00:03:02.000 Those are supposedly states like California, Colorado, Nevada that are in the Democrat column there.

00:07:13.000 This is the NDAA, indefinite detention by the military, rendition of people that are hostile to the government.

00:07:21.000 This is exactly what we've been concerned about with the NDAA.

00:07:25.000 We can see that they are training for it in the cities now.

00:07:27.000 How much do you need to see?

00:07:30.000 We've produced documents showing how they have been creating training scenarios for this, creating military training facilities inside of military bases to train for this in America for a very long time.

00:07:42.000 And now we see this happening in Fort Lauderdale.

00:07:44.000 Now, of course, the document was not made public about the training going on in Fort Lauderdale, so people were just surprised to see that happening.

00:07:55.000 And that would be the way that it would be in Texas and Utah when Jade Helm begins if the document hadn't been made public. 0.97

00:08:05.000 We're trying to get people to see what they are training for, who they perceive as their enemies according to their scenario, according to their training.

00:08:12.000 And they train where they're going to fight and the way they're going to fight with people who look like their enemies.

00:08:20.000 The whole purpose of this exercise, they say, is to be able to move about In America?

00:08:25.000 So that Americans can't detect them?

00:08:28.000 Do you see something wrong with that?

00:08:32.000 So we're going to talk about the whole issue of what the mission of the military should be.

00:08:37.000 We need to have this discussion.

00:08:38.000 If we don't have this discussion pretty soon, we're not going to be able to have that discussion or any other political discussion.

00:08:44.000 We've also got some other news we're going to cover.

00:08:46.000 It looks like The move towards a sovereign state in the EU is picking up speed.

00:08:53.000 We keep seeing this brought up time and again and of course we have said from the very beginning that when they create these trade blocs like NAFTA, like the European Union, the whole purpose of it is to create a sovereign entity and then to join those regional sovereign entities into a larger collective until they get to a one world government.

00:09:12.000 That has always been the objective.

00:09:14.000 We see now that David Petraeus mentioned just last year, he said, well, what comes after North America?

00:09:19.000 What comes after America? 0.54

00:09:21.000 North America!

00:09:23.000 And then he went on to say that he was talking about the North American Union.

00:09:25.000 He says we're 20 years into the North American Union so we need to take a look at this.

00:09:29.000 It was 10 years ago that the Council on Foreign Relations with Ted Cruz's wife as one of the members of this committee was talking about what they should do with the North American Union and their solution, their key recommendation from the Council on Foreign Relations 10 years ago Was to make sure that there was one common border around the three countries, that they would have a common law enforcement that would presumably be run by the Homeland Security and the guys in Washington.

00:09:56.000 This is something that has always been in the cards for everyone.

00:09:59.000 Destroying the sovereignty of Mexico, of America and of Canada.

00:10:05.000 Subsuming them into a North American Union, doing the same in Europe. 0.60

00:10:08.000 And let's look at what's going on with this.

00:10:10.000 It was back in February, and we've reported this as well, when it happened, Alan Greenspan, former chair of the Federal Reserve, said that he predicted that Greece would exit from the Euro.

00:10:19.000 He thought that it was inevitable that that would happen.

00:10:22.000 They say, he goes on to say though, he said, the problem is that there is no way I can conceive of the Euro continuing unless and until all the members of the Eurozone become politically integrated.

00:10:36.000 Actually, even just fiscally integrated won't do it.

00:10:41.000 So in other words, they tell us, just as they told us about the North American Union, they said, this is about trade.

00:10:47.000 There's nothing but trade.

00:10:47.000 It's simply about trade.

00:10:49.000 We said it was to destroy the sovereignty of the three countries involved.

00:10:54.000 Same thing when they came in with the EU and with the Euro.

00:10:57.000 They said this is simply an economic trading zone.

00:11:01.000 Now they're saying that it's about political integration.

00:11:05.000 It's not enough just to have fiscal integration.

00:11:07.000 It's not enough just to have a trade zone.

00:11:09.000 You can't really make that work unless you can have a government that subsumes the whole area.

00:11:15.000 And so now they're telling us that about North America?

00:11:19.000 About the North American Union, now they're telling us that about the Euro.

00:11:22.000 Now today, we have an article that came out, Eurozone can't survive in its current form, says PIMCO.

00:11:27.000 Now PIMCO is the Pacific Investment Management Company.

00:11:31.000 It is one of the largest, well it is the largest rather, bond fund in the world.

00:11:37.000 And the manager of that bond fund said that the Eurozone is untenable in its current form and cannot survive unless countries are prepared to cede sovereignty And become a United States of Europe.

00:11:52.000 A United States of Europe. 0.67

00:11:54.000 So that's the next step.

00:11:56.000 Now, one more quote from that and I'll tell you where this is going the step after that.

