Alex Jones Show - 20111211_Sun_Alex

00:00:01.000 There's a new report out that Bill Clinton collected $50,000 per month from MF Global, while Newt Gingrich got millions from, what was it, Freddie Mac.

00:00:09.000 This later report from How Dare You, Department of Clinton Criminal Enterprises, and it just goes through all the reported things he's done as an advisor through Joe S. Corzine, the former New Jersey governor, former head of Goldman Sachs, who admittedly made 40-to-1 bets.

00:00:26.000 uh... customers private accounts continuing the real reason for obama's threat to veto indefinite detention bill obama wants to veto indefinite detention bill because it would hold the u s division eva convention and it would give congress of the power which it rightfully does to make law obama's already told him i'll kill citizens all arrest citizens the executive holds that and his lawyers came out last week and said he may veto the national defense authorization act Because he can use the military in America if he wants.

00:00:54.000 He can do whatever he wants.

00:00:56.000 So that's the facts there and that's now coming out weeks after we told you what was really going on.

00:01:02.000 There's also not a happy ending to Obama's little Hollywood romance.

00:01:08.000 He can't make up his mind about anything, said Mr. Lear.

00:01:10.000 He just vacillates like Democrats do generally.

00:01:14.000 On taxes, he doesn't take a strong stand.

00:01:15.000 He can't make up his mind about immigration.

00:01:17.000 I don't even know if he's come clean on waterboarding or torture, any of those things.

00:01:22.000 And that's prominent Hollywood people are mad at him because You know, he hasn't taxed the rich enough.

00:01:28.000 What do you mean he's financed by the mega-elite?

00:01:31.000 And at the same time, because he's continued all the torture and the rest of it, so that love affair is ending with Obama, who's a nothing teleprompter reading puppet.

00:01:40.000 Continuing here, British Petroleum accuses Halliburton, same folks running Kellogg Brown and Root, of destroying evidence following Gulf Spill.

00:01:48.000 BP has accused Halliburton of destroying Damaging evidence about the quality of its cement that came out day one that went into drilling the well that blew out last year and caused the worst offshore oil spill in US history.

00:02:03.000 So the rats are turning on each other.

00:02:05.000 Now getting into the incredible Panopticon surveillance grid.

00:02:09.000 RT interviewed the inventor of the free software movement and legendary programmer and code person.

00:02:17.000 Facebook is massive surveillance, says Stallman.

00:02:22.000 Richard Stallman.

00:02:23.000 This is an example of malicious features in non-free software.

00:02:26.000 These mobile phones are being run by non-free software so it's no surprise that they have malicious features in them.

00:02:33.000 The most commonly used non-free programs do, Stallman sadly pointed out.

00:02:37.000 Now, you think an application is one thing, but you're really paying to be surveilled, and the phone companies and others are making more money off selling your data than they are on the phone program.

00:02:47.000 And they're tracking everything you do, they're always finding back doors and Trojan horses in them that began with the Telecommunications Act of 96 and have expanded on since then. 0.89

00:02:56.000 So that's basically what, well, the head of Facebook called his customers dumb effers that you trust him. 0.99

00:03:03.000 I mean, these are just arrogant, Arrogant dirtbags, folks. 1.00

00:03:06.000 These are slimebags. 1.00

00:03:07.000 They've been chosen to be promoted by the system because they are sociopaths, at best, some of them psychopaths. 0.97

00:03:14.000 All right, now some spectacular news and information and great graphics put together by our own Darren McBreen.

00:03:21.000 But now we look into the limitless universe with the trillions of galaxies and quadrillions of stars and planets.

00:03:31.000 Two new discoveries by NASA.

00:03:33.000 NASA telescope confirms alien planet inhabitable zone.

00:03:38.000 The potentially habitable alien world orbits a star very much like our own sun.

00:03:44.000 The discovery brings scientists one step closer to finding a planet like our own, one which could Conceivably harbor life, scientists said.

00:03:51.000 It goes on, the newfound planet is in a habitable zone called Kelper 22b.

00:03:56.000 It's located about 600 light years away, orbiting a sun-like star.

00:04:00.000 Amazing information.

00:04:03.000 What does humanity could do if we just stop the psychopaths from taking control of our society and stop being gullible?

00:04:10.000 Shifting to another sector of the universe, astronomers have discovered the biggest black holes ever.

00:04:16.000 Scientists have discovered two of the biggest black holes ever observed.

00:04:20.000 Each has a mass billions of times greater than the Sun, according to a study.

00:04:26.000 Just to give you an idea of how...

00:04:29.000 Massive these are.

00:04:30.000 They could swallow up entire galaxy clusters.

00:04:34.000 What a gorgeous and limitless cosmos we are a part of.

00:04:38.000 And our consciousness and being alive and able to observe this is an incredible gift from the Creator.

00:04:46.000 And if you don't think something made all this, ladies and gentlemen, my God, can you imagine our consciousness and our intellect?

00:04:53.000 And we are tiny little creatures living in a thin ribbon of life on the surface of a globe.

00:05:01.000 Hi folks, this is Alex Jones and I want to tell you about the Silver Lungs Generator.

00:05:05.000 Now you can produce pure and endless colloidal silver and deliver the solution directly into the bloodstream by breathing the solution through the lungs.

00:05:14.000 The respiratory system is the first line of defense for airborne pathogens and viruses.

00:05:18.000 The Silver Lungs Generator infuses the respiratory system with your self-produced nano-silver solutions and also delivers the silver nanoparticles instantly into the bloodstream.

00:05:30.000 With continued legislation threatening the sale of nano silver products, you can now produce pure and endless colloidal silver with the Silver Lungs Generator.

00:05:39.000 Very easy to follow step-by-step instructions are provided, making production fast and simple.

00:05:45.000 Go to www.SilverLungs.com today and learn more about the breakthrough technology of the Silver Lungs Generator.

00:05:52.000 That's www.silverlungs.com.

00:05:55.000 You are listening to an InfoWars.com Frontline Report. - If you are receiving this transmission, you are the resistance.

00:06:20.000 Welcome, ladies and gentlemen, to an extremely important edition of InfoWars Nightly News.

00:06:27.000 It is Tuesday, December 6th, 2011.

00:06:33.000 And this is going to be a huge show tonight with so many incredibly important topics covered.

00:06:42.000 And normally I would mention some of what's coming up, but the news we've got tonight is so incredibly devastating to our republic and is breaking as we speak that I'm going to cover our top story obviously first here before getting into any of the other news.

00:07:03.000 I'm holding here in my hand a document that just went up minutes ago at InfoWars.com and PrisonPlanet.com and we've called the numbers involved, we've checked the individuals listed in this document and the accompanying emails and it is authentic.

00:07:22.000 Kellogg Brown and Root, a subsidiary of Halliburton.

00:07:27.000 The story is at InfoWars.com and is breaking at InfoWars.com right now.

00:07:33.000 The headline by Curt Nemo at InfoWars.com is exclusive government activating FEMA camps across the United States.

00:07:43.000 Now, in 2006, it was in the Houston Chronicle and Wall Street Journal.

00:07:48.000 That they got a $300-plus million contract to build three one-million-person camps for political dissidents, illegal immigrants, you name it, for economic collapse. 0.83

00:08:01.000 They've introduced legislation to fund more of this and to bring it out in the open.

00:08:06.000 The Emergency Centers Establishment Act last year that got so much attention that says that they will intern entire families in these facilities.

00:08:16.000 It also came out earlier in the year that the Army and other private groups are trying to hire around 100,000 internment specialists.

00:08:27.000 When you read, it's domestic and international prison guards.

00:08:31.000 And of course our so-called government has camps all over The world.

00:08:36.000 Kellogg Brown and Root has been caught with its main company, Halliburton, running slave labor camps in the Philippines and other areas.

00:08:45.000 That's in the Chicago Tribune.

00:08:47.000 You cannot make this magnitude of information up.

00:08:50.000 It is the mainstream media's job and other people, Comedy Central and others that make fun of us, they did last night, to actually go research this.

00:08:58.000 This is not a joke and you'll be seen in history Whether we defeat this or it goes through, as sympathizers basically with the likes of Hitler, Stalin, and Mao, this is not a joke.

00:09:10.000 This is not a game.

00:09:13.000 And the detailed article that Kurt Nemo and I put together today goes through all of this information.

00:09:19.000 We were sent this by a state employee involved in the program.

00:09:23.000 I'm just going to leave it at that.

00:09:26.000 And it was basically a hidden link on the KBR site.

00:09:28.000 We're able to confirm it is there on the KBR site, a non-published link.

00:09:33.000 And that is in our article where we got the link from and everything else.

00:09:36.000 Just unbelievable information here.

00:09:40.000 And it says that they need people to set up barbed wire fences and barricades.

00:09:47.000 And I've been to urban warfare drills across the country where the Marines and the Army practice taking on the American people and do set up the barricades in the towns and the cities and around the camps.

00:09:56.000 Now, again, I want to explain.

00:09:58.000 These camps are already built.

00:09:59.000 They admit they're the old military bases.

00:10:02.000 Now they are preparing, in all 50 states, to activate the camps with laundry, guards, people cooking the food, sentries.

00:10:17.000 And we've got all the video and photos they've released on the NORTHCOM website, where the Army and Marines, and Air Force, Security Forces, you name it, are all training to arrest American citizens.

00:10:28.000 And the training manuals with law enforcement have sent us to the national news, say it's returning veterans, gun owners, libertarians, Ron Paul supporters, Bob Barr supporters, anybody who basically understands what freedom is.

00:10:39.000 This is like in a science fiction movie when the evil corporation takes over the government and orders the good guys arrested.

00:10:46.000 But of course those movies are all based on real things that have happened in history.

00:10:50.000 So truth is stranger than fiction.

00:10:52.000 Fiction actually imitates life.

00:10:55.000 The more I learn, I learn that I always thought that That life was imitating art.

00:11:03.000 It's the other way around.

00:11:03.000 Art is imitating life.

00:11:05.000 And this is so incredible.

00:11:06.000 This article goes over it all and it should not be up to a small independent media operation to be breaking all of this. 0.78

00:11:14.000 The mainline corporate prostitute should be doing it. 1.00

00:11:17.000 But later we've got a sociologist joining us who's broken down the actuaries that actually when the mainstream media endorses something, people run from it like the plague. 0.75

00:11:27.000 We've got new news on the Ron Paul front with a sociologist and statistician joining us in studio.

00:11:32.000 Again, jam-packed transmission, but...

00:11:35.000 Exclusive government activating FEMA camps across the U.S.

00:11:39.000 They're already built.

00:11:41.000 They now admit they're there.

00:11:42.000 Now they're going out and saying in all 50 states, they're going to have 300-person staging camps, 1,000-person staging camps.

00:11:52.000 And again, you can go to Infowars.com and get the full report with the documents, the emails, all of it.

00:12:00.000 Exclusive government activating FEMA camps across the United States.

00:12:03.000 Just a devastating, devastating investigative report up there right now.

00:12:10.000 I don't even feel worthy to be bringing you this information.

00:12:12.000 I hope it's not pearls before swine.

00:12:14.000 We have the KBR instrumental in establishing the camps that are now to be activated in 2006.

00:12:18.000 The internment camp service bid arrives after the National Defense Authorization Act.

00:12:26.000 We have links in here where the government says it's terrorism to protest, and those documents have been leaked by good people in the government. 0.79

00:12:33.000 I mean, this is so creepy, and it's so ridiculous.

00:12:36.000 Obviously, protesting is not terrorism. 0.96

00:12:38.000 Terrorists would say that.

00:12:41.000 And of course, the state is always the greatest progenitor and deliverer and pusher of terror.

00:12:49.000 As the founder said, it's the state you've got to worry about.

00:12:52.000 Little people can do horrible things, but not on a mass scale. 0.98

00:12:55.000 Governments bringing the atrocities we saw.

00:12:57.000 200 plus million killed by governments in the 20th century.

00:13:01.000 And there's the original Wall Street Journal KBR awarded Homeland Security contract worth of 385 mil.

