00:40:35.000 One of my favorite examples of this is when Hitler didn't like the fact that Einstein, a Jew, had invented the theory of relativity. 0.91

00:40:45.000 And so he got a hundred scientists loyal to the regime, the consensus, let's call them, to produce a book which was called A Hundred Scientists Against Einstein.

00:40:58.000 And Einstein, who had had the sense to leave Germany by then and was safely in the United States, was asked by the press what he thought about this.

00:41:05.000 And he said, gentlemen, it's really very simple.

00:41:08.000 If I am wrong, it will only take a single paper by one scientist to demonstrate that.

00:41:15.000 Doesn't matter how many scientists you line up in a row, that's not how science is done, he said.

00:41:21.000 And of course, that's exactly the position we're in now.

00:41:23.000 You have the scientists lining up with the state, the authorities, the EPA, saying, uh, the climate is all terrible, it's all gloom and doom, we're going to set the world on fire.

00:42:03.000 We cannot explain why.

00:42:05.000 It is a travesty that we can't.

00:42:08.000 That's what they're saying to each other privately.

00:42:34.000 And yet again they are trying to pretend that the amount of global warming we can expect to get if we double the carbon dioxide in the atmosphere by the end of this century, which we will, whatever they try to do about it, they're trying to say that will cause 3 or 4 or even 5 Celsius of warming, kind of 7, 8, 9, 10 Fahrenheit.

00:42:58.000 It'll cause at most half of that, probably more like a third of that.

00:43:03.000 But they're still desperately clinging by their fingernails to this bogus story, even though it's now quite clear that the climate isn't responding in the way they predicted.

00:43:14.000 And let me give you a little vignette from Durban which illustrates how cheesily they're trying to cheat on the data, and they're succeeding in fooling your average politician who knows absolutely no science.

00:43:28.000 I ran into, in the corridors there, the Secretary General of the World Meteorological Organization, a guy called Michel Jarreau.

00:43:36.000 And I said to him, I've just heard you interviewed, and you were saying that the science is solid.

00:43:40.000 This is the new speak for the science is settled.

00:43:43.000 They're now saying the science is solid.

00:43:45.000 And I said, but on the question of what's called climate sensitivity, the how much man-made global warming are we going to get question, I said the science is very far from solid.

00:43:54.000 It's becoming quite evident now that we've had no global warming for a decade.

00:43:59.000 The numbers are just not coming out the way you said they would.

00:44:03.000 And the fact is there are very good reasons in the peer-reviewed literature why we now know it's not going to warm at the rate which the IPCC is trying to peddle and upon which the entire scare rests.

00:44:15.000 And he said, oh, well, the trouble with you is, he said, you date all your graphs from 1998, when there was a big spike in global warming because of a natural event, the El Nino of that year.

00:44:25.000 And I said, no, I don't.

00:44:28.000 Don't try to change the subject.

00:44:30.000 Stick to the point.

00:44:31.000 He said, well, you have to go back not 10 years, but 30 years.

00:44:36.000 And I said, no, you don't.

00:44:37.000 You have to go back 60 years so as to cancel out both the warming and the cooling phase of the Great Ocean Oscillation.

00:44:46.000 It's a 60-year cycle in the climate.

00:44:49.000 And if you go back only 30 years, you're capturing only the warming half.

00:44:53.000 And then you say, that's all man-made warming.

00:44:56.000 No, it isn't.

00:44:57.000 A lot of it's natural.

00:44:58.000 You have to go back 60 years.

00:45:01.000 And he was furious that I knew that.

00:45:03.000 And he said, I'm not going to stand around listening to lectures from you.

00:45:07.000 I said, well, I've made a very simple point.

00:45:09.000 I've said what I want to say.

00:45:10.000 What do you want to say?

00:45:12.000 Well, he didn't really want to say anything very much.

00:45:14.000 He was furious that he'd been caught out in this very devious way of trying to present things to say you have to go back to say nineteen seventy six that's when the natural warming from the pacific decadal oscillation began and it ended in two thousand and one.

