest?

00:43:07.000 Dale is a police officer in Illinois.

00:43:09.000 Then we'll go to A bunch of military people.

00:43:12.000 Adam is a police officer in Michigan.

00:43:14.000 We have a cop in Washington, a police officer.

00:43:17.000 We're going to get to all those, a bunch of military people.

00:43:18.000 I'm going to go to you right now.

00:43:20.000 I'm going to try to shut up, have you make your point, and then I'm going to go to the next person because you know how my brain works. 0.74

00:43:25.000 I never shut up.

00:43:26.000 Let's go ahead and talk to Dale in Illinois.

00:43:30.000 Dale, welcome.

00:43:32.000 Hello, Alex.

00:43:33.000 Hey, by the way, it's the Soviet Socialist Republic of Illinois.

00:43:38.000 That's what we call it.

00:43:40.000 I'm a 26 year vet police officer.

00:43:44.000 I'm not going to tell you where, but I guess it doesn't really matter, but it's Central Illinois.

00:43:49.000 If it was up to us, we wouldn't have Chicago in the state, but it's not up to us.

00:43:54.000 Long story short, we've got a bunch of guys that And we've got like a phone chain if by some chance one of us is at the station and or let's say I'm at the station we get the guy in the suit comes in and says you're going to do this that and the other.

00:44:11.000 One phone call from me generates probably about 35 phone calls in about 30 seconds you know.

00:44:21.000 And as far as firearms are concerned If you're going to buy them, learn to use them.

00:44:27.000 It ain't going to do you very good to have a pistol sitting there, or a rifle, or whatever.

00:44:30.000 Because all that's going to do is get you in trouble.

00:44:35.000 I agree with you.

00:44:36.000 Let me ask you a question.

00:44:38.000 Dale, again, a police officer from Illinois.

00:44:42.000 Is anybody that you're talking to concerned about them saying, we're going to use the military, we're going to put TSA on the streets, they're now doing it.

00:44:49.000 We're going to have telescreens everywhere saying, spy on your neighbors.

00:44:52.000 It's like they went and got a dystopic science fiction movie and said, let's make it reality.

00:44:56.000 It's like 1984 on steroids and we're going to allow citizens to disappear into black holes.

00:45:01.000 Have police realized that once that starts, it doesn't give people any recourse?

00:45:07.000 But to absolutely resist?

00:45:10.000 I mean, do police, are police realizing how the globalists are trying to escalate a civil war on purpose?

00:45:17.000 Younger guys do.

00:45:19.000 Younger guys have got no clue. 0.99

00:45:21.000 I have a lot, I don't know, it's generational.

00:45:27.000 I'm almost, well, to be honest, I'm 60 years old and I've seen a lot.

00:45:33.000 And the younger kids, We're trying to educate them.

00:45:39.000 From what I've seen, we've been making some ground.

00:45:40.000 As a matter of fact, I had a rookie in the other day and I sat him down and I said, hey, if Bilbo shows up at the station with a suit and the chief brings us in and says, we're going to go down this block and we're going to do a checklist and see who has firearms, so on and so forth, what are you going to do?

00:45:57.000 And he says, I'm not going to do it.

00:45:59.000 I said, good.

00:46:03.000 You don't even have to tell them no unless you want to.

00:46:06.000 You can just go and say nobody, everybody was gone or my car broke down.

00:46:11.000 I mean you don't, again, you just don't have to follow unconstitutional orders.

00:46:16.000 I agree with you, but it's time for the guys in the blue and the brown and, you know, because our deputies wear brown, but the blue and the brown and the tacky green that the state police wear, start standing up and telling the feds, not only no, but hell no, we've got a 10th Amendment in this country, in this state, or in this United States, supposedly, that says we do have states' rights, but that's been trounced on so bad that it's ridiculous.

00:46:39.000 Matter of fact, it's been trounced on right now so bad it was like it was prior to the Civil War.

00:46:45.000 Oh, it is.

00:46:46.000 In fact, it was Illinois where we got the documents and had, with his voice disguised, in the town he's in, it wasn't called a mayor, the head selectman, whatever you call it.

00:47:00.000 We had him on and the feds came in and said, you have to armor the police station.

00:47:06.000 And you have to get ready, because the veterans will attack you with improvised explosive devices, and it is coming, and the flu's coming, and we'll kill millions, and Chicago will implode. 0.99

00:47:16.000 And the point is, is that they're just trying to get the police ready for war with the people.

00:47:21.000 Have you had similar attempted brainwashing go on in your area?

00:47:26.000 Well, they tried.

00:47:28.000 Downstate is a little bit different than it is in the Chicago area, but they've tried.

00:47:32.000 After 9-11, we hardened the station.

00:47:36.000 That did happen, and they did that all over the place.

00:47:40.000 They put the little blockades in front of the station so you couldn't drive a car to it and stuff.

00:47:46.000 But their big fear is not so much, and they're trying to twist it a little bit, Alex.

00:47:53.000 Their big fear is that when the state and or the federal governments were broke, and you're not gonna get your state aid, your food stamps, so on and so forth, Major riots starting and it escalating.

00:48:05.000 No, no, but that's true, and the banksters engineer it, and then I'll even be in Austin begging for the military if a group of people are coming towards me burning things.

00:48:15.000 But again, that won't happen here because we have guns.

00:48:17.000 Where it is going to happen is Chicago, New York, and L.A.

00:48:20.000 I mean, those are places to get out of.

00:48:25.000 I do have a comment for you, though.

00:48:27.000 Sure, go ahead.

00:48:30.000 The day you run into trouble, you need to put something up on your website that you need help.

00:48:35.000 And believe me, my friend, I know some people will be down there in a heartbeat.

00:48:39.000 Well, God bless you.

00:48:40.000 I appreciate your call.

00:48:41.000 God bless you, Dale.

00:48:42.000 Good talking to you.

00:48:43.000 We have to remember why the media shows all the police brutality videos and everything.

00:48:48.000 Because they're trying to turn us all against each other.

00:48:50.000 And they're trying to hold up corrupt police as the example, so that we can have a war with each other.

00:48:56.000 We do not need to do this, and that's putting it lightly.

00:49:00.000 Okay, who's up next here?

00:49:03.000 Let's go to Mark, a police officer in Washington, then Adam, a police officer in Michigan, then we'll get to Military Man.

00:49:09.000 Mark is military and others.

00:49:11.000 Mark, you're on the air from Washington.

00:49:13.000 Thanks for holding.

00:49:14.000 Go ahead.

00:49:15.000 Yeah, good morning.

00:49:16.000 How are you, Alex?

00:49:18.000 Oh, I'm pretty upset.

00:49:19.000 Everything's unfolding like we thought it would.

00:49:22.000 Well, I enjoy your radio program.

00:49:24.000 I've been listening for about a year.

00:49:25.000 I called in several months ago and talked to you in length.

00:49:28.000 I enjoyed our conversation, but I wanted to make a point.

00:49:31.000 I spent time with a buddy of mine that's an officer in the Marine Corps, and we were having dinner, and I said, hey, if the United States government wants the Second Amendment pulled and they're going to start taking guns away, are you guys willing to do it?

00:49:51.000 And he said, yeah, we're ordered to do it.

00:49:54.000 We're going to do it.

00:49:54.000 And I said, well, what if Americans try to defend themselves?

00:49:59.000 He says, well, hey, if they're going to shoot at us, you know, it's about the buddy next to us, you know, we're going to take care of business.

00:50:06.000 I said, well, I said, what is your opinion on, you know, doing police actions in law enforcement as well?

00:50:12.000 We're already trained for.

00:50:13.000 He says, I think it's actually a good idea.

00:50:15.000 And I said, well, you know what?

00:50:16.000 I said, there's clearly a separation between police And military.

00:50:21.000 I said, you know, when you guys clear a building, you guys throw in a couple grenades and go in, take care of business.

00:50:25.000 I said, when we, we don't, we don't look at the building search the same way, and it's the same way with police work.

00:50:32.000 You know, we... Tell you what, stay there.

00:50:34.000 Yeah.

00:50:35.000 Listen, folks.

00:50:37.000 And it's gonna end up happening, probably.

00:50:38.000 When the military starts killing people, You guys, this is not like you're fighting a bunch of malnourished Iraqis. 1.00

00:50:45.000 I mean, it is going to be really bad.

00:50:47.000 For every U.S. 0.93

00:50:48.000 citizen you kill, you're going to have a hundred veterans coming after you. 0.97

00:50:52.000 I mean, it's going to be like moose hunting season.

00:50:55.000 We'll be right back.

00:50:56.000 Stay with us.

00:53:59.000 We're talking to Mark, and we're going to go to Adam.

00:54:17.000 Mm-hmm.

00:54:18.000 Military man and another Mark who are military.

00:54:23.000 But listen, I've got a lot of family in the military and I've got a lot of other contacts and we've been to the drills.

00:54:29.000 I've got the footage.

00:54:31.000 The Marines especially, I hear some Marines calling and saying, we'll never do it, and I've been to the drills where they train to kill Americans and admit it.

00:54:39.000 And I mean unarmed Americans.

00:54:41.000 And let's all be honest, the Marines are sent overseas and kill everybody in villages they go into.

00:54:46.000 I mean, every once in a while they prosecute people for a massacre or something. 0.95

00:54:49.000 If the Marines rape some 15-year-old girl and then kill them, they go to prison for it. 0.89

00:54:54.000 But if they just kill everybody, then they get a medal for it. 0.99

00:54:58.000 I mean, that's come out in the news.

00:55:00.000 So it's kind of a schizophrenic type deal, when it comes out they get in trouble.

00:55:05.000 But you cannot criticize the Germans with this attitude, because they said, hey, I'm ordered to take guns and arrest people, I'm gonna do it. 0.63

00:55:13.000 And that's what they did, released the military on the Germans and the countries they invaded. 0.83

00:55:19.000 It's 101 for North Korea, every other dictatorship, every other corrupt system. 0.96

00:55:24.000 And I tell you, Mark, I tell you, I'm going to be honest with you. 0.98

00:55:27.000 If I had a friend like that saying, I'll take guns, I'll kill Americans, that's not the type of friend I want just because, Mark, when the time comes, he'll probably come to your house and kill you if somebody told him to. 0.97

00:55:39.000 I mean, it is a type of moral cowardice. 0.99

00:55:43.000 That really makes me sick. 1.00

00:55:45.000 Perhaps your friend, Mark, is also very ignorant. 1.00

00:55:48.000 We were all once dumb as dirt. 0.99

00:55:50.000 But I can't imagine being an officer in the Marine Corps who's sworn an oath, the Bill of Rights, Constitution, the Military Code, because I know it's still taught, even just a few years ago, that you're not supposed to do that. 0.99

00:56:01.000 Go ahead and finish up, Mark.

00:56:02.000 I appreciate you calling.

00:56:05.000 No, he's highly educated.

00:56:06.000 He's got a master's degree, but it would have to be in a situation like, you know, some kind of terrorist attack or something like that, you know, that we talked about, isn't just going to go in and kick doors and take people's guns.

00:56:20.000 But I want to make another point.

00:56:22.000 I'm pro-military.

00:56:24.000 My friend and I have been friends for a long time.

00:56:26.000 We've gone to college together.

00:56:28.000 But the point I want to make is it makes sense that the Congress and Senate want to get this bill passed to have the military on the streets because they know that seasoned police officers like myself are not going to violate people's rights and we are not going to put the boots to American citizenship.

00:56:52.000 So it makes sense for them to have Military personnel, especially hiring young police officers who have just come out of the military who are combat hardened.

00:57:04.000 Look, these guys don't have a problem taking care of business.

00:57:09.000 We had a shooting in a town several months ago and a guy came out with a gun and they took care of business.

00:57:16.000 One of the officers that was put on administrative leave, because that's normal when we get involved in police shooting, didn't understand why he had to be taken off the street for three weeks, because in Iraq, when they're at war and they kill somebody, they move on, and he wanted to get back to work, and those are the kind of people That police departments in bigger cities are hiring because they don't know the goal.

00:57:38.000 Exactly, we got internal memos in Texas where they said, don't let anybody know this, but we're only hiring state police now who are former combat vets, the younger the better.

00:57:49.000 This is an internal memo, we published it, did a report on it a few months ago, which is discriminatory, but again, military kills people, breaks things, occupies.

00:57:59.000 And that's what's so incredibly off the charts, and You're absolutely right.

00:58:06.000 Plus, they don't understand how illegal this is.

00:58:12.000 So it's crazy.

00:58:14.000 And of course they're going to give your friend some PSYOP reason this is being done.

00:58:18.000 You're absolutely right.

00:58:19.000 Amazing call.

00:58:20.000 Anything else you need to add, Mark?

00:58:23.000 I just want to say that, listen, that people need to understand that the majority of the police in this country were decent.

00:58:29.000 I tell you what, this is too important.

00:58:30.000 Stay there.

00:58:31.000 One minute break, we're going to come back, and then I promise I'm going to get to Adam, Military Man Mark, and others.

00:58:37.000 But Mark in Washington State, stay there.

00:58:38.000 This is GCN, the Genesis Communications Radio Network.

00:58:51.000 A very wealthy U.S.

00:58:52.000 citizen is predicting that in 2011, we will witness the most important day in America in more than 50 years.

00:58:59.000 He says it will change everything about our lives.

00:59:02.000 The way you shop, travel, invest, educate your children, and even how you take care of your health and your own family.

00:59:07.000 Now, this man has made some outrageous predictions over the years.

00:59:10.000 The crazy part is, he's usually right.

00:59:12.000 You see, he predicted the collapse of GM, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and America's biggest mall owner, General Growth Properties.

00:59:19.000 In fact, Barron's called his work a dire prophecy.

00:59:22.000 Recently, he created a video, which you can watch online for free, detailing his biggest and most important prediction yet.

00:59:28.000 And it's a real eye-opener.

00:59:29.000 I can't stress this enough.

00:59:31.000 You should at least watch this free video online today.

00:59:33.000 He explains everything you need to know.

00:59:35.000 Including simple steps you can take to protect yourself.

00:59:37.000 You can find the video at www.EndOfAmerica3.com.

00:59:42.000 That's End of America, the number 3.com.

00:59:45.000 Watch the free video at www.EndOfAmerica3.com.

00:59:49.000 That's EndOfAmerica3.com.

00:59:54.000 Waging war on corruption.

00:59:56.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:59:59.000 Big Brother.

01:00:07.000 Mainstream media.

01:00:09.000 Government cover-ups.

01:00:10.000 You want answers?

01:00:12.000 Well, so does he.

01:00:13.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:00:18.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

01:00:23.000 Look, they're having laws on the books! 0.63

01:00:26.000 When Obama signs this, Obama says he may not.

01:00:28.000 He says he has the executive power to do it without Congress.

01:00:31.000 So it's even more treasonous if that's possible.

01:00:34.000 Like a cherry on top, with the National Defense Authorization Act 2012.

01:00:39.000 When they say, we'll arrest you secretly, you'll never be seen again, we can kill you, that takes it to another level where war is declared, illegal war, that's against the laws of war in all of modern history.

01:00:53.000 When criminal foreign banks take over, who are on record laundering money, on record dealing the drugs, At that point, it's just, it's publicly illegitimate.

01:01:04.000 There's no doubt about it.

01:01:06.000 Now, finishing up with police officer in Washington State, Mark, were you able to get through to your friend?

01:01:15.000 Were you able to wake him up, this Marine Corps officer who you went to college with, about the fact that following illegal unconstitutional orders, what about his oath?