00:11:59.000 Because the reason they are showing us that the North American Union and the European Union were about sovereignty all along is because they're working on the next step.

00:12:09.000 But before I leave this article, he also has this to say.

00:12:12.000 He says, will we get the United States of Europe?

00:12:15.000 It's not impossible, but Europe could also spend many decades in a hybrid form of political and fiscal federalism.

00:12:22.000 While there might not be one government, one passport, and one army, we could be moving closer to that, but just not yet.

00:12:31.000 Understand?

00:12:32.000 One government, one passport, one army.

00:12:37.000 Army for Europe.

00:12:38.000 See, because that's the next step.

00:12:40.000 You can't have a sovereign state without an army.

00:12:45.000 And you can't feed that army without taxes.

00:12:48.000 So at every level of sovereignty they're going to have to have some kind of an army to keep the people in line and a way to get that army fed.

00:12:56.000 So why are they coming out at this point about the Eurozone?

00:12:59.000 Why are they coming out about the North American Union?

00:13:01.000 It's because they are about to Run through the Trans-Pacific Partnership and the Trans-Atlantic Partnerships.

00:13:08.000 Those are being sold to us, as they're always sold to us, as simply a trade agreement.

00:13:14.000 The Trans-Pacific Partnership, the Trans-Atlantic Partnership, are trade agreements that are being negotiated in secret by corporate lobbyists.

00:13:21.000 And that's not an exaggeration, that's not hyperbole, it is no one but corporate lobbyists.

00:13:28.000 Our elected representatives are not allowed to see it.

00:13:31.000 We are not allowed to see what's going on with it.

00:13:33.000 The only thing we know about it are some leaks from the WikiLeaks people.

00:13:38.000 Other than that, we know nothing about it.

00:13:40.000 But we do know from those leaks...

00:13:42.000 We do know that it is already far beyond a trade agreement.

00:13:46.000 It will affect many things within the countries immediately.

00:13:50.000 But the long-term goal is not just to destroy or to take control of the internet.

00:13:58.000 It's not just to help the big pharmaceutical companies.

00:14:23.000 Greenspan and the manager of the world's biggest bond fund are saying the Eurozone is either going to break up or it's going to become the United States of Europe.

00:14:33.000 So they're saying that at the same time they're creating this transatlantic partnership and the trans-pacific partnership.

00:14:38.000 So they're going to take these zones of North America and Europe and they're going to unify them with these quote-unquote trade agreements that are being done in secret.

00:14:46.000 And of course the biggest deal is that they're fast-tracked.

00:14:49.000 That means that nobody is going to see this until about 24 hours before it has to be voted on.

00:14:55.000 No one will have time to actually look at the document in much detail.

00:14:59.000 And of course with fast-track, even if they don't like Something the Senate, there'll be no chance for anyone to change anything in the Senate or in the House.

00:15:09.000 They're not going to be able to make any changes.

00:15:10.000 It's going to be a take it all or leave it all.

00:15:13.000 And there's going to be so much pressure on them that they will take it all.

00:15:16.000 We see that happen over and over again.

00:15:19.000 Now in another area, we see that Newt Gingrich has come out and finally admitted But the GOP really doesn't want to repeal Obamacare.

00:15:27.000 He said this on Thursday.

00:15:29.000 He said it at a Washington, D.C.

00:15:31.000 health conference.

00:15:33.000 Actually, that was on Wednesday.

00:15:33.000 It was reported by USA Today on Thursday.

00:15:37.000 He said he doesn't think that Obamacare should be repealed.

00:15:40.000 And he says, Congressional Republicans who say they want to repeal it, really don't want to repeal it either.

00:21:22.000 And I'm talking about, when I say horrific torture, I'm not talking about the humiliation that we were told about a few years ago.

00:22:26.000 We know that they're using their truthiness rankings To essentially shut people down, not based on how popular a particular article is, because they don't want something to go viral.

00:22:38.000 So they're going to go into their knowledge vault, they say, and they're going to arbitrate as to what's correct and what isn't.

00:22:44.000 They're going to be the final arbiters of what's true, along with the lady and her husband and her cat at Snopes.

00:22:52.000 They're going to decide what's going to be allowed, and they're going to rake things according to their truthfulness, according to their knowledge vault.

00:22:59.000 That's another way to shut out the truth, to make it disappear, to flush it down the memory hole, and of course, to hurt people economically.

00:23:07.000 To take away their economic, the way that they can sustain their website, the way they can sustain their journalism.

00:24:11.000 They put it into the law, they've left it there now, several iterations of the National Defense Authorization Act, and so they have put it in there, said, we have to slip this in, you have to pass this budget, that funds the military, and of course we cannot not fund the military.

