00:00:01.000 *Mario's voice*

00:00:29.000 If you are receiving this transmission, you are the resistance.

00:00:34.000 Live from Austin, Texas, broadcasting worldwide, it's Alex Jones.

00:00:42.000 That's right folks, and I am honored to be with you today via telephone.

00:00:47.000 We'll be back in the studio tomorrow, myself and David Knight, co-hosting tomorrow, but I'm taking care of, again, a whole bunch of important investigations and preparations for this new year.

00:00:58.000 We've now entered into a lot of big announcements coming here in just the next few weeks.

00:01:03.000 We are live on this Sunday, January 4th, 2015, worldwide transmission, our second live broadcast of 2015.

00:01:12.000 We were live Friday.

00:01:15.000 Again, David Knight is in the studio and you can see the free video feeds of the TV studio, the shoot, and all the video clips at InfoWars.com forward slash show.

00:01:24.000 I am joining you via old tech, the telephone.

00:01:28.000 There is so much to get into today.

00:01:30.000 David Knight's going to have some special reports.

00:01:32.000 He's going to break down live at the bottom of the hour.

00:01:36.000 2013 was the year that the surveillance state was masterminded.

00:01:40.000 2014 was the year the police state was masterminded and rolled out, I would add.

00:01:46.000 Jury nullification, stingrays, fying systems now being mainstream news, the TPP, Trans-Pacific Partnership, major global takeovers, global government, the mask is coming off.

00:02:01.000 And now that our journey towards totalitarianism is Now becoming complete this broadcast is almost passe in ways because it was always riveting that we were trying to prove world government was real even though we had all the documents statements the media would say that we were liars now it's yes world government's real yes secret torture bases are real yes fema camps are real yes cancer viruses are in the vaccines but so what now they're just throwing the gauntlet down our faces

00:02:28.000 And if they get ready to devalue the currency further as the prosperity leaves, folks are going to find out why they wanted a tyranny in place to begin with.

00:02:38.000 So the party is about to be over, ladies and gentlemen.

00:02:41.000 As David Knight sent me a text today, I said, what are you talking about on the show?

00:02:45.000 And he said, the mask is coming off.

00:02:47.000 And I said, that's exactly what I want to get into.

00:02:50.000 So the mask is coming off of planetary world government.

00:02:54.000 We're going to be breaking that down here on this live, January 4th, 2015 global transmission.

00:03:02.000 Tomorrow, Dr. Busby, one of the top nuclear engineers, chemical engineers in the world, who accurately broke down what was happening at Fukushima about a year before mainstream media was forced to admit it, he's going to be joining us because there's a Ukraine radiation leak. 0.94

00:03:18.000 He has scientists in his circle that are there analyzing the real isotopes.

00:03:24.000 That's the same place Chernobyl happened in 1986, that increased radiation in the northern hemisphere massively.

00:03:31.000 And then of course, it was the latest on Fukushima, that's still melting down and burbling out plutonium and uranium, along with a string of deadly isotopes.

00:03:40.000 And just the fact that, why doesn't the establishment care now?

00:03:44.000 That a 440-something power-producing reactor, another 300 or so research reactors, another couple hundred sub-reactors that the Russians and the US have, Out of, I don't know, it's gotta be over a thousand reactors total.

00:03:59.000 Why are there so many accidents?

00:04:01.000 Why don't they care now?

00:04:02.000 Why is there this nihilistic attitude about everything?

00:04:05.000 About tyranny?

00:04:06.000 About you name it.

00:04:07.000 And it's because the public has been put into an entertainment trench.

00:04:12.000 And I want to talk about the trance and how they're controlling us coming up the next segment.

00:04:17.000 Then David will get into the major global government and some of its future plans.

00:04:23.000 And now that we've seen the police state, the surveillance grid, masterminded decades ago, but rolled out really in 2013 and 2014, what's going to be rolled out in 2015 as the mask comes off?

00:04:36.000 And then in the second hour, David will open the phones, we will open the phones, Specifically, but he's in control there at the studio.

00:04:43.000 Specifically for what you think the next mass to come off will be.

00:04:48.000 The surveillance grid, the police state.

00:04:51.000 Is it a bigger war?

00:04:53.000 Who knows?

00:04:53.000 It's all coming up today on this live transmission.

00:04:56.000 Tell your friends and family to tune in right now.

00:06:01.000 Last night on my orders, America's armed forces began strikes against ISIL targets in Syria.

00:06:07.000 America! America!

00:06:12.000 America!

00:06:15.000 Oh yeah!

00:06:17.000 Coming again to save the mother of the way! 0.77

00:06:20.000 America!

00:06:21.000 Oh yeah!

00:06:23.000 Freedom is the only way!

00:06:26.000 Terrorists, your game is through.

00:06:29.000 'Cause now you have to answer to America!

00:06:33.000 Oh yeah!

00:06:34.000 What you gonna do when we come for you now?

00:06:38.000 It's the dream that we are.

00:06:40.000 It's the hope for tomorrow!

00:06:44.000 Oh yeah!

00:06:47.000 The people we are fighting today, we funded.

00:06:50.000 Waging war on corruption.

00:06:53.000 It's Alex Jones, coming to you live from the front lines of the InfoWar.

00:07:01.000 ISIS has grabbed up from the US, from the Saudis, from the Qataris, weapons by the truckload. 0.94

00:07:09.000 And we are now forced to fight against our own weapons.

00:07:11.000 And this body wants to throw more weapons into the mix. 0.62

00:07:15.000 Ladies and gentlemen, thank you so much for joining us on this January 4th, 2015, thank you so much for joining us on this January 4th, 2015, live Sunday worldwide broadcast on I'm Alex Jones on the road doing an investigative report.

00:07:43.000 We're going to be filing later in the week.

00:07:45.000 David Knight will be riding shotgun there from the InfoWars.com news studios deep in the heart of Texas, Austin.

00:07:54.000 He will be with us co-hosting for the two hours today.

00:07:58.000 I'm going to give David the floor to break down an investigation he's been doing at the bottom of the hour.

00:08:06.000 Dealing with the surveillance state mask came off in 2013 and all the NSA spying, the social conditioning, the brainwashing, the fake media, that pretty much got thrown our face in 2013 by the social engineers worldwide.

00:08:21.000 In 2014, the police state Got on mask and came out in the open.

00:08:28.000 And of course, the UN is the savior that will come and save us from all this, we're now told by CNN and others.

00:08:34.000 So why are the masks being purposefully ripped away right now?

00:08:40.000 Well, sure, public pressure is part of it, but it's larger than that.

00:08:43.000 There's been big NSA whistleblowers, larger than Edward Snowden, like William Binney and others.

00:08:49.000 They didn't get a lot of attention.

00:08:50.000 Why has the system decided now To go ahead and reveal all this.

00:08:55.000 Well, I've been told by a lot of high-level sources on and off record, major generals, people like Dr. Steve Pachinick, that the system knows they can't hide this anymore, so they're attempting to simply throw it all in our face.

00:09:08.000 David Knight's going to be breaking that down in detail, coming up at the bottom of the hour.

00:09:12.000 Then, in the second hour today, we will be taking your phone calls about what is the next big shoe to drop, in your view, in 2015.

00:09:22.000 It could be a positive shoe to drop.

00:09:23.000 It doesn't just have to be the establishment rolling out some new global war or some new terror group they financed and turned loose.

00:09:31.000 No, it could be we saw a major political realignment, the Tea Party taking over a lot of seats in the House and Senate, a Republican leadership though.

00:09:39.000 The seniority, like royalty, getting those positions and not ending Obamacare, not even trying to repeal it, not even trying to reform it, not stopping the amnesty at open borders, not stopping executive gun grabbing, gun control, not stopping Obama becoming a dictator.

00:09:56.000 David Knight's going to be looking at that in great detail as well.

00:09:58.000 Again, I'm your host, Alex Jones.

00:10:01.000 Before I get into what the endgame goal is, first, before getting into all the latest news, I want to discuss something with the listeners out there.

00:10:11.000 I hope listeners realize, and I know you do, but especially for new listeners, this broadcast 20 years ago on air, on AXS TV 20 years ago, starting on radio 19 years ago, was so bizarre to people that it sounded like Martian.

00:10:30.000 People looked at me like I had seven heads.

00:10:34.000 Now, Almost everyone that I talk to agrees with much of what we say.

00:10:38.000 They admit global government run by private corporations is real.

00:10:42.000 They admit we're losing our basic freedoms.

00:10:44.000 But they say, so what?

00:10:46.000 What are you going to do about it?

00:10:47.000 So it's the best of times, worst of times, as I always say.

00:10:51.000 Quoting one of the most famous literary minds out there ever, Charles Dickens.

00:10:58.000 Sure, we've won the war.

00:10:59.000 People know the Federal Reserve is a scam and private and owned by foreign families and the British Royalty. 0.96

00:11:04.000 Sure, people know that a lot of the vaccines have been spiked with chemicals to reduce fertility and give you cancer.

00:11:09.000 That's even mainstream news.

00:11:10.000 Sure, people know that... I mean, people don't trust the system.

00:11:15.000 Gallup had a poll out.

00:11:16.000 Again, 7% approval for Congress.

00:11:18.000 People are most worried about government in America.

00:11:21.000 So we've won that war with the occupational government.

00:11:25.000 People know Washington's occupied.

00:11:27.000 They know London's occupied.

00:11:28.000 They know Paris is occupied.

00:11:30.000 Berlin is occupied by these robber barracks. 0.93

00:11:33.000 They know that Sydney is occupied.

00:11:36.000 They understand this is going on.

00:11:37.000 They understand Mexico City's occupied.

00:11:40.000 But then how do we go to the next level of getting people to realize we have power and can change it?

00:11:46.000 Because Again, half the battle is letting people know there is an enemy and there is an agenda.

00:11:51.000 The other half is, once you've shown people, it's not meant to demoralize folks. 0.90

00:11:56.000 I mean, I've had congressmen, on and off record, generals and movie stars tell me, you know, I used to think you were crazy.

00:12:02.000 Now it all makes sense.

00:12:03.000 I was compartmentalized the whole time.

00:12:05.000 It's all true.

00:12:06.000 I'm just giving up.

00:12:07.000 It's all... No, no, no, no.

00:12:09.000 That's... See, see, see, I've become more sophisticated doing this 20 years.

00:12:13.000 I was just trying to warn people.

00:12:14.000 I didn't know it was scaring the hell out of everybody.

00:12:17.000 And then when it all came true, basically, because it was already there, but new chapters came true, people then were like, whoa, oh my gosh, we're doomed.

00:12:27.000 No, no, no, no, no, no, no.

00:12:28.000 A secret conspiracy can only operate if it's secret.

00:12:32.000 Now the Federal Reserve is private.

00:12:34.000 Now people know it's private.

00:12:36.000 101 years old.

00:12:38.000 Now we can set about repealing it.

00:12:40.000 And I've said this many times.

00:12:41.000 Ron Paul had one co-sponsor 16, 17 years ago.

00:12:44.000 It passed the House a few years ago and almost passed the Senate.

00:12:47.000 It passed the House again last year.

00:12:48.000 We're getting close, folks.

