01:37:27.000 And the word is that Rahm Emanuel, the current mayor of Chicago, who just won re-election against Choi Garcia, who actually beat, almost beat him in the first election, and then he was forced into a runoff.

01:37:47.000 He kept Rahm under 50%, forcing Rahm into a runoff.

01:37:51.000 That Rahm Emanuel is building up a political war chest to run for president in 2020.

01:37:59.000 And also, it's quite apparent why former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich received an unbelievable 14-year sentence in federal prison for allegedly trying to sell Obama's Senate seat. it's quite apparent why former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich received

01:38:17.000 The reason for that is that Blagojevich, who actually the appeals court just shaved or took five counts off of his conviction, five charges were dropped, yet the judge, James Zagel, refuses to reduce Blagojevich's James Zagel, refuses to reduce Blagojevich's sentence.

01:38:38.000 This 14-year sentence is crazy when you look at this as a supposed crime.

01:38:45.000 But this is the idea behind it.

01:38:48.000 The 14 years would, of course, cover Obama's eight years in the presidency.

02:11:44.000 Well, you know, Alex, the biggest thing since we last talked, China's bubble and stocks finally burst.

02:11:51.000 It means nothing when a stock bubble bursts 10% or 20%.

02:11:54.000 That can just be an ordinary correction.

02:11:58.000 35% in a little over three weeks, and how much would it have been if the government had not come in with a half a trillion dollar fund to buy their own stocks?

02:12:07.000 And this came after the government in China had been buying empty real estate to prop up that market that's been falling.

02:12:14.000 And after they created the greatest bubble in history by moving a half a billion people, low-skilled people, from rural areas to urban areas in the shortest period of time in history, China is the greatest bubble in history. 0.93

02:12:29.000 It is finally coming unraveled.

02:12:31.000 That's why I am confident that we are within, I'd say, weeks of the global bubble bursting again.

02:12:40.000 China was the first thing, actually before that in March.

02:12:43.000 Germany, the leading market in Europe, looked like it peaked to me.

02:12:48.000 And then the China crash in late May and end of July.

02:12:53.000 And now I think the U.S.

02:12:55.000 markets are going to start heading down by early September, probably peaking in the next week or two.

02:13:00.000 So I think this is happening.

02:13:03.000 And the other big factor is that And I don't get why the oil miners don't totally get this.

02:13:09.000 In the stock markets, oil keeps dropping.

02:13:12.000 You predicted three years ago that when we hit the cliff, oil would go to 40.

02:13:16.000 Now it looks like it's worse than you say.

02:13:18.000 Bloomberg's talking about $30 crude.

02:13:21.000 Yeah, I'm actually talking, I've been talking for years about 10 to 20 down the road.

02:13:26.000 I think we're going to see $32 in the next few months.

02:13:31.000 And what that says is, and again, the markets still don't fully get this because everybody's thinking oil is going to come back to 70, 80.

02:13:37.000 The fracking industry.

02:13:39.000 A trillion-dollar industry that's created hundreds of thousands of jobs, directly and indirectly, $600 billion in junk bonds and highly leveraged debt.

02:13:49.000 This industry is going to be dead.

02:13:51.000 It's a bubble industry.

02:13:53.000 It's a high-cost industry.

02:13:54.000 The debts, because I know because a lot of folks in Texas are involved, the debts are all coming due.

02:13:58.000 By next year, it's all bankrupt.

02:14:00.000 Could that be the detonator in the U.S.

02:14:01.000 sector?

02:14:03.000 Yeah, exactly.

02:14:04.000 I think China is the detonator for the global markets in the world because it's the biggest bubble.

02:14:09.000 And it's kind of like Japan in the early 90s cracking.

02:14:11.000 But for the United States, I think the first debt bubble to crack will be these frackers.

02:14:17.000 And when they start defaulting, jump on rates will go up for other high risk borrowers.

02:14:23.000 And then you get a whole thing like the subprime crisis in 2008.

02:14:26.000 There was only four states that had a big subprime problem.

02:14:32.000 And underwater household and it triggered a global downturn.

02:14:35.000 That's what happened.

02:14:36.000 Too much in debt.

02:14:38.000 All it takes is a trigger.

02:14:39.000 It's not that the subprime crisis was the biggest trend.

02:14:42.000 It's that the whole world was too much in debt.

02:14:45.000 Demographics were starting to decline as we predicted for years.

02:14:49.000 And this whole thing has only been kept together since 2008, when it started to crash last time, by endless money printing.

02:14:56.000 Sure, sure.

02:14:57.000 I mean, you've documented the problem.

02:14:58.000 You've been 100% that on.

02:15:00.000 It's frightening.

02:15:01.000 What happens next, now that you're closer?

02:15:19.000 Well, you know, first of all, our overall picture has been that, you know, we've seen higher highs in every boom and bubble, again in 2000, and then again in 2007, and then 2015 now.

