Alex Jones Show - 20130106_Sun_Alex

00:00:00.000 We've got it.

00:00:01.000 This transmission is coming to you.

00:00:08.000 Waging war on corruption.

00:00:12.000 It's Alex Jones, coming to you live from the front lines of the InfoWar.

00:00:22.000 Every progressive show, as we progress into the future, Each passing broadcast is just getting more and more hardcore, more and more jam-packed with absolutely off-the-charts news and information.

00:00:40.000 It is fortunate that you tuned in to this Sunday, the sixth day.

00:00:46.000 of January 2013 broadcast because it's going to be a very important transmission to say the least.

00:00:53.000 Coming up in 30 minutes, Police Chief Mark Kessler is going to be joining us with state-level nullification at the town council level.

00:01:04.000 In Pennsylvania, they are moving to get a law passed to mobilize their town against the globalists and violations of the Bill of Rights and Constitution.

00:01:14.000 And the Declaration of Independence gives them that power.

00:01:17.000 And he is coming on the show.

00:01:19.000 We found out he's a listener as well.

00:01:21.000 That's good.

00:01:22.000 It's good to know there's a fellow liberty lovers out there across the nation and the world.

00:01:26.000 And that's what my plan, and Ron Paul's plan as well, has been nullification.

00:01:32.000 At the county, city, state level.

00:01:35.000 Nullification short of secession.

00:01:37.000 But if we have secession, it's not from the United States.

00:01:40.000 It's to have the states pull out of the federally occupied New World Order system and to re-upload the Republic.

00:01:48.000 And people are hearing that message.

00:01:49.000 There's a bunch of states moving in that direction.

00:01:51.000 A lot of towns and counties and cities on different fronts.

00:01:54.000 And here's the deal.

00:01:56.000 If 800 plus cities and more than 30 states do not arrest illegal aliens for having no insurance, being drunk, being here illegally, they're above the law. 0.99

00:02:07.000 Because the police can't arrest them for other crimes.

00:02:09.000 They don't arrest them basically for anything except aggravated assault.

00:02:12.000 And then they're not even deported once they get out of prison.

00:02:15.000 And you can obviously see that in the news everywhere.

00:02:17.000 That's an admitted fact.

00:02:18.000 I'm not picking on the illegal aliens here.

00:02:20.000 It's that it's a fraud that they're above the law because the system wants an incentive to have them here to drive down wages.

00:02:26.000 You want to know why America is losing its standard of living?

00:02:28.000 That's a big part of it.

00:02:30.000 Prison labor is displacing us.

00:02:33.000 Obviously, dollar devaluation, too high of taxes, make it prohibitive for companies to manufacture and develop things in R&D here in this country.

00:02:43.000 But my issue is, if 800, last time I saw it was like 880 something, it's almost 900 cities and towns, every big city in the country.

00:02:52.000 Almost every small city and many of the towns, medium-sized cities, you name it, are sanctuary cities.

00:03:01.000 And if the cities and counties are getting away, and the states are getting away, with ignoring constitutional federal law, they're getting away with crime.

00:03:16.000 We can get away with something that's constitutional.

00:03:20.000 You know, the feds are like, oh no, you can't have nullification.

00:03:23.000 Civil War decided that.

00:03:24.000 There's no such thing as the states or counties or cities.

00:03:27.000 Baloney.

00:03:28.000 And it's all about our will.

00:03:30.000 We control our local towns and cities.

00:03:32.000 We get people in there that say, you know what?

00:03:35.000 We're not going to enforce unconstitutional gun laws.

00:03:38.000 We catch somebody in the commission of a crime with an illegal gun, we'll throw the book at them.

00:03:42.000 But we're not going to pull over farmers and find a shotgun in the vehicle and take them to jail.

00:03:46.000 It isn't happening!

00:03:48.000 Okay, it's real simple.

00:03:49.000 So we're going to be talking about that today.

00:03:52.000 That's not even the top story, but it's very important because it ties into a lot of other ways we can resist this globalist takeover by realizing we do have power and we can say no.

00:04:01.000 There were federal laws saying black people weren't human, but the Constitution and the Bill of Rights said they were.

00:04:07.000 And so it took a hundred years, but down the road, or a little less than a hundred, down the road Those rights were claimed.

00:04:15.000 Those rights are there.

00:04:17.000 Not given by the Bill of Rights and Constitution.

00:04:19.000 Pointed out by it.

00:04:21.000 They're simply signposts, like there's Mount Rainier in Washington State.

00:04:26.000 The sign doesn't make Mount Rainier.

00:04:28.000 It points at it.

00:04:30.000 The Constitution Bill of Rights points at what is already there.

00:04:33.000 Now, here's the deal.

00:04:34.000 Washington Post talked to the White House.

00:04:36.000 They're talking about executive orders.

00:04:38.000 And they're talking about extrajudicial activity to shut down the Second Amendment.

00:04:43.000 Right here where I live, the city's moving to just outlaw gun shows, period.

00:04:46.000 That's deep in the heart of Texas.

00:04:49.000 We've got a bunch of other really important news as well.

00:04:53.000 They're talking about repealing the 22nd Amendment so Obama can be president for life, basically.

00:04:58.000 Stay with us.

00:04:59.000 Sick of the globalist eugenicist control freaks adding poison to your water and laughing as you get sick and die?

00:05:05.000 Start purifying your water with ProPure.

00:05:07.000 My friends, I've done a lot of research, and the best gravity filter out there bar none is ProPure, and it's available discounted at InfoWars.com.

00:05:16.000 Its filters are silver impregnated to prevent bacterial growth.

00:05:20.000 There's no priming required.

00:05:29.000 Doesn't require electricity.

00:05:30.000 Purify water from lakes, streams, ponds, and wells.

00:05:34.000 This filter system leaves in beneficial minerals, which is key.

00:05:37.000 Save money by not buying bottled water.

00:05:39.000 And avoid BPA that leaches from the plastic.

00:05:41.000 ProPure is the best gravity-fed filter out there.

00:05:44.000 It's what my family uses.

00:05:45.000 Infowars.com already has the lowest price on ProPure.

00:05:49.000 But if you add the promo code WATER at checkout, you get an additional 10% off at Infowars.com.

00:05:55.000 You can also call to order.

00:05:56.000 We are on the march.

00:05:57.000 The Empire is on the run.

00:06:02.000 We are on the march.

00:06:11.000 The empire is on the run.

00:06:13.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

00:06:18.000 My friends, we are live in the world.

00:06:31.000 It is already Sunday, the 6th day of January 2013, and we're here every Sunday, 4 to 6 p.m.

00:06:39.000 Central Standard Time, coming to you from deep in the heart of Texas, Austin, broadcasting worldwide, not just coast-to-coast.

00:06:49.000 On Over, it's approaching 150 AM and FM affiliates.

00:06:53.000 XM, Global Shortwave, WWCR, and of course the number one radio show online by every major metric, InfoWars.com, and of course streaming video at InfoWarsNews.com and PrisonPlanet.tv.

00:07:08.000 Okay, let me just mention what's coming up.

00:07:10.000 It's the fullest plate I've ever had on a Sunday broadcast.

00:07:14.000 And next week may be even more full!

00:07:16.000 And more so.

00:07:17.000 I mean, the amount of tyranny we're seeing in a week is more than I would see in a year 15 years ago, 16, 17 years ago on air.

00:07:26.000 Just simply amazing to see all of this happening.

00:07:31.000 Here is some of the news.

00:07:33.000 The 22nd Amendment, H.J.

00:07:37.000 Res.

00:07:37.000 15, has been introduced to overturn that so Obama can run for a third term.

00:07:41.000 And I went and did a check.

00:07:42.000 A bunch of Democratic Party sites like Daily Kos and others are fantasizing about Obama for life, kind of like Hugo Chavez, who by the way, they say if they unplug him, he won't be coming back from Cuba.

00:07:57.000 So we're going to be looking at that.

00:07:58.000 Also, Assad of Syria, not a fan of the guy.

00:08:02.000 Definitely a dictator, but a soft dictator.

00:08:06.000 He gave a speech, obviously, today and said, look, Al-Qaeda is being funded by the West to attack Syria.

00:08:14.000 We will fight to the death.

00:08:16.000 And it's true!

00:08:16.000 I mean, it's New York Times, you name it, that our government is putting Al-Qaeda in there to attack a country where Jews, Christians, and all Muslim groups live in peace.

00:08:26.000 His father was somewhat of a brutal dictator in the Hazi Mubarak stripe, which they call light.

00:08:31.000 So he's a light, light dictator.

00:08:33.000 But Al-Qaeda is just unbelievable.

00:08:35.000 We posted a video up at InfoWars.com that I'll play later in the broadcast in the second hour of the main brigades On the suburbs of Damascus, the capital of Syria, chanting, we blew up the towers, we're coming to kill you, America, after we're done here.

00:08:54.000 And it's even on Arab television stations.

00:08:59.000 It's just unbelievable that, and by the way, a year ago when they killed Gaddafi, they had signs on BBC saying, next stop, Damascus, we're coming to Syria.

00:09:09.000 So our government, NATO and others, the French are leading it, normally they're anti-war, they're just leading this thing.

00:09:15.000 The French are at the head of this. 1.00

00:09:18.000 Well, I've already talked about it a lot.

00:09:19.000 I'm going to talk about it in the second hour.

00:09:21.000 It's just incredible that we were talking about it two years ago with Libya when that started, almost two years ago in Syria when it started, and now it's like, yeah, okay, our government runs al-Qaeda, never mind that. 0.94

00:09:32.000 And people send me emails going, well at least we got Arabs killing Arabs. 1.00

00:09:35.000 You know, this is crazy. 0.97

00:09:37.000 Assad hasn't attacked anybody.

00:09:39.000 Assad wears a suit and tie.

00:09:42.000 Women can walk down the street and go to college there and nobody's wearing burkas. 1.00

00:09:46.000 That's all ending. 0.99

00:09:47.000 Al-Qaeda is chopping Christians' heads off. 1.00

00:09:49.000 Just type in, just type in Syrian rebels chop Christians' heads off. 1.00

00:09:53.000 Stabbing them. 1.00

00:09:54.000 Making fathers. 0.99

00:09:55.000 Truck bomber. 1.00

00:09:56.000 They kill their whole families.

00:09:57.000 And our media has actually run articles.

00:10:00.000 Saying, oh, look at the rebels doing a great job!

00:10:02.000 And then there's a backlash, and the New York Times pulled a video a few months ago showing this. 0.98

00:10:07.000 Our media thinks we're so dumbed down, they can show Al-Qaeda chopping a Christian's head off, or throwing him off a church top, or making them car bomb, or they kill their family, and our media is so evil. 0.95

00:10:20.000 They're like, oh, look at the rebels, they're so wonderful! 0.99

00:10:23.000 I mean, this is so Twilight Zone, I can't even register it.

00:10:27.000 Okay?

00:10:28.000 And I expect corrupt stuff out of government.

00:10:31.000 I mean, I expect all sorts, but this, I don't even know what to say at this point, because now it's admitted, and it's a back-of-the-paper issue.

00:10:39.000 So, that's coming up some in the second hour.

00:10:42.000 Okay, hold on to your hats here, ladies and gentlemen, because I told you this was coming.

00:10:48.000 There is an incredible Washington Post article posted up at InfoWars.com.

00:10:53.000 It's also on the easiest place to find it.

00:10:56.000 DrudgeReport.com on the left-hand side, at least 20 minutes ago, had it.

00:11:00.000 And here is the Washington Post article, Lighthouse Weighs Broad Gun Control Agenda in Wake of Newtown Shootings.

00:11:08.000 And they say in here, we're just going to have the ATF go in and extrajudicially, with rulemaking, exactly what Larry Peratt of Gunners of America has warned about here in the last month, We're just going to go in and do it outside of law, maybe even executive orders.

00:11:23.000 And, yeah, we're just going to ban gun shows and ban you giving your son or daughter a gun. 0.57

00:11:27.000 No more giving family a gun or transferring a gun.

00:11:30.000 And we're just going to put giant, you know, regulatory taxes outside of Congress on the bullets.

00:11:36.000 And it links to all the plans.

00:11:37.000 And it's a long, four-page article with links. 0.98

00:11:40.000 I spent two hours on this sucker last night. 0.97

00:11:43.000 Two hours. 0.99

00:11:44.000 I was up till about 1 a.m.

00:11:46.000 on this.

00:11:47.000 Okay, following what they're all saying.

00:11:49.000 It's exactly what we knew.

00:11:50.000 It's all their old plans, regurgitated, vomited onto us at once.

00:11:55.000 And it is the repeal of the Second Amendment that the Huffington Post, the Atlantic Wire, the Economist, and then the Chinese government, the Russian government, all these governments, even USA Today said, what's with all the foreign governments?

00:12:08.000 It's bad enough to have Piers Morgan over here lecturing us, a red coat. 1.00

00:12:13.000 By the way, I'm on his show tomorrow night in person in New York.

00:12:15.000 That ought to be fun.