00:13:07.000 That was in 2006 to build some of these large camps.

00:13:12.000 Now this is an activation bid in all 50 states.

00:13:17.000 And FEMA has 10 regions, but KBR, you know, the corporations, they like to simplify things.

00:13:24.000 They've broken it down into five regions.

00:13:27.000 So I don't know what you say about this.

00:13:31.000 All of this is vetted.

00:13:32.000 All of this is researched.

00:13:34.000 And I remember Glenn Beck two years ago saying, I'm going to expose the FEMA camps.

00:13:39.000 And then after a month of hype, he comes out and says it's all a fraud, and uses known, discredited hoaxes on the internet of railway stations and things, where the civilian inmate labor camp program has been declassified.

00:13:53.000 The military with private prisoners in them to prime the pump and train the troops to be jail guards. 0.91

00:13:59.000 The emergency centers establishment garbage.

00:14:01.000 Rex 84, the congressional hearings in 86.

00:14:04.000 I sent all this to Glenn Beck and I happen to know he got it.

00:14:08.000 And I happened to predict, I waited until the day before so people understood that it wasn't me predicting it and then he just decided to do what I predicted, that he would go show fake straw men.

00:14:19.000 Okay?

00:14:20.000 And he did just that.

00:14:22.000 I'm not here to attack Glenn Beck, okay?

00:14:23.000 You know, he's done some good work and that's why he got too real and they got rid of him.

00:14:27.000 The point is, is that we don't have time for people to be in denial anymore.

00:14:36.000 We don't have time to play games.

00:14:38.000 I've given you the legislation, which didn't pass, but is the entire blueprint for what's already built.

00:14:43.000 Kind of like they've been spying on us for decades and then when they got caught, they brought out legislation to legalize it.

00:14:49.000 Or they get caught torturing, they then try to pass laws to make it legal.

00:14:53.000 Okay, that's what's going on here.

00:14:54.000 And it's pointed at the American people.

00:14:57.000 I told you they'd have TSA on the streets running checkpoints.

00:15:01.000 Now it's begun all over the country.

00:15:03.000 I do my research, we do our research.

00:15:05.000 And I'm getting chills right now for my family.

00:15:08.000 I've decided to try to defend the Republic, and the globalists are in a lot of trouble.

00:15:11.000 They've been exposed for their corruption, their drug dealing.

00:15:14.000 It came out in the New York Times two days ago that the government is laundering drug money.

00:15:18.000 The government itself, not just running guns into Mexico, that's been in federal court for years.

00:15:23.000 Again, these are criminals at the top, and it's time for people in the mid-level of government to say no to it.

00:15:30.000 You know, Nixon gave orders that were illegal at the end, and people said, you know what, I'm not following your order to fire people that are investigating you.

00:15:37.000 Just because you're the president doesn't make you king.

00:15:39.000 This isn't the Third Reich.

00:15:41.000 And it comes down to fundamental things.

00:15:44.000 And we've really headed them off at the pass here.

00:15:48.000 We have, from the beginning, exposed these dastardly characters.

00:15:53.000 And so they don't know how to deal with it.

00:15:56.000 Hundreds of nations have fallen to tyranny in the last century alone.

00:16:06.000 This is our last chance to not relive history.

00:16:09.000 As we're finishing off this agenda, they'll be pulling the rug from underneath Americans at home.

00:16:14.000 We have tremendous influence on our President and Congress, and they really are calling the shots.

00:16:20.000 I think it's incumbent upon all of us Tim Geithner, Bernanke, they're arsonists!

00:16:24.000 They're asking for more matches!

00:16:25.000 Fall of the Republic identifies the enemies of our nation.

00:16:28.000 The criminal offshore cartel held bent on destroying sovereignty and on its ashes constructing world government.

00:16:35.000 Tim Geithner, Bernanke, they're arsonists.

00:16:38.000 They're asking for more matches.

00:16:39.000 And the Congress is saying, who do we make the checkout to?

00:16:42.000 Today seems like nobody does care.

00:16:44.000 And right now in Washington, D.C., we have seen a fall of the republic.

00:18:01.000 citizen is predicting that in 2011, we will witness the most important day in America in more than 50 years.

00:18:11.000 The way you shop, travel, invest, educate your children, and even how you take care of your health and your own family.

00:18:16.000 Now this man has made some outrageous predictions over the years.

00:18:19.000 The crazy part is, he's usually right.

00:18:22.000 You see, he predicted the collapse of GM, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and America's biggest mall owner, General Growth Properties.

00:18:28.000 In fact, Barron's called his work a dire prophecy.

00:18:31.000 Recently, he created a video, which you can watch online for free, detailing his biggest and most important prediction yet.

00:18:37.000 And it's a real eye-opener.

00:18:39.000 I can't stress this enough.

00:20:13.000 I have sworn upon the altar of God eternal hostility against every form of tyranny over the mind of man.

00:20:23.000 Thomas Jefferson.

00:20:24.000 It's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:20:30.000 Okay, I'm gonna boil this down real simply and then read these articles and give you even more backstory to give you full spectrum analysis and breakdown on what we're facing.

00:20:41.000 Criminal corporate financial oligarchs made major inroads by financing JP Morgan, the Rockefellers and others in the 1860s and forward.

00:20:54.000 The robber barons then controlled the Western expansion.

00:20:58.000 They set up monopolies and ever since then put out public reports that we've covered and posted and had historians on about breaking down the fact that they wanted to overthrow our Republican form of government.

00:21:12.000 Our Constitutional Republic.

00:21:14.000 This is historical fact.

00:21:16.000 They didn't even try to hide it.

00:21:17.000 They financed eugenics, which meant survival of the fittest. 0.99

00:21:21.000 They believed it was their right to rule, dominate, kill whoever they want.

00:21:24.000 If they can do it, that gives them the right.

00:21:27.000 Might makes right.

00:21:29.000 They already believed they were gods.

00:21:31.000 They were financed by the Rothschilds and British royalty and Dutch royalty.

00:21:36.000 That's the main power centers of the Western system.

00:21:39.000 The Vatican plays into that to a certain extent.

00:21:43.000 Especially more in modern times.

00:21:45.000 But that main power structure and that system of governance came out of England.

00:21:50.000 The concentration camp was invented on the Native Americans, picked up by the British after that.

00:21:56.000 Now, they have gone for global financial domination by building giant bubbles of currency and derivatives garbage.

00:22:07.000 that is backed up by the US military and US taxpayers.

00:22:12.000 They got the whole world to buy into it.

00:22:14.000 And now they're saying, go along with what we say, or we'll totally implode the world economy overnight.

00:22:21.000 They've said it publicly in every country, the US in 2008, right through Iceland, right through Greenland, right through Ireland, right through Greece, now into Spain, into Portugal.

00:22:34.000 Portugal's raiding private pension funds.

00:22:37.000 They're now taking private pension funds, bringing them into government control, and taking a large portion of it and calling it government protection of the funds.

00:22:45.000 That's in Der Spiegel and Associated Press last night.

00:22:49.000 And it's the same banks.

00:22:50.000 When you hear about European banks, that's U.S.

00:22:53.000 banks.

00:22:53.000 That's globalist banks.

00:22:55.000 That's the six big megabanks that we're dealing with.

00:22:59.000 Now they've committed this takeover.

00:23:02.000 On the way up, when the bubble was expanding, they bought up the planet, paid people off.

00:23:06.000 Now they're holding the planet hostage saying, give us unlimited trillions, they call them bailouts.

00:23:12.000 The media then turns it around and acts like the public owes this money.

00:23:15.000 But they're really not even bailouts, it's lies within lies.

00:23:18.000 It is direct global taxes to the six megabanks through their international consortiums of the IMF and World Bank.

00:23:25.000 And the U.S.

00:23:26.000 arm, the Federal Reserve.

00:23:28.000 The World Bank is more of the U.S. 0.91

00:23:29.000 arm internationally of the Federal Reserve, but it's all interconnected.

00:23:33.000 The IMF is mainly European and international as you go to the East.

00:23:38.000 This is all Trilateral Commission breakdown information.

00:23:41.000 It's all public. 0.99

00:23:42.000 The stuff they think you're stupid, they think you don't care, they hide it in plain view for anybody that cares. 1.00

00:23:46.000 Their architecture, their battle plans are all there. 1.00

00:23:49.000 Because they think so little of you.

00:23:52.000 Because they know you're designed to face a foreign enemy who wears a uniform and comes at you with a rifle and a bayonet. 0.97

00:23:59.000 Not someone that comes at you in business suits.

00:24:02.000 Okay.

00:24:02.000 So we're continuing with economic hitmen before I get into this huge FEMA camp news.

00:24:06.000 You have to understand why it's happening.

00:24:11.000 They are now admitting that the private banks have dominated Europe through fraud.

00:24:15.000 Our media, bought and paid for by them, hails it as cutesy.

00:24:21.000 They sit there and giggle about it on Bloomberg TV and radio.

00:24:24.000 They giggle about it on CNBC.

00:24:26.000 Oh, how it's undemocratic.

00:24:28.000 How Europe will never be able to vote its way out of this now.

00:24:31.000 Getting rid of all of their sovereignty.

00:24:33.000 How the Euro was only...

00:24:35.000 The receivership arm, now they're going to implode that scaffolding and bring it fully under banker control with value-added taxes, sales taxes, carbon taxes, family taxes, total social control, shutting off economies for social engineering. 0.99

00:24:50.000 They want you dependent.

00:24:51.000 Period.

00:24:53.000 Global plantation.

00:24:54.000 Now, patriots discovered this in the 1950s and 60s, namely Joseph McCarthy.

00:25:02.000 Who was demonized, and who did have problems like anybody, and who did, they allowed him to persecute innocent people, because that created a new form of censorship in the name of countering communism, which actually brought us into authoritarianism in the name of fighting another authoritarianism.

00:25:19.000 It was a Hegelian dialectic of problem, reaction, solution.

00:25:22.000 But the minute he discovered, I'm getting chills right now, this has even been in the New York Times and Moscow Times now.

00:25:27.000 The minute he discovered that the Pentagon was funding the Russians, And that the Pentagon and Armand Hammer and the Rothschilds and Rockefellers were running it all so that Russia had a pretext to clamp down and so we had a pretext to be clamped down on, but that it was all a huge Hegelian dialectic of full-spectrum dominance. 0.78

00:25:48.000 The minute he said that, they destroyed him in the hearings.

00:25:52.000 They said, you're saying the Army's doing this.

00:25:54.000 Now in hindsight, they've declassified the GRU and KGB files five years ago.

00:26:00.000 International headlines.

00:26:01.000 McCarthy was right.

00:26:03.000 It was all true.

00:26:04.000 But again, it's cutesy.

00:26:06.000 It's all very cutesy.

00:26:11.000 But because of people warning the population and understanding it, Understanding that mega-rich want socialism and communism and collectivism and communitarianism and Agenda 21 for the general public to make us dependent on them.

00:26:27.000 They sit international and are exempt from that. 0.98

00:26:30.000 and are exempt from taxes as you see.

00:26:32.000 Then they lobby for more taxes telling the poor you'll get wealth redistribution with all this conspicuous consumption that they see and are licking their lips for if you get rid of the middle class who the poor believe is rich.

00:26:44.000 They're actually the only group still employing the poor, still buying things from them.

00:26:49.000 That service economy must be eradicated and it is.

00:26:52.000 This is a philosophy of total degradation.

00:26:55.000 Now I will give you the top news.

00:26:58.000 My point is The globalists have been very arrogant and very out in the open in their white papers about vaccines that sterilize fluoride in the water to increase cancer, lower fertility, dumb everybody down.

00:27:16.000 They've all been very honest about this because they have total contempt for you.

00:27:21.000 Total contempt that you're not going to go read that because it's not, you know, the latest sitcom or drama or woman's show or men's soap opera, you know, basically football.

00:27:36.000 They think that you deserve it.

00:27:39.000 And so they just hide it in plain view.