00:12:51.000 That's why they're going to pull false flags, try to get a civil war going, try to get us fighting with local police, who are not the problem.

00:12:58.000 That's why they're going to try to get race riots going. 1.00

00:13:01.000 Because this is what globalists do throughout history.

00:13:03.000 This is what colonial powers do to destabilize areas they're in control of.

00:13:08.000 And now nation-states once became empires and colonized areas with brute force.

00:13:13.000 Now we're being colonized by megacorporations that are anti-free market, anti-competition.

00:13:19.000 So that's why all this is happening.

00:13:21.000 And the average brainwave has lowered.

00:13:25.000 TV's been connected to neurological disorders, screen time with children.

00:13:28.000 Again, all of this is mainstream news.

00:13:30.000 We told you 15 years ago.

00:13:33.000 That's why, even though people know bad stuff's happening, they're responding to it like spectators or like legless, armless creatures that can't fight back because no one's ever been taught how to be politically involved, how to know how things work.

00:13:48.000 The globalists were stalling us while they took over all the institutions, the water districts, the energy districts, the courts.

00:13:55.000 Now that they've taken over much of it, they're throwing it in our face because here's the deal.

00:14:00.000 They intend in their own UN documents, Gen 21, Cloward and Pevin, the list goes on and on, to end the prosperity to socially control us.

00:14:08.000 That's why they need a physical tyranny in place, and a surveillance tyranny in place, because now the other shoe is about to drop, and that's going to be austerity, that's going to be depression, that's going to be major control, that's going to be a gulag-style economy in their own words.

00:14:25.000 So that's the next shoe to drop.

00:14:26.000 I don't know if it's going to be this next year.

00:14:28.000 We're already seeing the incrementalism of it.

00:14:30.000 But it's very serious.

00:14:32.000 So I'm begging all of you.

00:14:35.000 Realize that you are the resistance.

00:14:37.000 You have the power.

00:14:38.000 And people are never waking up like they are today.

00:14:42.000 But don't take that for granted.

00:14:43.000 Now people are ready to hear the truth.

00:14:45.000 Tell them about InfoWars.com.

00:14:47.000 About PrisonPlanet.com.

00:14:49.000 About the free iPhone app and Droid apps at InfoWars.com in the Listen tab.

00:14:54.000 Tell folks about the free podcast.

00:14:56.000 Tell them about all of our local AM and FM affiliates, and tell them to tune in at the grocery store, and church, at work, at the red lights, because we're gaining new affiliates every week.

00:15:05.000 We're almost 180 affiliates weekdays.

00:15:07.000 The Sunday show, over 100 now, by the grace of God.

00:15:11.000 We are so blessed to have this platform to talk to millions every day.

00:15:15.000 If we leverage that to the next level, we could change the world.

00:15:19.000 David Knight, we're about to go to break.

00:15:20.000 Tell us more of what's coming up today.

00:15:22.000 Well, Alex, as you mentioned earlier in the show, 2013 was really a mainstreaming, a reveal of the surveillance state.

00:15:29.000 We saw that with the Snowden documents.

00:15:31.000 In this last year, we've really had a mainstreaming of the militarized police state.

00:15:36.000 It's no longer a conspiracy theory.

00:15:38.000 We've seen it happen.

00:15:39.000 And there's a convergence of those two in the stingray program, and we can see in that how a corporate non-disclosure agreement takes precedent for the FBI over even their oath to the Constitution.

00:15:51.000 That's right.

00:15:52.000 David Knight riding shotgun.

00:15:53.000 I'm Bia Thorne.

00:15:54.000 I'm Alex Jones.

00:20:32.000 David Knight in the InfoWars.com news studios with the video feeds for everybody as well at InfoWars.com forward slash show.

00:20:39.000 Everybody can find the TV feed and also the free audio feeds.

00:20:44.000 Now again, David's coming up with some special reports dealing with the next shoe to drop, the next mask to come off, but I wanted to continue just discussing what's happening culturally.

00:20:58.000 As we become a society from birth to death that watches television or has about 10-15 hours of screen time a day, it's grown from 2 hours back in the 50s to 4 hours in the 80s to more than 6 hours for the average person in 2014.

00:21:14.000 We don't have numbers yet on 2015.

00:21:16.000 Some young people have as many as 18 hours a day in their off time and as much as 10 hours a day when they're out of school.

00:21:24.000 Playing video games, watching television.

00:21:26.000 This is retarding brain development.

00:21:29.000 This is.

00:21:30.000 You can just search screen time brain damaging toddlers.

00:21:34.000 Doctors, don't give your children iPads. 0.99

00:21:37.000 Steve Jobs wouldn't let his kids have iPads before he died.

00:21:42.000 He said, are you kidding?

00:21:43.000 Is that a joke?

00:21:45.000 The system knows what they're doing.

00:21:48.000 And I'm not judging anybody, okay?

00:21:50.000 This stuff is hard to keep away from your kids.

00:21:53.000 It's great to go on a road trip and, you know, throw it in the back seat to them.

00:21:56.000 I've done it myself.

00:21:57.000 But you've got to absolutely limit it or keep it away or it will take your life over and it is brain damaging the public where you've got a bunch of spectators.

00:22:08.000 Who cannot take action, who cannot get involved, who cannot respond, who are not living their own lives, but are being programmed by limited social engineering messages that are coming through the mainstream media and that also still dominate the internet.

00:22:24.000 Because yes, the new media has destroyed the old dinosaur media, but most propaganda is now fed through sitcoms, dramas, entertainment, movies, cartoons.

00:22:36.000 Look at these headlines on Infowars.com.

00:22:39.000 This headline's out of the London Telegraph.

00:22:41.000 UK government crafts anti-terror plan to spy on toddlers.

00:22:46.000 Nursery staff and schoolmasters given duty to report toddlers they suspect of becoming terrorists.

00:22:54.000 Now, this is not new, it's just being expanded.

00:22:57.000 In a film I made eight years ago called Endgame, Blueprint for Global Enslavement.

00:23:02.000 It sold about 200,000 DVDs on the open market.

00:23:05.000 It was a hit.

00:23:06.000 Had about 15 million views online for free.

00:23:08.000 You can watch it on free today at YouTube.

00:23:11.000 Endgame.

00:23:13.000 We show the BBC articles where they say that they are surveilling babies in the womb for signs of terrorism.

00:23:22.000 This is beyond thought crime.

00:23:24.000 This is genetic crime.

00:23:25.000 And now the state of Washington is now doing the same pre-crime, thought crime, terror crime on babies.

00:23:34.000 Now, if people hear me talk about this, they think, that Alex Jones, he's wacky.

00:23:38.000 No.

00:23:39.000 I'm reading to you, out of the London Telegraph, today, we have three paragraphs snipped to save it and prove it at InfoWars.com, with a full link to the full article in one of the biggest newspapers in the United Kingdom.

00:23:53.000 So, this is happening.

00:23:56.000 Our own government, with NATO, funds and protects Al Qaeda, calls them ISIS, turns them loose four years ago to attack Syria, And now we've got to give our rights up because they're set to attack us again, our government's telling us.

00:24:10.000 That's why we had that intro at the start of the show, reminding everybody that just a year ago, it was in the news that our own government was funding Al Qaeda.

00:24:17.000 Now they changed the name to ISIS to confuse us.

00:24:20.000 This is the overwhelming nature of things.

00:24:23.000 The reason they need us to be spectators is very simple.

00:24:28.000 If you believe you have any power, they can win.

00:24:32.000 If you don't believe you have power.

00:24:36.000 What I'm getting at here is, if you know that you have power, they can't win.

00:24:40.000 But if they can convince you that you don't have any power, then you can't affect change.

00:24:45.000 You have absolutely no way to ever resist.

00:24:49.000 Think about how much of this stuff is now completely out in the open.

00:24:55.000 And it's being done because they've conditioned us to be spectators.

00:24:59.000 They've used high-level psychological warfare systems To roll this out against the people.

00:25:05.000 I talked about this for over 15 years.

00:25:08.000 I was allowed in on several occasions to the University of Texas psychology department.

00:25:15.000 15 years ago, making a film with another filmmaker who was just using the psychology department as a backdrop and got an authorization by some high-level people to let us into it, who were secretly listeners.

00:25:28.000 And that is a cover, making that film.

00:25:32.000 We were able to see some of the stuff that was going on.

00:25:35.000 Okay?

00:25:36.000 And again, this is on record, this is happening now, but you're not allowed to ever see it because of the images.

00:25:41.000 Just like human cloning's been going on at the embryonic level for more than 30 years, it's just not shown to the public, though it's admitted in dry research papers.

00:25:50.000 I was allowed to see the monkeys by the hundreds strapped down with wires in their brains testing flicker rates on televisions to put them in a suggestible state for DARPA via the University of Texas.

00:26:02.000 This was going on all over the country, not just at UT.

00:26:05.000 I was allowed to see DARPA programs that were restricted, not classified, to retina scan you at a distance when you're in a major store to track what you're going to buy and your eye movement of what you're reading on the packages with hidden Eye scanners.

00:26:21.000 Now just this month they announced Pizza Hut and others have eye scanners that will track you when you're reading the menu and tell you what you wanted to order before you order it.

00:26:33.000 Amazon is announcing they will package and ship your package before you order it.

00:26:38.000 They know what you're going to order.

00:26:39.000 That's AP.

00:26:41.000 We are Buck Rogers 2015.

00:26:42.000 These computers now tracking us can basically read our minds.

00:26:47.000 These computers can see over the horizon of mass movements and basically predict the future.

00:26:53.000 So what I'm telling you folks is, you're living in an epic Buck Rogers dystopia.

00:26:59.000 We can change this if people admit the master plan that's being carried out.

00:27:04.000 The founder of Google, Niko Acosta, one of our great producers, two months ago ran in and said, it's true what you just said about Google being an AI program of DARPA.

00:27:16.000 Here's the founder of Google 14 years ago saying that was their plan.

00:27:20.000 I'm not just saying this is what I'm saying.

00:27:20.000 Well, of course!

00:27:23.000 Okay, do you understand?

00:27:25.000 DARPA and NASA run Google.

00:27:27.000 They run Microsoft.

00:27:28.000 They run it all.

00:27:29.000 It's already artificially intelligent, folks.

00:27:33.000 It's already able to predict the future in almost every case.

00:27:35.000 Now they're creating the Internet of Things with smart dust in everything to track the real world, and they're building a world not to empower humans in the end, but to make us obsolete and bring in a planetary regime.

00:27:47.000 That's why I get hysterical.

00:27:49.000 And not to scare you, but to rally you out of your coma, out of your trance, to break the trance.

00:27:55.000 There's 7.5 billion of us.

00:27:57.000 We can change the future.

00:27:59.000 We can rally humanity and build a technological system to take us to the stars and empower us, not to enslave us and make us obsolete as the elite merge with the machines.

00:28:09.000 This is the emergency message in 2015.

00:28:12.000 This is the next shoe to drop.

00:28:13.000 They're going to roll out all the AI, the brain chips, the retina chips.

00:28:17.000 It's going to start with the contact lenses.

00:28:20.000 You're going to see it all the next few years.

00:28:22.000 It's not 20 years out.

00:28:23.000 It's a year out.

00:28:24.000 It's already here.