00:12:16.000 But to make a long story short, ladies and gentlemen, Mike Adams is sitting in tomorrow.

00:12:20.000 He'll sure do a better job than I do.

00:12:22.000 I'm a fan of that guy.

00:12:24.000 But continuing here, it is just off the chart insane.

00:12:28.000 We'll be getting into that.

00:12:29.000 We have a video clip, and I remember seeing him say this everywhere.

00:12:33.000 And we even found the text of it, but couldn't find the video.

00:12:35.000 CNS News found it, and the video's up at Infowars.com right now.

00:12:41.000 And Obama says, look, I'm not coming after your handguns, your rifles, nothing. 0.93

00:12:44.000 Anybody says it, they're a liar.

00:12:46.000 He said that four years ago.

00:12:48.000 And I warned people, I said, now in this campaign, because the fix is in, I said, he's saying he's coming after handguns and rifles.

00:12:55.000 They're coming after everything.

00:12:56.000 The Illinois bill that we barely beat last week openly made you turn in everything.

00:13:03.000 Turn it in, and everybody's registered there under the Floyd card.

00:13:06.000 That's why you don't want to be registered, because then they always confiscate.

00:13:09.000 Go through the quote background check, they know you're a gun owner, but it's not registered when you waive your rights.

00:13:14.000 And they said that, you know, everything's turned in, including pump shotguns.

00:13:19.000 Uh, pump rifles.

00:13:20.000 People go, there are pump rifles?

00:13:21.000 Yeah, there are a lot of pump rifles.

00:13:22.000 A lot of good ones out there, actually.

00:13:23.000 The point is, uh, if you want something reliable, they're actually pretty good, some of them.

00:13:27.000 The point is, is that it banned everything except bolt action.

00:13:33.000 Way beyond just semi-auto.

00:13:35.000 So, it's all here.

00:13:36.000 It's all happening.

00:13:37.000 We know what they want.

00:13:38.000 We know what they're doing.

00:13:39.000 We know what they're after.

00:13:40.000 And, and by the way, I'm going to go over some statistics, uh, here on air when we come back.

00:13:45.000 from the Centers for Disease Control, FBI, and U.S., federal government with links to it at Infowars.com, America's Biggest Killers, the chart anti-gunners don't want you to see.

00:13:57.000 And by the way, guns are at the end of the list.

00:14:02.000 With 11,493 killed in fiscal year 2011.

00:14:07.000 You always get the numbers a year late.

00:14:10.000 And there you go.

00:14:12.000 But I'm going to go over all those numbers here on air.

00:14:15.000 By the way, an estimated 72% of those were gang related.

00:14:19.000 Gang members killing each other.

00:14:21.000 So take 70 plus percent out of 11,500 roughly.

00:14:25.000 And we're now talking about 3,500 or so.

00:14:30.000 Maybe 4,000 real deaths from guns?

00:14:32.000 Folks, there's 315 million people here.

00:14:37.000 Let me just give you one number.

00:14:39.000 And this is a conservative number, by the way.

00:14:41.000 Guess how many people die from tobacco use?

00:14:45.000 Medical errors, 195,000.

00:14:46.000 Bad drug interactions.

00:14:49.000 Goes on and on.

00:14:50.000 See, I'm already starting to go to it.

00:14:51.000 We're going to cover that after the break.

00:14:53.000 After we get into these audio clips of Obama saying, listen, listen, when you go home and your friends tell you that I'm coming after their guns, I'm not going to take anything.

00:15:02.000 You got a Second Amendment.

00:15:03.000 I believe in it.

00:15:04.000 We're leaving your guns alone.

00:15:05.000 And the Democrats, it's very telling, are yay, because most Democrats are gun owners.

00:15:12.000 Almost everybody's a gun owner now.

00:15:14.000 Every liberal I know in the last decade has figured out government can't and won't protect you watching Katrina and Sandy and all these other events.

00:15:21.000 And once you go out and shoot a gun, you're like, this is no big deal.

00:15:24.000 Running a blender at your house, you have to hold it down, it's more dangerous.

00:15:29.000 Running a egg beater is, you know, it takes more force.

00:15:32.000 I mean, guns are a piece of cake.

00:15:36.000 And once you try one, once you go to a gun, you never go back.

00:15:42.000 I mean, it's that simple.

00:15:43.000 And it's not that we are on power trips and we have guns.

00:15:46.000 It's that we're in charge.

00:15:47.000 We feel empowered.

00:15:48.000 I sleep so good knowing I've got an instant access pistol safe that my kids can't get into, right by my bed, and one right by the front door.

00:15:55.000 I mean, I am ready to defend my family, so I sleep good.

00:16:01.000 Millions of people are going to get sick this winter from colds, flu, and other illnesses.

00:18:10.000 America's worst drought in agricultural history.

00:18:13.000 And now the economic results of the presidential election.

00:18:16.000 This perfect storm is a huge threat to everyone's food supply.

00:19:00.000 Alex Jones here with a very important announcement for truth seekers.

00:19:03.000 We've carried a lot of amazing films and books over the years on the online video bookstore at Infowars.com.

00:19:09.000 And out of all the titles we've carried, one stands out because it is just so chillingly convincing.

00:19:16.000 And that's Dreams from My Real Father by Joel Gilbert, available at Infowars.com.

00:19:22.000 This film exposes the fraud that Obama is like nothing I've seen.

00:19:25.000 If you want to know who Obama's real daddy is, this is the film for you.

00:19:29.000 Don't forget, your purchase supports our broadcast and our growing media network.

00:19:34.000 You'll also find it at Infowarshop.com.

00:19:36.000 Don't dare call a conspiracy by Gary Allen, the book that woke me up.

00:19:40.000 We're also carrying Behind the Green Mask, UN Agenda 21, by Rosa Corey.

00:19:45.000 This book is coffin nails to the globalist takeover.

00:19:47.000 The Greater Good, the most professional and up-to-date film I've ever seen, exposing the scourge that is vaccines.

00:19:54.000 These titles and a lot more are all available at InfoWarshop.com.

00:20:01.000 Coast to Coast, direct from Austin.

00:20:05.000 You're listening to the Alex Jones Broadcasting Network.

00:20:13.000 Crashing through the lies and disinformation, it's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

00:20:22.000 To quote Thomas Jefferson, the great thing about the Second Amendment is you will only need it when they try to take it away.

00:20:31.000 That is a Thomas Jefferson quote, similar quotes by other founders.

00:20:34.000 You know, my family fought for the Second Amendment to be created.

00:20:38.000 In the Revolutionary War and my family fought when Santa Ana tried to disarm the people at Gonzales and then on into the other battles on both sides of my family were involved in the founding of Texas.

00:20:51.000 And I'm not turning my guns in.

00:20:54.000 Because it's a symbol and we know what it means.

00:20:57.000 While the government buys another 200,000 hollow point bullets for the American people on top of the 1.6 billion they already bought in the last 14 months.

00:21:07.000 We're going to be going to that report here today.

00:21:09.000 Government is arming against us, and then telling us, turn your guns in because we want to take good care of you.

00:21:15.000 No, they want to be able to do to us whatever they want, just like in Mexico, where they have taken all the guns from the citizens 50-something years ago, and they have the highest crime rate in the world for a nation. 0.81

00:21:27.000 The only city that's higher than one of their cities is Chicago, where they have a gun ban.

00:21:33.000 Again, where the criminals run free in government and on the streets.

00:21:40.000 Right now, I want to go to a clip here, and I hope you were listening earlier.

00:21:45.000 The Washington Post has come out and said that they've talked to the White House, and that indeed they're going to use executive power outside of Congress to basically shut down gun shows, tell shops not to sell Semianos, and just prosecute people outside of law.

00:22:03.000 Just have the ATF claim they have a rule if you transfer guns and things.

00:22:07.000 It's a laundry list, four-page article.

00:22:10.000 White House weighs broad gun control agenda in wake of Newtown shootings.

00:22:14.000 Very chilling. 0.98

00:22:16.000 But I wanted to play the liar-in-chief, Obama. 0.68

00:22:20.000 This is four and a half years ago.

00:22:22.000 CNS News found this.

00:22:24.000 I remember him saying this over and over again.

00:22:27.000 I'm not coming after your Second Amendment.

00:22:28.000 In fact, we have Biden saying the same thing.

00:22:30.000 But here's Obama saying, I'm not coming after your handgun, your rifle, none of your guns.

00:22:35.000 And now that he's not facing re-election, he's like, yeah, I'm going to take everything.

00:22:39.000 Here it is.

00:22:40.000 When y'all go home and you're talking to your buddies and they say, ah, he wants to take my gun away.

00:22:46.000 You've heard it here.

00:22:46.000 I'm on television, so everybody knows it.

00:22:50.000 I believe in the Second Amendment.

00:22:52.000 I believe in people's lawful right to bear arms.

00:22:57.000 I will not take your shotgun away.

00:22:59.000 I will not take your rifle away.

00:23:02.000 I won't take your handgun away.

00:23:05.000 And I will not hire any lobbyists.

00:23:06.000 Broke all records.

00:23:07.000 I will not sign executive orders to circumvent law.

00:23:10.000 More executive orders than all predecessors before him.

00:23:13.000 From George W. Bush back to George Washington.

00:23:15.000 I will not have signing statements breaking all the records. 0.98

00:23:22.000 But he's got a peace prize so he can put Al Qaeda into countries to chop Christians' heads off. 0.97

00:23:26.000 I mean, it is just amazing. 0.99

00:23:29.000 Amazing.

00:23:31.000 Let's go to Joe Biden during the same 2008 campaign saying the same thing.

00:23:36.000 Here is Joe Biden talking about his Beretta handgun after he talks about a shotgun, which is semi-auto, which they would ban.

00:23:43.000 Here it is.

00:23:45.000 I guarantee you, Barack Obama ain't taking my shotguns, so don't buy that malarkey.

00:23:50.000 Don't buy that malarkey.

00:23:52.000 They're gonna start peddling that to you.

00:23:54.000 I got two.

00:23:55.000 If he tries to fool my Beretta, he's got a problem.

00:23:58.000 I like that a little over and under.

00:23:59.000 You know, I'm not bad with it.

00:24:03.000 I think he's talking about a Marais shotgun there.

00:24:05.000 The point is, is that there is Biden saying you're not coming after your guns.

00:24:11.000 When he wrote the original assault weapons bill in 92, that they had to water down, and we have Feinstein, we'll play it later, we played it last week and throughout the week, saying Mr. and Mrs. America, get ready to turn in your guns.

00:24:26.000 And his original bill banned all semi-autos, period.

00:24:29.000 So, decades later, or 15 years later, he's running around saying, oh, I don't want your guns, lying to people.

00:24:38.000 And look, some folks say, oh, Alex, because I saw it in the comments on InfoWars.com and PrisonPlan.com, okay, they all lie, big deal.

00:24:46.000 See, they've just got you used to it now.

00:24:48.000 No, whenever George Herbert Walker Bush lied and said, read my lips, no new taxes, And then raise taxes, it was over.

00:24:56.000 And then of course we just got something just as bad.

00:25:00.000 Bill Clinton, William Jefferson Clinton, who I used to think was the greatest liar I'd ever known, Obama definitely is better and tells more whoppers.

00:25:07.000 But the issue is, is that Obama has raised 14 taxes on the general public.

00:25:13.000 You can just type in, it's USA Today, it's Bloomberg, 77% of Americans That's working Americans, 77% of the country, everybody who works got a payroll tax increase.

00:25:27.000 If you make $36,000 a year on average, it's about $200 a month.

00:25:30.000 $200 a month.

00:25:31.000 $200 a month.

00:25:35.000 And that's just one tax we're talking about.

00:25:40.000 So, and then there's another 13 taxes on top of it and fines and fees and all the rest of it.

00:25:46.000 And then all those other taxes on people making over $125,000 a year individually, quarter million collectively, that all gets passed on to you when you get laid off or middle class folks don't come and buy goods.

00:25:57.000 Now there it is, fiscal cliff deal that raised taxes on 77% of Americans, tax policy center analysis, and now that's official.

00:26:05.000 Okay, let's go ahead, that's now law, let's go ahead and go to the clip of Obama saying, I won't raise your, any of your taxes, not your payroll tax, not your, on, on, on, raising them all.

00:26:18.000 Raising everything he said he wouldn't raise.

00:26:22.000 In fact, they've had Howard Dean come out and say, if you make $10,000 a year, you should pay taxes.

00:26:27.000 Extra taxes.

00:26:29.000 About two weeks ago.

00:26:29.000 I mean, just look it up.

00:26:30.000 Howard Dean says, poor should pay more.

00:26:33.000 Oh yeah, because you want to get the economy going.

00:26:36.000 No, you know that high taxes shut down economies.

00:26:39.000 You know Kennedy cut the highest tax bracket by 50 percent, the next tax bracket by 30 plus percent, and tax receipts did what by the next year?

00:26:46.000 Did they go up 20 percent?

00:26:48.000 Did they go up 30 percent?