01:01:26.000 What about keeping his oath?

01:01:27.000 And then you had a point you were trying to finish making, Mark.

01:01:32.000 No, I mean, like I said, my friend's highly educated and he's a thinker, but uh...

01:01:38.000 You know, orders are orders.

01:01:39.000 That's basically where we left it at.

01:01:41.000 I explained to him my situation and, you know, and I think what I wanted to say is the American people need to understand that, and I hope they believe, that most police officers are decent.

01:01:52.000 We're doing our job.

01:01:54.000 And listen, the feds know they need our help.

01:01:56.000 Because, listen, they come into my community and they want, you know, Joe Q. Citizen arrested because, you know, he Spoke out at a rally or something.

01:02:03.000 Well, he's on his own.

01:02:04.000 He's gonna go have to get help somewhere else.

01:02:06.000 He's not gonna get it from me.

01:02:09.000 That's why they're putting CIA in the Threat Fusion Centers.

01:02:13.000 They're, you know, federally deputizing as a sub-deputy.

01:02:16.000 That's why they're trying to federalize right now. 0.91

01:02:19.000 How is that process going in the Washington State right now?

01:02:23.000 See, in my area, we have a good relationship with the Feds.

01:02:26.000 I mean, the guys on the ground, they're just like us.

01:02:29.000 They use common sense.

01:02:30.000 I don't see the federalization.

01:02:32.000 I see kind of the unification of counties.

01:02:35.000 You know, smaller departments are getting absorbed and going to the Sheriff's Office.

01:02:40.000 You know, they're bringing the Yeah, they're unifying the codes, which sounds reasonable to go under Homeland Security codes, but you want your own local codes.

01:02:56.000 You don't want to be, we have jurisdictions for a reason.

01:03:00.000 Well, I agree with you.

01:03:02.000 I mean, at least in my area right now and plus Washington State.

01:03:05.000 I mean, if you want a state to live in where they go up, you know, honor the rights and probably give a lot more leeway to criminals and just the regular system, this is the place to live.

01:03:17.000 I mean, this is one of the most toughest areas.

01:03:19.000 To be a police officer and because we have so many more rules than other states.

01:03:24.000 I mean, for instance, when I... If we have a traffic stop and the passenger's got a seatbelt on, we can't even talk to that person.

01:03:31.000 I mean, they can get out of the car and walk away and there's nothing we can do.

01:03:34.000 You know, in California, they can arrest somebody for... And listen, I know that's a hassle, but it's just like...

01:03:40.000 The Clements deal where the baseball player on the steroids got off because the feds showed hearsay to the jury.

01:03:49.000 The judge let him go because it's better that ten guilty people go free than one innocent person go to jail.

01:03:57.000 And justice and liberty is a messy thing, but it's a lot better than North Korea, Mark. 0.98

01:04:06.000 Do you agree with that statement?

01:04:08.000 Yeah, I agree with you, but listen, we're dealing with the same people all the time.

01:04:11.000 So if they get away with something, we're going to get them again.

01:04:15.000 And I think that's what the American people need to understand.

01:04:18.000 We're dealing with the bottom 10% of society. 0.99

01:04:21.000 90% of Americans, awesome people, love talking to them, don't have an issue with them.

01:04:28.000 We're dealing with the same people over and over again.

01:04:30.000 And really, the biggest problem in the criminal justice system is not the police.

01:04:38.000 It's the court system.

01:04:40.000 It's a joke.

01:04:40.000 No, I agree.

01:04:41.000 They release the violent offenders and put the non-violence in there.

01:04:45.000 And it's all by plan.

01:04:46.000 They want the criminals out there harassing everybody as a pretext for more control.

01:04:51.000 Great points, Mark.

01:04:51.000 Appreciate your service.

01:04:53.000 A true peace officer.

01:04:54.000 Good to hear from you.

01:08:01.000 Genesis Communications Radio Network proudly presents the Alex Jones Show.

01:08:06.000 Because there's a war on for your mind.

01:08:09.000 *music* All right, my friends, here we are back in the saddle again.

01:08:35.000 Incredible developments taking place in our world.

01:08:39.000 It is 12.08 Central Standard Time.

01:08:41.000 Blasting out here on the AM and FM dial.

01:08:44.000 Global shortwave.

01:08:46.000 And, of course, the internet at Infowars.com.

01:08:49.000 Did I mention XM Radio as well?

01:08:52.000 Channel 166.

01:08:53.000 Okay.

01:08:56.000 Let me just mention some of the news, then I'm going to take four or five more calls from police and military that are calling in, giving us their take on the unbelievable National Defense Authorization Act.

01:09:11.000 And I wrote some notes about this act last night whenever I was going on Coast to Coast AM with Rob Simone, their fill-in host there.

01:09:21.000 This is the end of posse comitatus, the 1878 law barring the military from engaging in domestic operations.

01:09:27.000 Remember all the years we told you they were getting rid of this behind the scenes?

01:09:30.000 Oh, conspiracy theory, now it's here.

01:09:32.000 It allows the secret arrest, indefinite detention, no charges, torture and killing of American citizens. 0.73

01:09:38.000 The White House put memos out last Monday saying we can even kill people.

01:09:42.000 Okay, so that's beyond North Korea.

01:09:44.000 I mean, this is just pure evil.

01:09:49.000 And the game plan is, you notice this is all happening as the world economy is imploded.

01:09:54.000 And the police are being told, prepare for total collapse.

01:09:57.000 Which was engineered by the banksters, the very ones calling for a new world order.

01:10:01.000 The same thing's being done in Europe right now.

01:10:04.000 But it doesn't just declare us the enemy and allow the military to operate here.

01:10:07.000 It's worldwide.

01:10:10.000 It's a declaration of war against laws, against due process, against countries worldwide.

01:10:15.000 It's the U.S. 0.61

01:10:16.000 military, which is not the U.S.

01:10:18.000 military.

01:10:18.000 It is the occupied, captured forces of the banksters.

01:10:22.000 Literally.

01:10:24.000 Of course the American military doesn't fight its own citizens.

01:10:27.000 Of course they don't train to take guns.

01:10:29.000 Of course they don't kill citizens.

01:10:32.000 Of course they don't do these things.

01:10:33.000 It's not our military.

01:10:35.000 The German military was not the German military under Hitler.

01:10:38.000 But the Germans still went along with it because it looked like their military.

01:10:42.000 Their military followed the orders.

01:10:44.000 We're going to go to Adam.

01:10:46.000 We're going to go to military man Mark Ezekiel here in just a moment.

01:10:53.000 We've got the TSA, I told you years ago would have checkpoints on the highways because I watch their meetings on C-SPAN.

01:10:59.000 Now they're doing it!

01:11:01.000 And man, I've seen these newscasts where in Tennessee and California and other areas, you pull up at just a random checkpoint on a major highway, and boy, those state police have got their Marine Corps, you know, Drill Sergeant hats on, they've got their hands and fists shaking, they're looking at the little kids and the moms, they're pulling, get out of there, I'm searching you!

01:11:20.000 I mean, they are really getting ready for war against us.

01:11:25.000 And I hope the police and military realize, if 1% fights back against this, if you actually start arresting people who are on political pick-up lists, the word will get out, even if you shut the web off.

01:11:36.000 And when people pull up to these things, it's not cowardice that's held the American people back, it's incredible restraint.

01:11:45.000 But once the guns are pulled out of their holsters, I mean, do you have any idea what's going to happen to you if you try to run checkpoints and arrest people and stuff as you're trained for?

01:11:57.000 And look, the bankers are going to give you the order.

01:11:59.000 You're like, well, it's crazy.

01:12:01.000 It'll be an absolute civil war.

01:12:03.000 That's the plan.

01:12:05.000 Order out of chaos.

01:12:06.000 They don't care how many citizens get killed.

01:12:08.000 They don't care how many police and military get killed.

01:12:10.000 They like it!

01:12:12.000 They are publicly, under NLE09, cooperative nugget, type these names in, you'll see the video, the drills, the FEMA press releases, have 15 countries ready to invade the U.S.

01:12:23.000 You're like, that'll never happen here.

01:12:26.000 Really?

01:12:28.000 Really?

01:12:28.000 Cross-human animal clones, it never happened.

01:12:31.000 Foster children having chemicals, biologicals tested on them, radiologicals, never happened.

01:12:36.000 Government-run healthcare, never happened.

01:12:39.000 Obama as the head of the UN, never gonna happen.

01:12:41.000 All these wars and lies and cameras on street corners and microphones hidden in trees, never gonna happen.

01:12:47.000 All happened!

01:12:49.000 All happened.

01:12:51.000 Police taking blood at checkpoints, not gonna happen.

01:12:53.000 Happened.

01:12:55.000 Nazi Germany, wasn't gonna happen.

01:12:56.000 Happened.

01:12:57.000 Soviet Russia, wasn't gonna happen.

01:12:58.000 Happened.

01:12:59.000 All, folks, tyranny is the norm.

01:13:01.000 And again, it's going to happen because the globalists are public about all this.

01:13:08.000 It's all public.

01:13:09.000 That's how I know what's coming next.

01:13:10.000 That's how I made all these films.

01:13:12.000 It's how I've been accurate.

01:13:13.000 Because I'm just a regular guy from Texas who happened to run across all this decades ago and got upset about it.

01:13:21.000 It's a normal response to learn about this and to take action.

01:13:25.000 And I'm not going to sit here and say it's the federal government, it's too big.

01:13:29.000 We can't beat this.

01:13:30.000 It's illegitimate.

01:13:32.000 They're on record laundering $500 billion a year in drug money.

01:13:35.000 The government's on record shipping the drugs in.

01:13:38.000 Every major federal agency is run by criminals.

01:13:44.000 The good news is there's still a lot of good people in the stratus, so that's why you keep seeing these people get busted.

01:13:49.000 How many deputy heads of Homeland Security have been caught with children, pedophiles, or caught in the new bestiality scandal with kids and stuff involved at the CDC?

01:14:00.000 Who do you think they can get at the top who will do stuff like this? 0.99

01:14:04.000 Crazy sickos. 0.96

01:14:07.000 Stalin and Hitler both opened up the prisons and hired all the aggravated felons. 0.99

01:14:13.000 On record!

01:14:15.000 What do you think the system's done?

01:14:17.000 They have found the bad apples and they're putting them at the head of every power structure.

01:14:23.000 I'm going to say it again and then I'm going to cover some more news and go to your calls.

01:14:28.000 We learned earlier this year, Bloomberg and AP, and it was just reported like it was no big deal and didn't get any national attention, that Prudential and a whole bunch of other big mega insurance companies in 1999 met with the Pentagon and the Veterans Affairs Office and made a deal to allow them to take the death benefits of World War II vets right through to current vets at the time and on

01:14:56.000 Where they send you paperwork that tricks you, the government approved this, to say sign here and get your money, but then it's got some legalese that you can't understand, and then they take your money.

01:15:09.000 I mean these are, criminal isn't the word, it's just a word.

01:15:14.000 It's unlimited evil.

01:15:19.000 And when humans start bowing down to authority, just because it's in a suit, and just because it's on TV, and just because it reads well off a teleprompter, that's when you get disaster.

01:15:31.000 And it's here.

01:15:32.000 I haven't even gotten into Iran yet.

01:15:34.000 I haven't even gotten into the economy yet.

01:15:37.000 It is so fundamental.

01:15:41.000 When they say Posse Comitatus is gone, we're going to use the military against the American people, anybody else we want worldwide, and by the way, we'll secretly arrest you with no charge, you can disappear into a black hole.

01:15:52.000 I mean, that is worse than I even thought they would do in the next step.

01:15:57.000 They're going for everything.

01:15:58.000 Because the globalists have set up a Ponzi scheme, 1.5 quadrillion, 1,500 trillion, of fake counterfeit money.

01:16:06.000 They put their people in over every major government of the world.

01:16:10.000 While they were running their previous scams, and now they're taking the whole world down and announcing we'll have a world depression if you don't make the six megabanks and the Federal Reserve owners of the planet.

01:16:21.000 We're going to shut everything off.

01:16:22.000 They're holding us hostage.

01:16:23.000 They got a gun to our head.

01:16:25.000 Economic gun, and they're backed up by paramilitary police and military.

01:16:30.000 The video games, the dramas, the brainwashing, it's all about fighting the American people. 0.88

01:16:35.000 The training manuals, all of it.

01:16:38.000 Boy Scouts training to take on veterans.

01:16:40.000 You're like, well, they're 14-year-olds.

01:16:41.000 Yeah, that was three years ago.

01:16:42.000 They're now 17.

01:16:43.000 The point is, it's right out of a movie.

01:16:47.000 They got the government youth.

01:16:49.000 They got the domestic security forces.

01:16:51.000 They've got the checkpoints being set up.

01:16:53.000 They've got the neighbors being trained to spy.

01:16:55.000 And a lot of people are not cowards, folks.

01:16:57.000 A lot of people are going to go to that point where they can't back off anymore, and then I'm trying to stop this from happening.

01:17:07.000 Okay, folks, I've told you everything that's going to happen so far.

01:17:11.000 This is what's going to happen.

01:17:11.000 Let me tell you something.

01:17:14.000 Lawlessness is going to happen.

01:17:15.000 The police are going to be forced to march out in the military against the citizens.

01:17:19.000 The citizens are going to start fighting back, and it's not going to be pretty.

01:17:22.000 So the public doesn't join with the citizens, they're going to commit a bunch of atrocities, black ops will, foreign operatives and others, horrible atrocities that will be pinned on true Americans, what you'll call, what they'll call, you know, the right-wing terrorist, and it's going to be police in their armored compounds, law and order breaking down, and they're just going to let America basically fall apart.

01:17:49.000 That is seriously being considered.

01:17:52.000 And, uh, or the elite is insane because it's not going to go the way they think it is.

01:17:58.000 I can't tell you how many veterans of Vietnam, even Korea that are still alive, uh, some World War II, but mainly Korea, Vietnam, and then current veterans and people who, if you cut their pension fund that they're guaranteed to get, they're going to start shooting people. 0.89

01:18:16.000 Okay.

01:18:19.000 I mean, this will give a new meaning to the word going postal.

01:18:24.000 There are a lot of people that don't care about dying, ladies and gentlemen.

01:18:28.000 There are a lot of people who don't want to go out and kill people either.

01:18:31.000 But if they are forced to, it's not going to be pretty.

01:18:35.000 Look, when the good guys start killing people, it's never pretty.

01:18:38.000 Do you understand that? 0.51

01:18:39.000 The good guys will stomp you bad guys absolutely into the dirt.

01:18:43.000 And I hope you bad guys understand that.

01:18:45.000 I think you do, deep down.

01:18:47.000 That's why you're so scared of the good guys.

01:18:49.000 And you're sticking your hand down a badger hole. 0.90

01:18:52.000 We're going to go to break, and I promise I'm going to come back to Adam, a police officer in Michigan he's been holding.

01:19:01.000 And then we're going to get to Folks, I'm holding the longest military man and Mark and Ezekiel and Corey and others.

01:19:11.000 But we're at the crossroads right now.

01:19:14.000 And you notice what comes along with economic collapse.

01:19:17.000 The Iranians threatening to shut down the Strait of Hormuz. 0.60

01:19:19.000 That's 40% of the world's oil.

01:19:21.000 It'll go to $200 a barrel.

01:19:22.000 All these new wars.

01:19:25.000 Syria may attack Israel as a way to get the public off their back, which is absolutely what governments do. 0.99

01:19:32.000 All these White House memos about how great a terror attack would be, that's how dumb they think we are. 0.96

01:19:36.000 They write public memos. 0.97

01:19:38.000 They're shutting down our power plants all over the country.