00:28:26.000 This is what I'm telling you, folks.

00:28:27.000 This is why I'm so desperate.

00:28:29.000 Everything else we told you about, you notice, now is mainstream news.

00:28:31.000 We're telling you now what's going to start coming out in the next few years, warning you that you'll lose your soul.

00:28:37.000 Your children will lose their ability to make their own decisions in life.

00:28:41.000 You will lose your free will.

00:28:43.000 This system is the end of humanity as we know it.

00:28:47.000 Not because technology is bad, but because the engineers, the master builders, the social architects are eugenicists following a 166-year-old plan developed by the royal family of England and the royal society for planetary dictatorship.

00:29:04.000 Over the line.

00:29:05.000 Our world is becoming more and more toxic each and every day.

00:29:09.000 But it's not just the air outside that's toxic.

00:29:11.000 Indoor air has been shown to have two to five times higher concentrations of pollutants than even outdoor air.

00:29:16.000 And most Americans spend 90% of their time inside using toxic chemicals within their homes.

00:29:21.000 There are more than 42 million smokers in the United States.

00:29:25.000 Well over a thousand types of mold and mildew linked to numerous conditions.

00:29:29.000 And don't forget the fact that 6 million Americans live with pets they're allergic to as well.

00:29:33.000 When I began to research these statistics, it was clear to me it was time to start cleansing my lungs in order to combat the toxic environment that we cannot escape but that we can fight back against.

00:33:00.000 You're listening to The Alex Jones Show.

00:33:07.000 Waging war on corruption in America.

00:33:24.000 It's Alex Jones.

00:33:28.000 Alright folks, I was busy rambling and didn't hear the music so I ran over.

00:33:33.000 I'm gonna finish up.

00:33:34.000 Alex Jones here.

00:33:35.000 And hand the baton to David Knight.

00:33:37.000 I'll be back co-hosting with him tomorrow.

00:33:38.000 He's gonna be with me 11 a.m.

00:33:40.000 to 2 p.m.

00:33:41.000 Central Standard Time and I'll be hosting by myself throughout all of next week.

00:33:46.000 With the weekday broadcast, 11 a.m.

00:33:48.000 to 2 p.m.

00:33:49.000 Central Standard Time, carried on many of these same stations.

00:33:53.000 Look, all I'm getting at is, I've read, no exaggeration, over a hundred books written by the globalists themselves.

00:34:00.000 Thousands of white papers.

00:34:02.000 It's all on record.

00:34:03.000 We've cited them.

00:34:04.000 I've made films.

00:34:05.000 Planetary government has been pushed forward since the time of the Egyptians and the Romans and others.

00:34:12.000 And the time of Attila the Hun and Genghis Khan.

00:34:14.000 Everybody knows about that.

00:34:17.000 But the British Royal Family funded under Francis Galton in the 1850s, 1855 when the plan was officially launched.

00:34:28.000 To bring in a planetary world government that broke up the family as we knew it, micromanaged every facet of society, used weaponized sports to distract the public, drugging of the water supply, that they would seek out and discover how genetics worked. 0.86

00:34:44.000 Biometrics was invented by them in 1860.

00:34:48.000 And no doubt these people are visionaries.

00:34:51.000 But they're very anti-human.

00:34:54.000 They've never been able to get their plan fully in place.

00:34:58.000 It's taken them a long time to develop these systems.

00:35:00.000 But with the things they developed, they were able to dominate the globe to a great extent.

00:35:04.000 Now they want full control.

00:35:06.000 They're going to use computers to do that.

00:35:08.000 And yes, there are parallels to the Bible, Mark of the Beast, you name it.

00:35:12.000 Well, if you don't believe in that, that's your issue.

00:35:15.000 The point is, it's manifesting in a very dark, anti-human way, just like the Bible says.

00:35:20.000 The problem is, the churches are state-run now.

00:35:22.000 Most of them telling you that you're going to be raptured out of it.

00:35:25.000 When that's not even in the Bible, folks, rapture comes after the Tribulation.

00:35:28.000 But regardless, don't you as a Christian Have a responsibility to stand up against this evil and warn others now.

00:35:37.000 Not just have the cop out of it.

00:35:38.000 Praise God, it's getting bad!

00:35:40.000 I'm gonna get teleported up there by Scotty, up to the deck of the Enterprise.

00:35:45.000 You know, up there to meet, uh, St.

00:35:46.000 Michael at the pearly gates.

00:35:48.000 There in the, there in the transporter room.

00:35:50.000 No, ladies and gentlemen, we're living on a planet in deep space.

00:35:54.000 This stuff's going on.

00:35:56.000 Our own species is engaged in predator activities against us.

00:36:00.000 And all I'm trying to warn you and tell you is there's still enough freedom where this information can get out.

00:36:05.000 Please don't take this for granted.

00:36:07.000 Look into the claims we've made.

00:36:09.000 Look into the facts we're saying.

00:36:10.000 Find out how real this is.

00:36:12.000 Realize you're being manipulated.

00:36:14.000 You're being conditioned.

00:36:16.000 Now, folks know that.

00:36:17.000 They know there's propaganda.

00:36:18.000 They know they're being lied to.

00:36:20.000 But find out, you know, something's stinking under the boards of the basement.

00:36:27.000 Pull up the boards, you're gonna find the dead bodies buried there.

00:36:29.000 Okay, I've been under the boards, they're there.

00:36:32.000 The people running things are bad news.

00:36:34.000 But 99% of people in corporations or even government are compartmentalized, the whole system's built on that, they don't know what they're doing.

00:36:43.000 We're here to decompartmentalize.

00:36:46.000 And so just grasp of that and get others to grasp it.

00:36:50.000 Do you want to be your own man or woman?

00:36:52.000 Do you want to know how the world really works?

00:36:53.000 Do you want to be free?

00:36:56.000 Do you want to have free will?

00:36:58.000 Do you not want, as MIT reported two weeks ago, to have by 2025 half of newborns or half of children will have autism?

00:37:05.000 That's MIT two weeks ago.

00:37:08.000 Do you really want to be conditioned?

00:37:10.000 Do you really want to be poisoned?

00:37:12.000 Do you really want to have your free will taken?

00:37:13.000 Do you really want to be soft-killed with binary weapons?

00:37:18.000 Okay, so just know you've been warned this is going on.

00:37:21.000 I'm honored to be your host.

00:37:22.000 I'm honored to be here six days a week.

00:37:24.000 I'm honored to have folks like David Knight, who sits in maybe a day a week or so, does a fabulous job.

00:37:29.000 I'm honored to have him host the Nightly News with our other reporters and myself, seven o'clock weeknights at PrisonPlanet.tv.

00:37:36.000 I don't claim to have all the answers.

00:37:37.000 I don't claim to be the best deliverer of information.

00:37:40.000 All I know is I'm not a slave.

00:37:42.000 I've got a soul.

00:37:42.000 I'm awake.

00:37:44.000 And I'm honored to be able to talk to all of you who I know have souls as well.

00:37:47.000 And I'm honored to have a great crew of wonderful people up there like CJ and John and Nico and Wes and all of our affiliates and our sponsors and the listeners and of course the good Lord above.

00:38:01.000 All right, I'm handing the baton to David Knight.

00:38:03.000 David Knight, you take over and break down.

00:38:05.000 The mask is coming off on the New World Order.

00:38:09.000 What's behind it, David Knight?

00:38:11.000 Yes, Alex, as you were saying earlier, one of the worst things that can happen, as we see in 2013, they start revealing, mainstreaming the news about the surveillance state.

00:38:20.000 Yes, it's not a tinfoil hat conspiracy theory that the government is watching you in as many ways as they can imagine.

00:38:27.000 In more ways, probably, than you can imagine.

00:38:30.000 No, we don't need tinfoil hats.

00:38:32.000 And we don't need tinfoil hats to say that the police state is rising, that it's equipping ourselves.

00:38:36.000 And of course, when we revealed the massive purchases from Homeland Security back in 2012, there was a lot of pushback from mainstream media, from the government, on those purchase orders.

00:38:45.000 Yet we linked to those purchase orders.

00:38:47.000 Now so much stuff has happened in the last two years.

00:38:51.000 It's coming more and more.

00:38:52.000 There's getting to be larger and larger reveals of what they're doing.

00:38:57.000 We can see that it is no longer people, it's no longer us who are paranoid.

00:39:01.000 We're not paranoid conspiracy theorists.

00:39:03.000 What we have is a paranoid government.

00:39:06.000 That is criminally conspiring to do, to violate our rights, to violate the law, and to do who knows what.

00:39:13.000 We can speculate.

00:39:13.000 We certainly understand where they're going to go with this.

00:39:16.000 We believe we've got that story as well for you.

00:39:18.000 It remains to be seen what they're going to do, but the worst thing that can happen Is that we can be afraid of what we see, that we can censor ourselves, that we can bow down and accept this in some kind of a Stockholm Syndrome acceptance.

00:39:31.000 And there's a story that came out today that I think illustrates that really well, out of Florida, out of Okeechobee, Florida.

00:39:37.000 This is a situation where a man called the sheriff's office to come watch him spank his child because he was afraid he might get arrested for child abuse, perhaps He was afraid the child was going to go to school and tell somebody that his daddy spanked him.

00:39:51.000 We've seen that happen in many places.

00:39:53.000 Yet in Florida, it is legal for parents to use corporal punishment on their children as long as they don't harm them.

00:40:01.000 Now, this is a situation, this is reported from the Free State Project, also from a local affiliate there in Okeechobee.

00:40:07.000 They talked to an undersheriff, Noel Steven.

00:40:10.000 He says he's personally supervised about 12 spankings.

00:40:14.000 Just that guy alone.

00:40:16.000 The undersheriff. 0.94

00:40:17.000 Maybe we ought to call him the underwear sheriff.

00:40:19.000 I don't know.

00:40:19.000 He says it's definitely not something we advertise we do, even though law enforcement has been willing to help out in this situation.

00:40:25.000 Watching a parent discipline their child is something that's done only when a deputy has no other calls to handle.

00:40:33.000 This, to me, this story, is one of the worst examples of where we can go with this.

00:40:39.000 This is the endgame if we fall down in fear of the state, if we don't stand up to it.

00:40:44.000 This is really the destruction of the family.

00:40:47.000 It's the destruction of the family as an independent, separate, and in many ways, not just equal to the government, but superior to the government in many ways.

00:40:55.000 The loss of the idea that our home is our castle.

00:40:59.000 Now, clearly if somebody is doing something abusive to their children, to their wife, it's no longer a family.

00:41:04.000 At that point, some other organization needs to come in and intervene.

00:41:08.000 But I'm talking about a family that is working, where they haven't done anything wrong.

00:41:13.000 The presumption is now that they are guilty.

00:41:16.000 And many people have been cowed into fear about this.

00:41:20.000 Well, we look at what's happened this last year with the revelation of the police state, and I think that was the biggest story.

00:41:26.000 Certainly, we had other stories.

00:41:28.000 We had stories of our government enlarging the wars, trying to pull up the Cold War yet again, and effectively doing that, getting away with that.

00:41:37.000 We've had a lot of the free press pushing back against that narrative that's been sold to us by the government, by the mainstream media.