00:26:49.000 They went up over 100 percent.

00:26:49.000 50, 60, 70, 80, 90?

00:26:55.000 More than double the tax receipts.

00:26:57.000 You'd think bureaucrats would want money.

00:26:59.000 No, they don't want money. 0.99

00:27:01.000 They want to bankrupt your butt and get you on welfare. 0.86

00:27:04.000 We've gone from less than 2% of the country on food stamps in the 30s to now 50 million people. 0.97

00:27:12.000 It's doubled the last four years from 25 million and they're set to double it again.

00:27:15.000 The name of the game is takeover.

00:27:18.000 They don't want you uppity having any money.

00:27:21.000 Let's go to this clip of Obama saying he wouldn't raise any of your taxes, any of your payroll taxes.

00:27:28.000 Here it is.

00:27:30.000 I can make a firm pledge.

00:27:31.000 A pledge?

00:27:32.000 Under my plan, no family making less than $250,000 a year will see any form of tax increase.

00:27:41.000 Not your income tax, not your payroll tax, not your capital gains taxes, not any of your taxes.

00:27:50.000 By the way, they have in the now law a surcharge of, what is it, 3.9% on all your 401k investments.

00:27:59.000 You've already paid taxes on this over and over again.

00:28:02.000 Now it's an investment for your retirement, or for college, whatever, for your children, and they're going to tax that.

00:28:07.000 And I just, I don't know how bad this has got to get here.

00:28:13.000 And used to people getting mad about this, but, and a lot of folks are angry.

00:28:18.000 I mean, Congress does have a 9% approval rating, but I gotta tell you, the 35-40% of people in this country that really are Obama supporters, it was about half the people in the country voted, and a little more than half voted for Obama, so 25-30%, 35% depending on how you look at it, because he's got 30 million illegal aliens supporting him, so that's about 35% total. 1.00

00:28:38.000 I mean, you people are just idiots. 1.00

00:28:39.000 I mean, you're chumps. 1.00

00:28:40.000 This guy's a collectivist that wants to bankrupt everything and put America through emergency reorganization to make you step and fetch it. 0.98

00:28:47.000 They want to break your will.

00:28:49.000 We'll be right back in defense of the Second Amendment with a key plan to save the Republic.

00:33:32.000 You're listening to The Alex Jones Show.

00:33:35.000 Monday through Friday from 12 noon to 3 p.m.

00:33:43.000 Eastern.

00:33:44.000 We're live on the radio.

00:33:46.000 I won't be tomorrow.

00:33:47.000 It'll be Mike Adams who does a fantastic job sitting in the health ranger of naturalnews.com.

00:33:53.000 I am gonna get on an airplane early in the morning and I'm gonna fly up to New York to be in studio with Piers Morgan.

00:34:01.000 And they've got a bunch of surprises lined up for me.

00:34:04.000 Alan Dershowitz and a bunch of others to sit there and henpeck at me.

00:34:09.000 But they would do it via satellite, and we were going to do it via satellite.

00:34:13.000 But I thought, you know what?

00:34:14.000 I want to look that guy in the eyes.

00:34:17.000 And so we'll see if they chicken out.

00:34:20.000 Boy, they swore to me they won't.

00:34:21.000 I've had CNN chicken out before via satellite interviews, and I'll get really, really upset if they do.

00:34:26.000 But that political rumble in the jungle is set for tomorrow night, 9 o'clock Central, 8 o'clock Eastern, in studio at the CNN command center that I've been in multiple times.

00:34:37.000 So that should be interesting.

00:34:40.000 Speaking of that, let me just go ahead and play a clip again of Dianne Feinstein, whose Bill Obama says he's going to put his quote, full weight behind.

00:34:47.000 That's a quote to her last bill.

00:34:51.000 She didn't have the votes for it. 0.90

00:34:52.000 Now she has them, she says, to make you, Mr. And Mrs. America, turn your guns in.

00:34:57.000 Here's that clip.

00:34:59.000 California Senator Dianne Feinstein worked for more than a year to get the Assault Weapons Bill passed in the face of ferocious opposition from the National Rifle Association.

00:35:08.000 She says she got the best she could.

00:35:11.000 If I could have gotten 51 votes in the Senate of the United States for an outright ban, picking up every one of them, Mr. and Mrs. America, turn them all in, I would have done it. 0.98

00:35:25.000 I could not do that.

00:35:27.000 The votes weren't here.

00:35:30.000 But that was over a decade ago.

00:35:33.000 Now her bill says that because, well, a decade ago the American people wouldn't put up with the UN and NATO commanding our military.

00:35:40.000 They wouldn't put up with the NSA spying on the American people without warrants and admitting it's going after conservative, libertarian, and constitutional groups.

00:35:50.000 See, the whole homeland system is now for us.

00:35:52.000 They admit it.

00:35:54.000 I want to play another clip, and then for the rest of this segment, the next we're going to go to our guest, a police chief.

00:35:59.000 I want to first play this clip from last year, Lubbock County, Texas, with Judge Head.

00:36:04.000 He's the county judge.

00:36:05.000 That's like the county mayor.

00:36:07.000 Talking about Obama's going to come for the guns.

00:36:09.000 That judge had actually read Obama's quotes and the U.N.

00:36:12.000 quotes.

00:36:12.000 See, they've all said over and over again they want a total abolition of guns.

00:36:16.000 That's in the preamble to the original UN treaty.

00:36:19.000 But see, when we're informed, when Judge Head is informed, or Police Chief Mark Kessler's informed, or Ron Paul's informed...

00:36:28.000 The con artists in corporate mainstream collaborator media, they just go to the public, oh that's a kook, that's a conspiracy theorist, don't listen to them, they don't know what they're talking about. 0.95

00:36:38.000 Just listen to us.

00:36:39.000 But see, that doesn't work anymore.

00:36:41.000 That's why they're so desperate to bankrupt America now and get our guns now, because they know America's waking up.

00:36:47.000 That's why they're trying to get in as many illegal aliens as they can, get as much people on welfare as they can. 0.96

00:36:51.000 They paid $22 billion to ship General Motors to China.

00:36:55.000 Look it up.

00:36:56.000 Barely made the news, but it's in the news.

00:36:58.000 Volton Cadillac factories?

00:37:00.000 Can't believe Cadillac's made in China, most of them. 1.00

00:37:04.000 Anything they can.

00:37:05.000 It's one thing if you move to China.

00:37:08.000 It's another thing if my money paid to move it there.

00:37:11.000 They're not, liberals aren't screwing up.

00:37:14.000 They're not liberals, they're authoritarians.

00:37:17.000 They are engaged in economic siege.

00:37:19.000 But here's Judge Head on local Fox News, and now other police, other county judges, mayors are saying the same thing.

00:37:28.000 If 800 cities and 30 plus states can nullify for illegal aliens, when that is a violation of federal and state law, and just let them do whatever they want, well, we can nullify illegal federal laws when they are unconstitutional and say, our local police under the mayor and under the county or whatever, the sheriff, we're not taking people's guns.

00:37:46.000 Okay, but this, this, this, this police chief goes further.

00:37:49.000 They make provisions to defend the Second Amendment.

00:37:51.000 You've got to call these tyrants bluff.

00:37:55.000 Ten years ago, Feinstein said, oh, I gotta get votes to take your guns.

00:37:58.000 We gotta get an amendment, lady. 1.00

00:38:00.000 A constitutional amendment.

00:38:02.000 Now, a decade later, she's like, oh, we'll just do it with an executive order. 0.97

00:38:06.000 That's in the Washington Post.

00:38:08.000 They're seeing what the public does.

00:38:10.000 They're seeing that there's a backlash right now.

00:38:12.000 We're gonna go to our guest, but first, here is Judge Head of Lubbock County, Texas, during the election, warning of this eventuality coming to a head.

00:38:21.000 No pun intended, here it is.

00:38:23.000 He is going to try to hand over the sovereignty of the United States to the U.N.

00:38:27.000 Okay, what's going to happen when that happens?

00:38:29.000 I'm thinking worst case scenario.

00:38:30.000 Right, right, I understand.

00:38:32.000 Civil unrest, civil disobedience, civil war, maybe, and we're not talking just a few riots here and demonstrations, we're talking, we're talking Lexington, Concord, take up arms and get rid of the guy.

00:38:45.000 Okay, now what's going to happen if we do that?

00:38:48.000 If the public decides to do that?

00:38:49.000 He's going to send in Alright.

00:38:51.000 you in troops i don't want to love a county in okay so i'm gonna stand in front of their personal arm of personnel carriers say you're not coming in here and the sheriff i've already asked him i said you got a back means that young back you well i don't want a bunch of rookies back there not heard i want that's a ring he goes on to say that to create another unit just to deal with the feds And if every county did that, it'd be over.

00:39:13.000 And people say, well, that's crazy.

00:39:14.000 The feds are God.

00:39:15.000 The feds have been taken over by foreign megabanks on record. 1.00

00:39:18.000 OK, I'm done ranting.

00:39:20.000 Our guest is with us this segment and the next.

00:39:22.000 And he joins us.

00:39:24.000 But imagine 10 years ago hearing that.

00:39:25.000 It would have been crazy.

00:39:26.000 Four months ago, it sounded a little strange to people.

00:39:29.000 Now it's like, oh, yeah.

00:39:30.000 See, no, that guy was just more informed than even the general conservative out there.

00:39:34.000 OK, this is what's going to happen.

00:39:37.000 Okay, they plan on raising taxes.

00:39:39.000 Now Obama's already calling for more tax increases.

00:39:42.000 Same thing in 1775.

00:39:44.000 Eating out our substance.

00:39:47.000 Reducing us to ruin.

00:39:49.000 That was the plan so the British nobility could buy up all the businesses and land for pennies on the dollar.

00:39:57.000 Was Oliver Wendell Holmes, the Supreme Court Justice that said, the famous Justice that said, taxes are the price of civilization.

00:40:03.000 And that's true to have somewhat of a civilization, a small limited government.

00:40:07.000 But what about when the government becomes evil and destructive of those aims, which happens all throughout history, and uses civilization to destroy us and reduce us to slavery?

00:40:17.000 Alright, we take you now to Police Chief Mark Kessler in a Pennsylvania town of Gilberton.

00:40:23.000 It's like Mayberry RFK and his citizens are backing him.

00:40:26.000 Pennsylvania Police Chief proposes Second Amendment preservation ordinance.

00:40:30.000 Demand a real plan nullifying constitutional gun laws.

00:40:33.000 And he joins us to talk about enact any and all measures as may be necessary to prevent the violation of the Second Amendment.

00:40:40.000 That's right.

00:40:41.000 That's right.

00:40:42.000 Not just say we're not going to enforce unconstitutional laws and act whatever it takes, any means necessary.

00:40:48.000 I want to salute you, sir, for your stand for the Republic, and it's good to have you here with us.

00:40:52.000 Tell us why this came to mind and where this is going.

00:40:56.000 Well, thank you very much, Alex, for having me on your show.

00:41:01.000 This came to mind after the Sandy Hook shooting and the outcry for everybody to ban weapons Hopefully, after three or four weeks of research, I came up with the idea for the nullification process.

00:41:19.000 And after several drafts, I planned on introducing it to the Borough Council on our next meeting on January 24th, which I hope they do pass.

00:41:36.000 Well, I hope it does pass.

00:41:40.000 Why did you... I mean, did the clock get so close to midnight?

00:41:43.000 Is that why you came up with this plan?

00:41:45.000 Well, just the events in general that are going on out right now around the country, particularly in Washington, that everybody's screaming to ban weapons, and they've been able to realize that it's not the weapon that's causing the problem. and they've been able to realize that it's not the It's the person behind the weapon that's causing the problem.

00:42:05.000 And until they figure that out, they're never going to solve the problem.

00:42:10.000 It's not the law-abiding citizens that are going out and committing these heinous crimes that are so evil and unspeakable.

00:42:19.000 It's the mentally ill, unfortunately, that are doing a lot of these crimes and criminals. 0.99

00:42:26.000 It's not the law-abiding citizens. 0.80

00:42:28.000 I mean, every day in this country, unfortunately, every day, I've looked it up, or on average every day, a mentally ill person takes a butcher knife and stabs their family with it.

00:42:28.000 Well, that's right.

00:42:37.000 Do I have to lose my butcher knife because they do that?

00:42:39.000 We're going to be right back with the police chief.

00:42:41.000 Pennsylvania police chief proposes a Second Amendment preservation ordinance.

00:42:45.000 We appreciate his courage and his forethought, and this is something that can really pick up steam everywhere.

00:42:50.000 I mean, if they let the illegal aliens run free, And that's unconstitutional. 0.98

00:42:54.000 How about police and counties and cities just pass law saying we nullify unconstitutional garbage? 0.95

00:43:00.000 Millions of people are going to get sick this winter from colds, flu, and other illnesses. 0.97

00:47:37.000 I want to show some statistics here and then go back to the police chief from Pennsylvania who's introduced a plan with the City Council to have a Second Amendment Preservation Act in their area.