00:27:41.000 But because the globalists know that when they bring in this total collapse, people are going to get angry, there's going to be a move to restore the republic, there's going to be a move to unroot them that have engineered this publicly, that they have built FEMA camps, they have continuity of government programs, they have mass arrest programs, they've tried to train the military and police to go along with this, they've federalized things, they've put in the surveillance grid.

00:28:09.000 They've got different ways they can roll it out.

00:28:10.000 A staged bio attack, a staged chemical attack, other terror attacks, mass shootings, blamed on domestic groups.

00:28:17.000 They've got a whole constellation of systems they can use to psyop people into going along with this. 0.60

00:28:26.000 Because they've committed these crimes, they've committed this economic espionage, this economic invasion, this economic program of globalization, deindustrialization, and all of it, so they can consolidate all power and leave no enemy standing.

00:28:41.000 They see anybody with a business, anybody independent, as the enemy. 0.88

00:28:45.000 It's a scorched earth policy of kill the buffalo, let the red man starve. 1.00

00:28:51.000 It's a scorched earth policy. 0.95

00:28:52.000 Research what that is.

00:28:56.000 You may be arrested and or subject to other police action.

00:29:05.000 Tyranny is here.

00:29:06.000 The grim future foretold in 1984 has become reality.

00:29:09.000 It really says that the state is God.

00:29:12.000 The United States is now recognized globally as one of the most oppressive police states on Earth.

00:29:18.000 This film conclusively proves the existence of a secret network of FEMA camps now being expanded nationwide.

00:29:25.000 This documentary exposes how the continuity of government program has established an all-powerful shadow state.

00:29:31.000 Police State 4 chronicles the sickening depth to which our republic has fallen.

00:29:35.000 Prepare to enter the secretive world of emergency dictatorship.

00:29:39.000 Body scanners, sound cannons, citizen spies, stage terror, and cameras on every street corner.

00:29:45.000 It's only the beginning of the New World Order's hellish plan. 0.92

00:29:49.000 The police state isn't coming.

00:29:51.000 It's here.

00:33:16.000 Thank you, Chairman.

00:33:22.000 Please begin your testimony.

00:33:25.000 You are ready.

00:33:25.000 Thank you, Chairman.

00:33:27.000 Let's just listen to the first couple of remarks.

00:33:31.000 Members of the committee, like all of you, I am devastated by the enormous impact on many people's lives resulting from the events surrounding the MF global bankruptcy.

00:33:42.000 I think.

00:33:43.000 Of course, my distress and sadness pale in comparison to the losses and hardships that customers, farmers and ranchers and others, employees and investors have suffered.

00:33:55.000 Their plight weighs on my mind every day.

00:33:58.000 Unbelievable!

00:33:59.000 As the chief executive officer of MF Global at the time of its bankruptcy, I truly apologize to all those affected.

00:34:06.000 Before I address what happened, I must make it clear that since my departure from MF Global on November 3rd this year, I have not had access to many of the relevant documents, which are essential to my being able to testify accurately about the chaotic days preceding the declaration. which are essential to my being able to testify accurately The members should also understand that the committee turned down my request to testify voluntarily in January.

00:34:34.000 I had hoped that by that time I would have obtained and reviewed relevant records so that I could be more helpful to the committee.

00:34:43.000 While I intend to be responsive to the best of my ability today, without adequate time and materials to prepare, I may be unable to respond to various questions members might pose.

00:34:56.000 Other questions, given my specific role in the company, will be questions for which I simply have no personal knowledge.

00:35:02.000 Make it very clear, many of your questions may well be ones I myself have.

00:35:09.000 When I joined the company in late March 2010, MF Global was primarily a voice-based broker that provided execution and clearing services for products traded in derivative markets and exchanges around the world.

00:35:21.000 I'd like to comment on what he's already said.

00:35:23.000 The firm had reported losses in five consecutive quarters before I arrived.

00:35:27.000 What he's doing is he's already pleading the fifth.

00:35:31.000 Isn't it wonderful?

00:35:32.000 He was going to wait until January.

00:35:35.000 Oh yeah, as everything got further and further away from the news.

00:35:39.000 Then he could slime in.

00:35:41.000 Yeah, Kauzein could slime in in January after this thing blows over a little bit.

00:35:49.000 And oh, how sorry he is.

00:35:51.000 Yeah, his heart is bleeding.

00:35:54.000 He's worth, what, a half a billion dollars.

00:35:57.000 Yes, how about coming up with the money to cover the losses that the rest of us took?

00:36:02.000 Gerald Solente is our guest.

00:36:04.000 We just came back live.

00:36:06.000 And so Corzine basically has come in and taken the fifth, as the Washington Post reported that he would take the fifth.

00:36:13.000 And he told the Washington Post that his lawyers did.

00:36:15.000 They don't know where the money is.

00:36:16.000 So how convenient.

00:36:17.000 The money is taken out of the accounts.

00:36:20.000 In early November, he leaves and now he doesn't know anything because he left the company and he's the one that made the 40 to 1 bet.

00:36:28.000 This is unbelievable.

00:36:30.000 Gerald Celente is our guest breaking this down.

00:36:33.000 I mean, so this is our worst fears.

00:36:35.000 They're trying to set the precedent, Gerald.

00:36:37.000 And of course, for those who just joined us, you lost over six figures from your own private account that The large Chicago Mafia exchange, the CMT, the Chicago Trading Group, the Chicago Mercantile had come out and said, oh, we're always going to cover everything.

00:36:54.000 It's all insured.

00:36:56.000 Now you're being told it's not insured, it's your money.

00:36:59.000 What type of precedent does this set?

00:37:02.000 Where does this go from here?

00:37:03.000 We haven't talked to you in a week and a half.

00:37:05.000 What have you learned?

00:37:06.000 Well, I've learned what I learned before.

00:37:08.000 And that's what I'm telling everybody.

00:37:10.000 Your money isn't safe. 0.99

00:37:11.000 And for all you jerks out there shooting your mouth off that don't know what you're talking about, they've never had a seller like this in the history of the commodity exchange in 150 years. 0.99

00:37:23.000 And I wasn't speculating. 0.99

00:37:25.000 I made a deal to pick up delivery. 0.99

00:37:27.000 And all those jerks out there that say I should have known better. 0.99

00:37:32.000 Yeah, how about this one? 1.00

00:37:34.000 All those jerks in New Jersey that voted in this. 1.00

00:37:39.000 Don Corzine as Senator and Governor, you should have known better too! 1.00

00:37:44.000 And all you other jerks out there, like the Obama Administration, that welcomes Corzine into the White House and has him throw $35,000 a plate dinners, yeah, they should have known better too! 0.98

00:37:56.000 Yeah, everybody but me should have known, I should have known, nobody else should have known, that Corzine was giving us the chef! 0.99

00:38:04.000 So let's go back and play this over.

00:38:07.000 So these committee hearings begin with a guy asking a question, a congressman, who said he didn't know until today that Gary Gensler, the head of the Commodities Future Trading Commission, was a lieutenant of Don Corzine when Corzine ran the Goldman Sachs gang back in the 90s.

00:38:27.000 He didn't know that, the guy asking questions.

00:38:30.000 Then the question he asked was, well you had a meeting back with Gary Gensler and John Corzine several months ago.

00:38:38.000 Do you have notes of that meeting?

00:38:41.000 And here's what the woman who they're questioning, and you know why they're questioning this woman and not questioning Gary Gensler?

00:38:49.000 Gary's gone!

00:38:51.000 Gary had to go on an important trip!

00:38:55.000 That's like asking a soldier from the Don what the Don was thinking.

00:39:00.000 So they don't even have Gensler there today.

00:39:03.000 Here's what she said.

00:39:04.000 No substantive issues were discussed.

00:39:08.000 Hey, Sweetie Pie! 1.00

00:39:10.000 What are you talking about?

00:39:11.000 No substantive issues were discussed?

00:39:14.000 What was this meeting about?

00:39:16.000 What the Yankees were gonna do in spring training?

00:39:19.000 I mean, come on!

00:39:21.000 You don't get the two people together, the head of the Chicago Futures, the head of the Commodities Future Trading Commission, and...

00:39:30.000 One of the top guys of the biggest trading firms in the world together to talk about nothing.

00:39:36.000 Let's put this in layman terms though, Gerald, why this is so big.

00:39:40.000 To explain this, and this was out a month ago, the head of the CFTC who is there to regulate this is the former lieutenant Of Don John Corzine, the Obama money bag man, who sets up MF Global, grabs a bunch of other companies, buys them, and then steals private bank accounts, which they admit is totally illegal, and was supposedly insured.

00:40:05.000 Now they say they don't know where the money is.

00:40:07.000 They're talking to his lieutenants, and they're saying, oh, what was at this meeting?

00:40:10.000 Oh, I don't know.

00:40:11.000 Nothing substantive.

00:40:13.000 He gets there and says, I know nothing.

00:40:15.000 I left the company a month ago when all this imploded, so I know nothing, when he's the one who was heading it up and takes the fifth. 0.95

00:40:22.000 I mean, this is so incredibly ridiculous. 0.93

00:40:26.000 And it goes further. 0.97

00:40:28.000 The head of the CFTC who's disappeared, maybe he's in Paraguay, the head of the CFTC, maybe he's the boys with Brazil down there with the old Nazis, I don't know. 0.75

00:40:38.000 It now turns out, Reuters reports, that he was invested in MF Global.

00:40:43.000 So this is, Gerald, this is, like you said, 150 years of the mercantile.

00:40:48.000 This has never been done.

00:40:50.000 What's going on here?

00:40:51.000 What's happening?

00:40:52.000 And they got the trolls attacking you, of course.

00:40:54.000 They're attacking us.

00:40:55.000 They're saying it's good, the ATF now admits, that they did ship guns into Mexico to blame the Second Amendment.

00:41:01.000 They're like, the Second Amendment's who's bad because the government shipped guns into Mexico to blame it on it.

00:41:06.000 So that's always blame the messenger.

00:41:08.000 Gerald, this is huge.

00:41:10.000 Yes, it is.

00:41:10.000 So you know what they were talking about at this meeting?

00:41:14.000 They were talking about whether Don, John, the Governor Corzine could raid segregated accounts like mine.

00:41:23.000 That's what they were talking about.

00:41:26.000 And they don't, they don't think they have any notes.

00:41:29.000 Because, well, it was, according to that woman, you know, just a little idle chitchat. 0.96

00:41:34.000 No, this whole thing is a scam.

00:41:36.000 The whole system is collapsing.

00:41:39.000 It's collapsing in front of us.

00:41:41.000 So what I'm telling people, your money's not safe anywhere unless you got it in your pocket or under your mattress, because they're going to rob it from us. 0.96

00:41:52.000 And here's what these clowns in this commission that are asking these questions. 0.95

00:41:58.000 You know what they're saying? 0.98

00:41:59.000 Things like, Well, you know, we've learned a valuable lesson from this.

00:42:03.000 So how could we put better locks on the barn door so the horse doesn't escape?

00:42:09.000 And they're not even talking about hanging the horse thief!

00:42:14.000 Oh no, that's off limits!

00:42:15.000 No, no, here's Corzine, who ran out with the money in front of everybody, saying, I know nothing, and they don't even grill him.

00:42:23.000 It is unbelievable.

00:42:25.000 It's not unbelievable, it's what's happened.

00:42:28.000 Fascism has come to America.

00:42:30.000 It's the merger of state and corporate powers.

00:42:34.000 And you have no greater power than the money power.

00:42:38.000 During this time of Christmas, let us all remember That the only time Jesus Christ, the Prince of Peace, became angry and violent is when he picked up a whip and drove the money changers out of the temple.

00:42:56.000 And that's a fact!

00:43:02.000 Hundreds of nations have fallen to tyranny in the last century alone.

00:43:06.000 This is our last chance to not relive history.

00:43:09.000 As they're finishing off this agenda, they'll be pulling the rug from underneath Americans at home.

00:43:14.000 We have tremendous influence on our President and Congress, and they really are calling the shots.