01:19:41.000 That's in the news.

01:19:42.000 I mean, it is just, we are, we have let criminals take over.

01:19:46.000 It's called tyranny.

01:19:47.000 It isn't pretty.

01:19:48.000 And we need to back off.

01:19:51.000 Like the Cuban Missile Crisis or any other event, all of you that work for this system, you need to back off now.

01:19:58.000 And the public does not, You don't need to be looking for trouble either.

01:24:09.000 Remember, my friends, this isn't a joke.

01:24:11.000 It isn't a game.

01:24:12.000 We're talking about the implosion of the euro into a new global government.

01:24:17.000 War with Iran.

01:24:19.000 Checkpoints all over the country.

01:24:21.000 This is a planned takeover.

01:24:23.000 And the globalists want power and control.

01:24:25.000 They don't care about wrecking societies.

01:24:27.000 In fact, they rationalize it as a post-industrial world.

01:24:32.000 That's what they call for.

01:24:33.000 Alright, let's go to Adam in Michigan and others, then I'm going to get to the news, and believe me, it's powerful.

01:24:40.000 Adam, who's a police officer in Michigan, what do you say about what we've been covering here today?

01:24:47.000 Alex, you're fabulous.

01:24:49.000 I've been a police officer here in Michigan for 12 years.

01:24:51.000 90% of that time was spent on Michigan's largest department.

01:24:56.000 I'm in another large department now.

01:24:57.000 I've been here for a year.

01:24:58.000 By all means, I plan on upholding the Constitution, defending it, It's just amazing.

01:25:07.000 I've listened to your show for a long time, about eight years now, maybe longer.

01:25:11.000 First time caller.

01:25:12.000 You know, a lot of the public sees us as, sees public safety people, police, fire, military, as heroes.

01:25:19.000 And I know you hate to hear it, but a lot of us think you're a hero as well, and your crew, so thanks for what you guys do.

01:25:25.000 Well, thank you.

01:25:26.000 And that's what's sad about there are a lot of heroes who are in public safety.

01:25:30.000 It's just the people running it at the top are definitely bad.

01:25:34.000 And so that's why it all comes down to the moral and spiritual decision of who you're going to serve.

01:25:41.000 Absolutely.

01:25:42.000 I'm constantly talking to police officers about all of this information that you've given me.

01:25:48.000 Thank you again.

01:25:49.000 Always talking to them about, you know, the bottom line is uphold the Constitution.

01:25:53.000 Defend the Constitution.

01:25:54.000 No matter what happens.

01:25:55.000 No matter what they tell us.

01:25:56.000 We took the oath.

01:25:57.000 I took it dead serious.

01:26:00.000 Defend the Constitution against enemies foreign and domestic.

01:26:03.000 End of story.

01:26:03.000 Period.

01:26:04.000 That's what I tell them.

01:26:05.000 Let me ask you a question.

01:26:06.000 You're on the second largest or one of the other big forces there.

01:26:09.000 Obviously you're on the Detroit before that.

01:26:11.000 Let me ask you this question.

01:26:12.000 It's now coming out the government did ship the guns into Mexico, that the feds are shipping in drugs.

01:26:17.000 It's back in the news today.

01:26:19.000 Are any of the police talking about that?

01:26:21.000 Are any of the police seeing the TSA groping grandmothers?

01:26:26.000 I mean, because look, I've covered what was going to happen, others have said what's going to happen, now it's happening.

01:26:32.000 I mean, is the Patriot movement that's been so demonized, is it getting any more credibility with police?

01:26:38.000 What's the mindset right now?

01:26:40.000 I don't hear a lot of guys talking about it unless I bring it up and then we get into a big discussion about it.

01:26:47.000 So I really don't hear a lot about it.

01:26:48.000 But on a positive note, we did go through some training recently here.

01:26:52.000 Uh, talking about the open carry of the firearm.

01:26:56.000 And, um, I couldn't believe that they were actually telling us.

01:26:59.000 As long as it's visible, we have no right to talk to them.

01:27:02.000 We have no probable cause to stop and talk to them about anything.

01:27:05.000 As long as they're holding, carrying the gun outside and we can see it, that's their right.

01:27:09.000 Adam, you have just energized the key to everything here.

01:27:12.000 People five years ago thought it was insane when folks did open carry, but a right to snot exercise is lost.

01:27:19.000 Police all over the country flipped out.

01:27:21.000 Then they and the public and media flipped out.

01:27:24.000 Hardball and all those people, Slimeball, wanted to act like guns were illegal even in your house, where 12 years ago or 13 years ago I had the carpet cleaner call the cops on me because I had a gun case with shotguns in it, and he watched dramas based in New York where guns are illegal.

01:27:40.000 Or he tried to call the cops.

01:27:41.000 They stopped him and explained, no, it's legal.

01:27:43.000 Here we are 13 years later, where all over the country people are open carrying and demonstrating it publicly.

01:27:50.000 I mean, it's like a civil rights issue.

01:27:51.000 It's like black people right at the front of the bus or going into lunch counters. 0.98

01:27:55.000 It's like, no, this is our right.

01:27:56.000 We're going to do it.

01:27:57.000 It is taking back our basic freedom and then forcing the political people who want to act like guns are evil to be honest with the police and say, no, it's their right.

01:28:06.000 Go ahead.

01:28:08.000 Absolutely, I agree.

01:28:09.000 I actually saw a guy here in the city where I work, open carrying, and I couldn't resist.

01:28:13.000 I said, excuse me, sir, can I talk to you?

01:28:15.000 And he thought he was going to be in trouble.

01:28:17.000 I said, I want to thank you for carrying that weapon.

01:28:17.000 I said, no.

01:28:19.000 I appreciate it.

01:28:20.000 I know that if I needed help, you'd be here to help me.

01:28:23.000 And he was all excited.

01:28:24.000 I was excited.

01:28:25.000 It's fabulous.

01:28:25.000 I think it's great.

01:28:27.000 What about this secret arrest of Americans?

01:28:29.000 I understand you're saying you'll follow the Constitution, but is there any discussion about that?

01:28:33.000 I mean, I wouldn't blame him if there isn't, because there's been almost no news coverage of it.

01:28:38.000 Absolutely.

01:28:38.000 If there's no news coverage, then they don't know.

01:28:40.000 I remember being just ignorant, as a lot of Americans, when 9-11 occurred. 0.73

01:28:47.000 I wouldn't let the kids check the mail because of the anthrax. 0.96

01:28:51.000 I was all in.

01:28:53.000 We've got to get rid of the Constitution.

01:28:55.000 And there was a young college student at Starbucks that was talking to me about, who are you going to vote for, Kerry or Bush?

01:29:01.000 He was talking mumbo-jumbo.

01:29:03.000 The only thing I remember during that entire conversation Was InfoWars.com.

01:29:08.000 That's the only thing I remember.

01:29:10.000 So I'm constantly trying to talk to guys about listening to alternative media, especially you, number one on top of the list. 1.00

01:29:16.000 Stop watching the stupid boob tube. 1.00

01:29:18.000 All that information is crap. 1.00

01:29:20.000 So... It is, God bless you. 0.98

01:29:21.000 Wow.

01:29:22.000 Isn't it heartening to hear all these great police officers?

01:29:26.000 Folks, we're going to be tested in this time.

01:29:29.000 The Republic is bleeding to death on the ground right now.

01:29:34.000 But it can always rise again.

01:29:36.000 We breathe light into it.

01:29:38.000 It's Republic reborn, 1776 worldwide.

01:29:42.000 Alright, I'm going to rampage through the next 5-6 calls and I promise, news blitz straight ahead.

01:29:47.000 I'm Alex Jones, InfoWars.com.

01:29:50.000 We're on the march.

01:29:52.000 The Empire's on the run.

01:33:44.000 I know I've been talking about this a lot the last few weeks.

01:33:48.000 First, we had to overcome the PSYOP that it didn't affect citizens, but when they were nailed down on it, they said no.

01:33:56.000 McCain, Senator Williams, all of them, Graham, they had to admit that yes, indeed, this is for U.S.

01:34:09.000 citizens and domestically and is the end of posse comitatus and citizens can just be grabbed and disappear into a dungeon.

01:34:18.000 Wow, that is so incredibly creepy.

01:34:22.000 I keep saying, what's Congress going to do next?

01:34:26.000 Now, we've done an hour and a half of broadcast here, and I haven't plugged in any of the sponsors or the way we fund ourselves here.

01:35:44.000 You'll never...

01:36:04.000 Here's your Christmas present.

01:36:32.000 Suddenly I can't do math.

01:36:33.000 14 days.

01:36:35.000 All the orders that get here by the 19th will get to you here in the U.S.

01:36:39.000 before Christmas.

01:36:40.000 After that, we can't guarantee it.

01:36:42.000 But again, we're going to have the InfoWars flags in soon.

01:36:44.000 We've got the Don't Tread On Me flags and a lot more.

01:36:46.000 People kept requesting InfoWars flags.

01:36:48.000 We had to manufacture them.

01:36:50.000 Got a whole bushel of them coming in.

01:36:52.000 And we'll also have some signed ones available for folks to keep requesting that.

01:36:56.000 InfoWars.com.

01:36:58.000 Okay.

01:36:59.000 Man.

01:37:01.000 Just incredible news.

01:37:02.000 I've got one here out of the Baltimore Sun.

01:37:05.000 Rash of twilight-induced seizures prompts warning.

01:37:09.000 You see, the flicker rate on TV puts the average person into a place between being awake and asleep.

01:37:17.000 It's a twilight, pun intended, type sleepwalking brain algorithm wavelength.

01:37:26.000 That's why the public seems like they're in a trance.

01:37:29.000 They literally are.

01:37:33.000 In fact, well, I'm gonna get to it later.

01:37:34.000 I mean, that's the kind of news I got.

01:37:36.000 It's all coming up.

01:37:38.000 Right now, let's hurry through the calls.

01:37:39.000 I appreciate everybody holding.

01:37:43.000 And I was just about to go to the police officer, and then I see it says they're already on air.

01:37:47.000 What's their name?

01:37:48.000 John?

01:37:52.000 Okay, but we had the cop I was about to go to.

01:37:56.000 He dropped off right as I was going to him.

01:37:57.000 I apologize for taking so long and pontificating.

01:38:01.000 Yeah, because I see there's a, I got this new computerized fancy phone system.

01:38:05.000 It's got how long they've been on and who they are, you know, their name, where they're calling from, and if they volunteer, what they want to talk about.

01:38:12.000 And I'm just used to the name and the state, not how long they've been on hold or whatever.

01:38:17.000 Let's go to Military Man in Florida.

01:38:19.000 If that police officer can get back in, we'll go right to you.

01:38:23.000 800-259-9231.

01:38:24.000 Just because I really enjoy talking to the police, especially.

01:38:27.000 It's been very informative today.

01:38:29.000 Let's go to Military Man in Florida.

01:38:31.000 Thanks for holding.

01:38:32.000 Hey Alex, how you doing?

01:38:33.000 Good.

01:38:34.000 Hey, I'm a former active duty, currently serving reservist here.

01:38:40.000 I just want to speak to my fellow brothers in arms here.

01:38:43.000 That piggyback off of what Mark said a second ago, that we took an oath to defend And the second part of that is that we swear that, uh, so help me God.

01:39:01.000 And that means that one day, if you violate that, you're going to have to answer before our Creator.

01:39:08.000 That you're not just breaking, you know, our ideals, our laws, our rules.

01:39:13.000 These were presented by God because He is our Creator.

01:39:17.000 Well, oaths are a big thing.

01:39:19.000 And I mean, when you swear an oath, it's big medicine, as the witch doctors would say.

01:39:27.000 But I mean, if you just look at history, look at the crooks in Washington.

01:39:32.000 They have a 9% approval rating in Congress.

01:39:35.000 Why would any police officer or military person do things that they know is unconstitutional for a bunch of crooks? 1.00

01:39:44.000 A bunch of scum. 1.00

01:39:45.000 Do you see what I'm saying, military man? 1.00

01:39:47.000 Yeah, absolutely.

01:39:48.000 Yes, sir, I do.

01:39:49.000 Absolutely.

01:39:50.000 And it's time for us to choose a side.

01:39:52.000 You can't be sitting on the sidelines.

01:39:53.000 You know, the Bible says you cannot be lukewarm.

01:39:56.000 You can only choose a side.

01:39:57.000 And the Bible also says, if He is for us, who can be against us?

01:40:01.000 So I think we have an absolutely Well, and it's not like we're just being taken over by some boss hog type folks. 0.98

01:40:15.000 These are hardcore eugenicists who said that they want to forcibly reduce world population. 0.98

01:40:20.000 These are the nastiest psycho control freaks, sadists, that you can imagine. 0.98

01:40:25.000 You can't You can't just give in to them. 0.99

01:40:29.000 They don't just want to dominate and run everything. 0.98

01:40:32.000 These are horrible, horrible people. 0.92

01:40:36.000 And it's only going to get worse from here on out. 0.94

01:40:38.000 Great points.

01:40:39.000 Anything else?

01:40:41.000 Yes.

01:40:41.000 I just want to add that from my cold, dead fingers, that's when you'll have my gun.

01:40:47.000 Well, God bless you.

01:40:48.000 They're also taking people's children.

01:40:50.000 They're taking people's property without due process.

01:40:52.000 I mean, it's a lot of stuff.

01:40:54.000 What's going on?

01:40:56.000 And look, they're putting chemicals in the water that increase cancer, that addle the mind.

01:41:02.000 I mean, I don't just get up here and say that most fluoride manufacturers, because it's the leftover toxic waste from three different industries, fertilizer, nuclear, and aluminum, they don't just dump sodium fluoride in your water that increases cancer and all the rest of it.

01:41:18.000 They add radioactive isotopes that are mined out of the same phosphate mines.

01:41:23.000 I mean, and I've been saying this for years.

01:41:24.000 Now it's finally in the news.

01:41:25.000 News goes with its Geiger counters to the city pipes and goes, wow, it's 20 times what it should be.

01:41:30.000 And then the feds go, we don't know why that's there.

01:41:33.000 And they have all these investigative reports going, gee golly, is it in the water aquifer?

01:41:39.000 No, it's added to the water.

01:41:43.000 Technically, because it's out of the same limestone aquifers they mine these phosphates, there's sometimes some radon, some uranium, some... But this is added.

01:41:55.000 Again, people come to face-to-face with reality and they're like, that can't be true.

01:41:59.000 Go look it up.

01:42:01.000 The people running our society put radioactive isotopes in the water. 1.00

01:42:06.000 These are sickos! 0.97

01:42:07.000 Because if you were healthy and had your testosterone level, or your estrogen level at the right level if you're a woman... I mean, I've seen the numbers. 0.98

01:42:14.000 Over 35% of women above the age of 30 now have thyroid disorders.

01:42:20.000 Women's hair is falling out everywhere. 0.94

01:42:25.000 It's because of the fluoride and other things they're putting in the water.

01:42:28.000 Diabetes, cancer, all this stuff.

01:42:32.000 There's a reason even if you work out and eat healthy, all of a sudden you're going to have problems, folks.

01:42:39.000 See, a lot of cops and military think they're going to choose a side.

01:42:42.000 Well, I'll go with the New World Order. 0.97

01:42:43.000 I'll get some power and I'll be safe.

01:42:45.000 You can't join it.

01:42:46.000 See, that's the thing.

01:42:47.000 That's the trick of the devil.