00:47:49.000 And again, big things have small beginnings.

00:47:52.000 But here's an article at Infowars.com by Mac Slavo.

00:47:56.000 America's biggest killers.

00:47:57.000 The chart anti-gunners don't want you to see.

00:48:00.000 And then it goes directly to FBI.gov and the Centers for Disease Control, their own numbers.

00:48:05.000 Tobacco use, 529,000 conservatively.

00:48:07.000 Medical errors, 195,000.

00:48:07.000 Unintentional injuries, 118,000.

00:48:08.000 Medical errors, 195,000.

00:48:11.000 Unintentional injuries, 118,000, you know, slipping in the shower.

00:48:15.000 Alcohol abuse, 107,400.

00:48:19.000 Motor vehicle accidents, deaths.

00:48:20.000 These are deaths, by the way.

00:48:22.000 All these are.

00:48:22.000 34,000 deaths on the show.

00:48:25.000 You've got tobacco, 500 plus thousand medical errors, 195,000.

00:48:30.000 Unconventional injuries, 118,000.

00:48:32.000 Alcohol abuse, 107,000.

00:48:34.000 Motor vehicle accidents, 34,000.

00:48:35.000 Going to ban cars because they're dangerous?

00:48:38.000 Well, don't worry.

00:48:38.000 They want to make you drive robot cars now.

00:48:40.000 That's the whole Google plan, so look out.

00:48:42.000 Unintentional poisoning, 31,758.

00:48:44.000 Well, gotta ban everything poisonous.

00:48:47.000 Well, everything's poisonous, but you can drink too much Scope mouthwash and die.

00:48:52.000 I'm gonna ban that.

00:48:53.000 Drug abuse, 25,000.

00:48:56.000 Unintentional falls.

00:48:58.000 So that was separate from that.

00:48:59.000 24,792.

00:48:59.000 Non-firearm homicides.

00:49:00.000 Baseball bats, ice picks, butcher knives, rocks.

00:49:02.000 16,799.

00:49:02.000 Firearms homicides.

00:49:03.000 11,493 in 2011.

00:49:03.000 These numbers always come out a year late.

00:49:06.000 So these just came out a few weeks ago.

00:49:09.000 Three weeks ago.

00:49:09.000 Firearms, homicides, 11,493 in 2011.

00:49:14.000 These numbers always come out a year late.

00:49:16.000 So these just came out a few weeks ago, three weeks ago.

00:49:19.000 The point is that you've got a much better chance of falling in the shower and dying than from a firearm And over 70% of those 11,000, go look at FBI.gov and violent crime statistics, are gangbangers killing each other!

00:49:36.000 Now, 4,000 is still a big number, but it's nothing compared to everything else.

00:49:40.000 This is a hoax.

00:49:41.000 I want to go back to the police chief.

00:49:43.000 Sir, you've got the floor here for the balance of the segment.

00:49:46.000 Where would you like to see this go, the common sense, what you see in your town?

00:49:49.000 How do we get your council to get this law passed?

00:49:52.000 How do people read a copy of it so other towns can introduce it?

00:49:56.000 I mean, this is what we need to do because you've got all these other cities ignoring things that are the law.

00:50:01.000 Well, how about we have cities ignore things that are unconstitutional?

00:50:05.000 Well, Alex, I've been receiving phone calls from all across the country, from Alaska to California, asking for copies of the alleged proposal I'm going to introduce to Council on the 24th of January, from mayors in Chester County, Pennsylvania, to mayors in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, that want copies.

00:50:26.000 different sheriff departments all around the country that are asking me for coffee.

00:50:30.000 They have called and given me great support throughout this whole thing.

00:50:34.000 And I would like to see it spread throughout the entire continental United States by every means necessary and spread the word to everybody.

00:50:44.000 And we're not going to stand idle.

00:50:46.000 We can't stand and just let these bureaucrats in Washington ram down anti-constitutional law to the American people, it's just not right.

00:50:59.000 And, uh, I will not, my department will not enforce any unconstitutional laws against the Second Amendment or the Constitution of the United States as far as I'm concerned, or the Constitution of Pennsylvania.

00:51:09.000 Well, I know you're sticking your neck out because you love the Republic and your family and our future.

00:51:13.000 And obviously, I don't want to put words in your mouth, but guns are the canary in the coal mine. 0.62

00:51:18.000 I'd like you to elaborate on that, Chief.

00:51:21.000 But looking at this, it's an example of leadership.

00:51:25.000 You do this and you haven't even put it out publicly yet.

00:51:29.000 Obviously you will soon on the city website and you already have people all over the country wanting to emulate what you've done and that's the essence of this.

00:51:37.000 We have to simply stand up as leaders and do what's right and others will join us.

00:51:43.000 But if we just stand here and let the tyranny take over, as Churchill said, there may come a time when We have to stand up and fight because it's better to die on our feet than as slaves instead of fighting politically early on when our chance for victory was assured.

00:51:59.000 Exactly, exactly.

00:52:01.000 And God forbid the last thing we want is any kind of violence.

00:52:05.000 Hopefully, you know, this will be a kind of a gateway for other people that believe in the Constitution and other law enforcement officials and just the average citizen that could take it, make a copy of it, call me, get in touch with me, make a copy of it, take it to their local law enforcement agencies, their local sheriffs, their local politicians, And have them do the same thing that I'm trying to do.

00:52:33.000 I've been contacted by the Oath Keepers.

00:52:37.000 They're in support of me.

00:52:39.000 The Pennsylvania United PA.

00:52:44.000 Yeah, folks are just looking for men of honor to stand up, and you're doing that.

00:52:55.000 And this is what can turn the tide.

00:52:57.000 This is what the anti-gunners are so scared of.

00:52:59.000 They know.

00:53:01.000 Actual innocence being killed by guns is incredibly rare.

00:53:04.000 They have the statistics.

00:53:05.000 I've been around them.

00:53:06.000 These are cold-blooded tyrants.

00:53:08.000 You know, all the pro-gunners are always so polite and go, what's wrong with these people?

00:53:12.000 Look at the statistics. 0.96

00:53:14.000 They're not dumb. 1.00

00:53:15.000 Most of them are tyrants. 0.98

00:53:17.000 Sure, you've got people at the grassroots that never grew up around guns and are scared of them.

00:53:21.000 But the general establishment people that want our guns, they want them to oppress us. 0.83

00:53:25.000 And look, I've told the police this, and the police aren't stupid, they know this.

00:53:29.000 There's a lot of people who aren't turning them in.

00:53:31.000 And if a Feinstein gunman goes through, and they try to go around harassing gun owners, it is not going to go well.

00:53:37.000 And what Judge Head talked about is going to end up happening.

00:53:40.000 I want to avert that, and I agree with you.

00:53:43.000 I think we can fix this just by political action.

00:53:48.000 I hope so.

00:53:48.000 I hope so, Alex.

00:53:50.000 The last thing, like I said, we want is any kind of violence erupting throughout the country.

00:53:55.000 And hopefully this sends a clear message to Washington and to the media that we're not going to stand idly by and let them confiscate the Second Amendment or tamper with the Constitution itself.

00:54:10.000 That's that.

00:54:11.000 We've got to stand together.

00:54:13.000 Well, you know, I was looking up your town.

00:54:17.000 Friday, I had a caller, because we were already covering your report Thursday and Friday, and the caller said, oh, no, let me give his number out.

00:54:23.000 He's happy to have his number out.

00:54:24.000 I said, well, wait, let me get him on and make sure it's OK to give his number out.

00:54:28.000 Very nice of you to give your number out for mayors and sheriffs or others that may want to get a copy of it.

00:54:35.000 And if you'd like to send us the The proposed town ordinance or law.

00:54:40.000 We would love to post it at Infowars.com so you don't get hammered, but if you're willing to answer a couple hundred phone calls, go ahead and give your number up.

00:54:48.000 If they want to get in touch with me, I'll have their phone number here at the office.

00:54:56.000 It's 570-874-4790.

00:54:57.000 And I'd be more than happy to talk to anybody who wants to copy of the proposed ordinance and supply them a copy with it.

00:55:05.000 Well, again, I've got to say it.

00:55:07.000 I'm not kissing your butt here, Chief, but I gotta say, what you're doing is what will save this country, and it almost brings a tear to my eye, because so many people say, well, I'll just wait till they come for my guns, and we'll have a revolution.

00:55:21.000 Folks, That is the last thing we want. 0.97

00:55:25.000 Whoever shoots first loses.

00:55:27.000 We want to stand up politically and use that force to defend our freedoms.

00:55:32.000 Correct.

00:55:33.000 Not shoot our mouths off.

00:55:34.000 And I've told people this.

00:55:35.000 If you won't politically get involved to defend your freedom, it's talk.

00:55:39.000 You will never physically defend when the time comes.

00:55:43.000 Correct.

00:55:43.000 You're right on point there.

00:55:45.000 Right on point.

00:55:46.000 I can't agree with you more.

00:55:48.000 Let's just hope everything goes the way on the 24th.

00:55:52.000 I urge the Borough Council to take a good long look and a hard look at this proposal and hopefully they'll side with the Constitution and pass this ordinance.

00:56:05.000 We're going to do five more minutes with the Chief and let you get back to your family, but start with the ordinance. 0.75

00:56:09.000 What does the ordinance basically break down?

00:56:11.000 It breaks down basically that the borough of Gilberton is going to recognize the Second Amendment of the Constitution of the United States and the Second Amendment or the Constitution of Pennsylvania, Section 21, the right to keep and bear arms in Pennsylvania.

00:56:30.000 And we're not going to let the, we're going to nullify any state, local, or state, local laws, ordinance, or regulations against the Constitution or Article 21 of the Constitution.

00:56:46.000 In fact, there is the text.

00:56:48.000 It's actually in our article.

00:56:49.000 I'd seen that, but I wanted to double-check.

00:56:51.000 The text is at InfoWars.com in the article, breaking that down.

00:56:57.000 Very, very exciting.

00:56:58.000 Do five more minutes with us, Chief.

00:56:59.000 We're going to come back and let you finish up any other points you want to get to.

00:57:03.000 We'll be right back, ladies and gentlemen, with the second hour.

00:57:05.000 Then I'll give the number out.

00:57:06.000 In fact, I'll give it out now.

00:57:07.000 It's 877-789-ALEX.

00:57:09.000 That's me, Alex Jones, 877-789-2539.

00:57:14.000 Other police, military, are you going to stand with this American patriot who is simply standing up and defending the rights that our ancestors paid for with blood?

00:57:24.000 Or will we go quietly into the night with the socialist healthcare?

00:57:29.000 By the way, New York Times is reporting what I told you months ago.

00:57:33.000 The new healthcare bill has now doubled the average insurance premium.

00:57:38.000 I mean, you talk about a scam.

00:57:40.000 You talk about a rip-off.

00:57:41.000 Your insurance premiums have now been doubled under Obamacare because the offshore banks wrote the bill and they own the insurance companies.

00:57:50.000 Alex Jones here with a message to fellow freedom lovers.

00:57:53.000 The prognosis for the entire planetary economic system runs from bad to worse.

00:57:58.000 The globalist model is to shut down societies and starve patriots out until they acquiesce to the global takeover.

00:59:47.000 And like us on Facebook.

00:59:51.000 Coast to Coast.

00:59:53.000 Direct from Austin.

00:59:55.000 You're listening to the Alex Jones Broadcasting Network.

01:00:02.000 From his Central Texas Command Center, deep behind enemy lines, the information war continues.

01:00:09.000 It's Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

01:00:13.000 Folks, it is a command center.

01:00:15.000 We're just putting out the Constitution if you obey the command.

01:00:20.000 That's between you and God.

01:00:21.000 If you don't, I feel sorry for you.

01:00:23.000 This country has been wealthy and successful because we had more liberty than other nations.

01:00:29.000 Doesn't mean we were perfect, but we had some amazing founders.

01:00:32.000 And I saw a clip of Michael Moore saying, how dare the founders?

01:00:35.000 You know, people think that's all set in stone.

01:00:37.000 They fought the greatest empire in the world.

01:00:39.000 They trail-based liberty that became the model of the planet.

01:00:43.000 And I look at the ordinance that you can get at Infowars.com, Pennsylvania Police Chief proposes Second Amendment Preservation Ordinance, Aaron Dyke's article, Second Amendment Preservation Ordinance, it says prohibitions on federal, state, local infringement of the right to keep and bear arms, firearms, accessories, or ammunition.

01:01:00.000 And there's a line in here It talks about enacting any and all measures as may be necessary.

01:01:06.000 People say, oh, they'll come get us like they're God or something on Mount Olympus.

01:01:10.000 If you simply say no, they lose the moral authority and then the gun confiscation never happens.

01:01:15.000 If you cower, all liberty falls.

01:01:18.000 Now, I said I want to give you the floor, but you're a polite gentleman, so you're a man of few words, but the last four minutes we've got left.

01:01:25.000 Other points, Police Chief Mark Kessler of Gilbertson, Pennsylvania, that you'd like to impart to our listeners?

