01:03:35.000 He bombed Libya, which was unnecessary, and he continues to want to bomb in Syria.

01:03:41.000 I think it raises legal questions, but that's another issue.

01:03:46.000 But to me, Congress is not following the Constitution, and therefore I'm very disappointed in the leadership that would not allow us to have a debate.

01:03:55.000 And I actually wrote a letter to Mr. Bainer last week asking that when we come back from what's called the lame duck session, we can at least have a two or three day debate on this Syrian situation, because in my opinion, the policy is the failed policy to begin with.

01:13:05.000 Mr. Obama owes nothing to George Bush, but he does owe to the families of 9-11 the right to see the 28 pages, and certainly the American people.

01:13:36.000 We have been told, as recently as two weeks ago, that in the next four or five weeks, they would give us an answer to our letter.
