Alex Jones Show - 20120410_Tue_Alex

00:00:00.000 Big Brother.

00:00:06.000 Mainstream media.

00:00:07.000 Government cover-ups.

00:00:10.000 You want answers?

00:00:11.000 Well, so does he.

00:00:13.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:00:17.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

00:00:21.000 Hello and welcome to the Alex Jones Show.

00:00:29.000 This is Mike Adams, the health ranger, filling in for Alex, who's working on other projects today.

00:00:35.000 The guy never quits working, super busy.

00:00:38.000 We've got a huge lineup of news for you today.

00:00:41.000 The world continues to veer towards insanity, it seems.

00:00:46.000 We've got three, maybe even four, hard-hitting guests lined up for you throughout the show today.

00:00:52.000 Including James Stewart and Rawsome Foods is now history.

00:00:56.000 It has been disassembled, sold off, sanitized, eliminated from California.

00:01:03.000 So the bureaucrats there think they've won a victory.

00:01:05.000 We're going to have James Stewart talking about that.

00:01:07.000 But even bigger issue is what this means for America and the government's assault on farms and food freedom.

00:01:15.000 I want to thank you for joining me today.

00:01:16.000 I really put the word out about this show and the focus on the government's assault on farms and food freedom.

00:01:24.000 But of course, we're going to cover much more than that in the third hour.

00:01:27.000 For example, we have attorney Dale Carson joining us.

00:01:30.000 He's a former FBI agent and also a former South Miami cop.

00:01:35.000 He's the author of a book called Arrest Proof Yourself.

00:01:38.000 He's an expert on How to not get arrested, which is a very important skill today, given that the police are sometimes anxious to throw people behind bars.

00:01:49.000 And we're going to find out why.

00:01:50.000 It turns out there is kind of a point system, a tally system that they use where their careers advance.

00:01:56.000 If they can arrest you for a felony crime, even if you never get convicted of it, the cop still gets the points or the tally for having made that arrest, regardless of the merits of that arrest.

00:02:07.000 So Dale Carson will be joining us in the third hour.

00:02:10.000 In the second hour also, we've got Mark Baker from bakersgreenacres.com.

00:02:14.000 He is the farmer whose pigs are threatened with being shot by the authorities in the state of Michigan.

00:02:23.000 Who have decided that now all these backyard pigs are so-called feral pigs, and they've threatened to go in and destroy these herds, these livestock, all across the state.

00:02:35.000 So we're going to have some thoughts from him.

00:02:36.000 He's a veteran of the United States Air Force, and many veterans are getting extremely frustrated and wanting to speak out more about what they see as government intimidation and tyranny and oppression aimed at them.

00:02:50.000 Now in another case that exemplifies the abuse of government power against American citizens, we're also going to be covering the breaking news that's just up today about Andrew Wordy's.

00:03:02.000 He's the backyard chicken man from Roswell, Georgia.

00:03:06.000 And Andrew took his life, set himself on fire, set his house on fire with himself in it.

00:03:12.000 Just, what, two weeks ago, roughly March 26th, I believe, was the day after being intimidated, oppressed, abused by government authorities there in Roswell, Georgia for many years.

00:03:24.000 We've got a timeline of events, how the bureaucrats there escalated the events and threw him in jail and resulted in his home being looted, his chickens being poisoned, all his valuables being stolen, and then they tried to take his land as a green zone Even though they are the ones who were causing the flooding that affected his land.

00:03:44.000 We're going to have that story, more details for you on that coming up right here on the Alex Jones Show.

00:03:49.000 Plus, all that and other breaking news.

00:03:52.000 We've got news about the MIT prediction of the post-industrial crash of the human population.

00:04:00.000 Alex covered that a bit yesterday.

00:04:01.000 We'll go into more details on that today.

00:04:02.000 We've got dental x-rays linked to brain cancer.

00:04:06.000 We've got the natural health products bill in New Zealand that would now criminalize you for making a cup of herbal tea.

00:04:14.000 That's right, a $50,000 fine for brewing up a cup of herbal tea in New Zealand.

00:04:21.000 So you see the suppression of medical freedom is happening everywhere around the world.

00:04:26.000 We've got more news on the honeybee population collapse.

00:04:29.000 I know Alex covered that a bit yesterday.

00:04:31.000 We'll go into a little more detail.

00:04:33.000 News about pink slime.

00:04:35.000 How to survive the modern world in the event of a crisis and much more.

00:04:38.000 All of that is straight ahead here on the Alex Jones Show.

00:04:42.000 So don't go away.

00:04:44.000 We will be right back after this break.

00:04:45.000 Greg, stay with us.

00:04:46.000 I had tried everything.

00:05:02.000 I'd cut back the amount of food I was eating, I was lifting weights and jogging, but nothing was working.

00:05:07.000 My body was literally starving for minerals and trace elements as well as key vitamins.

00:05:12.000 And as soon as I had that, I immediately could eat half of what I was eating previously and be satisfied.

00:05:19.000 Now there are hundreds of great products at Infowarsteam.com, but I want to point out the three that have helped me lose 37 pounds in just two months.

00:05:30.000 Products like Beyond Tangy Tangerine, Pollen Burst, and Rebound.

00:05:35.000 When I started taking the Tangy Tangerine and other products every day, I lost more than 37 pounds in just two months.

00:05:41.000 Now that's results.

00:05:43.000 I want to challenge my listeners to go to Infowarsteam.com and to order just three of their products and you will see the changes in the way you look, feel, and in your appetite almost immediately.

00:05:55.000 Start your journey to health and wellness today.

00:08:04.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:08:07.000 Welcome back to the Alex Jones Show.

00:08:17.000 It is Tuesday, April 10th, 2012.

00:08:20.000 This is Mike Adams, the health ranger, sitting in for Alex today.

00:08:24.000 Thank you for joining us today.

00:08:25.000 We've got a huge lineup of not just great guests, but also breaking news on the freedom and liberty front.

00:08:32.000 As always, pushing the boundaries of awareness and awakening so that we can help people actually stand up for their liberties and freedoms right here on the Alex Jones Show.

00:08:42.000 We are... It sometimes is difficult to know where to even begin with the news.

00:08:47.000 We've got, again, piles of news here.

00:08:49.000 We're going to get right into it, but I want to mention the overarching theme here first.

00:08:54.000 Number one, we are under chemical assault in America today.

00:08:59.000 By chemical assault, I'm talking about the SSRI drugs, which Alex covered yesterday in some detail, which the LA Times even found the courage to write about the soldiers being drugged

00:09:10.000 With SSRIs and other psychiatric drugs leading to violence and mayhem and murder and that's an absolute fact that is something that I've been harping on for years because we've seen the school shootings, we've seen the violence, we've seen the death and normally the mainstream media doesn't even cover the psychiatric drugs that are involved so I don't have a lot of nice things to say about the LA Times but kudos to them for actually covering that over the last few days and especially thumbs up to Alex for covering it here on the show.

00:09:40.000 It's not just the chemical assault on humans, it's also the chemical assault on the insects.

00:09:45.000 Why does that matter?

00:09:46.000 You might be laughing.

00:09:47.000 Why does that matter?

00:09:48.000 Well, the honeybees, of course.

00:09:50.000 About one-third of all the food that you eat is pollinated by honeybees.

00:09:55.000 And without those pollinators, of course, the food supply collapses.

00:09:58.000 Literally just collapses in one season.

00:10:02.000 And three new hard-hitting scientific studies have come out recently within the last just couple of weeks, two of them just in the last week, that All but prove a link between these pesticides, these chemical synthetic pesticides and the collapse of the honeybees.

00:10:20.000 Now I know there are other issues involved such as the cell phone towers.

00:10:23.000 There's electromagnetic radiation and interference and so on.

00:10:26.000 GMOs probably have a role in the collapse of the honeybee populations, but now we know for sure that the pesticides do.

00:10:34.000 So we have this chemical assault on humans and on insects affecting the food supply.

00:10:40.000 And at the same time that's going on, we've got all the GMOs out there, which is just another form of a really a genetic assault on humanity.

00:10:48.000 And then at the same time that's going on, we've got the Obama administration and the government attacking all of our liberties and all of our freedoms.

00:10:55.000 And I believe, based on what I've been reading and the research that I've been doing, remember I work 16 hour days at Natural News, I'm the editor there in case you don't know.

00:11:04.000 So I work just like the guys here work, Aaron Dykes and Alex Jones and Kurt Nimmo, everybody works so hard doing the research.

00:11:13.000 I believe that there is an agenda to destroy America's economy, to take over America, to centralize all the resources.

00:11:21.000 I mean, we saw it with not just the attacks on the farmers, which we're going to be covering here on the show in great detail with our guests, but also with Obama signing that March 16th executive order that takes over control of the farms and the livestock and the seeds, the farming equipment, the food processing equipment, just seizing control over that.

00:11:42.000 We saw the, remember Senate Bill last year, what was it, 501, the Food Safety and Modernization Act?

00:11:50.000 That is still set to unleash a wave of inspectors all across the country to come in and start fining people and arresting people for growing gardens and having the wrong setup in their garden, in their home garden, in their farm situation.

00:12:06.000 And then this story, we're going to cover this today, the city of Roswell, Georgia, A total abuse of government power that led to the death of Andrew Wordy's.

00:12:15.000 Andrew was a backyard chicken farmer.

00:12:17.000 He is now dead, having taken his life after being abused and tormented by the regulators there in the city of Roswell.

00:12:28.000 This just makes me so sick, because this is a guy I think we could have helped if we had known about this.

00:12:35.000 Remember, you've heard the saying, Infowars saves lives, right?

00:12:38.000 You know that.

00:12:40.000 Infowars covered Julie Bass, the Michigan gardener who was facing jail time.

00:12:44.000 Charges were dropped.

00:12:46.000 Infowars and Natural News also especially covered Mary Ann Godboldo, the Detroit, Michigan mother who refused to drug her daughter with psychiatric drugs and then was subjected to a SWAT team raid.

00:12:59.000 All the charges were dropped against her, even though they allege that she fired a warning shot at the police to try to defend her home and defend her daughter.

00:13:06.000 They dropped the charges.

00:13:07.000 Why?

00:13:07.000 Because of the public attention brought to the issue.

00:13:10.000 But this man in Roswell, Georgia, Andrew Werdes, is dead today.

00:13:16.000 Because we didn't know about him.

00:13:18.000 Because we couldn't get to him quickly enough.

00:13:20.000 We couldn't bring attention to this issue quickly enough.

00:13:22.000 We couldn't bring attention to the bureaucrats there at the city to tell them to stop their tyranny. 1.00

00:13:29.000 To stop what they're doing.

00:13:30.000 To stop bullying these innocent citizens to the point where they feel like they have nothing to lose and they want to kill themselves.

00:13:36.000 And this man did kill himself, Andrew Wordy.

00:13:39.000 He's dead today because of what these bureaucrats in Roswell, Georgia did to him.

00:13:43.000 And we're going to go into more detail about that on the show today.

00:13:46.000 And it really, I get incensed about this because we are under assault in America.

00:13:53.000 And what we saw there in Roswell, Georgia was this example of what I called right here on the Alex Jones Show last year, trickle-down tyranny.

00:14:00.000 Which was when the federal government becomes tyrannical and oppressive, then those ideas, those dark evil philosophies of stealing people's freedoms and oppressing the people and laughing about it and having fun as the people suffer, those ideas trickle down into the local municipalities.

00:14:19.000 They get down to the state level, they get down to the local county level and the city level, and then those bureaucrats think, well, we can act like little devils too!

00:14:26.000 That we can just oppress people, and we can use our sick power, their ego-tripping, egomaniac power, to go after their political enemies, people that don't bow down to them and lick their boots, and that's what we saw in Roswell, Georgia.

00:14:41.000 And that's why that man is dead today.

00:14:44.000 And we see it over and over again.

00:14:45.000 Here's a piece out of Courthouse News Service right here.

00:14:48.000 A woman claims cops ran off with her baby at the hospital.

00:14:52.000 She was waiting for a hospital nurse to find someone to remove the hospital identification bracelet from the baby as a last step before leaving the hospital.

00:15:04.000 And then the police officers there, this is Maryland, the MPD officers appeared and quote, forcibly separated her from her baby.

00:15:16.000 causing injury to her hand, and then they ran down the corridor in the hospital with her newborn son to the nursery while blocking the mother from following her child. 0.89

00:15:26.000 They then forced the mother to return to her hospital room where they stood guard so that she could not leave, she claims.

00:15:33.000 After about two hours, a nurse told her that Child Protective Services, of course, had approved the separation.

00:15:40.000 You see how this works?

00:15:41.000 And then she was forcibly escorted out of the hospital without her baby.

00:15:45.000 You see how that works?

00:15:46.000 First, they call the cops, they make up some excuse to take your baby from you, and then, oh, they call in CPS if you don't totally go along with it.

00:15:56.000 And then the CPS can take state custody of your child and force them to be vaccinated.

00:16:00.000 We saw that in Pennsylvania just, what, 10 days ago.

00:16:04.000 A mother was forced out of the hospital.

00:16:06.000 She had to sleep in her car in a Walmart parking lot all night long so that she could then come in every few hours and breastfeed her baby, which the hospital staff and the CPS staff allowed her to breastfeed.

00:16:18.000 Oh, because they're so generous.

00:16:20.000 After stealing her baby and after forcing the baby to be vaccinated against the wishes and the will of the mother, they then allowed her to come back in so that she could breastfeed. 0.61

00:16:28.000 Oh, aren't they so gracious?

00:16:31.000 Yeah, how wonderful these people are.

00:16:34.000 But these are the overriding themes of what we are seeing in America today.

00:16:38.000 We're seeing runaway oppression, tyranny, intimidation of the people by agents of the government, both state and local and at the city level, as we mentioned.

00:16:50.000 And then we're seeing this chemical assault at the same time.

00:16:52.000 So these two themes, I want you to keep these in your mind.

00:16:55.000 As you listen to the Alex Jones Show today, we're going to see how these themes weave throughout the stories, the news, the narratives, the guests that we have on today.

00:17:05.000 In every one of these cases, you're going to see these two themes becoming even more and more apparent in your mind, because this is what's happening.

00:17:13.000 An assault on our freedoms, a destruction of our economy, takeover of our farms and food, and a complete government takeover of your individual rights as parents, And your individual liberties, just as an individual, just as a person.

00:17:29.000 I'm a little angry today.

00:17:33.000 As you can probably tell.

00:17:35.000 Look, I like to come in here and do satire from time to time.

00:17:38.000 We do jokes sometimes.

00:17:39.000 We make fun of the global elite and the New World Order.

00:17:44.000 Things are getting so serious.

00:17:46.000 I can't even get into that space anymore.

00:17:48.000 I can't find humor right now.

00:17:49.000 I'm sorry.

00:17:50.000 I don't know.

00:17:51.000 All I feel is outrage at what's going on.

00:17:55.000 I hope and pray that we're not going to descend into some kind of violence.

00:18:00.000 And we're going to have Patrick Henningsen on in the second hour.

00:18:03.000 He's an Infowars.com reporter.

00:18:05.000 And he's going to be talking to us about the escalation of the so-called race war.

00:18:09.000 And it just, it pains my heart to hear the talk out there of the Black Panthers and these people out there, the Al Sharptons and the Jesse Jacksons, who are spewing hate speech and inciting hatred and inciting the kind of violence that they claim to be against.

00:18:27.000 And they're inciting it!

00:18:29.000 And if white people were out there, or radio hosts like myself or Alex were saying those things on the radio, they'd be arrested immediately!

00:18:36.000 Why is it okay for one group to say those things, but not another group?

00:18:42.000 Why can't we all just chill out?

00:18:43.000 I mean, we're all 99.8% genetically identical!

00:18:49.000 We're all brothers and sisters, literally!

00:18:51.000 It's not black versus white.

00:18:54.000 You know what it is?

00:18:55.000 It's the people versus the power elite, versus the corporate controllers, versus the government controllers, and they know that they win when they get you and I and people of different skin colors and people of different religions to fight against each other and start a shooting war between each other.

00:19:11.000 They win!

00:19:11.000 The globalists win!

00:19:13.000 And that's why you can't be manipulated by it!

00:19:17.000 You've got to stay calm.

00:19:19.000 You've got to maintain your emotional control.

00:19:21.000 Don't pull out the guns just because you have them.

00:19:24.000 We've got to de-escalate this situation.

00:19:27.000 In every case here on the Alex Jones Show, you've heard Alex and others call for non-violence, for peaceful resolution and restoration of law and restoration of the Bill of Rights and restoration of basic human dignity.

00:19:42.000 That's what we need in America today, not more race wars. 0.86

00:19:45.000 Stay with us.

00:19:46.000 We're going to cover more news right here straight ahead.

00:19:48.000 This is Mike Adams on the Alex Jones Show.

00:24:09.000 Welcome back to the Alex Jones Show on Tuesday, April 10th, 2012.

00:24:14.000 We are fired up here at the InfoWars studios in Austin, Texas.

00:24:18.000 And guess what?

00:24:19.000 We're joined right now via phone by Alex Jones himself.

00:24:23.000 Alex, are you on the phone with us?

00:24:28.000 You're so on fire in the last segment.

00:24:31.000 I had to call in because you're absolutely right.

00:24:34.000 But the reason we're going to get from every angle is because we're more aware of it now.

00:24:38.000 And because the enemy knows that we're waking up and is desperate to clamp back down on us.

00:24:42.000 But I just wanted to say this.

00:24:45.000 When you mention the article of him taking the woman's baby, I mean, that was in the news.

00:24:49.000 It happens all the time now for not vaccinating.

00:24:52.000 Folks, you have to understand there is no law.

00:24:55.000 The police are so brainwashed by Child Protective Services that it's just a family planning slash eugenics group set up in the U.S. 0.82

00:25:03.000 around 1950.

00:25:03.000 It's outside of the regular courts that all over the place they're taking children and vaccinating in public schools during H1N1.

00:25:13.000 Three and a half years ago, we were getting reports from parents everywhere in Alabama, Texas, New York, California.

00:25:18.000 They were shooting their kids up and then it came out that indeed, oh, it's an accident.

00:25:23.000 We shot up hundreds of kids whose parents had said no with the H1N1 on record that made them sick and reduced their immunity and had all these extra viruses in it.

00:25:32.000 I mean, all that's come out.

00:25:33.000 All that's been admitted.

