00:20:58.000 And when you see a robot, because that's what this guy was like, and it's an incredible, if you had to profile a subset of people that keep doing these things, Even though mass shootings are flat in the last 20 years, about the same every year, this year's actually been worse than the last decade or so, statistically.

00:24:35.000 Police with guns in Alabama stopped one, and a guy with a gun at the mall stopped it in Oregon.

00:24:47.000 I had police on Friday who said, yeah, these shooters in every case try to kill themselves when confronted.