01:42:49.000 Even if you don't believe in the devil, let's just say, you know, evil in the world, is that you think you choose it.

01:42:54.000 It's all really a fraud.

01:42:56.000 In fact, George Norrie told a story when I was on with him a month ago, and so I'm going to butcher it right here.

01:43:05.000 Politician dies, and he goes up to heaven, and he goes up to the Golden Gate, and St.

01:43:13.000 Michael, or whoever it is, is there at the gate.

01:43:15.000 I'm going to butcher the story.

01:43:16.000 And the politician goes up, and he says, oh great, I get to get into heaven.

01:43:21.000 And he brings him on in, and St.

01:43:22.000 Michael says, now wait a minute.

01:43:24.000 You're going to get to make a choice here.

01:43:26.000 You're going to get to elect if you want to go to heaven or hell. 0.91

01:43:30.000 First, I want you to take this elevator down to hell. 0.76

01:43:34.000 And come back and then tell me where you want to go. 0.98

01:43:38.000 And really, this is a metaphor for life.

01:43:41.000 And the politician who's gone to heaven says, well, let me look around here a little bit.

01:43:46.000 And he sees people sitting around on the clouds, playing harps and stuff.

01:43:51.000 He says, no, I want to stay here.

01:43:52.000 And he goes, nope, I'm going to send you to check.

01:43:53.000 And he goes, all right, all right, I guess so.

01:43:56.000 So he goes down the elevator, opens up, there's the devil in a tuxedo, beautiful women, drinking martinis, jazz band playing, everything's great.

01:44:05.000 And he says, wow, this is what hell's like?

01:44:07.000 And he goes, oh yeah, I don't believe everything you're told, yeah.

01:44:09.000 And he goes, well, I'm going to go back up and tell them my choice.

01:44:11.000 He goes back up, sees people playing harps, sitting on clouds, you know, just sitting around talking. 0.95

01:44:15.000 And he goes, I've made my decision, I'm glad you told me to go check, I want to go to hell.

01:44:23.000 And So the politician goes back down, the elevator opens back up, devil grabs him, throws him in a big pot of lava to be tortured forever, and he says, but it was wonderful, it was great. 0.90

01:44:32.000 You said that this is what hell was like.

01:44:34.000 The devil looks at him and says, that was before the election.

01:44:40.000 He elected, you all elect, and again, even if you don't believe in God, what comes around goes around. 0.92

01:44:46.000 When you have a society where nobody cares about anybody else, and people will go along with anything, and I'll shoot anybody the government says, I'll confiscate guns if they say, I mean, you talk about that 15, 16 years ago, you get calls saying, you're nuts, that'll never happen.

01:44:59.000 Now we're having to have discussions about, well, some military says they will, and the government's getting ready for it.

01:45:04.000 See what we've become?

01:45:07.000 By successive approximation, by incremental moves, this is what we've become.

01:45:14.000 And it's just going to get crazier from here on out.

01:45:17.000 Because it's true that you start changing the country one person at a time.

01:45:23.000 The public has degenerated.

01:45:24.000 The family has degenerated.

01:45:26.000 I mean, I was a carpet cleaner for one summer, folks.

01:45:28.000 I've been in a bunch of houses.

01:45:29.000 Let me tell you, it isn't pretty.

01:45:32.000 I've seen a snapshot of what police see, and that's what they see the public as because that's all they see is the bottom of the barrel.

01:45:38.000 We are a country going into judgment.

01:45:46.000 it.

01:45:49.000 All right, let's go to Mark, who's military in Oklahoma.

01:45:55.000 Mark, thanks for holding.

01:45:55.000 You're on the air worldwide.

01:45:56.000 Hi, Alex.

01:45:59.000 I liked your joke.

01:46:00.000 I really appreciate that one.

01:46:02.000 I'm in Oklahoma Army National Guard in the 45th Infantry Brigade and I'm about to tell you that I don't really think a lot of the military personnel are probably going to resist as much as everybody might say they will.

01:46:15.000 We were deployed in Iraq in 2007 and you know we did a lot of things that you can probably imagine isn't very moral but we get home around night you know chatting and stuff and most of them generally seem to have no regrets what was happening and You know, confiscating weapons or, you know, arresting people.

01:46:37.000 Whatever we were doing, they didn't seem to mind it very much.

01:46:40.000 Yeah, you know, Iraq, they've even got body scanners now, and they biometrically scan people, shaking down families, grabbing kids, giving them to the CPS of Iraq. 0.85

01:46:50.000 That's basically what you did, right?

01:46:53.000 We didn't have those kind of machines.

01:46:55.000 We just did the old-fashioned checkpoints of what we used.

01:47:00.000 Yeah, unfortunately we did a lot of things that I don't really want to discuss, you know, just things that were immoral and I had to make my peace with God about it, but... Did you just go into houses and just throw hand grenades into houses with families in them and stuff like that?

01:47:15.000 Well, bang grenades first and then if that didn't do the trick then we'd finish them off, but yeah, unfortunately.

01:47:21.000 So that kind of did something, I mean, did that get you closer to God though, seeing dead kids?

01:47:29.000 Unfortunately, yeah.

01:47:30.000 I wish it didn't have to come to that route.

01:47:31.000 I wish it had been a much better thing that had happened.

01:47:35.000 What kind of switch did that throw in you forever?

01:47:37.000 Because I think I heard a child in the background.

01:47:39.000 Do you think about those kids every time you look at your children?

01:47:43.000 Absolutely, Alex.

01:47:44.000 Absolutely, every day.

01:47:46.000 And you know, the worst part of it is you get back and the guys don't even seem to care.

01:47:50.000 Go back to your unit and sit there at night playing cards or whatever else we were doing, playing Nintendo, whatever.

01:47:56.000 Didn't seem to matter.

01:47:58.000 Most of them just blew it off like it was nothing.

01:48:00.000 Well, Mark, you better thank God for that pain you've got.

01:48:04.000 You know why you've got pain?

01:48:06.000 That's because you've got a soul and a conscience.

01:48:08.000 And you've got your guardian angel, my friend.

01:48:11.000 That's what you're feeling.

01:48:12.000 And those people that don't feel something, heaven, help them.

01:48:16.000 Please continue.

01:48:19.000 Well, and, you know, that's something I've had to live with for a while now.

01:48:23.000 But, you know, the other guys, you know, they don't seem to have a lot of compassion about that stuff, you know.

01:48:28.000 There were some that did, but the officers just thought of it as routine, you know?

01:48:32.000 You know, we had a lieutenant over there that just thought it was funny, you know?

01:48:35.000 He did take pictures with his cell phone, that's what he would do.

01:48:39.000 And, uh, I don't know what he would do with the pictures, who knows, but that's one thing he would do, is take pictures with his cell phone with it, you know?

01:48:44.000 He thought it was funny.

01:48:48.000 Yeah, it's sad, but I don't think when push comes to shove here that some of them are going to resist, no doubt, but majority Alex, I really don't think it's going to happen.

01:48:57.000 Now, they're going to try to publicize how patriots are routed when the military takes them out, but you understand the rule of attrition.

01:49:04.000 Can you, just as a military person, give me your view if 1% of 150 million gun owners Decide to go out and just walk into a coffee shop or somebody in their backyard?

01:49:15.000 Because it's not like the public's just gonna sit there and line up like with the Redcoats. 0.98

01:49:19.000 I mean if a million five hundred thousand combatants decide to go out and bag one military person, what's gonna happen?

01:49:28.000 Oh, we'd be gone.

01:49:29.000 Second, yeah, because not only are there more of everybody else than us, but you have to figure they know where we live, they know where we work.

01:49:38.000 Yeah, I mean, I hope the people that are going to follow these orders realize what they're releasing.

01:49:42.000 I mean, they're releasing absolute hell. 0.98

01:49:46.000 I mean, and again, the globalists think everybody's cowards like them. 0.99

01:49:49.000 They think all these vets and people haven't attacked yet because they're cowards. 0.97

01:49:53.000 It's the opposite. 0.90

01:49:55.000 They don't understand.

01:49:56.000 They just have no idea.

01:49:58.000 And again, I want to avert this, but And I'm not saying you guys didn't face a lot in Iraq, but from talking to a lot of veterans, a bunch of disheveled, poor, malnutritioned Iraqis, it's not going to be like that here in the United States. 0.99

01:50:17.000 Well, even the gangs here are better organized than the little thugs over there, you know.

01:50:21.000 Actually, I guess I shouldn't even call them thugs, really.

01:50:23.000 They're defending their own property, I guess.

01:50:25.000 But, you know, we were to face MS-13 or something like that here, I really don't think there'd be much of a chance because we may have better arms, but you know, we don't have that mentality to want to stick there and fight it out to the end.

01:50:40.000 You know, we're not defending our homes here if we're indoors and stealing guns.

01:50:45.000 It's amazing.

01:50:46.000 Absolutely.

01:50:47.000 The Mexican military can't stand up against the drug gangs.

01:50:50.000 Look, when people are ready to die, you can't stop them.

01:50:53.000 And the thing is, the Globalists are starting fights with people that don't have a choice.

01:50:57.000 God bless you, my friend.

01:50:58.000 More calls straight ahead.

01:53:59.000 How would you take down America?

01:54:10.000 Well, you'd take over its government.

01:54:12.000 You'd slowly use its power to build up your power.

01:54:15.000 You'd dismantle its Bill of Rights and Constitution.

01:54:17.000 You'd have the cover of Newsweek call for an end to the Constitution and claim it had caused all the problems.

01:54:24.000 You'd put a steady group of criminals in government and let them get away with their crimes.

01:54:30.000 In news today, Herman Cain has come out, he was saying he'd do it this morning, and endorsed Newt Genrich.

01:54:36.000 Wow.

01:54:37.000 You know, I knew Herman Cain was a liar, because we caught him in lies about Ron Paul.

01:54:41.000 But he worked for the most high-powered positions in the Federal Reserve. 0.95

01:54:45.000 The Federal Reserve is the... head of the snake. 0.99

01:54:50.000 Oh, Herman Cain turns out to be a liar. 1.00

01:54:52.000 It's not even the sex with these women. 1.00

01:54:54.000 That's not good, but...

01:54:56.000 You know, if he repented, he could be forgiven.

01:54:58.000 The point is, it's the lying. 1.00

01:54:59.000 He's a liar. 0.97

01:55:02.000 People say, what do you mean? 1.00

01:55:03.000 He didn't admit to having sex with her?

01:55:05.000 Oh, he just paid her rent for 13, almost 14 years?

01:55:07.000 I mean, come on, folks. 1.00

01:55:09.000 Stop being willful idiots. 1.00

01:55:12.000 I'm gonna go to your calls the next segment. 1.00

01:55:13.000 I need to hit some more into the news right now and continue on into the next.

01:55:17.000 It's just incredible.

01:55:18.000 The New York Daily News is reporting that Lenora Zimmerman, outraged as TSA denies a strip search to 85-year-old Long Island grandmother.

01:55:26.000 And they came out and denied it last week, but didn't give details.

01:55:29.000 Now they've said, it's not a strip search, it's the procedure.

01:55:34.000 That's like shooting someone in the head and saying, I'm not shooting you in the head, it's a procedure. 1.00

01:55:40.000 Or I'm going to chop your head off. 1.00

01:55:41.000 It's not a murder, it's surgery. 1.00

01:55:44.000 Again, it's all these games.

01:55:47.000 How many times did they say last year and this year, Tia Sable no longer groped children under 12, but it continues.

01:55:53.000 It's just a lie, a lie.

01:55:55.000 They train you to just accept their lies.

01:55:58.000 And now another woman's come out, another elderly woman says she was exposed at Kennedy Airport.

01:56:04.000 Lenora Zimmerman, 85, was angry and embarrassed after she claimed strip search at Kennedy Airport.

01:56:08.000 I love how people last year were claiming they were going in their pants.

01:56:12.000 And the TSA said, we are not doing that.

01:56:14.000 And then all these hundreds of videos got released.

01:56:21.000 I mean, they lie to you.

01:56:22.000 Of course they take you in that room and strip search you. 0.96

01:56:24.000 That's the next phase.

01:56:26.000 And public gets mad and they say, we're not doing that.

01:56:29.000 It's a military tactic to use against an enemy.

01:56:32.000 They've had Northcom a long time.

01:56:34.000 The globalists list us as the enemy, and you know who the number one enemy is?

01:56:38.000 Returning veterans.

01:56:39.000 If they can't hire you to be a cop, and get all macho with the public, you're listed as an enemy.

01:56:46.000 Incredible.

01:56:49.000 Now another woman in her 80s at the very same terminal says she was exposed one day before, and it goes through, and all these witnesses are coming out now.

01:56:57.000 I mean, I've always thought, what am I going to do if they try to drag me behind closed doors?

01:57:02.000 You know, TSA's killed a few people.

01:57:03.000 Have you seen that?

01:57:05.000 They said one woman choked herself on the handcuffs that were behind her back.

01:57:09.000 Yeah, only Houdini could do that.

01:57:13.000 Here's another one.

01:57:14.000 Fear of second Obama term spurs record gun sales.

01:57:18.000 Single-day firearms purchases get all-time high.

01:57:21.000 PaulJosephWatsonInfoWars.com.

01:57:24.000 Barack Obama, of course, is getting in a lot of trouble for going on a 17-day vacation as America falls apart.

01:57:31.000 People are saying, why?

01:57:32.000 Because he doesn't run anything.

01:57:34.000 He reads off a teleprompter.

01:57:35.000 He's done his job.

01:57:36.000 Gave you false hope.

01:57:37.000 Here comes Newt Gingrich. 0.76

01:57:39.000 I mean, can you imagine?

01:57:41.000 Can you imagine Herman Cain endorsing Newt Gingrich?

01:57:47.000 I mean, what a joke. 0.95

01:57:51.000 A liar endorsing him, as if that has value.

01:57:55.000 And Newt Gingrich, a guy who is for socialist healthcare, carbon taxes, open borders, an end to the family, global government.

01:58:03.000 And he's the frontrunner.

01:58:05.000 By the way, they can't ignore now, Ron Paul is the second in place behind Mitt Romney, but it's just a minor footnote.

01:58:10.000 Okay, and most of the polls, Ron Paul's number two, still can't win.

01:58:14.000 Because they said so.

01:58:14.000 Because they tell you what can happen.

01:58:17.000 They tell you, when the TSA sticks their hands down your wife's pants or grabs her breasts, it's not groping.

01:58:22.000 And when we make an 85-year-old lady who can't get out of a wheelchair take her pants and panties off, or make somebody take a Depends diaper off and grab their genitals, it's not sexual assault. 0.81

01:58:31.000 Because we the government said so!

01:58:33.000 They play these games with people!

01:58:35.000 I'll get into Iran and a lot more coming up.

01:58:37.000 That's the big news.

01:58:38.000 Stay with us!

01:58:41.000 You are listening to GCN.

01:58:45.000 Visit GCNlive.com today.

01:58:47.000 Hi, folks.

01:58:52.000 This is Alex Jones.

01:58:54.000 I'm looking for people that have the wisdom to spot savings, opportunity, and recognize risk.

01:58:59.000 Saving means to make money.

01:59:00.000 The Cal Bend Pure Soap Company can save you thousands of dollars and give you good old-fashioned real soaps that are triple concentrated and twice as good as what you're using now.

01:59:10.000 Soaps made from vegetable and coconut oils that contain no useless dyes, perfumes, deodorants, or antibacterials.

01:59:17.000 Your risk is the hundreds of hazardous toxic detergents that give you rashes, itching sores, and deteriorating clothing called lint.