01:01:32.000 Well, Alex, I'd like to say I hope everybody gets behind this.

01:01:36.000 And my mayor, Mayor Mary Lou Hannon, she's pro-Second Amendment. 1.00

01:01:41.000 She's standing behind me on this.

01:01:44.000 She can also push the council into adopting this.

01:01:48.000 And I just really hope it passes.

01:01:51.000 And we all got to band together and stand up and fight the treasonous in the Washington elites.

01:02:01.000 Uh, it's just everything that's going on right now in the country.

01:02:03.000 I'm really worried about where we're headed in the next four years.

01:02:06.000 It could be very disastrous.

01:02:09.000 And, uh, they want to take, they're going to start taking our weapons away from us.

01:02:13.000 Uh, it's just the very, it's the start of a very bad situation within the United States.

01:02:19.000 And, uh, hopefully the people could stand together, uh, the patriots, the mothers, the fathers, the military, the law enforcement, we could just all band together and say enough is enough.

01:02:29.000 We had enough.

01:02:30.000 We're not going to take it no more.

01:02:31.000 We're not going to sit idly by and not, and let the government ram anti-constitutional law down the throats of the American system.

01:02:40.000 If we just act like it's some mothership that gives us all the orders, it's going to do whatever it wants, and foreign interests are going to come in and buy it off.

01:02:40.000 That's right.

01:02:49.000 We have to... It was a famous African-American statesman during the Civil War, to paraphrase him, he said that You know, liberty and freedom is not given.

01:03:02.000 It is taken.

01:03:03.000 It is demanded.

01:03:04.000 And we need the special interest of liberty and the American people and private property and low taxes and freedom.

01:03:12.000 And so we've got to get aggressive.

01:03:14.000 We've been taken over because we became passive and it's just common sense.

01:03:18.000 We either get involved or we lose everything.

01:03:21.000 Exactly, sir.

01:03:22.000 Exactly.

01:03:23.000 And we can't do that.

01:03:24.000 I will not sit idly by and let this unconstitutional act that they're trying, that the Congress is trying to pass right now, not the whole Congress, because there are some good congressmen and there's good senators in the United States, but just certain ones that have this ideological anti-American agenda that does not sit well with me.

01:03:24.000 We can't.

01:03:45.000 It does not sit well with me.

01:03:45.000 That's right.

01:03:47.000 And they guilt us into, oh, I mean, you've heard it, you're a Klan member of Eon Guns. 0.95

01:03:53.000 You're an accessory to murder.

01:03:55.000 The NRA are lobbyists for these 20 dead kids. 0.99

01:03:57.000 It's the government, the federal government that made those gun-free zones, and the media that advertised it as the places for Prozac heads to go kill people.

01:04:06.000 I mean, if they want to put blame out there, they're a light year's more to blame than anybody else.

01:04:11.000 Exactly, they should look in the mirror.

01:04:13.000 They really need a reality check.

01:04:15.000 We need to get these people out of office.

01:04:19.000 They're committing acts of treason on a daily basis.

01:04:23.000 And it just boggles my mind as an individual and as a police chief that these people are In the position of power that they're in.

01:04:32.000 What about your other officers?

01:04:34.000 Are they fired up about this?

01:04:36.000 Yeah, everybody in my community is pretty much fired up about this.

01:04:39.000 And the local communities around me are fired up about it.

01:04:42.000 I've received calls from different areas.

01:04:44.000 Chiefs of Police asking me to congratulate me.

01:04:47.000 Others are good, because this is how brush fires in the minds of men start, according to Jefferson.

01:04:52.000 Well, I want to salute Police Chief Mark Kessler in Gilberton, Pennsylvania.

01:04:57.000 When is your town going to stand up? 0.92

01:06:07.000 here.

01:06:09.000 Mainstream media.

01:06:11.000 Government cover-ups.

01:06:14.000 You want answers?

01:06:16.000 Well, so does he.

01:06:18.000 Live from Austin, Texas, broadcasting worldwide, it's Alex Jones.

01:06:24.000 Ladies and gentlemen, I was just talking to the police chief of a town up in Pennsylvania, Mark Kessler.

01:06:37.000 He was telling me off-air, as he left us, that... And he also said some on-air, in that little short segment.

01:06:44.000 That police chiefs all over the country are calling him and congratulating him for getting a piece of statutory law that complies with the Second Amendment of Pennsylvania and the federal Second Amendment to simply say we're not going to harass gun owners, we're not going to confiscate guns.

01:07:01.000 This is unconstitutional order.

01:07:05.000 And by the way, Dianne Feinstein, and it's in the Washington Post yesterday, they're saying they may use executive orders or ATF rulemaking, and I've been warning you about that, but now it's official, to just shut down gun shows, you name it.

01:07:18.000 And I am really ashamed of something that I have, and my listeners to a great extent here in Austin have allowed, because we're all guilty of not standing up to these people.

01:07:31.000 Have allowed the Austin City Council and the county commissioners who are in a story in the Austin American Statesman.

01:07:40.000 To come out and say that they are set to ban gun shows.

01:07:46.000 Not just from county and city property, the big convention centers.

01:07:50.000 They're saying they're set next week to vote.

01:07:53.000 The Austin American Station reports on a city law and a county law.

01:07:57.000 They're working together to ban gun shows, period.

01:08:01.000 What's next?

01:08:01.000 Like San Francisco, ban gun shops?

01:08:04.000 This is deep in the heart of Texas.

01:08:08.000 Travis County.

01:08:10.000 Do I have to name drop here that it was David Ayers, my ancestor, that raised Colonel Travis' son?

01:08:15.000 I mean, I've got relatives with counties named after him in Texas.

01:08:21.000 And I am ashamed that Travis County, that bears the name of William Barrett Travis, is set to ban gun shows.

01:08:30.000 And they're talking about gun shops.

01:08:31.000 You know, I said that's next.

01:08:34.000 They're starting to talk about that.

01:08:35.000 Here it is, Austin American Statesman.

01:08:37.000 City, county to consider restricting gun shows.

01:08:41.000 And potentially even curtail them on private property within the city limits.

01:08:45.000 The Austin American Statesman has learned.

01:08:47.000 And it goes on, Mike Martinez.

01:08:51.000 Mike Martinez, man.

01:08:52.000 You know, Mike, can't you just be an American?

01:08:56.000 Mexico has taken all their people's guns.

01:08:59.000 They have the highest murder rate.

01:09:00.000 It's almost 60,000 dead in just the last five years.

01:09:04.000 Women, men, children.

01:09:06.000 Our own Justice Department shipped guns into Mexico to blame our Second Amendment and got caught because good BATF agents blew the whistle.

01:09:14.000 And you sit here and call yourself an American. 1.00

01:09:17.000 I call you a shameful enemy of the Republic and a piece of garbage. 1.00

01:09:25.000 You physically want to shut down gun shows. 1.00

01:09:27.000 It's just you people.

01:09:29.000 There's no end to you.

01:09:31.000 You know, they were trying to shut down gun shows a few years ago.

01:09:34.000 They were sending an ATF trying to set folks up.

01:09:37.000 And I called for a protest of it, and then they had a local group protest, and I showed up at it.

01:09:43.000 They even had provocateurs at it to try to go after me.

01:09:46.000 I mean, listen, they want to use Austin as a case to break open all of Austin, Texas, into the rest of the country and go after our guns.

01:09:55.000 It is just absolutely amazing.

01:10:00.000 To see this type of stuff going on.

01:10:02.000 And if you haven't read the Washington Post article, you really should.

01:10:05.000 But can we get that flashback queued back up?

01:10:08.000 Obama, I will not take any guns.

01:10:10.000 Even though as a state senator, you can find public letters he wrote as question and answer periods for the Chicago Tribune, saying, I believe all guns, semi-auto, rifles, handguns, bolt action, single shot, everything must be banned.

01:10:28.000 And I got Dianne Feinstein saying that, too.

01:10:30.000 I've got Joe Biden, when he introduced the first assault weapons ban, calling for an abolition of gun ownership in this country, for almost all guns to be turned in.

01:10:39.000 The Illinois Statehouse has bills introduced right now.

01:10:43.000 And they've got until, what, Tuesday to get it done.

01:10:45.000 I warned you last week they could play possum.

01:10:47.000 They claim they didn't have the votes.

01:10:49.000 Word is, we've got some calls on this from some good sources.

01:10:52.000 They may try to ram it through.

01:10:55.000 Physically making you turn your guns in.

01:10:58.000 Like they've already done in Chicago, making it the murder capital of the world.

01:11:01.000 At least Mexico doesn't have that crown, that trophy, that belt.

01:11:04.000 They're just murder capital country-wise.

01:11:06.000 Because they took all the guns.

01:11:09.000 And, you know, I think all Americans, whether your name's John Brown or whatever it is, you ought to move down to Mexico. 0.99

01:11:17.000 Of course, they won't let people move down there.

01:11:19.000 If you're an illegal alien down there, they put you in a forced labor camp.

01:11:23.000 But, wow.

01:11:25.000 Very, very dangerous time.

01:11:27.000 And see, the globalists don't care whether they're unpopular or not.

01:11:31.000 They think homeland security works for them, and they're dropping the hammer on us.

01:11:36.000 Was it Noel in Illinois that you said had some news on the, uh...

01:11:41.000 Bruce in Illinois.

01:11:43.000 Bruce in Illinois and then we'll go to Noelle in Illinois and others.

01:11:46.000 Bruce, what is your intel?

01:11:48.000 It was callers last Tuesday started warning us about the gun grab and emails and Wednesday we covered it and sure enough we wrote an article Wednesday that made national news and Thursday the bill to confiscate most firearms including Pump shotguns was introduced and then we thought we shot it down Friday.

01:12:06.000 Are you saying they're meeting right now and other in session right now to try to get your guns?

01:12:12.000 Yes, sir, Alex.

01:12:13.000 On Friday, the gun ban amendments were introduced into the Illinois House and in an unprecedented session at two o'clock today, The Illinois House Judiciary No.

01:12:27.000 1 Committee actually was brung into session to look at the gun ban bill.

01:12:33.000 Um, the Speaker of the House, Michael Madigan, he is so confident that the gun ban bill will pass out of committee at 5 o'clock today, Illinois time.

01:12:42.000 He is actually going to bring the full House of the Illinois General Assembly, the House of the Illinois General Assembly to session.

01:12:49.000 Now it originally came out of the Senate and passed committee, but they didn't have a Senate vote.

01:12:52.000 Are they going to try to pass it in the House first?

01:12:56.000 They're doing today in an unprecedented vote today.

01:12:58.000 I mean, all the dirty tricks were done out today, Alex.

01:13:01.000 This was done so late Friday that even the Illinois State Rifle Association could not get out an alert until 10.30 Friday night.

01:13:09.000 Listen, my gut told me, my gut, I said it on Thursday and Friday they would sneak attack.

01:13:14.000 Put it back up.

01:13:15.000 Illinois State Rifle Association, impeccable source, they say late breaking alert.

01:13:20.000 They always sneak this stuff through. 0.98

01:13:21.000 They're criminals.

01:13:22.000 Next vote on semi-auto ban will take place Sunday. 0.85

01:13:25.000 Shuts down gun shows.

01:13:27.000 Shuts down shooting ranges.

01:13:29.000 The bill I saw even shuts down.

01:13:30.000 Is it the same bill that makes you turn in pump shotguns?

01:13:33.000 Yes, sir.

01:13:34.000 It's the full ban.

01:13:35.000 They snuck this through.

01:13:36.000 They put it on a fast track.

01:13:38.000 Alright, let's red alert this right now.

01:13:41.000 Give me the top URL, folks, because I want to give out the State Rifle Association actual URL.

01:13:46.000 It's LS... Go ahead and give me the URL.

01:13:51.000 ISRA.org, ISRA.org, RSRA.org, IllinoisStateRifleAssociation.org.

01:13:58.000 They got all the phone numbers up there on their front page.

01:14:01.000 Federal court ruled they can't bar Chicagoans from owning guns to defend themselves, so they're striking back.

01:14:08.000 As any globalist would, is just take every gun we've got.

01:14:10.000 My goodness.

01:14:11.000 And they're going to use this as the model with an executive order.

01:14:15.000 The Washington Post reports yesterday, Saturday, to just have Obama sign an order taking our guns.

01:14:20.000 And his plan is to start a civil war. 0.97

01:14:23.000 These people are criminals! 0.96

01:14:25.000 I'm sorry, go ahead, sir. 0.95

01:14:26.000 Well, that is what's happening, Alex.

01:14:28.000 We'll see the General Assembly with this vote, because this is a dirty tricks vote.

01:14:32.000 If you know any history of Illinois, See, they're going to bring the General Assembly to session in the House tonight at 5 o'clock.

01:14:40.000 But everybody won't be there, they'll only have the special guys that got the call to be there.

01:14:44.000 Amen!

01:14:45.000 That's what the deal is.

01:14:45.000 That's how they passed the Federal Reserve Act with three Senators, December 23, 1913.