00:25:35.000 So it's a hoax that it's good for you.

00:25:37.000 It's a hoax that it's the law. 0.98

00:25:39.000 But if parents don't know what they're doing, or they think you're poor and ignorant, you're black, Hispanic, white, doesn't matter what color you are, Asian, but they think you're poor and ignorant, they call in police. 0.83

00:25:49.000 They say we believe this is a bad parent because they won't vaccinate, even though there's no law. 0.93

00:25:53.000 And the state takes your child, shoots it up with a bunch of stuff.

00:25:57.000 I mean, understand, we're down into 1 in 50, 1 in 60 or so, depending on the actuary, with autism.

00:26:03.000 We are a society collapsing.

00:26:05.000 There's a video report I did up on InfoWars.com, uh, last night when I was on RT, where I broke down the fact that the Club of Rome A Bruin-MIT report has come out and said at least 50% of us, in some actuaries it's word, will be dead within 20-something years because of the total collapse of society.

00:26:25.000 They're engineering it, folks.

00:26:28.000 You've got to realize that this is happening, and the system is desperate.

00:26:32.000 Alex, there's another element to this too.

00:26:35.000 Remember, when the state steals your child and vaccinates that child, they have their vaccine courts where you can't take it to a regular court.

00:26:44.000 You can't make a claim, but the damage is on your shoulders as the parents.

00:26:48.000 You have to pay for the vaccine damage.

00:26:52.000 So what's happening is this hoax is coming down.

00:26:54.000 And so parents start saying no.

00:26:56.000 In fact, many areas of California, more than 70% in the highly educated counties are saying no.

00:27:01.000 So then they pass a law saying we'll shoot your kid up without telling you. 0.96

00:27:05.000 These are criminal, out of control tyrants just like the Soviets. 0.96

00:27:09.000 And others, and it's real, and it's happening, and in closing, the system is getting desperate to be publicly having NBC edit tapes to make George Zimmerman sound racist, to have the Black Panthers, the new Black Panthers saying, we're angry there's not a race war. 0.81

00:27:25.000 Get it going!

00:27:26.000 The system is desperate to get us fighting with each other because the bankers want to sit offshore and rob us.

00:27:32.000 The enemy is Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan and crony capitalism.

00:27:36.000 It's the opposite of free markets.

00:27:38.000 They are the enemy.

00:27:39.000 That's the problem.

00:27:40.000 That's who's setting this up.

00:27:42.000 That's who's pushing this whole thing.

00:27:44.000 That's the problem.

00:27:46.000 And so the system knows that this is all coming to a head.

00:27:48.000 And in closing, that Patrick Henningsen article that's at InfoWars.com, because he's a real journalist like you over at National News, He has talked to the source inside the prosecutor's office and said the decision has been made not to even try to go to the grand jury and, you know, try, and it's going to be a no bill even if it does, and that the media knows that and is still trying to play it up so when it comes out there's a and that the media knows that and is still trying to play it

00:28:15.000 That is criminal, and that's what the whole New World Order prostitute media does. 1.00

00:28:19.000 When Nightline comes to visit me or MSNBC or the Southern Poverty Law Center writes articles, they say we're inciting violence when it's the opposite.

00:28:26.000 This is the hoax and the fraud of these enemies of America, these offshore propaganda arms trying to cause a civil war here in America that's going to get a lot of people of all colors and police and fire department people killed.

00:28:39.000 This is going to be an absolute disaster, and these terrorists are preparing to try to launch a race war in this nation to play us off against.

00:28:47.000 The government is trying to force inoculations on children and taking them away when there's no law.

00:28:53.000 And that shows how brazen these crooks are and how far this tyranny's gone.

00:28:53.000 That's kidnapping.

00:28:56.000 from breaking in one of the guests that's been persecuted but this is real folks the government is trying to force inoculations on children and taking them away when there's no law that's kidnapping and that shows how brazen these crooks are and how far this tyranny's gone but they only do it to folks they think the poor and ignorant showing the premeditated evil of this ladies and gentlemen so speak out and expose it mike adam thank you so much for sitting in today No, you're exactly right.

00:29:24.000 You're right.

00:29:25.000 You're 100% on target with that.

00:29:26.000 Look, the system attacks you, Alex, when you call for restoring the Bill of Rights.

00:29:32.000 Somehow they equate that with calling for violence.

00:29:34.000 That's absurd.

00:29:35.000 Yet they allow these race wars to escalate and escalate, leading to shootings and killings that they know are going to play in their favor.

00:29:43.000 They're the ones pushing violence. 0.84

00:32:00.000 A little over a year ago, I began to do a lot of research into why, even though I had a pretty good-sized meal, that I was still starving.

00:32:07.000 And my research led me to a well-known fact that most of the soils that we grow our crops on here in the United States and across the industrialized world are almost completely depleted of almost all of the key minerals and trace elements that our bodies need to rebuild themselves, fight off cancer, and be healthy.

00:32:25.000 I then searched out the best vitamin and mineral company out there and discovered Longevity.

00:32:31.000 The Longevity products are designed to give you the real nutrition you need and once you've got that, you don't have to eat as much to be satisfied.

00:32:57.000 That's InfoWarsTeam.com.

00:33:00.000 It is...

00:33:11.000 It's going to be a fascinating show right here.

00:33:13.000 Thanks for staying with us here on the Alex Jones Show.

00:33:16.000 This is Mike Adams, the Health Ranger, filling in.

00:33:18.000 I'm the editor of NaturalNews.com, where today, in fact, we have a special InfoWars edition of news posted there.

00:33:24.000 I hand selected all that news for today.

00:33:26.000 To just really support the InfoWars mission.

00:33:29.000 In fact, we've started to use Aaron Dyke's research as a source in our own reporting.

00:33:35.000 Aaron Dyke's, Kurt Nimmo, Paul Watson, the amazing InfoWars.com news team are now just, they are generating just amazing news.

00:33:44.000 For example, about the paralysis being caused by the vaccines in India.

00:33:49.000 Even though India has been free of polio, now the nation is suffering from widespread paralysis caused by the vaccines themselves.

00:33:57.000 That was a story by Aaron Dykes and we have cited Aaron Dykes as a source on that.

00:34:02.000 So there's a lot of cross-pollination going on between InfoWars and Natural News as we all try to cover this and bring you the information that can help restore liberty.

00:34:12.000 Now, in this segment, by the way, we do have James Stewart joining us in just a minute.

00:34:17.000 He is the Rawsome Foods founder, one of the founders, the operator there, who was thrown in jail, tortured by L.A.

00:34:27.000 County.

00:34:27.000 There's a lot more to that story.

00:34:29.000 You probably heard much of his story.

00:34:31.000 He's going to be talking to us today about a lot more, about what his experience being intimidated and being arrested and tortured By the bureaucrats there in L.A.

00:34:41.000 County and Ventura County.

00:34:42.000 What that means for the nation at large.

00:34:46.000 He's got first-hand experience and is going to lend us some insight into what that means for the future of America.

00:34:52.000 But real quickly, check this out.

00:34:54.000 You know how you collapse the honeybee populations?

00:34:57.000 You feed them corn syrup laced with pesticides.

00:35:00.000 That's the additional news that's come out.

00:35:03.000 And in fact, in order to... Remember I was talking about these pesticides, these neonicotinoids is the class of pesticides that has been found yet again to collapse honeybee populations.

00:35:16.000 The way that they simulated that collapse in the lab was to feed the bees corn syrup!

00:35:22.000 With that chemical in it.

00:35:24.000 There you go.

00:35:25.000 Check out more stories about that on InfoWars.com, by the way.

00:35:28.000 I know they're posting stories right now as we speak.

00:35:31.000 I want to bring in James Stewart with a quick background.

00:35:35.000 Just so you know, James Stewart is the Rawsome Foods guy.

00:35:38.000 He's been called the California Milkman by the judge that reduced his bail from the $1 million level down to $100,000.

00:35:46.000 He spent eight days lost in the L.A.

00:35:48.000 County jail system.

00:35:49.000 They sort of lost him in the system.

00:35:52.000 They flooded his jail cell with raw sewage.

00:35:55.000 They subjected him to hypothermia, to denial of food, basic starvation, to involuntary medical procedures and tests.

00:36:04.000 Had him shackled in chains.

00:36:06.000 And what is his crime?

00:36:07.000 He was distributing food.

00:36:09.000 Distributing food to infants and children of many mothers there in California.

00:36:13.000 We're using Rossum as a distribution point for the raw goat's milk that they were feeding their babies because they couldn't breastfeed.

00:36:20.000 So we're talking about basic nutrition for humanity.

00:36:24.000 We're talking about basic human rights.

00:36:26.000 And they destroyed James' food distribution point, and he now faces many years potentially in prison.

00:36:33.000 The case is still pending against him.

00:36:34.000 He joins us by phone.

00:36:36.000 Thank you, James Stewart, for having the courage to speak out and join us once again here on the Alex Jones Show.

00:36:42.000 Are you with us?

00:36:45.000 Good morning, James.

00:36:46.000 I hope you're fired up, man, because I don't know about you, but I'm sick of the oppression.

00:36:52.000 I'm sick of the way they treat farmers and people like you who are providing real food to real mothers and real infants in America.

00:37:00.000 I've just had it.

00:37:01.000 And I want to be an optimist long term, but in the short term, it just feels like we're all under attack.

00:37:07.000 What are your thoughts on what's happening in America today based on what has happened to you personally?

00:37:12.000 First thing I want to say is since when did being involved with food and on top of that high quality food become an act of terrorism?

00:37:22.000 I mean really that's really the question.

00:37:24.000 We asked for a long time when we were initially under attack.

00:37:29.000 From different sources, you know, who's authorizing it and for what purpose?

00:37:34.000 And of course, we still don't have a real answer.

00:37:36.000 Although, as you know, many people who admit there might be some new people on here as well.

00:37:41.000 A couple of years ago in Massachusetts, there was another food club that was closed.

00:37:46.000 And basically the FDA who was sued had to answer their questions because they were sued.

00:37:51.000 And the bottom line of that was that you and I and the public have no right to decide what we're going to put into our own bodies or our children's bodies that the FDA has the ultimate authority.

00:38:02.000 I remember that statement by the FDA.

00:38:03.000 Shocking.

00:38:04.000 That we don't even own our own bodies, in essence.

00:38:07.000 In fact, remember the FDA has gone after women who are pumping breast milk to sell it to other women who can't breastfeed, so they're helping to save a child.

00:38:16.000 They're being intimidated by the FDA.

00:38:17.000 The FDA basically says you don't even own your own body fluids.

00:38:21.000 Insane.

00:38:22.000 And you know, we see it every day.

00:38:23.000 It's not just with Rossum or, you know, Farm to Fork or, you know, Hershberger or all the other people out there.

00:38:30.000 They're doing it now with pig farmers and the state of Michigan.

00:38:34.000 And I mean, it's everywhere.

00:38:35.000 And so at this point, it's hard to understand why people can't actually see that their actual freedom of choice is being removed.

00:38:44.000 Well, I think part of that, let's remember that the mainstream media hasn't really even covered your story.

00:38:50.000 I mean, did the Washington Post, even the L.A.

00:38:53.000 Times, they didn't report how you were tortured in the L.A.

00:38:56.000 County Jail.

00:38:57.000 They didn't report that at all.

00:38:58.000 So I think the mainstream person out there who's watching CNN or Fox News or whatever, especially since they canceled the best show on there, Judge Napolitano, It's watered down now and the people don't see what's really happening.

00:39:12.000 So it's like how can we even expect the mainstream people out there to have an understanding of the reality of what's going on?

00:39:20.000 I completely agree.

00:39:21.000 The mainstream media is, uh, I don't think they're asleep.

00:39:25.000 I think they're, uh, part of the problem, as you and I both know.

00:39:28.000 So, you know, at this point, by the way, Rossum is gone, and, uh, their property has now been returned to vacant land, so all of the so-called illegal structures and the community has now been completely wiped out.

00:39:43.000 No, James, I got it.

00:39:45.000 You know what your problem is, James?

00:39:45.000 You know what?

00:39:47.000 You're not black enough. 1.00

00:39:48.000 If you were black, and you were running Rawsome Foods, and they came after you with guns, the entire African-American community would be up in arms over it. 1.00

00:39:57.000 You're too white! 0.99

00:39:59.000 That's the problem, James. 0.99

00:40:00.000 You're too white so the media won't cover it. 1.00

00:40:02.000 You got that?

00:40:03.000 Yeah, well, you know, Mike, I hate to bring, and I just refuse to bring race into anything, because, you know, Rossum was a community in which was open to everybody, and it didn't matter who you were, what you ate, or anything else, and that's the way I still want it.

00:40:18.000 And, you know, I don't know if what you said is true, it probably is a little bit, but I'd rather not, you know, bring up that subject, because I'd rather be inclusive, rather Well no, you're exactly right.

00:40:32.000 I was not trying to exclude anyone.

00:40:36.000 My point was that the media is very selective in reporting who is being oppressed. 0.90

00:40:42.000 So a white guy like you selling raw milk gets no media attention.

00:40:47.000 But if an African-American had been running that operations and sheriffs came in and put them in handcuffs like they did you and tortured you in the jail and put guns or brought guns to the scene, then that would have been made into a much bigger issue.

00:41:03.000 Let's be honest about it.

00:41:05.000 I probably can't disagree with you, Mike, and that's one of the other divisions that are going on out there.

00:41:11.000 They want people to be divided so they can't form a beautiful alliance with each other.

00:41:17.000 And I appeal to everybody, especially in the industry that we're in, the health, alternative health industry, whatever you want to call it, I appeal to people not to fight each other, but to join forces with each other.

00:41:30.000 I respectfully disagree with the person that you are in competition with.

00:41:36.000 You know, that's the main reason why corporations are basically probably behind all of this is because they're trying to eliminate the competition that you and I both know that sales of pasteurized dairy products, pharmaceuticals and whatnot are in the decline.

00:41:51.000 Yes.

00:41:51.000 Why they're in the decline is people have decided to take charge of their own health.

00:41:56.000 I agree with you completely, James, and in fact, you know I wrote a story last week about freedom is based on tolerance, that we have to de-escalate violence, that we have to be inclusive of other people's views and other people's behaviors, other people's choices, even if we don't agree with them.

00:42:12.000 So I know you and I are on the same page with that.

00:42:14.000 I'm just, I'm a little bit angry at the complete Unfair treatment of a person like you, who was so oppressed, who was so mistreated, who's now even now facing decades in prison, potentially, and a total media blackout on it.

00:42:31.000 Because, I guess, what, your story doesn't fit their agenda.

00:42:37.000 I get it, Mike.

00:42:38.000 And I myself, you know, I'm appreciative of you and that article, by the way, in which we have to have tolerance of others, you know, otherwise we don't have freedom at all.

00:42:48.000 And that was a very well-written article, my friend, and I really appreciate it.

00:42:53.000 Well, let me take a deep breath here, man, because...

00:42:56.000 Ultimately, I know you and I are both optimists.

00:42:58.000 I know you and I both believe in restoring freedom, restoring the republic.

00:43:02.000 Let's talk about that for a second.

00:43:03.000 You and I were on the phone just the other day talking about the difference between a democracy and a republic.

00:43:09.000 There's a film out there on YouTube that explains that.

00:43:12.000 I think it's only a 10-minute film.

00:43:13.000 It's very important.

00:43:14.000 James, what are your thoughts on why we need a republic and the restoration of law to put these tyrants in check so they can't just run rampant over everybody?

00:43:24.000 Well, first of all, real law.

00:43:26.000 I mean, a republic is based on the rule of law.

00:43:28.000 And, you know, that's what most people don't know, but they're actually now, they, whatever, the other force out there, they're actually trying to make people like myself and you and Alex Jones and others look like anarchists, when we're actually just the opposite.

00:43:41.000 We're totally into, you know, government and and the right form of government that's controlled by laws, of course.

00:43:48.000 But when they get out of hand with what they're done now, this is not, you know, we've become, again, what many other countries around the world for thousands of years have become, and that's an oligarchy and whatnot where a group of people are controlling it, and it's not a republic.

00:44:03.000 People are not protected any longer.

00:44:05.000 And a republic, if you actually go online and you just type into YouTube, democracy versus republic, the first video on there is amazing.

00:44:16.000 It's so well done, you know, that it informs us about how it all really works and what's going on in the idea of government.

00:44:24.000 And I urge people to educate themselves, but you know, right now I think That people need to stand up.

00:44:31.000 I think people are in fear, Mike, and I'm hoping that they'll get over their fears because, you know, they're only creating their own demise by not putting anything into action.

00:44:41.000 And I don't mean that, you know, meanly or whatnot to people, but, you know, that's the reason why.

00:44:46.000 You know, Ben Franklin said, you know, I gave you a republic if you can keep it.

00:44:51.000 Now, why did he use the word if?

00:44:54.000 Well, maybe he was suspect even from the beginning whether people would actually take charge and responsibility for keeping the republic and as we view now, it's not happening.

00:45:04.000 Well, he was a student of history.

00:45:05.000 He saw what happens when power always gets corrupted, always becomes more centralized.

00:45:09.000 Everybody in a position of power or every organization of power, whether it's a government or a union or a city council, every body of power wants to grab more power.

00:45:19.000 It's actually like a nation of cancer tumors.

00:45:22.000 Running around and cancer tumors work the same way.

00:45:25.000 They try to bring in blood vessels and bring in more nutrients so they can grow and become more powerful.

00:45:29.000 So we're looking at a cancerous government ruling over the people without honoring the rule of law that's set out in the Bill of Rights in the Republic.

00:45:39.000 Yeah, well you know, when they start calling people like myself terrorists, and I never use the word myself, but sovereigns, and you know, any time that they can grab a hold of a term or a word and use it against us because one person out there who claimed he was decided to do something in violence, which I never advocate at all, Then they can use that word.

00:46:00.000 So, you know, we have to be careful as a mass of people not to actually do things.

00:46:05.000 I don't believe in violence.

00:46:07.000 I believe in nonviolence.

00:46:08.000 So, you know, I believe that all we have to do is take back the power that we've so unwillingly allowed to not, you know, that we don't want to take responsibility, you know.

00:46:20.000 I completely agree with you.

00:46:23.000 All Rossum was was a community of people, like-minded to computing, a community of people that wanted to take the opportunity to obtain things that they couldn't find anywhere else.