00:43:20.000 I think it's incumbent upon all of us Tim Geithner?

00:43:23.000 Bernanke?

00:43:24.000 They're arsonists!

00:43:25.000 They're asking for more matches!

00:43:26.000 The whole of the republic identifies the enemies of our nation.

00:43:29.000 The criminal offshore cartel, hell-bent on destroying sovereignty and on its ashes constructing world government.

00:43:35.000 Tim Geithner, Bernanke, they're arsonists.

00:43:38.000 They're asking for more matches.

00:43:39.000 And the Congress is saying, who do we make the checkout to?

00:43:42.000 Today seems like nobody does care.

00:43:44.000 And right now in Washington, D.C., we have seen a fall of the Republic.

00:43:49.000 Get your copy of Fall of the Republic on DVD at InfoWars.com or watch it online right now in super high quality at PrisonPlanet.tv.

00:47:05.000 You're listening to the Alex Jones Broadcasting Network.

00:47:12.000 He's the T-Rex of political talk.

00:47:14.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:47:17.000 The GCN Radio Network.

00:47:47.000 All right, ladies and gentlemen, we are back live.

00:47:54.000 Thank you.

00:47:54.000 I was late getting back in the studio, running around out there getting some more articles together.

00:47:59.000 The next 25 minutes or so, we are joined by constitutional law expert Bruce Fine.

00:48:04.000 Then I'm going to go back to your calls and into the Iran situation.

00:48:08.000 Threatening to block off the Strait of Hormuz, the admitted Western military attacks inside the country.

00:48:15.000 We told you months ago that's what was happening, now it's admitted.

00:48:19.000 It was really going on years ago, but now it's accelerated.

00:48:23.000 We'll also get into what's happening with the economy.

00:48:25.000 But Bruce Fine joins us.

00:48:26.000 He's a lawyer who specializes in constitutional international law.

00:48:31.000 And of course he's written articles for Slate, New York Times, Legal Times, The Washington Times.

00:48:36.000 He's an expert on civil liberties.

00:48:38.000 He's involved with the American Enterprise Institute and the Heritage Foundation.

00:48:41.000 Both conservative think tanks as an analyst and commentator.

00:48:45.000 And of course he's also an author.

00:48:47.000 He is Ron Paul's chief legal advisor on the Constitution and Bill of Rights.

00:48:52.000 And Americanfreedomagenda.org is one of his sites.

00:48:56.000 And he joins us now to talk about the State of the Union.

00:48:59.000 Going back when he was on with us, I don't know, four or five months ago, he talked about Obama launching military operations and saying he didn't need Congress.

00:49:07.000 Uh, to do that, that he, quote, did it for the credibility of the U.N.

00:49:11.000 I mean, what a slap in the face.

00:49:13.000 What treason that he became the head of the Security Council, violating Article 1, Section 9, flaunting it.

00:49:19.000 The news even admitted that.

00:49:20.000 Uh, now we enter a new phase, and Obama says he'll veto the sections of the National Defense Authorization Act, where the military can arrest U.S.

00:49:29.000 citizens.

00:49:30.000 The whole world's a declaration of war against the world. 0.98

00:49:33.000 Kill anybody anywhere, including NORTHCOM here in the U.S.

00:49:37.000 So all of that's in there.

00:49:39.000 But Obama came out and said, I may not sign it because I'm the president and I have that authority to kill citizens outside of law or courts or anything, anywhere in the world.

00:49:49.000 So I don't need Congress.

00:49:51.000 So the media tried to spin it as, oh, Obama's for the Bill of Rights Constitution.

00:49:57.000 No, the press release his lawyers put out last week, we covered it here, said something entirely different.

00:50:03.000 We'll get Bruce Fein's breakdown on this and get his take on the Ron Paul campaign.

00:50:07.000 Bruce, thanks for coming on with us today.

00:50:08.000 Well, thank you for inviting me.

00:50:10.000 Wow, things are really accelerating.

00:50:12.000 Were you shocked by this legislation?

00:50:13.000 And give us your expert take on it and where this takes us.

00:50:17.000 Yes, and I want to take it from how we interpret the President's threat to veto.

00:50:23.000 This is before the legislation was passed by the Congress.

00:50:28.000 The President claimed, as you indicated, authority unilaterally to assassinate any American anywhere in the world on his say-so alone based upon secret facts.

00:50:38.000 Secret law saying so-and-so is an imminent danger to the security of the United States.

00:50:43.000 You don't have to be on a battlefield.

00:50:45.000 You don't have to be involved in hostilities.

00:50:47.000 You don't even have to be accused of a crime, because Mr. Milwaukee had never been indicted.

00:50:51.000 He had never been subject to any even formal arrest warrant, anything like that.

00:50:55.000 Neither was this 16-year-old kid who was vaporized a few days later.

00:50:59.000 I mean, this is a power that would have made King George III jealous.

00:51:03.000 And we overthrew King George III.

00:51:04.000 This is a power that every tyrant I would crave and celebrate.

00:51:08.000 I can kill any of my citizens any time I want based on secret facts and secret law.

00:51:14.000 And on imminent danger, I mean, he'd been on the list at Waukee for over a year.

00:51:18.000 And imminent danger, I mean, imminent means it's going to happen immediately.

00:51:21.000 It shows the Orwellian use of language by the Obama administration.

00:51:25.000 That's before.

00:51:26.000 He also claimed the absolute authority to decide on his own whether he did capture an American citizen or a non-citizen in the United States based upon some suspicion that he said there's shows involvement in international terrorism.

00:51:40.000 He could decide on his whim, I'll try you in a civilian court and prosecute you, or I'll try you in a military court, military commissions and prosecute you.

00:51:50.000 I can just flip one way or the other and you can't constrain me.

00:51:53.000 That was before the legislation.

00:51:56.000 So what he objected to in the legislation wasn't The idea that no president should have this omnipotent authority.

00:52:04.000 He was furious that Congress thought it had any faith to try to constrain him in any way.

00:52:10.000 Because Congress was trying to limit his ability to flip detainees from the military system to civilians.

00:52:15.000 So he wasn't defending civil liberty, he was destroying the last vestige of checks and balances and separation of powers by saying, Congress, you have no authority to try to limit me in any way I want, whatever I claim I'm fighting a war.

00:52:29.000 I am.

00:52:30.000 I am the law.

00:52:31.000 You know, it's like Louis XIV of the state.

00:52:33.000 C'est moi.

00:52:34.000 It's me.

00:52:34.000 And you know, the press, instead of understanding that, thinks now he's become an ACLU civil libertarian by me joining the legislature.

00:52:44.000 Incredible.

00:52:45.000 That's what's so amazing.

00:52:46.000 He's saying, no, because you're trying to follow the Constitution, even though this is unconstitutional, the way you're trying to pass it's constitutional.

00:52:54.000 I'm not going, and his lawyer said that, and the media went along with this. 0.88

00:52:59.000 Bruce, do you think it's because they are ignorant or because they want to protect him? 0.84

00:53:03.000 Well, I think it's a combination. 1.00

00:53:06.000 Several of them, I think, truly are just totally ignorant. 0.99

00:53:12.000 But others, clearly, they do not like Congress. 0.98

00:53:19.000 And this is a way in which they can try to paint Congress the do-nothing Congress, whatever.

00:53:25.000 That's in part, here, it's not a do-nothing Congress.

00:53:30.000 They do not like the Tea Party conservative slant in the Congress, although this is the opposite of that.

00:53:36.000 And so this is just another chance to slam the Congress of the United States, certainly, when they see something that isn't, that slights Obama.

00:53:46.000 Uh, but a lot of it is just lavishness to the President.

00:53:50.000 And I think also it's unfortunate that it's not limited to Obama.

00:53:54.000 I think the President in general has become cheerleaders for kings and queens, for omnipotence in the executive branch and assailing Any suggestion that self-government really ought to have any sway, because after all, these platonic guardians in the White House and the Oval Office should tell us how to live.

00:54:09.000 You know, whether we should have spinach or broccoli and rules and regulations that Congress never touches yet have enormous consequences for the economy.

00:54:19.000 It is a very, very arrogant, condescending attitude of government.

00:54:23.000 The precise attitude That provoked the American Revolution in 1776.

00:54:27.000 I mean, the Founding Fathers, if they saw this piece of legislation, the President, during that time, they would have impeached the President in less than 24 hours.

00:54:38.000 Bruce, obviously the system knows that the derivatives, the too-big-to-fails, the crony capitalism is coming down, and we're seeing an acceleration of agendas that you and I and Ron Paul and many others have warned about and been laughed at.

00:54:53.000 Now, people aren't laughing.

00:54:54.000 I mean, does it have to get really bad before it gets better?

00:54:57.000 Where do you expect this to go?

00:54:59.000 I mean, do you expect them to be able to implement stuff like this?

00:55:03.000 I mean, this does tell us a lot about The makeup of our government that they're attempting things like this.

00:55:10.000 Well it does, and it also is the most dangerous element here is what's become maybe a subtext of our national discourse, a risk-free society.

00:55:19.000 We can, anything that anybody says will make us safer is okay.

00:55:23.000 The rack and screw that results in vandalizing due process, detaining people without accusation or charge, anything you just yell, it makes us possibly safer even though it doesn't.

00:55:33.000 You know, to get away with it.

00:55:34.000 And that's just the opposite of what the Constitution is about.

00:55:37.000 The default position that the Founding Fathers wanted, that was revolutionary at the time, was that individual liberty is the default.

00:55:44.000 The government can't do anything unless it gives a really strong reason about why they should interfere with your physical and mental liberty and freedom.

00:55:52.000 It doesn't mean an insurmountable hurdle, but that's the default position is liberty.

00:55:56.000 Now, no.

00:55:58.000 government bigger bigger bigger tsa more screening whatever anything goes that will arguably make us safer you know you got to have some risk in life it takes risk when you get out of bed you know you could somebody could come up and drive a car when you're on the sidewalk well bruce as you know as you know historically i'd like you to speak to this briefly we tyrants always say it's for your own good and historically the greatest danger outside of natural death

00:56:23.000 the most unnatural death that we've seen has been death by government or enslavement or impoverishment by government I mean, this is the most dangerous thing.

00:56:32.000 As George Washington said, like fire, government is a dangerous servant and a fearful master.

00:56:39.000 That's exactly right, and that's why, and it's not to say that individuals can't perpetrate evil, they can, they can.

00:56:46.000 But in magnitudes of danger, the government is capable of vastly more wretchedness, destruction of liberty, death, than any private individual or group of individuals.

00:56:58.000 And that's why the government is the one where the greatest scrutiny has to be put upon.

00:57:02.000 And it was James Madison, just think about this, this is over 200 years ago, he pointed out and he warned.

00:57:09.000 He said the instruments of repression that are used initially to fight a foreign danger are invariably used by tyrants to destroy liberty at home.

00:57:18.000 This is the greatest pressure that has ever been uttered by an American statement.

00:57:23.000 He knew exactly what's going to happen.

00:57:25.000 So first, okay, we're just going to use these special procedures in Afghanistan and then Iraq, then Yemen, then Somalia.

00:57:31.000 And now they're on the American soil.

00:57:34.000 And what I fear, Alex, is that if there's anything like Another 9-11, or even somebody who stands up and says, alright, Iran's got nuclear weapons.

00:57:43.000 The president's going to declare Marshall Wong.

00:57:45.000 The president's going to declare Marshall.

00:59:51.000 Coast to coast, direct from Austin, you're listening to the Alex Jones Broadcasting Network.

01:00:01.000 And I'm fearful right now we have an American culture that's so effete in its defense of individual liberty and so willing to accept bachelors to some big brother government who yells safety.

01:00:11.000 that the president would get away with it.

01:00:13.000 Well, Bruce, that and Bruce, as you know, that's the entire architecture.

01:00:17.000 I'm going to skip this network break here.

01:00:19.000 So stations shouldn't cover this up.

01:00:20.000 It's a network break.

01:00:21.000 I'm going to skip it.

01:00:22.000 We only got you to the bottom of the hour.