00:24:25.000 We can't even reduce its scope or size, and so they have left this in now for several years.

00:24:32.000 Obama said he wasn't going to sign it, then he signed it New Year's Eve, and then when people called him on it, he said, don't worry, I'm not going to enforce it.

00:24:41.000 Maybe it's for the next guy that follows him.

00:24:44.000 He'll be the one to enforce it.

00:24:46.000 We should all be very concerned about that.

00:33:56.000 And of course, we have pointed out many, many times the common connection between people committing suicide, many times preceded by the murder of their family, or people in their immediate vicinity with absolutely no feeling whatsoever for anyone, including themselves.

00:34:13.000 And that's apparently what we're seeing from this pilot.

00:34:17.000 Now, when I started looking for it, I started looking to see if I could find a connection with SSRIs, and I found a couple of sites that actually did mention SSRIs, because they kept saying that he was depressed, he was getting medication.

00:34:29.000 They would not name the medication.

00:34:31.000 They wouldn't even mention what class of medication it was, just that it was medication for being depressed.

00:34:37.000 And of course we know that the medication of choice For that illness is to give people SSRIs, which if you read the insert says that it produces suicidal thoughts.

00:34:49.000 One of the things that they talk about especially is the discontinuation syndrome.

00:34:54.000 In other words, when you stop it, it gets much, much worse.

00:34:57.000 So you go to a psychiatrist, you're depressed, you're having suicidal thoughts, he gives you a medication that exacerbates that.

00:35:04.000 And then when you realize that it's having really bad side effects in many other ways on you, and there are a lot of side effects with these SSRIs, when you realize that it's got these other side effects and you want to get off of this drug, you can't get off of it.

00:35:18.000 It's very dangerous to get off of it.

00:35:21.000 That's when it becomes even more dangerous than when you're taking it or when you weren't taking it.

00:35:26.000 So I'm looking for these SSRI connections and I found a couple of articles.

00:35:30.000 One of them was Voice of America.

00:35:32.000 You know, the propaganda outlet from the American government that was prohibited in the United States was created to go after the Russians and the Eastern Bloc as the Cold War began, and it was banned from operating in the United States, but they repealed that a couple of years ago because, you know, we have to be They're not winning the propaganda war, the information war.

00:35:53.000 They admit they're losing it.

00:35:54.000 They admit that it's just mindless propaganda.

00:35:56.000 So they've brought that back.

00:35:57.000 Well, it was interesting.

00:35:58.000 That was one of the ones that turned up and mentioned SSRIs as being the depressants.

00:36:03.000 And then when I went to look at the article, that had been taken out.

00:36:06.000 I found another one that mentioned SSRIs.

00:36:08.000 That had been taken out as well.

00:36:09.000 I screenshotted the Google searches, but it's absolutely amazing.

00:36:15.000 But I did find this on the Washington Post.

00:36:19.000 They said commercial pilots in the United States are grounded by FAA regulations if they're taking certain prescription drugs including all sedatives, all tranquilizers, all anti-psychotic drugs, and all antidepressants except, except for Prozac, Zoloft, Celexa, Lexapro.

00:36:39.000 The SSRIs. 0.77

00:36:41.000 It pays to have friends in high places, doesn't it?

00:36:44.000 And that was removed in 2010.

00:36:47.000 So, all antidepressants, all sedatives, all psychotic drugs, all tranquilizers, as you would expect, would be banned for pilots.

00:36:57.000 But then they removed that just for SSRIs.

00:37:01.000 The drugs that we know have these suicidal mass murder tendencies.

00:37:06.000 We have documented this over and over again.

00:37:08.000 You can go to multiple sites and get a long list.

00:37:11.000 We've run it at our site as well.

00:37:13.000 A long list of people that were involved with SSRIs that went on killing sprees.

00:37:18.000 And it doesn't have to be a gun.

00:37:19.000 Of course, that's the way they always spin it.

00:37:20.000 They say, well, we've got to get rid of the guns.

00:37:22.000 No, you have to get rid of the source.

00:37:23.000 The thing that's making people suicidal and turning them into mass murderers. 0.52

00:37:31.000 They say a pilot must also be on a stable dose of those medications for at least six months prior to flying.

00:37:36.000 In other words, that's the discontinuation syndrome.

00:37:40.000 Now, what did the FAA say?

00:37:41.000 So I looked at this a little bit closer.

00:37:43.000 The FAA, here's the actual ruling going back to April 2nd, 2010.

00:37:46.000 The FAA says, we approve SSRIs for medical certification.

00:37:53.000 Pilots taking certain types of common antidepressants may soon return to the air.

00:37:58.000 Isn't that comforting?

00:37:59.000 The FAA announced that it will allow special issuance medical certification for pilots who take four common medications for certain types of depressive disorders.