00:46:35.000 Now why is that?

00:46:36.000 And by the way, your comment about Judge Napolitano's show, Freedom Watch, being taken off is really suspect.

00:46:43.000 You and I both know that.

00:46:45.000 He did an excellent job and I hope that he's back on someplace else.

00:46:49.000 Yeah, well, he was clearly getting very close to the target, right?

00:46:54.000 Because that kind of, the power in his voice and the issues that he was willing to cover is probably what got him kicked off the air.

00:47:01.000 But I want to get back to this sovereign citizen issue, because when

00:47:06.000 When LA County took you into custody there and threw you in jail there They then took you into a little room and had a mini interrogation of you as I recall you relating to me And then they accused you of claiming that you were a sovereign citizen and then put an armband on you Which of course echoes right back to Nazi Germany and the way those Prisoners were treated there before they were hauled off to the gas chambers, and then you were subjected to extra Torture extra chains and shackles around your waist because you had this armband is that not correct James?

00:47:36.000 It is exactly correct, and I never mentioned the word at all.

00:47:41.000 But no, that's what they did.

00:47:43.000 And so they put a red armband, which meant I was a danger to the community.

00:47:47.000 We're not talking about the community outside the jail.

00:47:49.000 We're talking about they were saying that I was a danger to the community inside the jail.

00:47:54.000 Right, like you, the milkman, are more dangerous than the murderers and rapists that were also in there?

00:47:59.000 Yep. 0.95

00:47:59.000 Really? 0.95

00:48:00.000 The gangbangers?

00:48:01.000 Yep.

00:48:03.000 Unbelievable!

00:48:03.000 Yeah, it was.

00:48:05.000 You know, I just find it ludicrous, but you know that it just shows you I'm sharing these things with people so they understand that this is now happening to people out there.

00:48:15.000 You know, I'm a perfect example.

00:48:17.000 So, you know, I share those things without any, you know, try to not exaggerate at all.

00:48:22.000 Yeah, they shackled me and chained me to a bench for like six hours in the medical pod.

00:48:27.000 In the beginning, there was a nice sheriff or whatnot inside there that I appealed to, who not only was I shackled, you know, around my waist and whatnot, but then additionally in my hands behind my back for hours.

00:48:42.000 But they also handcuffed me to the bench, which meant I couldn't move more than six inches in either direction for hours.

00:48:49.000 You try that for a while.

00:48:50.000 And, you know, without actually having to physically touch you and torture you, it's pretty torturous.

00:48:55.000 But this one guy came over and he was a little confused as to why I would be, you know, shackled doubly.

00:49:02.000 So he actually undid the handcuffs so at least I could move on the bench a little bit.

00:49:06.000 Well, a little bit of mercy for you there by one of the prison guards.

00:49:11.000 I've been interviewing small farmers around Texas, by the way.

00:49:15.000 That hasn't come out yet, so I don't want to give away that whole story.

00:49:18.000 But people cited your story, James, as a reason that they were afraid to start selling raw dairy.

00:49:28.000 I'm announcing this for the first time on national radio.

00:49:32.000 I own dairy goats now.

00:49:34.000 In fact, I milked goats before I came into the show this morning.

00:49:37.000 We've got Nigerian dwarf goats that have super sweet milk and we milk them twice a day and they're just amazing little creatures.

00:49:46.000 Just a joy to be around and I'm getting actual milk nutrition.

00:49:49.000 I'm actually starting to drink raw milk again because I haven't consumed milk for a long time, a decade or more.

00:49:55.000 And I can't, when I'm milking these goats and I'm seeing this milk come out, I can't imagine that this is a criminal substance if I go barter it with my neighbor.

00:50:06.000 I can't imagine that I could be thrown in jail for this substance.

00:50:11.000 And then I talked to these other farmers around Texas and they say they're afraid to sell it.

00:50:15.000 They don't want to get involved because they don't want to go to jail.

00:50:17.000 So there is a suppression effect happening because of what they did to you.

00:50:21.000 Do you think, James, that's part of the reason why they're trying to make such a big deal out of your case?

00:50:26.000 I absolutely do.

00:50:27.000 I think they want to make examples of people so they will force people into not wanting to move into a direction that their actual creativity is Stay with us, James.

00:50:40.000 We gotta take a quick break here.

00:50:42.000 We'll be right back on the Alex Jones Show with more on food freedom with James Stewart.

00:50:46.000 Stay with us.

00:50:46.000 We'll be right back.

00:50:47.000 You don't need me to tell you that humanity is in a deep crisis.

00:51:05.000 Everyone can feel it.

00:51:06.000 We know a tectonic struggle is now taking place between the forces of freedom and those who love darkness, bondage, and enslavement.

00:51:15.000 Yes, my friends, evil is rising.

00:51:19.000 But take heart.

00:51:20.000 For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.

00:51:23.000 Recently, New World Order operative Hillary Clinton admitted they're losing the info war.

00:51:29.000 We are in an information war, and we are losing that war.

00:51:33.000 The globalists are scared.

00:51:34.000 They've overreached.

00:51:58.000 Goes into high gear!

00:53:56.000 Working to keep the world tied together.

00:53:58.000 Strange days have found us.

00:54:14.000 Yeah, welcome back to the Alex Jones Show.

00:54:16.000 This is Mike Adams, the health ranger, filling in for Alex today, who actually called in and joined us for a few minutes in the last segment.

00:54:22.000 We're talking with James Stewart, the founder of Rawsome Foods.

00:54:25.000 Rawsome is now completely disassembled.

00:54:28.000 It is gone.

00:54:29.000 So, Ventura County has succeeded temporarily in their mission to destroy a food distribution center and deny parents the right to acquire milk that they already own.

00:54:43.000 Because they own a portion of the farm, a portion of the cow, a portion of the goat, and so on.

00:54:47.000 I want to mention a note here, as James joins us, about authenticity.

00:54:52.000 Authenticity is crucial when you decide where to get your information, who to believe, who to listen to.

00:54:59.000 And these people in Washington, these people at the state capitals, and these people, these bureaucrats who live in these shining cities like out of Hunger Games, and they live in their offices all day long, and they never get out in the real world, they don't know what real food is, okay?

00:55:15.000 Right now, you are listening to James Stewart and myself, who are two people who are intimately and authentically involved in raising our own food.

00:55:22.000 I really do milk my goats.

00:55:24.000 I really milked them this morning before I came here.

00:55:26.000 I don't just say that, okay?

00:55:28.000 I'll send pictures, or I'm going to shoot a video, actually, to show you what terrorists these little goats are, according to the FDA. 0.99

00:55:36.000 But we don't just say these things.

00:55:37.000 We are involved in raising our own food as much as we can.

00:55:41.000 It is authentic.

00:55:42.000 We know what we're talking about.

00:55:43.000 James, What do you think about those people who sit in their palaces and comment on you and talk about how you should be criminalized even though it's people like you who are producing the food that keeps them alive?

00:55:57.000 Well, this is very true.

00:55:58.000 And by the way, I want to correct something.

00:56:00.000 It is the county of Los Angeles that originally and most powerfully, most completely is the one that eliminated Ross.

00:56:09.000 Okay, my bad.

00:56:10.000 Sorry.

00:56:11.000 LA.

00:56:13.000 ...in a whole other way, which is also insanity.

00:56:16.000 Their contention that I was involved in ripping off people is just insane.

00:56:21.000 Everybody knows who I am on that level.

00:56:23.000 But, you know, again, what was the question, Mike?

00:56:27.000 Well, just what you think about authentic food and how it's the farmers across America who are feeding the tyrants who are oppressing their liberties.

00:56:34.000 It is pretty insane, isn't it?

00:56:38.000 I mean, you know, the people who actually, the blood, sweat, and tears come from the people who are actually involved with their hands and doing something.

00:56:48.000 You know, quite a few times people complain...

00:56:52.000 They contended that they actually helped start Rossum.

00:56:56.000 I won't mention names and whatnot, but they never put a finger into it.

00:56:59.000 So to me, it reminds me of the same thing that whoever you want to call them, the bureaucracy, the other side, whatever.

00:57:05.000 I don't even understand.

00:57:06.000 And by the way, I have a really interesting piece of news for you that happened when I was dismantling Rossum over the last three or four days.

00:57:15.000 And that was this.

00:57:15.000 I was at the last stage of removing some of the shipping containers on the lot.

00:57:21.000 And a black and white unit showed up, and I won't tell from what city, and I thought they were coming for me again.

00:57:26.000 The police?

00:57:28.000 Yeah, the police.

00:57:29.000 And instead they went next door to the coffee shop, and I happened to be standing on the sidewalk about ten minutes later, and the two officers came out.

00:57:39.000 One of them walked up to me and said, Are you James Stewart?

00:57:41.000 He said, Aren't you James Stewart?

00:57:42.000 And I said, Yes.

00:57:43.000 And I was thinking, Now what?

00:57:45.000 And he said, You probably don't know me because I never came into your place dressed in uniform, but I was one of your members.

00:57:54.000 Right.

00:57:54.000 And he said, what I think has happened here is a travesty.

00:57:57.000 Now, I'm not going to mention his name or what city he works for or whatnot, but that just shows you that there are people actually, there were many people inside government that actually were members of Rossum.

00:58:08.000 There were, you know, attorneys and medical doctors and you name it, the list was long.

00:58:12.000 Hey James, we're out of time, believe it or not.

00:58:16.000 Sorry to interrupt, but I got to thank you for being here today.

00:58:20.000 Is there a website, real quick, where people can stay informed about Rossum?

00:58:24.000 You know, more through you than anybody else, Mike.

00:58:27.000 Alright, well, we'll keep publishing the stories then, man.

00:58:30.000 Naturalnews.com and Infowars.com.

00:58:32.000 A lot gets posted there as well.

00:58:33.000 Stay with us.

00:58:34.000 We'll be right back with Patrick Henningsen ahead on the next hour and a lot more breaking news on the Alex Jones Show.

00:58:43.000 This is GCN, the Genesis Communications Radio Network.

00:58:50.000 This is Alex Jones with five good reasons you should consider buying a solar power generator.

00:58:55.000 Number one.

00:58:56.000 New climate legislation could easily double or triple your electric bill.

00:58:59.000 Number two.

00:59:00.000 Our new energy czar wants to control how much power your electric company allows you to have.

00:59:05.000 It's true.

00:59:06.000 Total government control of electricity in the name of smart grid technology is coming.

00:59:10.000 Number 3.

00:59:11.000 In some areas of the country, the power grid is dangerously overloaded.

00:59:15.000 And now, new socialist legislation is only compounding the problem.

00:59:19.000 Number 4.

00:59:19.000 Dangerous weather is always a threat to local grids.

00:59:22.000 Every year, thousands of families lose their power from weather-related outages.

00:59:55.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:59:58.000 Big Brother.

01:00:06.000 Mainstream media.

01:00:08.000 Government cover-ups.

01:00:10.000 You want answers?

01:00:11.000 Well, so does he.

01:00:13.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:00:17.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

01:00:24.000 We are into the second hour on the Alex Jones Show.

01:00:27.000 This is Mike Adams, the health ranger, the editor of Natural News.

01:00:31.000 Filling in for Alex today, we just completed an interview with James Stewart, founder of Raw Awesome Foods, about food freedom and much more.

01:00:38.000 I'm gonna give you some more breaking news right now, or comments on some of the news that's out there.

01:00:43.000 The Red Cross calls for drug decriminalization.

01:00:48.000 This is part of the ongoing wave, the momentum of international and national calls for decriminalizing medical marijuana in particular, and also just small quantities of recreational marijuana.

01:01:02.000 Regardless of what you think about marijuana, and by the way, on the record, I am not a recreational drug user and have never been.

01:01:09.000 That's right, never.

01:01:10.000 I don't even drink alcohol, but that's just my choice.

01:01:16.000 What's clear from this war on drugs is that it really just benefits the prison system.

01:01:21.000 It benefits the police.

01:01:23.000 It benefits that whole system that keeps people suppressed.

01:01:26.000 It does not, in fact, treat drug users for their health, their medical condition, which is an addiction.

01:01:34.000 So if we want to overcome this drug abuse, which is widespread across America, Then, of course, we've got to start treating this like a health and medical condition, and not just a criminal situation.

01:01:47.000 Now, speaking of drug addiction, here's another story.

01:01:50.000 The USDA has now extended its crackdown on prescription painkillers to Walgreens pharmacies.

01:01:57.000 Yes, the DEA raided a Walgreens store in Jupiter, Florida, and it found that Literally two-thirds of all the painkillers that were prescribed in that zip code were prescribed by this one pharmacy.

01:02:13.000 Gee, you think someone's overdoing the prescriptions there a little bit?

01:02:17.000 You bet they are.

01:02:18.000 The truth is, more people are addicted to prescription drugs than recreational drugs.

01:02:22.000 Certainly a lot more than marijuana.

01:02:25.000 And the truth is, a lot of the prescription drugs are just different patented synthetic variations of what used to be straight drugs.

01:02:31.000 And another truth is that the psychiatric drugging of soldiers, which is causing just massive problems.

01:02:37.000 And guys, could you bring up that infographic, by the way, on the psych drugging of soldiers?

01:02:41.000 We created that.

01:02:42.000 It's very informative.

01:02:44.000 But that is just another way for Big Pharma to make more money by using human bodies as a profit-generating mechanism.

01:02:51.000 So for those of you on the radio, you can't see this, but on PrisonPlanet.tv, you can see this infographic we created over at Natural News.

01:02:59.000 This is the psych-drugging of U.S.

01:03:00.000 soldiers, and it breaks it down with the statistics.

01:03:03.000 We have over 100,000 active duty soldiers on mind-altering drugs right now.

01:03:07.000 The side effects are suicide, accidents, violence, and drug addiction.

01:03:12.000 A 300% increase in illegal drug use also in the U.S.

01:03:16.000 military over a three-year period beginning or ending in 2008.

01:03:20.000 We've got a third of the U.S.

01:03:22.000 Army is now on drugs.

01:03:23.000 We're talking people in the field.

01:03:25.000 When they send them out into the field, they give them a 180-day supply of mind-altering psychiatric drugs to take into the field with them.

01:03:35.000 You think the soldiers don't barter that and trade that back and forth?

01:03:39.000 Of course they do.

01:03:41.000 They're all into that, and it's being pushed on them, even when the soldiers don't want it.

01:03:46.000 They may go to the VA hospital and say, I want to be treated like a human being.

01:03:49.000 I want to be treated with dignity.

01:03:50.000 I help protect the freedoms of this country.

01:03:53.000 Give me some medical assistance.

01:03:54.000 And you know what they say? 0.99

01:03:55.000 Shut up and take these pills. 1.00

01:03:57.000 Shut up and take the Xanax, or these painkillers, or these psychotropic, mind-altering drugs. 1.00

01:04:03.000 Go home and stop complaining. 0.99

01:04:04.000 And then they go home, and occasionally one of them gets violent.

01:04:08.000 And shoots somebody, or kills themselves, or causes a problem, and then they blame the soldiers.

01:04:16.000 They blame the soldiers, and the press doesn't even blame the pharmaceutical industry.

01:04:20.000 But again, kudos to the LA Times for pointing out the widespread use of those drugs by the military today.

01:04:28.000 In Houston, it's illegal to feed the homeless now.

01:04:32.000 How's that for compassion?

01:04:33.000 You can't even feed the homeless people if you want to.

01:04:37.000 Oh man, we've got a lot more coming up.

01:04:39.000 Patrick Henningsen will be joining us in this upcoming segment to talk about the escalation of the race wars in America.

01:04:45.000 We'll try to, in the next hour, sorry, we'll try to control ourselves here.

01:04:50.000 We do have good news coming.

01:04:52.000 A lot of optimism and justification for it.

01:04:54.000 I'll share that with you as we continue.

01:04:56.000 Stay with us right here on the Alex Jones Show.

01:04:58.000 We'll be right back.

01:07:56.000 Big Brother.

01:08:06.000 Mainstream media.

01:08:08.000 Government cover-ups.

01:08:10.000 You want answers?

01:08:11.000 Well, so does he.

01:08:13.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:08:17.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

01:08:23.000 This is the Alex Jones Show.

01:08:25.000 Mike Adams, Health Ranger, filling in for you today.

01:08:28.000 I want to thank Alex for the invite to fill in, and I want to thank you, the listeners, for allowing me to continue to fill in for Alex from time to time when he invites me.

01:08:38.000 I really appreciate all your positive comments out there.

01:08:41.000 I hope I'm doing a good job for you, working here on the front lines of liberty, trying to bring the issues to the forefront.

01:08:47.000 That matter for our collective future.

01:08:49.000 I want to take calls from you today.

01:08:51.000 So let me give out the number here.

01:08:52.000 That is 800-259-9231.

01:08:58.000 And those are going to be calls from anyone.

01:09:02.000 So open lines, please call in if you have a comment, a question, you'd like to talk about anything that we're covering today.

01:09:08.000 The overriding theme today is America under assault by chemicals and our farms and food freedoms are under assault by our government.

01:09:15.000 You can talk about Obama's executive order from March 16th, the government seizure, of farms and food and seeds and all that.

01:09:22.000 You can talk about anything you want.

01:09:23.000 Ask me a question if you want, but just remember I'm not a doctor so I can't give you specific health advice.

01:09:28.000 Now let's get to some of the other news that has been breaking recently.

01:09:32.000 Alex reported on this yesterday and Well, just yesterday I think he focused on this.

01:09:37.000 MIT predicts half of humanity could be cold in a post-industrial crash.

01:09:42.000 Alex misspoke and cited that as a 90% reduction.

01:09:46.000 It's actually about a 50% reduction.

01:09:49.000 He called me to ask me to clarify that with all of you today.

01:09:54.000 The chart is right here.

01:09:55.000 This is an article by Aaron Dykes on Infowars.com, and it is true that the MIT scientists have conducted a study in which they predict a global collapse of the population right here, beginning here, this dotted line.

01:10:09.000 At 2030, following a global economic collapse.

01:10:14.000 Alright, so we've got other lines that they say represent global pollution, industrial output per capita, food per capita.

01:10:22.000 Notice that the food decline precedes the population decline.

01:10:26.000 So first, right here, the food collapses, that's this dotted line right there, for those of you watching on PrisonPlanet.tv, and then the population collapse soon follows.

01:10:35.000 Well, why would we have a food collapse?