01:59:25.000 If you want something better, if you want something you've never had before, you have to do something you've never done before.

01:59:31.000 Getting a free catalog is easy by calling 800.

01:59:33.000 800-340-7091 or see Calvin on the web at 5starsoap.com.

01:59:39.000 Take charge of your health now by calling 800-340-7091 or see Calvin on the web at 5starsoap.com.

01:59:47.000 Waging war on corruption.

01:59:56.000 Alex Jones on the GCM Radio Network.

01:59:59.000 Big Brother.

02:00:07.000 Mainstream media.

02:00:09.000 Government cover-ups.

02:00:10.000 You want answers?

02:00:12.000 Well, so does he.

02:00:13.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

02:00:18.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

02:00:22.000 Okay, we got Bruce Fine joining us for about 20 minutes for the next segment.

02:00:26.000 Ron Paul's chief.

02:00:29.000 Legal analyst on the campaign.

02:00:31.000 Constitutional lawyer.

02:00:33.000 Author.

02:00:34.000 To get into the NADD, which is the Enabling Act.

02:00:39.000 It is the martial law provision.

02:00:41.000 It is everything we've warned you of and more.

02:00:44.000 And it signals they're getting ready to really drop the hammer here in the near future.

02:00:48.000 Near future is a year, two years, three years from next month, next week.

02:00:51.000 You don't know.

02:00:53.000 People keep saying, you've been talking about this for 16 years, it's coming true, but when's it really going to happen?

02:00:58.000 They know to move slowly.

02:01:00.000 But when you get down to the end, it can't move slow anymore.

02:01:03.000 It's fast, and time's compressing.

02:01:07.000 I'm going to continue with your calls.

02:01:08.000 I'm going to get into the Iran news.

02:01:10.000 I've already mentioned it in the first hour, but the real meat and potatoes on that and more, the spy drone shot down, Iran threatening war, all of it. 0.96

02:01:17.000 Things are certainly escalating into big-time high gear right now.

02:01:20.000 But right now, let's go back to your calls, and I'll continue with calls.

02:01:24.000 Let's talk to Ezekiel, who's a Marine in Kentucky.

02:01:27.000 Ezekiel, thank you, then Corey and others.

02:01:29.000 Go ahead.

02:01:30.000 You're on the air, Ezekiel.

02:01:32.000 Yes, I'm a Marine and a former high school health teacher, and I was a health teacher in one of the roughest high schools in Kentucky, and it's, I gotta say, it's the younger generation who needs to be woken up the most. 1.00

02:01:42.000 I mean, these kids truly are the children of Babylon. 0.84

02:01:45.000 I tried to teach them about GMOs and organic agriculture, self-sufficiency, self-reliance, and you know, they laughed and scoffed at me, and they have no concept of freedom or liberty.

02:01:55.000 All they know is materialism, garbage pop culture, mindless video games, and chemical abuse.

02:02:00.000 This cohort is who he's woken up the most.

02:02:03.000 They enlist because they want to live out the fantasies that they first manifested on their Xbox 360.

02:02:10.000 You're right, and they like to beat up old people. 1.00

02:02:12.000 That's a big phenomenon.

02:02:15.000 We have degenerated and heaven help us with this next year.

02:02:18.000 I mean, it's really bad.

02:02:20.000 You're right.

02:02:21.000 So as a Marine, what's your view on this announcement that basically the Constitution was flushed down the toilet?

02:02:29.000 Well, it looks like the nail in the coffin to me.

02:02:33.000 If they're able to implement it.

02:02:34.000 If they're able to implement it.

02:02:36.000 Right.

02:02:37.000 Um, I, you know, I'd really love to talk, I've got so much I'd love to talk to you about, because I've been inside four facets of the system.

02:02:44.000 I've been inside the military-industrial complex.

02:02:46.000 I've been inside the educational system.

02:02:48.000 I've been inside the prison-industrial complex.

02:02:50.000 And I've been inside what I call the esoteric-industrial complex.

02:02:54.000 Um, and I've seen some stuff that, you know, that's invisible to a lot of people, but there's one point I'd like to make.

02:03:00.000 Okay, well you got the floor for two minutes.

02:03:01.000 Hit it.

02:03:02.000 Go.

02:03:03.000 Okay, well, actually, I want to make one point.

02:03:05.000 I want to call out the Tea Party and OWS.

02:03:09.000 These movements need to stand up and reject the two-party dictatorship.

02:03:13.000 Because I went to a Tea Party rally, and I've also been to OWS, and I got frustrated.

02:03:17.000 The Tea Party needs to reject Republicans.

02:03:19.000 OWS needs to reject Democrats.

02:03:21.000 I would love to see Ron Paul team up with somebody like Kucinich to show that people who love freedom, whether they are progressive or conservative libertarians, can abandon squabbles of theoretical ideology and unite against the machine.

02:03:34.000 We need a coalition to rise up in 2012.

02:03:36.000 You can't dismiss such a united coalition as a waste voting spoiler.

02:03:43.000 Well said.

02:03:44.000 Give us 30 seconds on the military-industrial complex, and then tell us about the esoteric.

02:03:52.000 There's one other point I want to get to.

02:03:54.000 I'm sorry, it's kind of digressed.

02:03:55.000 I just would like you to make a distinction because I think sometimes you kind of alienate people who misinterpret what you say about collectivism.

02:04:04.000 There's state collectivism and there's libertarian collectivism.

02:04:07.000 And an Amish community or a Buddhist or Catholic... No, no, no!

02:04:10.000 People get together and decide to collectivize.

02:04:12.000 That works really good if it's small and works really well.

02:04:16.000 Small is beautiful.

02:04:17.000 There's a book on that.

02:04:19.000 It's command and control collectivism is the plague.

02:04:23.000 Right.

02:04:24.000 And, you know, Ecovillage or The Family or, you know, mutual aid and charity, that's real collectivism.

02:04:32.000 Well, no, the globalists always counterfeit what's normal.

02:04:35.000 That's why people get into collectivism.

02:04:36.000 Exactly.

02:04:38.000 No, I hear you.

02:04:39.000 That's very sophisticated.

02:04:39.000 You're absolutely right.

02:04:40.000 All we're trying to do is explain.

02:04:43.000 When government comes at you or big corporations with collectivism, run the other way.

02:04:47.000 I mean, you know, I don't want to go live in the big plastic city of the Zeitgeist people with some computer telling me what to do.

02:04:52.000 It's programmed by some communist occultist.

02:04:54.000 We'll be right back.

02:04:55.000 Stay with us.

02:04:56.000 Hi, this is Alex Jones.

02:05:02.000 This holiday season, more than half of our nation is in need of help due to the shattered economy.

02:05:09.000 So now is the time to express the holiday spirit more than ever.

02:06:57.000 A very wealthy U.S.

02:07:01.000 citizen is predicting that in 2011, we will witness the most important day in America in more than 50 years.

02:07:08.000 He says it will change everything about our lives.

02:07:11.000 The way you shop, travel, invest, educate your children, and even how you take care of your health and your own family.

02:07:16.000 Now, this man has made some outrageous predictions over the years.

02:07:19.000 The crazy part is, he's usually right.

02:07:22.000 You see, he predicted the collapse of GM, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and America's biggest mall owner, General Growth Properties.

02:07:28.000 In fact, Barron's called his work a dire prophecy.

02:07:31.000 Recently, he created a video, which you can watch online for free, detailing his biggest and most important prediction yet.

02:07:37.000 And it's a real eye-opener.

02:07:39.000 I can't stress this enough.

02:07:40.000 You should at least watch this free video online today.

02:07:43.000 He explains everything you need to know, including simple steps you can take to protect yourself.

02:07:47.000 You can find the video at www.endofamerica3.com.

02:07:52.000 That's End of America, the number 3.com.

02:07:54.000 Watch the free video at www.endofamerica3.com.

02:07:58.000 That's endofamerica3.com.

02:08:02.000 He's the T-Rex of political talk.

02:08:04.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

02:08:07.000 The T-Rex of political talk.

02:08:37.000 All right, ladies and gentlemen, we are back live.

02:08:44.000 Thank you.

02:08:45.000 I was late getting back in the studio running around out there getting some more articles together.

02:08:49.000 The next 25 minutes or so, we are joined by constitutional law expert Bruce Fine.

02:08:54.000 Then I'm going to go back to your calls and into the Iran situation.

02:08:59.000 Threatening to block off the Strait of Hormuz, the admitted Western military attacks inside the country.

02:09:06.000 We told you months ago that's what was happening.

02:09:09.000 It was really going on years ago, but now it's accelerated.

02:09:09.000 Now it's admitted.

02:09:13.000 We'll also get into what's happening with the economy.

02:09:15.000 But Bruce Fine joins us.

02:09:17.000 He's a lawyer who specializes in constitutional international law.

02:09:21.000 And of course he's written articles for Slate, New York Times, Legal Times, The Washington Times.

02:09:26.000 He's an expert on civil liberties.

02:09:28.000 He's involved with the American Enterprise Institute and the Heritage Foundation, both conservative think tanks, as an analyst and commentator.

02:09:35.000 And of course he's also an author.

02:09:37.000 He is Ron Paul's chief legal advisor on the Constitution and Bill of Rights.

02:09:42.000 And Americanfreedomagenda.org is one of his sites.

02:09:46.000 And he joins us now to talk about the State of the Union.

02:09:49.000 You know, going back when he was on with us, I don't know, four or five months ago, we talked about Obama launching military operations and saying he didn't need Congress to do that, that he, quote, did it for the credibility of the UN.

02:10:02.000 I mean, what a slap in the face.

02:10:03.000 What treason that he became the head of the Security Council, violating Article 1, Section 9, flaunting it.

02:10:09.000 The news even admitted that.

02:10:11.000 Now we enter a new phase, and Obama says he'll veto the sections of the National Defense Authorization Act, where the military can arrest U.S.

02:10:19.000 citizens, the whole world's a declaration of war against the world, kill anybody anywhere, including NORTHCOM here in the U.S. 0.96

02:10:27.000 So all of that's in there.

02:10:29.000 But Obama came out and said, I may not sign it because I'm the president and I have that authority to kill citizens outside of law or courts or anything, anywhere in the world.

02:10:40.000 So I don't need Congress.

02:10:41.000 So the media tried to spin it as, oh, Obama's for the Bill of Rights Constitution.

02:10:47.000 No, the press release his lawyers put out last week, we covered it here, said something entirely different.

02:10:53.000 We'll get Bruce Fein's breakdown on this and get his take on the Ron Paul campaign.

02:10:57.000 Bruce, thanks for coming on with us today.

02:10:59.000 Well, thank you for inviting me.

02:11:00.000 Well, things are really accelerating.

02:11:02.000 Were you shocked by this legislation?

02:11:04.000 Give us your expert take on it and where this takes us.

02:11:07.000 Yes, and I want to take it from how we interpret the President's threat to veto.

02:11:14.000 This is before the legislation was passed by the Congress.

02:11:18.000 The President claimed, as you indicated, authority unilaterally to assassinate any American anywhere in the world on his say-so alone based upon secret facts Secret law saying so-and-so is an imminent danger to the security of the United States.

02:11:34.000 You don't have to be on a battlefield, you don't have to be involved in hostilities, you don't even have to be accused of a crime, because Mr. Alawaki had never been indicted, he'd never been subject to any even formal arrest warrant, anything like that, neither was this 16-year-old kid who was vaporized a few days later.

02:11:49.000 I mean, this is a power that would have made King George III jealous that we overthrew King George III.

02:11:55.000 This is a power that every tyrant would crave and celebrate.

02:11:59.000 I can kill any of my citizens any time I want based on secret facts and secret law.

02:12:04.000 And on imminent danger, I mean, he'd been on the list at Waukee for over a year.

02:12:08.000 And imminent danger, I mean, imminent means it's going to happen immediately.

02:12:11.000 It shows the Orwellian use of language by the Obama administration.

02:12:16.000 He also claimed the absolute authority to decide on his own whether he did capture an American citizen or a non-citizen in the United States based upon some suspicion that he said shows involvement in international terrorism.

02:12:16.000 That's before.

02:12:30.000 He could decide on his whim.

02:12:33.000 I'll try you in a civilian court and prosecute you, or I'll try you in a military court, military commissions and prosecute you.

02:12:40.000 I can just flip one way or the other and you can't constrain me.

02:12:44.000 That was before the legislation.

02:12:47.000 So what he objected to in the legislation wasn't The idea that no president should have this omnipotent authority.

02:12:54.000 He was furious that Congress thought it had any say to try to constrain him in any way.

02:13:00.000 Because Congress was trying to limit his ability to flip detainees from the military system to civilians.

02:13:06.000 So he wasn't defending civil liberties, he was destroying the last vestige.

02:13:10.000 ...of checks and balances and separation of powers by saying, Congress, you have no authority to try to limit me in any way I want whenever I claim I'm fighting a war.

02:13:19.000 I am, I am the law.

02:13:21.000 You know, it's like Louis XIV, the state memoir.

02:13:24.000 It's me.

02:13:25.000 I know the press, instead of understanding that, thinks now he's become an ACLU civil libertarian by me joining the legislature.

02:13:34.000 Incredible.

02:13:35.000 That's what's so amazing.

02:13:36.000 He's saying, no, because you're trying to follow the Constitution, even though this is unconstitutional, the way you're trying to pass it's constitutional.

02:13:44.000 I'm not going, and his lawyer said that, and the media went along with this. 0.88

02:13:49.000 Bruce, do you think it's because they are ignorant or because they want to protect him? 0.84

02:13:53.000 Well, I think it's a combination. 1.00

02:13:56.000 Several of them, I think, truly are just totally ignorant. 0.99

02:14:02.000 But others, clearly, they do not like Congress. 0.98

02:14:09.000 And this is a way in which they can try to paint Congress the do-nothing Congress, whatever.

02:14:15.000 In part, here it's not a do-nothing Congress.

02:14:20.000 They do not like the Tea Party conservative slant in the Congress, although this is the opposite of that.

02:14:26.000 And so this is just another chance to slam the Congress of the United States, certainly when they see something that slights Obama.

02:14:36.000 But a lot of it is just lavishness to the president.

02:14:39.000 And I think also it's unfortunate that it's not limited to Obama.

02:14:44.000 I think the president general has become cheerleaders for kings and queens, for omnipotence in the executive branch and assailing any suggestion that self-government really ought to have any sway, after all these platonic guardians in the white house and the oval office should tell us how to live You know, whether we should have spinach or broccoli and rules and regulations that Congress never touches yet have enormous consequences for the economy.

02:15:08.000 It is a very, very arrogant, condescending attitude of government.

02:15:14.000 The precise attitude That provoked the American Revolution in 1776.

02:15:18.000 I mean, the Founding Fathers, if they saw this piece of legislation, the President asserting that power, they would have impeached the President in less than 24 hours.

02:15:29.000 Bruce, obviously the system knows that the derivatives, the too-big-to-fails, the crony capitalism is coming down, and we're seeing an acceleration of agendas that you and I and Ron Paul and many others have warned about and been laughed at.

02:15:43.000 Now, people aren't laughing.

02:15:45.000 I mean, does it have to get really bad before it gets better?

02:15:48.000 Where do you expect this to go?

02:15:49.000 I mean, do you expect them to be able to implement stuff like this?

02:15:53.000 I mean, this does tell us a lot about The makeup of our government that they're attempting things like this.

02:16:00.000 Well it does, and it also is the most dangerous element here is what's become maybe a subtext of our national discourse, a risk-free society.

