02:13:55.000 I'm 34 years old.

02:13:57.000 I worked as a civilian contractor for a private company that had a government contract through military sea lift command.

02:14:05.000 And I worked with their Special Missions Program for approximately five years.

02:14:09.000 I've held numerous different variations of security clearances.

02:14:14.000 I have a Transportation Worker Identification Credential that's issued by the TSA.

02:14:18.000 Just recently, not even a month ago now, I got a Mississippi Enhanced Concealed Carry Permit so I can carry a firearm concealed in a government building in the state of Mississippi.

02:14:27.000 To get that requires a pretty intensive background investigation by the FBI.

02:14:32.000 Had I been under any sort of investigation or indictment for anything, they would have never issued that permit.

02:14:38.000 So it's really weird how I could possibly get on a no-fly list.

02:14:45.000 And while I was over there in Hawaii, I'd received a phone call from a service member's spouse offering assistance if I needed a place to stay, which I was really grateful for.

02:14:56.000 But I didn't want to really get anybody else involved in the situation because I didn't know how far they were going to go with this.

02:15:02.000 And in your own expense, you were there for six days, right?

02:15:04.000 Yes, five days.

02:15:06.000 Associated Press said six, that's why I said six.

02:15:10.000 It started four, five, six days.

02:15:13.000 I landed Sunday.

02:15:16.000 Flew a military flight out of Travis Air Force Base, landed in Hawaii on a connecting flight.

02:15:22.000 And on that connecting flight, we had to stop and get off the airplane.

02:15:30.000 And we had to go out and then go back, get another ticket, go back through security.

02:15:35.000 And when we went back through security the second time, everything went just as it did the first time, perfectly normal.

02:15:42.000 After that happened, sitting in the secured area of the airport waiting, and one of the workers at the Air Mobility Command Terminal, which is Active Duty Air Force, came up to me and said, uh, sir, you need to come with us.

02:15:57.000 And it was, I went with him, we went over back by Customs, said that Customs had an issue that needed to be resolved before I would be allowed to continue on my flight.

02:16:06.000 I jokingly said, well, you know, I was already checked when I came into California.

02:16:09.000 I didn't bring any fruits or vegetables with me on the flight.

02:16:12.000 And I guess Hawaii is really strict about that as well.

02:16:15.000 But there was no one there with customs.

02:16:17.000 The offices were locked.

02:16:18.000 The lights were off.

02:16:22.000 It was just like they're as confused about the situation as I was.

02:16:25.000 So I went and hung out in the break room that the Air Force enlisted personnel take their breaks in, and I was there 15-20 minutes.

02:16:33.000 Then all of a sudden, two guys show up with the Air Force security forces, and they're like the rapid response team, so they're armed with M4s and grenade launchers.

02:16:42.000 And they show up, and I'm like, hey, are you guys here for me?

02:16:47.000 He says, yeah, we're here for you.

02:37:13.000 So, anyway, getting back to the guy that infiltrated our group, or attempted to infiltrate the group, he came telling this fantastic story of how he was a Navy SEAL, he was with SEAL Team 2, and he really didn't like it, he tried to get transferred to another team, but they do a lot of cold weather operations and everything, and it just, the story wasn't making sense, because in my contracting days, I've actually been around vessels with Navy SEALs on them and had conversations with them, and they don't talk like that, they don't talk about what they do.
