02:42:11.000 Well, we created, did everything they wanted, and Eric Sorensen, who was in charge, came out.

02:42:25.000 When they first hired me, Eric took me to the Super Bowl in San Diego, and we were driving up to Los Angeles then.

02:42:33.000 And in the car, he told me that after he hired me, he got two phone calls from people very high up in Washington.

02:42:41.000 He would never reveal to me who they were, but he said that these people were very angry and wanted to know why they were giving me a national forum.

02:42:55.000 Well, lo and behold, I never got it because they pulled the plug on the show, basically.

02:43:01.000 They relegated us to a few Saturday shows where we, I think we had four or five shows on Saturday at 5 o'clock.

02:43:15.000 With no promotion, no nothing.

02:43:18.000 And then they simply cut me, and because I was under contract with them for three years, and I honor my contracts, my contract stated that I could not do any news shows, nor could I participate in anything on cable television at all.

02:43:35.000 So in essence, they bound and gagged me, and they paid me the entire money, and I will just say this, I was paid like a professional athlete on that level.

02:43:46.000 So they paid me the entire three years.

02:43:49.000 My checks came.

02:43:50.000 Even my assistant got paid for the entire three years.

02:43:55.000 But I had to then, as I said, honor my contract.

02:43:59.000 And so for three years, I could not speak out on anything.