00:45:31.000 Let me stop you Lord Monckton you always get into science with these people but you know from the Club of Rome and the rest of it that the UN set up it's about power grabs and population reduction and of course he didn't want to talk to you because he knows I'm telling you Obviously you've attacked them on the science, and that's good, because they wear this laurel of paid-off scientist and say, oh, peer-reviewed.

01:42:23.000 If I had been, it would have been a completely different outcome.

01:42:27.000 Well, see, I'm going back from a decade plus, so some of my memory gets foggy.

01:42:35.000 Because they kept bringing that up.

01:42:36.000 Well, you're not the foreman.

01:42:37.000 You can't demand this and you can't demand that.

01:42:42.000 Something like five, six, seven years?

01:42:44.000 Oh, at least, yeah.

01:42:45.000 Okay, so Hoppy was on the grand jury.

01:42:45.000 A long time.

01:42:49.000 Well, uh, they handed us, uh, when they called us back in December of 94 to come in, and then they excused the people who couldn't serve, and then they drew out of the hat the names of the people that we're gonna serve, and then they gave us a handbook called the Grand Juror's Handbook.

01:43:07.000 And I took mine home and I went through it first, highlighting it, and then I came back and underlined with red the most salient, highlighted parts.

01:43:16.000 And I understood that thing.

01:43:17.000 I could have taken a quiz on it and made a hundred.

01:43:20.000 I understood that book.

01:43:22.000 And I didn't realize that they hadn't read the book and didn't understand it and were not going to go by it at all.

01:43:30.000 So the first day that, of course, I'd been on the grand jury since January 95, But the other grand jury, there's two sitting grand juries all the time at Oklahoma City.

01:43:40.000 There's one that serves from January to January and one from July to July.

01:43:45.000 Well, the July jury wasn't going to have time to do this, so we caught it.

01:43:50.000 And we started, I don't remember whether it was May or June, but anyway, the very first day that we started hearing evidence, I call it that, on the bombing, they told us that we couldn't question witnesses.

01:44:05.000 Well, that's crazy.

01:44:06.000 I mean, that's the whole purpose of a grand jury hearing like that, is for grand jurors to be able to question witnesses.

01:44:13.000 So I showed them in the book that I could question witnesses and that I plan to.

01:44:21.000 And finally, we came to a compromise.

01:44:24.000 We just had to call it off for a while.

01:44:26.000 And they came to a compromise and said, OK, you can question.

01:44:29.000 And I was the only one that was allowed to question.

01:44:32.000 You can question, but you have to submit your questions in advance.

01:44:36.000 Well, of course, the book, that was bull.

01:44:38.000 The book didn't say that.

01:44:40.000 But I was smart enough to know that that's not really a big deal.

01:44:44.000 I'll submit one question, and then based on the answer to that question, I'll come with the rest of the questions I have.

01:44:51.000 So I got around the one question rule, and I got around the giving them in advance the question rule.

01:44:58.000 The biggest problem was there wasn't any question, these people that they brought in to testify knew nothing.

01:45:05.000 There was no questions really to ask of them.

01:45:10.000 They would testify that they saw Tim McVeigh at a gun show five years ago.

01:45:14.000 Well, big deal!

01:45:16.000 That was not relevant at all to Oklahoma City.

01:45:19.000 In fact, none of the testimony that I heard in that grand jury room was relevant to Oklahoma City.

01:45:26.000 It was all about stuff that happened months and years before.

01:45:31.000 And, uh, it was just a dog and pony show.

01:45:34.000 And I finally complained to them.

01:45:36.000 I said, look, you're not bringing any witnesses in here.

01:45:39.000 No anything.

01:45:40.000 Here's, here's witnesses that I want.

01:45:42.000 They said, okay, when we get through, you give us your list of witnesses and we'll call them.

01:45:49.000 And I believed them, which was not very smart.