02:16:10.000 We can, anything that anybody says will make us safer is okay.

02:16:13.000 The rack and screw if it results in vandalizing due process, detaining people without accusation or charge, anything you just yell it makes us possibly safer even though it doesn't.

02:16:23.000 You know, they get away with it.

02:16:24.000 And that's just the opposite of what the Constitution is about.

02:16:28.000 The default position that the Founding Fathers wanted, that was revolutionary at the time, was that individual liberty is the default.

02:16:34.000 The government can't do anything unless it gives a really strong reason about why they should interfere with your physical and mental liberty and freedom.

02:16:43.000 It doesn't mean an insurmountable hurdle, but that's the default position is liberty.

02:16:47.000 Now, no, just make the government bigger, bigger, bigger, TSA, more screening, whatever, anything goes that will arguably make us safer.

02:16:54.000 You know, you gotta have some risk in life.

02:16:56.000 It takes risk when you get out of bed, you know?

02:16:58.000 Somebody could come up and drive a car when you're on the sidewalk.

02:17:03.000 Well, Bruce, as you know, historically, I'd like you to speak to this briefly.

02:17:07.000 Tyrants always say it's for your own good, and historically, the greatest danger outside of natural death, the most unnatural death that we've seen, has been death by government, or enslavement, or impoverishment by government.

02:17:21.000 I mean, this is the most dangerous thing.

02:17:23.000 As George Washington said, like fire, government is a dangerous servant and a fearful master.

02:17:29.000 That's exactly right.

02:17:31.000 And that's why, not to say that individuals can't perpetrate evil, they can, but in magnitudes of danger.

02:17:39.000 The government is capable of vastly more wretchedness, destruction of liberty, death, than any private individual or group of individuals.

02:17:48.000 And that's why the government is the one where the greatest scrutiny has to be put upon.

02:17:52.000 And it was James Madison, just think about this, this is over 200 years ago, he pointed out and he warned.

02:17:59.000 He said the instruments of repression that are used initially to fight a foreign danger are invariably used by tyrants to destroy liberty at home.

02:18:09.000 This is the greatest pressure that has ever been uttered by an American statement.

02:18:13.000 He knew exactly what was going to happen.

02:18:15.000 So first, okay, we're just going to use these special procedures in Afghanistan, and then Iraq, then Yemen, then Somalia, and now they're on the American soil.

02:18:24.000 And what I fear, Alex, is that if there's anything like another 9-11, or even somebody who stands up and says, alright, Iran's got nuclear weapons, a president's going to declare martial law.

02:18:36.000 The liberty's going to be over.

02:18:37.000 Okay, we have military commissions and I'll restore the Constitution when I think it's safe.

02:18:42.000 And I'm fearful right now we have an American culture that's so effete in its defense of individual liberty.

02:18:48.000 And so willing to accept bachelors to some big brother government who yells safety. 1.00

02:18:53.000 That the president would get away with it.

02:18:54.000 Well, Bruce, that and Bruce.

02:18:56.000 As you know, that's the end of the entire architecture.

02:18:59.000 I'm going to skip this network break here, so stations shouldn't cover this up.

02:19:01.000 It's a network break.

02:19:02.000 I'm going to skip it.

02:19:03.000 We've only got to the bottom of the hour and this is so important.

02:19:06.000 Constitutional law expert, congressional expert, Ron Paul's main advisor on legal issues, constitutional lawyer, Bruce Fine.

02:19:13.000 He's also an author.

02:19:14.000 Bruce!

02:19:15.000 Let's shift gears in the same area, but shifting gears, look at Newt Gingrich.

02:19:21.000 Newt Gingrich has been attacking Ron Paul, calling him a joke.

02:19:25.000 Donald Trump's been calling him a joke.

02:19:26.000 When Donald Trump is a joke, by any yardstick, Mr. Eminent Domain, Mr. Democratic Party contributor who claims he's a Republican, clearly a ringer.

02:19:37.000 But Newt Gingrich has now been endorsed by the former Federal Reserve head, of Kansas City Herman Cain and Newt Gingrich, who is for indefinite detention, torture, all of this, who's for carbon taxes, who's for all these different globalist things.

02:19:53.000 He is now the frontrunner.

02:19:55.000 Ron Paul's admitted number two now in Iowa and other states.

02:19:59.000 What's your view on Newt Gingrich and what's wrong with mainline Republicans or do you think these polls are a fraud?

02:20:05.000 How could any conservative with half a brain like Newt Gingrich?

02:20:11.000 I don't know. 0.90

02:20:12.000 This guy is the epitome of inside-the-beltway cynicism.

02:20:17.000 He'll say one thing one day, the other the next day.

02:20:20.000 He exploits all the political chicanery known to mankind. 0.99

02:20:24.000 A historian for Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.

02:20:27.000 Forty, fifty million dollars that he gets out for lobbying Congress on his healthcare issue.

02:20:34.000 He's an egomaniac. 0.93

02:20:35.000 He cheats on his wife. 0.73

02:20:37.000 He claims that he's great for frugality and he has a Tiffany's bank account of $500,000.

02:20:41.000 He manipulates and utilizes non-profit organizations to benefit his political campaign and his profit-making organization for free.

02:20:51.000 I mean, he spouts anything under the sun, no matter how glib yet absurd they are.

02:20:56.000 I mean, his statement, for example, the President should flout decisions of the U.S.

02:21:01.000 Supreme Court if he thinks they're wrong, you know?

02:21:04.000 Wow, that's really something.

02:21:05.000 This is somebody who was talking about Ron Paul as being a joke.

02:21:08.000 This guy would destroy the greatest conception of all constitutions in the history of the world.

02:21:14.000 Judicial Review in 1787.

02:21:16.000 And not the women of Newt Gingrich.

02:21:19.000 No, the President just sat back with the Supreme Court.

02:21:21.000 And you see how absurd that is because he at the same time said, If the Supreme Court declares the health care bill unconstitutional, then it should fall!

02:21:29.000 At the same time, he's basically saying, well, Obama could just ignore it and implement his health care anyway.

02:21:34.000 I mean, the guy is a total intellectual jumble of contradictions and cynicism.

02:21:39.000 And I believe that the only reason that explains his rise is that he's not Mitt Romney.

02:21:44.000 And Mitt is so statuette.

02:21:46.000 He's so off-putting as a candidate.

02:21:48.000 They're sort of scrambling, the Republicans are, for somebody else.

02:21:51.000 And Newt is the candidate for that particular time.

02:21:54.000 But I believe as more of these warts in news become more known and prominent, he will fall like a shooting star and a comet out of the sky and be destroyed.

02:22:08.000 Because this character is so flawed that it simply cannot withstand a sustained public scrutiny.

02:22:15.000 Wow, Bruce Fine is on fire.

02:22:18.000 Amazing analysis, absolutely on target.

02:22:22.000 Looking at Newt Gingrich, it's like shark teeth.

02:22:25.000 All these different politicians come forward, the public learns about them, they fall away.

02:22:30.000 We've seen it with Perry, with Romney, with Newt.

02:22:34.000 With Bachman, with all of them.

02:22:38.000 Only Ron Paul has stayed number one, number two, or number three in every straw poll, every scientific poll.

02:22:44.000 He now is, and I'm not just saying this because I'm a Ron Paul supporter, I'm always a realist, he really is the frontrunner in all the big polls.

02:22:51.000 He beats Obama handily.

02:22:53.000 I mean, he is the man.

02:22:55.000 He should be our next president.

02:22:56.000 He's been dead on about why we're in so much trouble.

02:22:59.000 He's the only candidate that will actually address it.

02:23:02.000 And if we don't elect Ron Paul, if the power structure doesn't elect Ron Paul, I mean, as corrupt as the power structure is, they can't just keep robbing and stealing.

02:23:11.000 They're going to kill the golden goose.

02:23:13.000 Your take on that?

02:23:14.000 Yeah, I think that's right.

02:23:16.000 But the history of empire is the history of self-ruination.

02:23:19.000 But I certainly agree with your assessment of Ron Paul.

02:23:22.000 And this is what I can say with 100% firsthand certainty.

02:23:27.000 He is the only candidate who's not running for Self or Grant Dyson.

02:23:31.000 He's the only candidate who's not driven by ego mania.

02:23:34.000 He's the only candidate that we know, when he's in the Oval Office and he makes a decision, it will be based upon what he thinks are best for the nation and those yet to be born.

02:23:44.000 It won't be based upon the next day's polls, or political maneuvering, or footprints in the sand of time, or anything like that.

02:23:51.000 And that's enormously important because there are going to be issues that we can't contemplate or only can be dimly perceived right now that will emerge in the next four years.

02:24:00.000 And we need to have confidence in the character of the man that no matter what, that his big focus and his only North Star will be what's good for the country itself.

02:24:11.000 It's not my particular ego that's safe.

02:24:13.000 It's not like, well, I'm too much bothered and trying to run the world to worry about the local economy because I'm worried about Tibet or Nepal or Yemen or something like that.

02:24:22.000 He wants to defend the United States' safety and the economy, but in the United States.

02:24:27.000 And that's why I think he should be a hands-down pick.

02:24:30.000 And remember, this idea that Ron Paul, you know, he doesn't have a foreign policy this week is absurd.

02:24:36.000 If there's one person who's the most hawkish on defending Americans, as opposed to defending Afghans or defending Iraqis or Yemenis, it is Ron Paul.

02:24:45.000 Because he wants our defense resources devoted to protecting us.

02:24:49.000 And he was also in the Air Force.

02:24:50.000 Protecting everybody under the sun.

02:24:52.000 Let me expand on that.

02:24:53.000 Netanyahu kicked out the last head of Mossad because he didn't want to strike Iran.

02:24:58.000 And the former head of Mossad was in Haaretz the other day saying it'll be a catastrophe if they strike him right now.

02:25:04.000 Iran's already threatening to shut down the Strait of Hormuz.

02:25:06.000 They've shot down a drone.

02:25:08.000 All of this is accelerating.

02:25:10.000 But Obama wants the political distraction.

02:25:13.000 Netanyahu may want it.

02:25:14.000 And then Ron Paul got banned from this latest debate, and the group said, well, because you're not realistic on Iran, when I've seen polls of the majority of Israelis don't want to do this.

02:25:25.000 And I know you're advising him on legal things in the Constitution, but where is a preemptive strike with the US backing it in the Constitution on Iran?

02:25:35.000 And then when you actually look at what Ron Paul actually says, it's the researched view of the big think tanks, of the CIA.

02:25:44.000 Ron Paul's the only one actually living in reality geopolitically.

02:25:49.000 That is absolutely right.

02:25:50.000 There's nothing in the Constitution that authorizes preemptive war, or Don Rumsfeld called them, anticipatory self-defense.

02:25:57.000 A defense means you defend yourself against an attack.

02:26:00.000 Not that you initiate an attack, you defend against an attack, and that's what the Constitution says in the preamble or otherwise.

02:26:06.000 And moreover, Ron Paul's position is the sensible position.

02:26:10.000 And let's skip out what the other side says. 0.76

02:26:12.000 First they say, well Iran is so crazy, even if you attempt to deter them by promising nuclear incineration if they attack us, they crave self-destruction. 0.99

02:26:22.000 Well, that's insane. 0.96

02:26:24.000 What did the Iranians do?

02:26:25.000 Even with the Ayatollahs and the Mullahs, they negotiated the release of our hostages finally from Tehran.

02:26:31.000 They brought a conclusion to the Iraqi-Iran war brought by Saddam Hussein.

02:26:35.000 Remember, we shot down an airliner, a civilian airliner, the USS Vincennes over the Persian Gulf.

02:26:40.000 We killed over 200.

02:26:42.000 They negotiated that, so we paid them money.

02:26:44.000 They didn't go to war.

02:26:45.000 They're like any other country. 0.95

02:26:47.000 You know, the idea that somehow Iran displays more irrationality than North Korea and we can't deter them with our nuclear arms is ridiculous.

02:26:55.000 Moreover, let's understand why does Iran cling to nuclear arms.

02:27:01.000 Largely because we have had a policy championed and initiated by Newt Gingrich of overthrowing the government by force and violence.

02:27:10.000 They remember our overthrow of Mossadegh, the only democratically elected official in the last century in Iran.

02:27:17.000 We overthrew him to get the Shah of Iran. 0.80

02:27:19.000 Bruce, it's worse than that as you know.

02:27:21.000 It's now admitted that since Bush five years ago and currently, With England, Israel and the U.S.

02:27:27.000 have been running covert operations.

02:27:28.000 Here's French 24.

02:27:30.000 U.S.-Israel covert war against Iran suspected.

02:27:33.000 It's not suspected when giant bases are blowing up.

02:27:36.000 Yeah, and scientists are assassinated.

02:27:38.000 Yeah, you're exactly right.

02:27:40.000 So yeah, when a country Is confronting an adversary who says we're going to overthrow your regime?

02:27:47.000 Yeah, they're ordinarily likely to look at self-defense and they see what happened to Qaddafi in Libya.

02:27:52.000 Qaddafi wasn't attacking the United States.

02:27:54.000 We just got up and said, hey, you know, let's throw that guy out.

02:27:57.000 So we are creating the environment that creates the incentive.

02:28:01.000 Let me ask you this question.

02:28:03.000 One point I'd like to make, Alex, to finish this out.

02:28:07.000 The only issue in which all Iranians agree, including those who despise the Mullahs, is they want and need a nuclear armament now because of the United States. 0.57

02:28:17.000 We are unifying the Iranians.

02:28:19.000 And the fact is, other countries, when they have reached a level of security, have abandoned nuclear weapons.

02:28:25.000 It's not like once you get them, you never give them up.

02:28:28.000 South Africa had them at one time, they got a bit rid of them.

02:28:31.000 Belarus had them, got rid of them. 0.96

02:28:32.000 Kazakhstan got rid of them.

02:28:35.000 Ukraine had them at one time, got rid of them.

02:28:37.000 So listen, I don't champion proliferation, but the fact is, if you have a regime that's not threatened, you could probably develop the internal consensus to get rid of them.

02:28:48.000 Because basically, they're useless in ordinary war.

02:28:53.000 All the nuclear weapons we had didn't win in Vietnam.

02:28:56.000 All the nuclear weapons that Israel had had nothing to do with the Yom Kippur War.

02:29:00.000 And so, we have the ability by not threatening to overthrow regimes to create a climate where they won't have any incentive to create.

02:29:07.000 Bruce, I thought we only had you for 20, but I've learned the producer we have about 10 more in the next segment, so now I'll have time to get to my questions, but we're about to go to break.

02:29:14.000 I want to pose the questions to you now and we'll come back.

02:29:17.000 What then is the real strategy of the Fortune 100 and the big mega banks manipulating our government, Israel and Europe, England?

02:29:25.000 What do they want out of this destabilization?

02:29:28.000 Why would they want to put the Muslim Brotherhood in all over the Middle East? 1.00

02:29:31.000 Why would they want to put Al Qaeda in in Libya?

02:29:34.000 When Qaddafi been playing ball for seven years and taking total, you know, Western investment.

02:29:39.000 Why?

02:29:40.000 Why do they want so much destabilization?

02:29:42.000 Why don't they want to just be friends with everybody like Ron Paul has said?

02:29:46.000 Bruce Fine, constitutional lawyer, Ron Paul advisor, straight ahead.

02:29:50.000 We're on the march.

02:29:51.000 The Empire's on the run.

02:29:54.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

02:31:09.000 As we're finishing off this agenda, they'll be pulling the rug from underneath Americans at home.

