01:39:24.000 We are entranced, we are somehow hypnotized, and there's all kinds of brain manipulation through television and advertising and marketing, and these drug companies and food companies understand our brains much better than we understand our brains, so we do have to take some initiative, we do have to put some energy into it, and that's why you've got to pick up the phone and order supplements, for example.
