00:41:12.000 But the ruling is only a temporary order, which says the Illinois eavesdropping law likely violates the First Amendment.

00:41:25.000 Allison had faced eavesdropping charges for recording audio of law enforcement in public.

00:41:31.000 Crawford County State's Attorney Tom Wiseman charged Allison with five felony counts.

00:41:36.000 Each carries up to 15 years in prison.