01:45:51.000 I should have known better.

01:45:53.000 So, when they were through with their witnesses, they brought in the bill for us to sign.

01:45:59.000 And I never got to call any of my witnesses.

01:46:01.000 So that's when I wrote the judge a letter and told him what had happened.

01:46:05.000 I said, they promised me I could call witnesses.

01:46:07.000 They didn't allow it.

01:46:09.000 Here's a list of witnesses that needed to be called.

01:46:12.000 And I want you to make this happen.

01:46:16.000 Well, again, I wasn't completely aware just how high this thing went, but there wasn't any way I was going to get a federal judge to back me on this, I realize now.

01:46:29.000 And so it took them about two or three weeks to decide what to do about my letter, and then they decided they just couldn't grant me My wish to call in actual witnesses, because I could have proven right away that a truck bomb is not possible for a truck bomb to blow up that building.

01:46:49.000 Yeah, they couldn't let you bring in Jane Graham, who saw government agents planting bombs and thought they were telephone repairmen.

01:46:56.000 I mean, you couldn't call the former head of Air Force Weapons Development.

01:47:00.000 You couldn't call Terence Yeagey, the police officer that saw it all.

01:47:03.000 I mean, you couldn't call for actual witnesses.

01:47:05.000 They wanted you to Just talk to random people that fit into their anti-patriot, anti-right-wing propaganda system.

01:47:14.000 Well, that's right.

01:47:15.000 And that's why the judge, they finally decided that the judge just needed to fire me, so he just wrote me a letter and said, uh, your services are no longer needed.

01:47:24.000 And if you don't keep your mouth shut, you're going to prison.

01:47:28.000 And, uh, Each outburst will be a separate event, and you will have to serve your prison terms in order, one after the other, not at the same time.

01:47:42.000 So, it was kind of a joke, and as soon as I got the letter out of the mailbox from the judge, I faxed it to Channel 4, K4, the TV station here, and that just blew the lid off of everything.

01:48:00.000 I mean, that's tyranny with a capital T when they say, we'll throw you in irons if you ask any questions.

01:48:05.000 That's exactly right.

01:48:07.000 And of course, later on it got even worse.

01:48:08.000 They got even, you know, more threatening.

01:48:10.000 But the judge, all he could threaten to do was just to put me in jail.

01:48:15.000 Now, tell us about the other threats, the FBI visit, all of it.

01:48:18.000 Well, the FBI came down a couple of times, may have been three, I don't know.

01:48:23.000 But I remember two occasions they came down.

01:48:26.000 And the one occasion that was the funniest is

01:48:31.000 I was sitting, my desk is in a bay window right there in front of the house, so as they pull up and stop, and you know who it is because the car they're driving is obvious motor pool, and so when these guys get out, the guy on my side, the passenger side, that got out, took his pistol out of his holster, his shoulder holster, and stuck it in the waistband of his pants, and then buttoned his suit jacket over the pistol.

01:48:59.000 So I watched all that with interest.

01:49:01.000 And so they came in, and of course he was the bad guy.

01:49:04.000 They do this just like a TV show.

01:49:05.000 You got a good guy and a bad guy.

01:49:07.000 And the good guy, he's real nice to you, and he's come to help you, see?

01:49:12.000 And the bad guy, he's come to threaten you, and if the good guy doesn't have any luck.

01:49:16.000 So, when the good guy wasn't having any luck, why, the bad guy just stood up, unbuttoned his jacket, and exposed that pistol in his belt.

01:49:26.000 And I was supposed to be afraid, I guess, is what it was.

01:49:29.000 It was some sort of... I mean, I was supposed to get some sort of message.

01:49:33.000 And you can guess, I guess, what the message was supposed to be. 0.77

01:49:43.000 And they finally just had to leave because they weren't getting anything done.

01:50:04.000 Because if somebody's going to brandish a firearm on a nice gentlemanly person like yourself, who knows what else they'll do?