01:10:38.000 The MIT scientists have their own theories about that, but of course, you, as InfoWars listeners, you probably know even more about why the food supply might collapse, and those reasons include the genetic pollution of our agricultural system, the unleashing of GMOs, the rise of resistant superweeds that take over farms,

01:11:01.000 Now the destruction of local farming and food production centers all across America by tyrannical, out-of-control, maniac governments.

01:11:11.000 You know, food diversity.

01:11:12.000 It's funny, in America they talk about strategic oil reserves and the diversity of being able to produce oil in Alaska, produce oil in the Gulf, produce oil in Texas, importing a lot of our oil, but being able to have national security by producing oil domestically, right?

01:11:27.000 That makes sense to everybody.

01:11:29.000 Well, what about producing food domestically, and not just in the hands of the corporate food producers?

01:11:35.000 Food that is produced in your local town, in your neighborhood or nearby, where you can drive out to a farmer's market and actually buy some basic food, such as raw, fresh milk from a local farmer.

01:11:49.000 All of that is under attack, so that is a national strategic resource that the country, that the government doesn't seem to care about.

01:11:55.000 It's funny, isn't it?

01:11:56.000 You know, the government is into storing ammunition, storing guns.

01:12:01.000 The government stores food and medicine and communications gear, but then they're destroying the food production and going against guns and ammunition for the people.

01:12:12.000 So you see how that works?

01:12:13.000 It's a total contradiction.

01:12:15.000 What's good for the government to survive hard times makes you a potential terrorist if you dare do the same thing.

01:12:22.000 So, just another contradiction out there.

01:12:24.000 But it's true, the MIT study is talking about a global collapse.

01:12:27.000 Now we've got some callers on the line.

01:12:29.000 Let's see who's on the line!

01:12:31.000 And thank you for calling, John in California.

01:12:33.000 You're on the air with the Health Ranger.

01:12:34.000 Go ahead, please.

01:12:36.000 Hey, Mike Adams, long-time listener, first-time caller.

01:12:38.000 The reason why I'm calling is to discuss Fukushima real quick.

01:12:42.000 I've got many things to bring out on it.

01:12:45.000 One, my girlfriend was there recently, about two weeks ago, came back with some illness, nosebleeds.

01:12:51.000 She's reported she's never had nosebleeds her whole life.

01:12:53.000 So then I gave her some kombucha tea.

01:12:56.000 That seemed to kind of have an effective result.

01:12:59.000 Past that, I saw Yes.

01:13:01.000 Steven L. Manley's piece that you guys have probably seen on ENA News about a 500% increase in rate activity at I-131 in the cow beds throughout all of California.

01:13:10.000 He took samples from Santa Cruz, Pacific Grove, Corona Lamar, just up the coast from here showing the highest readings.

01:13:18.000 Then I thought, well, who else has seen this?

01:13:20.000 I contacted surf shops down here.

01:13:22.000 They hadn't heard the news, so I printed it out and gave it down to them.

01:13:24.000 Then I thought, I'm going to contact local government.

01:13:26.000 I called the mayor's office in Newport Beach, and they never got back to me.

01:13:30.000 I called the city government here in Laguna Beach.

01:13:33.000 I talked to Verna Rollinger, who's the city councilwoman, and I talked to the mayor as well.

01:13:36.000 They hadn't seen the article, so they were appreciative on that.

01:13:39.000 However, Verna Rollinger said that she was going to actually print out that piece off of E&E News and then hand it In a discussion at a meeting that she was going to meet with Senator Dianne Feinstein about the San Onofre plant that may be shut, may be still open.

01:13:54.000 What you're getting at here, what you're describing is this massive media cover-up.

01:13:57.000 And you're right.

01:13:58.000 When the radiation is falling onto North America and hitting California and hitting the coast, there's a total blackout on that information.

01:14:05.000 They even changed the meters themselves.

01:14:07.000 They changed the EPA regulations.

01:14:10.000 When you bring this information to people, John, are they paying attention to it then?

01:14:15.000 Are they taking action on it?

01:14:17.000 I'm still kind of waiting to hear back, and I feel like there's a slow wheel turning on that.

01:14:17.000 I don't know.

01:14:21.000 So what I decided to do was go, and this weekend, because I talked to them on Friday, just a few days ago, so then I started doing research on this whole matter, going, look, free choice.

01:14:29.000 We have free choice.

01:14:30.000 If nothing else is going to be done about this mess, you know, whatever, the government, everyone else is like Let's focus on other things.

01:14:37.000 Their own distractions.

01:14:38.000 I don't need to be distracted.

01:14:39.000 I know what's happening.

01:14:40.000 You know what's happening.

01:14:41.000 Your listeners know what's happening.

01:14:43.000 So we're getting Dose.

01:14:44.000 So let's take action.

01:14:45.000 The one thing I want to talk about is health.

01:14:47.000 The Belrad Institute out of Belarus, Ukraine, or Kiev has done incredible studies with this product called Vitapect.

01:14:55.000 Oh yeah, there are a lot of supplements that work in that way.

01:14:59.000 supplements of vitamins and minerals to where they've shown in studies where it actually pulls cesium-137 out of the organs of the children.

01:15:07.000 There are a lot of supplements that work in that way.

01:15:10.000 We've seen spirulina, we've seen chlorella, we've seen sea algae used historically even in post-World War II Japan.

01:15:16.000 We've seen that used in Russia following Chernobyl accident.

01:15:20.000 There's There are a lot of supplements that can actually pull radiation out of your body, but of course once the radiation damage has happened, especially to your thyroid, then that's permanent damage.

01:15:31.000 Hence the use of potassium iodide to specifically pre-fill up your thyroid with that mineral so that more radiation isn't attracted to it.

01:15:38.000 I want to thank you, John, for your call and bringing up those very, very important points and some possible solutions for people to check out.

01:15:43.000 Very good information.

01:15:44.000 Thank you for your call and your energy.

01:15:45.000 CJ in Michigan, you are on the air.

01:15:49.000 Go ahead, please.

01:15:49.000 What's your question or comment?

01:15:50.000 Hey, Mike.

01:15:52.000 This is CJ from Michigan.

01:15:54.000 And just want to inform everybody, I've done some research here.

01:15:58.000 We know we're battling the police stay here about food freedom.

01:16:04.000 I have a garden in my front yard.

01:16:05.000 I had it for three years.

01:16:06.000 No problems.

01:16:08.000 Last year, got a goat.

01:16:10.000 Neighbors went ballistic.

01:16:14.000 So I did some research.

01:16:16.000 I'm getting beehives and then the bee guy told me, hey, don't worry.

01:16:20.000 There's something called Michigan Right to Farm Act.

01:16:23.000 Okay?

01:16:24.000 Really?

01:16:24.000 I looked this up.

01:16:25.000 Yeah, oh yeah.

01:16:26.000 Looked this up.

01:16:27.000 Michigan Right to Farm Act.

01:16:29.000 I'm a little nervous here.

01:16:30.000 No, go ahead.

01:16:30.000 Hold on.

01:16:31.000 You're doing fine.

01:16:32.000 Go ahead.

01:16:33.000 Okay.

01:16:34.000 So, as long as you're practicing the G-A-A-M-P, which stands for the Good, no, Generally Accepted Agricultural Management Practices.

01:16:46.000 That's the publication every year by the Michigan State University.

01:16:50.000 As long as you're following that, you're protected by this act.

01:16:53.000 And this act protects everything that has to do with the farm.

01:16:56.000 That's sounds, noises, everything.

01:17:00.000 And it supersedes any zoning law.

01:17:03.000 This is the beauty of this law.

01:17:07.000 That's fascinating.

01:17:08.000 I didn't know Michigan had that.

01:17:09.000 I wonder if other states have that.

01:17:10.000 Let me ask you to comment on this, C.J.

01:17:13.000 The case in Roswell, Georgia that we're reporting on, and by the way, folks, I don't know if that story is posted on Infowars.com yet, but it is the top story right now on NaturalNews.com.

01:17:23.000 It involves Andrew Werdes.

01:17:24.000 the backyard chicken farmer, the lawsuit filed against him by the city of Roswell includes this text.

01:17:29.000 They said, they declared his property to be a, quote, nuisance property, which they said gave them the right to take it over.

01:17:37.000 And I want your comment on this, CJ.

01:17:38.000 They said a nuisance property, quote, the property is not kept clean and sanitary and free from all accumulations of offensive matter, including dead organic matter.

01:17:47.000 Well, that's just compost, people.

01:17:49.000 Kitchen compost.

01:17:51.000 Continuing, rubbish, junk, animal intestinal waste, and urine. 0.93

01:17:55.000 Well, come on, I urinate on my own farm? 0.98

01:17:59.000 Does that make it a nuisance?

01:18:00.000 Animal intestinal waste?

01:18:01.000 Doesn't that just mean animal droppings?

01:18:04.000 I mean, come on, that's no big deal.

01:18:08.000 Mike, do a study on this law.

01:18:10.000 It protects all that.

01:18:12.000 As long as you're following, you know, those practices, you're doing certain things.

01:18:18.000 And then this act is so beautiful.

01:18:20.000 It was written very broad and inclusive.

01:18:25.000 There's no size limitation.

01:18:28.000 It was intentionally written like this to protect everyone.

01:18:32.000 Now, you have to be a firm.

01:18:33.000 What is a firm?

01:18:34.000 It's someone who actually sells something.

01:18:36.000 So all you gotta do is put a little sign out front, eggs for sale.

01:18:40.000 You become a firm.

01:18:41.000 Well, CJ, but remember, remember, you're citing law.

01:18:45.000 You're citing state law, just as we could cite the Bill of Rights and the Constitution, but now these tyrants that exist today, they say those laws don't matter.

01:18:55.000 We're going to do whatever we want because we can.

01:18:57.000 Because we have the guns.

01:18:59.000 Because we're the government tyrants.

01:19:01.000 They just nullify all your laws, ignore it, and go ahead and seize your ranch and farm and make you look like a criminal anyway.

01:19:08.000 What do you say about that, CJ?

01:19:10.000 Exactly, exactly.

01:19:11.000 But you know what?

01:19:12.000 Everyone says, oh forget about it.

01:19:15.000 You know what?

01:19:15.000 I'm going to fight.

01:19:17.000 I'm going to fight for my rights because if you don't, you lose your rights.

01:19:21.000 Absolutely.

01:19:22.000 And the thing is, the thing is about this law is It has in the act.

01:19:27.000 If someone calls on you three times, and the inspector comes out and sees you're following the guidelines, after that, then they become charged.

01:19:38.000 Wow, okay.

01:19:39.000 We're almost out of time, CJ.

01:19:41.000 Sorry to cut you off there.

01:19:43.000 You sound like a really awesome guy.

01:19:45.000 Thanks for bringing up that point.

01:19:46.000 That's what we need is state right to farm laws. 0.99

01:19:50.000 State to state, across the whole country.

01:23:51.000 That's O-R-G-A-N-I-C-A Seed dot com.

01:23:56.000 OrganicaSea.com today.

01:23:58.000 There is breaking news today about a new microchip technology that can locate you to within centimeters, not just on the XY grid, but vertically as well simultaneously.

01:24:22.000 So in other words, if you have one of these chips in your cell phones, They will know what floor of an apartment building at which you are residing.

01:24:31.000 This is from, well, this is by Paul Joseph Watson posted on InfoWars.com right now, and it's being linked to by Matt Drudge over at the DrudgeReport.com, so I want to thank Matt for that link.

01:24:41.000 The title is, New Microchip Knows Your Location to Within Centimeters.

01:24:46.000 Forget a chip in your forehead, the mark of the beast is the cell phone, by Paul Joseph Watson.

01:24:51.000 And the MIT Technology Review reports, quote, Broadcom has just rolled out a chip for smartphones that promises to indicate location ultra precisely, possibly within a few centimeters, vertically and horizontally, indoors and out.

01:25:06.000 They're saying that this would be useful for shopkeepers and retailers to know when you're walking by so they can then hit you with their personalized advertising messages.

01:25:20.000 Didn't we see?

01:25:20.000 What was the movie that this was made famous by with Tom Cruise?

01:25:26.000 Was it a Philip K. Dick Minority Report?

01:25:28.000 That's right.

01:25:29.000 That was in Minority Report.

01:25:31.000 So, now, of course, you gotta ask, well, how would this shop, how would this retailer know what your preferences are?

01:25:36.000 Well, because you've been surfing the Internet and Google Cookies have been tracking everything you search for and everything you visit.

01:25:42.000 And therefore, if they share that with brick-and-mortar retailers and they can then know your profile the minute you walk by, wouldn't that be weird?

01:25:51.000 You're on the internet one day searching for storable food and MREs and then you're walking through the mall with your new microchip cell phone and all of a sudden a billboard in front of you shows an ad, MREs on sale for long-term preparedness and survival.

01:26:05.000 And you say, whoa, wait a minute, how did they know that?

01:26:08.000 That's the kind of invasion of privacy that we're talking about being made possible by these microchips.

01:26:13.000 Not to mention the ability for local police to locate you and have you arrested for whatever reason they might come up with.

01:26:23.000 And by the way, we are going to have an interview coming up in the third hour with attorney Dale Carson, the author of Arrest Proof Yourself, who gives you tips and strategies for avoiding being arrested.

01:26:32.000 How to handle confrontations with police in a way that keeps your butt out of jail, basically is what that's all about.

01:26:38.000 about, you know, don't escalate things for one thing, but they could use this microchip to find you and come arrest you.

01:26:45.000 So let's say you milk your goat and you have your milk on the internet for sale.

01:26:51.000 I'm going to sell milk to people within the zip code or within the city.

01:26:55.000 They could then use your cell phone chip to come find you, arrest you, throw you in jail and have you tortured and chained up and shackled as a quote, sovereign citizen, because you're crazy to think that you should be able to milk your own goats and offer that milk for sale or trade to your neighbors.

01:27:12.000 Pretty amazing, is it?

01:27:15.000 Coming up, just after this next break, which is still a few minutes away, we're going to have an interview with Mark Baker.

01:27:22.000 He is the Michigan pig farmer whose entire herd was threatened by the Department of Natural Resources bureaucrats in the state of Michigan.

01:27:30.000 They threatened to actually come in and just shoot all the pigs. 0.80

01:27:33.000 Just open fire on your livestock, even though they're in your fences, they're in your farm. 0.80

01:27:38.000 You've been farming them for five or six years.

01:27:40.000 Some of these guys out there in Michigan have been farming for 10, 20 years, the same kind of breeds.

01:27:45.000 State just wants to come in and open fire and use your livestock as target practice. 0.98

01:27:51.000 Doesn't make any sense, does it?

01:27:52.000 But that's what's happening.

01:27:53.000 So we're going to talk to Mark Baker about that.

01:27:55.000 But before we get to that, I've got a comment about Michigan.

01:28:00.000 What is wrong with Michigan bureaucrats?

01:28:02.000 What is wrong with these people?

01:28:03.000 Remember, this is where Julie Bass was threatened with jail time for growing a garden in Oak Park, Michigan.

01:28:09.000 Remember that town?

01:28:11.000 And, in fact, Alex Jones and Infowars helped publicize that information and get all the charges dropped against Julie Bass.

01:28:18.000 We also had the case of Mary Ann Godboldo in Detroit, remember?

01:28:21.000 The Detroit mom who refused to medicate her child and she was assaulted by a SWAT team.

01:28:26.000 And guess who spoke out for Mary Ann Godboldo in addition to her local community?

01:28:31.000 Yeah, a couple of white guys.

01:28:34.000 Myself and Alex Jones, Natural News and Info Wars, were two of the biggest alternative news sources actually covering that story.

01:28:41.000 So, you know, there's just another example of how we speak out for African Americans when we see injustice.

01:28:46.000 Anybody out there who thinks that Infowars or Alex is racist, or if they think I'm racist, forget it.

01:28:52.000 We stand up for liberty and justice for people of all races and colors and religions and backgrounds.

01:28:58.000 Just consistently.

01:28:59.000 I can't stand injustice no matter who it's being waged against.

01:29:04.000 And in that case, Marianne Godboldo was being set up and SWAT teamed completely irrationally by the state.

01:29:13.000 Now what else is happening in Michigan?

01:29:16.000 This state just seems to be losing its mind when it comes to farmers.

01:29:20.000 So we're going to talk to Mark Baker about that in more detail and try to get a sense of what's happening in Lansing there and why these bureaucrats are running rampant over the rights of citizens.

01:29:28.000 But it's about more than just food and farms.

01:29:30.000 It's about State bureaucrats can come to your door and your house at any time and take away your children if you don't agree to have them vaccinated or medicated in the way that the state wants you to.

01:29:42.000 All that straight ahead on the Alex Jones Show.

01:29:44.000 Stay with us.

01:29:44.000 This is Mike Adams, the Health Ranger, and we'll be right back after this quick message.

01:29:49.000 Stay with us.

01:29:49.000 We're on the march.

01:29:51.000 The Empire's on the run.

01:29:53.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

01:30:00.000 A little over a year ago, I began to do a lot of research into why, even though I had a pretty good-sized meal, that I was still starving.

01:30:07.000 And my research led me to a well-known fact that most of the soils that we grow our crops on here in the United States and across the industrialized world are almost completely depleted of almost all of the key minerals and trace elements that our bodies need to rebuild themselves, fight off cancer, and be healthy.

01:30:25.000 I then searched out the best vitamin and mineral company out there and discovered Yungevity.

01:30:31.000 The Yungevity products are designed to give you the real nutrition you need and once you've got that, you don't have to eat as much to be satisfied.

01:30:40.000 I've lost 37 pounds in two months.

01:30:43.000 Simply getting the vitamins and minerals I need.

01:30:46.000 Check it out for yourself.

01:30:47.000 It's incredible.

01:30:48.000 Go to Infowarsteam.com today and order your first canister of Beyond Tangy Tangerine Complete Multivitamin Mineral Complex Dietary Supplement.

01:30:57.000 That's Infowarsteam.com.

01:31:00.000 Hi, this is Alex Jones.

01:31:01.000 Did you know that the global elite are now storing non-hybrid seeds in secret storage vaults near the Arctic Circle?

01:31:07.000 Did you know that in a real meltdown, non-hybrid seeds could become more valuable than silver or gold?

01:31:12.000 It's true, seeds have outperformed even gold and silver before in this country, and it's possible they could even happen again.

