00:10:55.000 And he said it was completely a racial thing with the NBA All-Stars game there yesterday and that when Obama was in town for $30,000, a person plates and then he snubbed the The local Daytona 500 event.

01:26:11.000 They said I had no choice in the matter.

01:26:13.000 I had to go.

01:26:14.000 And anyway, the one lieutenant deputy, he said that if I went, you know, he would wait around and give me a ride back home after they evaluated me.

01:26:25.000 So I said, okay, let's get this over with.

01:26:28.000 Uh, so I went down there and sat in the emergency room for an hour goes by.

01:26:32.000 They draw blood, they take blood pressures, all that stuff.

01:26:36.000 Make me sign an agreement saying that, look, I'm not going to commit suicide.

01:26:40.000 You know, I had to write it out.

01:26:43.000 and uh... you know the second hour goes by and finally i you know i says they're not let me out of here allied so i just quit cooperating i said no more blood pressures no more nothing you know you're you're you're lying to me you're keeping me a prisoner here i'm not going to cooperate i want an attorney uh... that's when the doctor the female doctor at the hospital for that she threw down her pen and she said i've had enough of you and uh...

01:27:08.000 She had me committed to the mental institution, which is a McFarland Hospital in Lebanon, Tennessee.

01:27:16.000 So I went, you know, the sheriff had to come back, takes me to the mental thing for observation.

01:27:22.000 They say it's for, you know, observation.

01:27:24.000 Well, I get there and basically I'm not cooperating.

01:27:27.000 Every piece of paper, you know, even for my stuff I had to take out of my pockets, I would put on there under duress.

01:27:34.000 You know, I'm signing everything.

01:27:36.000 Every piece of paper with my name on it says, you know, I'm being held against my will.

01:27:44.000 Anyhow, I spent two days there before they even let me speak to an attorney.

01:27:49.000 It was 24 hours before I even spoke to the psychiatrist.

01:27:55.000 And then it was another 24 hours before I even got to speak to the attorney and he told me basically what I was doing, you know, just shut up and don't talk to him.

01:28:03.000 When the judge came in, the Friday, which was two days after that, the judge cut me loose, said there was no reason for me to be there.

01:28:15.000 Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but you're a veteran with no criminal record.

01:28:19.000 Why do you think they were doing this to you?

02:55:38.000 And that was put in the news because you were ahead in the polls to make you lose.

02:55:46.000 They have a process there where you kind of meet like the national convention here with the Republicans when they nominate their guy.

02:55:56.000 2-1 over the incumbent and one of his lieutenants that was also running against him.

02:56:02.000 And so, yeah, I almost won the whole thing right then and there.

02:56:07.000 And, you know, if you, if somebody else had come up to me off the street at one of my events and said, hey, the FBI and IRS raided my office while I was running for office, I would have never believed it, Alex.