01:00:23.000 And this is so important.

01:00:24.000 Constitutional law expert, congressional expert, Ron Paul's main advisor on legal issues, constitutional lawyer, Bruce Fine.

01:00:32.000 He's also an author.

01:00:33.000 Bruce, let's shift gears in the same area, but shifting gears.

01:00:37.000 Look at Newt Gingrich. 0.98

01:00:40.000 Newt Gingrich has been attacking Ron Paul, calling him a joke.

01:00:44.000 Donald Trump's been calling him a joke.

01:00:45.000 When Donald Trump is a joke, by any yardstick, Mr. Eminent Domain, Mr. Democratic Party contributor who claims he's a Republican, clearly a ringer.

01:00:56.000 But Newt Gingrich has now been endorsed by the former Federal Reserve head.

01:01:01.000 Of Kansas City, Herman Cain, and Newt Gingrich, who is for indefinite detention, torture, all of this, who's for carbon taxes, who's for all these different globalist things.

01:01:12.000 He is now the frontrunner.

01:01:14.000 Ron Paul's admitted number two now in Iowa and other states.

01:01:18.000 What's your view on Newt Gingrich and what's wrong with mainline Republicans or do you think these polls are a fraud?

01:01:24.000 How could any conservative with half a brain like Newt Gingrich?

01:01:30.000 I don't know. 0.90

01:01:31.000 This guy is the epitome of inside-the-beltway cynicism.

01:01:35.000 He'll say one thing one day, the other the next day.

01:01:38.000 He exploits all the political chicanery known to mankind. 0.99

01:01:43.000 A historian for Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae.

01:01:46.000 Forty, fifty million dollars that he gets out for lobbying Congress on his healthcare issue.

01:01:52.000 He's an egomaniac. 0.93

01:01:54.000 He cheats on his wife. 0.73

01:01:56.000 He claims that he's great for frugality and he has a Tiffany's bank account of $500,000.

01:02:00.000 He manipulates and utilizes non-profit organizations to benefit his political campaign and his profit-making organizations for free.

01:02:10.000 I mean, he spouts anything under the sun, no matter how glib yet absurd they are.

01:02:15.000 I mean, his statement, for example, the President should flout decisions of the U.S.

01:02:20.000 Supreme Court if he thinks they're wrong, you know?

01:02:23.000 Wow, that's really something.

01:02:24.000 This is somebody who is talking about Ron Paul as being a joke.

01:02:27.000 This guy would destroy the greatest conception of all constitutions in the history of the world.

01:02:33.000 Judicial Review in 1787.

01:02:35.000 And that's a whim of Newt Gingrich.

01:02:37.000 No, the President just sat back with the Supreme Court.

01:02:40.000 And you see how absurd that is?

01:02:41.000 Because he's at the same time saying, If the Supreme Court declares the health care bill unconstitutional, then it should fall!

01:02:48.000 At the same time, he's basically saying, well, Obama could just ignore it and implement his health care anyway.

01:02:53.000 I mean, the guy is a total intellectual jumble of contradictions and cynicism.

01:02:57.000 And I believe that the only reason that explains his rise is that he's not Mitt Romney.

01:03:03.000 And Mitt is so statuette.

01:03:05.000 He's so off-putting as a candidate.

01:03:07.000 They're sort of scrambling, the Republicans are, for somebody else.

01:03:10.000 And Newt is the candidate for that particular time.

01:03:13.000 But I believe as more of these words in Newt become more known and prominent, he will fall like a shooting star and a comet out of the sky and be destroyed because his character is so flawed that he simply cannot he will fall like a shooting star and a comet out of the sky and Amazing analysis, absolutely on target.

01:03:37.000 Looking at Newt Gingrich, it's like shark teeth.

01:03:40.000 All these different politicians come forward.

01:03:44.000 The public learns about them.

01:03:45.000 They fall away.

01:03:46.000 We've seen it with Perry, with Romney, with Newt, with Bachman, with all of them.

01:03:55.000 Only Ron Paul has stayed number one, number two, or number three in every straw poll, every scientific poll.

01:04:00.000 He now is, and I'm not just saying this because I'm a Ron Paul supporter, I'm always a realist, he really is the frontrunner in all the big polls.

01:04:07.000 He beats Obama handily.

01:04:09.000 I mean, he is the man.

01:04:11.000 He should be our next president.

01:04:13.000 He's been dead on about why we're in so much trouble.

01:04:15.000 He's the only candidate that will actually address it.

01:04:18.000 And if we don't elect Ron Paul, if the power structure doesn't elect Ron Paul, I mean, as corrupt as the power structure is, they can't just keep robbing and stealing.

01:04:27.000 They're going to kill the golden goose.

01:04:30.000 Your take on that?

01:04:30.000 Yeah, I think that's right.

01:04:32.000 But the history of empire is the history of self-ruination.

01:04:35.000 But I certainly agree with your assessment of Ron Paul.

01:04:38.000 And this is what I can say with 100% firsthand certainty.

01:04:44.000 He is the only candidate who's not running for self-apprentice.

01:04:47.000 He's the only candidate who's not driven by ego-main.

01:04:50.000 He's the only candidate that we know, when he's in the Oval Office and he makes a decision, he will be made based upon what he thinks are best for the nation and those yet to be born.

01:05:58.000 Dr. Monkton, - Moncton, the leading expert and champion of exposing this 21st century authoritarianism that looked invincible just five years ago, but is now flailing in its apparent death throes, but still clinging to life and still but is now flailing in its apparent death throes, but still clinging to life and And with him in Durban, South Africa, where they're having this conference, is Mark Moreno of Climate Depot, the leading

01:06:28.000 group here in the United States and of course he's been an advisor to the Congress as well.

01:06:32.000 Lord Monckton of course was one of the chief advisors to Margaret Thatcher.

01:06:35.000 He's a journalist and researcher as well as an inventor.

01:06:38.000 And again he joins us from this International Climate Court of Justice.

01:06:43.000 Now they have courts and we must pay a price to the earth which means paying money to Al Gore and others.

01:06:50.000 Lord Monckton thank you for joining us.

01:06:52.000 It's a real pleasure Alex.

01:06:54.000 In fact, the authoritarianism of the UN knows no bounds.

01:06:59.000 On entirely arbitrary grounds, they tried to ban me from the conference once I arrived here.

01:07:05.000 So I went away, and we got a plane, and I dropped in by parachute instead.

01:07:11.000 And they weren't used to dealing with that.

01:07:13.000 And it's had massive publicity around the world, and the UN is now looking very silly indeed for having tried to ban me on an entirely trumped-up nonsense which they've now had to back off from.

01:07:24.000 Well, that's amazing, and this isn't the first time they've tried this, is it?

01:07:30.000 No, they're always doing this.

01:07:31.000 The fact is that we are now the Committee for a Constructive Tomorrow, which is the environmental charity that I come here with, which has real projects to help the poor people of Africa and of Latin America.

01:07:45.000 It's not just a pressure group.

01:07:48.000 They are the only organisation here which disagrees with what I'm going to call the Marxist Party line, what they would call the scientific consensus.

01:07:58.000 Let's call it what it is, the Marxist Party line, on this whole climate nonsense.

01:08:04.000 And so they always do harass us.

01:08:07.000 I mean, four or five years ago in Bali, where I had booked a room for press conferences through the UN Secretariat, We were in a press conference one day, very well attended, when along came the Chief of the Secretariat and said, you can't have press conferences in this room.

01:08:23.000 And I said, but we booked these in good faith.

01:08:25.000 And they said, we don't care, yours is the wrong message and we'll have you arrested if you go on giving out the wrong message.

01:08:31.000 That's the kind of thing that the UN does to us every time.

01:08:35.000 And you may remember in Copenhagen last year, I was knocked out by a policeman.

01:08:40.000 Not sure whether he was a Danish policeman or a UN policeman, but either way, I was hit from behind while walking away from the policeman in question.

01:08:48.000 There's no doubt they do not like hearing home truths about how their little scientific scam and fraud is collapsing, and how even if they were right on the science, the near-unanimous view in the peer review of literature is that, economically speaking, it's better to sit back, enjoy the sunshine, and do nothing.

01:09:08.000 But the real breaking news here at this conference, Alex, is the extraordinary story that in the 138-page document To which the US bureaucrats fondly think the various member states, all 194 of them, of the Framework Convention on Climate Change are going to agree.

01:09:26.000 There are now provisions for protecting the rights, not of people, not of animals, not of plants, but of Mother Earth.

01:09:34.000 We're now in straightforward, old-fashioned superstition territory now.

01:09:38.000 The rights of Mother Earth, and they're going to be enforced against the West only by a new international climate court.

01:09:48.000 Run by the UN with absolute power to order Western countries such as the United States to hand over money and to run their economies and their environments in whatever way the so-called causes.

01:10:02.000 this as you join us from South Africa but what just two or three months ago the UN said we want green helmets that will invade your country so now the UN and NATO will put some rebels in and then claim that they're a democratic group and NATO bombards and calls it peace and the peace president gets behind at Obama and they're talking about another peace prize because how great these so-called peace wars are.

01:10:25.000 And so I've also seen cases where these U.N.

01:10:27.000 carbon credits, as you know, in South America, Central America, and Africa, mainstream, even New York Times admits that they come in and kill the locals to take their property to then plant trees on it to save the earth.

01:10:39.000 I mean, isn't this just a new excuse for select Globalist, corporate, colonialism to invade and take over land but also then shut down real free market companies as we see power plants being shut down now all over the US and they're now admitting, okay, your prices are going up.

01:10:58.000 That's right.

01:10:59.000 Let's try and deal with the business of invading people's villages and moving out or killing the villagers.

01:11:06.000 This has happened not that far from here, in Uganda, where large areas of land were cleared so that the government of Uganda could claim, quite falsely, that the land was being used as what is called a carbon sink.

01:11:21.000 And all of this is the kind of nonsensical, topsy-turvy false accounting that leads to these ghastly actions where goons from governments and from the UN go in and shoot people who are on land that they want to take over and turn into a so-called carbon sink.

01:11:37.000 This is becoming Rather frightening, Alex.

01:11:40.000 As you know, I often have to calm you down and say, no, no, no, it's not as bad as all that.

01:11:44.000 Fact is that this UN conference has gone far, far further than any other in what is essentially a sustained, malevolent attack on the Free West.

01:11:58.000 The entire agreement is framed so that there's no question of democratic election of this world government that they're so rapidly establishing.

01:12:06.000 The thousand new bureaucracies that were created at Cancun are now all beavering away to undermine the West like tomite ants.

01:12:14.000 All of this is going on, and the most extreme document I've ever read is this latest one, with its criminal court, with its rights of Mother Earth, with the right of small island states to survive, the rising sea level, which, incidentally, Alex, has been rising at a dizzying rate equivalent to two inches per century over each of the last eight years, according to the latest satellite.

01:12:39.000 So that's not going to give them much problem, is it?

01:12:41.000 So all of this, fiction.

01:12:43.000 And all of this fraud is now being encapsulated in one giant document, which now says they, in effect, want to make the world colder by 2 Celsius degrees, which is 3 Fahrenheit degrees.

01:12:58.000 It's quite a big drop.

01:12:59.000 You're getting kind of on for a third of the way back to the last Ice Age, if you do that. 0.94

01:13:05.000 That would kill hundreds of millions, but that's what the lunatics, and that's the only word I can think of to describe them, the lunatics here, are arguing for.

01:13:13.000 They're arguing that carbon dioxide concentration should now be cut back to, effectively, not much more than 200 parts per million.

01:13:20.000 And that is the point at which plants and trees die, because they don't have enough carbon dioxide.

01:13:26.000 Let me stop you there, let me stop you there, because... It's quite extraordinary.

01:13:30.000 I mean, this is incredible.

01:13:33.000 I want you to really bore down into this because it's important.

01:13:36.000 You're there.

01:13:38.000 You've gotten the document.

01:13:39.000 You're breaking it down.

