02:44:53.000 Well, a good cop called me and said, hey, I know where all the city council people live.

02:44:56.000 A bunch of them have like three-foot grass in the middle of the city, holes in the roofs.

02:45:00.000 So I went to Jackie Goodman's house and others, went to the health department, showed they had like foot-tall grass and trash on the ground, and said, OK, let's put $2,000 fines on you.