01:31:18.000 So our friends at Solutions from Science have put together the perfect mix of non-hybrid seeds. 0.84

01:31:23.000 They call it a survival seed bank.

01:31:25.000 And it can produce an endless supply of nutrient-dense food for you and your family.

01:31:30.000 And here's the best part.

01:31:31.000 These seeds have not been genetically modified in any way.

01:31:34.000 And you actually get enough seeds to plant a full acre crisis garden.

01:31:38.000 So visit them today at survivalseedbank.com.

01:31:41.000 That's survivalseedbank.com.

01:31:43.000 Or give them a call at 877-327-0365.

01:31:44.000 That's 877-327-0365.

01:31:44.000 Remember, in a real crisis, non-hybrid seeds are the ultimate barter item.

01:31:47.000 That's 877-327-0365.

01:31:51.000 Remember, in a real crisis, non-hybrid seeds are the ultimate barter item. 1.00

01:31:56.000 This is Alex Jones for SurvivalSeedBank.com.

01:31:59.000 You've heard Alex explain how the silver lungs generator infuses the respiratory system with your self-produced colloidal silver solutions, yet many are unaware of the entire function of the silver lungs system and how it has been designed to deliver your silver solutions anywhere in or on the body.

01:32:15.000 Thank you.

01:32:16.000 My name is Mario Cifaldi and I'm the developer of the Silver Lungs Generator.

01:32:21.000 Not only does the Silver Lung System produce endless colloidal and ionic silver solutions, it also comes equipped with the proper applicators and devices needed to deliver your silver solutions directly to key target areas.

01:32:34.000 This includes the eyes, ears, nose, lungs, topically to the skin, and orally for the digestive system.

01:32:41.000 Be sure to watch our new 7 minute video tour of the Silver Lungs System at www.SilverLungs.com to learn more about how the Silver Lungs System works.

01:32:52.000 As well, we are always ready to answer any questions you may have.

01:32:56.000 That's www.silverlungs.com.

01:32:59.000 Coming up in just a couple of minutes, we've got Mark Baker from bakersgreenacres.com here.

01:33:15.000 He is the Michigan pig farmer whose livestock has been threatened by the state of Michigan.

01:33:20.000 But before that, we've got something fun for you here.

01:33:25.000 You know that we've had this big discussion about SSRIs and psychiatric drugging of soldiers and all of that going on.

01:33:31.000 It's a big deal and finally people are waking up to it.

01:33:34.000 Back in 2009, I wrote a song called SSR Lies and in the spirit of the creativity that goes on here at InfoWars where Alex does his parodies and the whole crew, they're super talented, a bunch of musicians here, super creative crew.

01:33:50.000 I wanted to play for you about 45 seconds of that song while we're getting our guests online so that you can hear some of what I was talking about back in 2009 that is now becoming more mainstream.

01:34:02.000 So go ahead and cue that song for a little bit.

01:34:04.000 We'll be right back. 0.98

01:34:34.000 All right, so some of the words there, you got to take your life back, put the knife back down, throw the medication on the ground, because those medical suckers are going to psych that. 0.97

01:34:51.000 And if you're speaking your mind, they're going to strike that. 0.94

01:34:55.000 Those are the words of what you just heard there.

01:34:57.000 It might have been a little hard to make out from the song because I wasn't really using that great of a microphone back in 2009.

01:35:05.000 You know, that's what we've got to get to in this country.

01:35:07.000 We've got to de-escalate the violence.

01:35:09.000 We've got to de-escalate the race war. 0.97

01:35:12.000 We've got to get the drugs out of people's minds, stop the fluoride poisoning of America, stop the GMO poisoning of our crops, stop the electromagnetic poisoning of our brains. 0.69

01:35:20.000 We've got to be able to retain the consciousness and the awakening and the basic love for humanity and love for life that's going to give us a future in this world.

01:35:29.000 And that means throwing the medication away.

01:35:30.000 You know, Whitney Houston could probably still be alive today if she wasn't using all those psychiatric drugs or painkillers in her case. 1.00

01:35:37.000 Heath Ledger is another Hollywood legend who was killed by an overdose of FDA-approved prescription drugs.

01:35:44.000 It's a very long list.

01:35:45.000 Marilyn Monroe, Elvis Presley, Michael Jackson, their deaths were all caused in part or entirely by FDA-approved painkillers and prescription drugs.

01:35:55.000 That is the epidemic that's really haunting us in America today.

01:35:59.000 Now joining us to continue our conversation about farming in America is Mark Baker from bakersgreenacres.com.

01:36:08.000 He is the Michigan pig farmer that we mentioned earlier.

01:36:11.000 Mark, are you with us right now?

01:36:12.000 I'm here, Mike.

01:36:13.000 Thank you, Mark, for joining us today, man.

01:36:15.000 It's great to hear from you.

01:36:16.000 You're a very courageous American.

01:36:18.000 Just want to give a quick background.

01:36:19.000 You're an Air Force veteran.

01:36:21.000 You've been a farmer there in Michigan for, what, five or six years, something around that time?

01:36:26.000 About eight.

01:36:29.000 Okay.

01:36:30.000 Eight years.

01:36:30.000 Okay, I didn't know that.

01:36:31.000 So, on April 1, you were there at your farm thinking, oh my goodness, the state is going to come murder, slaughter my herd.

01:36:42.000 What actually happened that night before April 1 when that regulation was going to kick in?

01:36:49.000 Well, we got tipped off on Friday that they were coming.

01:36:52.000 And I called my lawyer, and he made a few phone calls.

01:36:57.000 The Attorney General in Michigan stepped in and said that there would not be any movement against us until our court case is settled.

01:37:08.000 So I had some reassurance, but there's a bit of a trust issue with these guys, so I moved my family off Saturday afternoon anyway, just as a precaution.

01:37:18.000 And then I stood from 12 to 12 the next day waiting.

01:37:27.000 They didn't show.

01:37:30.000 So, you could still be raided at any time under this invasive species order that the DNR in Michigan has actually put into place, correct?

01:37:38.000 Yeah, I suppose so.

01:37:40.000 I don't see any concrete block to keep them from doing what they want to do.

01:37:45.000 They've said they won't, or the Attorney General has said that he's restrained them.

01:37:49.000 But isn't this like Obama signing the NDAA that, quote, legalizes secret arrests and secret torture and detainment of American citizens and then saying, well, I won't use it?

01:37:59.000 Isn't that similar to what's really happening to you in Michigan?

01:38:04.000 So they want to claim they have this power over you, but then they say they will selectively restrain it.

01:38:08.000 In your case, because you went public, you made a YouTube video, you have a family that it looks nice on YouTube.

01:38:15.000 They don't want to obviously be seen as, you know, raiding your farm.

01:38:19.000 But what about all your other friends and neighbors and farmers?

01:38:22.000 Are they afraid of being raided?

01:38:26.000 Not only are they afraid of it, but they're being aggressively searched as we speak.

01:38:32.000 DNR has shown up at a friend of ours, Ron McKendrick, up in Sheboygan, and tried to get on his farm to inspect it.

01:38:42.000 What they're looking for is probable cause.

01:38:45.000 And he told them, no, get a warrant.

01:38:47.000 Well, they came back the next day, and then they trespassed illegally.

01:38:52.000 They had binoculars, and they were looking out onto his property to see if they could So they're surveilling his farm?

01:39:02.000 Yeah, and then they parked down the road, I guess, I'm told it was two trucks, and they were there for two days.

01:39:10.000 You would think that they would have something better to do, to stake out actual terrorists, if you could even find any in America?

01:39:16.000 I suppose, but, you know, this is the DNR, they are supposed to be just protecting wild animals out in the woods, and clearing trails, and things like that.

01:39:28.000 Well, let me ask you this, Mark.

01:39:29.000 Well, first of all, let me give out your website, bakersgreenacres.com, for those who want to read your blog, who want to see your videos, your ongoing updates, and so on.

01:39:36.000 But I want to ask you, as a United States Air Force veteran, someone who put your effort, your life, your time on the line to help protect America and its values and its freedoms, and now here you are being subjected to the threat of having your animals killed at gunpoint by the state in which you are a resident.

01:39:56.000 How does that make you feel?

01:39:58.000 I think it's a disgrace.

01:39:59.000 A disgrace, and I think the state government here should really be ashamed of what they're allowing to happen to their citizens.

01:40:10.000 It seems to me that there's got to be more to this also because it's not just that they're going to back off selectively in your case.

01:40:19.000 That law is still on the books.

01:40:21.000 Those bureaucrats have conspired to threaten you and destroy your property and put your livelihood, destroy your livelihood in essence.

01:40:30.000 Isn't that a crime or shouldn't it be a conspiracy to destroy the livelihood of an honest hard-working farmer?

01:40:36.000 Well, yeah, in reality it is.

01:40:40.000 They've leveled a declaratory ruling at us that is unconstitutional and therefore illegal.

01:40:49.000 And we're duty-bound as American citizens to disobey orders that are illegal or unconstitutional.

01:40:57.000 And then it's their responsibility to try and prosecute us.

01:41:02.000 In the prosecution phase, it'll be found out that the orders that they have leveled are unconstitutional.

01:41:09.000 And then it will turn on them.

01:41:11.000 And the courts will want to know what they are doing and why they are doing this.

01:41:17.000 Are you planning on seeking justice through the legal system to hold those accountable in Michigan government who have conspired to destroy your livelihood and slaughter your animals?

01:41:27.000 Yes we are.

01:41:29.000 A group of us farmers have sued the Michigan DNR and we'll probably go to court with them this summer sometime.

01:41:37.000 Have you thought about filing a civil suit that names the specific individuals and attempting to hold them accountable?

01:41:43.000 Yes, we have.

01:41:44.000 We sued Rodney Stokes, who is the director of the Michigan DNR.

01:41:50.000 Will you please keep me posted on the updates on that and I'll share that information with Kurt Nimmo and the entire InfoWars team.

01:41:57.000 See, this is the thing, Mark.

01:41:59.000 It is time for the American people, especially the farmers, to stop just laying down and taking it. 0.92

01:42:05.000 And I don't mean I mean escalating into violence.

01:42:06.000 I mean using the court system, using the jury system for as long as we have it, to take back the liberties, to hold these bureaucrats and these tyrants accountable when they violate the Constitution, when they violate our civil rights, and they put us in positions that leave us no other alternative but to seek redress.

01:42:21.000 That's true, Mike.

01:42:22.000 There's several legal defense funds out there for farmers to use.

01:42:26.000 We started off with the Farm to Consumer Legal Defense Fund, and they're the ones that got us going on this.

01:42:33.000 And they're in place.

01:42:35.000 to protect the rights of farmers.

01:42:37.000 But the farmers really have to know that a lot of this work they have to do on their own.

01:42:41.000 And the first thing they have to do is think about resistance.

01:42:46.000 If they're asked to do something that's unconstitutional, unfair, first they have to resist.

01:42:52.000 And like in our case here, the DNR, if you tell them that they can't come on, there's really nothing more they can do than get a search warrant.

01:43:01.000 And I think that if they go to the The judge, the county judge, asked for a search warrant to search for illegal pigs.

01:43:10.000 I don't think that's going to go over very well.

01:43:14.000 But what we saw, what we just reported on in other breaking news today, the case with Andrew Wordy's in Roswell, Georgia, the bureaucrats there in that city, they kept pushing to try to just fabricate something or find something.

01:43:14.000 That's insane!

01:43:30.000 They had their own culvert clogged up Yeah, I guess so, but I think things are changing.

01:43:34.000 to create a nuisance that they then charge him with having a nuisance property.

01:43:39.000 It's like once you're on their target list, they can invoke all these ridiculous rules and even create a situation where they can cite you for a violation and then throw you in jail for having that violation. - Yeah, I guess so, but I think things are changing.

01:43:55.000 I think Americans are getting fed up.

01:43:57.000 And like in our case, people have said to me that, oh, you have a problem with the DNR.

01:44:03.000 I don't think that's the case.

01:44:04.000 I think the DNR has a problem with me.

01:44:07.000 Because we're not going to let up on this.

01:44:11.000 Ever.

01:44:12.000 You know, we're just not going to let up.

01:44:14.000 They could do away with the Declaratory Ruling tomorrow, and we would still be on them to find out why this was done, who was behind it, You know, where the money goes.

01:44:25.000 We know that they're working with Michigan Pork Growers Association, which is the concentrated animal feeding operation outfits that are here in Michigan.

01:44:35.000 And those guys definitely want more market share.

01:44:39.000 And so they're using the DNR, the strong arm, the small farms, to put them out.

01:44:45.000 Let me mention the Farm to Consumer Legal Defense Fund, because they have done some excellent work in this area.

01:44:51.000 Their website is ftcldf.org.

01:44:54.000 It's obviously the acronym for their name, Farm to Consumer Legal Defense Fund.

01:44:59.000 But it seems like, Mark, what you're doing, and I really love to see your courage in doing this, is you are putting the tyrants on notice.

01:45:08.000 And I think that's what we have to do across America.

01:45:11.000 Whether it's the farmers, whether it's the milkman in California, whether it's the backyard chicken farmer in Georgia, whether it's the front yard gardener in Oak Park, Michigan, we have to put the bureaucrats on notice and say, we will not be trampled on any longer.

01:45:25.000 We have the God-given natural right to grow our own food and to not be interfered with and oppressed by local government tyrants just because they're not into farming and food.

01:45:36.000 That's right.

01:45:37.000 Hey, and people gotta remember, first of all, they're American citizens.

01:45:42.000 There's a lot that goes with being an American citizen.

01:45:45.000 There's a lot of privileges with that.

01:45:47.000 And then these guys that are trying to push these unconstitutional laws down our throats, they have names, they have faces, they have careers.

01:45:57.000 And they can be sued individually, and they will know that that's going to affect their life profoundly, just like they want to affect my life.

01:46:05.000 I mean, they don't have a problem with doing away with half my farming operation.

01:46:10.000 Well, they were going to put you out of business, basically.

01:46:12.000 Destroy your entire livelihood.

01:46:14.000 Well, they've done it to at least 70 Michigan farmers that have just They were just done away with their herds just because they were afraid.

01:46:23.000 And I think that they don't know who they are in being an American citizen.

01:46:27.000 They have the Constitution.

01:46:29.000 And, you know, people, I've heard, since this has started, I've heard people say, well, the government's just wiping themselves with the Constitution.

01:46:38.000 Well, not if you don't let them.

01:46:40.000 That's right.

01:46:41.000 Your Fourth Amendment right is very clear.

01:46:44.000 And they cannot trespass on you.

01:46:51.000 You seem like a very action-oriented individual and I don't mean that in the context of an escalation, just that you're willing to take a stand for the rights that you have been granted as an American citizen and those same rights for which you have donated your time to help protect as an Air Force active duty person.

01:47:11.000 What is the sense there in Michigan?

01:47:14.000 As you talk to others, is there a sense of people getting fed up?

01:47:18.000 And I don't want to say rising up because I don't want to imply an armed resistance.

01:47:23.000 I just want to say people asserting their rights against the bureaucrats who are clearly out of control.

01:47:27.000 Is that happening or are people giving up and surrendering and giving in and licking boots?

01:47:32.000 Here in Michigan locally, there's more giving up than standing up.

01:47:38.000 And that's sad, but Michigan... Alright, I served in the military for 20 years and I served with a lot of people from different services that were from Michigan.

01:47:48.000 And Michigan people are very hardcore people.

01:47:50.000 They're hard workers, fast runners, hard living people.

01:47:57.000 But they are petrified of their government.

01:48:00.000 And I come here to live.

01:48:02.000 I'm from Massachusetts.

01:48:03.000 I came here to live because this is my wife's home. 0.99

01:48:05.000 And I'm just amazed at how fearful these people are of their government.

01:48:09.000 So I can only assume that it's just been a lifelong operation of instilling fear in these people.

01:48:17.000 Especially of the DNR.

01:48:18.000 They're petrified of the DNR.

01:48:20.000 Well, that's part of the tactic of government, is to paint people as terrorists, to then run these giant screens in Walmart where you've got Janet Napolitano saying, be afraid of your neighbors, spy on your neighbors, watch what they do.

01:48:31.000 If you see something, say something.

01:48:33.000 Your neighbor might be a terrorist, they might be planting a bomb.

01:48:36.000 No, they just set their purse down on the table for a second.

01:48:39.000 It's not a bomb, okay?

01:48:40.000 But they've trained, you're right, Mark, they've trained people to be afraid of each other.

01:48:45.000 But across the country, Mike, now that's a different story.

01:48:48.000 There's lots of people that are standing up and they're saying that we are with you.

01:48:53.000 And I don't mean like a hundred, I mean thousands.

01:48:55.000 My inbox fills up ten times in the course of the day.

01:48:59.000 And it's just one after another of support.

01:49:02.000 There's only been like maybe a one-tenth of one percent that has had anything negative to say about it.

01:49:09.000 It's usually because they misunderstand the law.

01:49:11.000 Right.

01:49:11.000 And they haven't really looked into it.

01:49:14.000 I'll tell you something about me.

01:49:15.000 It's not the Air Force that put this patriotism in me.

01:49:18.000 I'm from New England.

01:49:20.000 And when I was a kid, I used to have to walk past a monument that told about a man named Nathan Howe that dropped his plow in the furrow to respond to the Lexington Alarm of April 18th.

01:49:32.000 1776 and my grandfather used to tell me about that and here was a guy that that led his plow over to the side and he went back to the farmhouse probably got his gun if he if he owned one or a pitchfork maybe and then went to the Concord Bridge to help the alarm yeah and that was a blockade against Boston the British had blockaded Boston and were Allowing people out to get food only if they've surrendered their firearms.

01:50:02.000 Well, looks like they're trying to control our food, doesn't it?

01:50:04.000 and we'll give you food.

01:50:05.000 Well, that may be coming again in America.

01:50:07.000 Well, it looks like they're trying to control our food, doesn't it?

01:50:10.000 Yeah, that's pretty clear.

01:50:12.000 No question about that.

01:50:14.000 Well, look, on March 16th, Obama seized control over all farms and food and seeds and tractors all across the country.

01:50:20.000 Are you familiar with that executive order that was signed?

01:50:23.000 I heard a little bit about that, yeah.

01:50:24.000 Well, it's right there in the languages.

01:50:26.000 It was covered here on InfoWars.

01:50:28.000 I covered it as well.

01:50:29.000 It's right there in plain language, and it's not some throwback to history.