01:13:40.000 You were instrumental at the Copenhagen event helping get the document where they called for world government and almost doubling the cuts on carbon emissions in the third world that is an admitted, what, billion dead people over a decade death sentence.

01:13:53.000 This is a, really a, almost a military attack on infrastructure, on energy, that a foreign enemy, that's Stalin or Hitler, could never have dreamed of achieving. 0.67

01:14:03.000 And when you look at the carbon cycle, sunlight, water, carbon dioxide and oxygen, they've picked carbon dioxide, because folks know sunlight's good, water's good.

01:14:12.000 and that oxygen's good.

01:14:15.000 So they literally are teaching kids that carbon dioxide's evil.

01:14:18.000 They have all these video games where they fight carbon dioxide monsters.

01:14:22.000 But I want you to go back to what you just said and go over this document.

01:14:24.000 This is breaking news at your Science and Public Policy website and at Infowars as well.

01:14:30.000 And you guys are there in South Africa covering this, where they're openly saying they've said geoengineered things if need be, because I know the world's already in a very low carbon dioxide right from what it's been in past millennia, and actually cut it.

01:14:46.000 I mean, these people, it's like a science fiction movie, like they're demons from hell or something. 0.77

01:14:52.000 What they are, Alex, is certifiably insane. 0.93

01:14:56.000 There's really no other way of describing it.

01:14:59.000 To want to make the planet two degrees cooler, which is effectively what their target now means.

01:15:06.000 To want to take the level of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere down to the point where trees and plants will die.

01:15:14.000 To do these things, and to say that Western emissions of carbon dioxide must begin to decline immediately, and we must cut by, get this, more than 100% by 2050.

01:15:26.000 So there'll be no coal-fired power stations, no automobiles, no oil-fired power stations, no gas-fired power stations.

01:15:36.000 No industry.

01:15:37.000 No hospitals.

01:15:38.000 We will be straight back to the Stone Age, Alex, if they get away with this nonsense.

01:15:42.000 And without even the right to light a carbon-emitting fire in our caves.

01:15:47.000 And if we misbehave, the International Climate Court will be there to order the troops in to make sure that we shut down our industries.

01:16:01.000 When you're out on the road, the last place you want to be is on the road.

01:16:08.000 But if the unfortunate happens, you'll be glad you were wearing diamond gussets.

01:16:13.000 There's a place down in Tennessee where they make blue diamond gusset jeans.

01:16:58.000 Others don't.

01:17:01.000 You may be arrested and or subject to other police action.

01:17:05.000 Tyranny is here.

01:17:06.000 The grim future foretold in 1984 has become reality.

01:17:10.000 It really says that the state is God.

01:17:12.000 The United States is now recognized globally as one of the most oppressive police states on earth.

01:17:18.000 This film conclusively proves the existence of a secret network of FEMA camps now being expanded nationwide.

01:17:25.000 This documentary exposes how the continuity of government program has established an all-powerful shadow state.

01:17:30.000 Police State 4 chronicles the sickening depth to which our republic has fallen.

01:17:35.000 Prepare to enter the secretive world of emergency dictatorship.

01:17:39.000 Body scanners, sound cameras, citizen spies, stage terror, and cameras on every street corner.

01:17:45.000 It's only the beginning of the New World Order's hellish plan. 0.92

01:17:48.000 The police state isn't coming.

01:19:50.000 That's 800-409-5633 or eFoodsDirect.com forward slash Alex.

01:19:56.000 You can bet your life on eFoodsDirect.

01:19:59.000 Coast to coast, direct from Austin.

01:20:04.000 You're listening to the Alex Jones Broadcasting Network.

01:20:08.000 Now here is the really odd thing about this, Alex.

01:20:13.000 I'm not making this stuff up.

01:20:16.000 You may think this is so extreme that Monckton must have finally flipped his top and gone completely mad, or banged his head on landing off his parachute.

01:20:25.000 But no, I haven't.

01:20:27.000 All of this is actually in the document that I got from the UN's Documentation Centre, and it was available, provided you knew to ask for it, to any journalist who wanted a copy of it.

01:20:39.000 Not one of them.

01:20:41.000 In the world, as far as I know, has reported the detail that you'll find at scienceandpublicpolicy.org, at climatedepot.org, on your website, infowars.com.

01:20:55.000 We are the few people that are telling the world what is in this document.

01:21:02.000 Now, there's no incentive to me to make this stuff up.

01:21:04.000 up, because if I did, people would look at the document and say, "Oh no, it's just all fiction, he's just making it up." All of this is actually there.

01:21:12.000 It is plainly of interest to the peoples of the West, so that readers of the Times of London, the Times of New York, etc., would surely be intrigued to know this stuff, and yet, and here's the really sinister thing, not a word of any of this is appearing and here's the really sinister thing, not a word of any Why do you think that is, Alex?

01:21:33.000 Because I can't work it out.

01:21:35.000 Well, this is what's happened.

01:21:36.000 You got the secret Copenhagen text and torpedoed it.

01:21:40.000 You helped publicize the emails that got leaked.

01:21:42.000 And we've had several climate gates since then.

01:21:45.000 I think it's fleeing forward.

01:21:46.000 Instead of trying to get the incremental power grab, they see, and they've got national and international polls, as you know, coming out, that it's flipped completely.

01:21:54.000 In some cases, higher than 80% know it's pure bull.

01:21:57.000 People have now discovered They've now discovered that China makes no cuts, India, Mexico, a hundred plus other third world countries.

01:22:03.000 We all make cuts in the West.

01:22:04.000 They know it's a death sentence to our industry and they know insiders like General Electric that are on the President's Council, the same in your country, are exempt.

01:22:12.000 So they know what it is, a mafia power grab.

01:22:15.000 These people aren't even well-meaning socialists at the end of the day.

01:22:18.000 These are cold-blooded mafia people.

01:22:20.000 So I think you've answered your own question.

01:22:22.000 They're operating by stealth now and going for it all.

01:22:27.000 I mean, is that what you're seeing, or is that what your gut is?

01:22:30.000 I mean, what's the sense of them this time as they lash out and try to ban you from the conference?

01:22:36.000 I mean, are they showing even more fear of you and Mark Moreno than they normally do?

01:22:40.000 They are absolutely terrified.

01:22:41.000 I went to see Negumi Endo, who is the UN official that sent me an email, arbitrarily saying, you've been banned.

01:22:49.000 She didn't even say why I'd been banned.

01:22:52.000 She just said, we hope you will accept that this ban was appropriate.

01:22:55.000 Without telling us why it was we've been banned.

01:22:57.000 It turned out that I've been banned because she said I had been operating a video camera which I hadn't been operating and that I had been failing to obey instructions of UN officials when no UN official had given any instruction either to me or in my hearing.

01:23:15.000 Likewise they said I was harassing people when in fact in the end when I said this is an outrage and I will have to go to court and let you at least withdraw that one They backed off and said, OK, the allegation of harassment didn't have substance and wasn't pursued.

01:23:30.000 The fact was the entire thing was simply made up because they knew that if I got into that conference, which of course eventually I did by threatening to go to the court of KwaZulu-Natal, the High Court, and get an order telling the UN to behave because they hadn't complied even with the most elementary principles of natural justice.

01:23:50.000 They backed off pretty quick when I threatened to do that, so I got in, got this document, and wrote it up and got it out.

01:23:57.000 And they were trying very, very hard to stop it, because they knew that if anybody was going to expose this scam for exactly what it is, it was probably going to be somebody like me.

01:24:06.000 But yet again, they have failed.

01:24:09.000 And I can tell you this, Alex, it's rather like a funeral parlour.

01:24:15.000 In Copenhagen there were 30,000 people.

01:24:18.000 At the Cancun conference, probably 20 to 25,000.

01:24:22.000 Now, I think there were about 10,000 there.

01:24:26.000 The UN is claiming 15,000 were registered, but in fact quite a lot of them didn't even bother to turn up.

01:24:31.000 This whole process is collapsing as it collapses.

01:24:35.000 What we're seeing with these extremist documents Is the UN desperately trying to keep the process going by adding new and absurd commitments such as to go back halfway towards the last ice age and to reduce carbon dioxide concentrations to the point where trees and plants begin to die.

01:24:55.000 These extreme measures are simply, they are the death throes of this process.

01:25:02.000 That's really what it is.

01:25:03.000 Well in closing...

01:25:05.000 Yeah, they've become so entirely detached from any form of rationality or reality that they no longer understand how malevolent, how unpleasant, how anti-democratic, how anti-Western, and how downright unfair to the people and other creatures of this planet all of these measures that they propose would be.

01:25:27.000 They have lost the plot.

01:25:29.000 And I think the only thing we can do now, Alex, is to say that the UN and the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change must be closed down immediately and all of the bureaucrats, over thousands and tens of thousands of bureaucrats, hundreds of thousands and probably millions by now, living off the world's taxpayers, must all be kicked out and told to go and get a proper job.

01:25:54.000 Absolutely.

01:25:55.000 In closing, though, how do you expect them now to regroup and counter-strike?

01:26:00.000 You predicted them with all these new fear-mongering announcements.

01:26:04.000 Now they've had all these other climate gates, countless ones, frauds, confirmation of the previous frauds.

01:26:10.000 I mean, their credibility is shot.

01:26:12.000 But as you've said, tens of billions has been invested by the insider robber barons to try to consolidate power through their communist handmaidens.

01:26:22.000 And so they're not going to go away.

01:26:23.000 How do you expect them to reinvent themselves?

01:26:27.000 I think what they will do is they will, first of all, as usual, declare a success.

01:26:32.000 They're going to negotiate all through the night.

01:26:33.000 It's the usual tired public relations game plan.

01:26:36.000 They will emerge tomorrow morning with their ties around their ears, stubble on their cheeks, and a warm smile on their faces saying, we've done it.

01:26:43.000 But all they will do this time is simply Have what they did at Bali, which is another so-called roadmap, which is a way of kicking bureaucratic procedures into the long grass for a few years, from which I think this time it will never emerge again.

01:26:56.000 But they have a backup plan, which is the Rio Earth Summit, which is the 20th anniversary of the 1992 Rio Earth Summit, and this time I think they're going to try and put forward a binding treaty on biodiversity, which sounds all terribly gooey and friendly, And in that treaty on biodiversity they will craftily bundle all the climate stuff in the hope that nobody will notice.

01:27:21.000 However, UN bureaucrats and little Hitlers and dictators, I will be there in Rio and don't you dare try to keep me out by lies and cheating the next time round.

01:27:33.000 I will be reading every draft of this proposed treaty and if there is any If there is any of the nonsense in it that there was in the draft which was to be considered by people here at Durban, then I will be exposing it all across the world yet again.

01:27:49.000 After the Rio Summit in July, there is yet another of these annual conferences of the parties to the Framework Convention on Climate Change, scheduled for Qatar in December of next year, and I don't think that very many people will be going to that at all.

01:28:04.000 They'll be lucky to get 5,000 at that.

01:28:06.000 And I think this process is now dying on its feet as the science collapses.

01:28:12.000 The economics have never been there.

01:28:13.000 The vast majority of economic opinion says it's much better to do nothing than to try to prevent global warming by taxing, trading, regulating, reducing or replacing CO2.

01:28:23.000 And so I think that the scare is now pretty much over.

01:28:27.000 And the next thing that I will be arranging is to make sure that certain bogus scientists and bogus UN officials ...who have clearly committed specific frauds, scientific and economic frauds, as part of this so-called process, will be reported to the police in their respective countries.

01:28:48.000 We've got a whole project now to do this, and we will be sending these people for trial, and we hope that the judges, on hearing just what they've been up to, will send those who are guilty of fraud to jail.

01:29:01.000 Hey everybody, Alex Jones here.

01:29:03.000 If you're looking for the perfect Christmas gift, listen up.

01:29:57.000 A very wealthy U.S. citizen is predicting that in 2011, we will witness the most important day in America in more than 50 years.

01:30:09.000 He says it will change everything about our lives.

01:30:11.000 The way you shop, travel, invest, educate your children, and even how you take care of your health and your own family.