01:14:49.000 Go ahead.

01:14:50.000 I talked to Richard Pearson Friday afternoon because I had arranged for him to get on a big national talk radio show like yours.

01:14:58.000 That's the leader of the Inelona Rifle Association.

01:15:00.000 Yeah, he is the Executive Director and Chief Lobbyist for the Illinois State Rifle Association.

01:15:04.000 Folks, I'm so gun crazy I don't even know the name of all the state groups.

01:15:07.000 Go ahead.

01:15:07.000 Yes, and anyhow, I talked to him Friday and we knew that there was a chance that they were going to introduce it into the Illinois House.

01:15:16.000 But we didn't know they were going to fast track it at that time.

01:15:19.000 And Richard had actually left the Capitol and went back to Chattanooga.

01:15:23.000 Yeah, when are we going to stop falling into their traps?

01:15:26.000 I said Thursday and Friday they're going to play possum.

01:15:28.000 And people are like, stop fear mongering.

01:15:31.000 I know the enemy's tactics.

01:15:32.000 We've got to call every one of those phone numbers.

01:15:34.000 They're on the website right now, nationwide.

01:15:37.000 They want this beachhead to make all of Illinois a Chicago mafia command base. 0.87

01:15:43.000 Well, that's what they want, Alex, and they have no respect for the people.

01:15:46.000 And I encourage everyone across the nation to call every member of the General Assembly and tell them how disgusted we are.

01:15:52.000 I agree.

01:15:53.000 The amendment is to SB 2899.

01:15:57.000 Stay there, caller.

01:15:58.000 We're coming back to you.

01:20:05.000 You're listening to the Alex Jones Broadcasting Network.

01:20:11.000 From the front lines of the information war, it's Alex Jones.

01:20:18.000 That's right, from the front lines of the information war.

01:20:22.000 People hear that stuff 17 years ago and go, what are you talking about, front lines, info war?

01:20:28.000 I was reading Pentagon public documents about how foreign banks were going to take over America.

01:20:32.000 That was their new boss.

01:20:33.000 Army War College.

01:20:34.000 It's all public.

01:20:35.000 It's not even classified.

01:20:36.000 And how they use info war to control us with lies.

01:20:41.000 Doesn't mean the average man or woman in the military is bad.

01:20:43.000 They're great people.

01:20:44.000 The globalists that run our military.

01:20:46.000 They're using military mind control manipulation techniques on us and I'm done.

01:20:52.000 Playing games with it.

01:20:54.000 And it doesn't matter how much fancy propaganda you got.

01:20:57.000 Once people see behind the curtain, doesn't matter how fancy the facade is, it's over.

01:21:01.000 And we are on the march.

01:21:03.000 The empire is on the run.

01:21:06.000 If these crooks in the Illinois state legislature pass a huge gun ban, ammo ban, most guns will be banned, the courts are going to shoot it down.

01:21:15.000 We're going to keep fighting.

01:21:16.000 We're not going away.

01:21:18.000 But I told everybody, I said, we beat this too easily on Thursday and Friday.

01:21:22.000 Not like it's rocket science.

01:21:23.000 They always act this way.

01:21:25.000 People are like, Alex, we had a victory.

01:21:27.000 Come on, don't over fear monger.

01:21:30.000 And now it's official, we can put the Illinois State Rival Association back up on screen if you're a radio listener.

01:21:36.000 We have it up on screen at PrisonPlanet.tv.

01:21:39.000 Late breaking alert, next vote on semi-auto bill will take place right now.

01:21:43.000 SB 2899, going back to our guest that alerted us to this, Bruce is working as a citizen lobbyist to defend our rights.

01:21:51.000 Thank God somebody is, not some foreign banker.

01:21:55.000 Uh, you thought you'd just go to sleep, America, and keep all your liberties?

01:21:58.000 Think again.

01:21:58.000 Uh, Bruce, uh, when are they voting on this?

01:22:01.000 And then, if it was in the Senate before, will it have to go through the House, into the Senate?

01:22:07.000 Or what's the time frame, what's the order of things here?

01:22:10.000 Okay, well Alex, the current order is that at 2 o'clock today, the House Judiciary No.

01:22:16.000 1 Committee was brung into session and the bill was introduced or filed for that committee.

01:22:21.000 That bill has to be heard in that committee and then, like I said earlier, at 5 o'clock today, Michael Madigan, the Speaker of the Illinois House, ...was bringing the full House to session at 5 o'clock with the intent that they're going to be there, hopefully, for that bill to come out of committee so it can go straight to the floor.

01:22:40.000 And you're central.

01:22:41.000 We're 22 minutes central time into 5.

01:22:44.000 This is happening right now.

01:22:45.000 It's happening right now, yes sir, yes sir.

01:22:47.000 And in Illinois, the history of Illinois is a lot of bad things happen about midnight.

01:22:54.000 That's right.

01:22:54.000 And the way this thing works, as long as Madigan can keep that committee in session until he can browbeat somebody to change their vote and make sure that it passes the committee, it will then go immediately to the floor of the House and the General Assembly in Illinois for a vote.

01:23:12.000 Well listen, I've stormed the Texas Capitol peacefully.

01:23:16.000 The media called it storming.

01:23:17.000 I just marched in with hundreds of people over the TSA.

01:23:20.000 The bill's been reintroduced to arrest them this time when they grope us.

01:23:23.000 I call, don't you call, for peaceful citizens to go in right now to that committee and to go into those representatives' offices and let them know it's your Capitol.

01:23:33.000 I say it's time for Illinoisans to take their state back from the mafia.

01:23:38.000 Oh, absolutely, Alex.

01:23:39.000 In fact, there's a call out.

01:23:40.000 See, the dirty trick about this stunt is, the dirty trick about this stunt is, it happened late Friday.

01:23:48.000 So that people actually couldn't rally and didn't even know what's happening.

01:23:51.000 I know, and then you go home to spend one day with your... Look, look!

01:23:54.000 I knew this would happen, but people said, oh, Alex, come on, let us have a victory.

01:23:58.000 There they are.

01:23:59.000 Right now, they're introducing the bill, Amendment 1.

01:24:02.000 It is all happening right now, ladies and gentlemen.

01:24:04.000 This is insane.

01:24:05.000 I believe that this vote was structured in a deliberate attempt to stop people like you and others from creating the grassroots movement and so that people couldn't go to Springfield and couldn't attend these hearings.

01:24:18.000 That's right.

01:24:18.000 Let me say it this way.

01:24:19.000 Let me say it this way.

01:24:21.000 Do you think they're openly introducing bills to take almost all the guns federally, and bragging about it, and letting Piers Morgan and the Chinese government and the Russian government call for our guns to be turned in with the UN Treaty coming up in March, if they weren't planning on doing this?

01:24:36.000 Okay, folks, I know it's unpopular.

01:24:38.000 I know it's unconstitutional.

01:24:40.000 I know when I look in their beady little eyes, they're planning on war!

01:24:45.000 I'm telling you, this is it!

01:24:47.000 And we can beat them, but people gotta admit there's a fight happening!

01:24:51.000 Well, yes, sir, Alex.

01:24:52.000 I do agree with that.

01:24:53.000 Now, I do have a slight different take on all this gun control bills.

01:24:57.000 You know, remember Joseph Fair when he came on your show and he talked about how he was afraid that Barack Obama and his controllers would line people up and basically do away with them?

01:25:07.000 And remember how you played on the air?

01:25:09.000 No, that's what Bill Ayers told Obama and the FBI files, was they were going to kill, put 50 million of us in camps and kill us.

01:25:14.000 Yeah.

01:25:15.000 Well, understand, you know, Barack Obama is a hardcore communist, but Barack Obama understands power.

01:25:21.000 And what, Barack, I believe is happening here is I believe that this is the beginning of a purge.

01:25:26.000 You know, if Barack Obama can use the color of law to basically... No, no, no, they admit that they're bragging on Democratic sites.

01:25:32.000 This is a way to harass gun owners everywhere. 1.00

01:25:35.000 This is how they make us the enemy.

01:25:37.000 This is what Homeland Security's for.

01:25:39.000 Yes, well, see, this will purge Obama's critics, it will purge his opposition, and Obama can, in a sense, change the demographics and the political landscape of the United States and ensure that he and his minions will be in power forever.

01:25:52.000 I don't know why you said we disagree.

01:25:54.000 They've introduced the amendment to making president for life, basically.

01:25:57.000 H.J.

01:25:57.000 Rez 15 federally.

01:25:58.000 I totally concur with you.

01:26:00.000 Yeah, well, no, I don't mean to disagree.

01:26:01.000 I mean, I have a different take.

01:26:03.000 I mean, I believe that this gun control situation is literally a purge.

01:26:07.000 I believe it's the purge of Obama's office.

01:26:09.000 No, they've actually all over the Democratic sites.

01:26:12.000 In fact, we've got an article coming out tomorrow.

01:26:13.000 I told Paul about it, one of the writers, like a week ago, but soon an article's coming out because I see it everywhere.

01:26:18.000 I send them a bunch of examples to write an article. 0.85

01:26:20.000 Where they go, we hope you don't turn them in, we're going to kill you. 1.00

01:26:23.000 These are big official sites. 0.98

01:26:24.000 No, this is it.

01:26:26.000 This is Russia 1948.

01:26:32.000 No, you're right.

01:26:35.000 And for those that don't know, they killed most people after 48.

01:26:37.000 Okay, I appreciate your call.

01:26:39.000 Yeah.

01:26:40.000 And see, I'm so busy, I can't keep track of everything.

01:26:43.000 Guy calls in, he says, look it up.

01:26:44.000 I look it up.

01:26:45.000 There it is.

01:26:46.000 I look up the State House website, look up the video feed.

01:26:48.000 They're in there debating the bill on the floor of the House right now.

01:26:53.000 They promised they wouldn't reintroduce it on Friday. 0.98

01:26:56.000 A pack of liars, and I know they're liars. 0.92

01:26:58.000 Why did I then believe them? 0.97

01:27:00.000 Because I wanted to go home for a day and a half and sit around, cook food, play board games with my children, and quite frankly go out and shoot my rifle in the backyard because I live out in the country.

01:27:10.000 I mean, you know what?

01:27:12.000 All my neighbors were shooting.

01:27:13.000 I've never heard all my neighbors on three sides of me shooting, and this weekend they were all shooting.

01:27:20.000 People get what's going on, and again, the low-level folks say, Why do you want my guns?

01:27:30.000 And then the establishment says, well, for everybody's safety.

01:27:33.000 They want our guns to dominate us.

01:27:34.000 Let's jam in a call before we go to break.

01:27:36.000 Another caller from Illinois.

01:27:37.000 Greg, in Illinois, you're on the air.

01:27:39.000 Go ahead.

01:27:39.000 How you doing, Alex?

01:27:42.000 Thanks for doing what you do.

01:27:43.000 Trying.

01:27:44.000 I'd just like to tell you how crooked this is.

01:27:47.000 I want to underline it so everybody else that's listening can understand.

01:27:52.000 It's so crooked, like the previous caller said.

01:27:57.000 It's unprecedented.

01:27:58.000 They told us they weren't going to do anything and they brought it in on Friday where they couldn't get the word out.

01:28:04.000 Now they've got everybody in there doing their thing and we can't... I've been trying to call all day.

01:28:10.000 All the voicemails are full.

01:28:12.000 You're going to have to physically go to Springfield.

01:28:17.000 I understand that, but that's quite a ways from where I'm at, and it's not a possibility for me today.

01:28:22.000 I understand, but we've got like four affiliates in Illinois.

01:28:26.000 Everybody needs to get there, or the state police are coming to take your guns.

01:28:31.000 You're right, you're right, but it's coming to every other state.

01:28:34.000 Everybody gotta watch it.

01:28:36.000 Don't wait like we did.

01:28:39.000 And that's my message.

01:28:40.000 Thanks, Alex.

01:28:41.000 God bless you.

01:28:42.000 I hear you.

01:28:42.000 It is so disgusting how far our country's fallen.

01:28:46.000 They're getting ready to totally bring us into depression.

01:28:48.000 That's why they want the guns first. 0.66

01:28:50.000 Frank, Andrew, Mark, Frank, Noel, Ray, Greg, Spence, your calls are straight ahead.

01:32:55.000 Coast to Coast.

01:33:03.000 Direct from Austin.

01:33:05.000 You're listening to the Alex Jones Broadcasting Network.

01:33:13.000 I have sworn upon the altar of God eternal hostility against every form of tyranny over the mind of man.

01:33:22.000 Thomas Jefferson.

01:33:24.000 It's Alex Jones on the GCN Radio Network.

01:33:29.000 It's good to stand for something.

01:33:31.000 You know the old saying, stand for something, fall for anything.

01:33:36.000 You don't stand for something, you're like a leaf in the wind, my friends.

01:33:42.000 If I had to quantify the new world order, global government, all it is is a bunch of Bernie Madoff, Ken Lay types, who in the last 200 years got governments and corporations and companies to borrow money from them out of nothing.