02:09:06.000 And he was trying to ask these questions and he went to the judge and the judge said, you're off of this, you're gone, even though grand jurors are supposed to be running things, not the other way around.

02:09:15.000 And then the FBI keep coming to his house and, you know, opening their shirts up and showing him a firearm stuck in the, you know, the waistband threatening him.

02:09:24.000 And then helicopters flying around in his house multiple times a week, threats.

02:09:31.000 And then he was told Don't file your lawsuit against us or you're going to end up dead.

02:09:37.000 All will be forgiven.

02:09:38.000 And then another gentleman did and ended up dead.

02:09:41.000 Now remember, Cop of the Year got killed.

02:09:44.000 Other people got killed.

02:09:46.000 I've talked, and we're going to try to get them on the show, police officers who've been threatened.

02:09:50.000 Uh, Colonel Craig Roberts has talked about this.

02:09:53.000 He was also a Tulsa police officer, Tulsa detective who they sent out there.

02:09:57.000 Um, separately an army, um, um, Lieutenant Colonel and then before that famous Marine Corps sniper who wrote a bunch of bestselling books on sniping.

02:10:07.000 They even tried to set up Colonel Roberts a couple of times, uh, for all sorts of things and were investigating him for terrorism because he dared talk about this.

02:10:17.000 Now, years after he's off the Tulsa police force, they come to him and apologize.

02:10:22.000 Craig Roberts, a lot of great characters up there in, uh, Oklahoma.

02:10:26.000 Marine Corps Sniper, Colonel in the Army, Tulsa Police Department SWAT Team Leader, Helicopter Pilot.

02:10:33.000 In fact, one time the helicopter broke down over Tulsa and he'll tell you the whole story of being an inch and a half shorter after the crash from his spine compressing.

02:10:40.000 But side issue, going back to Hoppy Heidelberg.

02:10:45.000 Bring us up to how were you given the message, you're saying shadowy figures, not FBI threatening you with guns now, that you're going to be dead if you file a lawsuit on us.

02:11:02.000 And then, you know, more about the helicopters, what they look like, and then Mr. Wilburn and what happened to him.

02:11:34.000 I did a little homework later and found out who he was.

02:11:36.000 He was an Oklahoma City attorney.

02:11:39.000 And, uh, he was trying to pretend to be my friend and my associate and be a cowboy and all of that.

02:11:46.000 But, uh, his approach Much lighter, much softer, no threats exactly, but his approach was way more serious than the guys that were trying to be bad.

02:12:03.000 So I knew pretty much where the message was coming from.

02:12:09.000 It didn't concern me because I didn't know, and I still don't know, that I had a lawsuit.

02:12:14.000 Lawsuit for what?

02:12:15.000 Sue the judge for kicking me off the jury?

02:12:18.000 I don't know that that's not his... He didn't have the authority to do that.

02:12:22.000 I don't know.

02:12:22.000 What was the point of suing them?

02:12:24.000 I wasn't going to sue, so I ignored it.

02:12:26.000 It didn't bother me.

02:12:27.000 I wasn't worried about it.

02:12:29.000 And the helicopter thing didn't start until sometimes later.

02:12:32.000 Before we finish, I want to do two points that come from General Parton.

02:12:38.000 I don't have to do them right now, but there's two very important points.

02:12:41.000 I'm going to write that down, two points on Parton.

02:12:46.000 I'm going to write that down, but continuing with the threats, because that's evidence of the criminality, but specifically, was it like, I'm your friend, but you're not going to live if you go with this lawsuit.

02:13:02.000 Well, he didn't... No, he was smooth.

02:13:06.000 This guy was not... He knew how to work it.

02:13:11.000 He was good.

02:13:12.000 That's why he was sent.

02:13:19.000 He has a very nice, friendly tone of voice.

02:13:25.000 But that's what made it so creepy.

02:13:27.000 I knew exactly that this man was for real.

02:13:30.000 He wasn't sent there to blow smoke or anything like that.

