01:15:54.000 I'd love to say guns is what has made crime drop so much since the 70s and 80s, and that has been part of it.

01:16:04.000 But the lead was making people mad as a hatter, and they've got direct correlations of lead, lower IQ, more violent.

01:16:11.000 So you get the lead out of everything, people start becoming less violent.

01:16:17.000 Of course, toxic metals like lead and mercury, the medical system actually uses mercury as a treatment.

01:17:00.000 And you point out again, when you have the ability to carry, have a permit to carry a concealed weapon, everybody gets real nice.

01:17:09.000 They tip their hat to the lazies, they open the doors, because you don't know who's carrying a gun. 0.82

01:19:44.000 So I had the honor, once I got here with the Hawks here in Atlanta, to meet with the great Mike Glenn, the stinger, and the great and late Phil Oliver that introduced me to Dr. Watt.

01:20:06.000 And the light turned on, the light bulb turned on in my head.

01:56:36.000 We need people recognizing their legal jurisdiction at the state, local, and county level and saying, no, we're not going to cooperate with the feds.

01:56:54.000 He, too, is saying he will not enforce federal gun-grabbing laws.

01:56:59.000 He's recognizing the fact that he is the highest law enforcement officer in his jurisdiction at the county level and that even the feds do not have higher jurisdiction there and cannot tell him what to do.