01:33:56.000 And now they've got 1.5 quadrillion in derivatives out there.

01:34:00.000 Globalism is just a bunch of international crooks, only a few thousand of them, exempt from all the other laws, playing countries off against each other, getting rid of national sovereignty, And basically trying to get governments to lobby legislatures to raise taxes to pay corporate welfare to them.

01:34:22.000 And now they know we're getting awakes.

01:34:24.000 They're like, hey, how about you give us those guns too? 0.97

01:34:26.000 And just sit down there and shut up while we...

01:34:29.000 Militarize and federalize the police and buy all these weapons and billions of rounds of ammo and tanks. 0.89

01:34:35.000 Never mind those cameras giving you tickets when you drive down the road from point to point.

01:34:38.000 Never mind your kids being trained to spy on you.

01:34:40.000 Never mind the NSA. 1.00

01:34:41.000 Yeah, we'll use drones to kill citizens. 1.00

01:34:43.000 Sit down and shut up. 1.00

01:34:45.000 You know, it's almost a curse to be informed. 0.99

01:34:48.000 It's really not a curse.

01:34:51.000 Even if you were a cynical globalist, being informed is very good for business.

01:34:56.000 But I spent I didn't really talk about Al Gore and his Current TV deal selling out to Qatar in the Arab Emirates over in the Middle East until I'd had some time Friday and Saturday to study it a bit.

01:35:11.000 And I already knew what was going on, but I wanted to make sure, you know.

01:35:14.000 That's why I'm so frustrated once I get on air, because there's just all this research behind it that I can never put out on air because of time constraints.

01:35:21.000 But I went and did the research.

01:35:22.000 It turns out Forbes already done it all for us.

01:35:25.000 And it's an article titled Current TV Sold to Al Jazeera for $500 million deal for Al Gore.

01:35:31.000 Average listenership or viewership was 40,000 people an hour.

01:35:37.000 A B-rate AM station in a major city has 40,000 listeners an hour.

01:35:42.000 They're probably charging $100 an ad.

01:35:44.000 Al Gore was charging $10,000 an ad.

01:35:46.000 That was just big corporations kind of giving him, you know, their donation to put out anti-gun info.

01:35:52.000 And it turns out they're talking about how it's a foreign-run media now here in the U.S., state-run Arab media, Al Jazeera.

01:35:59.000 That's bad enough, violates a bunch of laws.

01:36:02.000 But the biggest issue of this globalism is that he got all this oil money, too, from it, and he's a hypocrite about that when he's already been one of the biggest oil men in modern American history and politics, Occidental Petroleum.

01:36:14.000 I saw a comment on a YouTube video I did saying, you mean we pay our taxes to Al Gore?

01:36:20.000 People say, well, he owns the software for the carbon trading.

01:36:22.000 No, he has a company called Gore and Blood in London, a Rothschild company, that you pay carbon taxes to, where they trade the carbon credits, okay?

01:36:34.000 You pay the money to Al Gore!

01:36:37.000 They couldn't get the feds to ram it through, so they got counties and cities that were traitorous like Austin, Texas to sign on.

01:36:43.000 And yes, Austinites, through different Austin energy programs, pay money to Al Gore. 0.53

01:36:49.000 When you turn your light switch on, that man-bear-pig-fat... 1.00

01:36:53.000 Turn of a man. 0.99

01:36:55.000 Con artist.

01:36:56.000 I was watching the Beverly Hillbillies with my children.

01:36:58.000 I let them watch old TV yesterday.

01:37:00.000 They had a con artist episode where this con artist comes to their house and he takes them to sell them the Hollywood Bowl and then he takes them to sell them the zoo.

01:37:07.000 And he goes, I tell you what, if you buy these from me, I'll throw in this highway.

01:37:11.000 I mean, Al Gore is that type of con artist.

01:37:17.000 But let me go to your calls.

01:37:18.000 I said I'd go to your calls.

01:37:20.000 The issue here is carriage rights.

01:37:23.000 If you've got, on average, about 5 million viewers a day, it varies in the regulations, you can force your way onto basic cable.

01:37:31.000 But basic cable gets bigger and bigger because of that, and charged people, on average, $56, more than double what it was when Al Gore as Vice President honchoed the 96 Telecommunications Act.

01:37:42.000 So he went and twisted arms.

01:37:44.000 They admit this in the article.

01:37:46.000 To put current TV on the air five, six years ago, with no viewers, because he gets an automatic payment from everybody with basic cable and basic satellite.

01:37:59.000 And now he gets a foreign government purchase roughly five times what it was even worth.

01:38:03.000 I mean, just amazing.

01:38:05.000 Amazing.

01:38:06.000 And that's just one little, one little scam.

01:38:09.000 And it is a scam.

01:38:10.000 I talked about this last week.

01:38:12.000 Congress gets caught insider trading.

01:38:13.000 They go, you know what, we'll pass a law to outlaw it.

01:38:15.000 It was already illegal.

01:38:17.000 But they play that little game, that bait and switch.

01:38:19.000 We'll pass a law to make it illegal.

01:38:20.000 They pass a law to legalize it.

01:38:25.000 Talk about crooks.

01:38:27.000 Frank in New York, you're on the air.

01:38:28.000 Thanks for holding, brother.

01:38:29.000 Go ahead.

01:38:30.000 How are you, Alex?

01:38:32.000 I'm living in the twilight zone, brother.

01:38:34.000 I hear you.

01:38:35.000 Listen, I just want to thank you for doing what you've been doing for the past 17 years.

01:38:40.000 You've been very knowledgeable.

01:38:41.000 Everything you say is on.

01:38:43.000 But the whole thing is, Alex, that this is actually God intervention.

01:38:46.000 This is going to happen regardless of what we do.

01:38:49.000 I hate to sound so cynical about it, but it's going to happen, unfortunately.

01:38:55.000 Well, it is true.

01:38:56.000 We've killed 53 million babies and say they're not babies. 1.00

01:39:00.000 And we've launched all these illegal wars, and we've become decadent and evil, and anytime a country becomes decadent and evil, it falls.

01:39:06.000 We'll fall just like Mexico, just like North Korea. 1.00

01:39:09.000 That is our future.

01:39:11.000 And you know not only that, but you know the Rothschilds actually want to create Israel. 0.82

01:39:15.000 I believe you know that as well, too.

01:39:18.000 I know the Rothschilds are at the very head. 0.78

01:39:21.000 Yeah, they're at the very head of wanting to create world government.

01:39:23.000 Absolutely, Frank.

01:39:25.000 No, but my point is that they want to create Israel after World War II.

01:39:30.000 Well, yeah, they founded the founding of it, yeah.

01:39:34.000 Correct.

01:39:34.000 But my point is that without Israel, this would not happen.

01:39:39.000 I know that sounds crazy, but...

01:39:41.000 Israel has to have it for all this, for the Antichrist to come back. 0.96

01:39:44.000 That's all I have to tell you.

01:39:46.000 No, I hear you.

01:39:46.000 And you know, Israel, every citizen that wants a gun is issued full auto.

01:39:50.000 We pay for it with our taxes.

01:39:52.000 But then Israel came out and said, their foreign minister said, take our guns.

01:39:55.000 It's like, oh, I paid for your M16, but I can't have a gun.

01:39:59.000 Israel said, yeah, that's right.

01:40:01.000 Yes, and one more thing, Alex.

01:40:03.000 Do me a big favor tomorrow night. 1.00

01:40:04.000 Can you please kick his ass tomorrow, Piers Morgan? 1.00

01:40:07.000 I can't stand that S.O.B. 1.00

01:40:10.000 I'm gonna be polite now with the red coat, but I'm sure I'll let him attack me first.

01:40:14.000 Then I won't physically do anything.

01:40:18.000 He's got a bunch of bodyguards anyways, and I'm actually afraid of Piers Morgan.

01:40:21.000 I'm being sarcastic, folks.

01:40:22.000 I'm flying up there just for the fun of it.

01:40:24.000 So we'll see what happens.

01:40:25.000 Andrew in Pennsylvania, you're on the air.

01:40:27.000 Go ahead.

01:40:29.000 I have a couple of suggestions for you, and I do hope you will consider taking them to heart.

01:40:33.000 First of all, every time you mention the whole thing about the PSA and the police doing random searches on the roads and everything, you always forget to state the most important thing, and that is that we actually do have the right to refuse searches like that. 0.93

01:40:46.000 No, no, we do, but the average cop doesn't know that and will beat your brains out or shoot you. 0.90

01:40:51.000 This is totally unconstitutional. 0.99

01:40:54.000 It's like telling Rosa Parks to go to the back of the bus.

01:40:56.000 She didn't have to.

01:40:58.000 Absolutely.

01:40:58.000 Have you heard they're setting up all over the country gang checkpoints where they search your vehicle?

01:41:03.000 I mean, this is called martial law.

01:41:06.000 Yes, and I know, but we shouldn't be afraid to refuse, because as long as we have our rights, we might as well use them whenever we have them.

01:41:12.000 So I'm just suggesting make sure you point out we do have the right to refuse whenever you bring that up.

01:41:17.000 And I also have another suggestion.

01:41:19.000 The whole thing you did about the TSA week has inspired me to suggest maybe you do another thing for a day, like maybe mock Big Brother Week.

01:41:29.000 Because the fact is, I know Big Brother is watching us.

01:41:31.000 Oh no, no.

01:41:31.000 We don't want to have people go out and climb up poles and bash security cameras with baseball bats.

01:41:36.000 We don't want anything illegal to happen.

01:41:38.000 I mean, what would protesting Big Brother week consist of?

01:41:42.000 Yeah, I know.

01:41:42.000 I don't want us to break anything, but... No, no.

01:41:45.000 We should just take cancer shots.

01:41:46.000 Vaccines full of cancer.

01:41:48.000 Government loves us.

01:41:49.000 Let's talk to Mark in Oregon.

01:41:50.000 Mark, you've got one minute.

01:41:51.000 We're going to break.

01:41:52.000 Go ahead.

01:41:52.000 Hello, Alex.

01:41:54.000 Hey, buddy.

01:41:55.000 Alex, not the main reason I call.

01:41:57.000 I hope you could hold me after the break for a moment so I could get to it real quick.

01:42:01.000 But I think it may be the main reason that I call.

01:42:04.000 I'm not sure.

01:42:05.000 And I'm not trying to be negative or morbid here, Alex, or to discourage you in any way.

01:42:11.000 But I've heard what you've had to say about Piers Morgan, you know, recently.

01:42:15.000 And I know it to be true.

01:42:18.000 And I think you should have Mohammed come to the mountain. 1.00

01:42:21.000 Rather than you go to see him.

01:42:23.000 Oh no, I love going into the lion's den, man.

01:42:26.000 I love going into the... I don't mean that, Alex.

01:42:28.000 I mean, this is a very accelerated event framework that we're living in at this time.

01:42:37.000 And I fear for your safety, my brother.

01:42:39.000 You know what, Obi-Wan Kenobi?

01:42:41.000 You know what?

01:42:42.000 Look, I gotta jump.

01:42:43.000 I gotta get to everybody, but I appreciate you.

01:42:44.000 Look, look.

01:42:45.000 I'll come back once you make your other point, Marvin.

01:42:47.000 No more of this stuff.

01:42:48.000 You know what Obi-Wan Kenobi tells Darth Vader?

01:42:51.000 Strike me down, Darth. 0.89

01:42:52.000 I shall become more powerful than you can possibly imagine.

01:42:56.000 I am not worried about anything.

01:43:02.000 We have witnessed two terrible storms in the East, but we are still in the eye of the perfect storm.

01:43:07.000 The most devastating economic condition since the Great Depression.

01:43:11.000 America's worst drought in agricultural history.

01:43:13.000 And now the economic results of the presidential election.

01:43:16.000 This perfect storm is a huge threat to everyone's food supply.

01:43:20.000 I just doubled down and got even more supplies from eFoodsDirect, and I recommend you do the same.

01:43:25.000 It's time to get your own supply from eFoodsDirect.

01:43:28.000 I know I won't be standing in a bread line trading my freedom for food. 0.94

01:43:31.000 I'm taking control of my future, and you're nuts if you don't do the same.

01:46:03.000 The prognosis for the entire planetary economic system runs from bad to worse.

01:46:57.000 Are you?

01:46:58.000 InfoWarsHop.com Coast to coast, direct from Austin.

01:47:05.000 You're listening to the Alex Jones Broadcasting Network.

01:47:08.000 Live from Austin, Texas, broadcasting worldwide, it's Alex Jones.

01:47:23.000 Alright, we've got dozens of calls on the board, but Mark, Frank, Noel, Ray, Spence, Jeff, I'm gonna get to at least you guys.

01:47:29.000 Mark, make your other point real quick.

01:47:31.000 Go ahead.

01:47:31.000 Okay, Alex, and just quickly in passing to my other point, when you get on Pierce Morgan's show, if you would please bring up the gross inconsistencies around the Sandy Hook shooting, indicating it's a government black op and perhaps discuss false flags in general.