02:13:33.000 He was just going to tell me exactly how it was going to be.

02:13:37.000 And if I Didn't like it?

02:13:44.000 It didn't really bother me.

02:13:46.000 He was a nice guy.

02:13:47.000 His threat was empty, not because they wouldn't do it.

02:13:51.000 It was empty because I had no interest in filing a lawsuit.

02:13:55.000 Because I didn't have any I didn't have anything in mind.

02:13:58.000 I mean, what was my... Well, there was some type of suit they were concerned about, and we can talk about that later.

02:14:03.000 Now, particularly with the helicopters, what did they look like?

02:14:06.000 Unmarked?

02:14:06.000 Well, yeah, they were unmarked.

02:14:09.000 I've heard all the stories about the black helicopters and everything, and I will admit that up high, against a blue sky, They were so dark, they looked black.

02:14:19.000 But they got down so low, right in my yard, right around my house, that they were a very dark green, is what they were.

02:14:27.000 They weren't really black.

02:14:29.000 Mine, there are black helicopters, but mine were a very dark green helicopter.

02:14:35.000 Yeah, so that's FEMA or an auxiliary of it. 1.00

02:14:39.000 I don't know, but I could look directly, not Directly, I mean, but they didn't get down so low that it was going to crash, but I look right at the pilots, you know, we had eye contact every time, and I don't know, they may have come when I wasn't there a time or two, and I didn't come out, I don't know that, but I know that all the times that I came out, they circled until I came out, and then once I waved them off, they went on.

02:15:03.000 Always three of them, always came from the same direction, always left in the same direction, so Now specifically though, tell us about the gentleman and who he was who did file a lawsuit.

02:15:16.000 Oh, Glenn Wilburn was an accountant here in Oklahoma City and he lost two grandchildren in the daycare center.

02:15:23.000 And he's pretty sharp.

02:15:25.000 He was pretty sharp.

02:15:26.000 He figured out right quick that this was all bogus.

02:15:29.000 You know, nothing that the government said Could hold water.

02:15:33.000 There was something wrong with it.

02:15:34.000 So he went to investigating and he eventually got his daughter, who had standing, because it was her children that were killed, got his daughter to file a lawsuit against Tim McVeigh.

02:15:50.000 This is kind of odd, but what it did, it gave him the opportunity to pursue documents.

02:16:00.000 That they didn't want to give up.

02:16:02.000 Nor did they want to say we didn't want to give up.

02:16:05.000 So, it had the potential of being a problem.

02:16:10.000 And therefore, they knew that the girl would not pursue the lawsuit if they got rid of her dad.

02:16:19.000 And so, when they got rid of Glenn, why the lawsuit went away.

02:16:25.000 And then he went away, too.

02:16:26.000 Yeah, he went away first, and then the lawsuit went away.

02:16:30.000 How did he go away?

02:16:31.000 I forget.

02:16:31.000 Ah, cancer.

02:16:33.000 Pancreatic cancer.

02:16:34.000 That was one of the worst ways to pass away.

02:16:36.000 Glenn passed on, I believe, a day or two after the McVeigh trial.

02:16:40.000 The federal trial verdict was read.

02:16:42.000 And Charles has an incredible story of how Glenn just literally couldn't stand up straight and was crying in Charles' arms.

02:16:50.000 This is, I believe, a few days before he passed on.

02:16:53.000 And he wanted Charles to continue on because Glenn knew, deep down inside, that whoever murdered his grandkids were getting away, literally, with cold-blooded murder.

02:17:01.000 And he didn't want that to happen.

02:17:03.000 And they do, it's declassified, have those fast-acting cancers.

02:17:06.000 That's now been declassified.

02:17:08.000 And there have been a lot of other deaths.

02:17:10.000 What about Terrence Yeagy?

02:17:13.000 Well, Terence Yankee, as we said last Friday, he passed on a year and three weeks after the bombing.

02:17:19.000 It was on May 8, 1996.

02:17:20.000 It was on a Tuesday.

