02:14:58.000 The NATO would be dissolved and that the American hedge enemy over the world would simply cease to exist. 0.61

02:15:06.000 And so they're trying to provoke the Russians into an action That Washington can use to browbeat the Europeans and convince them that, look, Russia's dangerous, Russia's dangerous.

02:15:24.000 And to force a break in the economic relationships between Europe and Russia.

02:15:30.000 I think that's what this game plan is.

02:15:34.000 So far, Putin has not sent troops to the Ukraine and has not done anything provocative.

02:15:42.000 Because he knows that the pressure that Washington is putting on the Europeans, the sanctions and all of that, they basically hurt Europe, not Russia.

02:15:56.000 And so he's waiting for the Europeans to finally see that Washington's crazy and to disassociate from Washington's leadership.

02:16:07.000 So I think that's essentially what it is.

02:16:10.000 And because they haven't been able to stir Putin into action, They're getting more and more shrill.

02:16:17.000 They, meaning Washington, is getting more and more shrill, pumping up its mouthpieces more and more, and making the wildest kinds of accusations that just ordinary people are beginning to see through.

02:16:36.000 To understand that if there were Russian military units in Ukraine, or if Russia invaded Ukraine, the war would be over instantly.

02:16:45.000 There wouldn't be any government in Kiev.

02:16:52.000 So, people keep talking about a Russian invasion.

02:16:59.000 If the Russians were to invade, that would be the end of the Ukraine.

02:18:47.000 And then later, hours later, it came out, no, actually, Georgia attacked the Russian bases on the border in South Ossetia and Abkhazia, and the Russians came and kicked them out.

02:22:34.000 In 2008, the Europeans are all in the same sort of situation we are, the British.

02:22:43.000 There's nothing to drive these economies.

02:22:47.000 The wealth and income is increasingly concentrated in a few hands.

02:22:52.000 There are no jobs for university graduates.

02:22:55.000 The rate of unemployment among the young is very high.

02:23:00.000 The countries that are tied into the American payment system established after World War II, they're all suffering.

02:23:09.000 They're all subject to being blackmailed and destabilized by Washington.

02:23:14.000 And we're on the verge of big changes.

02:23:17.000 I think you're going to see the end of the dollar payment system.

02:23:21.000 This is now already in the works.

02:23:23.000 This is going to further erode and seriously impede American influence and Washington's power and American living standards, which are already under pressure, and they're going to take a big jolt down.

02:23:41.000 We now have essentially an armed police state, you know, homeland security, all these tanks and weapons and blah blah, and the police are militarized.

02:23:50.000 So I think it's a very serious situation.

02:23:58.000 And it's a paradox because the political class, Rand Corporation and others, in documents I've read from the 80s, 90s, they foresaw all this, but then said it should be capitalized on and how the political elite could get even more power.

02:24:17.000 But then if you really study it, it's delusional.