00:41:43.000 We've pointed out how our government has been fostering this kind of unrest in Ukraine and elsewhere, trying to revive the Cold War, and they've been successful in doing that. 0.94

00:41:52.000 Now Russia is arming itself in response to what our government has done on their doorstep. 0.75

00:41:58.000 But we had success in 2013 pointing out the lies that were being fed to us by the government and the mainstream media in Syria.

00:42:06.000 We stepped down that particular operation at that time.

00:42:09.000 Of course they continued to fund ISIS and then put them into Iraq and now that situation is starting to implode.

00:42:17.000 It's still an issue of education.

00:42:20.000 And if you look at where the police state revelations began this year, I think, it was even before Bundy Ranch.

00:42:27.000 People were starting to talk about SWAT teams and how it had exploded in terms of its use, in terms of the way they come after people.

00:42:35.000 That was part of the narrative.

00:42:36.000 That and the Section 1023 program, where they're giving these massive MRAPs to local police departments.

00:42:42.000 People were already talking about that.

00:42:44.000 We're going to talk about what happened at the Bundy Ranch because that was not against the police.

00:42:49.000 That was against a federal bureaucracy.

00:42:52.000 Or as I like to point out, a feral bureaucracy.

00:42:55.000 A bureaucracy that has gone wild.

00:42:56.000 Stay with us.

00:42:57.000 We're going to talk about that and take your calls when we come back.

00:47:00.000 You're listening to The Alex Jones Show.

00:47:06.000 We are on the march.

00:47:17.000 The Empire is on the run.

00:47:20.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

00:47:26.000 Welcome back to the Alex Jones Show.

00:47:28.000 On this Sunday, January the 4th, 2015, I'm going to be your host for the rest of the show, and I'm going to take your calls in just a few minutes.

00:47:28.000 I'm David Knight.

00:47:34.000 We've been talking about the reveals, the mask coming off, and I guess 2013, the mask came off of the surveillance state.

00:47:41.000 I guess we could say in 2014, the gloves came off on the police state.

00:47:46.000 I think those are the two big trends that we see.

00:47:48.000 And there's something where they both come together.

00:47:51.000 And that is the Stingray program.

00:47:53.000 And we reported on that a lot as well.

00:47:55.000 And now we have a story that just broke this last week.

00:47:57.000 Two senators.

00:47:58.000 Who are demanding, one Republican, one Democrat.

00:48:01.000 We've got Charles Grassley, and we have the Democrat is Patrick Leahy.

00:48:06.000 They're demanding answers from the Feds on cell phone tracking.

00:48:10.000 This is a secret program that is a non-disclosure agreement that local police stations sign with Harris Corporation, the people who create this electronic device.

00:48:21.000 And the FBI maintains that that non-disclosure agreement is more important than any court orders, more important than any trials, it's more important than the Constitution.

00:48:32.000 They want the local police departments to let them know, notify them in writing, whenever they have a FOIA request or a court request, notify them in writing so they can do something about it, and also by phone.

00:48:44.000 And what they have done about this in the past is they have come to the locations where people have had a freedom of information request and they have confiscated the records before they could be turned over.

00:48:55.000 That is the kind of corporate alliance with the bureaucracy that we really have to fear.

00:49:02.000 The mask has come off.

00:49:03.000 The gloves have come off.

00:49:05.000 We're going to see more of that this year with these trade agreements that the Republicans have dropped hints that they're going to push.

00:49:11.000 That is also something that our elected representatives are not allowed to see.

00:49:16.000 That we can't get FOIA requests on.

00:49:18.000 That we can't have any transparency or sunlight shown on.

00:49:22.000 Those trade agreements, one the Trans-Pacific Partnership, the other one TAFTA, Trans-Atlantic Partnership, those are mechanisms, not a free trade, those are mechanisms to enact internet control, to force GMO on countries, to force medical patents on countries, but more importantly, and the most important aspect of those, are the consolidation of government and the elevation of corporations to a parity with governments.

00:49:50.000 I would even say to being in a superior position to those governments.

00:49:54.000 That's where I think the major trend is going to go.

00:49:56.000 But before we get into the trend that happened this year in terms of the police state, they always do these reveals at the last minute.

00:50:04.000 They'll always do a document dump or a data dump.

00:50:06.000 And of course we had the NSA on Christmas Eve release 10 years, they said, of Oops, on the spying on American citizens, pretending that these were just minor oversights.

00:50:18.000 They had only really one incident that they didn't redact, which was somebody spying on their spouse using the NSA software.

00:50:25.000 They did that on Christmas Eve because they didn't want to draw any attention to it, and they didn't want to have the discussion as to why they have that power.

00:50:34.000 You see, that was why we had four, or five, I think it was five total, NSA whistleblowers in 2001 who left the NSA.

00:50:43.000 Because the NSA gave themselves the software.

00:50:46.000 Internally they had developed something called ThinThread that would have prevented the government from even conducting this kind of spying domestically.

00:50:55.000 That was rejected in favor of a piece of software that was produced by a third party outside of the NSA called Trailblazer.

00:51:02.000 That gave them the capability.

00:51:04.000 And of course, if the government has the capability to spy on you, they will.

00:51:08.000 We've known that over and over again.

00:51:10.000 And we can't trust a document dump that's released on Christmas Eve to be comprehensive Even though it's heavily redacted, there's a lot of stuff that's not even in that redacted document.

00:51:22.000 Well, they did it again.

00:51:23.000 Coming up to New Year's Eve, we see a document coming out where the federal government says that they lost nine and a quarter billion dollars on auto rescue.

00:51:30.000 They actually have now put a figure on it, and this is the final figure because they've now sold their stock.

00:51:36.000 Had 11.5% interest in a holding company called Ally.

00:51:39.000 This was formerly known as GMAC.

00:51:42.000 I think they ought to call that crony.

00:51:45.000 But that was the holding company that they put these assets in.

00:51:48.000 And of course, we not only lost $9 billion of taxpayer money in these automobile bailouts, but we also gave away Chrysler to the Italian company Fiat.

00:52:01.000 Then there's another one that came out.

00:52:03.000 U.S.

00:52:03.000 debt soars by $100 billion on the last day of 2014.

00:52:07.000 Hits a record $18 trillion.

00:52:09.000 This is up on Infowars.com this last weekend.

00:52:13.000 And of course, they leave that until the last minute as well.

00:52:16.000 They don't want you to know what the true deficit is, the fact that it soared $100 billion on the last day.

00:52:22.000 Isn't that interesting?

00:52:23.000 They say that under Obama, The U.S.

00:52:26.000 debt has increased by 70 percent.

00:52:29.000 It was $10.5 trillion when he took office in January of 2009.

00:52:33.000 It is now over $18 trillion.

00:52:36.000 debt has soared $98 billion, they say, in just one day, according to the federal government.

00:52:36.000 Total U.S.

00:52:42.000 And then finally, this last metric.

00:52:45.000 Up on Infowars.com, $14 million an hour for the last 13 years.

00:52:51.000 That's the cost of the war on terror.

00:52:54.000 Now, 94% of that, I'm sorry, 95% of that money went to projects related to the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

00:53:00.000 But think about that for a second.

00:53:02.000 Fourteen million dollars an hour and doing that for 13 years.

00:53:08.000 That massive amount of money that we've spent, and it's not really the war on terror, it's not comprehensive because we've spent more money than that with Homeland Security and local law enforcement, but just those two wars They have spent $14 million an hour for 13 years.

00:53:23.000 And listen to this sub-line here.

00:53:26.000 Only 1% of the funds have been directed towards medical care for veterans.

00:53:31.000 Only 1% of that.

00:53:33.000 You think they have your back?

00:53:34.000 I don't think so.

00:53:36.000 And I want to tell the police that they don't have your back either.

00:53:40.000 The way this is going to work out, we can see these reveals getting larger and larger, coming more and more quickly because they're driven by technology.

00:53:49.000 And of course we've all seen throughout our lifetime, throughout the last several decades, how technology is accelerating, the change and the pace is accelerating.

00:53:58.000 Let me tell the police officers out there that you are going to not be necessary for the future.

00:54:04.000 You won't be necessary for the revenue generation, and you won't be able to use any kind of judgment to enforce the Constitution if you don't take that opportunity now.

00:54:15.000 You're going to lose it.

00:54:17.000 One of the trends that has happened in this last year, of course, has been the rapid move towards automated cars.

00:54:24.000 There's been a lot of quiet technological development that's been going on for several years.

00:54:29.000 It was seven years ago that Top Gear showed a car that could go around their racetrack, learning it once and then going around as fast as the car could drive, faster than a human could drive it.

00:54:40.000 They've been working on these kinds of developments for a very long time.

00:54:45.000 Last year they rolled back legal restrictions that would keep Google and others from using self-driving cars on the highway.

00:54:52.000 Now why is that important?

00:54:53.000 A lot of people would love to just get in their car and not have to drive.

00:54:57.000 They could just sit there and play with Facebook and play with Twitter and just stare at their cell phone because that's what they want to do all the time anyway.

00:55:05.000 So what's wrong with having a lot of people going to celebrate the fact that they no longer have to drive their car?

00:55:11.000 The problem with it is just like the government control of the internet.

00:55:15.000 When the government controls transportation, that's one more domino that gives them total control over society.

00:55:22.000 That is what is so dangerous about it.

00:55:25.000 And we've already seen elements of this starting to be enacted.

00:55:28.000 We see carrots as well as sticks are being put in.

00:55:31.000 We see the sticks here in Austin.

00:55:34.000 This week, beginning on January the 1st, of course, now Austin is joining Many locations that are not going to allow you to talk on your cell phone or text on your cell phone, but they're going much further with their definition of distracted driving.

00:55:46.000 Talking about how you can't adjust the volume on your radio.

00:55:51.000 Don't touch that dial!

00:55:52.000 That's a $500 fine in Austin.

00:55:54.000 Or maybe if they apply that definition of distracted driving to their ordinance.

00:55:59.000 Now they also define distracted driving as talking to somebody in your car.

00:56:04.000 When they're able to do that and make that stick, when they're able to watch the speed at which you're driving using computer, when they're able to control where you go, when you go, when, as the Uber CEO said, private ownership of automobiles go away, They will have complete control of your movement.

00:56:23.000 That is something to be feared.

00:56:25.000 And that is something that they're coming at very quickly.

00:56:28.000 But I want to say to the police, when we look at this show, the slowdown that happened in New York, there's an article that went up on The Atlantic, the benefits of fewer New York Police Department arrests.

00:56:39.000 And they pointed out that the decline was a conscious slowdown by the New York police force to protest City Hall's perceived lack of support.

00:56:48.000 Fight going back and forth between the mayor and the police unions and the police chief.

00:56:51.000 They feel like he's stabbing them in the back.

00:56:54.000 And what this reveals, and we're going to talk about this when we come back, what this reveals is really the true nature of the work that they're performing for the government.

00:57:02.000 And clearly they know this.

00:57:04.000 There was an expose four years ago by Adrian Schoolcraft, a police officer who really wanted to do legitimate police work and not just be a tax collector enforcer for City Hall.

00:57:16.000 And he exposed the actions that were happening at that time, the quota system, what was going on.

00:57:21.000 We're going to talk about that.

00:57:22.000 We're going to take your calls when we come back.

