02:15:22.000 What was interesting was that they would take these poor people who might not have been, they were poor, they might not have been the smartest, they might not have been educated, they had a hard time with schedules, but they were the parents.

03:13:25.000 Let us bring a case against the government saying that this is a violation of the treaties provision or some particular aspect of the Constitution.

03:13:34.000 The Supreme Court then grants certiorari or the right of review.

03:13:38.000 But something tells me that the Supreme Court, based upon the current framework, is going to merely say, this is within the province of the legislature, this is within the province of the president, this is within the realm of possibilities of legislation, and even though you may not agree with it, what your remedy is, is to kick somebody out of office.

03:14:03.000 You know, the word treason is something which is a fascinating subject.

03:14:07.000 The idea to me that something is so reprehensible, so contrary to the rudiments of this country and to the bases of this Constitution, I would venture to say that that word means virtually nothing today.

03:14:22.000 The thing that I don't understand, and this is the part that I have talked to Alex about and others as well, Is that there was a time when we as the United States were the only game in town and we thought about what really affected us.

03:14:39.000 What was it that affected us and our way of thinking and our livelihood?

03:14:43.000 Did it present a clear and present danger to us?

03:14:47.000 Not something theoretical.

03:14:49.000 Because ask yourself, what was the last engagement, the last war, the last military action that we ever got involved in that dealt with a real and true threat to this country?

03:15:01.000 Something that was direct and absolute.

03:15:04.000 I'm still waiting.

03:15:06.000 You know, I was here on that terrible day in 2001, on September the 11th.

03:15:12.000 And I was here.

03:15:13.000 And I remember, I remember how I felt.

03:15:17.000 And I remember at the time how Being a part of this, and the smell, and the sound, and the attitude that lingered in New York.

03:15:27.000 I remember at the time thinking, I don't care who was responsible for this, I wanted to get them.

03:15:35.000 And I'll never forget this, because now I look back and I say it almost, I'm almost ashamed of what I've done, because I was so angry.

03:15:44.000 And it didn't really matter who was involved, whether Afghanistan was involved or Iraq, it didn't matter to me.

03:15:51.000 And then after the fact, after the smoke cleared, literally and actually, after I started to read, and after I awakened and woke up and saw what was going on, I realize that I had this particular piece of terror used as a fulcrum, as a wedge.

03:16:10.000 It was used against me to lure me into going along and just signing off on this.

03:16:16.000 And then little by little I found out that these People, these countries, that were allegedly responsible for this horror that I saw and felt and experienced, that Afghanistan, lo and behold, happened to be the Saudi Arabia of lithium. 0.83

03:16:39.000 And that all of these countries that miraculously were involved somehow tangentially or theoretically with 9-11, all of them had tremendous assets that other people wanted.

03:17:48.000 And I am seeing the First Amendment and the Second Amendment for sure, the Third Amendment, we haven't had much of a problem with that, quartering soldiers at your home against your will, but Fourth Amendment search and seizure and Fifth Amendment in due process, all of them are systematically being eroded, little by little, bit by bit.

03:18:07.000 And if all is said and done, when we look back on this wonderful civilization of ours, this is going to be the thing that changed everything.

03:18:17.000 I always ask this, and I want you to think about this, and I appreciate Alex allowing me the chance to do this, but I want you to imagine if you could meet Hamilton or Jefferson or Madison today, or George Orwell, Mr. Blair, and you could have a conversation with them.