00:38:08.000 Beginning April 5, 2010, the agency will consider, for all classes of medical certification, the use of Prozac, Zoloft, Celexa, and Lexapro.

00:38:19.000 And they said this, before deciding to allow the medications, which are all SSRIs, the FAA conducted an extensive review of literature Assessing the risks and the benefits of antidepressant usage.

00:38:31.000 Where do you think they got that literature?

00:38:32.000 That's probably supplied to them by Big Pharma that sells the SSRIs and funds the studies and writes the literature.

00:38:43.000 So now they're saying, well, you know, they may face stricter psych evaluations, fine, but stop giving them SSRIs.

00:38:53.000 Of course, Time Magazine comes out and they say, well, we think the problem is privacy.

00:38:58.000 He didn't have to report that, and the airline couldn't look at all of the aspects of his own personal private life.

00:39:07.000 Giving up our privacy is always what's being pushed by the corporate media here in America, but that is not the answer.

00:41:35.000 But of course, it is really, the title is, an act revising laws related to filming law enforcement officers during the conduct of official duties.

00:41:44.000 That's precisely when they should be filmed.

00:41:48.000 We're not interested in filming them as they go about their private life.

00:41:51.000 They should have a private life, just as we should have a private life.

00:41:54.000 But the very government that doesn't want us, including the officers, to have any privacy at home...

00:42:00.000 Also says that when they are on official duty, they should not be filmed.

00:42:03.000 That's precisely when they should be filmed.

00:42:05.000 And so they have an idea.

00:42:07.000 They're going to give you a permit to film law enforcement activities with a lot of stipulations on it.

00:42:13.000 A law enforcement agency that allows a law enforcement officer to be accompanied and filmed retains full control over the content of any recording and must approve its use and any edited versions of the content Before the content or edited content may be aired.

00:42:36.000 So if you film something that they don't like, it doesn't go up.

00:53:18.000 What they're trying to do is they're trying to get the American people to acquiesce to the military operating in their midst to understand that or to feel as if these people are so powerful they cannot be opposed.

00:53:31.000 This unconventional warfare targets civilian populations psychologically to win hearts and minds.

00:53:37.000 It only targets military and political bodies directly seeking to render the military proficiency of the enemy to be irrelevant.

00:53:52.000 What kind of regime change are we looking for here in America?

00:53:56.000 Well, they have been doing a lot to change the way America operates.

00:54:21.000 Posse Comitatus in the Latin means power of the community.

00:54:26.000 They shortened it to a posse.

00:54:27.000 You've all heard of the Western posse.

00:54:29.000 The idea being that you did not have in America until the latter part of the 20th century, you did not have a permanent standing army of policemen in uniforms with guns.

00:54:40.000 No, what you had was a sheriff, maybe a couple of deputies.

00:54:43.000 If there was something major that had happened, if there was a riot, if there was a bank robbery, the sheriff would come around.

00:54:49.000 He would get the members of the community who were armed because they were not slaves.

00:54:53.000 They had the means, the ability, the right to protect themselves.

00:54:57.000 So they had arms.

00:54:58.000 They would be collected by the sheriff and they would put together a posse to take care of that bank robber or to put down that riot.

00:55:04.000 So it was the power of the community, posse comitatus.

00:55:08.000 And of course, you know, as I said, they shortened it essentially to posse.

00:55:12.000 You know, you don't want to hear, um...

00:55:15.000 John Wayne talking about posse comitatus sounds too pedantic.

00:55:18.000 You know, it's like, yeah, let's get the posse.

00:55:20.000 Let's go get these guys. 0.92

00:55:22.000 It was essentially like the militia as opposed to a permanent professional standing army because they understood that you don't want to be under professional military people.

00:55:34.000 You don't want to be under a police state.

00:55:37.000 And so what you have is the community with power, not a few people who are in law enforcement.

00:55:42.000 And look at what we have today.

00:55:43.000 We have police, we have sheriffs, we have highway patrol.

00:55:49.000 Everywhere you are you've got three levels of people in uniforms with guns standing there to harass you like highway robbers.

00:55:58.000 That's what it's about.

00:55:59.000 Look at what happened in New York when they shut things down because they got angry with the mayor who didn't stand with them when they choked Eric Garner to death over an unpaid cigarette tax.

00:56:12.000 They said, fine.

00:56:14.000 You're not going to stand behind us?

00:56:15.000 You're going to throw us under the bus when we enforce your petty rules and regulations based on getting revenue?

00:56:22.000 Then we're not going to do that.

00:56:24.000 We're not going to collect that for you.

00:56:24.000 We're not going to write tickets or arrest people unless it is absolutely necessary.

00:56:30.000 95% drop in arrests and tickets because 95%, probably much more, but at least 95% they admitted was unnecessary of what they did.