00:57:24.000 That number on Sunday is 877-789-2539.

00:59:33.000 Now all available at a discounted price to you and your family to bring in the new year and make 2015 a true success.

00:59:40.000 That's Infowarslife.com or 888-253-3139.

00:59:41.000 or 888-253-3139.

00:59:45.000 2015 is the year to do it, and it all starts at InfoWarsLife.com.

00:59:50.000 You're listening to The Alex Jones Show.

01:00:03.000 From his Central Texas Command Center, deep behind enemy lines, the information war continues.

01:00:10.000 It's Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

01:00:15.000 Welcome back to the Alex Jones Show.

01:00:17.000 I'm David Knight on this January the 4th, 2015.

01:00:19.000 I gave out the number the last segment and I would like for you to call in and really tell me what you're going to do this next year for your personal liberty.

01:00:28.000 And as the way G. Edward Griffin put it, to act collectively for individual liberty.

01:00:34.000 What can you do this next year?

01:00:36.000 And as we were going to the break, I started to talk about what's going on in the New York Police Department.

01:00:42.000 I think it's absolutely amazing the statistics that we get out of this work slowdown.

01:00:47.000 And I want to come back to that, and I want to talk about a flyer that was put out on New Year's Eve with some demands.

01:00:53.000 But before we do, there's an article that went up on InfoWars this weekend about a Sandy Hook victim who dies again in Pakistan.

01:01:03.000 This is an amazing article.

01:01:04.000 If you look at these pictures, it's still up on Infowars.com.

01:01:08.000 Photo of a child killed at Sandy Hook shows up at the Pakistani school shooting.

01:01:12.000 Now that school shooting was one where they had 136 I believe was the count of children that were killed by terrorists in Pakistan.

01:01:20.000 But they have one picture that is prominently featured over and over again, and we have this documented in this article from Adan Salazar, over and over again, this one child who was one of the children that we were shown as a victim at Sandy Hook.

01:01:34.000 And it really does bring up the question as to what's going on here.

01:01:39.000 As he points out in this article, this child, his name is Posner, they say his smiling face is prominently displayed also in a photo meme appearing on the website aworldatschool.org that lists among its supporters the globalist NGO USAID and several UN sub-branches.

01:01:56.000 And his photo is also tagged with the name Huzaifah, Huzaifah, Huzaifah, Huzaifah, I guess, on the Army Public School in College Boys and Peshawar.

01:02:08.000 That's the location of where the shooting happened.

01:02:11.000 That's on their Facebook page.

01:02:13.000 I guess the question is, this is almost like the bad joke that someone had where they said, a man in New York City gets mugged every minute, and then the punchline is, somebody help that man.

01:02:27.000 How many times does this child have to die, I guess, before we can enact gun control?

01:02:33.000 We also have, along the lines of what you can do this year, there's a jury nullification program that has started in Washington D.C.

01:02:42.000 They sent me a press release showing me a series of billboards that they put up and I think what's interesting about this is the map.

01:02:50.000 And if you guys can pull this up on the thing there.

01:02:53.000 There they go, the map right there.

01:02:55.000 Those red dots there are where they have put the billboards up and if you look at that, it's surrounding the court system and the jail system there in the New York area.

01:03:06.000 And these are kiosks that they put up about jury duty.

01:03:09.000 Know your rights.

01:03:10.000 Learn the truth about what overzealous prosecutors don't want you to know.

01:03:14.000 What is that truth?

01:03:16.000 That is one of the most effective things that I think you and I can do for our individual rights and to act collectively and individually for our collective freedoms.

01:03:26.000 And that is to understand that if you're a juror, You have a very important role to play.

01:03:32.000 You're not there just as a rubber stamp for the court system.

01:03:34.000 That's what the judges will tell you.

01:03:36.000 The lawyers in most cases will not stand up and challenge the judge on that.

01:03:40.000 But the reality is, is that has been one of the linchpins of our individual freedoms, one of the key linchpins to our individual freedom.

01:03:48.000 It's something that can't be rigged like an election.

01:03:52.000 All you have to do is take a look at this and understand, not only if you agree with the law, but if you agree with the way that it is being applied in this particular case.

01:04:01.000 That was one of the key things that shut down alcohol prohibition.

01:04:05.000 We've seen it used in drug prohibition to shut down excessive prosecutions of people, these mandatory minimums that send people to jail for non-violent crime for decades while they let violent criminals out.

01:04:17.000 We've seen jury nullification used effectively to shut down overreaching federal laws, and that really is the purpose of what jury nullification should be.

01:04:26.000 So I salute these guys.

01:04:27.000 I want to give them a shout out.

01:04:29.000 This is a campaign that they're putting in the federal courthouse in Manhattan.

01:04:34.000 They say funding has been raised for the month of January.

01:04:36.000 The goal is to maintain the campaign before, during, and after a particular trial.

01:04:40.000 So we're going to talk to them and try to get some more information about that.

01:04:45.000 And we also will be talking about what is going on in New York as far as the work slowdown that happened this last New Year's Eve.

01:04:53.000 Arrests were down 94%.

01:04:54.000 And they say they're not going to arrest somebody unless they absolutely need to.

01:04:59.000 Why would they do it otherwise?

01:05:01.000 Stay with us, we'll be right back.

01:05:04.000 No one has put together a formula that focuses directly on brain health, nerve growth factors, and optimizing your cellular energy at the same time.

01:05:12.000 Just one of the key compounds, BioPQQ, is backed by major clinical studies.

01:05:18.000 You want the best that's out there at the lowest price anywhere?

01:05:20.000 We now have the synergistic solution.

01:05:22.000 Secure your DNA force today at InfoWarsLife.com or call toll-free 888-253-3139.

01:05:31.000 The government's Department of Homeland Security is buying up loads of ammo.

01:05:34.000 At the same time, they're restricting civilians' rights to own and purchase firearms.

01:05:39.000 Can you put two and two together?

01:05:40.000 Infidel Body Armor can stop every round, including hollow points and .308 sniper rounds, is reasonably priced, and fully legal.

01:05:48.000 But for how long?

01:05:49.000 Go to InfidelBodyArmor.com, spelled I-N-F-I-D-E-L BodyArmor.com.

01:05:56.000 Infidel Body Armor just won't quit.

01:06:01.000 As a community moves towards despotism, respect is restricted to fewer people.

01:06:09.000 That's veteran Denver Police Officer Charles Jones IV smashing an unarmed suspect in the face six times.

01:06:18.000 Officers accused of using excessive force on a suspect and then trying to erase the evidence.

01:06:23.000 I'm observing what they're doing in their own safety.

01:06:25.000 I don't understand what's going on.

01:06:27.000 A community rates low on an information scale when the press, radio, and other channels of communication are controlled by only a few people.

01:06:38.000 Does it raise ethical questions about the use of government money to produce stories about the government that wind up being aired with no disclosure that they were produced by the government?

01:06:46.000 How can you ask such a question?

01:06:48.000 What difference at this point does it make?

01:06:50.000 When a competent observer looks for signs of despotism in a community, he looks beyond fine words and noble phrases.

01:06:57.000 There are actions I have the legal authority to take as president that will help make our immigration system more fair and more just.

01:07:06.000 Tonight, I'm announcing those actions.

01:07:08.000 What I say, go.

01:07:10.000 See?

01:07:11.000 I'm the law around here.

01:07:15.000 He came, you saw, he died.

01:07:20.000 Yes, in modern warfare, our military leaders are finding that words and ideas are highly effective weapons.

01:07:27.000 You just have to be repetitive about this.

01:07:29.000 We need to do this every day of the week and just really brainwash people into thinking about guns in a vastly different way.

01:07:36.000 We are trained to deceive if we have to.

01:07:38.000 You really don't have to trust me.

01:07:40.000 You shouldn't trust me.

01:07:41.000 In fact, by my actually participating that, I will taint the news.

01:07:45.000 In communities of this kind, despotism stands a good chance.

01:07:50.000 Nine most terrifying words in the English language are, I'm from the government and I'm here to help.

01:07:56.000 Okay, Ms.

01:07:57.000 Hughes, well, we're gonna do everything we can to help you.

01:08:01.000 Resistance to tyrants is obedience to God.

01:08:05.000 It's The Alex Jones Show.

01:08:08.000 Because there is a war on in your mind.

01:08:11.000 Welcome back to the Alex Jones Show on this January the 4th, 2015.

01:08:15.000 I'm David Knight, your host.

01:08:17.000 Before we go back to the police state comments, and I've got a couple of people who have called in about that, I wanted to take the Wayback Machine and take a look at what happened back in 1998 with the line item veto.

01:08:32.000 And of course, this last year, we've seen Obama make comments about how he has a pen, how he has a phone, how he is going to pass climate regulation, whether the Republicans like it or not.

01:08:42.000 There's not anything they can do, even though they have a majority of both the House and the Senate.

01:08:46.000 He's going to do whatever he wants.

01:08:47.000 We've seen him open our borders and unilaterally change immigration laws against the will of Congress.

01:08:54.000 When he couldn't get that passed, he did broad, sweeping changes in our immigration and border, just with his pen.

01:09:02.000 And I want you to think about the difference between a veto and an executive order.

01:09:07.000 But go back to June 26, 1998.

01:09:10.000 This is the Washington Post talking about how the Supreme Court had just struck down the line-item veto.

01:09:15.000 Now, going back two years before that.

01:09:18.000 That was Newt Gingrich's contract with America, where he got a Republican majority for the first time in a very long time in Congress.

01:09:26.000 They did that with a multi-point plan.

01:09:28.000 Most of those were, I think, trivial reforms with the exception of the line-item veto and term limits.

01:09:34.000 Term limits they did not enact.

01:09:36.000 That would take a constitutional amendment.

01:09:38.000 They didn't have the votes for that, but it didn't happen nevertheless.

01:09:42.000 They did get enacted a line-item veto.

01:09:46.000 Giuliani, Mayor Giuliani of New York, took them to court and got the Supreme Court to overturn the line-item veto.

01:09:52.000 And listen to what the Supreme Court said about that.

01:09:55.000 Back in June of 1998, they say, the Supreme Court yesterday struck down a broad new line-item veto authority that Congress had given the President to cancel specific items in spending and tax bills.

01:10:08.000 In a 6-3 decision, the court held that the line-item veto law violated a constitutional requirement that legislation be passed by both houses of Congress.

01:10:17.000 A constitutional requirement.

01:10:19.000 And be presented in its entirety to the president for signature or veto.

01:10:23.000 Now listen to some of the quotes from the Supreme Court.

01:10:25.000 They say, this act gives the president the unilateral power to change the text of duly enacted statutes.

01:10:32.000 Sounds kind of like Obama, doesn't it? 0.78

01:10:34.000 The Supreme Court at that time also said, the functional equivalent of partial repeals of acts of Congress.

01:10:40.000 There is no provision, they said, in the Constitution that authorizes a president to enact or to amend or to repeal statutes.

01:10:48.000 And Justice Kennedy, they say, cut to the political chase and said, failure of political will does not justify unconstitutional remedies.

01:10:59.000 That's what we were told by Obama.

01:11:00.000 Hey, I've tried over and over again to get Congress to do what I want, so I'm going to just go ahead and do it.