01:50:33.000 It's actually reactivated right now in peacetime.

01:50:35.000 We've got to go to a break here, Mark, but we'll continue with you on the other side of this break.

01:53:00.000 Diesel owners, have you had enough of hard starts, poor mileage, and poor performance?

01:53:07.000 The cause is stiction, a gummy residue that clings to injectors like cholesterol clings to arteries.

01:53:12.000 Stiction robs your diesel engine of power, performance, and gas mileage.

01:53:16.000 The answer, hot shot secret.

01:54:11.000 I don't think so.

01:54:16.000 Yeah, welcome back to the Alex Jones Show.

01:54:18.000 Mike Adams, the health ranger, filling in for Alex today.

01:54:20.000 Thank you for being with us.

01:54:21.000 We've been focusing a lot of freedom issues related to farmers, food, and much more.

01:54:27.000 The bigger picture.

01:54:28.000 Mark Baker is joining us right now from BakersGreenAcres.com in Michigan, which for some reason has been the hotbed of a lot of government assaults on individual liberties and rights.

01:54:37.000 And I don't, I'm wondering what's in the water in Michigan, but I know it's probably fluoride.

01:54:43.000 What do you think, Mark?

01:54:44.000 What do you think about your state?

01:54:45.000 Why are they so tyrannical with everybody there?

01:54:49.000 I don't know.

01:54:50.000 It almost seems like Michigan is a place where they test things out.

01:54:54.000 They try to see what they can do.

01:54:57.000 Exactly what people will take.

01:55:00.000 Well, and as you said, most people are taking a lot.

01:55:04.000 They're putting up with it.

01:55:05.000 It gives me hope, on one hand, to interview you, Mark, and to hear your patriotism and your courage and your understanding of the key concepts of liberty, but then you tell me these things that make me feel kind of down, that a lot of people are surrendering and giving in instead of standing up.

01:55:23.000 That doesn't make me feel good.

01:55:24.000 Well, yeah, if we look back in history, especially at the Revolution, there was really only 20% of the colonists that resisted King George, and then less than 2% actually picked up arms.

01:55:39.000 And it doesn't take a whole lot of people, it just depends on Well, you've hit upon it.

01:55:49.000 That's exactly right.

01:55:50.000 Alex says it all the time.

01:55:51.000 A lot of people are just sitting still doing nothing.

01:55:55.000 They don't count.

01:55:57.000 The revolution, as you say, was less than 5% of the population, and yet they won because they had it in their hearts.

01:56:02.000 They had it in their spirit to protect their liberties.

01:56:05.000 Like you, Mark, you're not just fighting for some legal precedent.

01:56:10.000 You're fighting for your livelihood.

01:56:11.000 You're fighting for your family, for your future.

01:56:13.000 That's right.

01:56:15.000 And not just mine either, Mike, because they're going after, right now it's heritage breeds, the swine that they're going after, but they could just as easily say that certain types of beef are invasive species, or poultry that we like to grow out on pasture is invasive because it hurts the wild birds, something like that.

01:56:36.000 We've actually heard those rumblings.

01:56:38.000 Oh yeah, that's coming.

01:56:39.000 But wasn't the origin of this Invasive Species Act, you actually explained this to me, was originally written by Michigan to prevent the tankers, the big ships, coming into the lake and dumping their ballast water that was full of ocean saltwater creatures that became invasive.

01:56:57.000 Wasn't that the original intent behind the law?

01:57:00.000 Yes, it was.

01:57:00.000 And it's a good law.

01:57:02.000 We've really got to protect our natural resources, everybody knows that.

01:57:06.000 But to add Farm animals onto an invasive species order.

01:57:12.000 It's just a little over the top, I think.

01:57:14.000 Well, but here's where it's going, man.

01:57:16.000 Do you want to know where it's really going, Mark, and all the listeners out there?

01:57:19.000 They're going to label humans the invasive species.

01:57:23.000 That's what's coming.

01:57:24.000 That's what was depicted in Hunger Games, that the people are the invaders, that all the land belongs to the kingship, and that humans are not allowed outside their zones.

01:57:35.000 Everything's a green zone, and they take your land.

01:57:38.000 I mean, this is part of the story in Roswell, Georgia today.

01:57:41.000 Well, let me ask you this, Mark.

01:57:43.000 What's ahead for you?

01:57:44.000 What's the next step?

01:57:46.000 Well, I'm actually heading up to the Upper Peninsula today, and we're gonna have a little strategy meeting with a couple of the other farmers that have chosen to resist.

01:57:55.000 And our lawyers and just talk about what our next move is.

01:57:59.000 There's going to be some depositions happening and these people from the DNR by name will have to come in and explain the things that they have said.

01:58:09.000 These are people that have gone to college and that have made ludicrous statements about how biology works.

01:58:16.000 They don't know what a feral pig really is. 0.79

01:58:18.000 Well, yeah, well they do!

01:58:20.000 But they've said these things, but now they're going to be held accountable in a deposition forum.

01:58:26.000 All right, Mark, we're out of time.

01:58:27.000 I want to thank you for joining us, though.

01:58:29.000 Bakersgreenacres.com is the website where you can learn more about Mark and read his blog there.

01:59:58.000 Big Brother.

02:00:05.000 Mainstream media.

02:00:07.000 Government cover-ups.

02:00:10.000 You want answers?

02:00:11.000 Well, so does he.

02:00:13.000 He's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

02:00:17.000 And now, live from Austin, Texas, Alex Jones.

02:00:23.000 We're already into the third hour on the Alex Jones Show.

02:00:25.000 This is Mike Adams, the health ranger, filling in for Alex today.

02:00:28.000 Thank you for staying with us.

02:00:30.000 We've already covered some fascinating ground on the issues of farm freedom, food freedom, liberty across America.

02:00:35.000 We've got a lot more coming up, including an interview with Patrick Henningsen, the Infowars.com reporter, who has some breaking news for us about the escalation of the race war in America.

02:00:46.000 Of course, we are here trying to de-escalate that.

02:00:49.000 Meanwhile, the mainstream media and many of these other so-called non-profits out there are actually pushing for a race war escalation.

02:00:55.000 All of that straight ahead here on the Alex Jones Show, following... well, that starts in the next segment.

02:01:00.000 Also, at the bottom of this hour, in about 30 minutes...

02:01:03.000 We've got an interview with Dale Carson.

02:01:05.000 He's the author of this book, Arrest Proof Yourself, and he's a former FBI agent.

02:01:10.000 He is a former Miami cop, a very interesting individual.

02:01:14.000 I've interviewed him once before.

02:01:15.000 He's got a lot of valuable information to share with you about how to avoid arrest and confront police or handle police confrontations in a way that keeps you out of prison.

02:01:26.000 And doesn't cause trouble.

02:01:29.000 Alright?

02:01:30.000 So, I know that we are all trying to resist tyranny, but that doesn't mean you should mouth off to the state trooper that just pulled you over.

02:01:39.000 Alright?

02:01:39.000 That's not going to help.

02:01:41.000 In many cases, these cops aren't the bad guys.

02:01:43.000 All right, the cops are just doing their jobs, and some of them are actually listeners to the show.

02:01:47.000 Some of them are actually quite well-informed patriots.

02:01:51.000 So we don't want to offend the people, the good cops in the system that are actually trying to help us, the sheriffs and the deputies especially.

02:01:58.000 You know, Sheriff Richard Mack has been educating a lot of people.

02:02:01.000 We want to teach you how to properly interface with those individuals in law enforcement so that you don't Tick them off and end up being punished as a result, especially if you're not guilty of anything.

02:02:12.000 So stay tuned for that at the bottom of this hour.

02:02:14.000 Now, I want to go to, we asked for calls earlier.

02:02:17.000 We've got another caller holding.

02:02:19.000 Peter in Washington has been holding.

02:02:21.000 Are you still there, Peter?

02:02:22.000 I want to go ahead and take your call.

02:02:28.000 Peter is not there.

02:02:30.000 Okay, we're going to move on and go to Pete in Michigan, who's also been holding.

02:02:33.000 Pete, are you there?

02:02:35.000 Yeah, I'm here.

02:02:35.000 Can you hear me okay?

02:02:36.000 Yes, I can, sir.

02:02:37.000 Go ahead.

02:02:38.000 Okay, great.

02:02:39.000 I've been trying to get through to you guys for months, and I can never get past the cue stage.

02:02:45.000 Just want to let you know I'm an InfoWarrior listener for four years now.

02:02:50.000 I've been out there in the establishment space.

02:02:53.000 When the V for Victory campaign was going hot, I kept going after you guys ended it.

02:02:58.000 Ended out over 5,000 V for Victory flyers.

02:03:01.000 Good job.

02:03:03.000 I went into the courthouse and handed them out in the courthouse.

02:03:08.000 I was threatened with arrest many times.

02:03:11.000 Now I'm facing a challenge and I need your help and the help of your listeners.

02:03:17.000 What do you got?

02:03:18.000 Fill us in.

02:03:18.000 We got two minutes.

02:03:19.000 Go for it.

02:03:20.000 Okay.

02:03:21.000 August 1st, I was in the courthouse and I was approached by some officers.

02:03:27.000 and they demanded that I turn over my cell phone.

02:03:30.000 At the time, there was no law, and there was absolutely no policy outlawing or banning cell phones or recording devices at the courthouse.

02:03:40.000 I refused, and I cited to them the Fourth Amendment right that I have, and I told them if I'm breaking a law, I will leave.

02:03:47.000 If I'm breaking a law, I will turn over this cell phone.

02:03:50.000 It was in my pocket.

02:03:51.000 I wasn't doing anything with it. - Let me guess, they arrested you. - Yeah, they arrested me.

02:03:56.000 Five officers beat me up.

02:03:58.000 There's security footage of it in the courthouse.

02:04:02.000 They are charging me with... Very quickly, because we're almost out of time.

02:04:05.000 Is there a website?

02:04:06.000 They're charging me with a felony of resisting obstructing.

02:04:09.000 How do we reach you, man?

02:04:10.000 How do we reach you?

02:04:11.000 You want to stay on hold after the... The number is 6 at hotmail.com.

02:04:17.000 And I've been spanderized by the local media.

02:04:20.000 I can't get any good publicity on that.

02:04:21.000 Wait, give us the email again, please.

02:04:22.000 Give us the email again.

02:04:24.000 G-L-N-P-T and the number six at Hotmail.

02:04:28.000 Okay, got it, got it.

02:04:30.000 Alright, we'll be in touch with you.

02:04:31.000 We'll look into this.

02:04:34.000 Pete, right?

02:04:34.000 Pete from Michigan.

02:04:35.000 I want to thank you for your call.

02:04:36.000 I'm sorry to cut you off.

02:04:37.000 We've just got a network clock to adhere to here.

02:04:40.000 It sounds like you're experiencing what is a reflection of the overriding oppression and tyranny being dealt out by local tyrants and bureaucrats all across the country.

02:04:50.000 Stay with us.

02:08:01.000 From his Central Texas Command Center, deep behind enemy lines, the information war continues.

02:08:08.000 It's Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

02:08:11.000 Okay, we're back here on the Alex Jones Show.

02:08:19.000 Thank you for joining us today.

02:08:20.000 This is Mike Adams filling in for Alex, and we're going to be joined in this segment by Patrick Henningsen, the InfoWars.com reporter who's been covering the escalation of the race wars in America.

02:08:31.000 He's got a feature story up on InfoWars.com right now entitled, Trayvon Martin, Disinformation, Fake Reporting, Fueling the Illusion of the American Race War.

02:08:40.000 And now joining us in studio right here is one of the key researchers who's been digging into the details to give us a truthful view, not the typical mainstream, lamestream media spin, but the truthful reporting on this, none other than Aaron Dykes.

02:08:55.000 Aaron, hey man, good to have you on today.

02:08:57.000 Thanks for bringing me in.

02:08:57.000 Well, you know, the real reporting is coming up with Patrick because he called sources.

02:09:01.000 He's found out that they're most likely not going to be charging Zimmerman with first-degree murder.

02:09:06.000 Instead, his sources suggest they're going to go after that stand-your-ground thing in Florida and try to fight him on the gun rights thing overall.

02:09:14.000 But meanwhile, they've been spinning this racial war thing and trying to pump it up.

02:09:18.000 And he's got mainstream reports where they reported neo-Nazis marching and trying to stir things up, only it didn't happen.

02:09:25.000 It didn't happen.

02:09:26.000 But the media went with it anyway. - Okay, so wait a minute, wait a minute.

02:09:29.000 I saw this in the mainstream media too.

02:09:31.000 The Neo-Nazis marching through the town with their guns.

02:09:34.000 I saw pictures on the mainstream media with all their military-looking gear.

02:09:38.000 You're saying that didn't happen?

02:09:40.000 Well, that's what Patrick Henningsen's reporting.

02:09:42.000 He's got all the details, but it came out in a Miami blog or a Florida blog, only it was a total misreport.

02:09:49.000 He called the police station locally, found out this was not going on according to their reports, and so it appears to be yet another hyped-up thing just to stir it up in the media.

02:09:57.000 media.

02:09:58.000 All right, so we do have Patrick Henningsen joining us by Skype video.

02:10:01.000 We're going to go to you, Patrick, in just a second.

02:10:03.000 I know you're standing by to give us the breakdown of that story.

02:10:06.000 Anything else that's crucial to give us the context for the story, Aaron?

02:10:11.000 Yeah, let me give you some background, not on the Zimmerman and Trayvon case, but on stirring up racial hatred in general in the Orlando area, the same area where this case is going on.

02:10:22.000 Back in 2006, there was a neo-Nazi group led by a guy named David Gledy.

02:10:27.000 He deliberately marched through the black community and tried to stir up hatred with his little clownish neo-Nazi uniforms and the flags and whatever else. 0.81

02:10:36.000 I believe it was less than a dozen of them marching. 0.97

02:10:38.000 They were protected by the police.

02:10:40.000 The only problem is it came out a year later, he was 100% an FBI informant, just trying to stir up hatred.

02:10:47.000 And you know groups like the SPLC are not going to be far behind.

02:10:50.000 And it's interesting that a lot of the neo-Nazis continued to defend this guy, David Gledy, who was outed in the Orlando Sentinel back in February 15, 2007.

02:11:01.000 And so there they are all, you know, for years trying to stir this stuff up, trying to punch the buttons, and unfortunately people have a tendency to fall for it.

02:11:08.000 They really shouldn't.

02:11:09.000 They want to divide us to keep the attention away from the oligarchy, all the looting going on in the country, and divide us amongst ourselves on these issues.

02:11:18.000 Yes.

02:11:18.000 I think we're outgrowing as a country.

02:11:20.000 No, you hit it with the phrase punching our buttons.

02:11:22.000 They know that there are emotional buttons that can be punched.

02:11:25.000 Yeah, I'm here.

02:11:26.000 across the American population that are going to lead to a rise in hatred and violence.

02:11:30.000 Now, let's go ahead and go to Patrick Henningsen, who I believe has joined us by Skype videos.

02:11:34.000 Patrick, with us on Skype?

02:11:35.000 Yeah, I'm here.

02:11:37.000 Can you hear me?

02:11:37.000 Okay, awesome.

02:11:38.000 Yeah, Patrick, I can hear you.

02:11:39.000 Go ahead, man.

02:11:40.000 What would you like to lead in with on this story?

02:11:42.000 Well, firstly, I'll preface this story with saying that I was able to get access to some people.

02:11:48.000 I won't name it who the person is, but let's just say they are a judge in the Sanford court system, Central Florida court system, The reason is because as a child I lived very close to Sanford and my mother worked in downtown Sanford for a number of years.

02:12:07.000 So we still have some links there, so I just had to go into my little black book.

02:12:12.000 It's amazing that if you look at the whole spectrum of guessing and not saying much, which the mainstream media are very good at, which is making headlines that don't actually declare something.

02:12:26.000 We've gone out here and just made a few basic inquiries, and we're able to actually report something that is really going on amidst all the hype And all the race baiting and everything else which the media seems content to go into.

02:12:42.000 Patrick, very quickly, just an overview for those who really want to understand the context here.

02:12:47.000 Who benefits from the escalation of the race war? 0.94

02:12:51.000 Can you name who are the key beneficiaries in the power structure who want this to happen?

02:12:57.000 Okay, well, the story about neo-Nazis, armed neo-Nazis running patrols in Sanford, Florida, was synchronized magically on the Southern Poverty Law Center's website at the same time it appeared in the article in the Miami New Times, okay?

02:13:15.000 We've dispelled this as a Piece of fake news.

02:13:19.000 Nonetheless, the liberal-leaning blogs and so forth ran with it.

02:13:24.000 Now, Florida has got a reputation of being, especially Central Florida, Stanford in particular, as one of the best examples of racial harmony in the state of Florida.

02:13:36.000 Believe it or not.

02:13:38.000 And this is from long-term Florida residents who have served public office there, who have spoken to doctors, lawyers, and so forth.

02:13:47.000 Now, what we have in the media is we have political opportunists who are looking for some cheap political mileage out of a racial divide, white versus black, rich versus poor, and so forth.

02:14:01.000 And then you have members of the media who are basically addicted to crisis opportunity.

02:14:08.000 And you can say the same thing about politicians.

02:14:10.000 I'm not just talking about Al Sharpton and some of these reactionary, foundation-funded, unemployable talking heads of which the comments made by President Obama a few weeks ago where he said, if I had a son, he'd look like Trayvon Martin.

02:14:29.000 That is basically along the same lines as what Al Sharpton's doing by having marches down there.

02:14:34.000 The Southern Poverty Law Center, believe it or not, Mike, I called them directly.

02:14:38.000 I spoke to the director, Mark Potak, and we had a little discussion about what was going on there.

02:14:43.000 I asked about the neo-Nazis.

02:14:46.000 He gave me their laundry list of events, going back to Jasper, Texas with the James Byrd lynching in 98, and then Toledo, Ohio, named all the names.

02:14:55.000 And I said, well, what about the new Black Panther movement?

02:14:58.000 I said, what about these guys?

02:14:59.000 They're calling for a dead or alive bounty on the head of George Zimmerman.

02:15:05.000 And also calling for a race war on Tampa radio, which Kurt Neumo chronicled very much in detail in his article yesterday.

02:15:13.000 I said, what about this?

02:15:15.000 I said, what about hate speech?