00:56:42.000 See, when people look at this and say, we should have the power in the community, we should have a militia instead of a permanent standing army, we should have a posse that is called together by a sheriff instead of having a massive police force that oppresses the people, harasses the people, eats out their substance, as the founders of this country put in the Declaration of Independence.

00:57:07.000 We need to understand what's going on with that.

00:57:09.000 We need to take back that power.

00:57:10.000 We need to question the role of these men with arms that we've put in to rule over us like overseers on a plantation.

00:57:18.000 Just because you're operating in the house of the plantation doesn't mean you got a good deal or you're safe.

00:57:26.000 The people who are doing hard time out in the field, they understood they didn't want to be slaves.

00:57:29.000 But a lot of the people who are working in the House, they kind of like that deal.

00:57:34.000 But it's not a good thing.

00:57:37.000 And the way you're going to get it is to get rid of these permanent police state operations, to get rid of the standing military.

01:00:53.000 Understand that when Madison and the other founders of this country created the Constitution, they did not envision a permanent standing army.

01:01:02.000 What they envisioned was an officer corps, the army, and a permanent navy.

01:01:06.000 Of course, they didn't have an air force at that time.

01:01:08.000 The air force could also be permanent.

01:01:10.000 But they did not envision a permanent standing military.

01:01:13.000 They knew that historically that had always been used to oppress the people.

01:01:18.000 They explicitly talked about the Roman Empire.

01:01:20.000 So the Roman Empire, you don't need to have an army unless you're going to project power like an empire, unless you're going to invade other countries.

01:01:27.000 If you're going to defend invaders, if you're going to be like Switzerland, for example, What you're best served by is an armed citizenry.

01:01:36.000 Switzerland was the only country that was not invaded.

01:01:38.000 Why?

01:01:39.000 Because they followed the model that the American founders set up.

01:01:44.000 We did not follow that model.

01:01:46.000 We don't follow that model anymore.

01:01:48.000 But we used to.

01:01:50.000 We used to have a militia that would respond to invasion and defend their land.

01:01:54.000 But they're not going to get the Swiss people to go abroad and take over other countries.

01:02:01.000 And of course, if you go back to World War II, my family is watching a series that we'd never seen when it first came out, Band of Brothers.

01:02:08.000 I know most people have seen it by now.

01:02:09.000 We didn't.

01:02:10.000 We don't watch that much television.

01:02:12.000 We're going through and looking at World War II and you know that the people there, they were adamant that they wanted to sign up.

01:02:17.000 They saw their country as having been attacked.

01:02:19.000 They wanted to defend it.

01:02:20.000 That was the mindset of the people.

01:02:23.000 And so you had a massive citizen army under a core of officers that were there that were permanent.

01:02:31.000 They realized with Vietnam that they could not rely on a draft or the citizens to fulfill their vision of empire. 0.95

01:02:38.000 And so they went to a professional army.

01:02:40.000 Now the problem is that with a professional army you have people who are going to be far more susceptible to political considerations, who are going to be looking at their career.

01:02:51.000 And they're not going to be coming at it from the standpoint of just merely protecting their country.

01:02:57.000 We could look at this and we could say, well, you know, this whole idea of not having massive police forces, just having a very, very tiny police force that calls upon the community if there's something major that they need assistance for, as we saw in America, in the West, the Posse.

01:03:14.000 To say that we could go with that, or to say that we could go with a militia,

01:03:18.000 that would uh... be called up under an officer corps uh... people say well that's an anachronism we can't really have that anymore because that's just uh... we don't uh... we have uh... it's a different world it's a modern world nobody said to the founders at the time they were talking about the dangers of a standing army nobody said to them well you know yeah that happened with the roman people but you know today we've we've got uh... uh... we got muskets you know this is this is much more dangerous than it was uh... at the time of the roman empire look

01:03:51.000 That's why their understanding of human nature, their understanding of history, their understanding of how people behave when they get power, that was why they set up a system of checks and balances.

01:04:04.000 And we're seeing those kinds of abuses as we look at these exercises that are being done within America to take away civilians.

01:04:13.000 You gotta ask yourself, when they want to move around, when their stated purpose is to move around in American cities with Operation Jade Helm, or Jade Helm Exercise, I guess they call it, when their stated objective is to move around in America and not be detected by Americans, do you see a problem with that?

01:04:31.000 I don't think that's a legitimate thing for our government to be doing.

01:04:34.000 And as we're looking at this film footage from Fort Lauderdale, where they did their unannounced exercise last night, we see people being herded up into white vans and driven off.

01:07:52.000 Places like California and Colorado, states that are in the Democrat column.

01:07:57.000 And of course, we have seen over the last several years a lot of Military drills inside urban cities.