01:11:07.000 But we had a Supreme Court justice who said back in 1998, failure of political will does not justify unconstitutional remedies.

01:11:15.000 Remember when we had a government that really thought that the Constitution mattered?

01:11:20.000 Remember when we had a government that actually thought that the Congress mattered one way or the other?

01:11:26.000 And here's the really bad thing.

01:11:28.000 This is not an executive order that overturns laws as they were concerned about.

01:11:32.000 This was simply a veto.

01:11:34.000 This was going to be a veto of spending bills.

01:11:38.000 This is something that was essentially going to stop things from happening, stop the government from being modified and changed.

01:11:45.000 A veto is a way to put the brakes on government, to keep it from encroaching on our rights, to keep it from growing.

01:11:51.000 No, what Obama is doing is very different.

01:11:54.000 He has taken it upon himself after he said over 20 times that, hey, a president doesn't have this power, and that's, of course, what the Supreme Court said nearly 20 years ago.

01:12:04.000 He said many times he didn't have the power, and then he said, well, I'm going to do it anyway, and I'm going to make these radical sweeping changes.

01:12:12.000 I think we need to go back and take a closer look at that.

01:12:15.000 And of course, I think we need to look at what's going on in the Republican Party with John Boehner.

01:12:21.000 As we pointed out, as everybody knows, the Republicans, when they came back, They didn't forward any legislation that was going to do something to control the borders.

01:12:29.000 They didn't come back with anything that was going to shut down the spending on Obamacare.

01:12:36.000 Instead...

01:12:37.000 They funded it for another year.

01:12:39.000 Not just a continuing resolution, but an omnibus spending bill.

01:12:43.000 So everybody's very upset with Boehner.

01:12:45.000 We've got 60% of Republicans, according to a poll, this is a WorldNet Daily story, they say this is a survey conducted just recently, December 26th through 30th, by pollster Pat Cadell, shows 60% of Republicans want Boehner out.

01:12:58.000 I think what we need to do is we need to start calling Obamacare Boehnercare.

01:13:03.000 If he's going to fund it, if he's going to be the last guy in the musical chair seat, then he needs to own this as a label.

01:13:10.000 We need to call it BoehnerCare.

01:13:12.000 And people need to do whatever they can to support Representative Gohmert or anybody else who wants to stand up and challenge Boehner for speaker leadership here.

01:13:22.000 As he said, this is just today, Representative Louie Gohmert.

01:13:26.000 Republican of Texas said today that he will challenge John Boehner as Speaker in the new Congress.

01:13:31.000 Just yesterday we had Representative Ted Yoho of Florida say on Saturday that he would challenge Boehner for this.

01:13:38.000 So hopefully there's going to be a change there.

01:13:41.000 Boehner is typical of the kind of people that we have in leadership of both parties who essentially don't stand for anything except perpetual growth of the government.

01:13:52.000 They betray the base that has voted them in, just as Obama betrayed his base on civil liberties, on torture, on war.

01:14:01.000 We see that Boehner is betraying his base on the very issues that they were elected to do something about.

01:14:08.000 Protesting in many cases that, well, we couldn't get it passed in the case of the House, we couldn't get it passed the Senate, we couldn't get it passed the President, yet for nine times.

01:14:17.000 Nine times that House under Boehner has passed the Keystone Pipeline Bill.

01:14:23.000 Knowing that it's not going to get past the Senate or the President, still they deliver on that.

01:14:27.000 But they're not about to do anything about Obamacare.

01:14:30.000 Because we have a corporate government.

01:14:32.000 When you look at Jeb Bush stepping down from his board of directors, stepping down from companies that have made a fortune off of Obamacare, that ought to underscore for Republicans as well as for Democrats what Obamacare was really about.

01:14:47.000 We've been saying all along here at Infowars, Alex Jones has been saying that it was a massive transfer of wealth from the American people to corporations that were providing insurance, that were mandating that we buy insurance above the level that we need at a price that we can't afford.

01:15:03.000 It was a massive transfer of wealth to corporations that was mandated by us.

01:15:08.000 And that's what we see from the step down of Jeb Bush.

01:15:12.000 This is a corporate run And we're going to see that more in the convergence of the surveillance state as well as the police state.

01:15:20.000 Now just before we went to break, I was reading this article from The Atlantic talking about how New York City Police Department arrests have fallen here at the end of the year as part of this dispute between City Hall and the police unions.

01:15:32.000 Now here's some of the statistics.

01:15:34.000 It's gone down 94 percent.

01:15:35.000 10,000 to 584.

01:15:35.000 That's traffic violations.

01:15:41.000 10,000 traffic violations to 587 in just a couple of weeks.

01:15:46.000 Low-level offenses have gone down by 94%.

01:15:48.000 Parking violations down 92% from 14,500 to 1,200.

01:15:51.000 What's behind that?

01:15:54.000 Well, they're saying they're not going to do anything unless it's absolutely necessary.

01:15:58.000 We'll be right back.

01:16:02.000 Every year we make resolutions to lose weight and get in shape.

01:16:04.000 And the truth is, it's hard.

01:16:06.000 Even with diet and exercise.

01:20:42.000 I wanted to get through this article from The Atlantic talking about the 94% work slowdown from the New York Police Department.

01:20:51.000 In just one week, tickets dropped 94%.

01:20:53.000 This is traffic violations from 10,000 to 587.

01:20:58.000 And of course, they had drops in parking violations for low-level offenses of a similar nature, going down 90-some-odd percent.

01:21:06.000 And of course, the police union said, we're not going to make arrests or issue tickets, quote, unless absolutely necessary, unquote.

01:21:16.000 Why are they issuing tickets?

01:21:18.000 Why are they arresting people when it's not absolutely necessary?

01:21:22.000 And of course the answer to that is that in New York, as well as in many other places, the police have been a strong-arm collection agency for the city government.

01:21:32.000 That's essentially their purpose.

01:21:34.000 Not to protect and serve the public.

01:21:36.000 Now that's not the attitude of a lot of police officers.

01:21:39.000 As a matter of fact, it was four years ago, about four and a half years ago, that tapes came out.

01:21:45.000 One officer, Adrian Schoolcraft, in the New York Police Department was taping other officers, taping the briefings that they had each morning.

01:21:53.000 This is how the Village Voice reported those tapes.

01:21:56.000 They said he recorded precinct roll calls.

01:21:58.000 He recorded precinct commanders and other supervisors.

01:22:00.000 He recorded street encounters.

01:22:02.000 He recorded small talk and station house banter.

01:22:05.000 He collected hundreds of hours of cops talking about their jobs.

01:22:09.000 Now what do these tapes reveal?

01:22:10.000 They say they reveal that the precinct bosses threatened the street cops if they didn't make their quotas of arrests and stop and frisks.

01:22:17.000 They also told them not to take certain robbery reports in order to manipulate crime statistics.

01:22:23.000 The tapes also refer to command officers calling crime victims directly to intimidate them about their complaints.

01:22:29.000 In other words, making them not file those complaints.

01:22:33.000 So what came out of this Massive project from one police officer.

01:22:39.000 His dad was a police officer.

01:22:40.000 He was very idealistic about it.

01:22:42.000 He had a picture of the police operations that has been sold to the American public.

01:22:48.000 His dad believed that?

01:22:49.000 His dad worked that?

01:22:50.000 He believed that.

01:22:51.000 That's what he thought his purpose was.

01:22:53.000 And yet, he saw the police using these kind of taxes, just going out and rounding up people on a Halloween.

01:23:00.000 They would tell them to grab four or five people, just bring them back, don't write up any charges, we'll figure out what we're going to charge them with later.

01:23:08.000 Get the first four or five people you see, bring them back to the precinct, we'll work it out later, we just got to get a lot of arrests on this particular night.

01:23:15.000 Then also telling people when there were serious crimes that they didn't want to show up in the crime statistics, discouraging the people.

01:23:22.000 Essentially threatening them.

01:23:24.000 Telling them, have you ever had an arrest record?

01:23:26.000 We're going to know if that's the case.

01:23:27.000 Or if it's a rape.

01:23:28.000 Telling them that they're going to be raked over the coal personally if they report this rape.

01:23:35.000 Trying to do everything they can to stop violent crime from being reported, from being investigated, from being solved because it would look bad on their crime statistics.

01:23:43.000 Meanwhile, going out and doing everything they can to generate revenue.

01:23:47.000 And so now we see the New York Police Department doing exactly what they said they were not doing after the Adrian Schoolcraft tapes surfaced.

01:23:54.000 And you need to read this report from the Village Voice.

01:23:56.000 It's about four and a half years old.

01:23:58.000 Look up Adrian Schoolcraft.

01:24:00.000 There was also an audio report that was done, I think that was done by NPR, This American Life, very revealing about what's going on, not just in the New York Police Department.

01:24:11.000 That's just one of the largest instances of that.

01:24:14.000 And I think the police really need to step back And think about what they need to be doing.

01:24:20.000 Is that their duty?

01:24:22.000 Is that what they really wanted to be as police officers?

01:24:25.000 Certainly there are good police officers like Adrian Schoolcraft.

01:24:28.000 There are good officers like Frank Serpico who spoke out against corruption in the New York Police Department.

01:24:35.000 And he calls other officers like Adrian Schoolcraft, he calls them lamplighters of liberty because they are lighting the path, showing these dark practices, exposing them for what they are.

01:24:47.000 That's a very important thing.

01:24:48.000 Now, there was one other document that came out on New Year's Eve, and that was a list of demands.

01:24:53.000 This was dropped out as pamphlets in New York City on New Year's Eve, saying what they wanted to see happen in terms of the police department, in terms of excessive use of force, in terms of oversight.

01:25:05.000 And I think it's very important that we have an endgame, that we have some kind of goal of what we would like to see happen with reform.

01:25:12.000 I think this is a very important document.

01:25:14.000 It doesn't just fall back on the narrative that we've been sold by the government and by the mainstream media that this is purely racism.

01:25:21.000 No, it's not racism.

01:25:22.000 This is happening to everyone.

01:25:24.000 And of course, black people have been feeling this for a very long time as part of their Broken windows program saying that they needed to ride really hard on the poor neighborhoods because that was where crime was going to come from so that's been a lot of the The focus that they put this that has resulted in those poor areas being disproportionately brutalized by the police, but this is something that's happening everywhere And I think there need to be some review of this.

01:25:53.000 We need to have some reforms.

01:25:54.000 And there was an article up on Infowars.com this weekend.

01:25:57.000 Anti-police protesters release a list of demands.

01:26:01.000 And if you go to the bottom of that article, actually it's a link from the Daily Caller, if you go to the bottom of the Daily Caller you can actually see the document.

01:26:09.000 That they circulate it out.

01:26:11.000 And they have demands, like an independent all-elective civilian complaint review board.

01:26:16.000 An independent investigative body that can look at what's going on independent of the court system because people need to see transparency.

01:26:24.000 They've lost trust in not only the police departments, but they've lost trust in the justice department.

01:26:30.000 And that is something that is very dangerous.

01:26:33.000 They want to see full-time prosecutors and judges that deal solely with the police.

01:26:37.000 They want to see every officer that's accused of misconduct be suspended immediately without pay.

