00:12:39.000 And the Democratic Party came out and said, oh no, this is how he fixes it.

00:12:43.000 So on shutting down power plants that aren't owned by his insider buddies, like General Electric, he's not even using executive orders, he's just doing it.

00:12:57.000 He just spoke to a bureaucrat, and then it was added into a directive.