01:08:05.000 And that's something we should all be very concerned about.

01:08:07.000 Just as this one that we were showing in the last hour in Fort Lauderdale was not announced.

01:09:18.000 And when I was looking at the comments on the Daily Mail, which did a balanced report of this, these are some of the comments.

01:09:26.000 One of the persons said, the U.S.

01:09:27.000 military wants to know if American soldiers can remain undetected while operating among other Americans.

01:09:33.000 What's wrong with this explanation?

01:09:34.000 Yeah, there is something very wrong with that.

01:09:38.000 When the American government is operating on it.

01:09:40.000 We have special forces who are operating in unconventional warfare, which they admit is a psychological operation.

01:09:48.000 As we broke this, Joe Biggs got an email from a friend of his that he had fought with in Afghanistan or Iraq that said, shut up, you're going to ruin the PSYOP.

01:09:56.000 It is a PSYOP.

01:09:57.000 That's what unconventional warfare is.

01:09:59.000 They're trying to train, equip, and advise locals who are going to be with them on regime change.

01:10:06.000 That's what's wrong with this whole thing.

01:10:07.000 A lot of people say, well, you know, we need the military and we need to have protection of our borders because we've got these dangerous drug cartels and 100,000 people have been killed in Mexico over the drug wars that we helped to create with our drug prohibition issues.

01:10:23.000 But of course, these dangerous drug cartels could come in and start doing that in the United States.

01:10:27.000 So we need to have the military trained for that.

01:10:28.000 That is not what they're training for.

01:10:30.000 When they go in, as you can see in this video, they are training for extraction of people.

01:10:35.000 They're training to get people on the red list, people on the blue list.

01:10:40.000 You should be very concerned about the fact, and I was mentioning the standing army, they understand.

01:10:45.000 That if they've got a large army, they're going to be people who are not happy with what they're doing.

01:10:49.000 People whose loyalty doesn't lie to the institution, but lies to their country.

01:10:54.000 People whose loyalty is to their homeland, not to the government necessarily.

01:10:59.000 And when the government comes after people in their homeland, unjustified, they will stand back.

01:11:03.000 They won't do that.

01:11:04.000 That's why it's dangerous.

01:11:05.000 I don't want to see people conscripted into the army.

01:11:08.000 What I'm saying is that that's one of the reasons why they go to a permanent professional army, is so they get people that they can put a different level, a different kind of pressure on.

01:11:17.000 And of course that army continues to shrink down.

01:11:20.000 Donald Rumsfeld wanted a smaller army when they went to Afghanistan and Iraq.

01:11:25.000 They wanted to use special forces with high-tech weapons.

01:11:28.000 It wasn't very effective.

01:11:29.000 They eventually did the troop surge, but that's the goal.

01:11:31.000 And let me tell you, if you look at these nightmare weapons that DARPA is creating, Many of which you don't know about.

01:11:37.000 Some of them they let us know about, but they're far beyond that.

01:11:40.000 There's a lot of secret stuff that they have that you don't know anything about.

01:11:44.000 When you combine that with special forces, it is truly, truly an awesome military and something that is totally out of our control.

01:11:54.000 This is a black ops military that's being created.

01:11:56.000 These are the boots on the ground for the CIA and the NSA, for the secret surveillance state, where we can't know anything that they're doing.

01:12:05.000 That's the way these people operate.

01:12:07.000 We should be very afraid of a government like that.

01:12:10.000 Let's play this clip from, it was about two years ago, I think, in 2013 we did this report.

01:12:18.000 Let's play this where they're talking in LA about why they trained in urban areas.

01:12:24.000 Special military operation forces in conjunction with the LAPD conducting some military maneuvers that had many people wondering what is going on.

01:12:33.000 When a Black Hawk helicopter and four OH-6s, or little birds, flew over the city.

01:12:39.000 Duran says the military picks environments based on what they might be facing in the near future.

01:12:44.000 If it's a mountainous terrain, they go to mountains.

01:12:46.000 If it's a desert terrain, they use the desert.

01:12:48.000 Also, what we saw here tonight in downtown Los Angeles has been seen in Miami and in Boston.

01:12:55.000 You noticed what he said.

01:12:56.000 Let's hold it right there.

01:12:57.000 You heard what the guy from the military said.

01:12:59.000 We're going to train to fight in the mountains if we're going to be fighting in the mountains.

01:13:05.000 So they're fighting, not just in an urban environment, they're fighting in an American urban environment.

01:13:10.000 That's a very important distinction to understand there.

01:13:13.000 And when they push back on this, what they originally came back and said, their denials were, well, I don't really know what InfoWars is talking about.

01:13:22.000 They wouldn't talk about us by name.

01:13:24.000 Because they didn't want people to go to our site to see the evidence that we had.