02:17:22.000 And he actually had turned, he was 30 years and 6 months old.

02:17:26.000 Just a few days shy of that.

02:17:29.000 As you know, his death was horrible.

02:17:32.000 He had gone out to retrieve some records at a storage locker.

02:17:35.000 Coincidentally enough, he'd shared with Dr. Charles Trumley, who passed away in a very suspicious plane accident in the fall of 1995.

02:17:43.000 That's a whole other story for another time.

02:17:45.000 We don't want to take up your radio show.

02:17:47.000 No, no, we can tell that.

02:17:48.000 Or we can tell it tonight, yeah.

02:17:50.000 He was helping investigate, too.

02:17:51.000 Yes, in fact, Dr. Chumley was Terry's back doctor.

02:17:54.000 I mean, like you said many times, Alex, you couldn't make this up.

02:17:59.000 The people that crossed paths, we're talking about one or two degrees of separation.

02:18:03.000 With all of the key players in this investigation, not six or seven degrees, they were just once or two removed from knowing each other.

02:18:10.000 I talked to Dr. Chumley's son about three years ago.

02:18:13.000 He would not talk to me in person.

02:18:14.000 Talked a few times on the phone, asked me not to call him back.

02:18:17.000 He said he appreciated what we were doing on the film, but he really He didn't feel comfortable with pursuing any other information.

02:18:23.000 That's how scared they had his son.

02:18:25.000 Well, I mean, here's the deal.

02:18:26.000 At a certain point, if somebody killed my dad, I mean, I'm not making threats here.

02:18:31.000 People are going to die.

02:18:32.000 And I think America used to be like that.

02:18:35.000 And so the system wouldn't act like this this much.

02:18:37.000 But, I mean, what is it like for you guys living so close to it?

02:18:42.000 Or what's it like watching Eric Holder on TV?

02:18:46.000 I mean, let's talk about Eric Holder's role in all this.

02:18:50.000 Well, of course, I wasn't aware.

02:18:52.000 I mean, I knew that it was a federal operation, obviously, but I wasn't aware of Eric Holder's interest in this, and I have not done any homework on that and really have no personal knowledge of Eric Holder's interest in the Oklahoma City bombing.

02:19:12.000 What do we have, Alex?

02:19:13.000 We've got to cover the Jamie Gorelick.

02:19:14.000 Of course, her signature's on the 9-11 Commission Report, and she's on the group photo on the inside jacket cover of that book.

02:19:21.000 She was actually serving under the Justice Department, number two under Janet Reno.

02:19:25.000 Eric Holder served in a lateral position at Jamie Gorelick.

02:19:28.000 So you see these people rear their ugly heads, so to speak, on a judicial level.

02:19:32.000 They're coming back time and time again because they know they literally got away with murder.

02:19:37.000 It was Jamie Gorelick that we found out was actually marking the marching orders out to the Oklahoma DA's office within days after the bombing on speakerphone, yelling at the top of her lungs, telling how the DA was going to investigate this case, who they were going after, who they were going to ignore, and that was it.

02:19:52.000 There was no, basically... Now why do we even have courts? 0.95

02:19:58.000 The lawsuits that Jesse Trinidad and others have filed, they've gotten the emails from Holder where he's in control of the cover-up.

02:20:05.000 And he's saying things like, this is our number one priority in the Justice Department, this is D-Day, cover this up.

02:20:11.000 Just like Fast and Furious.

02:20:14.000 That was Kenny Trinidad's murder, and we have the internal documents.

02:20:17.000 You've seen them.

02:20:18.000 Jesse has sent them a PDF.

02:20:20.000 Internal emails from Holder's top lieutenants and his underlings, his legal assistants, everybody was on the same page as far as how that investigation was going.

02:20:30.000 And Jesse basically sent, I believe, an eight-page letter to Patrick Leahy, who was in charge of the Senate subcommittee that was in charge of the hearings to basically approve Holder's appointment.

