01:39:39.000 So more boots, more American boots, more American weaponry in Ukraine.

01:39:45.000 You don't want to put more sanctions on Russia because now Greece has vetoed these.

01:39:50.000 But more importantly, the existing sanctions have pushed Russia and China closer together than ever before.

01:39:58.000 Hundreds of billions of dollars worth of deals, the largest construction project in the world, and all this is doing is uniting the Russian bear and the Chinese dragon, and that is the worst possible outcome for America and the West.

01:40:11.000 It's a very bold strategy to send in CIA commandos and others to be engaging the Russians in combat the last six months.

01:40:17.000 That's basically admitted.

01:40:18.000 Five billion to overthrow the Ukrainian government.

01:40:21.000 I'm not, again, I don't have a dog in the fight here, it's just clear the West is instituting and instigating all this.

01:40:27.000 Sure, they're hurting Russia right now, driving down the price of oil, but long term, this is a really dangerous game.

01:40:37.000 Well, it's all about the NATO expansion, it's trying to expand Europe, the European Union.

01:40:44.000 You know, Greece now, a real insignificant country when you look on a global scale and by no means is a superpower, is now dictating the terms of the sanctions against Russia.

01:40:54.000 So you can see the European Union is a basket case.

01:40:57.000 And, you know, America's now being drawn into this because of the EU, and there really is nothing here positive for the average American here.

01:41:05.000 The Ukraine conflict's getting worse, it's going to get worse, it's going to last longer, and it's just going to be a drain on the U.S.

01:41:13.000 Well, when the West attacked Russian-held areas in Georgia, they miscalculated and the Russians poured in and threatened nuclear war in Europe. 0.86

01:41:23.000 I mean, if Russia's not backing down and the West isn't backing down, what are the policy makers thinking?

01:41:27.000 It's not like Russia's on our southern border attacking us.

01:42:05.000 The question I have is Obama's got two years left.

01:42:08.000 What is the future foreign policy here?

01:42:10.000 If the new president continues this failed foreign policy, it's just going to be a lot worse for Europe and the US.

01:42:16.000 And the Russians here have nothing to lose. 0.80

01:42:18.000 They have an expansionary program, and they're fit to fight.

01:42:24.000 So the question is, what's the West going to do now?

01:44:00.000 And the debt that is potentially to blow up in the US shale sector Could be greater than what happened to the Lehman Brothers.

01:44:23.000 controversy, more death, more wars, more battles in the Middle East.

01:44:30.000 And more importantly, the emerging markets are working together, supporting Putin.

01:44:39.000 So there really is a battle between the old world order and the new world order.

01:44:45.000 So when you say new world order, you mean the people that run the US, England, Europe, You're saying they're winning?

01:44:56.000 If you look at what's going on with China, they are backing the Russians. 0.56

01:45:01.000 Is that New World Order they're calling for?

01:45:04.000 That's right, the emerging markets, because they want the lifestyle that the West has taken for granted, and they are going to work together against this.

01:45:19.000 If you look at all the voting on the UN, they've always backed Russia.

01:45:24.000 There's a reason why Obama's putting so much time into India.

01:45:27.000 Historically, India's going to line themselves up with Russia.

01:45:30.000 Who's really supplying the military of India?

01:45:33.000 It's Russia. 0.81

01:45:34.000 China, Russia, India, the emerging markets are working together against the forces of Europe, Western Europe, and America.

01:45:42.000 And right now, if you see Ukraine as a good example of what's going on, you know, really who's winning here?

01:45:47.000 The Russians are winning in the Ukraine.

01:45:50.000 Let me raise this point.

01:45:53.000 We see mainstream articles in The Guardian, out of Davos, where George Soros is running around with his minions saying, you better give $100 trillion to the IMF and World Bank to help poor people, or there's going to be a global uprising against wealth.

01:46:07.000 And the billionaires are running off the Cook Islands and New Zealand and other areas, building armored redoubts and private long airstrips, and admitting it's because of this.

01:46:17.000 But then meanwhile, Soros is trying to stir up civil unrest everywhere.

01:46:21.000 What do you think's behind that?

01:46:24.000 Well, there's always an agenda.

01:46:25.000 Where are his investments going?

01:46:27.000 There's no secret that he was the funder of the Orange Revolution, the Rose Revolution in the early 2000s against Russia.

01:46:34.000 This time is a bit different situation.

01:46:36.000 The Russians are working together with China and their forces are going to be working against that.

01:46:41.000 So Soros has his agenda where his investments are.

01:46:44.000 No one's asking, is he trying to protect his investments?

01:46:47.000 There's no secret that Soros has been a big investor in Ukraine.

01:46:51.000 He's potentially there to lose billions of dollars, so he's trying to use the government's money to bail out his own investments.

01:46:57.000 So there's a lot of things behind the scenes that we don't see, again, in the Middle East.

01:47:02.000 I mean, he called for a Marshall Plan, tens of billions of dollars to be given basically directly to him.

01:47:09.000 It's the American taxpayer that is funding his investments.

01:47:13.000 Well, I mean, I agree with you that up until about six months ago, Putin was beating the West. 0.82

01:47:18.000 And again, I'm not lionizing him, but Putin's not here running things, trying to take my guns and running ads everywhere saying fathers are bad. 0.62

01:47:24.000 I mean, we got a really sick elite, make no mistake.

01:47:27.000 But I take the real American system any day over what Russia's got. 0.93

01:47:29.000 So I'm not rooting against America.