02:15:16.000 This is a quote from the Southern Poverty Law Center.

02:15:19.000 And I wish Alex Jones was here.

02:15:21.000 He'd be jumping out of his chair.

02:15:22.000 Oh yeah, I'm sure.

02:15:24.000 Mark Potek said to me, there's no such thing as hate speech.

02:15:27.000 What?

02:15:28.000 There's no such thing as hate speech.

02:15:30.000 Wait a minute, he means there's no such thing as hate speech when it comes out of their mouths.

02:15:35.000 But when anybody else is saying something, then they claim that's hate speech, right?

02:15:39.000 So total contradiction just as usual.

02:15:40.000 That's what we keep hearing in this.

02:15:42.000 Well, according to Mark, he said it's only hate speech if there's incitement or there's what's legally termed as a true threat.

02:15:52.000 But they are inciting.

02:15:54.000 They're openly inciting violence.

02:15:57.000 And I went around in circles with them on this point and, you know, what can I say?

02:16:02.000 And they're one of the biggest attack dogs on the left as far as anti-semitic this or calling for censorship of domestic patriot groups and so forth.

02:16:15.000 This other part we lost there, and I won't even get into the Oklahoma City bombing Elohim City incident.

02:16:22.000 Alex Jones can really sink his teeth into that tomorrow.

02:16:27.000 So the beneficiaries are people who have short-term gains to make out of dividing society into its respective parts.

02:16:38.000 I'm working on another longer feature, which I hope to have finished later today, but definitely by tomorrow morning, which is entitled We don't need another race war in America.

02:16:50.000 What I'm saying, Mike, and you can comment on this, is this race war is a short-term warm-up phase for what's coming next, which is a class war.

02:17:01.000 And that has already been seeded by the Occupy movement by using terms like 1% and 99% and also the Black Panther movement.

02:17:10.000 They're saying they want to get rid of capitalism.

02:17:13.000 The new socialist neo-Nazi movement, they want to get rid of capitalism.

02:17:17.000 It reminds me of the climate change conference in Copenhagen when I went and reported for InfoWars where you had the foundation funded hippies outside wanting to break into the conference to ruin the meeting of all the collectivists Corporate collectivists inside.

02:17:32.000 They're collectivists on both sides.

02:17:34.000 You're onto something huge here, Patrick.

02:17:36.000 Very good analysis, as usual.

02:17:37.000 So, folks, look for that article tomorrow on Infowars.com or maybe even later today.

02:17:41.000 I want to go to Aaron here and ask Aaron to comment on these contradictions that Patrick just pointed out.

02:17:47.000 We've got this contradiction where, according to his conversation with Southern Law Poverty Center, There is no hate speech.

02:17:55.000 Yeah, that's huge.

02:17:55.000 I mean, they do nothing but label Patriot groups who have not exhibited any hate speech as hate speech groups, and then when you've got someone in a recording openly just calling for a sea of blood, that is somehow not hate speech.

02:18:09.000 The larger system is what gets me.

02:18:11.000 You ask who would benefit from this?

02:18:13.000 Look at the way groups that George Soros handles have brought about the Arab Spring.

02:18:18.000 They also brought about the action in Africa that we saw with the Kony 2012 thing.

02:18:22.000 They have the groups poised to benefit from that.

02:18:25.000 You've got a number of oligarchical benefactors to occupy Wall Street.

02:18:29.000 Because they want this larger world government system built on the idea of social justice, of a way to get justice for groups that are not represented.

02:18:29.000 Why?

02:18:39.000 But when you go back for decades, for instance if you read Webster Tarpley's Obama Unauthorized Biography, you see how he's a product of a number of extremist groups who are again trying to punch these buttons and in many cases it goes back to what the Ford Foundation was trying to do.

02:18:56.000 Giving grants specifically to radical groups, denying grants to more mainstream groups, groups that at least are not seeking violence.

02:19:03.000 You've got people like McGeorge Bundy, the Skull and Bones acolyte, pushing these programs through big money foundations like the Ford Foundation.

02:19:12.000 Well, it's incredible.

02:19:13.000 When they do it, it's okay, right?

02:19:15.000 But when somebody else tries to actually de-escalate and speak out for basic justice, basic liberty, basic common law in America, they're labeled sovereign citizens, which is now being equated with terrorism.

02:19:26.000 Common sense has been thrown out the window and just the basic facts have been thrown out the window.

02:19:29.000 For example, Zimmerman... 0.58

02:19:32.000 He's not white! 0.93

02:19:34.000 I mean, he's not a white guy! 0.76

02:19:35.000 But they want to start a race war where the average white person's a honky, but the elitists at Skull and Bones, who are steering the whole mechanism, they're not a honky, you know.

02:19:44.000 We gotta go to break, Aaron.

02:19:46.000 I know, I know.

02:19:47.000 No, you're using it, you're paraphrasing it.

02:19:50.000 Yeah, exactly.

02:19:51.000 Thank you, Patrick.

02:19:51.000 We'll be right back.

02:19:52.000 Stay with us on the Alex Jones Show.

02:19:53.000 A lot more straight ahead.

02:19:54.000 Ed, stay with us.

02:19:55.000 Ed, stay with us.

02:20:05.000 Everyone can feel it.

02:20:06.000 We know a tectonic struggle is now taking place between the forces of freedom and those who love darkness, bondage, and enslavement.

02:20:15.000 Yes, my friends, evil is rising.

02:20:18.000 But take heart.

02:20:19.000 For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.

02:20:23.000 Recently, New World Order operative Hillary Clinton admitted they're losing the info war.

02:20:29.000 We are in an information war, and we are losing that war.

02:20:32.000 The globalists are scared.

02:20:34.000 They've overreached.

02:20:36.000 The future of the info war is in your hands.

02:20:57.000 The Info War now.

02:20:58.000 It goes into high gear!

02:21:00.000 All whey protein powders are not created equal.

02:21:03.000 Fresh liquid whey has been used for hundreds of years to restore health to the sick and youth to the aging.

02:21:08.000 Why is it that no one reports these benefits from today's whey protein powders?

02:21:12.000 It is because they are all processed with heat or chemicals, which damages the protein and amino acids, making them allergy-causing or toxic to your body.

02:21:19.000 One World Way's True Cool process retains all the powerful properties of fresh raw whey in a concentrated powder.

02:22:08.000 Don't let your home be the next target.

02:22:10.000 Make it look like someone is home watching television with Fake TV.

02:22:14.000 Fake TV is a small electronic device that makes the same light as a real television.

02:22:18.000 So from outside it looks like someone is home watching TV.

02:22:21.000 Fake TV plugs in just like a lamp on a timer, but is far more convincing to burglars.

02:22:26.000 Fake TV deters burglars, costs far less than an alarm, and is highly recommended by numerous police departments.

02:23:01.000 Prepared families are storing food for months and years, but only have enough fuel stored for days or weeks.

02:23:58.000 Don't worry.

02:24:04.000 This show is documented.

02:24:06.000 Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

02:24:12.000 We're continuing our interview with Patrick Henningsen, the InfoWars.com reporter.

02:24:16.000 This is Mike Adams, the health ranger, filling in for Alex today, in case you were wondering.

02:24:20.000 This just in, Santorum suspends GOP presidential campaign.

02:24:24.000 So, Rick Santorum is out of the race.

02:24:29.000 Clearing the path for Mitt Romney to become the nominee.

02:24:32.000 Yeah, after they stole it from Ron Paul.

02:24:36.000 I mean, let's be honest about it.

02:24:38.000 As long as we're telling the truth, you know, Zimmerman isn't white, and they stole the election from Ron Paul. 0.94

02:24:43.000 There you go.

02:24:44.000 For the record.

02:24:45.000 But continuing with Patrick Henningsen, we are talking about the escalation of the race war in America.

02:24:49.000 Who benefits from that escalation, and why we must resist it, because remember, our buttons are being pushed, all of us.

02:24:57.000 White people, black people, brown people, no matter what your race or color, the global elite is messing with your head.

02:25:05.000 If you feel angry about this whole situation, you have been manipulated.

02:25:08.000 So you have to resist that, chill out, calm down, and realize that it's all about us working together as people to resist tyranny and not allowing that tyranny to make us fight against each other.

02:25:19.000 Patrick, I'd like to have your thoughts on that topic, actually.

02:25:23.000 Yeah, Mike, I just want to point out that before this whole Trayvon Martin shooting media circus began, you know, things like the neo-Nazi or the white supremacist movement was, it was just about dead and buried.

02:25:37.000 You know, it was on a life support system.

02:25:40.000 And what the left-leaning media and the Al Sharptons and the Barack Obama and the Jeremiah Wrights of the world have done is they've resuscitated The white supremacist movement and somehow made it kind of sexy for the lowest common denominator of society.

02:25:57.000 Likewise, the new Black Panther movement has no appeal to really anybody in today's modern America.

02:26:05.000 But sure enough, after this circus, they've now kind of risen up to have some people listening to them.

02:26:11.000 And they are getting some credence in very sort of dark and moldy circles.

02:26:16.000 But this is a typical kind of controlled cutout, two sides of a cardboard cutout.

02:26:24.000 You have the National Socialist Movement on one side, New Black Panthers on the other. 0.65

02:26:28.000 And I will bet you the house that both of those movements have a federal informant steering their media operations and so forth.

02:26:39.000 Oh, you bet.

02:26:40.000 Right there at the top of their organization.

02:26:43.000 And if any Americans learn one thing from this is to understand that point.

02:26:48.000 You're exactly right.

02:26:49.000 This is racial escalation theater.

02:26:52.000 I'm not talking about the shooting itself.

02:26:53.000 That was obviously a real event.

02:26:55.000 The shooting did take place.

02:26:56.000 But everything that surrounds that, the context that they're building around it, the escalation, the words that they're putting out there, the poison in the minds of the people, this is racial escalation theater taking place.

02:27:08.000 Is there any other evidence, Patrick, that there are FBI informants or other sort of controllers that are steering groups?

02:27:15.000 Specific details that you know of right now?

02:27:17.000 I can't say for certain, but all I can do is I can look at history and I can read these reports about the weather underground.

02:27:27.000 I mean, it's quite likely, and a lot of people don't talk about this, but Bill Ayres If you look at his M.O.

02:27:33.000 and you look at the M.O.

02:27:34.000 of the Weather Underground, Bill Ayers is anything but a radical leftist.

02:27:39.000 Bill Ayers looks to me like he was a career federal informant because otherwise he'd be in a federal penitentiary right now doing back-to-back life sentences.

02:27:49.000 So, let's get real.

02:27:51.000 And most of these sort of radical guys who are allowed to be big media personalities are protected under the federal informant cloak.

02:28:01.000 So to speak.

02:28:02.000 But you know, there's another more disturbing trend.

02:28:06.000 Okay, this is a foundation funded thing.

02:28:09.000 On PBS, I watched a show called Finding Your Roots.

02:28:13.000 And there was a black professor with a white and a black classroom.

02:28:19.000 And they were talking about the founding fathers.

02:28:21.000 And they were basically focusing on the fact that George Washington and Thomas Jefferson and these guys were slave owners.

02:28:29.000 And then they were going to the black students and saying, what do you think about this?

02:28:33.000 And the black students were saying, well, that means they're part of the problem. 0.99

02:28:38.000 And we thought the Constitution was this and the Constitution was that. 0.92

02:28:41.000 But these are children being manipulated by academics and foundation funded older people to make them say, throw out the Constitution.

02:28:51.000 Throughout the law of the land.

02:28:52.000 And that's something that this federal government and the one before it under George W. Bush, make no mistake, has been working to minimize the influence of the Constitution within the greater society of the United States and applying to laws.

02:29:07.000 What's astonishing to this, to me, in all this, Patrick, is that they have taken this one event, which is tragic, of course, as any loss of life is tragic, but in the bigger context, it is tiny compared to the number of lives lost every single day by just prescription drugs, for example.

02:29:23.000 Or soldiers committing suicide because they're on psychiatric drugs.

02:29:26.000 Or taser, or taser guns.

02:29:27.000 Yeah, right.

02:29:28.000 So it's all out of context.

02:29:30.000 They don't have the priorities straight about what's really killing Americans.

02:29:33.000 We're all victims of a police state, every one of us.

02:29:37.000 Absolutely.

02:29:37.000 Patrick, I want to thank you for joining us today.

02:29:40.000 Really great talking with you here.

02:29:41.000 And folks, watch for Patrick Henningsen's articles on InfoWars.com.

02:29:45.000 We'll be right back with a lot more here on the Alex Jones Show.

02:29:47.000 Stay with us.

02:29:48.000 We'll be back in a couple minutes.

02:29:49.000 We're on the march.

02:30:56.000 A little over a year ago, I began to do a lot of research into why, even though I had a pretty good-sized meal, that I was still starving.

02:31:07.000 And my research led me to a well-known fact that most of the soils that we grow our crops on here in the United States and across the industrialized world are almost completely depleted of almost all of the key minerals and trace elements that our bodies need to rebuild themselves, fight off cancer, and be healthy.

02:31:25.000 I then searched out the best vitamin and mineral company out there.

02:31:29.000 And discovered Young-Jevity.

02:32:59.000 Let me hit you with some good news in all of this.

02:33:13.000 If you've been listening and you're a regular InfoWars Alex Jones Show listener or reader, you You know things seem kind of crazy in the world out there but the good news in all of this is that the desperation of the system shows that we are winning.

02:33:29.000 Why do they have to resort to this race war escalation? 0.88

02:33:33.000 Why do they have to resort to the fabrication of fake news?

02:33:37.000 Why do they have to resort to the fake science, to the dumbing down, the chemical drugging, the chemical lobotomizing of our children with vaccines and fluoride and GMOs?

02:33:46.000 Why do they have to do that? 0.76

02:33:47.000 The answer is because we're winning!

02:33:50.000 Truth is winning!

02:33:52.000 Enlightenment is winning!

02:33:53.000 People are waking up!

02:33:55.000 You know, truth is more powerful than fiction.

02:33:58.000 Light is more powerful than darkness.

02:34:00.000 God is more powerful than the devil, to use that metaphor.

02:34:04.000 And the information that we are uncovering here and reporting and bringing to you every day here on the InfoWars.com team Is the kind of information that's going to set humanity free.

02:34:15.000 It's the kind of information that's going to allow humanity to attain that higher spiritual awareness and achievement.

02:34:25.000 To be free from the bonds of tyranny.

02:34:27.000 To be free from being enslaved and oppressed by governments and other organizations that have operated throughout history.

02:34:34.000 Of course, governments being the most dangerous of all.

02:34:37.000 But light will win over darkness.

02:34:40.000 Truth will win over fiction and lies and deception.

02:34:44.000 And that's why they're so desperate.

02:34:45.000 So when you see these tactics being used, just remember, in your mind, just remember that this is evidence that we are winning the fight for true freedom and liberty and justice for all of us and our children, all our future.

02:35:00.000 Now, one of the side effects of this growing police state is that we, as the free individuals of America, or wherever you're listening from, we will have more interaction with police and law enforcement.

02:35:14.000 That interaction needs to be handled very, very carefully in order to keep yourself out of jail, to not have an arrest record, because just an arrest record, even if you're not guilty of anything, just the record of being arrested can ruin your life.

02:35:29.000 And here to talk to us about that is Dale Carson.

02:35:33.000 He's the author of this book, Arrest Proof Yourself.

02:35:36.000 I'll give you a little more intro here.

02:35:38.000 He is a former FBI agent, former law enforcement in South Miami.

02:35:44.000 He's a very knowledgeable individual.

02:35:46.000 He now runs a defense law practice in Florida.

02:35:50.000 And he joins us to talk about how we can interface with law enforcement in an intelligent way that protects our rights, asserts our rights, but doesn't escalate the situation.

02:35:59.000 And I believe he's joining us by Skype video.

02:36:01.000 Do we have Dale on Skype audio?

02:36:04.000 We're still working on the video here.

02:36:06.000 All right, Dale.

02:36:07.000 It's good to have you with us via Skype audio.

02:36:11.000 Good to have you on the show, man.

02:36:12.000 How are you doing?

02:36:13.000 I'm doing real well.

02:36:14.000 I'm doing well.

02:36:14.000 I got dressed up today and now you can't see me, so there you go.

02:36:17.000 Well, we've got a still picture of you on there and you look dressed up there too, so it's all good.

02:36:22.000 That's important.

02:36:24.000 Good.

02:36:24.000 Okay, we talked about this interface with police.

02:36:27.000 I think in your book, Arrest Proof Yourself, you opened my eyes.

02:36:31.000 I read this book and was just blown away.

02:36:33.000 You talk about how people are always interacting with police in ways that they're not even aware of.

02:36:38.000 What are the most important points that people need to know right now when they're out driving around?

02:36:43.000 That they may not be aware of.

02:36:45.000 Good manners.

02:36:47.000 Good manners?

02:36:48.000 Always good manners.

02:36:49.000 There's no replacement for that.

02:36:52.000 I think one of the keys is that as young As youngsters, we learn that law enforcement's here to help us, there's officer friendly, a number of groups that try to convince us that law enforcement is helpful.

02:37:04.000 Now, in an absolute crisis, I don't think there's any question that they are helpful.

02:37:08.000 But in anything other than an absolute crisis, they are there to put you in jail.

02:37:15.000 And if you can understand that, if you can put your arms around that very concept, then you realize, and jail's a bad place.

02:37:21.000 Being arrested's a bad place.

02:37:23.000 uh... if you could put your arms around that you understand the dynamic and and then when you see law enforcement you you appreciate the fact that with uh... little effort Uh, they can put you in jail.

02:37:35.000 That's what they're trained to do.

02:37:36.000 That's what they get promoted internally, based on the number of arrests that they make.

02:37:41.000 So when you see them, it should make the hair on the back of your head stand up.

02:37:46.000 Now, when you talk about these tally sheets that law enforcement uses to advance their career, and while they may say it's not a quota system, it is a tally sheet where they mark down how many felony arrests, how many non-felony arrests, and so on.

02:37:57.000 You also talk about how when they are stopping your vehicle, they don't really care about writing traffic tickets.

02:38:05.000 They're there to stop your vehicle to look for a possible felony arrest, right?

02:38:09.000 That's exactly right, and most arrests that we see certainly here in my law office are from car stops.

02:38:17.000 I had a young fellow who was stopped yesterday.