01:13:28.000 They don't want people to come to our site to see that these scenarios have been developing over many years.

01:40:53.000 There was a flyer that we got, and it talked about if you saw a bear, the best thing you could do from the bear, the worst thing you could do is to run from the bear.

01:41:01.000 The best thing you can do is stand up, try to look impressive, try to show him you're going to fight back, yell and scream at him, throw stuff at him if necessary, but do not run and cower in fear.

01:41:18.000 When people, when you see the government doing stuff that it shouldn't be doing, you don't stand down.

01:41:45.000 That's why you're seeing laws being introduced in multiple states, like the one I pointed out in Montana, where they want to license you to film the police doing their official business and then maintain editorial control even after you get that license.

01:41:58.000 So I think we should all Uh, speak out about that and, uh, and have a discussion as to what the proper role of the military is.

01:42:12.000 I think we need to, as we see this, we need to step back and we need to say, let's talk about what the proper role of the military is.

01:42:20.000 I wish I was more educated as to what to say, but just the whole thing having military presence, everyone around, and basically putting them at odds with us is just a bad idea.

01:47:49.000 And when 9-11 happened, I live in Louisville, Kentucky, and I tell you in this town, the Kentucky Derby is like a total police state in this county.

01:47:57.000 They want to condition people every year how safer and safer they are when you have more feds and more military and everybody blending together with these armed You know, tyrants, what I call them.

01:48:10.000 That's what's going on in this country.

01:48:12.000 And these people under 35 and younger have no clue.

01:48:15.000 They're just like, well, what's the big deal?

01:48:18.000 Or they don't care or they don't see it because, you know, being tracked is trendy.

01:48:22.000 There's nothing wrong with Big Brother looking at you.

01:48:24.000 And Chris, they've grown up in school with armed guards.

01:48:54.000 And as you rightly pointed out, the younger generation is totally acclimated to this.

01:49:01.000 That's what's so perversive about this and what's so dangerous about this is the way that they are acclimating everyone to living in this.

01:49:09.000 You know, with the cell phones, you get stalled before you're being tracked.

01:49:09.000 Absolutely.

01:49:13.000 You're going to be tracked.

01:49:14.000 It's like what, everywhere you go, you got Wi-Fi, satellite systems are going to track you.

01:49:19.000 All this stuff about missing this and that crime, whatever the case may be, you're tracked.

01:49:24.000 You're guilty to proven innocence.

01:49:26.000 That's what we're getting into.

01:49:28.000 Absolutely, and you look at the Stingray, for example, you're talking about tracking people.

01:49:32.000 They're collecting everyone's information with these fake cell phone towers.

01:49:36.000 They would not even tell the judges where they got this information because they had something that was more important than their oath to the Constitution, more important than enforcing the law.

01:49:45.000 They had something that's called a non-disclosure agreement that they'd signed with Harris Corporation, so they weren't going to talk about the Stingray.

01:49:51.000 And actually had a case where the judge said, well, you don't have a nondisclosure agreement with me.

01:49:55.000 At that point, the law enforcement said, well, we'll just dismiss the case then.

01:50:01.000 Let this criminal go rather than do that.

01:50:03.000 And of course, the problem is we just had a case come out of Charlotte, North Carolina, where they're talking about the fact that they're using Stingray.

01:50:10.000 They admit that they're using Stingray.

01:50:12.000 And they say, but we're disclosing this, we disclosed the fact that we collected this evidence to the defendants, so they can't use that as a way to turn back the conviction in many cases.

01:50:22.000 The problem is, is that they're not getting a search warrant to search these people or to search others.

01:50:27.000 It isn't the fact that they disclosed it or didn't disclose it to the defense attorneys.

01:50:30.000 The fact is, is that they did not get a search warrant.

01:50:33.000 When we allow the government to get rid of things like search warrants, when we allow them going all the way back to the RICO statutes in 1970 with Richard Nixon, they said, we've got to go after organized crime.

01:50:42.000 So we're going to give the government the power to confiscate people's property without actually finding them guilty of a crime.

01:50:48.000 Once you break the law in fundamental ways like that, once you break the idea of the presumption of innocence, once you break the idea that you have to convict somebody before you can penalize them, then all bets are off.

01:51:00.000 And that's what's happening right now with this massive dragnet surveillance state that we have.

01:51:04.000 It's going to have the same kind of effects down the line that we have seen that came about with the RICO statute, with the civil asset forfeiture of Reagan in 1986.

01:51:15.000 Pull you over and steal your car without even charging with a crime, let alone finding you guilty of a crime.

01:51:21.000 That's the kind of thing we have to be worried about, and that's what's happening now with this police state.

01:51:26.000 You're absolutely right.