01:26:43.000 They want to see that any officer that's found guilty would be imprisoned.

01:26:47.000 We see them let off.

01:26:49.000 And there's one case that just came out of Virginia, a police officer sexually assaulting and sodomizing a seven-year-old child given 30 days in the same area.

01:27:01.000 They had someone else do the same crime.

01:27:03.000 He got 66 years, and that was justice.

01:27:06.000 To give somebody 30 days because they're a police officer, that's not justice.

01:27:10.000 So we can go down this list.

01:27:11.000 There's a lot of things here, body cameras.

01:27:13.000 If you've got a you should have body cameras on everything.

01:27:15.000 If that's not turned on, then we're going to assume that you're trying to hide something that you're guilty.

01:27:21.000 Decent law-abiding police officers will be able to speak freely about any and all corruption and abuse committed by the department.

01:27:29.000 A lot of these reforms that they're demanding are things that people have been talking about throughout the country.

01:27:35.000 When we talked to Matt Shea out in Spokane, he was saying that we needed to have civilian oversight of the training programs that they're being fed because we've got the Southern Poverty Law Center going into the police departments and giving them misinformation, telling them that people who support the Constitution are their enemies, that they're a threat to them.

01:27:54.000 We need to know if our police locally are being fed that by the Southern Poverty Law Center or by the federal government in some way.

01:28:00.000 We need to understand what kind of equipment they have.

01:28:03.000 There needs to be some kind of civilian oversight, some kind of external oversight.

01:28:08.000 People need to be able to trust the police, and I think there are honest police out there who want this as well.

01:28:13.000 Let's go to some of your calls here.

01:28:14.000 Mark in Texas, you've been on hold.

01:28:16.000 I wanted to talk about the police state.

01:28:18.000 Go ahead.

01:28:19.000 Yeah, hi, David.

01:28:21.000 David, a couple of things.

01:28:23.000 And I'm speaking as an ex-law enforcement officer who's actually both in New York and in Texas.

01:28:30.000 Texas, actually, I work corrections.

01:28:32.000 But anyway, I think that one of the things we've got to do Hang on, I really want to hear what you've got to say.

01:28:39.000 We've got to go to a commercial break.

01:34:27.000 That's InfoWarsLife.com.

01:34:29.000 Now, Mark, thank you for holding through the break.

01:34:32.000 You said you were a police officer in both New York as well as Texas.

01:34:37.000 Give us your breakdown as to what needs to be done to reform the practices that we see coming out of the police, because from many people's perspective, we see increasingly that there's a different kind of agenda that's being fed from the federal government in terms of the way the police perceive the public, the way they interact with the public.

01:34:56.000 And there's a lot of concern from the public in some of these cases where it looks like there was excessive use of force.

01:35:02.000 There's a lot of concern that it wasn't an honest judicial process reviewing that.

01:35:07.000 Go ahead.

01:35:08.000 I just want to make one correction.

01:35:10.000 In Texas, I was a corrections officer.

01:35:13.000 I was a New York police officer, but it's still law enforcement.

01:35:17.000 And the first thing I would do as far as making, you know, as reforms is the first thing I would do is take away Any off-duty authority an officer has.

01:35:30.000 Now, that's one thing.

01:35:32.000 In Texas, a correctional officer is not a peace officer off-duty, and I think that's good, and I think it should be the same thing with the regular police.

01:35:41.000 Unlike New York, where you've got a lot of different kind of peace officer

01:35:45.000 Authorities there you have in New York City you have an army of over 50,000 officers when you consider and that is amazing when you look at when they had 94% work slowdown they were giving 10,000 tickets a week and that dropped down to 587 I guess the question is when they said they're not going to do anything they're not going to arrest people unless it's absolutely necessary I guess the question mark is why were they arresting people when it wasn't absolutely necessary?

01:36:14.000 I think one of the things we also got to ask ourselves is why do you have such a large army of cops in places like New York and most of the other Northeastern and some Western cities when people are denied their Second Amendment rights and so scared that they put up with that kind of stuff.

01:36:31.000 When you have that large of a police force, you're going to have your freedom restricted, plain and simple.

01:36:38.000 It just goes hand in hand.

01:36:39.000 And you've got a lot of corruption.

01:36:41.000 Adrian Schoolcraft, by the way, I read about him, and it's a shame.

01:36:45.000 It's a shame how this man is treated, and nobody even knows who he is.

01:36:48.000 Call a regular.

01:36:48.000 Yeah.

01:36:49.000 Yeah, I would love for him to come on the show as open invitation.

01:36:52.000 It's very difficult to try to find him.

01:36:53.000 We tried to find him for a very long time.

01:36:55.000 What they did to him, I mean, of course, Serpico got shot.

01:36:59.000 They pulled back in a drug raid, and he was shot.

01:37:02.000 They didn't protect him.

01:37:02.000 They didn't even call for an ambulance in that particular case.

01:37:05.000 For Adrian Schoolcraft, the officer who was recording this, They arrested him.

01:37:10.000 I think it was a second in command, wasn't it, Mark, that the New York Police Department went to his house and they took him away and put him in an insane asylum.

01:37:20.000 His father, who was a police officer, found the recording because he had a recording on him.

01:37:24.000 And you can hear the recording when they find the tape recorder that was personally on Adrian Schoolcraft.

01:37:29.000 But there was another recorder that was stuck up on the shelf behind some books that they didn't find.

01:37:34.000 And that's when his father found that.

01:37:35.000 I think that helped him to, uh, he knew that he had been taken to an insane asylum, but he didn't know which one.

01:37:40.000 So, you have a couple of cops who try to shine some light on some bad practices.

01:37:45.000 One of them is shot.

01:37:46.000 Another one is put into an insane asylum.

01:37:48.000 It's a shame, as you said, that people don't know his name, that it's not a household word.

01:37:52.000 I don't.

01:37:53.000 Not many people know who Serpico is anymore either.

01:37:56.000 I wish he'd have him back on his show, as a matter of fact.

01:38:00.000 I think the guy, that was a real hero.

01:38:03.000 Because he took on an establishment, he really put his life on the line.

01:38:06.000 Not that he put his life on the line against criminals, but against his fellow officers.

01:38:11.000 And that is, you know, that's the problem.

01:38:13.000 I mean, they basically One thing I would have is a special prosecutor for any kind of police, any kind of controversial police, even if it's not misconduct.

01:38:26.000 Anything controversial should be a special prosecutor.

01:38:28.000 Definitely a shooting.

01:38:29.000 I agree with that.

01:38:30.000 And that was essentially, that was the essence of this fire that was put out on New Year's Eve.

01:38:35.000 They were demanding a civilian complaint review board and demanding that there be some kind of separate oversight Of any kind of police allegations.

01:38:45.000 We talked to others who have said that we ought to have an oversight of their training, oversight of their equipment.

01:38:51.000 I think it's very important for people to get their trust back and the police and for us to have a real, honest, independent evaluation when there are charges of police misconduct.

01:39:02.000 The problem is you used to have Civilian Review Board in New York, and the unions fought it so bitterly they got rid of it.

01:39:08.000 And that's another thing I wanted to say about unions.

01:39:10.000 I'm all for unions, but I don't think police should have unions, period.

01:39:14.000 Because unions and police work, they just condone criminal activity, and they push for more powers for the police, and they hate the Second Amendment.

01:39:24.000 I'll tell you something.

01:39:25.000 The PBA in New York, they hate the Second Amendment.

01:39:28.000 All the various police unions in New York hate the Second Amendment.

01:39:31.000 They don't like to have armed citizens because it's very simple.

01:39:35.000 It takes away their authority and they can't demand as many officers, they can't demand as high salaries, as good benefits, and whatever else they demand.

01:39:45.000 I think it was absolutely atrocious in the shooting that happened in New York City just before the Eric Garner verdict was released from the grand jury.

01:39:55.000 There was, I'm sure you remember this, a gentleman named, his last name was Gurley, he and his girlfriend Uh, we're tired of waiting for the elevator that wasn't coming, so they stepped in the stairwell, and there were two officers that were doing up-and-down patrols of the stairwell and the projects there, and even though he wasn't doing anything suspicious, even though he wasn't armed, one of those officers had his gun drawn and shot the man in the chest, and then here's where the police union comes in.

01:40:20.000 While the man is dying there on the floor, bleeding out.

01:40:24.000 The police officer spends, I think it was about 10 minutes, on the phone with the police union.

01:40:29.000 Not calling for medical help, not doing anything to assist the man to try to stop the bleeding, but calling the police union.

01:40:36.000 I think that says so much about that.

01:40:38.000 Thank you so much, Mark in Texas.

01:40:40.000 Let's give some other people a chance to comment on this.

01:40:42.000 Let's go to Andrew in Pennsylvania.

01:40:44.000 Andrew?

01:40:46.000 I think Alex said that he wanted to hear callers talk about predictions for 2015.

01:40:50.000 Two whistleblowers that have said some pretty bold things about 2015.

01:40:54.000 Karen Hughes, who was on InfoWars before, has talked about how they are close to releasing gold-backed currency and word on the street is the Bricks Nation and also Benjamin Fulford's Dragon Society are in on this.

01:41:06.000 And also, 2016 presidential candidate Andrew Bishaga, who's a whistleblower, he's said that in his experience as part of government time travel technology, they found that in 2015 it would be revealed that many members of Congress are CIA operatives.

01:41:21.000 Any comments?

01:41:22.000 Well I think that the CIA and the Federal Reserve run our government.

01:41:26.000 I think that's pretty clear if you look at the redacted silly report from the Senate.

01:41:32.000 They essentially blamed everything on the CIA and then of course nothing is going to be done about it.

01:41:36.000 The CIA can tell the Senate what they're going to do.

01:41:39.000 The CIA can assassinate whoever they want.

01:41:41.000 They put together a threat... a disposition matrix.

01:41:44.000 That's what they called it.

01:41:45.000 A disposition matrix.

01:41:46.000 That's their assassination hit list.

01:41:48.000 And of course that was Brennan, who's now the CIA director.

01:41:51.000 He ran that.

01:41:52.000 He ran the torture program.

01:41:53.000 Nothing they do...

01:41:55.000 Can be used against them.

01:41:57.000 They are above the law, just like the Federal Reserve.

01:41:59.000 We can't audit the CIA, we can't audit the Federal Reserve.

01:42:02.000 So yeah, they're above the law.

01:42:03.000 And I think one of the important things that really scares me in terms of looking at what's coming up in 2015 financially, of course we know that the Federal Reserve has been at the center of economic disaster and collapse many times throughout its 101 years of history.

01:42:20.000 Starting wars, and we now see that the Congress just gave insurance protection to derivatives again.

01:42:27.000 That was taken away after the implosion of 2008.

01:42:31.000 It was prohibited after the crash in 1929.

01:42:35.000 They enacted the Glass-Steagall Act.

01:42:37.000 That was taken away under Clinton.

01:42:39.000 And then everything was pumped and dumped, and now it looks like they're in the pumping stage again, having insured all their derivatives.

01:42:46.000 And these derivatives are orders of magnitude larger than what we saw with the mortgage bailouts.

01:42:51.000 We're going to be right back with more of your calls right after the break.

01:42:53.000 Thank you so much, Andrew, in Pennsylvania.