01:47:31.000 I'm just here looking at the tea leaves.

01:47:33.000 But now since the Saudis and others slashed oil prices, or I know you're an expert on energy so break that down for us, it seems like it's really hurting Russia, hurting Aruba.

01:47:42.000 I mean, in a football game it looks like the devil patriots are coming back a little bit. 0.98

01:47:49.000 Well, exactly, and what's key to understand here for Russia, why they are going to survive here.

01:47:53.000 First of all, they're the world's largest crude oil producer, but they produce in rubles and they sell in euros and US dollars.

01:47:59.000 So they won't experience Dutch disease.

01:48:01.000 When you're a petrol state, when you're a real producer of oil, the worst thing you want is a decreasing commodity price and a strengthening dollar.

01:48:09.000 So I will argue that the Bakken and the Eagleford are experiencing Dutch disease here because their costs are in US dollars and they sell in US dollars.

01:48:16.000 So what's this all about is international market share.

01:48:19.000 You got the Arab Gulf states, you know, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, UAE.

01:48:22.000 They are major producers and they're trying to increase their market share.

01:48:26.000 Russia is a major producer.

01:48:27.000 They're trying to increase their market share.

01:48:29.000 And then the U.S.

01:48:30.000 shale sector has been hugely successful.

01:48:32.000 They're trying to bankrupt that.

01:48:34.000 Exactly.

01:48:34.000 And this is a war against the U.S.

01:48:36.000 sales sector.

01:48:37.000 I put an article out that OPEC declared war on U.S.

01:48:40.000 Thanksgiving Day where all the analysts expected OPEC to cut production.

01:48:43.000 I said, no way.

01:48:45.000 They are not going to cut production because they're declaring war on America because America was the largest consumer of the OPEC oil, but now they're a competitor against OPEC.

01:48:56.000 Starting two years ago as the biggest producer in the world.

01:48:58.000 And for those that don't know, this is in the Economist, this is in the Financial Times that are established from mouthpieces.

01:49:03.000 They admit Saudi Arabia and OPEC are waging war on us, just as they are on Russia.

01:49:08.000 That's a perfect example of globalism.

01:49:10.000 You think America against Russia?

01:49:11.000 No.

01:49:12.000 Or you think America against Russia or EU?

01:49:14.000 The EU's getting hurt.

01:49:15.000 The people are getting hurt by what's hurting Russia.

01:49:18.000 This only helps a few insiders having all this unfold.

01:49:23.000 That's right.

01:49:23.000 And you know what no one wants to talk about, Alex?

01:49:25.000 Where did Saudi Arabia, before they saw the collapse in oil, they took billions of dollars positions on the short of oil.

01:49:32.000 They shorted American companies.

01:49:33.000 They shorted the U.S. 0.89

01:49:35.000 And they made billions of dollars on the decrease in price of oil.

01:49:38.000 How come no one's talking about that?

01:49:41.000 It's amazing.

01:49:42.000 Establishment publications admit it, but these average people out there, good, hurt Russia.

01:49:47.000 It doesn't help anybody for a major country to do bad, folks.

01:49:50.000 That ends up pulling everybody down.

01:49:53.000 Seeing this global recessionary trend intensify, are you worried about deflationary or inflationary?

01:49:59.000 And do you agree that Russia having trouble will hurt Europe and then ultimately pull down the Middle East and then the U.S.? 0.59

01:50:08.000 Alex, I think currently we are in a deflationary resource environment and deflation is the worst thing for country planners because when you have less money to play with, you can't cover up.

01:50:19.000 What did Saudi Arabia do to prevent any revolutionary?

01:50:21.000 They just created a lot of social program spending. 0.51

01:50:23.000 That ends in a deflationary market, and deflation is very bad.

01:50:27.000 What results from a deflationary environment is more global conflict.

01:50:31.000 And that's what we see in Europe.

01:50:34.000 And right now, we haven't seen it yet in the U.S., but with all of these job layoffs that are going to come in the high-paying jobs of the Bakken, we are in a new and deflationary environment, which means more crises globally are going to occur, more battles, more wars, more deaths.

01:55:55.000 So I think the OPEC is going to flood the markets as much as they can.

01:56:03.000 They're going to try to increase their market share and go against and fight, create a war against the U.S.

01:56:11.000 What do you expect to happen short term, medium term, between the US being drug into this EU operation?

01:56:57.000 And you know, we have to understand the West sees this as Putin invading eastern Ukraine.

01:57:03.000 But to the average Russian, they believed Crimea was always theirs.

01:57:07.000 They believe that eastern Ukraine is always theirs. 0.76

01:57:10.000 To the average Russian, they believe Kiev is their historical founding city.

01:57:14.000 So for the Russians, they're fighting for what they believe is theirs.

01:57:18.000 The West America, the leaders in America today don't understand that, and I don't think they're prepared for what the Russians are going to put up here. 0.95

01:57:26.000 And remember, the Russians are not afraid of rattling the nuclear weapons, and Putin's talked about it publicly.

01:57:32.000 And this guy, you know, he's ready to play Russian roulette.

02:12:28.000 And isn't it convenient that the pipeline isn't built because he wouldn't have as much control and his railways wouldn't be supplied?

02:12:35.000 Now, the growth of the shipping oil via rail has increased by over 20 times since Warren Buffett bought the railway.

02:12:45.000 Number two, you look at George Soros, you know, he's trying to be seen as a, you know, a renaissance man globally.