01:51:27.000 It's rolling this out, conditioning the public to seeing the military.

01:51:31.000 Everywhere and and unfortunately it seems to be working because most of the younger people I see are really passive about this because they have seen it as they grew up in the schools, on the streets, everywhere.

01:51:43.000 They're just rolling it out to a larger area.

01:51:45.000 Was there anything else you want to say, Chris?

01:51:47.000 Yeah, I just wanted to say that, you know, there's a lot of good people in government.

01:51:52.000 Folks, step up.

01:51:54.000 Especially the sheriff.

01:51:56.000 The sheriff has the power in their county to say no to this and give them gun rights and freedom and federal surveillance, whatever.

01:52:05.000 The sheriff has the power.

01:52:07.000 And you know, people are stepping up in certain areas.

01:52:07.000 Absolutely.

01:52:10.000 We've had in Wyoming as well as in New Mexico, we've had the state legislatures step up, for example, with civil asset forfeiture.

01:52:18.000 And I didn't get a chance to cover this today.

01:52:19.000 We'll cover it tomorrow.

01:52:20.000 But we had the legislature, I believe it was unanimous in both the House and the Senate in New Mexico, said they wanted to stop civil asset forfeiture.

01:52:27.000 They wanted to make sure that the government could not steal your property without charging you and convicting you of something that was a crime.

01:52:35.000 And it looks like the governor is maybe not going to sign that bill.

01:52:39.000 We just had a similar thing happen in Wyoming, where both the State House and Senate passed a bill to stop civil asset forfeiture.

01:52:46.000 And amazingly, the governor, I think his name is Meade in Wyoming, said, no, civil asset forfeiture is a right.

01:52:53.000 In other words, the government has a right to confiscate your property for no reason at all.

01:52:58.000 And he says, crime should not pay, especially drug crime.

01:53:02.000 Well, you know what?

01:53:03.000 Theft should not pay, especially when the government steals.

01:53:06.000 And that's what the government is becoming.

01:53:07.000 Just like Lysander Spooner said, the difference between a highwayman and the government is that the highwayman just takes your purse and then leaves you alone, whereas the government steals your money and follows you down the road nagging you.

01:53:18.000 Well, it's getting much worse than that.

01:53:20.000 They kill people, they steal everything without even charging you with a crime.

01:55:16.000 I mentioned the fact that a lot of the people who brought up the same objections about Barack Obama saying that his father was not a U.S.

01:55:23.000 citizen, his mother was, and then there was the question of whether or not he was born in the United States.

01:55:28.000 But we know that Ted Cruz was not born in the United States.

01:55:30.000 We know that his father was not a U.S.

01:55:32.000 citizen.

01:55:33.000 We know that his mother was, so that brings up an issue of the same thing as what is a natural born citizen.

01:55:39.000 I think it's very important, although that's not precisely defined as to what a natural born citizen is, I think that's a very important aspect, but I see people on the right basically giving him a pass.

01:55:51.000 What bothers me even more is the fact that his wife was very much involved not only with the Council on Foreign Relations, but also in terms of producing this plan for NAFTA, basically saying that the North American Union should have a common border around all three countries.

01:56:07.000 She was a part of that.

01:56:09.000 I would think that if you're going to run for president that you might want to pull back from that.

01:56:15.000 Of course, she's also a Goldman Sachs banker.

01:56:17.000 Before that, I think it was JP Morgan she was working with.

01:56:19.000 And his father, who was working against Castro, I cannot believe that somebody that would be working to overthrow Castro would not have CIA connections.

01:56:29.000 So, all of that gives me a lot to be concerned about Ted Cruz.

01:56:34.000 And I just hope that he's not a libertarian, Manchurian candidate. 0.98

01:56:38.000 I think the thing that's really going to Going to tell us, Rob, is I think we need to see how these guys are going to break all of them.

01:56:46.000 Ted Cruz, Rand Paul, any Republican candidate.

01:56:49.000 I think we need to see what these guys are going to do with the Transatlantic and the Trans-Pacific Partnership.

01:56:54.000 That should tell us where their loyalties lie.

01:56:56.000 Do their loyalties lie to corporate global governance and the big banks or does it lie to a constitutional sovereign people?

01:57:03.000 I think, however, most of them at the federal level think that it's already a fait accompli.

01:57:10.000 We've already lost America as General Petraeus says.

01:57:14.000 That's why I think we need to start working and not pay so much attention to the presidential races as we do to try to roll things back at the state level just like we saw the legislatures in New Mexico and in Wyoming stop this madness of civil asset forfeiture.

01:57:29.000 I think we can We can do that with state nullification, and I think we need to have jury nullification.

01:57:34.000 People need to understand their rights as jurors because that's the way you shut down bad state laws as well, not just the bad encroachments from the federal government.