02:31:14.000 I have tremendous influence on our President and Congress, and they really are calling the shots.

02:31:20.000 I think it's incumbent upon all of us Tim Geithner?

02:31:23.000 Bernanke?

02:31:24.000 They're arsonists!

02:31:24.000 They're asking for more matches!

02:31:25.000 attention.

02:31:38.000 They're asking for more matches.

02:31:39.000 And the Congress is saying, who do we make the checkout to?

02:32:59.000 I have sworn upon the altar of God eternal hostility against every form of tyranny over the mind of man.

02:33:14.000 Thomas Jefferson.

02:33:15.000 It's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

02:33:22.000 By the way, he's got his new book out and it is powerful.

02:33:26.000 American Empire Before the Fall.

02:33:29.000 Available at Amazon and other bookstores everywhere.

02:33:33.000 Barnes & Noble, Bruce Fein's new book.

02:33:35.000 American Empire Before the Fall and a large portion of the proceeds goes to the Campaign for Liberty.

02:33:42.000 And see, these global interests, they're just working the levers of the American empire that we paid for.

02:33:48.000 We don't get anything.

02:33:49.000 I mean, one thing was like the British empire 200 years ago, where if you were an Englishman and served it, sometimes you could actually get something out of serving the empire.

02:33:58.000 On average here, this is not the case.

02:34:00.000 And I'm not endorsing an evil empire where you actually get some of the loot.

02:34:04.000 I'm just saying in this one, you pay for it in blood, treasure, your name.

02:34:08.000 America now is this example worldwide where dictators and thugs and oligarchs endorse their torture, their secret arrest off of what we're doing.

02:34:19.000 The Egyptian police have named themselves Homeland Security when they rubber bullet people and arrest them now and torture them. 0.99

02:34:25.000 I mean, this is an amazing transformation we've seen.

02:34:29.000 Bruce Fiennes, our guest.

02:34:30.000 So, Bruce, you heard my question.

02:34:33.000 What is the thinking of the global elite?

02:34:36.000 Because they're debasing Europe, they're debasing America, they're debasing England, they're debasing Israel, they're debasing Australia. 0.90

02:34:43.000 They're wrecking all of their own power sectors Whereas in the past we had some, you know, corrupt leaders sometimes, but they still understood the basic idea of not wrecking your own command base.

02:34:57.000 So I guess we're seeing the Nero or Caligula type hubris, the insanity.

02:35:03.000 What's your view on why they're doing this and what the endgame is?

02:35:07.000 Why put Al Qaeda in charge of Libya?

02:35:10.000 Well, I think that there are two driving motivations here, one for politicians and one for what he called the military terrorism complex.

02:35:20.000 But I think, Alex, we need to understand that empires are not smart.

02:35:28.000 That even if they think what they're doing is good for them in the long run, they destroy themselves. 1.00

02:35:33.000 That is, they can be very, very stupid and foolish. 0.99

02:35:36.000 Indeed, that's what caused Mr. Gibbon to sit at the corner of the dilapidated Roman Coliseum and to ask, why was it dilapidated after it had That's a brilliant, you know, obelisk status, an iconic status for so many centuries. 1.00

02:35:51.000 So, we can't believe that just because they're doing it, there's any wisdom behind it.

02:35:55.000 But now we can get to the short-term motive.

02:35:57.000 I think that politically, the reason for this drive for empire and intervention and meddling everywhere, It's this kind of thrill.

02:36:05.000 It's sort of an animalistic thrill of domination for the sake of domination.

02:36:09.000 It was captured in Julius Caesar's, you know, I came, I saw, I conquered.

02:36:13.000 And so, you know, presidents get in and they think, well, gee, you know, I don't want to worry about minimum wage.

02:36:18.000 I want to conquer the world.

02:36:19.000 That's what the presidency is about.

02:36:20.000 You know, Madeleine Albright to Colin Powell.

02:36:22.000 What the hell is it to have the greatest army and navy and air force and marines in the world and not use them, you know?

02:36:27.000 We've got to use them.

02:36:28.000 And there is this sense of, okay, this is my identity of just acting like a bully on the playground.

02:36:34.000 It gives them thrill if you're an adolescent.

02:36:36.000 And that's why it's not just in the places you talk, Afghanistan, Iraq.

02:36:40.000 Nothing happens in the world.

02:36:42.000 No Burundi. 0.99

02:36:43.000 We want to interfere in Burundi, or the Central African Republic, or Nepal. 1.00

02:36:47.000 Anything.

02:36:48.000 We have a foreign policy position on it.

02:36:50.000 We're interested in what happens in mankind, but we just need to be worried about America making it as perfect as we can.

02:36:57.000 And our example can have influence, but otherwise other people gotta take care of themselves.

02:37:01.000 But this idea of meddling everywhere, wanting to play all roles, it reminds me of Nicholas Bottom in A Midsummer Night's Dream, where he wants to play all the parts in the play, you know?

02:37:12.000 And sort of a sense of grandeur by doing that.

02:37:15.000 And then the military terrorism complex, it does it because of the money.

02:37:19.000 I mean, just staggering sums out there.

02:37:21.000 How many of the audience know that this very day we are spending $350 million dollars in Afghanistan alone?

02:37:29.000 In Afghanistan alone.

02:37:30.000 Look at the billions for the naked body scanners and the insider trading right there of Chertoff putting the order in and then going to the company to actually profit from what he did and then Congress gets caught insider trading and says we're just allowed to do this.

02:37:46.000 It's staggering.

02:37:48.000 How they flaunt it in our face.

02:37:50.000 So let me ask you this question then.

02:37:52.000 Looking historically out there, you mentioned the megalomania, the arrogance of Newt Gingrich.

02:37:58.000 Studying these politicians, They really enjoy going to the parties, getting the awards.

02:38:05.000 A normal person just wants to sit at home and read a book by the fire.

02:38:08.000 And so that's why we're kind of blind to them.

02:38:10.000 And I agree with you.

02:38:11.000 Ron Paul is the only person who truly is dedicated, has a grasp on history.

02:38:16.000 The rest are a bunch of fawning sycophants that have sold out a thousand times a thousand.

02:38:21.000 And that's why they're where they're at.

02:38:23.000 How do we beat these people?

02:38:24.000 We do see liberty rising, freedom is popular.

02:38:27.000 How do you see these two opposing forces coming together?

02:38:30.000 What's your prognosis on the future?

02:38:34.000 I don't think the future is determinate.

02:38:35.000 You know, in some sense, Emerson was right.

02:38:38.000 History is biography.

02:38:39.000 History is what you, me, and what our audience does.

02:38:42.000 And we basically are at the bottom of Mount Everest in this progress to try to recapture liberty as the center of our constitutional universe with Ron Paul.

02:38:53.000 Certainly, I believe there's optimism because Ron Paul's ideas, although they're still attempted to be shunned by much of the media, he's got into the mainstream, at least with regard to the absurd billions, trillions lent by the Federal Reserve, and some people are more hesitant about these endless wars.

02:39:11.000 But they're not the majority, at least at present.

02:39:14.000 But you don't need a majority, necessarily, to prevail.

02:39:17.000 It's the intensity factor, Alex.

02:39:19.000 Andrew Jackson once said, a majority is one man or woman with courage.

02:39:23.000 And what we need to have is that resolution.

02:39:26.000 That we're going to go out, we're going to argue, we're going to write, we're going to vote, we're going to protest.

02:39:30.000 We may lose, but we're not going to give up.

02:39:32.000 And it may well be that Ron doesn't win this time around, although I have a healthy Uh, optimism that he's going to win Iowa because of the dedication of his people, but the critical thing to understand is politics never has an end point.

02:39:48.000 There's never going to be one victory where you get across the touchdown line and then you can slacken off because human nature It's inevitably going to gravitate towards the lowest common denominator.

02:39:59.000 It needs thrill, it needs leadership, it needs the influence of example by the likes of Ron Paul and George Washington.

02:40:08.000 So, we've got to understand that our quest is never ending.

02:40:12.000 Every generation is going to have to win it for itself and keep it for itself because the natural course of mankind is tyranny.

02:40:19.000 Whether it's tyranny by one or tyranny by the majority.

02:40:22.000 It takes a very, very educated and committed kind of society to celebrate liberty and take some risks.

02:40:30.000 And that is what we have to recognize we're about.

02:40:33.000 Not just our generation, we have to pass on to our successors this intensity factor, this commitment to know it's never going to end at the end of a particular election.

02:40:42.000 And whether we win or lose, it is the ideas, and this is what Ron knows more than anyone else, certainly of all of his rivals, the ideas that are going to lead us as to how we spend our time each day.

02:40:54.000 Protecting liberty, shunning big brother government, and craving the kind of independence that gives us a self-fulfillment and pride of being a human being that responds to the adult commands of virtue, wisdom, and magnanimity.

02:41:09.000 And ladies and gentlemen, that's Bruce Fine without a teleprompter, Ron Paul without a teleprompter, Alex Jones without one.

02:41:15.000 We have researched.

02:41:17.000 We are passionate about freedom.

02:41:20.000 We don't need teleprompters.

02:41:22.000 And so many people are sold on the idea that being involved is boring or a chore.

02:41:28.000 But I'm here to tell you, 17 years into the fight, ladies and gentlemen, or more now, That, as Thomas Jefferson said, it is the animating contest of liberty.

02:41:39.000 It is animating.

02:41:40.000 It is exciting to be informed.

02:41:42.000 It's exciting to study history, and politics, and law.

02:41:45.000 And as you learn more, it starts connecting, and you learn more and more, and you realize how much you don't know.

02:41:50.000 And then you accelerate your learning, and then you become humble in time and space.

02:41:55.000 You realize it's about the human species.

02:41:57.000 It's about the journey.

02:41:58.000 It's about empowerment.

02:42:00.000 It's about destiny.

02:42:03.000 And then you look at those who don't even want to know about history, or those who don't admire humanity's great deeds, then you feel sorry for them.

02:42:13.000 And I think in the final equation, that's the crossroads we're at right now.

02:42:18.000 Bruce, final comments on that, and then tell us about your new book.

02:42:22.000 No, I think you're absolutely right.

02:42:24.000 I've been in Washington 43 years.

02:42:27.000 The greatest thrills are not winning lawsuits, it's being out there and arguing for the highest principles that animated our founding fathers and doing justice to those who have sacrificed so much before so that we can live free and to have freedom of press, freedom of speech, freedom of inquiry.

02:42:45.000 And that's just got to burn in you, and it never goes away.

02:42:47.000 It's not like you get to a stage of retirement where you no longer are involved with fighting for liberty.

02:42:53.000 The great thing about the quest is that it never ends, right up to your last dying breath.

02:42:57.000 It'll still be stimulating you, giving you that kind of adrenaline to keep you active and participatory every day of your whole life.

02:43:07.000 And it's that instinct that we owe all civilization and creativity and everything good, it has all flowed from that instinct for liberty and freedom, that drive.

02:43:18.000 Yeah, yeah.

02:43:18.000 The very first person who stood up and said, slavery and subservience is bad, we all owe great homage to that individual, even if it didn't succeed on that particular day.

02:43:28.000 And you're right, it's the torch of civilization that we're trying to keep alive here.

02:43:33.000 With regard to, you know, my last book was American Empire Before the Fall.

02:43:37.000 I think it expands upon all the ideas that we've discussed today, Alex.

02:43:41.000 I am involved in another book.

02:43:43.000 It's going to compare the motivations of the human species compared to the lower species and to try to compare and contrast. 0.81

02:43:51.000 I guess is it clear which is the superior animal, you know, and where we've got to restore, you know, the ultimate, the values that have been the guiding light.

02:44:02.000 That's right.

02:44:03.000 The globalists always want to tell us that we're not special because they know we are.

02:44:06.000 We can direct our own development.

02:44:09.000 Give us 60 seconds on your view on that.

02:44:12.000 No, absolutely we can.

02:44:13.000 We can.

02:44:14.000 And this is what I'm suggesting.

02:44:16.000 We have minds.

02:44:17.000 We have brains.

02:44:18.000 And the brains are to try to extract what Lincoln called the better angels of our nature by imitation, by leadership, by character.

02:44:27.000 So that, and recognizing and living really for the ages.

02:44:31.000 Not necessarily physically, but so our character will speak to someone born a thousand years from now.

02:44:35.000 Yes!

02:44:36.000 They will struggle for those same reasons.

02:44:38.000 Why are we here between ashes to ashes and dust to dust?

02:44:41.000 What is virtue or not?

02:44:42.000 And in that sense, our lives are eternal.

02:44:45.000 That's what we have to strive for.

02:44:47.000 Well, that's how you live on is by transmitting that information.

02:44:51.000 It's not arrogance that you want your ideas and information to be passed on.

02:44:55.000 You're passing the baton as well from those that came before you.

02:44:59.000 It is love of the species.

02:45:00.000 It's a love letter to the future.

02:45:02.000 It is truly how we live forever.

02:45:05.000 Not just through our progeny, but through our ideas.

02:45:07.000 And more and more, this great foundational truth, Bruce, is being echoed by people.

02:45:12.000 It's not until tyranny comes in like a flood, to quote the Bible, that the Spirit of the Lord lifts up a standard against it.

02:45:19.000 And you and Ron Paul are others.

02:45:20.000 And just briefly getting back to Ron Paul before we let you go, Look at how four years ago he ran.

02:45:26.000 He's probably gotten five, six, seven times the attention, the energy this time.

02:45:30.000 Then when he didn't win, the establishment said, oh, look, all that wasted.

02:45:33.000 No, it built a platform.

02:45:35.000 Now look how far he's getting.

02:45:37.000 And he may not this time, he actually may, but it may be Rand or somebody else down the road.

02:45:42.000 It's that focal point.

02:45:44.000 Look at how 20 years ago he couldn't get one co-sponsor, or 16 years ago when he first got back in Congress, 17 years ago, he couldn't get one co-sponsor.

02:45:51.000 Now he passed out the Fed in the House.

02:45:54.000 And he didn't win this time.

02:45:55.000 But resistance is victory.

02:45:57.000 The system is scared.

02:45:58.000 We've got moles inside Bilderberg, bros. 0.92

02:46:00.000 And they are scared of Ron Paul.

02:46:03.000 Why?

02:46:04.000 Because it's now the hottest thing on campus.

02:46:07.000 It's not mainline republicanism or communism.

02:46:10.000 It's now liberty.

02:46:11.000 They see the youth And not the ones playing Xbox that don't care, but the real youth that are going to be the 5-10% are now, their brains are lighting up for liberty, and that scares the system.

02:46:11.000 They're scared.

02:46:24.000 Yeah, you're exactly right, and in a different context, Alex, I don't want to overstate the analogy, but if we look right now in the White House, you know, we have someone in the White House who's black, but he's really there because people 40 or 50 years, and I was involved in the Civil Rights Movement as well, We're working.

02:46:42.000 They aren't in the White House, and I don't think he really understands what was necessary in order to propel him there.

02:46:48.000 It's a different issue with regard to race, but we're talking about basically the same thing.

02:46:52.000 And what's so magnificent about Ron Paul is that he doesn't care.

02:46:56.000 If he's not the one who occupies the White House and someone else stands on his shoulders and gets in the Oval Office, He'll clap.

02:47:02.000 He'll be the first one to clap, even though he's the one, by all merit and justice, who ought to be there.

02:47:07.000 And that is the earmark of someone who is truly great.

02:47:11.000 It's statesmanship's finest hour when you have someone like Ron Paul.

02:47:16.000 Well, we can't overstate it.