01:30:17.000 Now this man has made some outrageous predictions over the years.

01:30:20.000 The crazy part is, he's usually right.

01:30:22.000 You see, he predicted the collapse of GM, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and America's biggest mall owner, General Growth Properties.

01:30:28.000 In fact, Barron's called his work a dire prophecy.

01:30:32.000 Recently, he created a video, which you can watch online for free, detailing his biggest and most important prediction yet.

01:30:37.000 And it's a real eye-opener.

01:30:39.000 I can't stress this enough.

01:30:40.000 You should at least watch this free video online today.

01:30:43.000 He explains everything you need to know, including simple steps you can take to protect yourself.

01:31:31.000 With continued legislation threatening the sale of nano silver products, you can now produce pure and endless loyal silver with the Silver Lungs Generator.

01:31:41.000 Very easy to follow step-by-step instructions are provided, making production fast and simple.

01:31:46.000 Go to www.SilverLungs.com today and learn more about the breakthrough technology of the Silver Lungs Generator.

01:31:53.000 That's www.silverlungs.com.

01:31:56.000 Hundreds of nations have fallen to tyranny in the last century alone.

01:32:05.000 This is our last chance to not relive history.

01:32:09.000 As we're finishing off this agenda, they'll be pulling the rug from underneath the Americans at home.

01:32:13.000 We have tremendous influence on our President and Congress, and they really are calling the shots.

01:32:20.000 I think it's incumbent upon all of us Tim Geithner, Bernanke, they're arsonists!

01:32:23.000 They're asking for more matches!

01:32:24.000 to pay attention.

01:32:25.000 Fall of the Republic identifies the enemies of our nation.

01:32:28.000 The criminal offshore cartel, hell-bent on destroying sovereignty and on its ashes constructing world government.

01:32:35.000 Tim Geithner, Bernanke, they're arsonists.

01:32:37.000 They're asking for more matches.

01:32:39.000 And the Congress is saying, who do we make the checkout to?

01:32:41.000 Today seems like nobody does care.

01:32:43.000 And right now in Washington, D.C., we have seen a fall of the republic.

01:32:49.000 Get your copy of Fall of the Republic on DVD at InfoWars.com or watch it online right now in super high quality at PrisonPlanet.tv.

01:33:02.000 Coast to Coast, direct from Austin.

01:33:05.000 You're listening to the Alex Jones Broadcasting Network.

01:33:09.000 People see it as extreme or aggressive to call for the jailing of these people, but your estimates are well-researched.

01:33:34.000 I've seen other mainline estimates.

01:33:36.000 If you cut the carbon by the levels they talked about in Copenhagen, and as I've read over this new document, it's even more draconian in their flight forward, we're talking conservatively, as you've documented, a billion deaths This is bigger than Hitler, Stalin, Mao, and all other 20th century mass murder combined by an order of three or four times, conservatively.

01:33:56.000 And we have to understand, earlier when you mentioned what's going on in Africa and Latin America, it's in major news that governments and companies to get these carbon sinks and money are forcing people off their land, killing people, shooting them, And the news has come like, well, it's for the earth, I guess it's okay.

01:34:16.000 I mean, we've seen the Greenies come out, the London Guardian, everywhere, and endorse green fascism. 0.99

01:34:22.000 They say, yes, you bet we're going to arrest you for not doing what we say.

01:34:26.000 We're seizing control. 0.98

01:34:27.000 We're going to burn down...

01:34:29.000 Ski resorts! 0.96

01:34:31.000 Yeah, we're gonna arrest Moncton!

01:34:33.000 I mean, they are aggressive authoritarians, and they're not dressed like the Nazis, they're not dressed like the Soviets.

01:34:39.000 Every generation expects it to be looking the same.

01:34:41.000 This is our generation's Hitlers.

01:34:44.000 They've got to go to prison for the mass murder and eugenics, because you know, sir, at the end of the day, they're eugenicists. 0.98

01:34:50.000 They just want to cut, as State Department memorandum 200 says, the energy supplies of a third world that is a death sentence.

01:34:59.000 I'm sorry to be ranting!

01:35:00.000 What do you think?

01:35:01.000 No, well, I mean, I can quite understand, because here I am in South Africa, where the internet works occasionally, as we've just found out, and 80% of South Africa is lucky enough to have electricity, 20% still doesn't, but South Africa's electricity accounts for 60% of all the electricity consumed in Africa, which means that most countries in Africa have practically no electricity at all, except, of course, in the fancy air-conditioned government offices.

01:35:26.000 So we are seeing a conspiracy, if you like, by the world's governing class, the world's increasingly communistic or fascistic class politique.

01:35:37.000 Against the ordinary peoples of the world, and of course it's the poor who get hurt first. 0.97

01:35:42.000 As you were saying, the farmers of Uganda who are being kicked off their land and shot if they disagree by UN troops and Ugandan troops going in to create these entirely fictitious carbon sinks, which are complete nonsense.

01:35:57.000 And this is, of course, a worrying trend.

01:35:59.000 Now, it's very difficult to nail them down for genocide for what they're doing at the moment.

01:36:06.000 What we can do, however, is go after those scientists and bureaucrats who have been peddling deliberate scientific frauds.

01:36:16.000 And there are one or two, you can only do sort of one or two clear cases.

01:36:20.000 You start with those.

01:36:22.000 And you put those cases to the police with a lawyer and you say, here is the matter of the fraud, here is how they hope to make money from it, here is how much money they've made from it, and here is why it is definitely a scientific fraud, and here is independent scientific evidence that it is a fraud.

01:36:37.000 And then you get the prosecuting authorities to do their job on a relatively small number of really bad scientists who have got away with this so far because they think that the governing class of the world will protect them.

01:36:53.000 But no, it won't.

01:36:55.000 Once we pin down the few clearest frauds and report the various people in various countries that have perpetrated these frauds... It'll fall like dominoes!

01:37:06.000 Once their collars start to be felt, just a couple of them, a couple of senior ones, they will immediately back off and this entire process will collapse.

01:37:16.000 And having seen the horror, and I mean the horror, and the genocidal destruction which this agreement that they're being asked to sign here would entail, then it is absolutely now necessary for the sake of the life of humanity That this process is stopped at once and that's why we're thinking we now have to say no more Mr. Nice Guy.

01:37:42.000 If you are a scientist that has committed a fraud for the sake of getting more funding for yourself or your university or for the sake of going along with this scam because it gives you status and position which you wouldn't otherwise have, we are watching We are gathering the evidence and we will see you prosecuted.

01:38:02.000 And if you are guilty of fraud, then we will see you go to jail.

01:38:07.000 And in the UK, the minimum sentence for the kind of fraud that's being perpetrated here is at least 10 years imprisonment without the chance of parole.

01:38:16.000 Absolutely.

01:38:17.000 And look, they're guaranteed to end up going to prison someday because if they keep carrying out their plans, the crimes will be so great.

01:38:24.000 History shows they'll be resisted and then it won't be prison.

01:38:26.000 They're going to be facing something even more than that. 1.00

01:38:28.000 I mean, these people are true eugenicists, green Nazis, anti-human scum. 0.98

01:38:35.000 And Lord Monckton, we really appreciate your tireless effort crisscrossing the world in your great calling to stand up against these people. 0.98

01:38:42.000 Thank you for talking to us, and we look forward to talking to you in the future.

01:38:45.000 Thank you for breaking this electronic Berlin Wall of media blackout that's happening in the West, and we look forward to talking to you.

01:38:53.000 That's a wonderful description, Alex.

01:38:54.000 Electronic Berlin Wall.

01:38:56.000 That is exactly what it is.

01:38:58.000 These Marxist journalists who have One by one, the newspapers and electronic media of the West are now deliberately ganging together to throttle the West that nurtured them and destroy the lives of our people and the hopes of our industries and the future of our nations. 0.51

01:39:18.000 And we must, as you rightly say, fight and fight and fight again to save the rationality and reason Thank you so much Lord Monckton.

01:39:30.000 the free market and the prosperity of the West and the democracy, which we have until now been fortunate to be able to take for granted.

01:39:40.000 So God bless you, Alex.

01:39:42.000 I'm going to hand you over now to Mark Morano.

01:39:44.000 Thank you so much, Lord Monkton.

01:39:46.000 Wow, it is good to know that those guys are over there fighting because we wouldn't even have this information if they didn't go to every one of these conferences and be basically poked and prodded and abused by the miscreant security forces of these people.

01:40:02.000 And again, they're there in the same conference room.

01:40:05.000 Mark Morano is now coming over via the wonders of the Internet and joining us via Skype from Durban, South Africa to give us a breakdown from his perspective on exactly what's happening there.

01:40:20.000 But again, this is a...

01:40:23.000 News blackout on this, the most draconian.

01:40:26.000 You can read it at m4wars.com, climatedepot.com, scienceandpublicpolicy.org.

01:40:31.000 The document that reads like something out of a science fiction movie if you want to seize total control.

01:40:37.000 And now for a quick interview with Mark Moreno as well.

01:40:39.000 I know it's late at night over there, Mark.

01:40:41.000 Thank you for joining us, and thank you for breaking this blackout, this electronic Berlin Wall.

01:40:47.000 Thank you.

01:40:48.000 So you're back in the nest of authoritarian control freaks.

01:40:53.000 What's it like?

01:40:54.000 Well, as Maxwell Smart used to say, we're living in danger every minute.

01:40:58.000 We're being blacked out, threatened by security, threatened to be thrown out, threatened violence, but we're loving every minute of it.

01:41:04.000 This has been a situation where we go around in the media room, Lord Monckton and I, and almost to the mainstream media of the West is not interested.

01:41:13.000 They look at us as though we're some kind of aliens.

01:41:15.000 Our simple pitch is, we're global warming skeptics that are at this conference, and we're here to condemn it.

01:41:20.000 Would you like some balance in your reporting?

01:41:23.000 All the mainstream media is not interested, but the developing world's media is interested.

01:41:28.000 And I'm talking about Chinese media, South African media, Indian media, and some other African media we did.

01:41:36.000 It's amazing how the developing world is so receptive to this message.

01:41:40.000 In fact, we're on the front page of the South African newspaper.

01:41:43.000 We're the only climate skeptics at this conference.

01:41:46.000 So they get it, but the other media, we had a press conference on Wednesday where I released the Climate Depot A to Z report and I literally, from every letter of the alphabet, their claims not only are failing to materialize, the evidence is going the opposite direction.

01:42:01.000 We were heckled by UK Guardian reporters.

01:42:04.000 We were heckled by UN delegates.

01:42:06.000 We were heckled by Greenpeace who planted them in there.

01:42:08.000 The UN made us start the press conference late, and they stopped us, you know, cutting our time short.

01:42:14.000 They did not want us there, but we persevered.

01:42:17.000 We've made our presentation, the 61-page report, to the United Nations, and I told reporters there that this is now the level of medieval witchcraft.

01:42:26.000 Everywhere you look at the UN, it says more floods, more drought, more tornadoes, more hurricanes, and they all say we must act to stop this.

01:42:37.000 They actually believe, like the Aztecs, that we can slaughter people and have acts of legislation to change the weather. 0.74

01:42:45.000 The UN has reduced itself to medieval witchcraft at this point, where they're claiming they can control the weather.

01:42:52.000 This is the most bizarre conference of all of them.

01:42:54.000 Hey, most GCN listeners know that the future of Christmas shopping may quite well be that scary.

01:46:04.000 Tyranny is here.

01:46:06.000 The grim future foretold in 1984 has become reality.

01:46:10.000 It really says that the state is God.

01:46:12.000 The United States is now recognized globally as one of the most oppressive police states on Earth.

01:46:18.000 This film conclusively proves the existence of a secret network of FEMA camps, now being expanded nationwide.

01:46:24.000 This documentary exposes how the continuity of government program has established an all-powerful shadow state.

01:46:30.000 Police State 4 chronicles the sickening depth to which our Republic has fallen.

01:46:35.000 Prepare to enter the secretive world of emergency dictatorship.