01:47:46.000 I think it hit it really good.

01:47:48.000 I really do.

01:47:49.000 Alex, my main point is that John Moore And he says eight other public figures who have very high-level confidential sources in various U.S.

01:48:00.000 federal government agencies all agree across the board that the scenario is to occur in March where we have the perfect storm of the gun grab having gone on for a bit or commencing.

01:48:14.000 The financial collapse.

01:48:15.000 Financial collapse, martial law, and then civil war.

01:48:19.000 Well, I hope that's not the case.

01:48:20.000 And if we get the word out, these tyrants won't be able to do this.

01:48:23.000 But they're definitely... They didn't set up Homeland Security and all the tanks and armor and anti-gun training to play tiddlywinks.

01:48:30.000 Frank in Louisiana.

01:48:31.000 You're on the air, Frank.

01:48:32.000 Welcome.

01:48:34.000 Yes, Alex. 0.97

01:48:35.000 We have to remind these traitors that they are literal traitors.

01:48:39.000 You can't legislate away the Bill of Rights.

01:48:42.000 And we have to remind them that you're in violation of your Article 6 oath, supreme contract, we the people.

01:48:50.000 And by the way, we were watching the live Illinois Statehouse feed, and when the bill came up, they went, let's go to closed session, and they turned the video feed off.

01:49:01.000 To take their guns.

01:49:02.000 I'm sorry, go ahead.

01:49:03.000 Well, they're in violation of the Article 6 oath, which when that contract is broken, you're in default to that contract.

01:49:10.000 We don't have to do anything.

01:49:11.000 No, I agree!

01:49:13.000 This government is not legitimate already.

01:49:15.000 They say our military is under NATO-UN command last year.

01:49:18.000 And they have to be reminded that the right of the people clause, followed by the infringement clause, says we have a right ...from God, as declared in the Declaration of Independence, which is organic law.

01:49:31.000 It's still cited on the first pages of the statutes at large.

01:49:35.000 That's right.

01:49:36.000 Our rights don't come from government or even the Constitutional Bill of Rights.

01:49:39.000 They come from God.

01:49:40.000 They're unalienable.

01:49:42.000 They're inalienable.

01:49:43.000 They're on record.

01:49:44.000 Great point, Frank.

01:49:45.000 Anything else?

01:49:46.000 Well, one thing that you might just put into the thought process is we have to ask the government, why are you charging us a heavy progressive income tax?

01:49:55.000 It's forbidden by the rules of direct apportionment in the Constitution.

01:49:58.000 Didn't have it until 1913.

01:50:00.000 It's all paid to the private Federal Reserve.

01:50:01.000 It's the foreign Federal Reserve sucking us dry. 1.00

01:50:05.000 They brag they're foreign. 1.00

01:50:06.000 They call us dumb slaves. 0.99

01:50:08.000 Public, find out what the Goldman Sachs and people say about you. 0.98

01:50:12.000 Let's talk to Noelle in Illinois, site of the Treasury. 1.00

01:50:16.000 Go ahead, Noelle.

01:50:18.000 Yes, before my comments on the gun-grabbing, anyone in Austin, I would highly suggest you go to the Austin-Hilton Convention Center at 745 tonight.

01:50:27.000 T. Boone Pickens will be speaking at the annual meeting of the American Meteorological Society.

01:50:32.000 And heck, go protest all week.

01:50:35.000 That's right, they're having a big weather modification chemtrail meeting here in Austin in the next two days.

01:50:39.000 We're going to have reporters there.

01:50:41.000 You make your point on the guns.

01:50:43.000 Okay, um, Mike Madigan, his daughter, Lisa Madigan, the Attorney General of Illinois, lost an embarrassing suit when the courts ruled that Illinois can't have concealed carry.

01:50:54.000 So it's no surprise that they're doing this at such rapid speed.

01:50:57.000 Yeah, their answer is, oh really?

01:50:59.000 Courts say you can have a gun?

01:51:00.000 We're just gonna take them all.

01:51:01.000 We're going to jump now to Ray in California.

01:51:03.000 They're also trying to totally ban guns there now, the few that are still there.

01:51:07.000 Open gun bans being pushed by the Globalist, who are arming to the teeth against us and all have bodyguards and their own special licenses.

01:51:13.000 Go ahead, Ray.

01:51:16.000 Hi, Alex.

01:51:17.000 Go ahead.

01:51:17.000 Welcome.

01:51:18.000 Yeah.

01:51:19.000 Hi.

01:51:19.000 I just wanted to say I'm more concerned about a bio-Holocaust and a subsequent nuclear Holocaust that is probably going to run with this gun ban thing that's going on.

01:51:29.000 Well, we got a federal government that injected black people with syphilis and gave foreigner kids polio and radiated it on soldiers. 0.61

01:51:37.000 So how dare you say the government would ever do anything corrupt or illegal? 0.94

01:51:41.000 That's impossible.

01:51:41.000 I mean, the government is run by foreign banks that are eugenicists and say they want world government to cut off resources and kill us.

01:51:48.000 I mean, that's loving, Ray.

01:51:50.000 I appreciate your call.

01:51:51.000 Spence in Missouri.

01:51:52.000 Spence, you're on the air.

01:51:53.000 Welcome.

01:51:54.000 Good Lord, Alex.

01:51:55.000 I tell you what, you're hard to get a hold of, brother.

01:51:58.000 Hey, let me tell you what.

01:51:59.000 Thanks for giving me no more life.

01:52:02.000 I'm meaning that jokingly, okay?

01:52:04.000 Hey, listen, I was going to tell you.

01:52:05.000 Again, thanks for getting me on the air.

01:52:07.000 I'm going to make it quick.

01:52:08.000 You know where I live up here.

01:52:10.000 I think I've talked to you once before, just for a brief moment, just south of the big 72,000 square footer.

01:52:16.000 Um, hey listen, they've blocked off all the caves around here with bars.

01:52:20.000 They've put, uh, concrete up around them.

01:52:24.000 They're blocking all the highways with cables where you can't cut across.

01:52:27.000 They're digging in against us, admitting it.

01:52:29.000 The fire and occupation is here. 1.00

01:52:30.000 And if the cops are dumb enough to march off against the American people, holy mackerel. 1.00

01:52:35.000 Real quick on the gunman. 0.99

01:52:36.000 Listen, I have, uh, I hope you don't mind.

01:52:39.000 I started a, uh, just a small website to try to get people informed around here.

01:52:44.000 Because I've used a little bit of your information on there.

01:52:49.000 Please go to it.

01:52:50.000 Check it out.

01:52:52.000 It's called thepatriotpage.com.

01:52:54.000 We're trying to get people on to your show.

01:52:58.000 And I'm trying to buy the magazines from you.

01:53:00.000 I'm trying to get everything I can in hardcore literature.

01:53:04.000 I've ordered all of the discs.

01:53:06.000 I want to get this stuff tangible so that we can produce this.

01:53:09.000 I've got an IT department.

01:53:11.000 I employ probably 20 people. 0.99

01:53:12.000 I'm sick to my stomach with this crap. 0.99

01:53:15.000 No, I hear you, Spence, and God bless you. 0.99

01:53:18.000 I appreciate your call.

01:53:19.000 Speaking of magazines, absolutely.

01:53:22.000 He's saying, thanks for getting rid of my life, or whatever.

01:53:24.000 You've gained your life.

01:53:26.000 Realizing that we're all focused on football, entertainment, TV, all these petty things, while global corporate combines are coming in, taking over our government, socializing the public to make us dependent, while siphoning and skimming off the money overseas.

01:53:42.000 We sell the magazine at cost.

01:53:44.000 They're almost sold out.

01:53:45.000 The January issue, just six days into January, is almost sold out.

01:53:50.000 2013, the year America dies.

01:53:52.000 The last issue came out two weeks before the shooting in Connecticut and said this man wants your guns and broke down.

01:53:58.000 He would use executive orders to go after your guns.

01:54:01.000 We know our stuff.

01:54:02.000 You can buy these in groups of 10 up to 100 at cost or get a year subscription and get the next 12 issues at infowarestore.com.

01:54:09.000 We have the best water filtration systems, discounted gravity-fed systems, you name it, like ProPure, 10% off with water code.

01:54:17.000 Again, the code is WATER.

01:54:18.000 You just put in WATER, you get 10% off.

01:54:20.000 Again, that's Infowarsstore.com or Infowarshop.com or 888-253-3139.

01:54:27.000 Let's talk to Jeff in North Dakota.

01:54:30.000 You're on the air, Jeff.

01:54:31.000 Go ahead.

01:54:31.000 Hey, Alex.

01:54:33.000 How you doing?

01:54:33.000 Good.

01:54:34.000 Hey, I've just been spending about the whole entire day trying to get through to these Illinois reps about this gun ban.

01:54:42.000 They've just turned their phones off, yeah, they're mafia.

01:54:45.000 Yeah, I contacted, I finally did get through to somebody, Sid Mathias' secretary or something.

01:54:52.000 She told me the bill did not get called.

01:54:55.000 And I thanked her for the information, but then you just reported that they did call the bill and they went into committee.

01:55:01.000 Well, they change stuff all the time, but according to the Illinois State Rifle Association, and we were watching and they brought up the bills, a group of bills including that one, and they said, we're going to close session and cut the video feed.

01:55:14.000 Well, you know, maybe there's still some more time for us to get some voice in on that.

01:55:19.000 Well, sure.

01:55:19.000 I mean, my point is, we now have Dianne Feinstein on record.

01:55:22.000 In fact, cue her up to end the show, please. 1.00

01:55:24.000 All of them saying, Mr. and Mrs. America, get ready to turn your guns in.

01:55:28.000 They want our guns.

01:55:29.000 The question is, why?

01:55:31.000 What do they have planned?

01:55:32.000 Total implosion, collectivization of America.

01:55:37.000 Well, give Pierce Morgan a piece of my mind when you see him.

01:55:41.000 You know, you know what?

01:55:42.000 The last time I flew to New York to be on TV, it was The View.

01:55:46.000 And that was a couple years ago.

01:55:48.000 And they were like, OK, satellite, we really want you to fly here.

01:55:51.000 And I went, no, I'm only doing satellite.

01:55:53.000 Then I thought, you know what?

01:55:54.000 I want to be in person talking to that guy.

01:55:57.000 And the first are like, you'll be alone with him talking and now we're gonna have, you know, this guy Dershowitz or whatever.

01:56:04.000 Whatever, I don't care.

01:56:05.000 I'm gonna go in there with some common sense facts.

01:56:08.000 It'll be the biggest audience they've had in a while.

01:56:11.000 I mean, CNN's only got about a half million viewers.

01:56:13.000 Now, the derivative of it, the YouTube videos, other news picking it up, that'll be tens of millions.

01:56:18.000 So I'm happy to do it.

01:56:20.000 I'm gonna fly out to New York and Do that interview.

01:56:25.000 The TSA tries to stop me, giving them a good heads up.

01:56:28.000 Then I'll just do it via satellite.

01:56:29.000 Oh yeah, I walk up and they go, where are you going?

01:56:32.000 What are you doing?

01:56:32.000 And I'll go, you know who I am.

01:56:34.000 That's right, you're a troublemaker.

01:56:35.000 Such a free country that I'm treated like a convicted felon doing a perp walk at a Supermax. 0.98

01:56:42.000 I mean, it's just, this whole culture is about training you to be a slave.

01:56:46.000 Felix in New York, you're our final caller.

01:56:48.000 Go ahead.

01:56:50.000 Thank you, Alex.

01:56:51.000 Just two quick things.

01:56:52.000 First of all, my mom just suggested that you wear a Don't Tread on Me either shirt or maybe a flag.

01:57:03.000 And secondly, I was just wondering, what time is it being taped or is it going to be live?

01:57:08.000 No, it's live.

01:57:08.000 I wouldn't do it if it wasn't live.

01:57:10.000 Okay.

01:57:11.000 It's nine o'clock Central, eight o'clock Eastern.

01:57:13.000 It's not that, I mean, I mean Jesse Ventura goes on there, a lot of other folks I know go on there.

01:57:18.000 It should be an interesting interview.

01:57:19.000 I mean, I called for his deportation, so he'll say, how dare you try to violate my First Amendment, and I'll say you're trying to violate my Second Amendment.

01:57:26.000 You're a foreigner. 1.00

01:57:27.000 I'll source the Supreme Court ruling.

01:57:29.000 They'll have, you know, Dershowitz come flapping out there, Mr. Torture.

01:57:33.000 I mean, it's all incredible.

01:57:35.000 Mike Adams tomorrow, 11 a.m.

01:57:37.000 Central, 12 noon, Eastern, InfoWars.com, the big weekday show.

01:57:42.000 And I'll be back Tuesday.

01:57:43.000 And Ron Paul's coming up during the week as well on Wednesday.

01:57:45.000 Defend the Republic, ladies and gentlemen!

01:57:50.000 Millions of people are going to get sick this winter from colds, flu, and other illnesses.

01:57:54.000 Don't be one of them!