02:15:35.000 We're seeing that we're going to go from a Dow recently of 18,300, we might get a little higher than that, I doubt it, but down to 5,500 to 6,000, that's a bigger crash than we had last time, the largest crash Since the Great Depression in 29 to 32.

02:15:53.000 So, but that's going to take a couple years.

02:15:55.000 What I've been warning investors, especially in the last several months.

02:16:01.000 When you have a bubble like this, you can't wait to prove that it's over and then get out because the first downturn is typically 30 to 40 percent.

02:16:12.000 That just happened in China.

02:16:14.000 35 percent down in a little over three weeks.

02:16:17.000 In the 2000 tech crash, the first downturn in two and a half months, 40 percent.

02:16:23.000 In the 1929 bubble burst in the United States, 40 percent down in the first downturn.

02:16:28.000 So you have to get out ahead of this I think we just bounce off of this Chinese devaluation move, another desperate move to save a failing economy, and I think we'll bounce for a week or two, and then the Chinese market will turn back down and start collapsing.

02:16:45.000 Oil prices will bounce from 42 here, which is something I predicted just weeks ago.

02:16:50.000 So we are in the dead cat bounce right now?

02:16:53.000 Yeah, we'll get a little dead cat bounce in stocks.

02:16:56.000 Actually, stocks may hit a new high slightly.

02:16:59.000 Oil will bounce from $42 to, I don't know, $48 or $50.

02:17:02.000 And then next thing you know, it'll be at $32.

02:17:05.000 When it hits $32 for the second time since 2008 in that massive crash, Stock market's going to finally realize in the junk bond market that finances these risky companies that the crackers are dead.

02:17:18.000 They're over.

02:17:19.000 They've run out their wells at low cost once they've developed them, and they don't ever build any new wells again, and a trillion dollar industry dies and starts at the fall.

02:17:29.000 So that, again, is the biggest trigger in the United States, I see.

02:17:35.000 Wow, and then we've got all these other economic things happening.

02:17:39.000 You talked about Europe, you talked about the EU, you talked about Greece defaulting.

02:17:43.000 Looking at Europe, how does that play into all this?

02:17:46.000 Then we've got Obamacare hitting, that's like a wet blanket on the economy.

02:17:50.000 We've got Obama taxes just wrecking everything. 0.53

02:17:53.000 And it looks like Washington is trying to put the country into a cardiac arrest.

02:17:59.000 Well, you know, again, what governments are really doing, they created this bubble in the first place.

02:18:07.000 And then when the whole thing started unraveling in 2008, they started printing money out of nowhere.

02:18:13.000 You know, like 10 trillion dollars around the world, 4 trillion just in the United States, just to keep the economy from collapsing and the banking system from collapsing.

02:18:25.000 So they're just covering up what they're doing.

02:18:28.000 And you can see China's situation keeps getting worse.

02:18:33.000 You know, they do X, then they do Y, then they do Z, but then they have to do another thing.

02:18:40.000 You cannot keep a bubble going forever.

02:18:44.000 And China is the largest in history, but Europe has its bubble and they keep trying to stimulate.

02:18:54.000 This thing's going to come I think, Alex, when I look at history, when you do have major crashes, it is September and early to mid-October when the first crashes usually hit the hardest and strongest.

02:26:53.000 And I'm saying that in the Great Depression, in times like this of deleveraging, those financial assets, loans fail, bonds go down in value, and especially stocks, that money gets wiped out.

02:27:06.000 And it took 24 years for stocks to get back to their highs in 1929.

02:27:11.000 In real estate, 10 years to get back to their highs.

02:27:14.000 This money disappears and when there's less money in the economy, you get deflation.

02:27:19.000 There's less money chasing the same assets.

02:27:24.000 It's a reset.

02:27:25.000 And it's an important reset.

02:27:26.000 It's good.

02:27:27.000 It's good that if homes cost less.

02:27:29.000 It's good that if mortgage rates are less.

02:27:31.000 It's good that if Public education and college education costs less because we get a reset and all these crazy... Sure, but they don't let us have real resets.

02:44:26.000 All these other financial experts and Wall Street, they're all want to keep the bubble going because they all benefit when this thing bursts.

02:44:37.000 The richest people in the world are going to get hit the worst, except for the smartest ones to get out of the way, because they own the most financial assets.

02:44:45.000 These financial institutions who are levered up unbelievably and now are speculators instead of lenders or investment bankers, which is even worse, they're going to get hit horribly.

02:56:58.000 Every 250 years, we have a cultural, political, social revolution like democracy in the late 1700s.

02:57:10.000 And so that's the next Decade is going to see a major revolution that is going to be powerful for emerging countries and is going to restructure developed countries around the values we need.

02:57:24.000 So I think that's going to be the most positive thing that comes out of this crisis.

02:57:32.000 Don't go into the burning barn and save the horse and the dog and the kid and the baby until there's a crisis.

02:57:48.000 We've been destroying the free market capitalist system that's made us so prosperous, especially over the last three decades.

02:57:55.000 And we're going to learn how to bring it back with greater wisdom.
