01:52:43.000 They called them up for jury duty and they said, I'm not a citizen.

01:52:49.000 And that's thousands of people in just one Virginia county.

01:52:53.000 And that's the other issue, is they're above the law with DWIs, they're above the law with crime, the counties and cities, the feds won't take them, they're releasing felons, rapists.