02:38:21.000 The officer walked up to the car, smelled marijuana emanating from the interior of the car, and as a result of that, he asked the individual to step out of the car, and then he began a search.

02:38:34.000 Now, that's illegal.

02:38:35.000 I say that's illegal, that's not permitted under current federal law, just to search someone's car without either consent or a search warrant.

02:38:44.000 But as a practical matter, when that happens in the field, who's there to contest that?

02:38:48.000 Right.

02:38:49.000 I mean, the individual who's arrested certainly has a vested interest in saying, wait, wait, wait, it wasn't me.

02:38:54.000 I never authorized the search.

02:38:57.000 But of course, the courts are disinclined, as I think jurors are as well, to believe the words coming out of the mouth of an individual who's been stopped for a criminal violation.

02:39:08.000 And it's odd.

02:39:09.000 When you think about it, we know carrying dope in the car with us, cocaine or heroin or oxycodone or roxycodone, however it's termed, we know that's illegal.

02:39:21.000 People do it anyway.

02:39:22.000 But let me ask you this, sorry to interrupt, but Isn't it true that if you have a friend who is on a powerful psychiatric drug or a powerful narcotic painkiller, and that friend rides in the passenger seat of your car, and they've got their pills with them and their prescription bottle, and they drop a pill accidentally under the seat, then if you're later driving by yourself, a cop pulls you over, Do you mind if I look in your vehicle?

02:39:45.000 You don't have weapons, do you?

02:39:46.000 You say, no, go ahead.

02:39:48.000 You're consenting to a search.

02:39:49.000 The cop finds that pill.

02:39:50.000 You go to jail for felony possession of illegal substances, right?

02:39:55.000 That's 100% correct, yes.

02:39:58.000 And so you're not going to have an explanation, you're not going to have, you don't even know it was there.

02:40:03.000 So the key to this is to not consent to a search, because with absent consent, the law enforcement officer has to obtain a search warrant.

02:40:12.000 So how do you do that?

02:40:13.000 They may say, well the way a search warrant's gathered is you have to take information in the form of an affidavit, you take that to a neutral magistrate or judge, the judge looks at the information you have, and then makes a determination as to whether or not they're going to issue a search warrant.

02:40:27.000 No, I mean how do you as the driver say no politely so that you're not consenting to a search?

02:40:34.000 You have a recipe.

02:40:36.000 I've been around for a number of years, officer, and frankly I just can't in all good conscience consent to permitting you to search my car.

02:40:45.000 So just take it on note that I'm refusing and not giving my consent to search my car.

02:40:51.000 That's all you have to say.

02:40:52.000 You don't have to get all in their face.

02:40:54.000 Oh no.

02:40:55.000 Manners.

02:40:57.000 Manners.

02:40:57.000 So you can just calmly and confidently assert your rights right there.

02:41:02.000 And you can also say, you know, my attorney's Dale Carson.

02:41:05.000 He has told me on more than one occasion never to permit law enforcement to search my car and I would defer to him in this circumstance.

02:41:12.000 So if you'd like to call him, please feel free.

02:41:15.000 You also talk about in your book, Arrest Proof Yourself, you talk about carrying a card that I think is a really brilliant idea, and the card has the name of your attorney, it has the name of maybe someone you know in law enforcement, it has some statements on it.

02:41:28.000 Does this card really work if you present it to, let's say, a state trooper who just pulled you over?

02:41:33.000 Well, you know, Ed Ball, who was a guy who owned DuPont Corporation for many years, used to say, confusion to the enemy.

02:41:41.000 And certainly if you present a document to law enforcement that is bonafide, it has stapled to it a business card from an attorney, a business card from a local police officer or sheriff's officer, all those things tell the officer that you are legitimate, that you're not a reason for concern for people or property in the area.

02:42:06.000 In addition to which, it's confusing.

02:42:10.000 The officer's never gotten anything like that before.

02:42:12.000 Certainly they're going to look at it and say, wait a minute, this guy goes to the same church my brother does.

02:42:17.000 I'll call my brother, maybe he's not such a bad guy.

02:42:20.000 And in that way, you avoid being arrested.

02:42:23.000 And that's the key.

02:42:24.000 If you can complete a police citizen encounter and walk away a free man or woman, you have won.

02:42:33.000 Believe me, you've won.

02:42:34.000 And let's get to this point too.

02:42:36.000 The police officer there on the scene in a traffic stop situation, they have a tremendous amount of discretion to decide what they wish to do with you.

02:42:44.000 For example, even if you are committing some kind of a minor offense, they don't necessarily have to arrest you.

02:42:50.000 Can't they also just give you a notice to appear in a court and not arrest you?

02:42:54.000 They can ignore it entirely.

02:42:57.000 So you just say, don't do that anymore. 1.00

02:43:00.000 How could you have been so dumb? 0.99

02:43:02.000 And you just, the response from the citizen should be, you know, your officer, you're 100% correct. 1.00

02:43:07.000 And I do apologize for my stupid behavior. 0.86

02:43:11.000 It won't happen again. 0.97

02:43:12.000 That's more likely to get you let off with nothing than getting in his face and saying, you know, there are real criminals around here.

02:43:19.000 And it makes sense to me since I am paying your salary, you should go arrest some of those folks.

02:43:25.000 Right, don't get smart-mouthed with them.

02:43:27.000 There are times to be polite.

02:43:30.000 Let me give out your website, DaleCarsonLaw.com.

02:43:32.000 Did I get that right?

02:43:34.000 That's right.

02:43:35.000 DaleCarsonLaw.com, and the book is Arrest Proof Yourself, which is a good read.

02:43:38.000 I actually read this when someone that I know in the natural health industry got arrested for marijuana possession.

02:43:45.000 And they were in the process of being licensed as a medical marijuana provider but hadn't completed that, and yet they were carrying marijuana in their vehicle.

02:43:53.000 They got arrested and it really got me thinking about, wow, how does this whole system work?

02:43:58.000 But let me ask you this, Dale.

02:43:59.000 Many of us who are law-abiding citizens, such as myself, I've never been arrested, I've never committed any felony crime, anything like that, never been in jail even.

02:44:08.000 We are not concerned about being arrested with pot or crack because we don't carry that stuff.

02:44:14.000 What we're concerned about is being falsely arrested, being set up.

02:44:18.000 What can innocent citizens do to avoid being falsely arrested or having a corrupt cop drop a bag of cocaine or a TSA officer, they even admit to this, they drop a bag of cocaine in your luggage.

02:44:30.000 What can we do in those cases?

02:44:32.000 Well, I don't think you can do much about a TSA officer.

02:44:35.000 I mean, if you're gonna fly, you know, you're just subject to their control.

02:44:39.000 And that's horrifying as that sounds.

02:44:41.000 But when you're in the open city, and you're just traveling around, the key is this, and you're not gonna like this, but I found it to be terribly true.

02:44:50.000 Okay.

02:44:51.000 Nothing good happens after about 10 or 11 o'clock at night.

02:44:54.000 Nothing.

02:44:56.000 So if you're out on the road and you're traveling around at night, okay, where police have a heightened concern for people and property in the area, you're just subject to encounter law enforcement.

02:45:09.000 And it's just better not to be there.

02:45:11.000 One of my ex-wives once asked me, well, you know, I need to have a gun. 0.95

02:45:16.000 And I thought better of that, frankly.

02:45:20.000 And my answer to her was this, you just don't need to be.

02:45:24.000 If you're going somewhere where you think you need a gun, you don't need to be there.

02:45:29.000 That's a good point too, yes.

02:45:30.000 You know, I think probably just staying out of areas where there's a high crime, incident of high crime.

02:45:37.000 And the other thing is looking suspicious.

02:45:38.000 Look, it's really easy when you think about it.

02:45:42.000 If you put on a suit and tie and you drive a Crown Vic that's modestly colored and looks like a law enforcement car and you're traveling 85 miles an hour, how often do you think you're going to get stopped?

02:45:53.000 You got a suit and a tie on.

02:45:55.000 And you're riding down the road, and it looks like a law enforcement car, you're never going to get stopped, right?

02:46:00.000 Right.

02:46:01.000 On the other hand, if you're driving down the road like a Cheech and Chom bomber... In El Camino, 1973. 0.81

02:46:07.000 Are you going to get stopped?

02:46:08.000 The answer is absolutely 100% of the time.

02:46:11.000 Right.

02:46:12.000 Because that's where the arrests are, right?

02:46:13.000 The guy's got a warrant out for him, the buddies that are in the car are hiding weapons.

02:46:18.000 I can remember stopping a car in Miami, arresting everybody.

02:46:21.000 And, and finding under the back seat of the car literally hundreds of rounds of ammunitions and four handguns.

02:46:27.000 So, anytime you get to... and that was for felony arrest, right?

02:46:31.000 Yeah.

02:46:32.000 So, anytime you're with a bunch of guys in a car, it's like a six-pack, you know?

02:46:37.000 You can't just drink one.

02:46:39.000 Doesn't this also... I'm sorry, go ahead.

02:46:41.000 No, no, so if you're riding around with a bunch of guys in a car that's not properly licensed or tagged, you're gonna get stopped, you're gonna get questioned, and if you don't have the right answers or if there are warrants, you're gonna have a problem.

02:46:53.000 For example, frankly, you're riding in a car, the driver's the only person who should be displaying a driver's license, but how often have my clients been stopped and everybody in a car's gotta produce an ID?

02:47:05.000 And the officer just says, everybody show me your ID?

02:47:07.000 Of course.

02:47:08.000 But think about it.

02:47:10.000 What would happen if one of the guys said, I'm not showing you anything.

02:47:13.000 I don't have, under my Fifth Amendment privilege against self-incrimination, I'm not showing you diddle, buddy.

02:47:19.000 Pound salt.

02:47:20.000 What do you think is going to happen to that kid?

02:47:22.000 He's going to get pulled out and beat.

02:47:24.000 Well, maybe he won't get beat, but he's going to jail.

02:47:27.000 I think he's going to get beat and then he's going to get thrown in jail. 0.97

02:47:31.000 And then they're going to start a race war out of it if he's not white. 0.98

02:47:36.000 That's what I think.

02:47:37.000 It's a real problem with law enforcement and selective sorts of enforcement.

02:47:42.000 And it's been going on, look, we all profile.

02:47:45.000 That's the shorthand for being able to survive in the world.

02:47:48.000 If you're walking down a street and you see somebody hid up in an alley somewhere, it doesn't matter what race the individual is, you're gonna shy away from that person hiding up in the alley, right?

02:47:58.000 That's profiling.

02:48:00.000 So it's more situational, I think.

02:48:02.000 So you're saying I shouldn't ride my Harley with my bandana, my tattoos, my long sideburns.

02:48:08.000 I mean, just to mention a stereotype.

02:48:11.000 You also talk about bodywork on your car.

02:48:13.000 If your car looks like it's in bad mechanical condition, that's also another reason to get stopped, huh?

02:48:18.000 Yeah, of course.

02:48:18.000 We had a favorite thing in Miami.

02:48:22.000 You know, if you're driving down the road and your backup lights are on, that's a violation.

02:48:26.000 Oh yeah, right.

02:48:27.000 So anything that's not right with your automobile, it causes you to get stopped, it causes you to get searched.

02:48:35.000 Remember, the officer's in an elevated stance from you anyways, looking down into your car, right?

02:48:40.000 That's right.

02:48:40.000 So if you've got any kind of contraband or any questionable items in your car, you've got a problem because that's plain view.

02:48:47.000 And, uh, the officer has every right, based on that, to do what he needs to do, or she needs to do.

02:48:52.000 Let me ask you this.

02:48:53.000 You, uh, you probably, you did a lot of traffic stops in your days as a Miami cop, I'm sure.

02:48:58.000 Oh, I loved them.

02:48:59.000 I loved them.

02:49:00.000 You loved them?

02:49:01.000 Gets the adrenaline going.

02:49:01.000 Sure.

02:49:02.000 You never know, when you turn on your lights, whether or not the guy's gonna rabbit from you, flee from you.

02:49:07.000 And that's exciting.

02:49:08.000 And if he rabbits from you, everybody likes a chase, right?

02:49:11.000 Right.

02:49:11.000 It's better than paperwork, huh?

02:49:12.000 There's nothing better.

02:49:12.000 Oh, yeah.

02:49:14.000 Sliding around corners with your headlight and sirens and all that on, man, it's to die for, sure.

02:49:20.000 But that's a good point about the psychology of law enforcement is sometimes, I mean, you even describe them sometimes as sharks who are out on the roads looking for prey.

02:49:29.000 Life can be boring as a cop if you're behind a desk a lot.

02:49:32.000 You need a little adrenaline rush, you need a little excitement.

02:49:35.000 We know the DEA loves smashing in doors of marijuana clinics in California.

02:49:39.000 Isn't there an element of just, you know, really fun excitement from time to time?

02:49:44.000 Of course, that's why we do it.

02:49:46.000 To the uninitiated, you seem surprised at that.

02:49:49.000 Boy, it's a kick!

02:49:51.000 It's a team of guys.

02:49:52.000 You all get white hats, right?

02:49:54.000 And you rush into the darkness.

02:49:57.000 So, of course, it's exciting and you're on the right side of the law.

02:50:01.000 You're doing what you're supposed to be doing, at least that's what we're led to believe, of course.

02:50:06.000 So, there's a dynamic there that absolutely cannot be denied.

02:50:11.000 So, our job as innocent citizens, then, is to not invoke that kind of adrenaline response from the officer who's interacting with us, then.

02:50:20.000 That's a fair point.

02:50:21.000 Yeah, I'd say that's a fair point, yes.

02:50:23.000 Because I actually, I volunteered with police in Tucson, and I remember in the defensive tactics training there, they always said that resistance is met with force.

02:50:33.000 So if you bring up force, the officer escalates it to more force.

02:50:37.000 If you chill out, they will chill out.

02:50:39.000 Of course!

02:50:40.000 And of course they will.

02:50:41.000 All right.

02:50:42.000 We've got a lot more.

02:51:59.000 What is the most abundant resource on earth?

02:52:02.000 Water.

02:52:03.000 It's essential for sustaining life.

02:52:04.000 But it's not always the most available.

02:52:06.000 When disaster strikes, water quickly vanishes from store shelves.

02:52:09.000 Like it did during 9-11, Katrina, Japan, and in Joplin.

02:52:13.000 Three days without water and your body begins to shut down.

02:52:15.000 Don't risk being without an abundant supply of water when the next disaster hits.

02:53:57.000 Man, it's a crazy world out there, but to help us make sense of that, we've got attorney Dale Carson joining us in this final segment here on the Alex we've got attorney Dale Carson joining us in this final segment here on the Alex This is Mike Adams, the Health Ranger.

02:54:19.000 Thank you for joining us.

02:54:21.000 And Dale, I've got an interesting question for you.

02:54:24.000 You know, what about...

02:54:25.000 In your book, you talk about how the biggest problem that the day-to-day criminals have is they don't show up for court.

02:54:32.000 Their alarm clock doesn't work.

02:54:33.000 They don't get out of bed and go to court and show up for the hearings and pay the fines and so on.

02:54:37.000 And then it just escalates and gets worse and worse.

02:54:39.000 But what about innocent people like James Stewart, who was a guest in the first hour of this show, where he shows up in court.

02:54:46.000 He goes to court on time, on schedule, to face these bogus charges because he was distributing milk.

02:54:51.000 In California, he's the milkman.

02:54:53.000 And then he's in court one day in L.A. County.

02:54:55.000 And then the Ventura County sheriffs, people, deputies arrest him there in the L.A. court for bogus financial crimes that they dreamed up in Ventura County.

02:55:06.000 And he gets hauled into the system as a completely innocent victim of it.

02:55:11.000 How do you even begin to try to assert your rights in those kinds of situations?

02:55:17.000 Well, it's an odd thing.

02:55:20.000 In the United States, if you violate a law, you can violate a federal law, a state law, a municipal law, and you can be charged independently by each of those agencies.

02:55:31.000 is.

02:55:33.000 And what has to happen is anytime you're in trouble with the police, law enforcement, and there's a pending criminal case, you need to be in constant communication with You're the investigators in the other side of the case in my opposition the law enforcement people and also the state attorney's office and perhaps the US Attorney's Office to make certain That there are no more pending charges.

02:55:55.000 The most shocking thing happens when my clients get arrested for, let's say, possession of a narcotics case.

02:56:01.000 Simultaneously, DEA on the federal side is working a narcotics case.

02:56:06.000 They bond out on a half million dollar bond.

02:56:09.000 So they put up $100,000 to bond out.

02:56:10.000 $50,000 they would put up, 10%.

02:56:11.000 or $100,000 to bond out, $50,000, they would put up 10%.

02:56:16.000 They get out, but before they can actually reach the jailhouse door, the federal government hits them with a charge.

02:56:23.000 So they're right back in jail and they're out $50,000, right?

02:56:28.000 You've got to coordinate that with your attorneys and with law enforcement to make sure those kinds of things are not going to happen.

02:56:35.000 Because when they do, as you mentioned, there you are.

02:56:38.000 You've already expended money on an attorney, fines, your bail bond, and now all of a sudden all of that's washed away.

02:56:46.000 And that's just tragic.

02:56:47.000 Well, and in James' case, they slapped him with a million dollars in bail.

02:56:51.000 Now, what kinds of things you've seen firsthand, what kinds of things would typically earn a million dollars in bail?

02:56:57.000 You know, it's interesting you should mention that.

02:56:59.000 Jacksonville has probably the highest bonds of any place in the country that I know of.

02:57:04.000 So, I often see million dollar bonds.

02:57:06.000 I had a case where a guy was an insurance fraud.

02:57:09.000 Case, minor amounts of money he'd been charged.

02:57:12.000 His bond was set at a million dollars.

02:57:14.000 And it's often punitive.

02:57:16.000 In other words, law enforcement, those are the people who talk to the judges and get the bonds set because typically you're not represented when you show up.

02:57:24.000 So a million dollar bond is not uncommon in certain of our cases.

02:57:28.000 But generally, and this is particularly true in federal court, bonds are never that high in federal court.

02:57:34.000 With rare, rare exceptions, most everyone goes home with basically a surety bond that's not even paid yet in the federal side.

02:57:43.000 So what it tells me is some one of your folks gets a million dollar bond, somebody's trying to send him a real message.

02:57:50.000 Oh yeah, they were, and they did as they tortured him and abused him in the L.A.

02:57:54.000 County Jail.