02:20:41.000 And Leahy refused to respond to Jesse Trinidou and the fact that he had that letter, all of the facts were laid out.

02:20:48.000 It's like Jesse was completely ignored.

02:20:51.000 What about Larry Potts, the deputy FBI director?

02:20:56.000 He said that he was in Dallas.

02:20:58.000 And then he claimed that he flew Southwest Airlines there.

02:21:02.000 World and others broke this.

02:21:04.000 But it was also in some local papers, I know.

02:21:06.000 And it turned out because of storms that day, those flights didn't exist.

02:21:09.000 And then the receipts came up that he was there the day before.

02:21:12.000 And of course, that's what witnesses had said they'd seen.

02:21:14.000 I mean, that's a pretty big deal right there.

02:21:17.000 You guys got any comments on that?

02:21:19.000 I'm reading a memo, actually, that was put out by a colleague of ours that helped us with the film early on.

02:21:24.000 Danny Colson was the FBI agent.

02:21:27.000 Very peculiar situation there.

02:21:29.000 I got to talk to... How is Larry Potts tied in?

02:21:32.000 Because I'm going from memory here.

02:21:33.000 This is amazing.

02:21:35.000 I actually was in the archives in Austin working with Wendy Painting on looking at a lot of the defense team papers.

02:21:42.000 Larry Potts was actually best friends with Eric Holder.

02:21:45.000 And there's an article in the Dallas Morning News we stumbled across going through all of these boxes of papers.

02:21:50.000 Larry, actually, Eric Holder recused himself from prosecuting the Ruby Ridge case because Larry Potts was one of the chief lieutenants in there.

02:21:59.000 Since they were best friends, Holder One of his few instances of having some ethics had to recuse himself from that.

02:22:06.000 These guys knew each other from way back.

02:22:08.000 It was Larry Potts that ended up calling the shots, according to Terry Nichols, for Tim McVeigh.

02:22:14.000 And McVeigh was upset because Potts took him off script.

02:22:16.000 He changed the plans completely within a few hours before the bombing happened.

02:22:20.000 Exactly.

02:22:21.000 I've forgotten more about this than most people will ever learn, but I've seen the copies of the hotel receipts.

02:22:26.000 The government's had to admit that that was the case.

02:22:28.000 So it was Colson who we have the receipts from that, what, Marriott, and then it's Larry Potts and the affidavits and other witnesses who's there running the operation.

02:22:37.000 These people, man, blowing up daycare centers.

02:22:41.000 I mean, they're just absolute demons.

02:22:47.000 What is it like for you, Hoppy, just continuing to know this and watching these people walking around?

02:23:46.000 And I'm not sure he's going to allow all the bad things they've got planned to happen.

02:25:10.000 Now, you wanted to get into the bombs itself, which is really at the heart of the issue, and General Parton, who came immediately when he saw it on the news, columns at the back blown out with black points, columns right up by the truck not damaged, and then the newscast saying bombs are being removed.

02:25:30.000 Well, this is the one thing that I needed to blow this thing wide open.

02:25:35.000 If I could have got a hold of, if I could have gotten General Partner, I knew I wanted structural engineers, I wanted to know how strong these columns were designed.

02:25:44.000 How much pounds per square inch of pressure could they survive?

02:25:49.000 I didn't know that.

02:25:51.000 I couldn't know that without Calling the engineers and the builders and everything of the building itself.

02:26:00.000 I learned later that the columns were designed to withstand 3,500 pounds per square inch of pressure.

02:26:08.000 I learned later from General Partin that you can calculate how fast blast pressure decreases By dividing it by the distance cubed.

02:26:23.000 So, it's real short.

02:26:24.000 Let's say, for argument's sake, that the closest column to the truck was 10 feet away.

02:26:32.000 Now, it's easy to say, and the government said that the ammonium nitrate bomb that was set off, which we don't necessarily believe, but anyway, they claim it generated 500,000 pounds per square inch of pressure.