01:46:39.000 Body scanners, sound cameras, citizen spies, stage terror and cameras on every street corner.

01:46:45.000 It's only the beginning of the New World Order's hellish plan. 0.92

01:46:48.000 The police state isn't coming.

01:47:02.000 Coast to Coast, direct from Austin.

01:47:05.000 You're listening to the Alex Jones Broadcasting Network.

01:47:11.000 They teach school children there shouldn't even be seasons now and they cry whenever they see housing developments.

01:47:18.000 I have family this has happened to.

01:47:19.000 They say they're murdering the bunny rabbits.

01:47:21.000 I mean it's incredible brainwashing.

01:47:24.000 Now I was talking to Lord Monckton obviously a few minutes ago who's there with you and he was describing this as violent death throes.

01:47:30.000 Do you concur with that analysis and what's the overall of these people?

01:47:36.000 Yeah, I mean, I've been to pretty much every conference since the Earth Summit in 2002, and then they've always picked exotic locations, even Bali, Indonesia, and South America.

01:47:46.000 And this is by far the conference with the least amount of energy, the least amount of interest, and a total boredom has set in because everyone knew going into this that there would be no world leaders here.

01:47:58.000 President Obama didn't come.

01:47:59.000 There were no Hollywood celebrities.

01:48:01.000 Angelina Jolie, Leonardo DiCaprio, Harrison Ford, even Al Gore, were all supposed to be here, and none of them showed up.

01:48:07.000 And this is just, it's in the death throes.

01:48:09.000 And I think what's happening now is a retooling of this entire environmental thrust.

01:48:14.000 And the Rio conference, which I believe will be the end of May into June of 2012, is going to be a shift where climate is now going to be rolled in to the larger issue of sustainable development, species, deforestation, and in a way this serves the UN purposes much better because instead of just focusing on the atmosphere and in a way this serves the UN purposes much better because Now they can control the oceans, now they can control roadways, land use, agriculture, you name it.

01:48:40.000 Under that rubric of sustainable development, they can cover it all.

01:48:44.000 And we cannot ever forget that it was Republican presidents who got us into this.

01:48:49.000 The first George H.W.

01:48:51.000 Bush in 1992 went to the first Earth Summit and committed the United States to these United Nations treaties, which then led to Kyoto, which then led the second George Bush, sent Colin Powell to the Earth Summit in Johannesburg, South Africa, which I was at.

01:49:05.000 The Bush family has done more to commit the United States to environmental and United Nations lunacy than all the Democrats combined.

01:49:14.000 And we have to look at our two top nominees and we have to get terrified.

01:49:19.000 Mitt Romney and Newt Gingrich are incapable of standing up to the United Nations, of standing up to the International Green Movement. - Thank you.

01:49:28.000 Mitt Romney, who had John Holdren as an advisor, is clueless.

01:49:31.000 Newt Gingrich, who has a new book coming out next year, has a climatologist named Catherine Hayhoe, who is a committed and embarrassing global warming alarmist.

01:49:41.000 Don't be fooled for a moment.

01:49:42.000 By Newt Gingrich's recent sounding of skepticism.

01:49:46.000 Neither of these candidates are equipped to handle this and it will be nothing more than a continuation of the disastrous policies of Bush 1 and Bush 2 if either of these Republicans get in.

01:49:57.000 Well, it's good to see you fired up and I've never seen you quite like this.

01:50:00.000 Certainly, you can smell blood with these fraudsters.

01:50:03.000 Of course, it was at the Rio de Janeiro conference, as you know, it was at 92, where Maury Strong publicly said, we're going to have a post-industrial world.

01:50:10.000 We are going to shut down the United States.

01:50:14.000 We are basically going to carry all of this out.

01:50:17.000 And that is exactly what they were basically able to do.

01:50:22.000 So looking at this, I wanted to bring up a couple of positive points that I've seen here in the U.S.

01:50:32.000 And that is the EPA on its own came out and said we're going to shut down most of the coal power plants.

01:50:37.000 Of course, those that aren't owned by insiders like General Electric.

01:50:40.000 Obama's had to back off on declaring carbon dioxide, at least from those, as deadly nerve gas poison that plants breathe.

01:50:46.000 But still, he's moving ahead with some of the shutdowns.

01:50:49.000 And of course, you know, the EPA was going to declare hay dust.

01:50:52.000 And any type of dirt or dust on your farm as $10,000 fines first offense, just a total way to shut down small farmers and ranchers.

01:51:00.000 The House passed by a giant margin today.

01:51:03.000 The Hill newspaper is reporting that they're not going to do that.

01:51:08.000 I mean, this is clearly just a way for this government mafia to make breathing evil, dust on a farm evil.

01:51:11.000 to make breathing evil, dust on a farm evil.

01:51:14.000 I mean, it is so incredible.

01:51:15.000 But more and more, this is a selective economic warfare attack by people that have said they want a post-industrial world and who've always hated the free market and capitalism.

01:51:25.000 Yeah, this is death by bureaucratic bean counters.

01:51:27.000 They're going after ice makers on our refrigerator.

01:51:30.000 They've gone after our dishwasher.

01:51:32.000 Our dishwashing liquid now has to be green and therefore not cleaning.

01:51:35.000 They've gone after the washing machines.

01:51:37.000 They've sapped the water and the power.

01:51:38.000 They've gone after our toilets, our shower heads.

01:51:41.000 The Japanese government is telling the citizens that to go to bed early to prevent global warming.

01:51:45.000 The UN chief has said people can't order ice water in restaurants because of the carbon footprint.

01:51:50.000 There's a level of control that George Orwell didn't contemplate.

01:51:54.000 He who controls carbon, controls life, and I will add to that with the Rio Earth Summit coming up.

01:51:59.000 He who controls carbon and controls land use policy, and even the oceans, controls the world.

01:52:06.000 And that's what they're going for.

01:52:07.000 And this isn't conspiracy talk.

01:52:09.000 This is in their documents.

01:52:11.000 We're looking at this document.

01:52:12.000 One of the most hilarious things about this 138-page document that Lord Monckton wrote about What they want to stop wars, not because wars are bad for people, not because wars are bloody, but they want to stop it because of wars impact on the atmosphere.

01:52:26.000 In other words, the greatest reason not to fight a war is concern over climate change and global warming.

01:52:33.000 This is the level of absurdity we've reached.

01:52:35.000 All right.

01:52:36.000 We're getting a bit of a Skype breakup there from Durban, South Africa, but that's okay.

01:52:40.000 It's great to even have your audio.

01:52:42.000 It's kind of like an old Star Trek episode where we're talking to you from 20 light years away, and it's breaking up a piece a bit.

01:52:49.000 Going from memory, they're going to pull it up, and we might not even cut the video in.

01:52:53.000 And the A few months ago, we went to one of the Smart Growth Conferences here in town, and they had, I think the head of the Nature Conservancy was there, and our, yeah, Mark Tursik, head of the Nature Conservancy, and they went up to him and said, we'd like to speak to you about coal, because they were there saying shut down coal.

01:53:09.000 And when they brought up, hey, well, Obama said, you know, in that video clip that he wanted to bankrupt coal, what's your view on that?

01:53:15.000 He said, whoa, I'm not talking to you.

01:53:17.000 Interview over and ran off like he was a vampire confronted with a giant silver cross.

01:53:24.000 I mean, used to these people would get on the offensive if you got on the offensive.

01:53:28.000 Now they just turn tail and run.

01:53:31.000 And more and more, they don't have that crazed power seizing look in their eyes.

01:53:35.000 They're trying to regroup, as you said, and move on.

01:53:39.000 I mean, major environmental and climate organizations are shutting their doors, they're firing staffers, climate stock exchanges are collapsing.

01:53:48.000 This was truly subprime science, subprime economics, subprime politics, but we can never count them out because there's never any Any previous environmental scare that has this kind of funding, backing of the UN or backing of the media.

01:54:02.000 It's unprecedented.

01:54:03.000 So it doesn't just die.

01:54:05.000 And the head of the UN, Rajendra Pachauri, of the Climate Panel, is on record as saying global warming is but a symptom of a larger problem.

01:54:14.000 And that larger problem is sustainable development and species expansion.

01:54:17.000 They're already on record as doing the great shift.

01:54:20.000 So I think what's going to happen is they're going to regroup.

01:54:23.000 Climate's not going to go away, but it's going to be part of a larger picture where they're going to go after every conceivable way that human beings interact.

01:54:31.000 And as the former co-founder of Greenpeace, Patrick Morris, said, the modern environmental movement today is the most anti-human agenda that we have.

01:54:40.000 We have, at the UN conference, they had torches, solar torches they were trying to peddle for or sub-Saharan Africa.

01:54:46.000 People living in huts made of dung aren't offered coal-fired power plants, which Obama and other environmentalists prevent, but they're offered solar panels, solar torches to read by at night.

01:54:59.000 This is the perverse way, and they're actually people like Governor Brown in California who believe the developing world can't develop.

01:55:06.000 The environmentalists tell them they can't have what we have. 0.98

01:55:09.000 Darn, they missed it, but we've already raped the earth, and they can't rape it either. 1.00

01:55:13.000 They can't make a lot of mistakes. - Well, look, you've been studying this as long as I have, but I've read all their literature. 1.00

01:55:17.000 We've got hundreds of their books that I've read, Aaron Dyches has read here in our office in the last decade.

01:55:23.000 I've made films on it. 1.00

01:55:24.000 The lower level people mean well are useful idiots like supporters of Lenin and Stalin or Hitler. 0.99

01:55:29.000 But at the higher levels, they say, look, Well, there are too many people. 1.00

01:55:32.000 We're going to get rid of these brown scum. 1.00

01:55:35.000 You know, Margaret Sanger said we've got to hire blacks as our front so we can kill these weeds. 1.00

01:55:39.000 Well, we'll say we're liberal. 0.99

01:55:41.000 You know, we the American Nazis, in their words, have to pose as liberal to get away with this and not let them know that.

01:55:47.000 And that's what it is.

01:55:48.000 It's a death sentence.

01:55:50.000 At the higher levels, it's about, and they say it, blocking the third world from developing, which, by the way, actually makes people have less children. 0.94

01:55:57.000 But they don't care.

01:55:58.000 It's just about cold-bloodedly blocking their development. 0.75

01:56:01.000 And so at the top from my research, these are knowingly extremely virulent, racist people.

01:56:09.000 Look at Obama increasing the funding for abortions in Africa. 0.99

01:56:13.000 These are very, very sick people.

01:56:15.000 From your research, have you found parallels to that, or do you disagree?

01:56:20.000 No, absolutely.

01:56:21.000 In fact, Obama's science advisor, John Holdren, has actually said, first of all, cheap energy is one of the hazards of a free society, and secondly, and most shockingly, he's on record.

01:56:32.000 We dug up old newspaper clippings in the early 1970s that aren't available on LexisNexis or Google.

01:56:38.000 And then John Holdren was vociferously opposing the agricultural revolution of Norman Borlaug that brought agricultural and ended famine throughout Asia in the late 1960s, 1970s.

01:56:51.000 John Holdren opposed it because he didn't want the earth to be able to sustain that many extra people.

01:56:58.000 Here was a classic example.

01:56:59.000 When confronted in life, you have a choice.

01:57:02.000 John Holdren chose death.

01:57:04.000 John Holdren chose anti-technology.

01:57:07.000 Norman Borlaug went on to win the Nobel Prize.

01:57:10.000 He was one of the most celebrated scientists of our age.

01:57:13.000 A man who probably saved hundreds of millions of people from starvation.

01:57:17.000 And he just died a few years ago.

01:57:19.000 He was also a global warming skeptic.

01:57:21.000 But Norman Borlaug was a hero.

01:57:23.000 John Holdren was a eugenicist who now is feeded by the mainstream media and Obama.

01:57:28.000 So it's exactly what is going on and these people are in a high office right now.

01:57:33.000 Unbelievable.

01:57:33.000 But we are seeing the mainstream media's decline right along with government's approval rating, right along with the climate panic pushers.