02:47:17.000 And in final conclusion, he is founding father material.

02:47:20.000 If Ron Paul could be teleported back 235, 240 years ago, would he not be amongst the greats there?

02:47:28.000 Absolutely.

02:47:29.000 And all those running for office, he's the only one who had been given an invitation to enter the Constitutional Convention of 1787 in Philadelphia.

02:47:40.000 All the others would have been given no vacancy or eviction notice.

02:47:45.000 Beautiful.

02:47:45.000 Bruce Fine.

02:47:48.000 So how are you advising the campaign just on constitutional issues?

02:47:48.000 You're doing great.

02:47:51.000 Well, I'm Senior Policy Advisor.

02:47:54.000 You can imagine it's rather hectic.

02:47:56.000 The travel campaign is very, very hectic.

02:47:59.000 So, right off it, speak on shows like this.

02:48:04.000 And give guidance there, I think.

02:48:06.000 We think in such automatic, same furrows, we don't really have to talk to know exactly what kind of approach to take on this.

02:48:13.000 And that's, as they say, the great thing about Ron.

02:48:16.000 I don't have to memorize, well, what was he yesterday before today?

02:48:19.000 You know?

02:48:20.000 Like all the other candidates, you never know.

02:48:23.000 You're expressing their viewpoint with the human weather vane has changed.

02:48:27.000 So, it's really, it's really a delight for working with Ron and his team there.

02:48:30.000 I think everybody is really devoted and none of this is self-aggrandizement or pettiness.

02:48:35.000 So, it's going to be one of my memories for life whether we ultimately win or lose.

02:48:41.000 What can we do more than anything to help the campaign?

02:48:43.000 A lot of people don't know about trying to be involved in the party caucuses.

02:48:47.000 They don't know about being delegates.

02:48:49.000 They don't understand that right now every little thing they do is going to have a huge effect.

02:48:54.000 The system has been trying to black him out, give him 89 seconds in a debate, because they're scared.

02:48:59.000 Well, the best thing to do is write letters to the media saying, why are you blacking out Ron Paul?

02:49:05.000 He should get the same prominence commensurate with his popularity as others.

02:49:10.000 And also, again, talk to friends and find out what the rules are in your particular state.

02:49:15.000 Every state has different Um, uh, ground rules for whether it's caucus or primary about how you come out, how you vote, how you can make certain that your voices are heard at the primary state, so master that so you know exactly when, where, and how, and encourage all your friends to show up.

02:49:31.000 But you're exactly right, Alex.

02:49:32.000 We're a whole lot of penetration to be made at the young people because they haven't been co-opted into the military-industrial complex yet.

02:49:40.000 And they're the ones who can make a huge difference in the primary states by turning out.

02:49:44.000 They've got a lot of kinetic energy.

02:49:46.000 They're really the ones who have, in some sense, the most at stake, because unless this trajectory changes, and the way that Ron Paul is pointing towards, they will inherit a, if it's not a total tyranny, it'll be a semi-tyranny.

02:49:58.000 And they'll have a very, very difficult time extricating themselves.

02:50:01.000 So if they want to enjoy the liberties they've got now, they may have to focus themselves on this particular presidential race.

02:50:08.000 And some are listening right now who won't take it to heart, but the seed is planted.

02:50:12.000 And as things get worse, they'll remember.

02:50:15.000 Bruce Fine, incredible interview.

02:50:16.000 Godspeed.

02:50:17.000 And I'm glad Ron Paul's got you in there as being the senior policy advisor.

02:50:22.000 He couldn't have found somebody better.

02:50:24.000 Thank you so much.

02:50:24.000 All right.

02:50:25.000 Thanks.

02:50:26.000 Good day.

02:50:26.000 Thank you.

02:50:27.000 All right, there goes Bruce Fine.

02:50:29.000 Very, very exciting to hear that.

02:50:31.000 And of course, he's going to get attacked a lot and everything, a lot of disinformation and stuff because the system is scared to death of what's happening.

02:50:37.000 But Bruce Fine definitely burns with a desire for liberty, and that's very exciting.

02:50:43.000 OK, I'm going to come back.

02:50:45.000 I've already pretty much gotten into Iran, but I'm going to hit that.

02:53:54.000 Healthful living since 1974.

02:53:56.000 Well, that was a powerful interview.

02:54:07.000 The Animating Contest of Liberty.

02:54:11.000 Look at these headlines. - Iran blast completely destroyed major missile testing site, they tell us weeks later.

02:54:24.000 Israel and U.S.

02:54:25.000 intelligence officials tell New York Times recent explosion at a military base near Tehran was a major setback to Iran's long-range missile program, and Israel tacitly admits they did it.

02:54:37.000 Here's a U.S.-Israel covert war against Iran, and Iran is sitting there and taking it.

02:54:43.000 Again, it's just like Bruce Fine just said, this is madness.

02:54:49.000 And I've been talking to Lindsey Williams, we're going to get him on in the next few days, he's saying he talked to his globalist source, I know who it is.

02:54:55.000 And they're saying they're trying to trick Iran into responding. 0.83

02:54:58.000 And Iran's now saying they might block the Strait of Hormuz or something.

02:55:02.000 That's falling right into the trap.

02:55:03.000 And I know it's hard for a country to take all this, but we do not want this new war.

02:55:08.000 But the globalists need it as a political distraction.

02:55:11.000 Here's another one, Jerusalem Post.

02:55:12.000 In battle, Assad may start conflict with Israel.

02:55:17.000 They're going to report the real possibility, Israel's Assad chief says, that Assad will try to engage Israel's military in order to deflect attention for massacre.

02:55:27.000 Oh, you mean governments launch wars for political purposes to distract?

02:55:32.000 The shoe goes on the other foot for Netanyahu, wanting to launch this thing with Iran.

02:55:38.000 Just like jumping into a bear trap.

02:55:40.000 Israel's going to be attacked on every side.

02:55:43.000 Then the United States is going to be drugged in.

02:55:44.000 And then there'll be terror attacks, whether they're real or manufactured.

02:55:48.000 You can see where this is going.

02:55:49.000 That'll be a nice political diversion while the bankers rob us. 0.97

02:55:53.000 Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee Chairman Saul Mofaz warned Monday, if I'm pronouncing that right, that the duress which Syrian President Assad finds himself could soon lead to an armed conflict between Syria and Israel.

02:56:07.000 The closer the Assad regime in Syria gets to the death's door, the bigger the threat against Israel becomes.

02:56:13.000 He went on to tell Army Radio, and that's true. 0.99

02:56:18.000 The globalists are really trying to destabilize that whole area.

02:56:23.000 Here's another one. 0.99

02:56:31.000 It's like if the government doesn't admit something, the media is so stupid, they can't even get the press release Bush put out at the White House five years ago. 0.98

02:56:40.000 I should have my writers write another article about it. 1.00

02:56:43.000 Just because the morons in mainstream media either don't know or aren't allowed to report it to people. 0.96

02:56:49.000 Gee, I wonder if all these big explosions at military bases are some kind of covert strikes. 0.99

02:56:54.000 Gee, I wonder if all these leaders getting assassinated is an operation.

02:57:01.000 U.S.

02:57:01.000 official says no sign Iran shot down drone.

02:57:04.000 That was Reuters a few days ago, but now this is out today, Fox News.

02:57:08.000 U.S.

02:57:08.000 military sources, Iran has missing drones.

02:57:10.000 Some 60, some $6 million, 90-foot wingspan giant drone.

02:57:16.000 Who knows if that thing's even dropping bombs.

02:57:18.000 And again, why doesn't Iran want to admit all this? 0.73

02:57:23.000 Because it makes them look weak.

02:57:25.000 Their public would get really mad if they sit there and take these attacks.

02:57:30.000 There's a report here they're going to be exporting more of our gasoline out of the country, right, as quantities go down.

02:57:35.000 That's some of the key news there.

02:57:37.000 I didn't even really get into all this financial news.

02:57:39.000 This is so important.

02:57:40.000 Fed may give loans to IMF to help Eurozone.

02:57:44.000 Again, they've already given them loans.

02:57:46.000 It's their subsidiary, so they're not giving a group loans.

02:57:49.000 It's a total scam.

02:57:51.000 The loans are at 0% interest.

02:57:53.000 They loan it out, so it's free money.

02:57:56.000 Continuing here, there's reports the Fed defund IMF bypassing congressional refusal on European bailout.

02:58:02.000 Mercozy, they're now combining the names of Merkel and Sarkozy under pressure to agree to budget master plan.

02:58:14.000 And the agreement on the bailout of Europe is the transfer of all sovereignty and power to the private megabanks.

02:58:21.000 Incredible news there.

02:58:22.000 Gingrich favors juries, but not for Americans, just for illegal aliens.

02:58:26.000 Doesn't want you to have juries, but wants illegal aliens to have them. 1.00

02:58:28.000 Can't make this up.

02:58:29.000 Donald Trump again dismisses Ron Paul as a joke. 0.98

02:58:32.000 Donald Trump is a casino-owning thug joke. 1.00

02:58:36.000 Piece of trash. 1.00

02:58:37.000 That's it for the main transmission. 0.97

02:58:39.000 Call's coming up.

02:58:51.000 A very wealthy U.S.

02:58:52.000 citizen is predicting that in 2011, we will witness the most important day in America in more than 50 years.

02:58:59.000 He says it will change everything about our lives.

02:59:02.000 The way you shop, travel, invest, educate your children, and even how you take care of your health and your own family.

02:59:07.000 Now this man has made some outrageous predictions over the years.

02:59:10.000 The crazy part is, he's usually right.

02:59:12.000 You see, he predicted the collapse of GM, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and America's biggest mall owner, General Growth Properties.

02:59:19.000 In fact, Barron's called his work a dire prophecy.

02:59:22.000 Recently, he created a video, which you can watch online for free, detailing his biggest and most important prediction yet.

02:59:28.000 And it's a real eye-opener.

02:59:29.000 I can't stress this enough.

02:59:31.000 You should at least watch this free video online today.

02:59:33.000 He explains everything you need to know, including simple steps you can take to protect yourself.

02:59:38.000 You can find the video at www dot End of America 3.com.

02:59:42.000 That's End of America, the number 3.com.

02:59:45.000 Watch the free video at www.EndOfAmerica3.com.

02:59:49.000 That's EndOfAmerica3.com.

02:59:52.000 Coast to coast, direct from Austin.

02:59:54.000 You're listening to the Alex Jones Broadcasting Network.

02:59:59.000 We now take you live...

03:00:07.000 to the Central Texas Command Center.

03:00:10.000 In the heart of the resistance, you're listening to The Alex Jones Show.

03:00:15.000 All right, I got to a lot of police and military.

03:00:17.000 I apologize for not getting to everybody.

03:00:19.000 We're in overdrive here.

03:00:21.000 Let's go to Corey, who's active duty military.

03:00:23.000 Been holding for over an hour.

03:00:24.000 I appreciate that, Corey.

03:00:25.000 You're on the air.

03:00:26.000 Go ahead.

03:00:26.000 Hey, how you doing, Alex?

03:00:28.000 Okay.

03:00:31.000 Good, good, good.

03:00:31.000 How you doing, Alex?

03:00:33.000 Awesome, awesome.

03:00:34.000 I just wanted to touch up on here.

03:00:36.000 I'm Title 32 for Connecticut.

03:00:39.000 A little different than Title 4 military.

03:00:41.000 But just giving basically a little bit of an update as to what's going on here, particularly between Massachusetts and Connecticut.

03:00:50.000 We're having actually some congressmen here that we contacted recently.

03:00:53.000 I think it's John Larson, Sean Williams.

03:00:56.000 They're going to try and jump on this to try and get this bill shot down. 0.54

03:01:01.000 Um, but then again there we also see, um, we're also starting to see the Occupy Hartford movement.

03:01:07.000 I mean, Connecticut's starting to wake up pretty fast between there and Massachusetts.

03:01:11.000 But, um, yeah, we're trying to get our officers on board as to what this act enables.

03:01:18.000 And it goes back to, again, what the guys were saying earlier on.

03:01:20.000 It's like, if you're going to take an oath, You know, defend it.

03:01:25.000 I mean, it specifically states to defend your constitutional rights from enemies both foreign and domestic.

03:01:31.000 And I'm just sitting here waiting because we had a petition online at whitehouse.gov and obviously that takes about 25 days to go through before Obama would sign it.

03:01:40.000 And I'm sitting here thinking to myself, well, in the bill itself, it says that it's 60 days active after the president signs it.

03:01:46.000 And we're all just discussing this here now.

03:01:49.000 It's like, should we just take off our uniforms?

03:01:53.000 I mean, how do you defend yourself from that?

03:01:54.000 from that well it's good to have good people inside the military inside the police will speak out so i wouldn't do that i would point out this is illegitimate the government could pass laws saying blonde haired blue eyed people have to you know go to prison or black people have to it's all illegal good points cory good to hear from you i'm going to go to joseph former military in texas listening on xm channel 166 joseph thanks for holding welcome alex

03:02:22.000 hi i uh heard you quite a few times late on george nori's program and last night too but i uh been out on the road for well since 02 and have the opportunity to partake of that venue on a regular basis uh the individual co-

03:02:40.000 I called in earlier, uh, military, I think it's marine, was talking about, uh, things that happened in Iraq, like fragging, uh, civilians, or, well, fragging, I don't know if it was civilians or not, but fragging families in homes.

03:02:58.000 Also, well, I was in Germany, and I know as an MP, I was once invited to go into a detention cell and beat a prisoner with gloves, and I simply refused to do it.

03:03:13.000 I went outside.

03:03:15.000 Couldn't stop it, but I refused to participate.

03:03:21.000 You do have a choice.

03:03:23.000 I mean, granted, there's kind of a gray area as far as what constitutes a legal order versus an illegal order, but you do have a choice.

03:03:35.000 You don't just have to obey orders blindly.

03:03:39.000 And you don't just have to go along with things that are wrong.

03:03:43.000 That's right, and it's not just your right, it's your duty.

03:03:46.000 Great points.

03:03:47.000 Trying to jam in as many as I can.

03:03:48.000 Rodrigo, gotta love that name, in Florida, former military.

03:03:52.000 Give us your take on this.

03:03:55.000 Well, I just wanted to tell you something about a foreigner.

03:03:58.000 I served in the Marines in 1997.

03:03:59.000 There's a misconception that Americans have about foreigners coming over here, you know, the illegal aliens.

03:04:08.000 People being coming to this country was formed by people coming from somewhere else because they wanted to be free.

03:04:13.000 No, no, I totally understand that.

03:04:14.000 It's that now the numbers are greater than they've ever been and the politicians are trying to use the illegals, people that are here illegally, to vote for socialism. 0.88

03:04:24.000 That's the issue.

03:04:26.000 Absolutely right.

03:04:26.000 Let me tell you something real quick.

03:04:29.000 South America mainly has been used as America's backyard.

03:04:33.000 You know, they've been moving governments, putting governments, killing people and everything like that.

03:04:38.000 And the countries have been so corrupt that people come over here.

03:04:42.000 And some of these people think that now they want to defend America and they'll vote for anything the government says.

03:04:48.000 But as a foreigner, seeing the same things happening now to this country that happened to... Tell you what, we're gonna have to keep going and uh... You know what?

03:04:56.000 I'm gonna get your number.

03:04:57.000 You wanna be on tomorrow?

03:04:58.000 I wanna talk about this because what's done in third world countries is now coming home. 0.99

03:05:02.000 Did you know that gold and silver contain healing properties?

03:05:05.000 It's true.