01:42:55.000 Thank you.

01:43:04.000 is buying up loads of ammo.

01:43:06.000 At the same time, they're restricting civilians' rights to own and purchase firearms.

01:47:00.000 You're listening to The Alex Jones Show.

01:47:07.000 We are on the march.

01:47:22.000 The Empire is on the run.

01:47:25.000 Alex Jones and the GCN Radio Network.

01:47:30.000 Welcome back to the Alex Jones Show.

01:47:31.000 We're going to roll right back to your calls here in just a moment.

01:47:34.000 One of the things that I think is going to be coming up though in 2015 is the FCC weighing in on net neutrality.

01:47:41.000 They're saying that's going to happen in February.

01:47:44.000 I think just like the GMO issue, where they've got people going back and forth about whether or not we should have mandatory or voluntary labeling, the real issue with GMO is whether we're going to have GMO or not.

01:47:55.000 Can we stop the production of GMO?

01:47:57.000 Can we stop the cross-pollinization of GMO onto organic fields or heritage vegetation?

01:48:06.000 I think the real issue here with the FCC is not even so much about net neutrality, but about the fact that the FCC is going to assert its supervision of the Internet.

01:48:16.000 That it's going to take it within its jurisdiction.

01:48:18.000 We haven't had an agency that's had oversight and control of the Internet prior to this.

01:48:23.000 And that's what this is all about.

01:48:24.000 The FCC has been on both sides of net neutrality.

01:48:27.000 They don't really care at this point.

01:48:29.000 Once they get control of the internet, once they establish that they are going to be the bureaucracy that's going to control this, that's when it's going to get really bad.

01:48:38.000 It's going to be another angle where they're going to come after our free speech.

01:48:42.000 And of course the internet has been a vital part of that.

01:48:44.000 Going back to June of this year, And a story from AP, when they were talking about the Stingray program, this program that allows the police to listen to cell phones illegally, without a search warrant, and that is illegal if you don't get a search warrant, but that program was something that they put together with Harris Corporation, a semiconductor corporation.

01:49:04.000 And as part of that agreement, they say, there was a secrecy element built into the authorization agreement that they had with the FCC.

01:49:13.000 And that goes back to 2011.

01:49:15.000 So now we see the surveillance data that they collect through the Stingray program.

01:49:21.000 If a judge wants to look at those records, they're told they can't see them because they have a non-disclosure agreement with a corporation that supersedes what that judge wants.

01:49:31.000 It supersedes the law.

01:49:32.000 It supersedes the Constitution.

01:49:35.000 In one particular instance this year, a judge said, you don't have a non-disclosure agreement with me.

01:49:40.000 Produce those records.

01:49:41.000 At that point, law enforcement backed out and dropped the case rather than produce the records.

01:49:47.000 And of course, the FBI and many state governments are telling all the law enforcement agencies that if anybody wants a FOIA request or a court request, That they're not to comply, they are to notify the FBI immediately in writing and by phone so the FBI can stop that and they have come out with US Marshals to confiscate records rather than have them turned over in court proceedings or in Freedom of Information Request Acts.

01:50:12.000 That is the danger of this.

01:50:14.000 That is the...

01:50:15.000 Culmination, the joining of the surveillance state and the police state.

01:50:20.000 It's a joining of our bureaucracies, the Federal Bureaucracy of Investigation, the FBI, working with the FCC, working with the corporation, in a way that is, they believe, is transcendent to our Constitution, to our law.

01:50:34.000 We're going to see that happen this year, I think, also in these massive trade agreements, as I mentioned earlier in the program.

01:50:39.000 Let's go to Chris in Indiana.

01:50:40.000 Chris, you had some scenarios for 2015.

01:50:43.000 Go ahead.

01:50:46.000 Hey David, yeah, I agree.

01:50:47.000 Ban GMO, ban surveillance state, and ban boner care.

01:50:52.000 Yeah, yeah.

01:50:53.000 Yeah, we need to call it baner care or boner care. 1.00

01:50:55.000 We sure do.

01:50:56.000 Boner care is what I like. 0.97

01:50:59.000 Hey, speaking of what's coming up in 2015, I really, in all seriousness, have a couple of really good points here, in my opinion.

01:51:07.000 January 20th, Tuesday night, it's going to be the State of the Union.

01:51:11.000 I think, just like these two police officers, a lot of the police officers in New York, just like last weekend for Ramos, this weekend, Officer Liu, a lot of the police officers turned their back to de Blasio, and I believe that it would be a real big-time thing if the Tea Party Republicans and whoever else wants to Yes.

01:51:33.000 Yes.

01:51:33.000 get involved with it, stand up and turn their back to Obama, Biden and boner as the whole for the whole speech.

01:51:41.000 Yes.

01:51:41.000 Think about how awkward that would be for Obama to talk while those brave people did that.

01:51:47.000 That would be great.

01:51:48.000 But, you know, there's a it's kind of a good old boys club.

01:51:50.000 They don't rock the boat too much.

01:51:51.000 Remember when Joe Wilson a few years ago shouted out, you lie, when Obama made some statement about Obamacare?

01:51:58.000 And it turned out that he was right.

01:52:00.000 He was eventually vindicated in that.

01:52:01.000 But he basically had to step down, step back and walk those comments back.

01:52:06.000 The leadership of the Republican Party, which is the problem, as you pointed out.

01:52:10.000 Thank you so much.

01:52:11.000 Let's move on to Sherry in Texas. 0.99

01:52:12.000 Sherry, you want to talk about GMOs?

01:52:14.000 Yes, thank you.

01:52:15.000 You know, these guys toe the line or they get shut out completely.

01:52:18.000 And that's a lot of what people are angry about with Boehner.

01:52:21.000 The fact that he's removed people who are conservatives, who are free market, who want less government.

01:52:26.000 He's removed them from positions within committees, which is where you really get things done.

01:52:31.000 Thank you so much.

01:52:32.000 Let's move on to Sherry in Texas. 0.99

01:52:35.000 Sherry, you want to talk about GMOs?

01:52:36.000 Yes, thank you.

01:52:38.000 Forcing GMOs and patents on other countries is so egregious in the surveillance and everything.

01:52:38.000 I do.

01:52:44.000 Other countries aren't going to go for that.

01:52:46.000 I can't... I agree with those who say that, you know, we're going to have trouble with our internet.

01:52:51.000 Other countries don't want to expose their citizens to dangers of GMOs.

01:52:56.000 They cherish their tradition.

01:52:58.000 They like security for their citizens.

01:53:02.000 And they cherish a more traditional way of life that they're used to.

01:53:07.000 They don't want to gamble with our lives for profit like we do.

01:53:11.000 They don't want our brand of capitalism, I don't think.

01:53:14.000 Well, you know, what's happening in America is that you've got this regulatory agency, the FDA, that is essentially captured by Monsanto and these corporations and will do whatever they want to in this country.

01:53:24.000 And the way they're going to try to enforce this in many parts of the world is through these trade agreements.

01:53:29.000 GMOs are a large part of it, just like the control of the internet. 0.96

01:53:32.000 They couldn't get CISPA, SOPA, ACTA, PIPA through.

01:53:34.000 They're going to try to push those through with these trade agreements, and GMOs are one of the things that they're going to try to push through.

01:53:39.000 People have talked about the Internet being interfered with, and in order to prevent us from imposing our way of life on other citizens, these countries are going to have to do something to our Internet because this affects their people, their tradition. these countries are going to have to do something to I mean, when I heard something about the Danish the other day about how they well, I can't remember.

01:54:04.000 I wish I could recall what it was, but it was like, why don't we have that here?

01:54:08.000 Why aren't we more concerned about our citizens here?

01:54:11.000 If we're not willing to change our or to make a difference and change the laws and get them to see how important it is to people that we have a better quality way of life, then our Internet, I'm afraid, will suffer because how else can they stop us?

01:54:25.000 And I know there's the people of Europe are not going to want this to be their way of life.

01:54:31.000 Well, I think it's part of the unrest that we see in the future here is because there's a fight going on about who's going to control the Internet, who's essentially going to control information.

01:54:42.000 It looks like the U.S. 0.97

01:54:43.000 is trying to do everything they can to assert control, whether it's through trade agreements or legislation or giving control of the Internet to the FCC.

01:54:51.000 They're also trying to control everything about our food supply.

01:54:54.000 We have to understand that these corporations that basically own our politicians in Washington Want to own and control everything and they have no respect for our lives either at least you can say that about Vladimir Putin He looks at his focus is on natural resources.

01:55:11.000 He sees that as his power base.

01:55:13.000 I mean he's a power-hungry Individual I wouldn't want to live under a country that he ruled but nevertheless He sees his natural resources as the basis of his power and part of that are the people in his country It's not just the oil resources.

01:55:26.000 It's the human resources, and he's trying to protect that and Our elites in this country look at the American people as a possible threat to them.

01:55:35.000 The future does not need us, according to our elites, and that's really where the fight is.

01:55:39.000 Thank you.

01:55:40.000 Let's move on, try to get the rest of the callers here.

01:55:42.000 Let's go to Karen in Colorado.

01:55:44.000 Karen, go ahead.

01:55:46.000 Hi.

01:55:46.000 This is a little bit of a complicated thing to describe on a phone call like this, but what I would like to see us do is expand our ability to act.

01:55:59.000 The people of America, the hearts and souls of all of us are ready.

01:56:04.000 We have been trained by you.

01:56:06.000 We've listened to you guys.

01:56:08.000 And I've been listening for years and I feel grounded, okay?

01:56:12.000 And that's the problem.

01:56:13.000 People who are already awake feel frustrated because now they want to take action.

01:56:17.000 And I think one of the best actions that you can do is to still build a base, a larger base, of people who understand what's really going on.

01:56:25.000 That's the way we shut down the war in Syria.

01:56:27.000 We would have gone to war with Syria in 2013 if it hadn't been for the free press, if it hadn't been for the free internet.

01:56:34.000 We stood up against that narrative.

01:56:35.000 We pointed out where they were lying to people so we didn't get fooled again like we did back when we went to war with Iraq the two times or whatever.

01:56:43.000 I mean there's been times when the internet was not and free press was not there and so the mainstream media and government essentially put forward a fake narrative about weapons of mass destruction or babies being removed from incubators.

01:56:57.000 They got away with it.

01:56:57.000 They didn't get away with it in 2013.

01:57:00.000 So it's a very important thing to educate people And to show them how this whole sham works.

01:57:07.000 I think that's something that you can be proud of.

01:57:09.000 It's a good work that you can do and certainly you can educate people about what their rights are as jurors.

01:57:14.000 You can educate them about the fully informed jury amendment and that's the feature group.

01:57:19.000 You can take a look at that and understand Exactly what's going on as a juror.

01:57:25.000 That's a very important thing that just one individual can do.

01:57:28.000 One person on a group of 12 can stop an injustice from being done to his fellow citizens.

01:57:34.000 And that's the essential purpose of the juries to start with.

01:57:37.000 That's to watch each other's back to guard against tyranny.

01:57:41.000 Sorry I couldn't get to the rest of the callers today.

01:57:43.000 That's it for today's show.

01:57:44.000 We'll be back tomorrow at 11 central with Alex Jones.
