02:42:02.000 He was a mole in the shell headed by Ranfi Yusuf.

02:42:12.000 Being a former New York City Mafia member, Youssef thought he also wanted to undermine the United States.

02:42:22.000 So Youssef started giving him quite a bit of information on al-Qaeda activities, including information on several planned al-Qaeda attacks that did occur.

02:42:41.000 I'm talking about Gregory Scarborough Jr., whose father was Mafia capo, and his father and FBI agents in the New York City offices were involved in murders.

02:43:22.000 Well, Washington deep-sixed the information and the reason they did that, they were planning to discredit this young mafia individual who was planned to testify in several murder trials about the murders that his father committed with the help of specific people in the FBI office.

02:43:58.000 So since the Department of Justice was planning to discredit the sworn testimony he was given, now they're confronted with the same fellow providing insider information.

02:44:46.000 He was undergoing trial for the World Trade Center bombing and the plan of a dozen U.S. airliners in the Middle East.

02:45:00.000 Then the next information, and then that TWA 800 happened several weeks thereafter.

02:45:07.000 And the next one was the planned bombing of U.S. embassies.

02:45:29.000 And I go into how easy it would have been to prevent it.

02:45:36.000 The primary reasons for preventing it for the terrorists being able to get on the aircraft or the flight attendants had keys.

02:45:51.000 Well, it was obvious to any street thug that all they had to do was get the key from a mostly female flight attendant, they could go in the cockpit and confront the crew.

02:46:04.000 But then the Department of Justice, now that was criminal.

02:46:09.000 So what I did, after that happened, I filed a federal lawsuit.

02:46:16.000 First I filed it in a federal court in Washington D.C.

02:46:22.000 And this is on the basis of the Federal Crime Reporting Statute.

02:46:26.000 And they refused to file it, when they had a mandatory duty to do so.

02:46:32.000 So then I submitted it for filing in New York City, and Judge Michael McCaskey, he refused to file it.

02:46:45.000 It wasn't until about a year later, when I notified every member of the Supreme Court justices of the latest obstruction of justice by federal judges that then my action was filed.

02:47:03.000 And then within a few minutes, they dismissed it.

02:47:07.000 So they didn't want this information to get out.

02:47:13.000 Now, if you want to go into more detail than anywhere, but that's my, uh, the information I have, actually, that portion of it.

02:47:50.000 The 9-11 Commission was pretty well controlled by the same Department of Justice people who were involved in the deep-sixing.

02:48:38.000 That was the usual cover up whereby the NTSB said there was light turbulence when the plane took off, so the tail ripped off.
