00:12:32.000 And so what the IRS was doing, and in fact it was exposed in 1997 by Jennifer Long and a few other whistleblowers of the IRS, saying that IRS employees routinely fabricate evidence against citizens who they know cannot afford to defend themselves.

00:12:50.000 And so, they just go after people who are middle class, who they know can't defend themselves, and so they thought my father would just pay the money.

00:12:58.000 My father cared too much about justice and truth to do that, because he knew he was innocent.

00:13:06.000 But he had a friend, a lawyer, and a friend, a CPA, that went to bat for him, and after a year and a half of trying to destroy my father, my father proved that the IRS had lied.

00:13:16.000 Then, Jennifer Long came along with other IRS agents, and there were two agents who refused to testify Unless they were done so anonymously.

00:13:27.000 And so they were hidden behind a partition and their voices muffled and they were silhouetted behind a partition.

00:13:34.000 Sure, but the only other time that that's ever happened at Congress was when the Casa Nostra whistleblower testified about the Mafia.

00:26:42.000 He fit the profile, and later he learned they went after middle class people that were known as being nice guys, they thought they could push around.

01:16:06.000 And the rhetoric coming out of the mainstream financial press, as of a couple of months ago, was that rising interest rates were telegraphing increased growth, that there was an increased growth in the economy.

01:16:20.000 But since then, all the major economies have reported their GDPs are down, employment is flat, it's stagnating.

01:16:27.000 So the reason interest rates are going up is not because of growth, but because of fear Fear that this unwinding of this epic bubble is happening.

01:16:37.000 And so, this is what I said would happen.

01:16:40.000 And the rising interest rates are telling us that that is exactly what is happening.

01:16:44.000 So, look for interest rates to continue to go higher.

01:16:47.000 This means that anyone with mortgages, variable rate mortgages, particularly in the UK, what they call the mortgages that are set, variable rate mortgages, tracker mortgages, We'll be underwater very quickly on any houses that they bought.

01:17:04.000 And of course, George Osborne, the Chancellor of the Exchequer, has been fueling a massive Ponzi scheme here in the UK by having the government guarantee mortgages up to 20% of a mortgage under a scheme called Help to Buy.

01:17:18.000 He's actually mirroring the catastrophe that was Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac that led to the collapse of housing in America.

01:17:24.000 So, George Osborne is doing that now.

01:18:46.000 And when growth is outstripping debt, we call those periods of growth.

01:18:49.000 But starting in 2008, The world now is in five years of debt increasing without any growth, barely appreciable growth anywhere in the world, and it was even just six months ago.

01:19:01.000 China was considered to be growing, now it's considered to be contracting, or its growth rate de-accelerating.

01:19:07.000 So, there's no growth to get people out of this debt.

01:19:10.000 The derivatives pile, the synthetic derivatives pile, the massive pile that Kramer's talking about, is growing.

01:19:18.000 Now, is there another trick up the sleeve of the global banksters?

01:19:22.000 There is another trick that they could do, which is that they could take up to $100 trillion worth of bad debt, combine them in Europe, the U.S., And Asia into a new bond that they could create based on the IMF monetizing this paper via their special drawing right, or SDR.

01:36:52.000 And they don't have any wage growth to offset that.

01:36:58.000 Over the past 50 years or so, there was a bit of a correlation between stock prices and wages.

01:37:05.000 A lot of times you would see stock prices go up and wages would go up.

01:37:09.000 But this past five years, during this stock market rally that has made many billionaires many, many times richer, wages have stayed flat.

01:37:19.000 So the financial engineers have perfected a technique where they can increase asset values, that is to say stocks and stuff like art, fine art.

01:37:30.000 Yachts, et cetera, things that the billionaires buy.

01:37:32.000 They figured out a way to get those prices to keep going higher without increasing wages.

01:37:38.000 So that's been the experiment that's been on for 30 years.

01:37:42.000 They finally have perfected this.

01:37:44.000 So there's no reason to stop because the cost of labor is not going to go higher, no matter how much money they print to put in their own pocket.

01:39:16.000 But they don't want to do that.

01:39:19.000 They just want to create a situation where they take all the profits and leave nothing.
